Notifications don’t work. Despite having notifications switched on both for the app and for all my individual deliveries, I’ve never once received a notification. Not ideal.

Cant delete an address. There seems to be no way to delete an address linked to my account, I’ve tried swiping, long pressing, editing. There is no option to delete an address, huge oversight.

Fast Tracking. Really awesome and fast tracking

Parcel Collection. It’s fantastic. Quick & easy!

Shipmate. I wouldn’t use shipmate ever. Avoid it. It costs a fortune. They didn’t consolidate my packages from the same retailer. There is limited tracking available. The estimated delivery times have blown out on 3 of my 5 packages. I would just get items sent direct from the us retailer. It will work out far cheaper.

You the best 🌹. You are always the best We are really proud of you

Sign up? Iphone7. I can’t get through the sign up part without it locking up? Tried numerous times and it goes no further than entering my name and accepting conditions.help!!

Horrible. App is a scam

Buggy, don't upgrade. Crashes when attempting to apply a label on an overseas parcel

Great App!. Recommended App! Wish u guys like this App.

Non Delivery. Didn’t not attempt to deliver I have been home ALL Day waiting. LAZY

AusPost. First timer on this app But will let you know How well it does this app does I'm giving 2 stars cause it does work with their tracking number from that country but I wish lightning will show some improvements on movements

At post. Awesomeness !

The best post app. Impressive and informative

Update lost ALL tracking. I do like this app, but it just updated and all my tracking history was wiped. I don’t have any other copies of the tracking numbers, they were all in the app. Help!

Good service. I love the app we get quite a few parcels and it has made my life so much easier as our area has so many parcels left at the door stolen so I luv that I get a notification then I can just redirect it with one button and I now also use my closest local post office address when I order things and to make it easier for me auspost even sent me an email with the LPO address on it with my own parcel collect number to copy and use so I just pick everything up from there now really eases the stress factor and I’ve been telling everyone on my community page how to do it so simple I’m very happy with the whole app and service

Confused. Went to set up an account by logging in. Sent me an email so I clicked the “Go to mail app” to click the “Verify email” button, to end up back at the post app, on the send email page, flip, flop, etc, “Too many verification requests. You can try again in 24 hours”. How about when you click the verification button in the email, it actually logs you into the app and takes you to the home tab on the app? Simple yes? Still not logged into the app, and have to wait 24 hours to try loop de loop again. Other than that, it’s a good app. I tracked my parcel while not logged in, so at least there’s that option.

Every day there is something else wrong. The developers must be bored because they keep bringing back issues every time they fix them. Version 5 might have the fix and then in version 6 it’s back. Maybe try spending some time on all the other problems instead of bringing back some of the greatest hits. I’d also request that whoever at Aus Post keeps causing these connection issues (503) that will ‘usually be fixed in a few minutes’ sorts it out or leaves. You cannot continually have connection issues. What planet are you from where you can’t fix this recurring problem? And guys, at least stop lying to yourselves and us. The issues are never fixed in a few minutes. If I didn’t have to use this app to figure out where my parcels are (my posties have decided they won’t bother leaving cards anymore, how fun!) I would happily delete this half cooked app and never have to waste my time again.

Good app, could use some extra features. The app is good, easy to use, tells you expected delivery dates and often detects parcels you have coming and automatically adds them. As someone who gets parcels delivered to my PO Box whenever possible, there’s a couple of extra features that would be handy if Aus Post could add to the app: -Sometimes oversized parcels get put in the locked boxes at the post office box (the key for this is left in the PO Box), sometimes there is a slip left in the PO Box to collect it from inside the post office. It would be great if the app could tell you which it is (as you can obviously go to the post office only in business hours, but you can collect the ones in the locked box anytime) - it would help knowing so I can decide if I need to race down to the post office to collect the parcel during the (limited!) opening hours, or I can just go later in the evening if it’s in the locked box. [Is it also possible to use the app to request a locked box when available?!] -Secondly, it would be nice if the app can notify PO Box users that there even is a key/collection slip in the box - It seems emails do not come through to notify unless it is a letter in there only, and not all my parcels have had tracking so I am not notified when they arrive - I’ve had parcels sitting there for days due to not being notified by the app/email Thanks for reading the feedback for your app, I am happy to explain further if needed.

