Helped. This app helped me more then one when my ptsd hit. Thank you for making it.

Has helped me tons!. I am a self-diagnosed PTSD sufferer. I’m not a veteran, just a normal teenager who has gone through a lot of trauma that no one should. I looked for apps that would work and I found this one–even though it’s meant for veterans, it’s for PTSD, so it helps me a lot. I take the monthly check ups to see if I’ve worsened and improved, and to see that test prove in a way what I’m experiencing helps me psychologically, I would say. Gives me validation of sorts. The tools provided help calm me down and encourage me to keep living and to realize that though my PTSD might never truly stop, it will get better over time. This app has helped me to get better. It also has some tools to get connected with a support group and such, but I’ve never used those because of my isolation (I live in an isolating household). I strongly recommend installing this app and sharing with friends. I am praying for you all.

Crashes. Crashes immediately 100% of the time.

Oh please. Could the VA find a program that doesn’t feel like it was designed for a kindergartener? This would be hilarious if I didn’t actually need help.

PTSD. Excellent tool to have keeps me from doing something stupid

Useless. Tells u to reach out for support. Doesn’t tell you what to do when no one cares enough to give the much needed support. Ridiculous

Life Changing. I was made aware of this app while on a site regarding childhood sexual abuse. It was a live counseling type in session. I was encouraged to enter counseling but with the pandemic I had to wait so through Zoom I am in counseling and I was assessed and diagnosed with severe depression and PTSD. Therapy is once a week for 50 minutes and the online site for live sexual abuse survival help I have done twice since I fell apart March 1, 2020. But the online counselor referred me here and they said it was made for veterans but anyone can use it so I tried it out and I can honestly say it has saved my life. I am totally amazed at how accurate and detailed it is in the area of this condition. I mean it totally works for me and is anytime. I have probably spent more time with this app or referring back to it in my daily walk. The breathing part is essential to me and especially in this current environment breathing is everything. Now of course I have a very long way to go in my journey to being free of the shock I am trying to undo but you are the hand I have always needed to hold onto my whole life, please never let go of that extension you give to so many people who need a connection. One thing I saw my dad do a lot was reflect on the life he was still living in, but now he is gone. I will spend a lifetime trying to remember what he taught me. But when the clouds come to spoil my sunshine I know I can and will refer back to this app and get through the storm. It’s 4 am and I can’t sleep so now I am going to use the app to help me with some of my issues right now, thank you so much,

App is awesome. The question was do I enjoy using this app? My answer is no I don’t enjoy using it, I wish I didn’t have ptsd. But I do. As far as this app goes, I use it almost everyday. Especially during my dark times. So app is awesome that it does help some of the time, just wish I didn’t have to use it.

love it. It helped me when i started gagging while thinking about a triggering event that happened to me.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. Honestly the best app. I am so thankful that this app is able to help keep me grounded and okay on days I don’t have therapy, or on nights that are hard, or when I feel alone or lots of shame. This app has helped me tremendously.

PTSD. I work as trauma therapist and use this daily.

This app makes me wish I never served. I hate this. It’s a bunch of no se e that helps taker responsibility off the healthcare workers who can’t even be bothered to show up on time to help veteran. This app and they make we want to delete everything

Wonderful, helpful, professional. During a panic attack, I have never and will never reach for my phone. Nothing can replace the love and care I need during an episode. That being said, this app is extremely good at helping me calm down after panicking. I used to have this basic routine (after an episode) which was just eating, drinking, and sleeping, but that can only go so far. With this app, I can pick among the various tools it has to help me (recordings, quotes, etc.) and there is absolutely no pressure to enjoy it. If I don’t like it, I can skip it and/or give it a 👎 and I’ll never have to see it again. Very wonderful, very helpful, very professional. There are absolutely no ads, purchases, or monthly payment.

So helpful. I’ve used this app monthly since I started therapy. Being able to track my symptoms and talk about them with my therapist has helped me see progress when I didn’t think there was any.

All in. I just got a new therapist. First of all, I automatically was comfortable with that. So this will be one of many tools utilized because to get me to do the work of having Integrity.

