There is a lot of room for improvement. This app is to say the least not great. Ordering and putting items in your cart is easy BUT that’s really all that’s good. Then comes the bad. You CANNOT apply any Promo codes to your cart, it simply doesn’t let you. On the website under troubleshooting they say that if this occurs then you’d better order via the website. Then why have the app at all? Another bad point for ordering via the app is that you will NOT get an Order Confirmation Number which they ask for when you call them about where your package is. Duh!!! Called customer service and they said that if you order via website you get order confirmation #. Again, why have an app at all then?? Another bad thing Nespresso will never send you a shipment tracking info. But that’s both for website and app as well. This also means that you will have to call them if you want to know about when you would be receiving your order. And it’s a problem if you don’t know your order number. To me this is very dumb. Unfortunately for me, I have to find out where my package is because there are a lot of packages disappearing in my building. Really Nespresso???? Big enough company to make sure all these kinks are worked out with the app. So, get to it, Nespresso!

App could be a bit better - recycling bag?. The coffee is great. The app is attractive, but a little clumsy in use. Here is one beef: I just ordered $178 in coffee. Being a wonderful person, I like to do my bit in recycling. The free bags are nowhere to be seen through the coffee ordering process. I go through each step slowly in the checkout procedure, no bags anywhere (were they discontinued?), and then I pay. I go back into the app, search around, and Finally find the bags! Add to order? Nope - says I already ordered within in the last 15 minutes - try to order anyway but can’t continue because you can’t place a zero dollar order, (the bags of course are free). A few years back, the bags were right there in the checkout process. OK, the people on the phone are always great, (expected as this is a premium product), and I’ll get the bags that way, but why do we have to waste their time and my time?

Total FAIL. I suppose there’s no real value to this app except to nag you to buy more coffee, nevertheless I was curious to pair it with my new Vertuo Pop+. After about 20 attempts I delete the app. There are some fundamental design flaws. 1) You should be able to type in your WiFi password and have the app save it in case you have to make several attempts. It’s nearly impossible to type in a typical cable ISP WiFi password with 25+ characters on a smartphone with no keyboard, never mind having to type it in 20 times. (I resorted to cut-and-paste after the first attempt). 2) Once the app builds a table of your WiFi network it should default to that list because it takes too long to scan the network and the coffee machine times out before the connection is made (I suspect that’s why mine never connected). 3) The app also takes an extraodinarily long time to open too. 4) Once open, you should get immediate feedback to verify your coffee machine is connected, either via bluetooth or WiFi. And, if not, it should have a promot to do so wihout having to navigate to the set-up apps. Again, this is too hard to do on a small smartphone. Not ready for prime time. Wait about 10 more years.

Needs some improvement!. I have used the app to place an order 3 or 4 times since receiving my Nespresso machine as a gift. Each time I have run into a problem and have had to call the customer service line for help (and I am very experienced in placing orders online and via apps). Today the problem was the default on shipping. I ordered over $50 in sleeves, but my basket was showing $6.95 in estimated shipping, which I did not understand. The very helpful customer service rep explained that I must have chosen 2 day shipping. When I worked through the checkout process again, I discovered that 2-day shipping is the default! Seems to me that the free shipping should be the default if over $50 in sleeves is ordered, allowing users to upgrade to 2-day if they wish to do so. I saved my preferences in the cart so I hope that will apply to shipping selection as well, for my next order.

App has some issues. Let me first start out by saying I am a daily Nespresso coffee/espresso drinker so I find myself reordering more coffee regularly on this app. The best I can say about it, is that it doesn’t work as it should. Just tried ordering coffee on my iPad and the app never showed me the delivery options for me to pick one, but wouldn’t continue without my delivery option selection. So round and round I go, until I decided to try it on my iPhone. The first time, same thing happened - no delivery options to select. The second time, delivery options appeared! This coffee is not cheap, but it is high quality coffee. You would expect something as simple as the reordering app to work as expected. I don’t like wasting time - and there have been times where this app has not only caused frustration but has also wasted my precious time. Also, I noticed when using the app as opposed to ordering online, you don’t get to select your free sample. My recommendation: Best to just the online store.

Quite possibly one of the most fluid user designed apps. So, without going too deep into my background I’ll let you know just a few things. One, I work at a five star-five diamond urban hotel and have access to fantastic traditionally made espresso on a daily basis. Two, Nespresso coffee is as good if not better than this espresso. Also, the milk frothing device that came with our Vertuo bundle is amazingly consistent at providing fantastic foamed milk. I know the amount of technique and patience it takes for an individual to master using a steam wand and IT IS NOT AN EASY technique to perform. So, that a machine can produce professional results with the touch of a button is the sign of some highly intellectual engineering; kudos on that. Lastly, for the app itself, its a joy to use. From remembering previous orders, keeping information secure, streamlining the ordering process and ease of use, and (admittedly not a result of the app, per se) the timeliness of the orders arriving is hands down some of the best customer service around. If you’re thinking about an upgrade from your single serve coffee machine, look no further. Also, beware when you travel from the comfort of your kitchen and are forced to drink lesser coffees again, as it will most likely be all the time. Nespresso is THAT good.

Elegant meets sluggish. The overall app works for ordering what you need, but there are a few thing I feel can be improved. First, when entering credit card information I shouldn’t have to select a card type. You can determine that by the number entered. Also, when having to edit information it seems it must connect to my online account to download prior to my editing as I received a 504 bad gateway error the first time trying to edit my information. I would prefer to edit the information saved on my phone, then have it sync after saving this way if the sync fails I can still continue on with my order. Lastly, which I don’t knock the app for but think it would be nice, using information of my order quantity and frequency to determine how fast I drink through my order and send me a reminder when I get low. The reason I like this as opposed to the reoccurring ordering is I like to try new coffees. I am less likely to order the exact same coffee every time. Fix these and you’ll have a great app.

Review refused to publish until I added a star. I wrote a 2-star review because of the difficulties checking out. When I hit the Send button I kept getting the message “Nickname already taken”. I tried about 10 different nicknames before I gave up. I finally added a star to see if it would publish my review. Below is my original review: The checkout pop up is terrible. The app doubled my order the first time I tried to use it. I fixed the quantity and tried to pay. The screen was only partially visible no matter which orientation was used. I couldn’t enter my CVV because there was no visible place to type it in. At one point I was seeing half of one page and half of another. Either half was unusable. This went on for several minutes until suddenly the app normalized. I hope nothing goes wrong with my order.

Great look but sluggish and BUGGY. UPDATE. Dead on the iPad starting system v13. On the iPhone shopping cart is miscalculating the number of capsules or pulling old orders. Face ID activation locks app DEAD. In this day and age could Nespresso spend less on the overpriced actors and actually build an app that works as good as there coffee? We are actually buying and using your product so get better software development to match the product. OLDER review. Great photography used as in all Nespresso marketing:) App does work but there is no easy way to modify your order. The previous order pops-in uninvited and you have to kill items one by one and then close window and add more and verify the hidden items in the list. I am sure that app developers or Nespresso management never tried to use this app but just watched some video presentation. Again, in real life it somehow sluggishly works but you have to go around the stupid stuff to place the correct order.

Great on the surface but always glitchy. The design and usability of the app are great, and overall I can always easily do what I need to. But this app in particular seems to constantly have bugs. One in particular is if you navigate to Basket > Past Orders so you can simply reorder, it directs you to Personal Information instead. Always have to back out and click into Past Orders. Has been this way for years, can’t believe it hasn’t been fixed yet. Another is making an order an Easy Order, which I would love to do, but the freebies they offer never seem to be available, but you are simultaneously supposed to choose one. If I can only use the original line capsules and none of those are available, why am I going to select a Virtuo? What could I possibly do with that? Very frustrating and has left me manually ordering capsules when I would really rather set up something recurring.

Many bugs, and Touch ID is BROKEN!. Overall excellent. HOWEVER, the only reason I’m detracting one star is that it won’t let me select which of my saved addresses is my default shipping address. One time I shipped a new machine to my sister as a gift in NY and ever since it doesn’t default to my home address across the country in CA anymore. I wasn’t paying enough detailed attention while placing an order, and my $250 capsule order went to NY instead of to me. I called customer service within a day of realizing it and there was “nothing we can do“ which is pretty ridiculous—come on. I ended up calling the shipper, tracking down the package after two days of calls, and paying good money to reroute the package across the country. Just let me identify my default shipping address in the app! Otherwise, I do love the convenience and interface of the app, works really well, and I can get my order settled while having my morning coffee. Nespresso, pls fix the address issue — should be easy. I’ve been a loyal Nespresso user for ~14yrs and am just on my 3rd (high end) machine.

Overall Ok. Overall the app is ok. It runs smoothly and is well laid out. I would like to see the free samples option available like it is on the website. That alone makes me not want to use it. I also wish you could mark your favorites and have a filter or spot where you could see just those. Or maybe a thumbs up thumbs down to easily track/see what you’ve tried and liked/not liked (without having to sort through orders). We’re new to nespresso and there are a ton of coffees and I will not remember every one we like (outside of saving a pod or taking a pic of it). It would be a nice added feature as we make our way through the different flavors.

A little disappointed. Had high expectations for the app. Nice look and feel, intuitive design and easy to navigate. However, had multiple glitches during my experience- an error without any good description on trying to add a free gift without purchasing a welcome package. I read copy on the page later to figure it out, but would be nice to just be alerted that I forgot to add the welcome package to get a free gift. What is up with no ability to edit existing address? There was an error in my delivery address and I had to add a new one because there was no option to edit. Lastly, the lag time on page loads was pretty bad. I don’t think it was my WiFi because I have no trouble with other apps, and it wasn’t just a one page thing, it was consistent across the app- perhaps you need to look into performance enhancers. Overall though, I was able to place my order and will use the app in the future.

Great information on coffee’s, I love trying new ones!. I like the ability to order my capsules by using my smart phone and the app. Because the app contains so much information about the coffee in each capsule I found that I am ordering coffee that I may not have in the past just to try them. The only thing that I wish is I could order the steaming pitchers for the milk on the app as I have been unable to find them. Nespresso wants you to use their steaming pitchers however do not sell them themselves. When I try to email the company about this issue I go through the entire process and as I submit my email I get a fatal error and email cannot be sent I’ve tried this 10 times to no avail. In summary coffee – excellent. Ordering required support materials – needs improvement.

Makes ordering from home easy!. Great app for ordering Nespresso supplies.... The only suggestions I have for improvements are 1. New products may need clear descriptions, for example, the recycling Canister does not say whether his pearly for transportation or whether it assist with loading the recycling bags. 2. It would be nice to have a place for customer feedback to the company regarding different products. For example, some of the limited addition capsules are amazingly good (Such as the Apple strudel and one other Limited addition capsule that came out that time, I can’t member his name), while some others were not so good. Overall these are just suggestions, the app it’s in its current state works great for what it’s designed to do.

NESPRESSO is my coffee and my machine!. I have tried all types of machines and coffee. Yes, there is many machines that can make a good cup of coffee and a good espresso, but NONE can do it with the ease, consistency, and great taste on every level, as the NESPRESSO pods and machines! I will say I was a bit apprehensive at frost to only be able to get coffee on line, but after I set up the ap, and ordered, it was so easy and awesome! I have also place orders on the NESPRESSO phone line, and those guys are always so helpful and answer every question any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! The other really great thing about the NESPRESSO pods is that they are 100 % recyclables! Whenever I order coffee, I order free UPS bags that I place my pods in, when it is full, I drop it off at UPS. Awesome set Up! Yes, it is a little bit more expensive then some other pod machines, but the quality and taste is day and night. NESPRESSO BLOWS away all the others! We have a second home, and I had to get a machine for there as well!!!!! Thank you NESPRESSO!!