Great backend, user interface issue. I loved this app until today I lost a parcel due to something that’s partially my fault and partially due to the app (hence why I gave the app 3/5 instead of 1/5). When you tap “My Account”, you’re shown your addresses. In my case, it’s my Parcel Locker and my Personal Address. Both are up to date. The issue is that when an item was diverted from my Parcel Locker (due to it being classed as a letter not a parcel, even though it is a SBC which probably won’t fit in a standard letter box), it did not go to my Personal Address, it instead went to my “postal address” which is hidden away under MyPost Account > MyPost account details > Contact details > Postal address. It’s my old address and even after actively seeking to update to my new address it was still unclear. If postal address were listed under “My Account” rather than the not-actually-used residential address, this would have been avoided. I lost a package I could ill-afford losing but I guess the is - go through ever single detail under every menu and make sure it’s all up to date. Don’t rely on the UI guiding you to the most important information.

Handy tracker. I like this app, it’s so handy being able to track anything I am sending or anything I am getting sent to me. I do however wish it could tell me if someone other than Auspost are bringing my parcel. For example I ordered something from over east and it sat on the app as at the airport in my state for four days before I found the missed deli every docket in my garden from another courier. But I love sending parcels to family in Nz and tracking it for them and sending updates. I like the tracking history too so I can see where it’s been as well as where it is. Mostly I just like knowing approximately when my parcel will arrive. Especially now that random lock downs can have our shipping dates changing depending on the state our parcel is in.

My purchases. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to receive something days or weeks before due date but mostly my parcels are late by days which is understandable since covid has been a concern. Late parcels is a bit annoying especially when I’m waiting on puppy training pads in Queensland wet season. I know will arrive soon but the question is when. Cannot depend on the quoted delivery date is what I’m trying to say. I find the parcel deliveres to my area are friendly and personable which is a big improvement from two years or so ago.

Love Hate relationship with AUSpost. Before I had the app I’d get the slips in the mail box, some even got rained on. I was HEAVILY annoyed. All the time because I NEVER knew when packages were coming. Id clear a whole day just to wait for my package as I’m one of those people who sit at the door and stare through (but the 5 mins you go away to use the dunny is when they come by right?! Haha) Until i got the app! It told me approximate delivery time. Which i adore So I could know when to be home. Know when to lock my dogs up in the back and leave a sign out to let the posties know it’s safe to enter. It has worked AMAZINGLY well contact free delivery! They struggle with international tracking & their customer service lines are Shocking heaven forbid you have any sort of trouble because you’ll need to prepare yourself to wait for a GOOD long while. And my lord CALLING them and trying to get through is INFURIATING. To say the least. I’ve downloaded other apps but they don’t have the approximate delivery times which is honestly a life saver. That or the same Delivery time every day.

Tracking? What tracking?. I was advised by Australia Post ‘customer service’ staff to download this app for the express purpose of tracking my online purchase which was being sent by Australia Post. But I don’t get updates which are of any use to me. Sometimes the updates keep telling me ‘We’ve got it’ even after the parcel has been delivered to my house. There’s no point in tracking which doesn’t tell the customer what they need to know. (On that occasion above, ringing customer service told me more about the status of my parcel.) On the positive side, the app does allow me to pay accounts. It hasn’t failed me at that task. I just need to be careful about which accounts are going to charge me if I pay my account at Australia Post! I do wonder what Australia Post thinks that the main reason for this app is. Once they get that clear, they can focus on getting it to do the job it was intended to do.

... Very disappointed in the service at this point I dread when I see that my packages are coming through this service .. each time my packages have been unsuccessfully delivered when I have been home and the dog was tied up all day due to the package coming with the instructions to leave it at the door incase I do not hear them . Thus making me wait an extra day to obtain my items some of which I have paid a lot for their delivery. There is no issue of safety upon entry for the driver whatsoever even though that is what is stated .. I have complained twice to the post office in my town with nothing done about the issue .. I am also 26 weeks pregnant and becoming highly stressed out with this issue .. other delivery drivers through different companies have never had this issue.

Great App!. This is truly a great app. Does exactly what it says and is very easy to use. Full scan details available. I love it. The only suggestion I would make is that when I open the AustPost email notification that my package information has been received by AustPost from the supplier, when I click the tracking number link, it doesn’t open into the app. It is directed to the website, then it takes me to the App Store and then I I have to go into the app through there. No option has been given to “open in app” from the website instance. Bearable for one or 2 deliveries but sometimes I track mine and my husband’s when we purchase around the same time and it’s timely to open a number in this manner. Otherwise, fabulous app!

