NWS discussion. My favorite Weather app. Love getting the actual NWS forecasts and data as well as the forecast discussions

v 1.1.1 - excellent. I live 25 miles from the nearest city (on different terrain and elevation) and find that the forecasts for the city are not very accurate. NOAA is the best bet if I want an "on target" forecast but I have to be in front of the computer. Now I can get NOAA data on my iPhone, how cool is that!!! Thanks, this is the best.

Pretty good/Almost 5 Stars. Awesome App! Would be perfect if you could animate the future lightning probabilities. Nice to have hourly forecast and Forecast Discussion from National Weather Service.

Great app. Of all my weather apps this is the one I use the most. If has most everything I want to see in a simple and clean format. They have been very good about updating, adding new features and addressing any bugs etc.

Great. Does everything I want it to do. Since I travel a lot I was most interested in turbulance report.

Stunning on Wi-Fi - Unworkable on Edge. The title says nearly all. On Edge, the app simply crashes. It's also takes a bit of figuring to understand how to get what you want. Not very intuitive.

Weather LCD changed my mind. When I left my first review it wasn't a positive one. My main complaint was the lack of county/parish state lines so I could tell where I was in comparison to the active weather. On your very next update you guys fixed my gripe. Thank you for listening and taking action against my complaint. I complain no more. I love this weather app and would highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waist of money!. I chase storms for a living... This app is worst weather app I've ever downloaded, much less pay for it

Nice Program. It works really well. It could use a tad better graphics, but it's effective.

Easiest to use interface to NWS. No frills but that's fine. Clean and easy to use, reliable interface to all NWS forecasts and obs.

Weatherlcd. This is a really good app. The upgrades ive gotin the past year have made it alot better. I use it all the time.

This is it. After using countless weather apps over the years, this one is it. Great for pilots, sailors, weather watchers, and everyone else.

Don't even think of buying this app!. I should have listened to other reviews. It crashes right from the start. It is complete junk and waste of your money.

Much better. Much better app with all the updates. I'm in the aviation Biz and I use most of the features in this app a lot.

A Real Weather App. This App provides prompt, relevant weather data concisely displayed but without all the garbage of TWC. It is a valuable tool!

Absolutely beautiful. The author(s) of this app continue to enhance the beauty and increase the features. I have never seen such constant improvements in an app. The graphic designs and colors are beautiful. Very high class.

Perfect. Perfectly clear views of weather activity, marine buoy reports & forecasts, and air turbulance, plus it's fast! Well designed.

There's nothing better!. This APP is a must! There is so much information on here you won't be disapointed. Anything they add will just be a bonus. I would like to see the weather radar in a little more detail. Maybe the green radar signal strobe. Anyways, nice job guys!

Like it. I found this a very good app. So much so, that I deleted Weather Channel Max. I like the ease of use and ability to see larger graphics then with some of the other apps. Would like to see somebody add storm tracking. That would be great for a Skywarn observer. Five Stars if and when you allow more than 4 favorites to be saved.

Fantastic!. I just moved to Maryland from Maine thinking I was leaving snow behind boys was I wrong thank you for this app. Up to date & detailed forecasts were great especially during this last storm. Good job everyone and thanks.

Great app. Absolutely the best weather app . I have several others and they do come close to providing the information this app provides. I spend lots of time outdoors and this program has saved me from so very ruff weather

Frustrating. Despite fast performance and useful data, this app is frustrating to use for any location other than the one you're in. The app does not save locations and searching usually brings back a completely unrelated city. Overall, data not that much more useful or detailed than the free Weather Channel or AccuWeather apps. Good try -- maybe next time.

Prepared. If you like to be prepared for turbulence, check out this app.

Accurate App!!. Would love to see rainfall totals now that snow season is over, this is the weather app I trust for my locale.

Not perfect, yet. Great weather app, but the only thing missing is a real-time lightining detection system, not just a probability chart. I used to have a weather app with another wireless carrier that had real-time LDS built in. Why not here?

Great. I love this app. When the storm system came in this app gave the waring a week out. It was telling what a dangerous system this was and it was right. With this app and another one it really helped. Where I live we were hit with 3 tornados. Great job to all that work with this app

It Used To Work. A few days ago this was my go to weather app, the one I checked to confirm plans with. For the last few days, the app hasn’t worked - it can’t find data for my location. Time to move on I guess.

