Please update the game!!!. Please update the game!!! It is not compatible with the recent iOS on the iPads. I lost the CASH FLOW app due to an upgrade! I’m very disgusted and withdrawn... Please help... Please UPGRADE CASH FLOW.

Doesn’t match the newest edition. There are many inconsistencies with the latest board game. Several of the dreams, for example, are either different or non existent in the app.

Amazing Addition to the Board Game!. Well worth it! This app has breathed new life into the board game. It was such a pain to write, erase, write, erase (repeat.) Now we can just play and have fun! Let the app calculate for you!

Good for what it does. This makes the board game just fly. In that respect it's excellent. However, I have found I get disconnected with what is going on in the game. The amount of bank loans I'm carrying or starting loans get buried. It doesn't make the game actually good. The game itself is a pretty poor design.

Great App. No it does not support multiple people, but it does support you! I use this app because I can get my business done fast and then help other people work the game on the paper. It's a great tool to use when you were teaching somebody else the game. You don't have to focus so much on you and can spend more time helping others. The overuse of technology can make people lazy so learn how to do it on paper first.

Are we ever going to see a mobile version of the game?. I love the game, but I live on Mobile platforms now that I am OTR. I was hoping to have a mobile version, but there isn’t one. The web version doesn’t play on mobile phones. One thing I loved about the paper version of the Income Statement Tracker was the freedom to use my own job, income, expenses and assets/liabilities to play the game. I’m hoping eventually that will be a thing with this version. I didn’t miss that feature somehow, did I? I liked Cashflow 2.0, which if I recall correctly, was only ever web based. Can we have that as a mobile app? Please?

So much better than those physical sheets in the game. So! This app is amazing! It’s great because it makes the game go by so much faster and makes life easier to track. Having to scratch off your cash flow or your expenses all the time is super annoying and makes your paper look hideous by the end of it. The app eliminates all of it! Giving it 4 stars only because it’s not fully updated. It looks like it hasn’t been touched in a few IOS so the design, look & feel is ancient but! It’s still great. Just needs a face lift & an update

PLEASE add Golf Course to Fast Track. LOVE the app, but it is missing (at least) one business in the 2014 version: Build Pro Golf Course ($150K down; $6K/mo CF). Please add this so that we can make this a fair game. Also, please update the app to include a “reverse” function for times when we accidentally accept an audit action, but realize it was made in error and need to reverse the action. Love the game and app, though!!

Make the game an app. Make an app of the game or make the website mobile friendly.

Makes the game go fast but.... The app makes the game go very fast but there needs to be an undo feature because there are times when you make a decision and want to reverse it because of the effects on your balance sheet. Additionally, you should be warned before going into a negative cash flow because it causes difficulty and stress to try and figure out how to fix it. Otherwise it has been great.

App needs updated. Bought this game to play with out 11 children. Unfortunately the app doesn’t follow the rules and names/opportunities in the game. Dreams do not match board game. Cannot pay token holders 50,000 as rules dictate. When trying to learn and teach a new game to a group it would be helpful if the game worked with the app that is supposed to help make it easier.

Love the game. Me and my family love the game, we play VERY OFTEN, but it always takes a lot of time since we have to do everything by hand... now with the app we thought that would change the only problem is it won’t let us pick the other board game (2011) version. Hopefully this can be fixed so we can actually use the app

To Developers and Mr. Kiyosaki Please Fix. I just downloaded the app and purchased the latest version of the game. I can select the 2014 board but no matter how I fill in the job, dream, and auditor fields the Start button remains grayed out and I cannot Start the game. The Greatest Board Game I’ve Ever Played. This is the Greatest board game I have ever played in my entire life thus far. I have never played a more entertaining, informative, life-changing game in all of my 29 years. My awesome wife and amazing realtor just played this game together and if we learned anything, it’s how to generate a positive cash flow and get out of this rat-race (paycheck to paycheck) lifestyle most of us constantly find ourselves in. If you are looking to learn about how to generate enough passive income to leave your 9-5 job, then look no further! This is the game for you! May we all prosper and generate the God-Given wealth He called us all to have! I am a better financially equipped person than I was yesterday, because I played this game.

Awesome app, major flaw but simple fix. I played Cashflow once on paper/pencil with my family and then downloaded the app and we LOVED it. It completely replaced the writing and paperwork. However, the major flaw is how the game ends on the app. When you win, there’s no prompt to read your dream to the rest of the players! Even worse, there’s no way to read your dream once you start the game! The board game states that your dream is the whole purpose of playing the game and escaping the rat race! Easy fix, please add a prompt to read when you win the game.

