Beware. This app always asks for money even after I’ve purchased several memberships.

Good game but needs fix. I just downloaded the game because it was on my old iPad, and it was on my iPad and for some reason some buddy deleted it. So I didn’t purchase anything and for some reason I did the first star of the numbers, and when I finished number 5 it kicked me out and I went back in and in the numbers and I had to do it again, so I did it again and then again when I finished the first star it kicked me out again so please fix that. And now I figured out the question and I restored purchase and now I have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 and I don’t know if I finished the numbers well I know that I completed the first star finals but every time I go to see if I completed the 2nd star and it keeps kicking me out so also please fix that. And also I don’t have the lite version no more.

Amazing App!. This app is so amazing, I can't believe it is free! I bought my 2 an 1/2 year old son the teach my toddler learning kit for 60 buck at toys r us. Me and his speech therapist worked with him on his shapes and other things that are included in the kit. The only shape he could point to when you asked him was the circle. I put this app on my phone and he knew all of them within 30 mins. And it stuck with him, he hasn't forgotten. He can say heart, star, and circle but he can point to all of them. This app is truly amazing!! I got tired of it after he learned them all, but still... he knows all of his shapes now thanks to this App!! Please make some apps for the iPad. He did so well with this App that his papaw is buying him an iPad. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make these apps for the iPad! I will be waiting!! :)

New update. I adore this game and it's been not only perfect for my toddler but fun for me to review my cursive. And so of course I purchased the full version immediately because I love the strategy in the steps of how to teach the writing. I think it is absolutely genius. However with the new update I now have the lite version. I was disappointed and annoyed. I clicked on restore purchase but every time I exit the app I have to go through the whole process of restoring the purchase again to be able to play any of the letters we purchased from the original version. I don't expect to have the full version unlocked, just the parts I paid for from the original version. I hope it can be fixed because my daughter loves this game.

New review. 5 stars. But i have problems I can't try the older toddler teasers app anymore. My red iPad (it has a red case) stopped working and we're trying to figure out how to get it to work again. It keeps restarting itself, CONSTANTLY. Its iOS? Probably 6.1.1 or 6.1.2 i don't remember very well For a developer response, you would have to tell me how to fix the iPad, with its exact version, all the apps keep their version, and i wouldn't lose the toddler teasers app. Otherwise i would have to download an older version to my computer. Thanks!

Bug on restoring a previous purchase..... Buy this app if you want to be ripped off. Developer acknowledges issue, but provides no path to fixing... our child suffers as a result.

Disappointed. The “Restore Purchase” button does not work. It freezes the app which leaves my 4 year old screaming at me to fix it EVERY TIME THIS APP IS USED.

Great Wurh a Couple Suggesttions. My 18-month old loves this. Good times. A few suggestions though: 1. When a shape is tapped stop playing any other sounds. It layers 3 or more "wrong" and "correct" responses and sounds like a jumble. 2. Often he will get corrct shape and tap another immediately after. So it's going though "correct" sequence but then also layers in "try again, touch the crescent" sequence even though he already did. So...lock the screen/sequence quicker once correct shape is selected. 3. May be iPhone problem more than your app but he will have a thumb or other part of hand touching screen and will - at same time - touch correct shape with other finger and it won't register as correct. If he gets frustrated then will start tapping wildly (which is sorta hilarious) or he learns the incorrect shape association. I think you can program that though for multiple-finger touching handling better. 4. Is it possible to lock out the main iPhone button? He likes to press that button. Maybe soon he will learn that means "game over". Great game though!!

What happened to this app!. My son used this app years ago and it was amazing. I went to redownload it for our daughter and it is horrible. Why mess with something good. Why not just create a totally new app and leave this one alone.

Gets locked into subscribe window. Kids would play this ever now and again, but once they hit the subscribe button there is no way to get out of it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Crap coding to force a purchase

Why do i have to pay again for something i already bought. I bought the full version of this app a while ago for my son. Had access to many shapes block letters and cursive writing but now i cant even access the app. Its asking me to buy the full version which i previously did or to get a subscription. Why would i pay for something i already paid for again. Either give me back my access or give back the money. Update: You “Restore Purchase” button that you ask me to “just click on” doesn't work. All it does is freeze the app. I had already sent a message to you customer support and tried your restore button before the review. You want me to change the rating? How about you give me access to what i already paid for first.

