Feature missing in your application. There should be a way to calculate the loan amount with the information of payment, interest rate and term.

NOT USER FRIENDLY. Couldn’t figure out how to use within 5 mins means a failed app design. Try again “Magic”

Why?. Calculations are correct. Awful UI. Why use this app when there are others out there, that do the same and don’t have a lousy UI.

Junk. Does not work. No support. Don't waste your time.

Excellent. Easy to use. Only suggestion I have: amortization table should be exportable as PDF etc Great app!

Great calc for RE investors. I use this app for calculating all types of loans for my investments. Very functional and simple to use. Everything I wanted in a mortgage app with no extra fluff.

Great, but no way to calculate additional payments. Once I figured out how to use it, it seemed to do the trick. Unfortunately, I want to see what the amortization schedule and saved interest look like in different scenarios if I pay over. I wanted this app to be “the one” since my mortgage holder doesn’t provide this feature in their app. So close to what I was looking for!

How about some instructions!. I’m real happy for the people who could figure out how to use what looks like a nice little app.

Junk. Useless and hard to use!

5 stars. This app works great. I actually paid for this a few yrs ago and still don't regret it. I use it all the time. I wish that it would fix the iPad screen in full.

No instruction on how to use it.. Online video is in Spanish. Which I don’t know.

Great Timeshare Salesperson App. This app is perfect for a timeshare salesperson as well as anyone who is planning a loan repayment or restructure. The paid version includes mortgage insurance and additional expenses, but this is great for the average salesperson or user. Love it!

Simple to use and accurate. Can show client immediate results.. This app has been so easy to use and it provides exactly what I need without having to get my computer going or making a phone call to a mortgage person.

Need to update info in “About RECalc”. “About RECalc” info in “Settings” needs be updated. Current version is 3.0.3, but info is for ver. 3.0.2 Just downloaded and playing with to learn how to use. Seems Good+ so far for my needs. Will update Review Rating when they do. FYI, to the reviewers that had problems using it, there are basic instructions at the bottom of the page in the “About RECalc” section.

Best calculator. This is an amazing mortgage calculator. Highly recommended to easily calculate mortgage rate payment.

As easy as it comes. I’ve been using this app for many years and sit really is the easiest and most convenient way of calculating for myself and clients.

Needs more work!. Just downloaded the app and gave it a test. It is ok if you are wanting to know how much a payment will be, but if you have a payment in mind and want to calculate how much can be borrowed then get a real estate calculator because this app falls short on this point. I found it easy to use for finding the payment if loan amount is know and interest and term. A lot of times a possible payment amount is calculated from the buyers salary and other debts, then you run the other knowns, term and interest, to calculate how much they may be able to borrow. If I could calculate how much I can borrow then I can give more stars.

How's It Work. This app is nowhere close to being user friendly - has no instructions to begin a calculation, I've sorta just given up and looking for another easier to function.

Great, great app!. This is really fantastic for what it does. It calculates monthly payments (or can back into any of the other terms) instantly! No only that, one click away and it shows you the full monthly amortization table! If it had just one more feature, it will earn the full 5 stars from me. If there was a future value (FV) key like on the HP12C, then this would be incredibly powerful for calculating IRRs. And not only that, I could basically chuck my HP12C because this works faster and since I always have my phone on me, it's a much better solution. The layout and usability are perfect. If you have ever used a financial calculator (or a regular calculator for that matter), this will be a breeze to use.

Not perfect yet. I would love to see a tutorial guide be uploaded.

I. I used this app to calculate and print an amortization schedule for the house i recently sold. It was easy.

It’ll only there is an option for…. If only this app has an option to add HOA, property taxes, pmi to calculate into payment, it would of been a 5 star app and I wouldn’t mind paying for it. In the meantime, I would have to keep searching.

Sister. An instruction set for using the calculator would be helpful. I eventually figured it out. Free is good.

Difficult. Not intuitive

Good deal. Same as Hp 10bii. Has all I want in mortgage calculation and back calculation for one of four value, if has the other 3. I wish they could display entered ant, term, int, pmt in the display under the key.