Fantastic. Excellent app to have if you enjoy the game. Takes the manual math out of it but you need to know the math to play well.

App Crashes with new update 16.1.1. App will not open. I assume it’s because of the new update because I was able to open on my husband’s phone (not updated) but mine crashes.

Not up to date; unusable. This app has not been updated in 5 years, and is thus not compatible with any version of the game after the 2014 edition. It is this absolutely unusable with our 2020 edition. Don't install this app unless you have a version of the game that's more than 7 years old!

Very helpful. Love the Cashflow board game, one of my all time favorites. This app makes game play much faster and enjoyable. It’s missing a few items, but otherwise helpful.

Doesn’t Account for Expenses Properly. Expenses are deducted from each paycheck but is not shown in each account ledger. I have been paying off mortgage on my home for 10 plays but shows that I still owe the same amount at the beginning of the game.

Takes the fiddling out. Like the app; takes all the fiddling out. However... I have a big family... would be nice to make the limit on number of kids go away. Kinda funny to see my kids deal with a large family!

Conflict of business types. One of the market cards says small business improves. It refers only to the small businesses that you started (they are small deal cards). However, if you own a big business when this card is drawn the app increases the cash flow from all businesses that you own.

Need Update. It missing a few Dreams & plus you can’t add stuff to your credit card like wedding on the game for doodads

Fun and Great Intro to Creating Wealth. The app is easy to navigate! If you’re used to playing online and want to enjoy it more in a more tangible setting, it keeps the game going at a good pace.

Great app but .... This is a great app and it does help speed up the game play, but despite choosing the correct board type, not all market, doodads, dreams, etc are programmed into the app - it really needs to be updated to include everything in the newest versions of the board game. Please add in the other cards and feature so that the app is more complete. Also for example there is a doodad card that asks you to increase your credit card liability, but that option is not available in the app.

Love the app!. This app is awesome! It makes the game so much quicker and easier, which makes it more enjoyable. The only thing it needs is the ability to save multiple games, that way if we don’t finish, we can pick up next time without deleting all of our progress. Sometimes we play with different people, so having a multiple game save option would definitely make this a 5-star app!

Market Card not found in app. My wife and I love this game!!! I give it 5 stars all the way!! While playing the game we came across a “Market” card that read, “Small Business Boom! The downtown economy has exploded! EVERYONE is affected. ALL businesses with a cash flow of $1,000 or less, have their cash flow increased by $250.” We could not find anywhere in the app while this card could be applied or how to adjust our cash flow on those that this card affected. I wasn’t sure where to go to make this known. Hope the developers can fix this. It won’t stop us from playing that’s for sure. Thank you!

Game is AMAZING, App is alright. The concepts of this game are amazing in teaching me and people of all level may play. It takes a short time to learn but a lifetime to master. For the app it makes the game go a lot faster, however it only supports one person, instead of multiple people like I expected. Therefore the family members you are playing with must have an iPhone too. If there's one thing to improve, it would be to support multiple balance sheet profiles for each player in the app and change upon each turn. Thank you for creating this game, it has taught me so much over the years.

Not updated. My family just bought the newest cash flow game and this app doesn’t have the updated game board. It seems like this app would be a great addition to the game if updated for newer versions.

No Edit Button. I want to love this app, but I made a mistake by entering a wrong number and there was no way to edit it. The only option I saw was to start a new game and re-enter everything all over again. Am I missing something?

I love the app, but I think we have a bug.. Multilevel Marketing $500 is not adding to the payday. Im not getting those extra $500. Also, how many times can we buy this MLM?

Not updated. This is not updated to the latest version. Please update this to your latest version. Many cards are not supported by this app.

Overall good. Overall very good idea, but it Needs to update with the newest board game, some franchises are missing which is annoying.

Missing business in fast track. This app has greatly enhanced the game play of the cashflow board game. I do think it is helpful to know how to keep track of everything by hand first, but after you get the hang of that, definitely get the app. That said, the app is missing the “build a pro golf course” option once you make it to the fast track. Otherwise it would be a perfect 5 Star!

Caught a glitch. Playing on my iPhone SE, and the option for Build A Pro Golf Course was missing from the app. Also Island Vacation Rentals was titled Jamaican Vacation Rentals. Otherwise great fun game! Well done!

