Lulls me to sleep like a baby. I have never heard this recording through to the end because I am always sleeping by then. This works, and it works every time. I highly recommend it. I have tried many, and this is the only one that delivers.

Works!. When he said "feel the relaxation run from the top of your head down your body." I actually felt it running down my body!

No longer works!. I used to love this app. I also purchased the better sleep one. After I updated the app today, it deleted the one I paid for and the other one only works when my screen is on. I don't plan to keep turning my screen on while trying to sleep and it would drain the battery anyway. What are they thinking????

Disappointment. I bought this app for my iPad, loved using it. I know have an iPhone and want to install on my phone. Guess what! I now have to pay another $3.99 to install on my phone. Not good customer service in my my book. I'll be sure to purchase elsewhere in the future.

Truly amazing. I have purchased five different self hypnosis apps before coming across Erick. I have been practicing self-hypnosis since the days of the reel-to-real recorder. I use the recordings as a type of preamble to my daily meditation sessions. In my opinion no one comes close to this guy. You have to try one. I don't know if it's his tone or the modulation of his voice but to me this guys incredible.

Oh where have you gone.. The In-App purchases keep disappearing. I have had to use restore to many times. The other issue with the app is the volume level keeps changing. Needless to say I am now looking for another app that does a better job.

Loved this!!. Seriously, I wasn't sure about hypnotherapy but thought what the heck I'll try it and see. Totally went beyond my expectations...this app made me feel relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on my day. Erick Brown totally changed my mind about hypnotherapy. Loved it!

It works. I usually have trouble falling asleep because I can't stop thinking of all the "to do's" but with this I fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night.

Quick relaxation solution! Love it!. Great free intro to Erick Brown's series of tapes. This free one has lots of customization for background, music, sleep or wake afterwards, etc. I have it set for ocean sights and sounds without animation and I completely relax and fall asleep within minutes. Have never heard the end yet even though I usually have a difficult time falling asleep. I'm now considering getting some of his other tapes.

Seriously crazy app. Crazy!. So, anyone else smile when they see the color red? Do you hear yourself saying, "I am going to be a perfect human being"? I also remember that it sends suggestions to buy more hypnosis programs from them and leave positive feedback. But, so what? I'm definitely sleeping better, so it's worth the extra $4 a program. I wish I could sync with my iPhone. I'm not paying for it all again. I love it - even though I knew they put the suggestion in my head, I bought more. It works for me. Pretty cool! Can't wait to actually become the perfect human being.

Update is not working on my IPad. I don't know what you've done but it is not an improvement. Please fix it so I can listen to my purchases again. Every time I click on a purchase to add it to my choices the app closes. Very disappointing. How could you launch an update without working out bugs?