Great coffees; “App", not so much. I love the Nespresso machine, and coffees. Even the App was colorful, and mostly well-organized. There were some things I “hoped” to find... but didn’t (user manuals, videos of “how-to” make use of some of the features NOT covered well in the supplied documentation); but not too bad. THEN, I tried to complete my app on-line purchase, and “check-out”. The “ordering “ part of the app appeared to be written by a different company! After filling in (properly) all of my personal (and machine registration) information, I watched as the app changed my GENDER, re-parsed my ADDRESS (incorrectly), and refused to recognize ApplePay. You make great coffee; please hire someone to rewrite the “checkout” portion of your cellphone app! And, please, a little more info on how (precisely) to use the various features. The Aeroccino section, in particular, conflicts with what I was told in the Nespresso store.

Needs work. The app is ridiculously slow as it loads it’s pages (and no this is not an issue with my internet connection... other apps load quickly). Also it doesn’t allow you to order recycling bags as a separate order yet limits you to 2 bags per order; if I place an enormous order I should be allowed to order more than 2 recycling bags. Plus when I tried to place a second order right after completing another order, the app presented a pop up window warning me that I had already placed an order within the past 15 minutes - that’s fine except there was no way for me to dismiss the pop up window; about a minute later the pop up window disappeared but why not include an ok button that makes it go away immediately after I’ve read it rather than wasting my time?

Great - with room for improvement. Just used the app to order 15 sleeves. Simple, intuitive to use. Good descriptions on the coffee capsule choices. Easy to make and change selections, pay and be done. One downside though, was that the app awarded me 3 free sleeves of decaf intenso capsules at the bottom of my shopping basket (great!) while at the same time giving me a pop-up warning that decaf intenso is sold out (not great). It gave me no option to choose another type of capsule for the freebie (which I assume is a benefit of having bought as many sleeves as I did). Freebie failure. It left me feeling, somewhat irrationally, like I lost something as a result of my purchase. This is probably not a great way for an app to leave a customer feeling. This seems like a fixable glitch in the app, adding the ability to catch when you're sold out of your freebie item and offer alternatives. Overall, though, I'll definitely use the app again when I don't have time to go to a Nespresso boutique. Oh - one more suggestion: at checkout, include the option for users to request a capsule recycling mail-in bag. Thanks.

Great coffee, good app. I love Nespresso! We fell in love with it in Hawaii where there was one in our hotel room and we’ve had it for 5 years. The app works well but the product content could be a bit better, for example when you want to reorder a particular pod size, you cannot always easily tell what the size is in the Master crafted singles for example. And, when you pull up a previous order and want to reorder something you liked, you cannot click on the item to go back to the product detail page to review it. Simply reordering previous orders is a simple streamlined process. Overall a very nice app and Nespresso coffee is the only way to go - don’t buy the knockoffs. It’s the combination of machine and pod that makes a great cup plus you get free gifts when you order.

Love everything about NESPRESSO. Love everything about my Nespresso machine, if I can change a few things it would be that the products that are unavailable or currently not in stock on the website should not be posted. (Or maybe update the app to require a filter to filter out what’s not in stock and what currently is in stock, so we can purchase easier.) Another thing is those free samples that are randomly offered should be able to allow us to choose which machines we have. And lastly, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, make it possible to where we can track our packages through the app. Even with the email confirmations, it is hard to track the packages. I ordered three separate orders for three separate addresses in one day and 1/3 was delivered in 2 business days and here I am still waiting for the 2/3 after 1 week. Not upset, just trying to track it and I am unable to. - - Once certain preferences are fixed, I’ll gladly update my review. THANKS!

Very convenient. Frankly, if you have one of these machines, the app is the only practical way to get coffee (which is kind of a downside for Nespresso). The app is simple enough to use, and my orders come within a couple days even with “free shipping” selected. A couple bugs I’ve noticed is the app will show me which size capsules will work with my machine (espresso, coffee, alto) but the spot for “recommended capsules” is blank or broken. Not a huge issue, but it would have been nice to use. Also after making my selection and trying to purchase, the app took me directly to the payment screen. After a couple error messages about needing to pick a shipping option, I was able to figure out that I need to go back a step then select what I needed.

Simple for a long-time fan. I’ve been hooked on the Nespresso system for 13 years. At a rate of 1-2 double shot drinks/day I figure I’ve saved thousands over a Starbucks jones, and I like the coffee (Roma) better. I now own 3 C190 machines in different locations, and everything works the same, every time, every place. I have a fancy Maestro in a box in case one of my old machines fails, but it’s getting long in the tooth waiting. I prefer a manual frothing wand for hot microfilmed milk, and my routine with 2 foaming jugs keeps things tidy at a distance from the sink - especially important for the office. The Nespresso app makes quick work of retrieving past orders and checking on new machines and coffee blends. I’ve also used it to contact support (replacement wand, water reservoir). I find Nespresso to be a class outfit with high quality, durable machines and consistent coffee. My expectations are generally high, and this has been a notably reliable espresso drink system for me.

One of the easiest to use apps on my phone. Let me start off by saying that I never and I mean never leave reviews on anything. I have been using this app for the better part of four years now to order my coffee from Nespresso as well as ordering accessories and a machine. there’s never been a crash or any type of error or anything with this app while I’ve been using it like other apps I’ve used. I have even been able to troubleshoot my machine when I had issues with it a few times and only one time did I have to call customer service because I couldn’t find what I needed in the app. more app developers should follow in the steps of the developers of the Nespresso app!

No complaints, but needs for more features. I don’t have any complaints because it does everything that it is meant to do, which isn’t much. Pretty much can just order more capsules and that’s it. It would be nice if they provided any information about expected delivery. All it says is that delivery may be delayed because of COVID. But it’s delayed from what?... 3 days, 5 days... 2 weeks? So I just ordered some but have no idea when to expect it. It would be nice if there were more features besides just buying more coffee- like the ability to start brewing a cup of coffee from the app (assuming it is all set up in the machine of course). Or literally anything else besides just the ability to purchase capsules.

No free coffee samples. I love my nespresso coffee, but not so much the app. The last several times, I have purchased coffee on this app, the checkout page does not give me the option to add recycle bags, or to get my free samples. I can go in to shop and select accessories to get the recycle bags, but there is no place to select a free sample. Very frustrating. I buy a lot of coffee and I enjoy the samples because they’re almost always a flavor. I don’t buy or haven’t tried. It used to be really easy. Just click a button on the checkout page. Please fix this. Also, I noticed there’s a difference between the website and the app. The website tells you about coupon codes available on the home page and includes the recycle bags and samples during checkout.

No Apple Pay. Giving 4 stars for a three reasons mainly the app has not integrated Apple Pay. Had to enter my credit card details into the app and save them for quick checkout later. Would prefer to just double click for Apple Pay. Sleek interface, however, I would like to be able to access product information from cart view rather than just pictures of the pods. A simple back link from picture to product information would be nice. Product information is very descriptive but there really is no “key” to detail how the 1 to 12 rating system works, or even what is being rated, one can only assume it is how blonde or bold the espresso is? Or caffeine levels per serving?

Once you find your fave, you’re good. I really enjoy my Nespresso and, unlike most, mine has not yet broken and I’ve had it for almost four months. I also am really careful when I open it and do not let it spring up. Maybe that has something to do with its reliability. Also, I’m generally using it once or twice a day. So here is hoping for longevity. In the website, I find it sometimes difficult to find the capsules I want and I do not enjoy the random extra free capsules sent to me when I order. I have found the types of coffee I like. It is maddening that I have random capsules I will literally never drink piling up in my house with no way to decline the gift. I do not enjoy overly “intense” or super caffeinated coffee and I recognize this makes me weird. There is quite the variety of intense coffees and the intensity scale is pretty accurate. I wish there was a less intense decaf…

Honest Feedback - not terrible but not great needs some help. I have been a long time customer of Nespresso, and I have a few recommendations. Order History, it only shows us the top 3 and seems to remove any other information. In addition this seems like the only app where you’re not provided a tracking number, and you have to dig through your email from 1 of 3 emails to track your order. I have left this feedback when my package arrived late multiple times to the Nespresso team, in which 1-2 times I wasn’t even sent a tracking order email. Additionally, after leaving the big city to a different state when I input *new* address and checkout to “NEXT DAY” free shipping but apparently that’s not for all states. It’s very misleading. I would love to give the app 5/5 but that would be a lie. It really needs fixing. And the “grey” color scheme when clicking on more makes it seems like you cannot click on anything, it’s atheistically unpleasant and confusing; as that color scheme is often used to let a user know the feature or option is unavailable. I wish the app would mimic the website, it has more features seems more up to date. Also intensity seems to be missing from some vertuoline products

Nespresso delivers. I have been ordering Nespresso espresso and coffee for four years now, and Nespresso delivers. They deliver on the app; it is easy and intuitive. Their coffee bundles on the App either help the new Nespresso user, or simply provide convenience and new choices for those of us who have been around awhile. Nespresso delivers on the equipment every morning; we love ❤️ our Vertuo machine, and the milk frother. I have the most delicious double espresso with beautiful froth most every morning. Try the Chiaro double espresso! Lastly, they deliver to your front when you reorder your coffee and espresso; they deliver quickly and accurately most every time. I say “most every time” because we have experienced an error before, and Nespresso delivered then as well. We just called the 800# and they took care of us, and corrected our order. They also deliver in small size and convenience; we carry ours in a shopping bag, and take it with us on vacation! Relaxation and delicious coffee simply go together. Enjoy.

Amazing!!!. I love Nespresso so much!! I love the company‘s commitment to sustainability, the innovations with coffee, the dedication to revive single origin coffee, and their first rate products! One thing I think that they could improve upon, is their subscription model. I used their subscription model for a while, but noticed that some of the limited edition coffee pods were not available with the subscription model. I am someone who likes to experiment with different coffees each time, and found that the subscription model was a little clunky when you want to update your coffee selection regularly. Other than that, I find no issues with the company!

Always something broken in app. Every time I open app now I get some error message about network connectivity, tapping ok clears it and app seems to work just fine. At other odd times, I’ll get an error popup, but at the bottom where it normally would say, “ok”, “continue” or whatever, there is simply a blank space. It’s so irritating that when app does seem to work ok, they do an update and it’s broken again. Thought it was maybe just on my iPhone, but it’s messed up on my iPad as well. It’s irritating when a dialog or error box that pops up has nothing below the dividing line. I entered my credit card info but had the wrong type selected, again an error box pops up with no text visible in the option sections. Tapping on the left or right bottom blank space luckily works to clear the message, but it aggravates me this app is not better tested before they post it.

Good overall but has some bugs. This app is intuitive to use and I’ve been using it for a couple of years now. You can order capsules of both types, accessories, and even machines. You can also set up recurring orders that ship automatically on your chosen day and at selected intervals (weekly, monthly, etc.). There’s a feature of recurring orders to change the next shipment only (also available on the website). There does seem to be a bug that occurs sometimes when you do this. Recent examples; I wanted to add a sleeve of decaf and it appeared to work but come to find out my original order was deleted and only the decaf was on the order. The order was subsequently canceled because I don’t think they’ll ship only one sleeve. Another time I wanted to add a recycling bag and for some reason they weren’t available. I canceled and when I happened to take a look at it again later, the order had changed to 12 sleeves (😯) of each coffee I usually order instead of the typical three of each in my order - 24 total for a cost of $264! Please fix this bug!