Garbage.. I hate this app, and I hate how blasé AP is toward it. I get a lot of parcels. When I have a tracking number I put it into the app and on almost all of my parcels, the tracking either does not work, or doesn’t work properly. Here is 2 examples. 1. An item was picked up from a seller, and the driver scanned it as being out for delivery, rather than being collected, hence me having a nightmare when I saw ‘out for delivery’ in Vic when I am in NSW. AP said it was the drivers error, sure, ok, but now I have no tracking at all for that item. I have another item coming from Vic. It was scanned into a PO on Saturday, and since then, nothing. Today is Wed. AP claim parcels don’t stay anywhere overnight, so where is it? And therein lies my complaint. Firstly AP says that tracking was a free service, rather than being paid for, and that only certain places will update, so what is the point of it???? It’s absolutely useless. I asked AP what would happen if my parcel didn’t update, given they won’t open a lost parcel inquiry until the expected delivery time has passed, and they said it would be considered lost, but if their tracking worked, it might not be. If I had an alternate service to AP that didn’t require an account, I’d tell them to punch it.

Enjoying the locked parcel collect. I like the convenience of being able to pick parcel up anytime. I do think I should be allowed more than 48 hours to pick it up. Hoping it will be stored at that same post office if I am not able to pick it up within the 48 hours. I elect to have parcel sent to post office/ locked parcel collection because I am worried of parcel being stolen from outside home, sometimes parcel requested not to be left if no one is home, if often left at homes. At times door bell is not rung. I understand as they are busy but worried if expensive things are left when they should not be. Hence delivery address at post office.

Complete joke.. In the past the app has been good. Currently it’s a complete joke and doesn’t work. I’m trying to track an item. It tells me to log in. It tells me it doesn’t recognise my password (the password was correct) so I followed the instructions to change my password. I start again. I go to track an item. It recognises my email address but not my new password. So I wait a while. Then I try all over again. I try to track an item. It tells me to log in then it won’t recognise my password. My password is correct. I’m just sent into loops creating one password after another which it doesn’t recognise. I wait days for it to update n case it needs time but no…. A month later and trying to track another parcel gets me into the same loop of creating new passwords it won’t recognise. I even got into the account but even once into the account as soon as I try and track an item it tells me to log in and won’t get me any further. The app is currently nothing more than a frustrating joke.

The app is very useful. After I downloaded the app to track my delivery. I have never worried about my order because I always buy stuff from online everywhere. When the sender uses Australia Post for delivery then the Australia Post app will send me a message and notification to let me know where is my delivery and when they delivery to me. Also, I can set up leave at the safe place. That’s a very good because I work full-time on workday. No one at home to receive the Delivery. They will leave at my house. If you don’t have this app you’ll Delivery no one received at Home. They will wait to Post Office. You have to go to Post Office to pick up. For now they make very easy way to Me I love the sender. They use Australia Post for Delivery now.

Best little tracking app in the game. I love that AusPost uses your data for good, not evil. As soon as a parcel is winging its way to you - either domestically or from overseas - its details are available in the app. Having the ability to rename items for more human reference is great, as is the app’s access to AP’s package management features like Leave in a Safe Space & Redirection (to say a Post Office or a Parcel Locker if you know you won’t be home). Easy to use, it also features quick access to AusPost’s enquiry/complaints tool if something does go wrong and you need to start the process of locating a lost parcel.

Warning: Do not use post office parcel collect!. If you use post office parcel collect you are at risk of heavy delays and long drives for pickups. Sellers do not notify you of which Courier service they use if they don’t use Australia Post or if your package is too large your package will be sent back to the depot or to the major sorting centre in my case this time that is 100 km away at the airport. (Makes no sense to me) A few times recently I have had to pick up packages from four suburbs away but I’ve also had some that are a 30 minute drive away most recently I was excited about my new next gen console being delivered before the weekend but now I’ve been told Australia Post has rejected it so it’s being sent back to the airport and won’t be delivered till after the weekend and I’ve had to pick from one of the couriers own delivery locations now, you are better off avoiding this altogether by picking a different delivery location or store pick up.

Worst App - I am human. Once again the App is asking me if I’m human. Absolutely bizarre. You IT guys need to take your finger out. No other App in the App Store asks me this. Apple should pull this App until they fix this problem. Appalling user experience. APPALLING. 23 Nov 2021 App should be removed from App Store. No other App asks if I’m human. Pathetic. Would give zero stars if possible. 2 December 2021 - asking me if I’m human again. Apple should pull App from the App Store. This is unacceptable. No other App asks this question. I am a registered user. Australia Post needs to pull there finger out. 3 December 2021. Once again the App is asking whether I’m human. Apple should pull app from the App Store. No other app does this. 30 Jan 2022 - The app is doing it again. Should be removed until they fix the problem. Regularly asks if I’m human yet I’m using the App. 14 March 2023.