Last update deleted my history. Good app but the latest update deleted all my history. Not cool. Why take a monthly assesment if its not going to track my ups/downs? Figure it out or I can't recommend anymore. ***Update - the VA developed the app. No wonder its jacked. Cheers to the VA for being incompetent in every aspect of vet support. ***Edit*** Another update and history was deleted again. Haha

I’m glad for this app, thanks. I think I’ll probably use this app about twice a month and d it helps a little bit but I think the main thing is its up to the individual use the tools

A gift. Has helped me immensely over the past few years

PTSD. Great app. Helps with my family

Good. I hope to use it more.

Great App. This app has been super helpful! Great tools I also use the Family Coach App

I wasn’t sure. Wow, this really does help. If you are desperate and have several panic attacks a day, I didn’t think this was going to be as helpful. It is. I am shattered and this helps.

Phenomenal free tool. Of all of the apps I have seen and attempted to use this has been the best BY FAR! For free it offers awesome mindfulness and breathing exercises. Alternates between soothing pictures, sounds, ideas based on what’s tearing you apart at the moment. Every single day of my existence is a struggle to make it through. I was reaching a point in my day where there was more time in a panic And terror and rottenness then not. This application has significantly helped me in the heat of these moments. It has helped my ability to deal with the panic attacks and steer me from feeling completely lost to there is a light in the far off distance. If you don’t know what to do, You don’t have anywhere to go, try this app. It’s seriously helping me.

PTSD. Just kind of started don’t really know how to act.

Great app! Really helps me.. I’ve tried a lot of apps to get help with my complex PTSD. While several of them are useful at different times and in different ways (such as EMDR), this app put so many useful and calming tools in the palm of my hand wherever I am. It’s also not as “out there” or “hippie” (for lack of a better term - no offense intended) as some of the other resources, so I feel pretty good about it. Give it an honest shot. It may really help you recover when things start to get sideways. It does me. Good luck.

Highly recommend to change your life. This is the best all in one app for myself as a provider to both use personally as well as in sessions as well as to provide exercises/tools/homework/etc.

100% recommend. Take you for being free. I have no money as I cannot work and health care apps are typically expensive for me. I just needed a very simple app that could calm me down. It’s exactly that.

Awesome. Use this all the time

Thank you. It’s enormously helpful, thank you

My feelings on the Coach. I’m gonna make this short. I’m just getting into this app and addressing my issues I mean truly addressing the things that drag me through life is super new to me. And I still don’t know what to expect or what I’m looking for actually. However exploring the journey with the Coach assisting has helped lower my distress level with the different types of exercises. Along with my actual therapist and treatment I believe I’m gonna like it.

Helpful, needs one important fix. I have found this app to be very useful in managing my day. The breathing and mindfulness exercises have a great pace that help me recenter. One rather significant thing that prevents me from getting any benefit from some of the exercises is hearing the side-work the narrator is doing in the background. I hear her clicking on things or typing, and all I can think is that she is so over worked that she has to multitask while she is making these recordings, and it stresses me out. I want to use more of these tools, but once I hear those sounds in the background that exercise is useless for me. Please update the app with the same exercises, and let the narrator just record the exercise without the distraction. Thanks.

Pstd. It freeze up . How does it work?

Great app to manage PTSD. I have used this app for 3 years. It helps me manage PTSD.

Apple App Store PTSD coach. The app I'm going to review is PTSD Coach. PTDS Coach has been an app on my phone for many years. The app has been designed to help patients learn about PTSD, and symptoms and learn different coping mechanisms. People with triggers causing strong emotional and physical reactions as well as recollections of the event are known to have PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder). Such as nightmares, anger, anxiety, and avoidance of situations that may bring back memories of the situation. This app not only connects with my therapist but also has an emergency plan to ensure my safety as a patient. It has a progress tracker along with what severity of symptoms to look out for. There are many tools to help with PTSD or even panic attacks. My favorite tools consist of different breathing techniques, meditation, scheduling a worrying time, and expressing myself with art. The tools are designed to calm the central nervous system allowing me to come back to reality quicker. For example, studies show that drawing helps patients to carefully express and approach traumatic past issues through linguistic communication. The app has helped me identify unknown triggers and figure out treatment plans that best suit my diagnosis. I find that this app has similar aspects of acceptance and commitment therapy. Researchers have found in psychological studies that acceptance and commitment therapy can help patients understand and focus their emotions in the present moment. The app lets you think about what is important to you like your core values and goals without focusing on the negative mindset with the help of a therapist if recommended or needed.