Just stopped working. I loved this app until recently. My 20 mth old daughter love playing this! She figured it out quickly and loves that it cheers her on. And then today the app stopped working on my iPhone and our iPad. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still nothing. The app is frozen on the menu screen. Try explaining to a 20 mth old why she can't play her game when she can see it open. ::sigh:: Update: the app is working again. So I think I'll up my rating to 3 stars ---- one star down because I wish it had a little more variety and another star down because of the crashing issue - although it was fixed pretty quickly.

Great for toddlers. My 2-year-old loves the quiz "game" (especially the shapes) and has learned some fairly complex shape names (some I didn't even know!). It's great for reinforcing shapes, numbers and letters. He loves choosing a sticker to put on his sticker reward page after the quiz. Only tiny complaints are that it might be nice to have different/harder levels to graduate to in order to keep him interested and challenged. And it would be great if you could organize and move around the stickers on the sticker page. Otherwise this has been a good educational yet fun app!

Did not receive the app. I paid for a year but have never received the app.

Good game but it crashes. I just like the app so much but it does crash a lot and that's fine.

Used to be a Great game. This app was great. But as it is updated, it got worse and worse. The sticker page now goes away as soon as a sticker is placed. It used to linger on screen for a second or so, so that the child can admire it if even for a moment. Now it goes away instantly. Kind of defeats the purpose of a sticker page. Secondly, the pause between "touch the" and "rectangle" is such that it reminds us of voice-synth programs of the 80s. The original version did not have this pause and sounded very natural and pleasant. It's a good thing I was able to retrieve the older version (2.9) to replace this one (3.2) via Time Machine or my kid would be quite cranky not being able to look at his sticker page after placing a sticker. My review for version 1.4: This is a wonderful and simple app. Our 2 year old loves this game. He just loves the cheering and clapping. The shapes should be more random. There're too many repetitions. We got 5 hexagons in a row once. Also, an option for a female voice would be nice. Another good addition would be the ability to save the sticker page so it can be added onto later. Still one of the finest kids' app!

Paid for the app and now it’s a money grab. Great app, was totally worth the price. Then during their latest refresh they changed it to a monthly subscription service. At such a ridiculous price and sketchy history of bait and switch I would not at all recommend you do business with them. Update: after working with support we were able to restore my purchase which didn’t work automatically for some reason. Looks like I’ll be grandfathered in.

Disappointed. Don’t purchase.. I have purchased the annual the annual access but am unable to enjoy it as it is stuck on the LITE version since day 1. I have attempted to restart the ipad, delete and restore the app. I also tried the infamous “restore purchase” button and am met with a notice stating I have no prior purchases. I have emailed the app twice and it’s been two weeks with no response. It’s a shame because I truly like this app, and so does my two year old. He was very excited to unlock the other topics. Going to contact Apple to refund.

Very useful. Nice needs some improvements, don't like the updates to your programs. My 3 yr old really liked this...I like the fact that when they get it wrong it tells them what they picked and repeats what they need to pick...so it actually teaches... The only problem occured when I closed it and restarted and her stickers were gone she wasn't happy.... And sometimes she would put them down to fast ands over something else... Maybe a way to move around the stickers even after putting them down and a way to save them as a page or something would be great improvements. Edit: I haven't updated eventhough it says there are new things and improvements because of the in app purchases, I hate those! Expecially when a toddler/preschooler is playing with it for multiple reasons! I thought about getting your other products beacuse we liked this but also seethe in apps purchases in there, so no thanks not gonna take the chance that my 3 yr old buys things and possibly the same thing across multiple apps, I I want to buy them I'll get them in the app store you don't have to put it in the game!

Good but could use a few changes. My son enjoys this, if you could make an iPad version that would be great. Also if you would allow the ability to touch shapes without having to wait for it to say "try again, can you find the..." my son will make a mistake then immediately touch the correct shape but it won't recognize his input until after your audio track. And by the time it's done he's selecting a different shape. But overall great app thanks for creating it.