Australia post is becoming the worst delivery service. I used to love always getting my delivery package from Australia post cause they were always fast with their shipping and even at times. However now they are lacking in their delivery, three times they have been 4 days late with my express packages and the worst part is i had to reach out to them in order for them to move my package as I noticed my package would not move at all or updated in the days it was delayed and as you might have guessed as soon as I was basically a Karen to them I got a notification that my package is on the way and a few hours later it was here which leads me to believe they had my package this whole time but just didn’t wanna deliver it yet or delaying it cause they didn’t give zero fcks this problem is also happening to my friends too at this point I got one more package with them and I’m done I’m actively trying to avoid sending my packages to Australia post as best as I can and if you had the same problem I suggest you do the same

Reliable Consistent Service. I regularly purchase online within Australia and overseas. I found out about parcel lockers on google because I wanted convenience and safe parcel delivery. I thought I would give it a go. I have just started to use the free service of parcel lockers from Australia Post. I can confirm it is reliable, convenient and easily accessible and safe. The app on my mobile phone keeps me updated from start to delivery and is exciting to know my purchase is coming. I have no hesitation in recommending parcel lockers to anyone wanting convenience and efficiency and safety. Well done Australia Post staff and associated couriers for providing this free service! I shall continue using parcel lockers. Thank you.

Good app, but not accurate. I enjoy the handy info this app provides, but it only goes as far as the accuracy of the info within it. I regularly find that prices vary (often drastically) between what the app tells me for postage to what it actually turns out to be once I reach the post office. Some obvious ones like the prices of pre-paid items aren’t even up to date. Update this app and fix the pricing bugs please! Would be good if it could show (with a picture added) other postage goods such as packaging available and what these in turn weigh to provide an accurate postage estimate.

Good. Awful at international tracking.. This app doesn’t show all the details the package goes through with customs from international. I have one package that has been in transit from over 20 days (said on my other tracking app and saying it is on the way). As for this app, it doesn’t even tell you that it is in transit to Australia just ‘prepared’. I have so many international packages I am tracking on multiple different apps (FeDex, 17TRACK and more) because this app can’t even identify tracking apps used for out side of country shipping. This app was designed to only locate most parcels once it its the shore of this country. Even then, most items that are in Australia aren’t even identified through this app regardless of what track number you put in. This app has so much more potential but sadly it is a waste with most international shipping purchases that have tracking codes.

St Kilda Melbourne regional parcel centre. Shocking non-performance of duties. Ongoing non-delivery for 2 years.. parcels never received.. Tired of calling and going down there physically.. currently a 7kg international parcel never attempted to deliver by this centre, $120 postage cost, yet their office staff report to merchant delivery attempted 3 times (never happened, not even a slip in post box) and despite case with Complaints area. Diversity employment policy should not lead to a centre being dominated by one nationality, with males not delivering but standing around chatting and females of same nationality entering false information on the computer system to cover up non-performance of jobs. It’s called an enclave. It’s a cultural problem transferred into the workplace. It’s not my problem, it’s yours. This centre warrants a genuine investigation and sacking of staff. Diversity practices need to be scrutinised and fixed, because someone is misinterpreting the basic meaning of such policy due to ignorance or racism. Australia Post was never like this in the past. It’s a nightmare for so many customers, particularly the elderly and disabled. Customers should be able to speak out about these very real problems without being accused of being racist, hostile, etc., by ignorant Australia Post staff doing the policy implementation and employees who are wrecking the company. Stop giving out watches and selling car insurance and fix the Australian postal service!! 😳😳😳

Doesnt show real tracking info. Parcels true tracking info never gets updated, international sendeds pages and app’s are more accurate and upto date. USPS and Japan’s ESM tracking tell me more. This post app still claims item in transit from USA to Australia and 5 days have past, yet USPS shows me item in Australia and has moved twice with 4 day gap. Why is the app hiding tracking of internal movements and inbound landings ? I bet AusPost workers can see the info why cant we ? You would get less calls if you let us see the real time tracking. App normally updates to onboard with driver after its pretty much been delivered. And then a whole bunch more updates pop up that weren’t there before. Just stop hiding all the tracking information please.. your algorithms need to be removed and just let us see whats going on at all spots along the way. App is to vague in its information.