Unimpressed. I despise this app. I feel it always offers poor or nonexistent answers to the problems it addresses with me. I've tried to order accessories in the past but it wouldn't let me. Turns out I was ordering cups the app didn't think matched my machine. If it had told me that at first I could have easily modified my order. It never told me any solution so I scratched my head and tried many options before I figured out the problem. Today when I pushed 'place my order' red letters came up at the top of the order page telling me to review my info tho it never revealed to me what info might be wrong! Misspelled address perhaps? Wrong payment info? Shipping unavailable to me? Perhaps the app thought I was ordering coffee that did not match my personality or felt that with my increased agitation I didn't deserve any coffee at all. In my opinion there is little intuitiveness with this app

Machine connectivity is secondary & needs improvement. I have both a connected Nespresso machine & the connected Barista milk frother. I also have a machine without Bluetooth connectivity. My machines appear in the order I added them, not allowing me to rearrange their placement. I don’t need to see my non-Bluetooth machine, so I’d prefer to make it last in the list. Instead I have to swipe past it to get to my connected machine. It takes multiple taps & swipes to brew my drink though the app. With the Barista machine, the recipes I DON’T have programmed in my frother appear first. Why? I don’t want those, so instead I have to swipe past to get to the recipes I do have programmed. Finally, there’s only 1 screen that accesses the machines & it’s the first screen. So if you move to another section, it’s then multiple swipes & taps to get back to your machines. Seems this app is only truly good for ordering—the rest of the info is practically useless. Clearly secondary is the machine connectivity section, which is very disappointing considering that’s the primary reason I need this app. I can order capsules online, so that should be the secondary use of the app, in my opinion. And since this most recent update, the app crashes upon trying to launch, so now there’s that. First world problems I guess

Latest update broke ordering. The app never handled no-longer-available items very well, but now it’s worse. When I open the app it shows the basket count from my last order, then when I go to the cart it says it’s empty and shows an error that an item couldn’t be found. Then when I add an item. The basket count updates to the count of the item I added (as expected), say 40. Then when I add another, it briefly shows the correct count, before changing to the count of only the second item (say 20), and in the order window, the count of my first item reverts to 0 (+ sign). Then if I go to the basket it says it’s empty and gives me the same error as before. Update: Found a workaround of sorts: Order from the website, which cleared the unavailable item, and now the app appears to work normally again.

Love the simplicity!. I love the simplicity of this app. I can easily choose the coffee flavor and intensity, order what I will want for the upcoming month, and be done in as little as two minutes! But seriously, I never order that quickly - I love perusing to see what might be new or on sale. I love looking through the accessories, like coffee mugs and other items. I usually take at least 10 minutes what could be completed in 30 seconds! Oh - and did I mention that there is an option to set up a recurring order? Just in case I get busy and forget to order, I have that set up - and I just modify my list of coffee purchases if there is something new or I need something extra! This app is intuitive and simple! Love-love-love it!!!!!

Convenient when it works. Makes it easy to order and re-order supplies. This version of the app is easy to use and works well. UI is trying a bit too hard - less effort at matching the brand look and more effort on following Apple Human Interface guidelines would make it a little easier to use, but I just re-ordered capsules in under a minute with billing and shipping info automatically saved in the app, so my complaints are really minor. Update: can’t reorder any more; just get an error alert saying “an error has occurred, please try again in a few minutes” (for months). I’m sure deleting, signing out and in, etc would fix it, but again attention to functionality over prettiness would greatly improve this app. Downgraded to a 3 for lack of attention to functionality.

It all works together + tastes delicious. The ordering system application for Nespresso is a smooth operation on the front end and the back end. I know when our capsule supply is getting low, I can go online and have them arrive within 3 to 5 days. The periodic promotions are often something I want. Their coffee/espresso capsule options are numerous, with rich, consistent flavors. With all of that said , it’s worth mentioning that we drink almost exclusively decaf , and they are packed with flavor. For over 15 years we have enjoyed the convenience and ease with which we can have high grade, high quality lattes (with almond milk), with the coffee and machines delivered to our house . Great application, great product .

Ordering recycling bags. I am a bit astonished by the number of people who say they cannot find where to order recycle bags. I'm 48 yrs old - an age where I can navigate apps and internet, but a long way from it feeling natural. Having said this, I thought it common sense to go to "accessories" (or maybe "accessories and maintenance")....however it read, I found it without thinking too hard and for me that really is saying something because I've had issues and now find many things to be frustrating that used to be easy for me. I love an app that doesn't make me think about anything other than what I want to buy. Sit back, sip coffee, and a couple clicks later I'm done. Easy peasy. 👍👍

Good app bad coffee !!!. The three stars are for the app. I know that this rating is supposed to be for the app, but since the app is about the coffee then I feel like I should rate it as a package . App is fine . I use it to just order the coffee , and it does it’s job perfectly fine . Coffee on the other hand is horrendous . I have ordered every single vertuo cup they have . Coffee is very weak . It doesn’t have body . Also not sure why almost all of their coffees are bitter . The machine spins the cup fast in order to incorporate air in the coffee …that way the coffee comes out with lots of foam. People associate foam in the coffee with good quality coffee. Since the coffee is so weak , I can’t help but assume that they’re adding something in there to make it seem strong…and in the process it makes it bitter . I’ve actually tried to drink 2 vertuo cups every morning for a week, and 2 cups of Turkish coffee that I made myself . I had heartburn almost everyday after drinking the vertuo cups and no heartburn with the Turkish coffee . I also tried it Starbucks coffee , that a lot of people think it tastes burnt . No heartburn . I am disappointed in nespresso . I really wanted to like the coffee .

A great machine. I think the taste of the Coffee is great, but I agree with the Reviewer that mentioned the Sample Coffee offered and then described how they were out of stock! I think this is an easy fix and suggests the lack of concern for the customer! I am currently on my third Frother, each one simply quit Frothing! They replaced it each time after a long telephone routine... with full history online... and the last time they acted like they were doing me a favor, pointing out the Warranty was nearly at its end! I asked what happens when this 3rd machine quit Frothing and was told, “You may be given a coupon to buy a new one!” Each Customer Service Agent was nicer than the next and I elevated the discussion the last two times to a Supervisor and a Technical Service person... again... one nicer than the next! What that tells me is the company simply does not care about the actual complaints and resolving internal issues to the Customers satisfaction! They have convinced me of a perception of care, but perhaps I am a little to gullible! Perhaps it is time to shop for a new machine, even though I like the Coffee... I actually bought the machine originally, at a Demonstration, BECAUSE of the FROTHER!!! I love a good Cappuccino!

Loyalty is rewarded.. I was an early Nespresso adopter in 2004 and have used Nespresso loyally since then. The machine styles, ease of use, and coffee quality is superior to others that have tried to copy the model. Thus, have recommended Nespresso to many friends and family members all over the world the past two decades. I have also purchased machines as birthday, wedding and other gifts over the years. And now that we have rental property we offer Nespresso machines and free coffee to our guests in the US Virgin Islands. And finally, if we have an issue with damaged capsules, or an issue with an older machine, the Nespresso team does not disappoint. Needless to say my family and friends highly recommend and appreciate decades of a great coffee experience and partnership.

Long-time Customer. I’ve had Nespresso coffee makers for over a dozen years and remain a devoted, satisfied client. The app in its current iteration is simple to use, orders are placed efficiently and quickly. Shipping takes longer than in pre-Covid days, but the ordering process is still reliable. I prefer the simpler, smaller original-capsule machines and have owned a few different models over the years, always with complete satisfaction. That said, family members who last year purchased a complex vertuo-line coffee maker spent many (8 or 9) months interacting with customer service and went through three coffee makers before getting a machine that, so far, works properly.

Great, easy way to order coffee!. The only bad thing about Nespresso coffee is that it ruins drinking other coffee. I like this app because it makes it simple to order more capsules. It lets you know the intensity of the coffee and the pour size (5oz, 7.7oz, etc). Select the amount of capsules you want, check out with your card on file and you will get your coffee in a few days. (Don’t forget to ask for a free recycle bag to send back spent capsules). It also allows you to set up reoccurring orders so that you don’t even have to think about it. Just order before you run out completely or you will be drinking Starbucks for a few days! 🤢

NespressoSlut. My name is Mia and if I’m going to be honest i never write reviews for any product BUT my new Nespresso machine has brought me SO MUCH JOY that I have to share it with everyone. Just the other day 2 people were having a hard time picking a coffee machine and was leaning towards a regular coffee pot UNTIL I mentioned Nespresso and their many flavors and options and not to mention the fact that it shows you the intensity of each individual pod…not even 2 minutes later I see them leaving with a Nespresso machine :) one thing I enjoy is seeing people’s smiles especially talking so passionate about coffee! Best coffee ever! I have not walked in a Starbucks, Mary Lou’s or dunkins in WEEKS! Nespresso is all about quality! 🖤 :)

Buggy sometime. I love nespresso, so being able to use an app to order pods is great. It seems, though, that every time I use this app it is buggy. Today I got an alert that some of the pods in my cart may not fit my registered machine. I checked and my machine in the system is vertuo and my cart was all vertuo pods. Except the free original pods that I couldnt delete. Also - the delivery options are different every time I order. I understand perhaps what shows may be dynamic based on some variable but as a customer I have no idea why. A couple orders ago I had to go into the store to get pods because the app was completely non-functional trying to check out. Its really inconsistent and Id love to be able to make my orders knowing ill have consistent delivery options and timelines. Ive used the autoship option but my orders can vary so Id rather shop each time.

A case of too much and not enough. It took me two days to create my account. There was an error message every time I tried that they could not resolve. And frankly, they didn’t seem interested in resolving it. I told them that if the app wouldn’t allow me to create my account that I would return the machine. So, all their effort went into them creating my account, which I could not log into. The sale of the machine was all that seemed to matter, not any of the problems I needed resolved to actually use it. Not a great experience. In the modern world of technology support is everything and theirs sorely lacks. Also, the manual that comes with the device is a joke. Time has passed. I can’t say I’m any more impressed. Another day and more time and I was finally able to create an account. So I ordered product. Two weeks, yes, I will receive my order in two weeks. So since I have no pods I can’t even use my new modern device. Sheesh! Gave it time. When it works, great coffee. But, in the short time I’ve had the machine, just over three months, I have had to call tech support way-too-much. They are very polite and helpful, but I have to speak with them too often. First thing in the morning I just want my coffee, not to have to call tech support first so that I can make it.

Terrible customer service!. Nespresso makes it difficult to simply add a free sample (though they advertise this option everywhere!) to your order or they “forget” to add it to the box. In addition you can’t even send a letter to management. They don’t really provide an avenue to make official complaints. TERRIBLE customer service, online and in stores! Love the coffee but looking for an alternative due to lack of customer service. If you participate in their recycling program the actual customer, who collects they dirty capsules and transports them to the postoffice, doesn’t benefit from this good deed at all. Nespresso in turn, advertises their recycling efforts and rewards NEW customers with recycled coasters from old capsules that existing customers have collected and returned. How is that for customer service?? While trying to submit a one star review, apparently every nickname I could come up with was already taken and wouldn’t accept my one star review. What are the odds????