Great toolbox!. I am new to this treatment thing and like the idea of being able to set aside thpositive things and tracking my progress through this. Thank you! 👍

Amazed. I have non-combat complex PTSD and this is the best app I have tried. I have used other apps for general anxiety, mindfulness, meditation, etc, and while they helped some it wasn’t enough for me to keep using them. This more specialized approach has been very effective for me. It can be hard to think strait when I am triggered and the app walks me through it. It uses all sorts of tools and you can save your favorites. It has been a godsend for me between therapy sessions. I am so thankful I have it.

Some of it is good. Daily Inspirational quote is the exact same one every day; dissappointing.

PTSD. To be able to have tools readily available through this and other apps, I find that dealing with my MST/PTSD symptoms a little less worst then not having anything during rough times that I suffer from. Thank You for this app.

Secure life.. It is very helpful in the balance of my life. Between this and mindfulness I am a better person. My issues are manageable and I am happy the the Doctors and psychiatrist recommended it. 😊

Awesome. I learned of this app about 3 years ago. It has become my number one tool I give my clients. I am a licensed counselor and am certified as a trauma therapist in EMDR. This app puts all the good coping skills in one place. It is user friendly. When someone is triggered they can’t think. So this app has tools with audio to walk you through what to do. JUST USE IT!

Amazing tool for those PTSD!. PTSD, or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, has many distressing symptoms that a person may experience on a daily basis. This app is a smart way to manage anxious symptoms by pairing them with a relaxation technique such as soothing sounds, music, deep breathing, or pleasant images. This technique of counter-conditioning or graduated exposure was used by Joseph Wolpe- he believed anxious behavior would not happen when paired with incompatible relaxation behavior. He knew it would not be possible to feel anxious and relaxed at the same time. I personally used this app to manage my daily distress with PTSD symptoms, and found myself much more happy and relaxed after only a few weeks of use!

Depression. I struggle with severe depression and anxiety, I have found this app very useful in my darkest moments. It has helped me tremendously. Thank you

Disappointed. I thought this might help my symptoms but a) it’s geared more toward military than just anyone with ptsd and b) it’s so elementary..some of the tools are useful, like the mindfulness exercises but the selection of tools is limited and I just find myself needing more. I think the concept of this is great but it needs more sophistication or maybe have a purchased version that has more tools, more resources and more exercises.

A true life saver - available 24/7. Keeps getting better and better.. Years ago, I started up with it at the suggestion of a first responder. It’s been my go-to support tool. Best used when I’ve combined it with other forms of recovery from CBT, CERT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, and more. PTSD & C-PTSD are quality of life issues. PTSD & C-PTSD are most definitely life and death. The best all-in-one 24/7 tool for helping me to manage severe C-PTSD & PTSD symptoms effectively and easily. I started using it and never gave up. Don’t give up. We’ve got this. P.S. Thank you to the developers. Kudos on a fantastic app that’s saving lives. Including mine.

Awesome!. I live the daily quotes!

Sounds Help Trough The Night. As was glad Trina Blake recommend these. I’ve used them several time’s, the “sounds” calm me to sleep. That and a “cold bucket” of water or in a sink. It take’s me from a 10 to 0. A Veteran with PTS!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏👍😎

PTSD coach. Thank you for all your help and your support whenever I need it

Excellent app for managing PTSD. I’m surprised more people don’t know about this app. It’s put out by the Veterans Administration and it’s actually very, very helpful in helping recognize and better manage PTSD symptoms. The app is super easy to use and includes several tools you can select when you’re struggling with anger, depression, anxiety and more, right when you need it. I use it all the time and highly recommend it!

Needs a safety plan. The app needs a Suicide safety plan feature

Ptsd app. Use it daily , muscle relaxation, deep breathing most of all and soothing images

Great. Very helpful. I highly recommend this app. Thanks for making this app available.

Convenient help at my fingertips!!. I am so happy I found this app! I’ve been dealing with ptsd-c for years and the older I get the more I am triggered. This app has so many helpful layers to it. I can even schedule symptoms checkers frequently if I want. Keeps me more aware and proactive with my mental health! I totally recommend downloading this app!