Ring the bell correctly!. Delivery man does not ring my apartment number correctly, then quickly leaves a note saying no one is home. It clearly says apartment G04, and instructions on ringing the apartment is on the wall. I’ve had to pick up my parcel from the post office as a result of this. I work during the day and have a very hard time leaving my desk to get to the post office. So please train your guys to ring the correct apartment number, or ring my mobile on arrival. It’s a waste of my time having to go the the post office, especially after I pay for postage fee.

Good app apart from one annoying issue. The app itself does what it is supposed to do. It shows you where the package is and when you can expect it. At least it did, now with COVID-19 the tracker is all over the place. But that is due to the special circumstances. But they really need to change the screen layout, and redesign the redirect your parcel option. When I scroll and accidentally press on the redirect line, a new screen pops up. Because the redirect is a whole line over the full width of the screen you almost cannot avoid selecting it when you scroll. Press cancel and then you have to confirm that you want to leave that screen. Of course I want to leave, that’s why I pressed cancel. Just make the redirect parcel option a small button somewhere in the middle of the screen and we are all happy.

Very good app, accurate, ease of use. I love this app, I’m constantly ordering new books and things and it’s great to be able to get reasonably live updates as to where my packages are up to. Additionally, the ability to redirect if I won’t be home that day to say work; is an incredibly useful feature. I have also used it to set up after hours parcel pick up boxes. Feedback for future updates/upgrades, live tracking like I can for my pizza (say for the last 24 or 12 hours prior to delivery); not for frivolous entertainment, but so I have a reasonably accurate delivery time. So, I better know when to be home and when not to step out. Or perhaps I can reschedule an appointment so I don’t miss my package. Even if it is just a window of between 2-4pm. That would be soooo helpful, and on AustPosts perspective, reduce time costly returning post to the Post Office. Which is a loss for the organisation but also annoys the customer. Food for thought... shouldn’t be too hard.

Great App. Love this app. Helps me track all my deliveries, gives me options of where my parcels go. Notifies where a parcel currently is, if dates of delivery have changed, when to expect it and when it has arrived/been delivered. Even automatically adds some deliveries to tracking if I haven’t already. Love It!! I was so annoyed at Auspost, as my parcels kept being left at my doorstep (also when people were home with no knock) even after many phone calls requesting for this not to be done. My house front is very open, has a public pathway right in front and unfortunately today’s honesty isn’t where it should be. For me, this has greatly improved Aus Post’s service and I for one, am really grateful.

No point having a feature you cant use.. The new feature of being able to have someone pick up your mail from the post office was a godsend I thought, though there is no use on having it when the post shop in stockland bundaberg says its not valid permission to collect. Either remove the feature or talk to the guys at bundaberg about how aus post is supposed to work. Will update this review when the issue is fixed. Other than that I love being able to keep track of my mail and I think since the new year started auspost has really stepped up their service. Sent an item yesterday from qld to sa, was there the next day, that's using standard post, not even express! Two things I bought on ebay arrived the next day, I am happy with how the post service is now and I hope they can keep it up, just wish I could have someone collect my mail when I am not able to.

Refusing to deliver my packages. Auspost literally refuses to deliver packages, even if you have express delivery. I’m not kidding. I spoke with customer service, in an attempt to actually get my package delivered. Apparently, the drivers are not allowed to attempt to contact you. So because I live in an apartment building and they’re also apparently not allowed to go to your unit, they have no way to tell me they are there and it gets sent to the post office. Then you go to the post office at the end of the requested day and it’s not there yet or somehow at an entirely different post office. It’s incredible just how horrible auspost is because delivery is like the single thing that they do! Like imagine a cafe with workers that refused to make you coffee and forced you to make it yourself. It’s ridiculous in any other scenario, and in this one too.

Really Excellent- so surprised - the last 12 months massive improvement in the systems. I can’t praise aus post enough for coming out of the dark ages and not only matching the competition but leading the way , the innovation and communication this app has provided , knowing when a parcel is en route and on board for delivery on the day means u can plan to be there/ receive it / leave the gate open etc etc , so so so good !! I really hope Sco-Mo didn’t sack the best CEO that ever walked the earth here and Aus post can continue on this path PS THE POSTIES DESERVE A SHOUT OUT FOR BEING CONSISTENTLY HELPFUL & CARING all in all a great experience these days receiving things in the post

App is great, super annoyed at the suggestions Australia post has included in it. We were quite desperate to receive the contents of a package, and I was worried about having to wait until Saturday to pick it up from our normal post office (posties don’t leave things at our house even when we give the authority) so when the app suggested to get it delivered to a post locker, we thought that was brilliant! It added an extra day to delivery but that was still quicker than waiting till Saturday. Then one day turned into two- still fine. We could pick it up Friday afternoon after work. Then we got the message - it wasn’t available for post locker so we would have to pick it up from the post office. ...fine, slightly annoying because now it’s still being picked up on the Saturday that we were trying to avoid. Look at the collection address. Further than our local collection and unlike our local collection point it was ONLY OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Super annoyed that a “convenient alternative” suggested has prevented us from getting important contents on time and needing to take hours out of my work schedule to pick it up. Not. Happy. Jan.