Nice concise app but with an ordering glitch. This app is really handy and a good way to stay on top of your coffee stock. However, a glitch has stopped me from ordering on the app several times now. It occurs when you are ready to check out with your shopping bag full and you press “continue”. Then an error can appear that says there was an error with there delivery method selection. At that point I hadn’t even been asked about delivery options. No amount of moving back around the app or other work arounds will get that error to go away so you are frozen from ordering. Somehow it goes away over time - like hours or days. Otherwise, the app is easy to use but that glitch needs to be fixed.

Coffee Lover. Love the app for the most part. Every coffee pod, accessory is there and also now spare parts. But!! Like previous reviews when I’m doing the quick checkout and it keeps telling me to include a mobile but when I go to settings and my details all have my mobile listed. This was frustrating that it’s meant to be quick checkout but I had to go backwards and create another profile address and then still do the one step back @ checkout to confirm number. 🤬 If this a reoccurring problem please fix it

Checkout Process an Issue. I’ve been ordering through this app for a long time now and find it excellent until you get to checkout. It keeps asking for my mobile number, which is stored in my personal details on the app. After going back and forth a few times it finally comes up with my number and allows me to then process my order. Please fix this issue thanks

Could be more streamlined. Found app a little bit frustrating as it kept wanting me to reapply my details even though I already had a customer number, plus kept wanting to give me a ‘first time order gift box’ of capsules, cup and used capsule dispenser. App did not want to recognise my stated email address along with stated password, as it kept wanting to go back to give me a gift and re-register. Tried placing order four times. Got there in the end! Capsules on their way...yay!

Would be good to have a star or like system. Love the app, works great. But would love the option to Star the coffees I’ve tried and liked and maybe put a rating on really like or like more than most etc. I’ve only just started drinking Nespresso and have found that with the starter pack it’d be great to be able to keep a track of which ones I like the most so if I forget the name of it I can easily see my favourites and re order them in bulk for the future. Please apply this in an update. That would be excellent.

Terrible system. This is the worst ordering process I have come across. First of all I had already registered when I bought the machine but there didn’t seem to be any record of that. So I had to reregister. I had to enter my email several times, then my password was t good enough Why????? I’m trying to order coffee for goodness sake, not give away state secrets!!!!! Then when you finally get to the app, the ordering process is complicated. There’s no details on the specials of how much is in the pack, the windows keep jumping around, I keep loosing the order I had already put in and had to keep logging in..... all took me about 30 mins, just to or some pods for the machine!!! All too much

Easy to Use. Just placed an order via the Nespresso App was very straight forward automatically added the promo items gave me a number of shipping options and allowed me to pay with PayPal. Really could not of been easier nor ask for more although I do like the idea of giving a discount to users who self serve no staff costs lower overheads should - discount for customer.

Glitch when paying. I would give a 5 star rating but for the glitch that happens every time I want to pay with pay pal. It hangs and stays forever processing.... I have this app for at least 5 years now and not even once I was able to pay with pay pal . I’ve uninstalled and installed many times and I know it’s not my problem because I pay absolutely everything else with pay pal without a problem. I’ve reported this problem many times but it still happening.

WHERE’S MY LOCAL Boutique?. Where’s Westfield Carindale’s boutique? Months later, my local boutique still doesn’t show on the app , even with the latest update!? Why the only option shown on the app is 14Km away, when the new boutique is less than 2km!? Previous: WHERE’S MY ORDER?? You must include Order ID N° on the Order Confirmation email as well ! (not just on Order ready, or the Receipt emails) I got two emails on Tue. for two orders, but only got Order is ready email, for one of them! 3 days later, I’m still enquiring about my second order, which “cannot be traced without Order ID”. Yet I got charged twice and got two Order confirmation emails , but these are very vague without an Order ID n° ! Who missed this gaffe ? If you send an order ID n° on the two subsequent emails, WHY NOT on the first email too? Fix this ASAP and deliver my order.

Time consuming and annoying. Mobile phone number entering but not accepting. The app is simple to use apart from getting to payment and delivery. It continues to ask for a mobile number for this order when I have two listed. It won’t let you go any further with the order. I enter the card number 3 times and change mobile from 61 beginning to 04 beginning. It’s ridiculous. Finally after 5 attempts it lets it process but I haven’t done anything different. Sort it out Nespresso it’s supposed to be quick!

App is good, until you get to payment with PayPal. I use PayPal whenever it is offered, so I try to use it with Nespresso, but it always fails. When I get to PayPal I ok the payment, then a dialog box pops up saying “Return to Nespresso?”, with ok and cancel as the options. I click on OK, and arrive back on Nespresso’s website, only to see an “Oops, something went wrong” message. I try this several times, once using “cancel”, but then the PayPal progress wheel spins forever until I close the browser on PayPal and manually return to the Nespresso app. Then in frustration I choose Credit Card and all works as it should. I use PayPal for lots of transactions, and only Nespresso doesn’t work.

Glitches. * Sometimes doesn’t show your most recent order in previous orders, and * always seems to take you past payment type, then to only enforce entering a mobile number, which means you need to step back in the process and work out how to get to the step to enter a mobile number (which is always by default entered/stored in any case - so a completely redundant exercise) in an unintuitive manner and repeat the process through to payment - why doesn’t it always take you through entering a mobile number as part of standard process, or better still recognise that the mobile number is already entered, or if a check is required ask the user to confirm the mobile number? Instead of wasting another 5minutes finding the number and 10mins writing this review!

Glitch when ordering. If I select (for example) Toll company for delivery, the app will give me an error message because I have not provided a telephone number. However, the app has skipped the step in the ordering process where my number is displayed/entered. There is no way to add the telephone number from the error message page because I can’t navigate to where it should be: pressing the back button skips the page, and there is no link from the error message to take you to the step where you enter your number. Unless you go back and select a different option for delivery (for example, unselect Toll, then select Australia Post, then re-select your preferred choice of Toll) will the telephone number step appear, and the order can proceed as usual. The PayPal redirection is also clunky and usually times out or stops working (which doesn’t happen as frequently with other apps as with this one).

Smooth & efficient. It is easy to find any coffee or accessory that I want. The checkout process is fluid and the app easily connects to PayPal to finalise my order. I like that new flavours, machines and promotions are displayed on the “News” tab of the app so you can check out the latest offerings. This is easier than going through the website and I have never had to ring Nespresso as I’ve never had a problem.

Woeful recycling options. The app is fine but where Nespresso really let everyone down is in their hype about recycling. “100% of our customers have a recycling option nearby” claims the app… except they don’t. Two of my local florists that were recycling spots have been told they cannot be anymore so my nearest “recycling option” is 7km away inside a shopping centre at a Nespresso boutique. What is the point ordering via the app and getting pods delivered to my home if I then have to drive 7km to Chadstone, find a park, and head inside the shopping centre (assuming no lockdown) to return my pods? Fail Nespresso.

App review by new customer. All went well until I tried to complete my order, but error msg said one item was unavailable for delivery - but which one? No indication in cart - fortunately it was the first item at fault! All good once removed, order updated and placed correctly. BUT by converting the colour of the out of stock item in the order, I’d better, greying out the order + , such glitches would not hassle new users - or old hands!

How easy is it. Signed up for the subscription service a few months ago and have been very happy with the home deliveries particularly during the Covid 19 problems ( however do miss the chance to try new coffees in the boutiques). Have 3 machines at home. (unfortunately our Cube died about a year ago and got a good deal on the baby machine because u couldn’t fix well done) Hate “going for a coffee” rather my Nespresso. Have been a Nespresso user for 15 + years and have recommended to many friends who have purchased machines. Many thanks.

Time consuming. Ordering is never smooth or easy. The present order took 2 phone calls to clear up. 1st, the names of the coffees have changed so I had to call and find out how to order them. Apparently, a notice was sent out to advise customers of name changes to country of origin but it passed us by. Why not just keep old names in parentheses on website until customers are aware of changes? Secondly, I couldn’t check out because the website wanted a mobile phone number but gave no place to enter it. WHen I called back, the assistant said the mobile number was already registered and isn’t needed in any case for normal delivery. It turns out the 1 day toll delivery had been automatically ticked (not by me, we never use it) and had to be unticked and normal delivery chosen before order could be placed. But if I had wanted 1 day delivery, I still couldn’t find a place to record the mobile number. Which you already have! So I agree with former reviewer, the site need some improvement.

So Easy!!. We live in regional vic on a rural property and (before covid) all I would do is click in the app order and literally they would arrive the next day!! When general mail would take at least 1 week. Now covid has made aus post crazy it takes around 5 days but still super easy to order through the app and the coffee is delish!! Number 9 Arpeggio is my favourite!

Surprisingly hard to use. Surprisingly hard to use. Actually, it’s so hard to use I end up going to the web page to actually order even though I have the app. I’ve just put in an order but it took me 85 minutes! and I’m going to have a cup of coffee to recover. The biggest hurdle is sorting out the recycling. I’ve done this five times now and I’m hoping that this, the sixth, will go without a hitch or need for phone calls or in store discussions. I can only do the recycle thing on the webpage, not the app, and my policy is if I haven’t managed to fix the recycle first, then no order. The recycle pickup on delivery doesn’t work; even when the store arranged it for me the bags stayed outside the front door for a week, then I took them down to Collect+, which does work but to get those labels you need your account number and you need to do it from the web page not the app. The delivery man says they cannot ever pickup. Go figure. The app looks pretty though and the coffee is good. Here’s a tip. The recycle pickup is hidden under Accessories, for some reason, and at the bottom of the list. The obvious place would be Services, and Services does have a Recycle section but this only talks about how, it doesn’t let you actually do it.

Never straightforward. Today, I put my order in 3 or 4 times, it kept saying call Nespresso. I didn’t. I never had to before and I placed my previous order on the 6th November 2019 which went through and my details hadn’t changed. My order only went through today after I linked a credit card, which they already had details of. I’ve always found selection is difficult. Also last delivery in November was supposed to arrive the next day, it was 5 days before my order arrived. Can’t blame that on the busy Christmas period.

Asking for mobile phone number. App was quick easy and once logged on simple to navigate. When I went to check out all my details were there but it kept coming up with error asking for my mobile number. It was already registered so this was frustrating eventually I could check out. Will see if delivery is as quick as website. May go back to using website 😩

Makes ordering a breeze. I’ve been using the app for years; ordering is easy, all the info on the coffee blends, keeps items in cart (doesn’t delete them) so I can explore and add over the month before placing my order, range of accessories so I can reorder descaling kits, mugs, pod holders or a new milk frother without having to visit the shop. Best thing is a range of delivery options, with same day delivery available for when I’ve left my order to the last minute (especially good when working from home in the pandemic!)

