Thank you. Fabulous podcast! For crafters and readers looking for classic literature audio with great commentary!

Better than podcast. Way better than messing with the normal podcast, lets me read the show notes and see all the links for each ep without having to browse the blog

Crash. Since the most recent app update, it won't even open in my iPhone 4s, just goes to the title screen then crashes within seconds.

Love this podcast. I've been listening to this podcast for years. Heather's insights and comments make good books better.

Craftlit is wonderful.. Enjoying some of the Classics again. Heather is irreplaceable. Thanks so much.

Non crafter. I am a equipment operator, my wife introduced me to this podcast and I'm hooked. I enjoy the commentary before and after the story. Plus I learn more about knitting and it's terms so I kinda know what she's talking about now.

Great app. I love the ease of this over the regular podcast feed. It's nice to be able to access all the extras and easily find where the book discussion starts. I don't always have time to listen to the crafty bits!

Try it- you'll like it!. I Love this app!! I can listen to great books, still-smartsy news, and fabulous color commentating for my favorite books. Try it. - you'll like it.

Creative multitasking at its best!. I'm a longtime listener and fan of the podcast but rarely have time to check out the "extras" that she mentions and posts in show notes. The app wraps it all up so I always have a great book, a wonderful literary tour guide, and all the extras with me in my knitting bag.

Terrific. This has been one of my favorite podcasts for years. Heather Ordover gets talented readers and does insightful analysis of the books. I get the paid subscription to get even more of her in my ears!

Great books. Love this app now that I have better WIFI signal. Great for binge listening. Heather makes the books come to life in our modern world.

Great App. Wonderful way to go back and listen to past episodes!

Love the podcast. The podcast is one of my all time favorites, but this app is not really necessary to enjoy the podcast. I can only hope that the money is at least supporting Heather's great work.

Literature and craft chat, who could want more?. Heather has a very soothing voice, cares about the quality of the readers and makes me think more about these books than my high school teachers ever did.... Love it!

What took me so long?!?. I’ve been listening to the podcast for years and just now added the app to my phone. Love love love!!!! Makes life so much easier, especially on my long commute. Thanks Heather!!!

Intelligent and well thought out.. Heather does a wonderful job of researching, and explaining the books she covers. Even on books that I have already read and enjoyed I value Heather's insight and research.

A great podcast and a wonderful app. This app for the CraftLit podcast is very easy to use and I like that I can store episodes to listen to anytime. And the bonus content is accessible and wonderful and worth the cost to buy.

Fabulous and Educational. This is the companion app to the marvelous podcast, Craflit. This is how I access all of the episodes. Heather is a wonderful host, and she does her homework on the books so I don't have to. I've used her podcast as teaching material for my students, as well as my own children. This podcast and its app are top notch!

Make a friend, hear a book!. Heather is so personable and open, after listening to her discuss one book you will feel like she is that neighbor you always wish you have. Her literary insights are spot on, and make the books much more enjoyable. Historical context, definitions of strange words, information about authors - all combine to make the stories she presents come to life.

Current version crashing. Love the app in general, but the current version is crashing on all of my iOS devices. Please fix this!

Best podcast ever!. This is a wonderful podcast: beautifully and intelligently presented by Heather Ordover. I love the "crafty" part of the podcast, but even if you are not into that at all, give it a listen because the books are wonderful. I am somewhat in awe of how much time, effort, and and thought Heather puts into each episode. Thank you, Heather, if you read this!! Everyone else, sign up!

Love it!. Heather is amazing. She is warm, insightful, and a fantastic teacher.

Love the books. I love this podcast. Heather is great at preparing you for what to watch for.

Love, Love, Love CraftLit!!. I started listening years ago, when I was listening to a lot of knitting podcasts. Bur I really don’t listen to those anymore, and besides, this has evolved to be WAY more about the lit and only tangentially about the craft. Heather does her homework, presents classic literature, and best of all, teaches to the jokes. She makes certain you understand out of date references and words that are no longer in normal use. And you get to hear some of the greatest stories of all time! The app is the easiest way to go through the past library.

Like a great meal for your brain. Really great, intelligent discussion of crafts and books. Many years of back content to enjoy, and even more premium content. The host is engaging and the app is well designed.

Crashing. I love the podcast but the latest version of the app crashes. It will not open. I pay for premium content I cannot access. Please fix!

Love Craft Lit. Really enjoy the whole podcast and the books! Loving Age of Innocence and Brenda Dayne's voice! Thanks for helping me fall asleep at night!

Enjoyed this podcast for years. I have enjoyed this podcast for many years

Love this podcast!. A combination of my favorite things - knitting and books! Plus excellent commentary on both topics. A must-have for my long commute.

Love it. This is a great podcast. I love that the app lets me control which podcasts I download and it keeps my place.

Awesome!. I am both an avid reader and crafter. I’m unable to work, and have been trying to keep myself busy with crafts. Lo and behold, I found this podcast/app and am in love! It’s so worth checking out if you’re on the fence. Believe me, you’ll be hooked in no time like I am!

Great app.. This podcast is the best part of every English/Literature class I ever took in school. I love listening to the books and Heather's commentary.