I love it but. It has help me though my ptsd but it’s only about war veterans ptsd not others, it feels like my ptsd is not valid because I wasn’t in war

Freezes but great info. Great app very informative with great tools but the bad thing is that it keeps freezing in the manage section!:(

Alright. It's good so far. Just wish you could do the self assessment daily as i think weekly is to long. Symptoms can vary from day to day and would be helpful to track

Great. Very helpful, relaxing, informative

Great for those with PTSD!. The application is designed for individuals suffering from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and those interested in learning about it. It eloquently provides information about PTSD, contains a self assessment tool, as well as information about treatment. The learning tool includes a definition and causes of PTSD, prevalence, risk factors and treatment modalities. The assessment tool contains 17 questions that describes common symptoms and contains a rating program. The assessment can be repeated, and the severity of symptoms can be plotted on a graph to show the evolution of distress. The management tool asks, "What's Wrong" (reminded of trauma, avoiding triggers, disconnected from people or reality, sad & hopeless, worried & anxious, angry, unable to sleep). For each problem area, the person is asked to rate the level of distress using a rating scale and provides tools such as progressive muscle relaxation, tips to help falling asleep, positive imagery, and reminders to distract oneself. Finally, the find support tools offers phone numbers and links to various organization.

Wonderful app!. I'm a counselor who hopes to use this app with clients suffering from the symptoms of PTSD,. This app is a wonderful tool to assist clients in receiving support, grounding, and reducing their anxiety. Even those without overt PTSD symptoms could benefit from the relaxation techniques offered in this app. My only current problem with the app is technical. Sometimes when cycling through the tools on the manage stress area the screen will freeze and not allow you to access any other tools. The only fix I've found is to reinstall the app which would force you to re-enter the setup process. Hopefully this small bug will be fixed in an update. Otherwise it is a wonderful app and worth the download despite the bug.

PRSD Coach. This app work great. It does need a tweak or two to fix. Under Setup where you put in support #'s from your contacts this app hangs up. You have to remove from your phone, reload but the data you had under assessment is gone

Yes - This is Very effective & Helpful. It's a very good pocket coach to have - my only wish is that they would make an app for the Mac. This is really well thought out with info to learn, assessments, reminders, managing symptoms and finding good support. Just knowing I can lean on this app and it's readily accessible helps a lot.... it has my back. Much thanks goes out to the National Center for PTSD for developing this polished app, it's appreciated!

Skeptical. I

Outstanding!. Great app! A must for all active military + vets for help with dealing with things known only to them. Also get the Breath2Relax app for help with those tough situations. Keep the faith.

Thank you so much.. This app is life changing. I know a lot of us are waiting for care or a slot in a PTSD clinic and this app just might save a few lives. I know it saved mine.

Great. Amazing overview and categories for helping symptoms. The audio directed relaxation exercises are very helpful. I like that the relaxation tips and exercises change even when I think they will be the same. Thank you!

Good app, but last update needs work. The app already had issues. It's from the VA, so honestly this isn't the most surprising, but they really did do a good job. You can track history, add your own photos and music to help you calm down (the music is especially helpful), and you can even learn coping skills and strategies that psychologists highly recommend. They know what they're doing here. You can dislike options as well, and do several until you're okay enough to seek assistance or do something else. (The app even has phone numbers built in, and contacts you can add to help in case of emergency.) But they said, I haven't been able to use this app since last year. The new update deleted some people's history, but for me, the app no longer opens. I've missed the app, and can definitely say that the app should not be relied on. Though, if I ever get to use it again, I hope I have access to my history.

Great app. Wonderful

Great but now symptom tracker history is deleted. Great app, best for PTSD out there.. but most helpful part is now gone I'm like a new phone user, over a year worth of data is gone..

Great help for spouses, too. My spouse has PTSD and this app will definitely help me recognize triggers, signs and signals a lot faster and be able to offer support and comfort when he cannot get to his VA counselor. I think this is a MUST app for EVERY spouse who's family member with PTSD is on multiple deployments and comes home in between, retired members, reserve, working in the private sector members, and even for employers who do not fully understand what PTSD is and that it doesn't make our veteran's people who are "damaged goods." Thank you to all service persons for your continuing service to our country.

