Nice but not entirely free. The app is good but it says that is free when in fact is one book free and buy the rest.

Great for my kids. Kids love it, nice educational activity. Good for occupying kids while waiting at restaurants or dr. Office. Only wish it was more reader friendly (bigger letters, highlight each word as it is read).

We are getting error message now on many stories. Frustrating. And then when we email, message says unable to email...

Like the illustration. I didn't care for the narration, but I guess that's just mater of taste.

Rip off. I have bought value pack and have to pay for same stories multiple time.

David and Goliath-No GOD!. I was really enjoying this app! We bought two or three stories before this one. This was becoming a good habit. I was excited to see the title for this one. I was very disappointed at the effort to tell this story without GOD. Yes the story is about courage, but that's not the whole story. I honestly want a refund because I will not share this version w/ my 3 boys. Did you ever think the person going for the Bible story would want GOD acknowledged in the retelling of the story? I will pick another, but I am just disappointed for now on this one. Smh! Thanks for listening:)

Not good. My 3 yr old was excited to see all these stories but then cried for an hr after I told her only one was free... U have to pay for any more.. Now it does say in app purchases but come on only 1 free story!! Thumbs down

Very enjoyable. My 3 yr old loves to be read to. The artwork is incredible! My favorite is The Twelve Dancing Princesses.

Great. My kids love it!

Not very good stories. You're paying 99 cents for each story which lasts about 10 pages with one or two sentences on each page. Complete ripoff. On top of that, the narrator for a lot of the stories sounds like she's screaming at you! DO NOT BUY!

Annoying narrator!. Like the concept, but narrator's voice is incredibly irritating.

Love this app. My 2 year old love this app. I read it to him every night and he love to turn the pages. I like that they are short so I can get two to three different stories in. I have bought all of the books and I must say it is worth 99¢. The main complaint I have about the book is some of the grammar isn't correct. I am no English major but when my son get old enough to read, I don't want him to think it is correct. The one I can think of is in the Hare and the Tortoise where they use then instead of than. Keep up the good work, can't wait until another book is available.

Worthwhile. I was leery to purchase this application because of the reviews, but I'm glad I did anyway. They only give you one free short book, and the rest you must buy for $0.99 each. Overall my 4 year old daughter and I agree that they did a good job with them. The voice is clear and empathetic of the emotion trying to be conveyed in the words of the story. (except the Christmas book, that one has got a TERRIBLE narrator) We recommend it.

Daughter loves it.. Purchased the app and a handful of books on a trip when we had forgotten to bring along any actual books to read at bedtime. She really enjoys following along with these and at only $.99 each they are an inexpensive treat from time to time. The quality of the illustrations is excellent as is the narration. Some of the narrators are quite soothing and really help set a calming mood before bed. My only critique would be that some of the stories are shorter than others.

Very good children stories and artwork. The App worked perfectly for me, and of course you have to pay to support the artists work, I think it's only fair... I don't say this just because the guy who created this App is an artist friend of mine; I purchased the books he illustrated because as an artist, I think it's worth to see others artwork... And I loved the design of both the interface and the stories! As for the narrations, I think it could have been better to have different voices for the characters and not always the same girl talking. Apart from that, I think it's perfect! Keep up the good work, Joao! :)

Just okay. My boys enjoy the stories. However, there are lots of grammar and spelling errors in some of the stories. The second narrator, the younger sounding one, has a screechy voice.

Great story!!. While they only give you one story, it's still great. It quickly loaded on my phone, but I made sure to restart phone so it would work before opening app.

It loads!. The first version didn't load on my device, it's working now. It's really cool, my 2 years and 5 years old daughters loved the stories and played with it for a while. Hope that new stories will be available regularly.

Must buy the books!. I didn't read anywhere that said all the books cost .99 cents EACH! So I am going to be delegating this app! 😞

Tree pigs. Omg I'm on love me and my son he is only 5 years old and he never stop watching this book lol.

Narrators voice.. I got this app and enjoyed the very first story of the Pied Piper. When I clicked on the next two stories, it was a completely different narrator. The first narrator had a soft and soothing voice. The other narrator had a voice that I can only describe as, unpleasant to listen to while trying to relax or fall asleep. I don’t want to waste $18, only to find out if this second narrator is the one who narrates the rest of the stories.

Love the app! So do my kids!. I have 2 boys and they won't stop listening to The Boy Who Cried Wolf or Beauty and the Beast. I like the young reader and the pretty art!

Horrible crap. Don't waste your time. It doesn't work and you have to buy each story separaty. I would give it no stars! This is a scam for your money!

Not useful.. There is only one story that comes with the app and the rest need to be purchased, there is no way that one can purchase the stories.

Overrated. Was really surprised with how they got Bible stories (such as David and Goliath) and turned them into just a common story without teaching the true meaning of the story. I mean common' just ridiculous

4 year old loves this!. I downloaded this when I had no voice as stories are part o our bedtime routine. My son LOVES it!!! My only complaints are that it's advertised as free, but only one book is actually free, AND I would love to see a follow along function for kids who are learning to read to help them start recognizing the words.

Nice App. We really like this and the children really love listening to all the stories. We bought them all. Lot cheaper than buying them all in the store.

Perfect for the kiddies. Whilst the stories aren't exciting for adults - my 3 yo and 8 yo love it. Plenty of entertainment for the little ones

Kids Loved it!. One of the best app i must say, my kids is so happy when i read stories before bed. They alway ask for more after finishing 1 book. My only Request is better if you can add a interactive storytelling style. Thanks! Highly recommended with kids!

Exactly what I wanted. Plenty of books that are cheap and good. Some of the grammar could be better but it totally solves the never ending challenge of finding new books for story time every night!

Disappointing. Books are very short. Some of the stories are spoken by narrators that clearly do not have English as their first language. Heavy accents. For $1.19 the books are barely 4 pages long and there is no option to change the subtitle fonts. Seems to be only 6 books available....

Love it but need to buy the books. We love this but somewhat expensive. The app is free with one book and the others is $0.99. The books is good but limited selection, too short and some of the books you almost can't hear the audio .

Too Short. The app is well made but the storys are WAY TOO SHORT. 2 for 99 cents would be a fair price, the storys you pay for are like 90 seconds long.