Previously purchased now don’t have access to content. Update. I reset my phone after deleting the app and was able to finally restore the purchase. There is a glitch where I’m having to restore every single time my kids exit the app, but I contacted support and was told an update would be released soon to fix that issue. The app itself is wonderful and my kids love playing and learning through play. I previous purchased this before the change in model and now I only have the lite version. I don’t mind paying for a subscription to the new content but I’d like my children to have access to the content I paid for. Pretty disappointed since I feel like I threw my money away

This is AWESOME!. Great app for both my three year old and my 18 month old! Highly customizable and you can add content as your child learns! Buy all the bundles for 2.99 and then you can choose which categories to activate in the flashcards and games. Totally worth it! For example, I can have the content of the game include a combination of letters, numbers, shapes, and colors for my three year old and then change the settings to only choose one category at a time for my 18 month old. The user interface is easy to understand, which is important when you have so much content and many options to choose. Even the categories are customizable; for example, you can use numbers 1-10 for little ones and then change it to use numbers 1-99 as the kids learn! This is an app that my kids will use for a long time! Love the virtual sticker page!

Completely useless. I must have watched a review for an old version. Bought this one. No idea what it even does. Perhaps because I am not a 4 yo.

It is in my humble opinion and as a mother of a 2 1/2-year-old developmentally delayed child that I have to firmly state how well Toddler Teaser knows how a toddler thinks. I have purchased many other toddler apps that I get stuck with never using because of frustrating, opening page, option menus (that are not shown in the screen shot examples) that toddlers have no clue how to use. Toddler Teaser apps start the fun right away on the first page and I cannot thank them enough for it. I will never hesitate to pay full price knowing how well these apps are designed. If it's made by Toddler Teaser, it's the app for us! Thank you, TT, every so kindly for your extremely high quality products. -A

Miss the Old Toddler Teasers. I miss the old Shapes Toddler Preschool where it just went “Find the [shape]” and then you clicked on it. I also miss the other Toddler Preschool apps like the Alphabet and Numbers ones. My little brother learned his shapes with that app and it means a lot to me and my family. It is a shame it isn’t available anymore. Currently, we are teaching my brother to read with the “Everything Has Shapes” book on iTunes. We really wish that the old version was available again. The subscription model is annoying as well and I wish it was just a one-time fee on the App Store. It is fine that you went in a new direction with your app development and as an app developer myself, I understand that. However, I ask that you at least make Complete Toddler Preschool app available on the App Store again for those who prefer the older version from when you were Toddler Teasers.

Not bad. 3d shapes not practical. My kids loved this app even before the update. We do like the additional options like the 3 levels. However the top level "3d shapes" is totally impractical and inappropriate. 3d shapes are totally possible for little kids to learn, but not the ones they picked. "Truncated pyramid" & "truncated cone" are confusing for both my 4 yr old & my 7 yr old. How about just sticking to cube, pyramid, cone, sphere, cylinder, rectangular prism, & triangular prism. As a former 8th grade math teacher I've never had to teach anyone about "truncated" 3d shapes. I'm not sure even an 8th grader would know what truncated means? Much less a 4 or 7 yr old who this app is really aimed for.

Year subscription does not work. Downloaded for my daughter and after the 7 day trial I was charged and we have not been able to access the full version, we tried everything they said and it hasnt worked. There is no support or answer from letterschool

Hope you’re ready to pay twice!. I bought this app and paid for it years ago for my older son. I’m not sure if it was purchased by a developer or what happened, but my son tried to log in and it insisted I needed to purchase a whole new service. Pretty shady you would be expected to pay twice.

Requires Purchase Restore Every Time App Is Opened. I used to really enjoy app from this company. When they went to prescription service I was fine with it because it’s worth paying for updates, extra content etc.. However every single time I open the app now it asks me to buy the full version even though I have a monthly membership. I have to hook to the internet and click restore purchases. It loses all of my child’s progress every single time.

Best app for toddlers and preschoolers. As a mom and as someone with a masters in early childhood education I LOVE this app!!!! My son is 32 months old and he loves this app! He loves the sticker book! the app let's him pick a sticker and put it in a sticker book as a reward for getting the correct answers. You can buy more categories for your child (letters, numbers, colors, animals, etc) it starts u off with shapes and that kept our little guy entertained for a couple weeks. It really is a wonderful app!!!

awesome. My 2 year old brother loves this game he figured out how t ostart it all on his own. And when he gets the shape right and the kids in the background say "YEAH" he claps his hands and says it too. He gets so excited! My advice would be to give more sticker pages, the current one fills up and he can't see his stickers. And to make the voice say the shape louder. At full volume my brother (who has had his hearing checked and it's normal) can't hear the shape. If I repeat the shape he's looking for he can typically find it. Though he's still learning. also maybe some more advanced shapes for those smarty pants kids who learn way fast like my 4 year old sis. She allready knows her shapes but likes to help brother find them. :) Those would be my ideas. Great app!

my 27 month old loves this. he knows all the shapes. he asks to play it everyday. however, its a tad boring so after about 5 sessions of finding the right one he starts to pick the wrong one just to get a different reaction (which kinda indicates beginnings of a class clown, lovely). he really likes the different stickers too though he doesn't totally understand why they aren't sticking to his hand. every 4-5 sessions (between stickers) it starts to ask for the same shape on every screen. find the crescent, find the crescent, find the crescent...wish that didn't happen. I could see if he missed it but its not - when he misses it goes down from more options to fewer. so frm 7 on a screen to 4. since he's already bored then that's not too helpful. it is one of the better toddler apps imo.