Incredibly helpful. This app is great for anyone with PTSD and would probably be helpful to people with other anxiety disorders. It has helped me a lot to manage my symptoms and I really like that it has visualization on screen as you do the exercises. It's customizable with your pictures, music and contacts if you want. Examples of tools I've used are: breathing exercises, progressive relaxation, RID to help when you are being triggered, positive imagery, calming quotes and activity suggestions. The info section is really good too. Overall this is an invaluable tool and I'm glad its free.

Uselessness. The app wouldn’t download so what’s the point of trying to get it. That just makes me feel more depressed. But that’s the VA at work!🥴

Not updated for COVID. Every suggestion for things to do is not a good idea during COVID

Helpful and free. Am

PTSD. Thank you for coming up with a great app. My therapist gave it to me recently. Just adding the photos made me happy. I am not a vet but a former teacher . I have severe PTSD and agorophobia which is depressing. I used to travel the world alone and as a woman I was very careful I loved doing it. Now I have a hard time taking my dog out. Again, thanks for the app. Does anyone know if there is a group in Martinez CA? Would I be allowed to go? Thanks , Linda

Great App!. Being a survivor has not been as easy as the battle. I appreciate the many tools this app has to offer. Would like to make a suggestion on the relaxation tool. If the screen on my iPod is not kept active by touching it the app closes. This is frustrating when trying to relax. Is there a setting on my iPod or within the app that would allow the audio to keep playing even if the screen closes? Thank you for all your efforts in providing such a supportive app!

Love this app. I originally got this app for my husband, who is a service member. I wanted to show him this app. Ive been diagnosed with PTSD as well from some stuff from childhood and I ended up using this app. This app is sooo great!!! I really found it useful i learned more about the disorder and learned different ways of coping and lowering stress levels which I would have beer thought of I love it. It's a must

Excellent tools and advice. Loved the collection of tools to help manage symptoms. Also very nice to be able to track how I'm doing over time. Have tried lots of apps out there- lots of goofball stuff that seems like quackery- but PTSD Coach is the real deal. Still has some quirks that VA needs to work out, but great app overall.

Distressing new graphics!. An image of a person with lightening on their head? A red angry face? Is this the kindergarten version? This just distresses and frustrates. I WANT THE OLD APP BACK.

More care and support that the entire VA system. This app is what the VA should be using to help vets. Their current system is a total failure and that failure leads to dead vets. This app makes self evaluation and tracking a breeze. The VA's staff makes the problems worst. The exact people who should care don't care. Example: VA psychiatrist doing PTSD exam "Were you in combat?" Me, "I was in the AF and ....". She closed her notebook and the interview was over. As if the AF wasn't part of the war. After 2 years in-country here was a VA professional discounting my service. Great app and no value judgements. A better way to evaluate PTSD than by flesh and blood idiots.

PTSD Coach. Did you know that this app is also helpful for those that suffer from MPTSD (Medical Post Traumtic Syndrome). I discovered a web site about 2-years ago that explained the difference in the two syndromes (MPTSD & PTSD). Thought this information might be helpful to someone.

Very helpful. This has been one of the primary tools that I have used in recovering from my PTSD. It has been very helpful and I've recommended it to a number of people.

Good app. This app is great for quick knowledge! You don't have to read thru pages and pages of garbage just to find your answers like on google. The app runs smooth. I work at the VA in Salisbury NC and will recommend this app to the vets coming in. As I am a vet diagnosed with PTSD I will keep this on my phone. OIF-03, OEF-05 Semper Fi!

A lifesaver!. This app is a true miracle. I am not a vet but suffer from PTSD. I find this extremely useful to manage my symptoms, include panic, flashbacks and anxiety. You can personalize it with your own images, music and contacts to create an interactive support system. A real lifesaver for me.

PTSD. Phenomenal! I have a severe form of PTSD, I am not a vet. I survived a horrific attack that nearly killed me 7 years ago. This has changed how I deal in private and a god send. May god bless our troops, true American heroes.

Thank you for this app!. I have been struggling with PTSD for a while and this app has become a great tool for me especially when I don't know what to do. It easy to use and a big help. I would recommend this app everyday of the week!

Combat Veteran going on 20 years of PTSD. Is it possible to add an entire photo album into the SETUP>CHOOSE IMAGES>? The audio setup allows playlists from iTunes so that part is solid. The Image selection makes you select one, then go back to CHOOSE IMAGES>PRESS THE + BUTTON>SELECT ANOTHER IMAGE, then back thru the same cycle. Terrific app. Recommended by a local Vet Center as well as hearing about the app in an online news feature. I've browsed thru the functions but am taking a while to set it up.