Great but needs an update. This app is ad free, lag free and so easy. It works with the older versions of cash flow however it NEEDS UPDATED for the newer versions of cash-flow.

John G. We got the board game and the paper sheets are annoying at best so we looked for an app. Yay, we found this one but unfortunately it doesn’t work. We entered our profession and auditor and dream and it will not do anything beyond that. If we try to select the board again it starts all over At least it is a free app. I guess you get what you pay for. Too bad. This would make the game much better.

Excellent app but missing some itema. This app made the game so much faster. Instead of having to calculate and change multiple numbers on the financial sheet every time you do something, app does it for you and provide updates. But I noticed there are certain things (some businesses to buy, gold coin correct amounts, certain dream names) are not listed for selection options. Not sure if there’s an update that’s missing for the classic version.

Please add undo button and Pro golf course business. A must have addition to the board game. I would have hated to play without this app. However, I wish you could undo incase you accidentally add a child or something and the app is missing pro golf course business option.

It’s useful but need more profession. The latest board game has more profession than this calculator app so if possible update the calculator with more profession as soon as possible :)

Works very well. This is good however it would be great if you could play cashflow 101 on an app against AI or other people.

Great Fun. It is an excellent app. I highly recommend it for those experienced in the CASHFLOW 101 game. It would be good for new users if it had some INSTRUCTIONS. I recommend exploring and using the app before you play an actual game. Other than that it is great.

Excellent but fix bugs. Overall app is excellent - helps me play a cashless game when I'm on my own. However one bug needs fixing - negative cash flow properties ADD cashflow. Also there is no "undo" button just in case we make a mistake entering data. Would love this to play 202 too!!

Great App despite.... Great App. I have been playing online because I did not like doing the calculations. Now, I can play the board game with others even at the cashflow club. When several of us around the table have the app on their phone, it makes the game faster and more fun. ONLY one thing to fix. Each time I complete a transaction and audit it. The screen comes back to the main screen for a split second then closes the app. Please Fix, it's annoying. Then I can give a 5 star review.

If You Already Own The Board Game.... This app makes playing the board game a lot quicker and easier. You don't even need the cards, cash or balancing sheet if each player has the app. You just need the board, the "deal", "market", & "doodad" cards, and the player pieces & chips. But the game itself is a rip off. Try to find it at a garage sale, thrift store or on eBay if you really want it. But if you're reading this, I'm pretty sure you already own the game..

My wife & daughter played before we found the app & when they showed me the papers they used to keep track of everything I was like omg that's just too much I wasn't going to play! Great app! Really streamlines the gameplay. I tried this app out during a Cashflow 101 public networking game night, and introduced the host to the app as well. We both loved how it streamlines the gameplay, from choosing the profession, to making it much easier to make deals with the other players. The only glitch I ran into is when it came to buy my dream on the fast track. The app wouldn't let me just buy it outright; it kept asking me for markers that weren't on the dream, and it wouldn't accept "0" as an answer. I had essentially finished the game, but couldn't finish it on the app. Something to look at when this is next updated. Other than that, this is the best game calculator I've used!

I prefer using the app over the balance sheet. Cashflow teaches the best lessons for acquiring cash flowing assets, and using the app speeds up game play letting you focus on how the deals impact your finances rather than whether your math is correct.

Wish it could be better. I love the board game and I have to agree that it teaches great principles but this app doesn't do much. I feel this app would be even better if we can adjust the income, liability, expenses, loan, interest rate and etc to fit into our situation. It would be like applying what we learnt from the board game into reality via this app assistant. Please update this app. Currently the app is $4.99 and it doesn't do anything but sitting there on my phone. I have the board game but still, this app is useless. Don't buy this app and stick with the board game until further updates.

Kind of frustrated. I have the computer game for my PC and I love it, I used it to teach these valuable skills to my family. So I was really excited to find this for iPad. However I was very disappointed to find that it isn't the complete game but rather a tool to be used with the board game, which I don't even own, and a rather expensive tool considering the price of comparable apps. This is the first time I have been disappointed by one of the products in this line. I will come back when you release the full game on iPad, assuming it's not overpriced.

Great App w/ Minor Discrepancies. This is a super app for keeping gameplay moving. It would be even better if the Charity and Foreign Oil Deal spaces on the Fast Track of the 2014 version could be changed to reflect their proper cost and values. Also, the Fast Track Cashflow goal does not display on the home screen as it should. A helpful and worthwhile app otherwise!