Excellent training but needs tiny tweaks. My 18 month old son loves this app and has for awhile. What he loves - the cheering reward. He gets a little crestfallen at the applause reward. I wish we could pick our reward sounds. He also likes the balloon popping, but doesn't seem to know what to do with the cannon, so he just waits for the train. He likes picking his stickers. He likes the quizzes and flashcards too. One criticism of the quiz is that touching the correct answer doesn't always work. He has to hit it over and over to work but he barely brushes the incorrect answers and they disappear. Tonight I updated the new puzzle feature. I can't wait for him to try it tomorrow. So many options! So many pictures and clear voicing. Good app.

Great game bad company !!!!!!. This is a great game when it came out I made the purchase it was well worth it for my toddler have everything unlocked then they didn’t update and changed it to a monthly quarterly or yearly subscription and even though I reached out for support and they told me to just hit the restore button I had to do it every single time he wanted to play the game now he goes to play the game and I hit the restore button and it says that there was never a purchase which is bull I have proof in my Apple account that I purchased this originally the company doesn’t seem to care it’s bait and switch all they care about was money not the education of kids

Paid for the app. Now I can’t use it.. UPDATE: The developer reached out to me to address the problem. They were very helpful. The app works perfectly now. I highly recommend this app for your little one. It is wonderful minus the hiccup. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I paid for this app a while ago. It had block letters, cursive, shapes and numbers. Now it’s asking for a subscription purchase??? I either want my money back for access to the content I paid for. And yes, I tried the restore purchases which didn’t work. This isn’t the first time you all have done this. Look forward to hearing from the developer.

Fraudulent- takes money but doesn’t upgrade. Ask all your friends to write negative reviews until addressed. It seems the developer had a change of heart and is not honoring full price upgrades. Why bother when you can sucker people into monthly subscriptions instead...

Awesome, and the "stickers" are the best. My 26 month old loves this game. And now she knows what a hexagon and a crescent are (though she tells the game "no, it's a moon" everytime.) After getting 5 shapes you get a "sticker" and then put it on a canvas. After getting her first sticker, and then selecting a shape again she kept sayin "I want another sticker!" Oh the "game progression" addiction starts early these days. A perfect way to keep them interested in learning their shapes. Thank you for a great educational app. No doubt I'll be purchasing some of the others.

The new update is HORRIBLE. When I read that there was gonna be different shapes I thought like... Octagon or cross or I don't know but what the heck is rhombus about? I hate to be rude but really ? And I don't really like the new voice update either he used to sound nice and now it just sounds too computery and honestly I played it ... :) ok and it made me feel dumb like the way he says pick a stick haha i kinda don't want my daughter to get confused with the rhombus and oopsy and all please change this noone used that word EVER for a diamond so anyways can I like unupdate mine or can you pleeeeease fix this my little girl loves this app

Not Perfect.... Update: I changed my review to 4 stars. While I still would have liked notice that the app would change with the update, the company did get in touch with me and helped restore my purchase. Original Review: I have had this app for years. Both my children loved it and played it often. They loved it so much that I purchased a few of the packs instead of continuing with the lite version. Then, this update happened. TOTALLY DIFFERENT game! Worst of all, after the update I've been downgraded to the lite version AFTER I PAID! Tried to do the right thing and contact the company directly, but they never responsed. Pretty disappointing since I'm out money AND my daughter doesn't have her game anymore.

Used to be great. Used to be a great game before the masters update. Now they blocked subjects behind a subscription service. Like seriously, I want to pay one time for it, not every month or year.

American edu. Not a bad app, my son loves it. He thinks when he chooses a sticker that it is in the tip of his finger. Would be good if there was a print option. Or a save option. Oterwise it's fine.