A+++. Great app! I'm a service-disabled veteran and rehabilitation counselor. I use this for myself and my clients. For those wondering how to reset the app, press the home key twice and hold down the app you want to close out. Also, those wanting to track progress for more than 3 months at a time...do what I do with my clients...take a screen shot quarterly and email it to yourself or store on your phone. Yeah for the VA!

Needs support for app. I could find no way to contact app support from the app. Lost my symptom history with last update, and now graph seems to be full(?). Cannot see newest entries. Scrolling back through graph would be a most helpful addition to this app.

Can’t even rate this app. It did nothing for me when I needed guidance for a right at the moment situation.

Good Advices😊. Yes,this apps very helpful for me

Worth using. The best feature in this app is the ability to track PTSD symptoms over a period of a few months. That said, it would be nice if this app allowed for the user to look back further than a few months in order to enable a long-term analysis of symptoms. Thank you for this app.

Thank You!. I have complex PTSD from severe childhood abuse. Even though my PTSD is not combat related, this app is helping me out so much. For example, last night I woke up at 1 am with another serious flashback. Usually I email my therapist so I can just get it out of me and get back to sleep. Instead, I was able to use a tool on the app for relaxation. The flashback subsided and I was able to get right back to sleep. I have shared the link to this app on my PTSD support site because it is that good.

One of the better programs the VA has come out with. It makes a difference, it does distract me from my emotional states. But the meditation practices make all the difference.

About time. Being a vet with PTSD i hope this will work in some way. Even if it helps in the slightest way I would rate it 10 stars

A winner. This App is better then 5 Therapists!

Good effort, needs work.. I think this app can be of great help to my. I'm a Vietnam veteran who was dealing with PTSD without knowing it for over 20 years and with help from the VA for almost 20 years. The problem is the "Find Support Page" locks up the whole app. Not very helpful.

Would be a great app if I could actually use it. Can't use this app for more than a few minutes without it freezing. I've never been able to successfully access my contacts - it always crashes first. It makes it hard to get any positive use from it.

Helpful when app works. I have used used this app at least once a week. However, I can no longer use the tools as it is frozen on the same screen. Anyone know how to reset the app?

Still bugs. The songs music setup does work, just is a blank white screen. Must of the links for help don't work as well

Helps when ur stuck. I have used this for at least a year now. It helps get me through those rough patches. And When your really messed up it will advise you call someone in your support line but u have to set up your contacts. The 800 number is all ready there. plus it tracks PCL's on a nice graph

Helpful. Useful as an adjunct to seeing a therapist/ outpatient treatment. - love the function that tracks the severity of PTSD as it changes throughout weeks/ months- it's really hopeful seeing mine go from severe to moderate on a downwards trend - love the coping skills for the problem you are having, especially the progressive relaxation and guided meditation exercises Overall, a great accessible cheap tool to help manage symptoms.

Great app with a few bugs. Very informative with great tools. The issue is it freezes on certain screens, and I have to restart my whole iPhone.

PTSD Coach app. This is a valuable app that suddenly stops working and displays a blank white screen when I enter Setup and try to Choose Songs or Audio (iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1). I'm hoping for a fix so that I might derive the maximum benefit from this app.

Great concept, way too buggy. This is a great concept and design, but the app is so buggy (freezes) on my iPhone5S that if I tried to use it for what it is designed I'd probably become even more agitated. Please do more bug testing / fixes

This app is a life saver!. Just did a tension therapy and it helped unimaginably. Keeping track of my suds level and giving me ways to cope is outstanding. I'm glad to see this app in the store. If you're reading reviews stop and just download it, its worth it. Trust the vets.

Getting better all the time?. It's great to be able to carry all this around in my pocket. When I can't sleep or I feel like I'm going to lose it, I can't always wait to see a counselor. I like being able to see improvement, too.

Great Concept and Execution.. Great tools and easy to use. Good help for people going thru PTSD, friends/family who want to understand this complex mental problem and provide support. This also gives a little extra help to the professional guiding the person with PTSD. I think is a good way to track progress and to have resources available. Great job.