Notifications issue. Hi - love the app but noticed that after I reset phone settings notifications was off. I tried to Opt into parcel locker notifications and selected always for location settings and got pics to the settings app to allow notifications but it’s the wrong screen in settings. Now when I go to the notifications section in the settings app this app isn’t listed so I guess that means they aren’t on? Update - still an issue on latest version. I got the prompt to turn on notifications today and I said yes, got navigated to settings but the notifications option wasn’t listed as of the app hasn’t asked the iOS for the permission. Have tried uninstalling - doesn’t change anything. How can I fix this?

They can’t be bothered to find my address. Absolutely shocked at Aus Post, I don’t leave any feedback all together but I’m at my wits end. I ordered a parcel for my mom for Christmas around November, they “couldn’t find my address” but yet I received all my letters perfectly fine. So my mother didn’t get her Christmas present. Still waiting on it to be returned. Then my mothers birthday is in January so I ordered some things for her on the 06 of January, heaps of time till her birthday. Then I changed my address to my work address, WASNT risking that mistake again. And they “couldn’t find the address” when it’s literally the biggest shopping centre. I’m just absolutely disgusted and both days for mom ruined due to lack of team caring about the package actually making to the receiver. You have wasted that many resources sending my packages left right and centre and not to me. Just a joke.

Quite useful with some issues. When trying to locate post office on the app, it highlights all the parcel lockers and marks them as express post, leaving me to guess what services are actually offered there. When trying to send parcel, if you need envelope or box, you’re left to guesses if you can do that in that location. Not a big issue but user experience could be improved - for example when adding new tracking, Add is just a link which gets easily lost if you have more parcels tracked already. Changing that to button of different colour could help.

Amazing service. I think Austpost is doing an amazing job considering the shift to online shopping and the huge additional work load caused by covid. Those that criticise don’t understand the logistics of moving the huge volume of parcels Austpost deal with everyday in a efficient manner. I for 1 appreciate the service you guys are providing. Automatically adding purchases to the tracking list and advising when a parcel is out for delivery are great as I live rural. I think the app is intuitive to use and rate it highly. Having dealt with postal services all over the world I think you guys are top shelf. I’d suggest that while the tracking of international courier packages is not ideal Austposts function is dealing with domestic post and international tracking should be done on the carriers sites which are far from reliable. Keep up the great work!!

Parcel delivery. If there was an alternative I would not use Aust Post. They used to be great but the last 18 months their couriers have been appalling with their delivery service. Rarely do they actually deliver anything, it all goes straight to the PO. We are always home when we know a delivery is coming as per the tracking but they do not even bother to come into the street. We live in an apartment on ground floor with a ramp right up to our entrance. It’s not hard, but last time the message was unable to gain access!!!!!!! A blind man could gain access!!! We are always home waiting for the delivery. They do not come near the place. I am so over Aust Post couriers. I have done endless surveys, reviews, lodged complaints but nothing changes. Totally fed up with the service and it’s such a hassle having to go to the PO to collect three boxes of wine when we are in our 70’s.

Parcel locker. I usually get my parcels delivered to a Parcel Locker as Australia Post refuses to deliver to my home as I live on a Main Street. On a few occassions I have had issues. Firstly if the parcel is too big, I do not get a message notifying to collect from the post office so usually I have to check the app to see where the parcel is and then once it arrives at the post office I wait a day or two, if I don’t get notified I can collect from parcel then I just need to ask the counter. I have also had other occurrences where I get the message that my parcel is in the locker however there is no barcode to scan in the app. When I ask the counter, they tell me they can’t open the lockers so I need to wait a few days until they take it out and I can collect from the counter.