Awesome. Using this app is a lot easier than the pencils used in the board game, all the writing and erasing was starting to get annoying. This app is awesome. Is like having a real life CPA software where it keeps track of your finances and assets. The only downfall is that you can't remove a child for when you get the doodad that they got married, but still doesn't interfere with the fun and enjoyment of the game with this easy use app.

Great for Cashfolw. This ap is a great accessory for the Cashflow 101 game. I wish it also allowed for 202. I do have one complaint that is keeping me from giving this ap 5 stars with The update for the new iOS seems to no longer be working. Please fix the ap so that I can utilize my ap and my $5!

Heading in the right direction.. Love the game!!! And this app definitely streamlines all the calculations, making it good for experienced players. However, I believe beginners benefit from the more tangible hands-on play with paper money and balance sheets. Will be five stars when it can randomly choose a profession, and when you can enter and play your own personal data.

where is the actual board game???. Although I think this particular app is good, I have to ask, where is the actual board game? For both iPhone and iPad, 101 & 202? Electronic Arts made a beautiful Monopoly game, which shows that it can be done, so where is Cashflow 101 & 202 for iPhone and iPad? I'm sure you're working on it Robert, but I just want to put in my 2-bits if encouragement, and I'm sure I'm speaking for a majority of your followers, we want your awesome game in mobile form. The opportunity for you to do this has been available for almost 6 years now… please make it happen!

Not a bad app!. Great idea, but needs an update, and it keeps crashing like CRAZY!!

Not Perfect...But Great Nonetheless!. I would have given this five stars but considering the last update was November 2014, that tells me that some of the bugs will not be fixed any time soon (mainly issues once you get to the Fast Track side). I also tried to contact app support before writing this review but that option is no longer available...which probably means even this review will not be seen. Other than that, I really love the game and this app definitely helps the game move along much quicker. It would be awesome if each player didn't have to download the app, but that's not a biggie 😊

Love it!. Haven't played this game since reading all of the books and buying the board game back in 1996. This makes the game move so much faster. No more calculators or erasers. Need a Cashflow 202. One thing I would like to see in this one is the ability to input your personal "game card".

This is NOT the Cash Flow game. This is not like as the online cash flow game. It does not let you roll the dice and play with what "cards" come to you. It feels pretty much like the Fed: it let you print money as you wish, and within 2-3 "rounds" game over. No fun at all.

Good game but needs to be updated.. It crash every time I finish putting the numbers but its easy to go back. If u made a mistake u can't go back. On the fast track, if players landed on your dream the price for you dream is still the same. In the real game, if someone landed on Ur dream the prices increases by 100 percent. You can't delete Ur child if he/she's married. Please update.

This is deceiving. Cashflow is full game, this is just a replacement for pen and paper? You guys should just add a simplified board, no animations and make the full game available. :(

Absolute MUST!!!. This app stream lines EVERYTHING. The Biggest thing I don't like about the game is having to Constantly erase and redo figures and fumble around with paper cash. This app takes care of ALL that. And all the numbers came out correct every time, loans, paydays, buying, selling, Everything. $5 is CHEAP and I'd Gladly pay it again, for something that Is helping me learn faster about How money works. It doesn't compare to how much I'm going to put in my pocket because of the lessons from the game. And this app is getting me the lessons faster. >.<

Poor Implementation. The board game teaches great principals. But the app is NOT nearly as clear as the paper balance sheet that comes with the game. Loans show up incorrectly in the app and the app doesn't allow for bankruptcy like the game rules state. Not to mention paying $5 for the app for each player after spending $$ for the game rubs me the wrong way. Obviously "Rich Dad" made this app. And apparently I'm the Poor Dad (sucker) financing his vacation house! Pass on this app and stick with the paper!!!

Doesn't work with the new game board.. You can't move to the next screen. Even if you put in a dream and fill in all the fields, it doesn't work.

Misleading. Anyone giving this a good review must work for the creators. It's not the actual game and there's nothing to do. It'd be halfway useful for scenarios if you could enter your own values (salary, debt, etc), but you can't. They're just making money off of the name.

Awful!don’t download it. This game is ridiculous. It takes me 3 hrs to play this game. And end of bankruptcy. Doodad is too much. You cannt win anyway! Waste my time!

Updated iPhone and now it crashes!. Unable to use this app now that my phone is updated :( so bummed! Is there a fix? I will give this 5 stars once it's fixed!!! This app really makes the game flow ;)