Kept encountering an error. I wanted to order online and pick-up in store, but kept getting a message at checkout to say that an error had occurred in the cart calculation. The only way around it was to add up to 100 capsules (clever), therefore qualifying for free delivery, and then I could process my order. I ended up with more coffee than intended, but I think that was due to a technical error rather than a marketing strategy. It’s quite frustrating so you might want to look at that

App is useless. My old credit card expired so I updated my account with the new one. Waited for my usual delivery and nothing arrived so I called their CS - updated card details again and was told I didn’t ‘link’ my new card to my recurring order. CS told me everything was fixed and new order would arrive in next few days. Waiting… no delivery or email confirmation so I checked my Nespresso account and found no new order had been created and my old credit card details were still in the system ! Tried to change them again myself on my recurring order - came back with error message - an error occurred whilst trying to update details - three times. I gave up trying to fix the recurring order and just made a single order. The app is slow and clumsy and it is not immediately clear where credit card details are located in case you need to change them

Almost perfect. A couple of bugs still remain to be fixed. The pod counter at the top adds sleeves of 10 just fine. But the “Duo” boxes of 2 or 3 sleeves seem to add to the counter as number of boxes (not pods). When starting the app, there’s a natural delay while the data loads. The app seems to get impatient with itself and prematurely pops up an out of order message. It’s completely unnecessary every time and briefly puts me off placing an order, for fear the system might corrupt my order or transaction.

Smooth running. I find the app fairly easy to use, the only thing that could be improved is when completing at the checkout, it’s not always easy to work out where to put details asked for. Didn’t take too long to work it out but could be a little bit easier. Absolutely impressed with delivery service, so fast even though I’m in a rural location

Special Offers?. Called to the store in Adelaide whilst on holidays. Fantastic. Great staff. Offered to show us new capsules etc.& to taste the iced coffee. We asked whether you could by capsules by the box online & they said yes. We couldn’t buy in store as we were very limited with space & thought we’d wait til home to do so. Have searched & searched & the only capsules in boxes seem to be the new iced coffee ones. So just ordered individual sleeves. I find the app a bit limiting that way & whilst the coffee is great, is very expensive when you can buy equally good coffee elsewhere. This, however won’t deter me from future orders. The app is so VERY slow, particularly when is comes to checking out. Took 20 minutes. It’s not a one off happens every time I order. Make myself a coffee to have whilst ordering knowing it’s going to take a while to do. Becoming annoying.

Checkout process and phone number. C’mon guys, others have mentioned this and it’s still not fixed. When checking out you go through the process and even if you have your phone number in your delivery address it always comes up with an error asking for phone number for delivery. For those that are stuck you have to go back a page then in the remarks section enter your phone number. I’ve also noticed no more one day delivery which I understand from a business perspective but because I live in melbourne and have access to pods it makes the app less appealing as by nature I am not that organised and can easily get capsules faster now with a little effort

Quick and Easy. The app is simple to use and I’m glad that they seem to have fixed the phone number issue. My pods always arrive on my doorstep within two days and I’m rural. Toll couriers in the West Gippsland area do a fantastic job. I found the live chat a bit tedious, due to the time it takes for the operator to respond to questions. My guess is that they are also responding to others at the same time. It seems a few more consultants on the live chat would be a good idea. Eventually I got the help I needed, but next time I think I’ll telephone. I’m a busy person and it all took way too long.

The app is as delightful as the coffee. Using this app is pure pleasure. I’m sitting here having a coffee, (a Nespresso coffee) and selecting capsules for my next order. It couldn’t be easier. I loaded my previous order then scroll, tap, scroll, tap to update my selection. My stored credit card was charged after face verification and bingo - the order is in the system. I know it will be here in a couple of days. Utterly satisfying!!

Needs improvement. I'm reasonably tech savvy but I don't find this app as good as I think it could be. It's never black & white getting to where I want in there and is a time wasting guessing game for me to use each time. A full drop down menu on the side with every option listed would be much better. I've had to ring instead of using the app twice to order machines because it would not access properly. Also nowhere (that I can't find) to register/add the machine serial numbers. For all the money Nespresso turns over, it's quite disappointing. Usable eventually, but disappointing.

Always rejects my preferred payment method. The app itself makes the ordering reasonably simple, but every time I attempt to use my stored credit card it tells me the “oops there appears to be a problem” and just won’t let it go through, even though everything is correct on the card details. My only option then is to go through PayPal. This then requires an added step which is unnecessary.

Easy to use and no problems. The app was easy to use and I have no problems with it. I can see my history of orders, which is handy. I receive free capsules because I order enough in the one go, and my details are saved so there is no need for me to enter my details again. Also, I can accomplish my ordering in less than two minutes. My regular capsules aren’t available anymore, I’m guessing rebranding of capsule flavours, so my order took a little longer this time. I’ll be back on track next time. Paypal option is handy, this is a quick and safe payment option.

Worked well - must have been updated. I had read the reviews about problems with mobile numbers and credit cards. They must have fixed it because the whole process was quite easy. I easily added my mobile number during the checkout, as well as adding my credit card details. The whole ordering process was easy and straightforward. No problems at all to use.

Very simple to use. Very easy to order, quick responses to online orders, easy to view even for these 62yo eyes on either iPad, mobile or laptop. Secure payment using 2 step authentication Never had issues using this app over the years, whether ordering machines, original capsules or the newer style

App improvements. Would be great if you could press from previous orders just a few items instead you can only select the whole order but I like to switch up what I want so I need to go back look at what I enjoyed then back to pods to look for what I’m after… not an issue I know but something that would make the app even better

Mandy. I think the app is excellent. However there are 2 comments that I would like to make. After selecting the capsules, moving on to the next step is not as intuitive as the rest of the app. Also, I was eligible for the extra 40 capsules but would like to know what they were. At the time, I wondered whether I should reduce my order so as to not qualify for the bonus, because I did not want capsules I did not enjoy. But, for convenience, I stayed with the larger order.

A waste of space. Tried to order more coffee using my credit card and wouldn’t let me check out then I had to ring “customer service” to order the coffee after waiting a good 2hrs got through to someone and ordered the coffee and paid for it all and you would think after 3-4 phone calls after the order they’d issue a receipt but no I’m still waiting come on if I want to wait this long I would ring Centrelink or NDIS my time would be better spent and I’m still waiting on a shipping email the only way I found out that it had shipped was incompetent post (formally Australia Post) telling me via their app. If I could I’d give it zero stars or minus

Accessibility. My family and I love your coffee, your machines, your recycling...but my children who are all blind used to be able to make orders using your app, they have not been able to do so for 18-24 months (at least). If you fixed that, you would have 5 stars! You also risk losing our custom (and potentially the statistically recognised 19 others connected with each person with a disability)!! There is really no excuse: there is legislation and guidelines in Australia outlining requirements of businesses and app developers; agencies, education facilities and organisations for those with vision impairments in each state to advise; and this is the second or third time I have requested this be addressed. The payment section must also be accessible; the option to have identical, repeat orders should be an option as it is for others (not the sole avenue to order) Lovely coffee, but still not equitable for all

Frustrating & time consuming. Time consuming... it took several attempt to order as the app keep telling me I need a phone number for my delivery option! I checked my delivery & personal details several times and ensured my details we correct, however the same ‘pop up’ error kept occurring. Make it clear where you need my phone number. This would save time and frustrations. I placed my order in the end, however It took way to long & wasn’t clear where the error was occurring.

Great App to order my coffee pods. Only ever had a technical issue once. I have been buying Nespresso coffee pods for many years now, and I have had 2 coffee machines, where one machine was free with a new subscription. I stopped subscribing a few years ago but I would reconsider resubscribing if they had a good deal. Arpeggio is also my favourite and I love the colour Purple! Dominique

Payment issues. Have the app in my phone and it’s been good until few days ago, when I tried to place my new order, all my details and instructions for delivery are already there, I only have to put my payment information, but kept showing a message sayings “invalid name of your card”. I tried again the next day, no luck. I called customer service, and I was told to reset my password, an email would be sent to me. ??. I tried again with a different card and I received the same message. I uninstalled the app and installed again, didn’t accept my password. There clearly is a technical problem. Very inconvenient for me to go to one of the Nespresso shops after work, as they all far from where I work. Very disappointed

Error stopping payment. Hi guys, You have an error which is throwing the CX and stopping the payment flow... On multiple occasions I’ve given up on ordering using the app because of the issue. Basically when you open the app and select the items to purchase regardless of whether you have previously entered your phone number it won’t let you check out until you’ve navigated back through trial and error to the mobile number screen... I’m on iOS iPhone 7 Plus. Otherwise a great app - but I’d look into this as it could be dollars lost.

Needs work!. Have been using this app now for many years as I have not until recently lived near enough to a Boutique to shop that way. Now all the Boutiques are clouded anyway due to Coronavirus! This app works okay most of the time but there are issues: >It logs me out way too often and the saved password in my Safari won’t always appear in the password field >Crashes often, you’ll be just about to submit an order when the crash occurs! Annoying! >Slow to load, often minutes of waiting especially for images on the page...then there’s lag as you swipe between news items.. Given this is the primary and in some cases only means for customers to order coffee and is run by an enormous global company that is making a massive profit off coffee that I’m sure they only pay a cent or two per capsule for it’s really not okay that the app is so unpolished!

Gets stuck on checkout. The app itself is nice and very easy to use - I enjoy placing orders on it which I don’t say about many apps or even online ordering. However twice it’s given me an error on checkout asking me to add a mobile number for the delivery. My mobile number is entered with my address and it doesn’t clearly indicate any other area the mobile number needs to be added to. Customer service are friendly but never seem to be able to resolve. Usually after going back and forward through the screens it’ll eventually go through but it’s a mark against an otherwise great app.

No issues. I’ve placed about 6 orders with the app and never had an issue like others have experienced with mobile number or credit card. Yes, they have changed pod names and products, but a click on the item gives a good description. App format does change, and after you get used to it, they change it again. My policy is “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. Every company tries to improve things and it’s not always for the better for everyone. Just have to swallow it!

Usually, so easy. This app is normally so easy and convenient to use. Delivery is really fast. My only issue is, lately, every time I order, it asks for my phone number (Why? No one from Nespresso has ever called me). Yet there is nowhere to put it in, and I have to swipe back and forth, looking for the page to insert it. Plus I know it already has my number, because when I finally find the page, my number is already there! So frustrating!! Once I sort this issue out, definitely 5 stars 🤷‍♀️

Payment difficult. App won’t open at all on my iPad. Keeps asking for my mobile no . Don’t know why I have to keep putting it in. Wouldn’t let me pay by paypal. I then added my card details and the order went through. On a whole good app but 3 times now I have had to ring my order through as I have trouble with payment . Also having trouble sending this as I have to enter a nickname . 20 try’s and still saying nickname taken . Will try again later

Quick & easy. I like the simplicity of ordering. Go to the pantry, see my stocks are getting low, pull out my phone and order the next shipment. The only difficult, time consuming part is deciding which pods to buy next. I am on the subscription which makes it easier still as I don’t have to worry about payment. A couple of minutes in the app and I can expect the next month or so worth of coffee on my doorstep in a couple of days.

Great app needs a little attention. I consider this app to be one of the easiest ordering apps so quick and efficient, it still gets the job done but there is an issue where u don’t get the option to choose a delivery option before u put in payment details but then it won’t let u proceed to pay before u go back and put in a delivery option then u must re-enter payment details. Also am missing next day delivery that was fantastic.

Great app! Missing one feature.. This app is easy to navigate. It’s clear and flows well. The only issue I encountered was that when I went to place my order a message came up stating that one or more items were sold out, but it didn’t show which item was no longer available. I had to remove one at a time until I found the correct one. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Doesn’t let me login to my club member account. Doesn’t let me login to my club member account. I have access through email but can’t do it with the app. Ridiculous

Pas évident. Mais on s'y fait et on aime.