It’s just not working. Every time I go to use the app It leads me to web pages that don’t explain my issue like for instance why there’s a package to be picked up I’ve been twice to the post office and they can’t find it then tried calling as directed by postal’s staff to wait 45 min to talk to someone and I can hear them but they can’t hear me so they hang up I try again and same issues I check my phone it works on other calls fine And the app just isn’t working properly or staff are not doing their bit very disappointing

Poor Service over last few Monghs. Australia Post had an amazing service with up dated tracking but sadly a few months ago the tracking disappeared. I’ve lost one delivery that failed to arrive and another late delivery when I was at home but the driver drove off without knocking or ringing the doorbell and left as I ran out behind the van There was a note left on the front mat saying I could collect from the Post Office the next day. Too bad that I was going on holidays and had hoped to have the parcel contents for the trip. Now I’m waiting for a parcel from the USA that arrived in Australia on 3 September it’s the 16th and no sign of it. It used to only take a few days from arrival in Australia to arrive. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s also gone missing. Such an unreliable service. When I spoke to the ladies as the Post Office, I could tell that complaints are now commonplace. Has APO saved $’s on a new contractor that isn’t up to the task? I’m very disappointed and starting to be wary of ordering anything online.

Lazy deliverers. I work from home in a gated community, it tells you how to call a house out the front. I didn’t get a call wat do ever, if you call the gate & it misses it come directly to my mobile then my daughters. We were both home & the deliverer decided he couldn’t be bothered to deliver my parcel to my door, I have never had anyone not call the gate or leave. Im disappointed & disgusted, I pay to have these delivered & it’s taken to the post office for me to collect. My actual mail box is open too, it could’ve been placed in there. Im waiting on another parcel that’s gone MIA, I’ve left a message & wrtten in & now I see it’s delayed but the parcel has been pending processing at the same depot of the other half of my parcel that got delivered. No one has contacted je. I find it appalling, no customer service, where has it gone.

Aust Post Delivery Service. As I don’t drive & only have 2 hours a fortnight for shopping; I rely on Online Sites for the bulk of my Purchases(other than Perishables), that Aust Post deliver to my home address in a Regional Town! Have never had any issues with damaged parcels; parcels not arriving; slow delivery(other than with deliveries due to COVID disruptions-which I am always informed about); my parcels are always left where I state; if parcels absolutely need a Signature & I’m not home-I am left a Text from Aust Post, stating my Parcel is at local P.O. awaiting pick-up! Plus; through Aust Post, customers can also purchase so many different products(kitchen; homewares; products for Pets; the Office; The Car; Kids; Books; Office Supplies; Banking-withdrawals/deposits;)etc-almost A ONE STOP SHOP! And, all through our current conditions (with COVID &all the restrictions that are placed on us), Aust Post are doing such a fantastic job keeping the HUGE amount of parcels flowing & being delivered! Thankyou Aust Post-you are wonderful!

Slow and cumbersome. I had high hopes for this app, but it has let my expectations down in a big way. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers and we thought downloading this app would help make it even better via notifications to those customers about where their parcels are via tracking, why does it give you the option of adding customers email address and mobile number if you don’t intend to inform the customer via tracking notifications, this is a very suspicious process by Australia post and I feel there is something more to it, in the form or collecting and selling private information! This app also falls short in that when a parcel isn’t where it’s supposed to be there should be a button that you can click to lodge an Inquiry about that particular tracked item, instead you have to leave that item page and head over to support then enter all the details manually, seems rather stupid to have it working that way? Surprisingly this happens quite a lot with us, Australia post needs to get rid of the people that are causing these problems. You need a dedicated My Post Business APP! It’s time consuming and irritating to open this app then have to navigate multiple pages to access your my post business information. In all honesty it’s not a bad app for individuals but as far as an app for small business it’s a massive fail. I give it more than it deserves 1 out of 5 Disappointed

Express post is a waste of time and money. Pay for express post and forever chasing up parcels as they turn up way after the expected time of express post or they sit with aus post for days in the warehouse before being entered into the system just like my current parcel that aus post have had for 2 days and only before 5 today was it entered into the system for processing - express post that I needed by tomorrow for my gender reveal this weekend but nope not going to get here in time so I now have to go back out and spend more money to replace these items that will not turn up in time due to aus posts lack of care and responsibility to do their job and follow their own guidelines. Not impressed one bit! This happens all too often yet free shipping that’s not express manages to get here on time or earlier but you pay for express to have it sooner than the 7-10 business days free shipping and it’s a complete waste of money every time! I’m not the only person who has had these issues with auspost! Not good enough! Covid is no longer an excuse.