Latest update removed 'whoopsies'!. My two year old adores this app, asks for "the sticker game" very often! Latest update removed the person saying "whoopsies" when a mistake is made - oh no! Mummy's favourite bit gone! Happens to be the same word we use at home for mistakes. Dilemma: to install this update or not? Mummy can't decide!

Rip off. When you purchase from the free version each category costs 99 cents. If you buy the full version for $1.99 you can download them for free. Was not impressed at this and in any version the downloads would never complete properly. The app itself is wonderful my 2 yr old loves it and the $1.99 version seems great. Until the downloading is fixed the app is not worth getting. I wish that they also had told me that if I payed $1.99 I'd get all the extras as free downloads so I feel they are taking advantage of people like myself.

Genius Creator!. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful app and fixing the glitches! Love the new update and subjects as I can try them on my eldest who's having problems at school. My nearly 3 year old has been playing this since last year and he's mastered everything before he turned 2! I am now getting my 18 month to play this and hope it helps him. I also recommended this app to friends!

Change it back. Totally disappointed by the replacement and the fact that we lost all purchases from the old app and have to repurchase for less and disappointing content, no mini stories, no puzzle box, no quizzing and no flash cards. My 2 and 3 year old loved the old version and I loved seeing their score cards with constant improvements, my children will use a pen to learn to write not this.

Why subscription?. Why does this app need to be a subscription model? It is essentially the alphabet and some simple sight words. Surely a one off cost is more suitable, it’s very basic.

Don't buy the upgrades!. Best free app for toddlers! They play n learn shapes, only u can access the settings menu, u can give the phone to them & let them play (great for waiting in lines!) tip:don't by the upgrades! Excellent for 2yr old. 2 year old loved instantly, tried many apps, was taken to this one right away! It rewards them when they follow the well spoken instruction with a 'sticker' page, works really well, well worth downloading!

Perfect!. I downloaded every free shapes game in the App Store and this is one is golden. Toddlers easily grasp what they have to do and they can tell when they get it right or wrong, unlike a lot of other apps. Therefore they learn those shapes fast! The books are annoying but you can turn them off.

Gets the job done. This isn't an Earth-shattering piece of software by any stretch of the imagination, but it does do what it is supposed to. My 8 month old likes it and probably will for some time. 3 stars

Great app. My child is 22 months and he loves this app. The shapes are very easy to click on for a child. The only problem we have is he is inpatiant and doesn't wait for the delay to touch the shape. The audio after you pick your sticker sounds like it's cut short for some of them.

Have to pay. Don’t be fooled by the free app in App Store. You have to pay a membership fee. Just wish they would be upfront at the beginning.

STILL WAITING. I’m trying this app to see if it’s any different than the letter tracing one. The only reason why I’m trying this one last time is because my son loves what he can play on it. I STILL get charged every month for it but I have NEVER HAD ACCESS TO THE FULL VERSION! And any time there’s a problem all the developers say is “we’re sorry you’re having this issue, contact us by email” and they NEVER HELP or give your money back. All they say is delete the app and reinstall it, but it does nothing at all. I can’t restore purchase, I can’t even start a new trial even by installing on my son’s iPad. Literally all they do is take your money and don’t give you what you pay for, and they stopped responding to my emails. Thanks for ripping me off every month!

Great app for your child. My daughters 18 months and loves this app. Will be better when she is older and can learn better from it through :) just wish I could buy the whole thing but I don't own a credit card.

Bad update. Latest update now crashes my iPhone 4S iOS 6. It was working great until today when I updated. Too bad. I love this game, and so does my 2year old. He's disappointed that "matching" doesn't work anymore.

My niece loves this but.... She's three and has played it twice. Her second time (weeks after first) she started asking when there'll be a chance to touch the hexagon. She never knew that shape before. I figure it would be nice if there was another level, or an option for me to add in a new shape now and then.... Let's see if she can tell an octagon from a hexagon.

Awesome. I live this app and highly recommend it to all parents for their toddlers. I love how even if they choose the wrong answer it still for example tells you what the shape is.

Brother loved it. My 2 year old brother loved it.he has do much fun playing it. And if you don't know how to clear the sticker page go to the menu and the go to rewards there it says clear stickers or save to picture library :)

Rip off!!!. I paid TWICE for the full version of this app, the old and new versions. The full versions would only come up on my phone, not on the iPad when it’s meant to work with family sharing and it’s the same account. I’ve now changed to a new phone and once again, it’s wiped out my purchase of the full new version and asking me to pay again! No thank you! I’d rather have my money back than be ripped off by you guys again!