Network error. Every time I open app it says network error. I have to press ok on the error message about 5-10 times for it to disappear, but then it works. Also, description for each such include the size. It only says it for some and not for others so it makes trying new coffees frustrating.

Facile et rapide. Commander des nouvelles capsules se fait en quelques secondes! Fantastique!

Does not work for Canada's account. Cumbersome

Easy as 1 2 3. Very easy app to use…makes ordering my coffee a breeze!!

Nouveau abonné. Très bon café , j’attends toujours mon cadeau de nouveau client ! Stratford

First time APP user. I found the APP easy to navigate and the checkout process was simple and secure feeling. I was given the option to decline saving my credit card information which I found comforting. The promotions for first time use was an added bonus. I had used the on-line ordering process before and find the APP just as easy and perhaps more convenient.

KEEPS CRASHING!!. App keeps crashing when trying to login and order coffee. Very annoying. Please fix this asap!!

A éviter. Impossible de se connecter à mon compte. Les informations sont fausses alors que je suis connecté sur un pc avec ces informations

Fix your app Nespresso!!!. This app is literally the worst… every time I try to log in via the mobile app it tells me that my credentials are not valid for the store. I have tried everything: resetting my password, calling in to have my password reset, deleting the app, deleting my cache, resetting my password in a different browser and nothing works.. how do you expect us to use the app when it won’t even let me log in?!?! So frustrating!!!!!!!

The app sucks. Most problems with Nespresso can’t be solved by the app. Requires a phone call which makes it inconvenient.

Promotion. Incapable d’accéder aux promotions ou boîtes gratuites 😞

Gingerbread for original capsules.. So sad :( No Gingerbread for original capsules. But a super great app! Even more so now with the ease the improvements have made. 😁

Good . . .but. Messages about delivery delays pervasive and unnecessary as I have always received relatively timely delivery. Also error messages about availability of certain capsules seem to be wrong. Now there is no mechanism to order the number of red recycling bags needed to match the amount of capsules and the automatic number of bags they give is insufficient.

Ordering. Ordering was very easy & seamless thru the app. Thank you.

bugs. I had my cart ready, but needed to modify my address. Deleted a section, clicked save but it was still there. Made me wonder if they store our old info even when we delete them - Big security issue!! I closed the app because I couldn’t go back to my cart! Opened it again and saw that my order was doubled! Then tried again just to confirm, and it happened again.. I don’t think they have tested this app thoroughly and I have security concerns now. I just used it for the rebate and will never use it again.

Frustrating. The shopping experience is frustrating as the sizes of the beverages are not displayed only the total box size and weight of box. I want to see clearly whether it’s a 1oz or 2oz espresso shot, or 5 - 7 oz coffee, etc. When you go into a store they have a double-sided sell sheet of all available products with size, intensity level and symbols relating to its flavour notes. No size of pods or flavour symbols listed on the app. Should be consistent. The app also froze but thankfully our order saved.

Easy to use. Easy to order and pay and get it delivered No complaints

So far so good. I have never had any problems with using this app! Very convenient for online orders and device maintenance detection!

Très bien!. Simple à utiliser, j’apprécie beaucoup.

Beautiful and very functional. This app works flawlessly and is beautiful. What more is there to say.

What’s wrong with this app. I always get wrong password … it forces me to reset… and then errors out

5 stars!. This app is so easy to use. I especially love how it keeps track of my orders so I can reorder the same things WITHOUT making it a recurring order.

Wrong country location. I tried to download this app a few times and when I tried to sign in to my account is said that the credentials are not valid. How I can use it in Canada?

Perfection. I have nothing negative to say. Quick delivery and exceptionally good coffee.

Misleading promo. Honestly so mad at the time I wasted with their new promo today. Never believing a nespresso email again!

Does not work in Canada. We need a Nespresso app for Canada which recognizes Canadian account credentials.

Always have trouble with login information. Always have trouble with login information , took so long to place an order

Coffee capsules info. I find the nespresso app easy enough to navigate but I found it hard to locate the fluid Oz of what which coffee was, when purchasing nespresso I love trying their new products but I also want to be able to purchase an 8-10oz classic coffee capsule, and that I found impossible. Overall amazing coffee but the app is not very user friendly.

Keeps disconnecting from Barista. Every time I try to add a “Flat White” (or other recipes), it tells me I can’t connect. If I remove the Barista from my app and restart, it erases all my recipes. If I “reset to factory” the Barista, the default recipes come back, but as soon as I add the Barista back to my app, it deletes all the recipes again and won’t let me add the ones I want from the app. This is a complete fail for connectivity. I can order more coffee through the app…but that’s just as easy from my comp or calling in…and even quicker if I just go to the store. Sooooo

Offre cadeau. Facile et rapide , *Il est difficile de savoir si les cadeaux proposés seront envoyés car lors de la commande , il n y font pas mention .

Not in Canada. Why can I not use the app in Canada?

Works well but. Every time I open the app, I get an error message but the app opens

American app. Why let Canadians download the app when the address part only allows you to register being in the “United States”. It lets you register as a Canadian on the Nespresso website but then the app doesn’t recognize the username and password that’s been created.

Excellent. Peut-être faciliter l’ajout de sacs pour le recyclage.

Hit and Miss… be careful when ordering. Three times I have not received my orders placed through this app and have had to have the nuisance of following up with a phone call to try and track down what happened. Once I waited over a month to have it sorted and receive my products. I have also had success and the order was delivered and uneventful. They seem to have a lot of challenges around busy times like the holidays. Take your chances.

Can’t purchase through the app anymore. App crashes after attempting to check out... isn’t that one main feature??

Best app ever. For me, this is the best app. Does what I need and is very efficient and quick. Always updated. A central place for all of my coffee needs.

Love this app!. Love this app! Love the coffee and delivery is quick and spot on always!

Enfin!. Très agréable et très facile! Merci!

Useless app. This is literally just an app to throw you advertisement on a non-stop basis. Linking this app to the machine is impossible and were just getting error messages. Returning the machine to WalMart immediately.

Needs work. 1. If you order something out of stock, it doesn’t tell you WHICH ITEM is out of stock; 2. If something is out of stock, there’s no indication of when it will be back in stock; 3. There’s no way to order something out of stock for future delivery. 4. You get all the way to the payment screen before it tells you something on your order is out of stock (but no idea what).

Super simple. The Nespresso app is a delight to shop with - all the info is there - plus bright colours, amazing descriptions of the various coffees from around the world. It’s exciting, like travelling from your armchair, and so easy to use. We live up north, so being able to order online and receive fabulous espressos and lungos via delivery is a wonderful service.

Never know volume of coffee prepared with different selections of capsules.. Never know volume of coffee prepared with different selections of capsules.

Out of stock. Why does the app not alert you when something is out of stock?! I have to take the items out of my cart one at a time to find out which item is out of stock and then add back in the items that are not. Frustrating!

Out of Stock - Nespresso Witch!. You read all the Nespresso site information, decide on different blends and sizes, add them all to your cart, and then after you have everything just right the Nespresso out-of-stock Witch appears! You know, that bad witch which sneers with joy at letting you know something is out of stock and then cackles that you have to empty your cart and check each new entry to find out which capsules are out of stock! Let’s not tell the customer which one is out of stock or when it will be available. Looking at customer reviews, many a loyal customer has experienced the Nespresso Witch. Please make it disappear!

Je n’ai jamais eu ma commande. Commande le 27 septembre et jamais reçu ma commande. Ils ont eu un problème avec l’application. C’est dommage car il y avait une super belle promotion cette journée là et je ne l’ai pas eu.

More information!. You could certainly provide a lot more of a description of your coffee taste! I want to know whether the coffee is more mellow, etc. And I’d like to see a richer smoother espresso blend as well. Better crema would be appreciated.

Buggy during checkout. I love Nespresso, but their app and website have a lot of bugs during the ordering process. The most annoying one is when you are trying to checkout on the app with same day delivery, and you have something in your cart that is out of stock, they give you a warning toast message on the shipping screen that something you have is out of stock but they don’t tell you what it is. So in order to continue checking out, you have to navigate back to your cart and guess which item is out of stock to remove it. It took me about 10 minutes of altering my cart and trying to check out to figure out what I could not order same day.

Good app, could improve. Easy enough to navigate and use to order capsules. If the app developers had that as their only goal, they achieved it. The notes below are why this is not a 5 star - app. The free things they send have been a bust lately... this last order only offered capsules for a machine type I don’t have and gave no option even to just remove them being that I don’t have the machine. Special offers “order x or more and receive this” often are too short a promotional period for me to see the email and order. Small things, but UX design consulting could help customers feel better about the brand after using the app.

So far so good...except.... So far extremely satisfied with our new Christmas ‘toy’. We love the look of the Kitchenaid Nespresso on the counter and the taste may just help drastically reduce my daily Starbucks habit. On the downside, the machine purchase was supposed to come with a welcome of 16 capsules..there was nothing in the box and no instructions on how to redeem, so sadly no espresso to try Christmas morning. When I notified Nespresso customer service that day they responded almost immediately (big WOW especially on Christmas morning!). We have already placed and received our first paid order of capsules, but have sadly still not received out welcome ones.

Great … but with a few things missing. I bought from Nespresso many times. In fact, I just placed an order for about 45 sleeves. Luckily we have storage space as it will last us about 2 1/2 months. What frustrating when using the app, is that we cannot order some of the little freebies that are available using the website. When using the app, you can’t order the recycle bags. (And even on the website, a max of two bags does not cover our needs when recycling our large order.) also, there is no opportunity to order the sample packs. So this pushes me to use the website instead of the app.

Worlds best coffee. I have tried so many different coffee machines, my storage closet looks like a retail store! Clearly to me, the Nepresso machines are the best currently on the market. Combined with a wide variety of coffees allows me to taylor my morning according to my personal preference. Talk about starting your day off right! I typically purchase 3-4 types of coffee, ones that I like best, starting each day with a cup of delicious hot coffee and a contented smile. My only complaint is I would like a greater selection of the Alto size so they are always in stock. Additionally, the Cuban pods are so good they run out way too soon

Recycle bags??. I will repeat the previous unheeded suggestion, to have the option of ordering recycle bags, after order is compiled along with promo codes! Intuitive thinking when using the app is to order coffee, not empty bags! Tell your programmers to make going green easier for the customer... Oh, and George does a great job stumping your products, is a handsome guy, and all that. However you should also consider recruiting his wife occasionally into your advertising as well? She would be an awesome addition to the Nespresso program! The royalty checks would go to the same house, so I doubt they would be too concerned?

From 5 to 1 star due to frozen order page. This app turned sour after a solid one year long five star experience. For the past 2 months I have not been able to submit an order as usual. The order page freezes at the continue page for payment. I continuously have to empty the basket and when I re-add the products the issue persists. Somewhere it appears the system is fooled somehow by the “free” samples. As a no longer available options, it hijacks the entire order. Despite my clearing the basket multiple times I cannot get it going. I was able to order once last month by deleting and reinstalling the app then by resetting the account but the issue persists. I cannot think of a more first world frustration but here I am about to chuck my Vertuo Line machine on the garbage because of this.

Just need a little tweaking. I love Nespresso coffee and have been using the app for a while now. Buying pods are easy, buying a machine not so easy. The reason is the lack of information/ technical specs about the various machines on the app, just a bit more information about water tank capacity, dimensions, automatic pod disposal etc. will make a world of difference. The pictures of the machines are also chopped off at the top so I could not see what they looked like, the CitiZ in particular and for the pixi it looks like there are two different designs available? Please expand a bit on the descriptions for the machines it will help a lot.