Best Weather App. Truly the best wether app out there for pilots and anyone interested in weather. Brings it all together in one place and is easy to use.

best app for meteorologists. Excellent application for accessing forecasts, alerts (warnings and watches), radar and satellite pictures across the USA.

Great for turbulence reports. Not even the main feature, but the PIREPS for turbulence have been incredibly useful for my flight planning for the last few years! Keep up the great work!

Great!. Great app. Awesome for the everyday weather buff or spotter. Wish the radar would zoom in and out and be a Lil more detailed. That's the only reason it didn't get 5 stars!

Weather dog. Great app. Good info. I live near lake Mi and can use lake reports for steelhead fishing.

Great weather app. This is a great weather app while at home or on the road.

Winter LCD. So far this the only app that I have found that provides a detailed local snow forecast for my neighborhood. Very pleased.

Great app!. Very convenient presentation of NOAA data--well done! And the radar is even animated AND zoomable!! My only wish-list item would be to have a summary screen showing current conditions and today's forecast for all saved locations.

Great App!. Lots of features but just wish it showed lightning strikes. Why don't any apps show lightning?

Waste of time. Junk. I'll put in a city with state and I'll either get a city in a different state, or nothing at all. Dumb.

Most detailed weather app so far. Love this app Could look a little snazzier and modern but what it lacks in looks it makes up for in functionality

Mr. Absolute piece of junk-properly priced at free. Tried to enter my city for 20 minutes &.all I got was airport in NY: I live in Tennessee.

Great data, bad presentation. This app has a tremendous amount of data, including some you get nowhere else. It is blissfully ad free. Unfortunately the graphics are very ugly, in my view. If this app got a total graphical makeover, it could be one of the best weather apps in the store.

Nice package!. Wish it would scroll through saved locations with a finger swipe. Info I never knew I missed and now can't be without.

A lot of weather details. this app gives a lot more details than others weather apps. For example, the lighting map. Great job!

Has everything perfect app for weather. This app has it all- class, except reports, and a awesome radar that is updated every 10 min. Cheap to! I would totally recommend getting this app for weather and coolness!

Accurate weather; ui needs improvement. The weather forecasts are accurate from the National Weather Service, but the layout is not very attractive. Hope to see a few layout tweaks (or overhauls) in future updates.

Awesome. As one that is more interested in the actual data provided rather than pretty graphics, this app delivers 100%! From daily weather to marine conditions...love it!

Awesome. Very good app for weather. They don't have flashy graphics like others but does the intended job very well.

False advertisement. Don't let the app photo fool you. This app gives NO warnings or watches. They are just trying to trick you that they have what other weather apps offer. If you want warning / watches get Storm Spotter

Weather app. Best app ever! A must have!!

Only 1 of 2 apps accurate for radar. I was able to put to the test the accuracy of 13 different radars within apps during the current terrible snowstorm in the DC MD VA area. All apps had radars that showed that the storm was already over us when in fact it was hours away. I want a radar that tells you what is happening NOW so I can predict how fast a storm is coming and from what directon. I tested every major app for weather free and paid and only Weather LCD Winter and My Cast Weather had pinpoint accuracy for radar. Problem with LCD is that your location is approximate and you can't zoom in very far. Also LCD is a somewhat primitive and bare-bones app compared to the rest. MyCast is a much more complete weather package but it does not label cities and also does't allow much zooming in. But both have the most useful and accurate radar which is worth a lot.

WONDERFUL FREE WEATHER APP. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP. IT HAS A LOT OF USEFUL FEATURES...... AND IT'S FREE!!!!!!! HHAS THE OPTION TO GIVE TEMPERATURE IN FAHRENHEIT OR CELSIUS.

Celcius. Good app but wish it had Celsius as well I need that and pressure for my job

Not so good!. This app WILL NOT let me set my own zip code, it will only track our airport which is 10 miles from me....I can check Alaska but not my own block! Save your time and money

Beyond 5 STARS. I have used this app several times daily for many months. Just came across MAP BASED LOCATOR.... .Expand Map, Drop Pin, Move Pin, GET DATA...WOW!!! Get Weather LCD before they realize how much it should cost!

Wow!. This app is LOADED with data. It's amazing how much data is out there for free - data is from NWS. Takes some getting used to how it's presented, but hardly a problem. Particularly good for marine and aviation info. This is a KEEPER!

Great app, especially for pilots!. This app is great! It appears to use weather obtained from ADDS. I wouldn't mind seeing icing reports included, but the turbulence reports are very nice. Also, zooming is a little tricky, but overall, this app rocks.