More free apps!!!. I think the other apps that are a part of the shapes app should be free as well. My daughter loves playing this one but I don't want to have to pay for the other ones, the the colours, when I didn't pay for this one!

WOW!. I ended up buying the whole "quizzing" app from the same company for $1.99, because this app is so good! Clear, simple and rewarding. The game asks your child to, "find the (shape.)" When your child presses the right shape, they get rewarded with cheers and claps - which my 2 year old loves. After a few correct answers, they get to pick a sticker to put on their sticker page. After one week, my 2 year old understood all the shapes and gets ALL the answers right. I'm just amazed.

great for the very young (less than 2.5 yrs old). My 2yr 9month old really enjoyed this but it was much too easy for her. She got eveything correct the entire time she was playing and didn't need to think about it. I can't imagine a 4yr old finding it challenging. There needs to be a wider variety of shapes and more shapes per page. That being said, the game is well designed and easy for young children to play without assistance. She really enjoyed collecting all the stickers. It kept her attention for a long time. We will try the alphabet and number apps to see if those are more challenging.

Only one problem..... My little girl loves this game. It taught her all the shapes! Only one problem as far as I can see....unless I am missing something. You can't seem to clear the sticker page. Even after starting a new game, the stickers pile on top of each other. It would be nice if the page would clear after every game but not a big deal overall.

GREAT.... the kid's been playing with it for two weeks now, gets every shape every time, even knows them outside the game. worth it for those times in line at the store or a doctor's appointment. as are this developers other games. snakes? 1, 7, 3? no problem. troy, 2 years and 2 months, knows them because of the repetition and "stickers" reward system of this game. 5 stars? 15 stars.

Works Great! My son loves it!. This has kept my 2 year old entertained at restaurants for the last two weeks and it's educational at the same time. I've started purchasing the other apps by Toddler Teasers because they work so well!

Nice to use with kids who have special needs!. Like this app! I use it with my kid who has special needs. Like the fact that he can work it by himself. It keeps going seamlessly, no buttons at bottom to trip him up and navigate him to an unwanted place. Like the whole sticker thing. Would like to have the option to limit the number of shapes on the page, even to one, so memorization could happen more easily.

App changed. My child loved this app. I didn’t realize the update would change it since I just click update when it pops up. I had purchased packs for my child and now they are useless. This is a completely different app now. Update: company got in touch with me and offered a refund for the previous app purchase. While I still don’t like the new app, I like the fact that their customer service is so great!

Can't turn off voice overs. I bought this app for my grandson. He liked it a lot...but since the IOS6 update there is no way to turn off the sound. So the app names all the shapes and doesn't allow my grandson to name them. What good are flash cards if the answers are given immediately! It was a good leaning tool; it no longer is! Oh before I forget, categories that were free now cost money. The only category that's free is Shapes--- Colors, Animals etc are all extra $ now! Don't waste your time with this app.

Wonderful. This is a great app!! My 2 year old has gone from just pressing anything to knowing " hexagon" and " triangle" ! Fun and educational :) i appreciate that it doesnt have a bunch of crazy music to go along with it! As for a previous review about it regarding " its too loud" um how about just turning down the volume on the phone??!!

Thanks for listening and updating. My 22 months learned his shapes playing with this app. His fave is the sticker part so the changes that allowed for saving of the page is great. Now if only he can navigate that sticker page a bit longer. Perhaps in another update there would be an option to stay on that page before resuming the shapes. I'm also glad you removed the "whoopsies" because it was scaring my kid.

Thank you!. This is the perfect app for a long car ride. It works great for kids to learn their shapes, and if you turn off the sound, older kids can use it to practice reading by identifying shapes with their names spelled out. I had no trouble with the download at all-- I think the developers have fixed whatever that issue was.

Great!!. This app is so helpful. It makes learning shapes fun. I wish they had something on here for COLORS! Its so hard to teach my child colors for some reason. As for the lady who said the diamond is a rhombus I just went and check as either they fixed that or her eyes are crooked. It's a diamond. To triangles placed together. Looks like a normal triangle to me.

change the kid's voice on stickers. The young child's voice they have recorded to say the names of things while they place them on the canvas is cute, but the child is saying these things the incorrect way to say them, and my children say things like "broccwi" instead of broccoli, and "cowflower" instead of cauliflower...and when they don't know what something is, they click the sticker to put it on the page and it is indistinguishable and they come up to me asking me what it is and I don't know because the child they have recorded doesn't say it correctly...VERY frustrating and causing my children to talk with speech impediments.... thanks.