Best way to access more great coffee!. I’ve been using the app for a couple of years and it just keeps getting better and better. My experiences have always been positive but the process has become more streamlined. As a “visual” person, I appreciate that they have images of the capsules on the order form to help me recognize my favorites. The intensity metrics help me make my choices. I also like the bundles of related coffees and enjoy purchasing those to discover new flavors. I have always received my orders promptly, even when I lived in Alaska, where shipping can be a challenge. All in all, it works for me!

Nespresso with ease- room for improvement. I love Nespresso! The app makes it so easy to select and order. However, I wish there were more videos connected to the item. Such as an overview. With Nespresso going global, it can be confounding attempting to understand the capsule and the flavor it provide simply by its name. While the information is out there, you really have to dig for it. Nespresso would save me time by including a description and a quick how to video for each item. I know I sound spoiled, but this would just make my already grand Nespresso ordering experience, even grander.

App is absolutely trash. Every! every! EVERY!!!! order has been shipped to the wrong address it’s utter insanity…. I have had to call and get it fixed every time and two of the time they still put the wrong address after calling to fix it !!! My coffee always runs out because I end up having to wait extra days for coffee…. Because…. You gussied it they can’t figure out how to get their employees to actually pay attention. My address is correct in the app ,it’s correct on my act at the company but every time they ship it 7 miles away !!!!!!!!!!! This is because they have to input the address in to FedEx and in doing so their not paying attention to north vs south that difference here is about 7 miles and two zip codes ….

Bug alert. Hello I have tried a ordering few times and was unsuccessful. I have previously been able to. I'm getting an error. Here is the use-case "place coffee in cart (I had some specialties which I think caused the error) -> don't order that day -> come back to order and specials are no longer available but still remain in cart (with a null error) -> try removing like 6 times and eventually it goes away -> cannot place an order with the message "you have not provided all the correct information" on the last step. NOTE: I tried many times with the correct info.

Tweaks are required. First off, I love my Nespresso machine. I’ve had it for just over 10 years and it makes a great espresso. I do enjoy the variety of coffees that the company has to offer. The app is pretty intuitive and easy to order. My biggest concern is the shipping feature. For orders at $35 or higher free shipping is included. However, the app won’t automatically apply this. You have to manually choose to free shipping otherwise you will get charged. This should be fixed as it’s a bit misleading. Fortunately I was able to avoid this mistake which I now feel I’ve made in the past without correcting.

Buyer beware. The AP works great and is fairly easy to navigate. Here is the part I don’t like. If you hit 35$ it doesn’t automatically give you free shipping. That should be the default. upgrade should be an option. also very hard to find recycle bags and non coffee items. you have to search for those. Would appreciate not having to hunt for things. customer service is fantastic by the way. they have replaced our broken machines with no issues. They seem to break after the first cleaning (seal break) . It’s a hassle but they replace it. We’ve been through three machines in 2 years. We finally purchased a back up machine because we love the coffee so much.

Nice, but can’t delete an address. I love my Nespresso machine and the quality of the coffee. I have used this app for a few years to order capsules. I find it easy to make my selections, however, a friend used the app to send me some capsules and now I can’t delete her address. She no longer lives there. Eventually I’m sure I’ll miss it when I order and someone I don’t know will receive my coffee. Please make it easier to edit my account. I also have three credit card numbers in my account that are no longer valid. Come on Nespresso, make your app as good as your coffee!

Couldn’t be easier. Nespresso is a great addition to my kitchen. Takes up very little space and looks good too. I bought a drawer w a plexiglass top that the espresso maker sits on that allows you to see the pods of which it holds 60. It also holds the frothier, espresso & lungo cup, container of sugar (for those who want to add a bit of sweetener) I’ve had no problems whatsoever and use it daily. It’s one of those purchases that you question why you didn’t have one sooner. And a BIG plus for me is the recyclable pods. Nespresso makes it so easy & they pick up the postage and the bags are free. Personally I will not buy pods I can’t recycle.

Mediocre at best. They’ve made sure to focus the app on selling you more capsules but maybe they can focus on other things like telling you how they recommend using them. You need to go to quick brew and then look through the recommended caps just to see a short list of how each cap should be brewed. Why can’t I search their entire line easily? I also checked the store section of the app and then clicking on the cap will tell you the recommendation but that selection is limited. Caps I bought two weeks ago are no longer available and the box only tells you to add it to milk. How about a suggestion for how intense the cap should be brewed? Talking about Scuro. Also how about some Siri integration for the Expert brewer!? Get with the times Nespresso!

Convenient & helpful. This app makes reordering quick & easy, and is a great way to easily see what's new and learn about individual coffees and their origins. My only complaint is that no matter how many times I've tried, the option to make one-time changes in your recurring order never works properly - I can seemingly make changes, but they never stick/save, so I'm forced to make a whole new order or I'll be forced to lose my chance for a reward sleeve of coffee by doing a one-time order. Otoh, the reminders that pop up if your machine is having a problem or needs descaling are 🔥

Useful but difficult to make work. This app is a great way to find Nespresso products and ensure they are compatible with your machine (particularly important with the Vertuo Line). It also lets you know if LTOs and unique products. However, the ordering process is NOT smooth. It took me 2 days to get it to accept the credit card I’ve used the last 3 times I’ve ordered, getting an error message to check the info but no guidance on what the issue was. I finally made it work with a different card (tried that both days as well), but the process was neither intuitive nor assisted by the app. There’s a lot of room for improvement, but it still has uses.

Customer service. When I first bought my machine and started ordering coffee the customer service was impeccable. They were also very willing to correct any mistakes in the order. In the last six months or so the customer service has gone significantly downhill and it is difficult on the app or otherwise to easily speak to a person who understands what you were talking about and is willing to fix the problem. I have the original capsules and I have never ordered anything else however in the last order the free sample they sent me was the other capsules. It wasn’t even Worth calling for as it was free capsules

I am a coffee snob. After buying, using and drinking Nespresso brand coffees it’s hard to go back to a regular drip coffee. The flavors are rich and smooth. I don’t think I have had a flavor so far I haven’t liked. I tend to stay with lower intensity coffee. I have had my machine for about 2 years and the app reminds you to descale and when there is an issue. I recommend to anyone who loves coffee. The frothier is the best. Just like steamed milk or let it go and milk gets thick. I also use syrups and flavored creamers, oat milk , almond milk. If you like ice coffee Nespresso is the best. It’s fun to get creative with Nespresso. Let your inner barista out !

Somehow a lot of errors. I'm not sure what the issue is but every time I use the app (maybe once every 6 weeks or so) I get error messages. I can usually click thru them but obviously something isn't right. Also, in the last 9 months since we have a Nespresso machine, I have told the Tysons Corner VA store twice and e-mailed Nespresso 3 times that the store isn't showing. Also, the newly opened store in Pentagon City wasn't showing (but that might have been fixed since I haven't checked recently). I gave up on it.. UPDATE: we are 7 months further. First, the app crashed again. After restart it let looked more stable. Tried to order for pick up at Tyson’s Corner VA store but it STILL does not come up. Guess Nespresso really doesn’t care..?

Missing samples?. I previously ordered my coffee without using the app and have always been able to select recycling bags and also free sample pack to try different coffees. This time I decided to download the app and place my order. I didn’t see anywhere I could add the recycling bags or the free sample pack using the app. I’ll see if these are automatically added when my order comes, so I’m taking off one star because of this. If these extras come in with my order than I will come back and change my review. If I don’t get these then I’ll have to not use the app anymore.

App needs many tweaks. I have an account in Europe but won’t allow to change for my home in the US and just gets an error. I have separate home address and billing address. It took nightmarishly long getting it correr as it auto populates and bleeds over information. It won’t save information if being removed, only when adding text. Owning a company where we have created mobile apps, it’s obviously apparent their mobile app engineers need to test more and relax some of the restrictions and give the ability to let people more easily purchase the expensive coffee they sell. Several times I’ve given up on problems and just decided not to purchase from Nespresso due to the frustration of this app.

Best espresso, machines and app too!. I appreciate that Nespresso has made the app even better and easier to use. I really like the decaf capsules listed right below their regular counterparts, as well as having a grouping of decaf. I also really like the “best seller” tag next to the capsules. The small description next to each capsules is very helpful. I didn’t realize that most of the master crafted single origins were blended with milk in mind; that would be a nice future enhancement- to have a little tag that said “great with milk”. I think the offers should auto apply when you reach the number of capsules in your order. This is an excellent app. Great work.

Spoiled. I have enjoyed coffee for decades but Nespresso has spoiled me! I rarely eat out, and there are only a few indulgences in my otherwise frugal life. Nespresso is one of them. It is always consistent in quality, taste, brewing, ease, ordering, and the recycling mission is fantastic! I work so I can afford this coffee- only a slight exaggeration. Finally can make a cup that is every bit as good if not better than barista-made in my own home without hassle and mess. The best part of each morning is Nespresso coffee. Wish I was paid to endorse them because I think I’m responsible for at least three other people I know buying the machine!

Quick and easy. Have used the app for over a year. We have both the Virtuo Line Nespresso machine and the traditional small pod Nespresso maker. So we buy both lines of pods. I love that when I need to reorder, I’m in and out in seconds. Yeah I have a choice to make the same order standard. But I like to mix it up. I like to add another coffee I haven’t tried. And even with the custom choices I’m still in and out in less than a minute from selection to checkout. They're here in 48 hours and the coffee is always fresh. We definitely tend towards the stronger blends. 8 to 12 point strength ratings. Have not found 1 that disappoints. I have friends that still stick to traditional makers because their “less expensive “ per cup. But they always have unused coffee in the pot at the end of the day or have to buy coffee out if they’re running late because they don’t have time to brew. I have a custom brew within seconds. No waste and for a fraction of coffee house prices. I think mine is more economical.

Great with a couple of suggestions. The app is super easy to use and user friendly. Once I received the free coffees that weren’t made for the type of Nespresso machine I had. I offered to mail them back (I don’t live near a nespresso boutique) or something and they told me to give them to someone I know. Which wasn’t helpful because I do not know anyone with that type of nespresso nor did I have the time to find out so they basically went in the trash which I felt like I didn’t get my freebie and it went to waste. Also, please add the option for the recyclable mail in bag. When I want those I have to go through the main website and order several.

Nespresso seems to be struggling.. The app has improved a lot, yet still has a long way to go. At least you can actually place an order in the app, whereas their mobile site won’t even show a way to accept their terms and conditions. Ugh. There is no way to order a recycling bag(s) or free samples in the app, and I get sick of going to my computer to complete the order in able to add those items. This has been an issue since at least 2018, so they obviously have no concern about it. Shipping with Nespresso reminds me of spinning a lottery wheel. Very rarely you hit the jackpot and get FedEx. Usually you get a third party service that you have never heard of and the delivery date will constantly change until about 7-12 days later when it arrives.

Fine system (with issues). This is a very convenient way to get an espresso that is decent (not extraordinary in my opinion). There is great variety and the lungo pods are a bonus (for size variety). The biggest problem I have is that when ordering through the phone app, there is the option to book a collection for the used pods, which is great… if it worked!! I always book this and they have never come! Why not make it simple and have the currier dropping the order also collect the pods?!? In any case, this is an annoyance and it means I have to take a trip to the city centre from time to time to drop the bags with the used pods.