Great app for even better content. The Craftlit podcast is incredible, whether you are a knitter or not. Heather has brilliantly merged two seemingly disparate passions: literature and fiber arts. Her analysis and critique of the literature are simple enough to educate newcomers to the texts, while still engaging enough for PhD level readers. I love using the app for Subscriber content and access to archived episodes. I hope that Heather continues to produce Craftlit for many years to come.

Very enjoyable!. I usually "zone out" while listening to audiobooks and end up having to back up to listen again but I can totally pay attention while I knit! I enjoy the craft segments and the books.

Can't live without it. Amazing books and amazing insight into them. Love!!!

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better.... This podcast has been great listening for a long time, but the app brings extra fun -- not just an easily accessible podcast interface, but also enhanced notes and patterns!

A weekly anticipated treat. Heather Ordover offers up a weekly generous helping of intelligent conversation about crafting, life, and most importantly, a great book which will be read to you by an excellent reader. Heather makes the great literature more accessible to all of us. Great for those of us who were English majors and for those who thought we were crazy. I wait for it to come out each Friday and find great comfort Heather's voice and her graceful sharing of what is going on in her life.

Great podcast and app. Over nine years worth of free books with explanations. This app has a page showing what episodes contain which books.

Making Fabulous even BETTER!. Heather's insightful presentation of literature I would previously have passed over, is opening up a whole new world for me. What used to feel akin to "eating my vegetables" is now DESSERT! Yum. How DOES she do that? Add to it this app full of even more delicious tidbits and you have a real winner. Oh Heather where have you been all my life?

Love Craftlit. I love Heather and Craftlit. I have never enjoyed reading so much and I love to read. Thank you Heather.

Great app!. For all book lovers, here is the English professor you wished you'd had. Not just audiobooks, but the context and background to really understand great literature.

Love. It.. This app, the content and everything that Heather does is amazingly well thought out. Completely recommended.

Good Foundation - Not Customer Centric. I had such high hopes for this app, and downloaded it yesterday (love the CraftLit podcast). Tried it our last night, and it was a dissappointment. Listening to one of the episodes, had to pause it to go and do something that needed my full attention, came back and discovered that you have to start from the beginning of the episode!! It does not "keep your place" as the podcast episodes do through my iTunes podcast feature. Not saving my place is one feature that drops the value of the app WAY down. Love the concept of having the episodes pushed to my iPod Touch. The sound quality when listening through the app is much better (I don't have to put the volume way up to hear the readers, as I do when listening through iTunes downloaded episodes), and the interface is very good. All of that provides a solid foundation, but the one major glitch makes me re-think this app a lot. I think the app was created with the podcast in mind first, not how customers would use it. It is very rare that I can devote a good hour to something, without having to pause. Just not realistic to have to listen to the epsiode all at once, every time.

Love craftlit, but app a little clunky. Finding episodes without consulting the website takes time. It would be smoother if they were arranged by book. Otherwise very functional.

Seriously enjoyable!. I'm absolutely loving the opportunity to listen to the classics while I knit. Heather's research into the authors and background information brings the story to life in a way that I would not be able to achieve on my own. Thank you, Heather, for doing what you do. I've always loved to read, but Craft Lit has sparked a whole new passion for literature for me.

Love this app. I've been listening to Heathers podcast from the beginning. The app she had developed seemed unnecessary to me but I was so wrong. The accessibility of all the extra content is fantastic. For subscribers there are even extra books. How could that be bad? Live this Heather. Thanks so much!! The app itself (not just Heathers content) is really great too. I've never had a problem downloading or accessing content, it remembers where I left off in my listening, and is very simple to use.

Like a great college lit class but without the papers!. With CraftLit, you can listen to books that you have meant to read, or listen to books you have already read and enjoyed but want a deeper understanding of the text and context. Especially designed for those of us who enjoy knitting and making things with our hands, as Heather opens most episodes with Crafty Chat before dealing into the book. Premium listeners have access to a second book which runs concurrently, and have the option to listen episode by episode or to wait until the complete book is recorded - a nice option for readers who do not ke to be left hanging.

Hours of listening pleasure!. I have been listening to CraftLit for many years now and the new version of the CraftLit app just makes it that much easier to listen on my phone. This is a wonderful program, a great resource for a deeper understanding and enjoyment of literature and Heather is a terrific host and teacher.

Love the podcast app is so helpful. This is my favorite podcast. And I use the app all the time.

Love Love Love. I use it exactly as it was intended -- I listen while I knit. I love the fun spirit of it and the intelligence & thoughtfulness.

Lindababgobubu. Favourite of all time! Love love love!

Great listening. Just brilliant in every way. The app itself works well, and the content is exceptionally good. Well read audiobooks with really helpful explanations from Heather so we can better appreciate this literature from a time before our own. Just really good fun. So many great books!

Craftlit. LOVE listening and learning while I knit. Feels like a warm hug

Great lit and informative. Love the content. App sometimes just shuts down and resets. Kind of wonky but worthwhile

Dumb app. You should be able to download and read your own books not just episodes. Dumb app!!!

Amazing app and podcast. This podcast is the bomb!