Fix.... Great game. My 2 yr old will learn shapes but please correct for horizontal viewing because he can only read if it is vertical now also allow him to select the right shape immediately after selecting the wrong one. He chooses the right one too soon and the delay makes him try to choose another because it hesitates to tell him it's right. Thanks. Fix this and I bet these get way more popular

Amazing game for toddlers. From Dallas to Florida in the car my kid played this game and one of the other toddler teasers for over 6 hours in silence! He now knows most of his shapes and a load of his letters and he's only just turned 2. Well done guys you have done an amazing job with these games.

App stopped working and the support team still has not responded!. I bought this app for my five year old and it worked great. He loved playing it so much I almost purchased all of the categories. This app will no longer allow me to open it and I contacted the support team early last week and still have not got a response. I would give this app a 5 star but it doesn't work anymore. I've thought about deleting it but I don't want to loose all the money that I've put into it. I hope now the support team will contact me back ASAP so my son can continue play his favorite game on my phone.

Love this !. Both my girls ages 2 1/2 and 4 love this app. My 4 year old knows all of her shapes but she enjoys playing it and LOVES the stickers she gets when she gets it right. I love this because my 2 year old is learning her shapes now and this has been Great ! They love that the kids clap and cheer in the background when they get it right ! We also have the Color's one which is great as well !

Great App for developing minds. This is a great app. I envisioned something like this as a teaching aid long before I owned an iPhone, and was thrilled to find a game that has what this has. If the child picks the wrong shape, the game speaks the name of the shape that was chosen then asks the child to pick the correct shape by name again. After a few days playing with this, my two and a half year old pored his flash cards out on the floor and every shape that was in this game was picked out of the stack and kept. The few cards that weren't in this game were tossed away like a bad piece of candy. Not only does he love playing this game but he as also started saying the names of most of the shapes from in this game as well. Thanks for the great app.

Worst update ever. Really!? My kids have enjoyed the original app for years. I purchased every category and was impressed with everything. I SHOUL NOT have to read the app description inside the App Store before updating, on the off chance your update is a complete mistake. I already sent an email to your address, requesting a full refund of my original purchase, I suggest you retract your update and keep your customers happy. Upset moms are not what you want if you want to see your app succeed.

Fantastic app!. To overlook this download for your toddler would be a huge mistake. I called Apple to recommend them for a commercial spot and/or an award. My 2 1/2 year old daughter has TRULY LEARNED from this app and the rest of the Toddler Teaser family of apps. Do the right thing and download this amazing educational tool!

My 17-month old LOVES it.. Thanks in part to this app (and the cartoon Super Why!), my 17-month old knows all his letters. No kidding. This app has been amazing for doctor's visits and car trips. I highly recommend. My only beef is that it used to be less expensive and, when you purchase the packs first, it doesn't go toward the price of the full app later. So, I ended up spending more than the $4. :(

A Huge Help. Oh my goodness, thank you toddler teasers!!!! I got this app for my five-year-old cousin to use while the 'big girls' play. It's really helped so I can do things with her older siblings and not feel bad about her being left out. I recommend this app for older siblings, moms, dads, or anybody with a small child who needs to be entertained.

Rhombus. As a Kindergarten teacher I would like to say Thank You for calling a rhombus by it's correct name! A Diamond is a 3-D object, not a 2-D one like those you see in the game. The shape in the game is a Rhombus and should be called that. Yes, this game is for toddlers, but personally I have taught my toddler the correct name for shapes so that he is not confused when he goes to school. My 3 year old loves this game, i hope that you decide to leave the Rhombus name so that he can continue playing!

So great!!. This is great for long car rides or when my 2yr old gets fussy in the store. Some apps just say no ur wrong and move on but this one really encourages him! I bought one of the packages and he loves how diverse it is! Makes learning fun for him and daily shopping less stressful on me!

Incorrect math vocabulary. I liked this app when I downloaded it, and my son really liked to play it. As he played it I realize that there is some incorrect content on the app. I ended up deleting it, because I am now having to reteach a misconception that was caused by this app. Specifically the game calls a rhombus a diamond. Please make sure you are using correct vocabulary when using apps a learning tools. It is much more difficult undo the learning of incorrect content when it could have been easily taught correctly to begin with.

