New update is awful. This app used to be great. The latest update wiped all saved locations and basically lowered the usability of this app. It’s not easy to quickly get to what you were looking for like in the previous version.

Very useful app.. Recommended.

No location dot. Why can’t I see my location on the map? There is no option to enable this feature.

Weather app. I appreciate that you wanted to update your app but I really dislike everything about it! The navigation is confusing, the 24 hour future is so fast you can’t correlate the prediction to the hour, the layers are horrible on the radar I can’t figure how to get the live radar to keep my current location and yes I have have my location enabled! I really am sad that this is the best you can do I believe I will be deleting and have to find another app to better suit my needs after I have enjoyed and trusted the previous app for quite a long time!

Not kept updated. I don’t know that this is as much an issue with functionality of the app but more so a failure on behalf of the weather crew at WJHL to keep the forecasts up to date on the app. You can watch the video forecasts and 9/10 times, the forecast 7 day outlook is sometimes slightly and often times way off from what is shown on the video forecast. I would give it one star but the radar is handy as is being able to watch the forecast that is shown during the news broadcast but on demand.

Ruined by ads. Can’t even read special weather announcement without an ad literally every second. Guess I’ll have to find a more reliable source where I can ACTUALLY read what’s going on. Uninstalled.

Latest update is bad with future radar. I've always liked this app, A LOT! However, the latest update is bad. I want to see closer real time on the map, not 8 hours into the future. Thanks!

Less Detailed Radar Map on New App. The radar on this new app is horrible. It doesn’t show nearly the level of detail the old radar showed. The rain is not as detailed, and there are no options to show storm tracks, etc. Our other local station had a weather app which uses the same radar as WJHL’s old app had, so I will just use theirs; hopefully they won’t be changing theirs anytime soon.

Changed again. I once again have a updated version of this app. I wanted just to quickly look at the upcoming week to see what days I can do things outside. Another update, another fail. I had to dig before I could find what I wanted and then it wasn’t as easy to read as the last version. Another unusable app from WJHL. I will look elsewhere for a weather app.

Great app for Tri-Cities weather. Great app. Works fairly smoothly. Maps great.

Was better before. P.S., I’ve deleted this app and replaced it with channel 5’s. It’s a shame. The format on this last version went way backwards especially on the weekly and hourly forecast. Much much better the way it was. Put it back. The older version was a 4. This is a generous 2.

Slow to update. This app is okay but appears to be slow to update. Matthew has been gone a week and there is a new hurricane at Bermuda and I cannot find info. Mark needs to be active in his blog. This app is much like the local news report same story over and over again

Horrible update. The new update renders this app unusable. I used to have the info I needed in one or two clicks and now I have to spend too much time trying to find what I need. Deleting it.

Horrible “update”. The WJHL weather app was my choice of weather apps until they made the latest change. It was a very easy app to navigate but no longer. I am not one who complains with every upgrade of software but this one was not only unnecessary, it was actually a downgrade.

Terrible After the Update. I loved the old app, especially the radar. Since the update I’ve stopped using the app entirely and deleted it from my phone. Since this was my go-to app for radar views I’m kind of lost now. New, improved, and different are not necessarily better.

Very confusing. The new update is very confusing . It has too much going on and no clear directions on how to using it.

This *used* to be the best app. But now it is almost unusable. There is a pop up ad (people loathe pop-ups, btw) that refuses to be ignored. I was trying to read the weather alert, and couldn’t, because no matter how many times I closed the pop up, it popped right back. Thank God it isn’t a tornado warning. App support appears not to exist—you just get sent to the WJHL website. This is a shame, because it used to be great, and I would tell everyone, no matter where they were from, to get this app. It was always better than their local weather app, and they were so happy with it. Guess they are cussing me now....

Weather app. Would be a 5 but i know people that wants the app but can not get because they have an older phone i think it should be available for all model phones everyone deserves to get the app if they want it

Changes are awful. The latest update has pretty much rendered this app useless to me. I liked the simple, clean appearance where I could get an extended forecast or hourly forecast. I don’t want to take the time to watch a video that gives less info.