Going backwards. Australia post you really need to get your act together. I ordered a package and because your courier didn’t knock loud enough we missed the delivery. Yes, someone was at home. It was a very windy day today and the card - which was under the door handle - blew away when I opened the front door to go outside. Luckily I was able to retrieve it before it was lost. The card exhorted us to wait until after 4 to collect it from a post office, which happened to be the furthest away from my address - Settlement City and the PO at Port Macquarie are both closer. Just before 4pm I received a message to collect from an electronic PO box out front of the same post office. Ok, you just made it a bit harder to get the package as I went into the PO and was told that the staff can’t get into these boxes to give me the package over the counter. I managed to locate the pass number required and after a lot of button pushing a box eventually opened giving me the parcel. You probably think that you are being modern but you have put in place a far more complicated system than before. I order a lot on-line and can tell the difference between your deliveries as against those of a private company. Your service is so much slower and now is becoming much more complicated. All you have to do is deliver. As a business, you are going backwards.

Service. This so worst australia post total useless. I usually order online but I’m fed up with the one those give delivery. I’m talking about Melbourne! Glenroy area! ! Everything was fine i was in Sydney i had no complaints. But after i moved to melb i notice they never ring the bell nor they knock on the door. And i always had to get my parcel from the post office. So I decided to say leave at the front door on the app. And in spite of that they didn’t knock or ring the bell today in morning as i was still at home. And after few minutes i got a mail saying they couldn’t deliver failed attempt. Hello!? Did you even attempted?? And i said okay let me wait for the notice to pickup at the post office. The whole day I didn’t got any mail. And today it’s friday they sent me email at 4:55pm. 5 minutes before they close down. What do u want me to do in those 5 minutes?? Please.. improve your services!!

Aus Post is a terrible delivery service. So many issues with Australia Post, with no demonstration that they intend to fix the service. 1. Only one phone number to call. You will have to wait over 30 minutes to talk to anyone. You can’t ever get in contact with the delivery driver or an individual post office. 2. The post office app says “delivery coming today”. I sit in my front window all day, working from home, and I get a notification saying “sorry, your package couldn’t be delivered”. The whole point of ordering something is so that they delivery it to my house? What is the point of coming to my house to leave a parcel slip instead of just delivering my parcel? 3. I had a parcel go missing, before it even was delivered to me. I was waiting 2 months for a coffee machine and I called numerous times, gave them my tracking number, and no one could figure out where it went. It said in the app my parcel was on its way for weeks. This probably would have been solved if the delivery driver was held accountable for the delivery by making his contact details available. Don’t know why they don’t see why there should be a standard around delivering items with a higher standard than this.

DISHONESTY FROM AUSSIE POST. App performance is irrelevant, when Australia Post adopts the misleading methods it has engaged in this Christmas. Parcel NOT DELIVERED, however App indicates "Scanned, Onboard, Delivered" - all within 3 minutes !? One hour after looking for my "delivered" parcels, I telephone AP C/S... representative confirms that Tracking is null & void here - AP knowingly and willingly misrepresents Tracking information for the sake of Company KPI achievement. No surprises guys, Christmas does come annually - it has for over 2000 years, it IS a BUSY time. Get your act together, stop treating Customers with contempt, and try being honest: act with integrity, and cease falsifying Tracking data - Australians will appreciate it. Overall - disgraceful behaviour Australia Post, someone in authority there should be hanging their head in shame, and returning a portion of their salary - for dishonesty, lack of integrity, and authorising this scandalous business practice. Shame on you. Oh, and ho ho ho, have a merry one.

Outstanding Service.. With immediate family and friends overseas I use Australia Post a lot. Our local Post Office is fantastic. The Post Mistress is lovely and so efficient dealing with the odd things I regularly send the family and the parcels arrive surprisingly fast. My parcels can arrive inside 7 days to their parcels to us taking 4 months. Hilarious. We often exchange calendars and we will be in March here by the time the foreign mail arrives. In 14 years of my mail over, costs have actually gone down and that with a more streamlined service. Well done everyone.

Pretty good, should be ranked higher. This app is pretty good, no complaints. I used to use it heaps before i found a tracking app that consolidates all freight companies. This app is ranked number 8 in the Top Free on the app store, it has 287k ratings averaging 4.6 stars. Above this app at number 7 is the MyGov app with 10k reviews averaging 1.6 stars. It makes no sense. What metric puts this app with presumably 30x the number of users and much better rating of 4.6 compared to 1.6? How can a vastly better app rank lower? Is the Top 100 list gaslighting users and promoting apps based on some other metric not relating to quality? Australia Post App deserves better!

Unbelievable slow. I ordered a product November 9 and it still hasn’t been delivered! It looks like it hasn’t moved for over a month! Do better🤬

Thumbs down. Aus Post is crap and no app will change that if your parcel is 5 months late and they wipe your tracking history 🥴