Recurring Order is Broken. I think the app is great if you want to go in and place an order periodically, but I don’t understand why the recurring order button doesn’t work. And why don’t you just remove it? I tried chatting with customer service and it also did not work so I had to call in and speak to someone. She was very nice and helpful, but said I would have call in to edit or stop a recurring order. Also, my credit card has been charged randomly by Nespresso and then the charges are removed. Why? I removed my credit card information from the app and just use my PayPal now. hopefully that will fix the issue. On a sidenote, I love the pods and my machine. I just wish the app worked a little more seamlessly.

Good enough. Just because you can only get this from limited ways it works well enough for me. I absolutely love this coffee! After drinking for a week I can’t even fathom drinking coffee stand coffee any more. The app explains coffee real well. I live a ways from the store so I ordered online first time today. After adding delivery fees and what not should have gone to store but oh well. Convenience eh? I can’t seem to get rid of the open Nespresso app banner that hovers over this already opened app. Seems ridiculous. I didn’t feel it’s too user friendly as I find myself hopping around the app quite a bit to find what I want meanwhile every other screen pops up with ‘order this automatically’. Uh I said no the first, second and 20th time. Please go away.

Lame app, do the Swiss realize it’s 2019 and they could add some usability features!?. Best coffee pod system on earth. Worst online fulfillment app. The app could really use a friggin search glass so I could just type in what I want. I don’t need to be forced to scroll past carmelito to entice my pallet. I don’t care about their single origin hand roasted by nuns bean from madagamizing. I just want to order my preferred capsules. A favorites tab would be nice too. No I don’t want a recurring order I want to look at my favorites and say 70 of this 20 of that etc. Lastly, why not hide my stored credit cards a little deeper in the app so I totally have to call customer service to delete and old card? Ahh I feel better now after all this venting. Let me go make a nice cup of volluto with fresh ground cardamom on top.

Easy to order; tough to check out. Love the app and how easy it is to order capsules and accessories; however, every time i try to check out it saves my CC information with the wrong expiration date. I went into my preferences where my card is saved, and my expiration date is correct, but when i go to check out, it keeps defaulting to the wrong expiration date and then prompting me to make sure all of my information is correct, aka, it’s not. I then have to call and place my order since the app won’t let me purchase coffee with the wrong CC information that it decided to save for itself, obviously. Guys, can we get this cleaned up? Just a girl trying to drink some coffee here.

Excellent delivery service. The app is so convenient. When my coffee gets low I can place an order very quickly and my shipment always comes within two days. The delivery service is outstanding. I was in Williams Sonoma getting ready to send a friend a coffee pot because I love the coffee and they were talking about a seven to ten day delivery and a delivery fee. I went on my Nespresso App (while the lady was checking to see how much more money it would be for a faster delivery), and Nespresso shipped the coffee pot at Christmas time in two days....Free! Thank you for a great service and excellent coffee!

App fails. Absolutely love Nespresso. I typically use the app to re order my coffee. All day today I’ve been trying to order Capsules and each time I get an error saying “an error occurred while quoting the cart”. As a result my order wouldn’t go through. I reached out to support and was simply told that they recommend using the website as the app doesn’t always work. Literally can’t make this up. Basically Nespresso themselves telling me that they don’t have a good app, don’t support their own app and to try the website. Nespresso I love your coffee but this is unacceptable. Offering customers the ability to order through an app but then not backing your own app. This causes frustration and drives customers to your competitors. Nespresso it’s 2022. Do better.

Great coffee, the mobile app needs improvement. Ordering on a computer browser is much easier but not always convenient. The mobile app is super convenient but the time I spend on ordering is double. A few features are missing. Often have to start from scratch if you make a mistake. No back button. For instance I wanted to delete one of my addresses, could only edit it. Then I used auto fill and it did not populate the field correctly so I got an error message but no way to go back, or edit, refresh etc… in fact I had to close the app and reopen it in order to complete my order. Also the plastic bags for recycling are not offered on the app.

Coffee: AMAZING Customer Service: not so much. This is the coffeemaker to use if, like me, you have to wake up at four and drive 90 minutes to work. I adore coffee, but “pour over” translates to pour all over the kitchen counter, and the daily grind of beans translates to daily clean up of beans everywhere for me. Add to that the recycling aspect of the capsules compared to Keurig’s, and the divine coffee (how do they get that froth??? out of a little capsule?) and you have a winner. However, the “exclusive offers” are a joke (promo codes don’t work) and their customer service number is found at the very bottom of the FAQ page in two point font on a low contrast background. (UX design is excellent if one is designing to exclude.)

More Coffee, Fewer Checkboxes. Love this product, and all the offerings. App makes it easy to choose delicious coffee. The one thing I will never understand is that senseless checkbox at the end of the checkout before I complete my purchase. I gotta say, whichever legal eagle has kept that thing in there, it’s such a thorn in my side. I always forget to click it and I think I’ve had an error. Like EVERY single time I check out! Please please remove that checkbox. Certainly there is something I can agree to one time in my account that will absolve your company from ever having me sue you, and I can start having an error free checkout experience. Seriously, this must be the longest standing debate on your product team’s wish list!!!

Often crashes. I unfortunately have not had good luck with this app. It crashes on me often. And I also have not had good luck with the company getting my order to me when I use the app. Although the company has great customer service, their shipping department has failed to fulfill my order several times. This is disappointing when I try to order in advance so that I do not run out of coffee and then my order never gets mailed. by the time it all gets worked out after I’ve had to call and find out about my order I am then out of coffee. The only reason I now try to order from this app any longer is to get the recycle bags, but it’s beginning to be more of a hassle with the app consistently crashing and my orders not getting to me.😒

Clunky. Allowed Pickup at Closed Store. App is still clunky and inaccurate. Appears no one at Nespresso is testing it from the user’s perspective. App is inconsistent with premium brand. 1. Allowed pick-up order to be placed on June 17th for pick up later on the same day for a store closed until June 22nd. Received order confirmation. On June 18th when “order ready” notification still had not been received I called to check on order and was advised the store was closed. Nespresso cancelled pick up order; I had to place another order to be shipped because Nespresso could not re-order for me. Yes, there is a lot going on in the retail world. However, closed stores should be taken offline for pick up orders. That is pretty basic 2. Minimum order quantity is one sleeve. Orders should be priced and placed per sleeve of 10 not confusingly priced per capsule and ordered in multiples of 10 Instead of: Capsule at $.70 each and order 10, 20, 30, etc Keep it simple: Sleeve of 10 capsules at $7.00 and order 1, 2, 3, etc 3. Add ApplePay functionality within app for orders. Some customers do not like to store credit card information and ApplePay in app would streamline checkout and save time

Espresso Connoisseur. I’ve been using the the Nespresso app for YEARS and it’s very intuitive and user friendly! Yay!! I wish I could say that for other retail apps! My coffee ordering is always easy and quick! Tip: Save your delivery address and payment options and you can order what you want and be done in one minute. Like the website, it saves your previous orders and quickly pops that up for you to modify or repeat. It's very refreshing to have an app that successfully mimics the online experience and doesn't make you learn a whole new system of ordering. Thank you Nespresso!! #lovenespresso #obsessedwithcoffee

The latest update is terrible. I have been a user of this app for a while and it’s usually fine, but the latest version is terrible. The worst part is the way they use a truck with “Free” written on the side of it to refer to the free shipping option, as well as the same icon to refer to the $6.95 shipping option. That is intentionally deceptive. Another issue when checking out: when you go to complete your order, you are brought to the payment screen instead of the shipping options screen. If you try to click continue after paying, you are told that you haven’t entered any shipping info and have to manually go back two pages to a page that you were never presented with initially. This app has had its ups and downs over the years, but this last one is pretty awful.

Thoughtful service. Firstly the machine that I bought (Vertuo line plus) is possibly the easiest machine to operate that Ive ever had. Plus the machine makes outstanding coffee. The app is perfect, I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more. I just ordered coffee 2 mins ago and it only took 2 seconds. The app is very informative of their coffees and very easy to navigate. It remembered my previous order, asked for my thumbprint and one prompt and then I received my email confirmation. I’d like to say thank you Nespresso for making one part of my life very simple and enjoyable.

Convenient app, needs better flow. I like being able to order coffee and explore new offerings within the app. However there are some UX flow concerns that would enhance my experience. The home page not being able to a scroll or lead to anything else always trips me up. That would be a great place to learn about new offerings, blog posts or recipe videos teaching us how to best enjoy nespresso coffee. I’d also like to be able to save items that I may not be able to purchase now but would like to remember in the future. Nespresso coffee is an elevated experience and the app doesn’t carry over that same brand experience. Contact me for more insight :)

I would give a five star review for product and app butttt... I am cheap and this stuff is costly. It is all very tasty so I want to drink it all so quickly. If I am spending $155 for coffee every month, it would be wonderful if the company threw out coupons regularly to their customers. You can’t just go anywhere to buy pods, like other coffee makers similar. Nice thinking Nespresso! Specially design your pods, so we are stuck to paying your high prices! 😝 anyways.. toss me some coupon codes will ya! It’s a cruel world out here these days! We have to hang on to those small indulgences! Overall product easy to use, taste is amazing and App is very user friendly. Price is too high for this cheapo to be fully satisfied

Frustrating to order. I am a regular customer and am tired of having to enter my order more than once to have it processed. Also you advertise free samples with every order and I have only gotten a free sample once in all the years I’ve been ordering. Your coupons are very misleading also. BTW, I bought a new machine because mine sounded like an airplane taking off and my new machine is also loud enough to wake the babies. Waiting for a competitor so you will perhaps address these issues. Love your coffee but these are aggravating issues! Also at least 5 family members have complained on the loudness of the machine! Not usually a complainer but it’s gone on too long!!!

Great flavor and green!!!. The app is very easy to use and usually shows all the promos and discounts available. I have to say Nespresso is the best option if you are looking for a high quality coffee and the coffee shop experience from the confort of your house or your office. The barista maker is just amazing and I have the pleasure to say I have a cappuccino everyday before going to work. I couldn’t start my morning without it. The best about this single serving system I think is that you can get a recycling bag for $0 and whenever is full you only have to drop it in a UPS location. So almost NO WASTE...

Good but could be better. It’s frustrating to log into the app and be forced to connect your Bluetooth to the frother machine. Another issue is when you try to get customer service via chat and there’s no way to chat, or when you are presented a phone number, that in other apps allows you to dial, this one doesn’t allow you to dial and won’t let you back out (forcing you to get out of the app and come back in). There’s also an inability to add several coffees to your recurring order. For example the Esperanza Columbia is not an option to add when you modify an existing order. You have to create a new order. Pretty frustrating on many accounts.

Confusing. Every time I come to website to reorder, I get frustrated and confused. And I’ve been ordering from the app for years. I never know if what I’m interested in is for my style of machine. The graphics are beautiful and colorful and I want to try something different each time but I never do because I can’t understand which machine it works with. So I’ve ordered the same thing every single time. For instance, there are some beautifully packaged Holiday pods that I’d like to order for myself and for gifts but I have no clue as to what machine they are for. My suggestion would be that when you want to order, first choose your machine. Second, choose your coffee. Very simple. The other option would be to have a box to check indicating which machine you have underneath the pretty product.