Great toddler app. My 2 year old loves everything in this app, we've had it on both our phones and iPad since she was 9 months old. We did purchase all of the flash cards because that's her favorite part, but the "toy box" cracks her up to this day.

Love it!. My daughter learned so much from this app! She knows a lot of her letters now, many of her shapes, and several of her colors. Her favorite is letters- you do have to pay extra for letters etc but it's only a dollar per pack and it has been WELL worth it! She loves getting a sticker whenever she completes a few puzzles too (which incidentally has taught her a lot of new words too, since it says it out loud when she picks the stickers).

Why?. Why change rhombus to diamond? It's not a diamond...that would be a precious stone. A rhombus is a parallelogram w all equal sides. There is no benefit in teaching kids wrong when they are young just because it's cute. My 2 year old knows rhombus and diamond because you say diamond when you play cards. She is not confused, and she won't have to unlearn her bad habit of saying diamond when she takes geometry in upper elementary school.

Looks good, but options?. I am a little puzzled on how to reset the game (clear the sticker collection and return to the initial difficulty level). Am I just missing this somewhere? Profiles for different users would solve that problem and also let multiple kids have saved sessions on the same phone. Seems like a good application line-- maybe just a bit more polish.

Great for three reasons. 1.my 2.5 yr old can play continuous without help from me 2. The voice prompt give the the correct pronunciation whether she selects the right shape or not 3. She recieves instant gratification once she selects the correct shape, with an applause soundeffect. This app has truely excellerated her shape recognition.

Perfect for Toddler. My 2 year old son loves this app. I can keep him busy at the car, grocery store, restaurant, etc. and I know he is learning. Thanks to this app, he'll walk around the house finding shapes saying, "Oval!" "Circle!" The graphics are not the most attractive, but he doesn't care. The app is super useful and he loves getting the stickers! Thanks!

Great toddler entertainment for a free app. This is great toddler entertainment for a free app. I do wish that the sticker page could remain visible for longer. My toddler taps frantically and we never get to look at the sticker page for more than a quick second. The developer should add an optional 5 or 10 second delay to this page, before it can be clicked again to move forward. Other than that, nice app.

My 3 Year Olds Favorite!!. My 3yr old LOVES this game!! So much in fact that I bought almost all of their other apps as well. I love how he is rewarded with the sticker page! He already knew all the basic shapes but he is learning new ones when set on advanced shapes! Thanks!

Do Not Updatee. I had this app for years and had paid for a bunch of extra categories, and my kids loved it and learned tons. Now the next kid wants to play--and the whole thing is changed, and terribly? And I don't believe the developer at all--this was a simply functioning app, there's no reason that it couldn't have been made to work on newer operating systems. Maybe it wasn't making enough money, I don't know; so why not just leave the old one and make a new app? Why force all us happy customers to "update" to this completely different app?

Too quiet. My daughter loves this game, but the voice on it is way too quiet. She can barely hear it, and as a result gets the shape wrong. There is no way to control the volume in the settings. Otherwize I would have given it a 5 star rating. I don't think I will buy the other apps because of this reason. They are probably just as quiet. Fix it and I will buy them. Making the stickers repositionable is a great idea too!

Best Ap for Toddlers. I never thought for a minute that a 2-3 year old could possibly know the shapes but after only a few times using this ap, Hannah knew the shapes before she learned her colors! She ECM knew an answer I didn't know!!! Thanks so much!!! The accomplishment of my baby will stay etched in my heart!

Excellent. This app is a must have for any toddler! What those of you that have complained need to realize is that if you only buy this app for kids who already know their shapes, they are likely to grow board with it quick! As a Pre-K teacher and a student of child development over the years, I applaud this app! It is exactly what an educational app should be! I especially like when a child makes a wrong choice, they are given the name of the shape they have chosen and encouraged to try again. This is so much better than telling the child they are wrong or using a discouraging sound to indicate a wrong answer. Excellent job on this app!

Beware! Don't update!. I used to have an app called "Toddler Teasers". (Although the label under the icon just said "Shapes".) I updated it, and it turned into this Letter School app. This is a completely different app, even though it has the same icon. It just seems to be about tracing letters and shapes. No more Toy Box or Puzzles. No more stories. I also lost the packages of extra content I had purchased, as this is a "Lite" version. My daughter is going to be so upset when she sees this. Was this an honest mistake, or is Toddler Teasers gone forever? Why the bait and switch? Please let me restore it somehow!!

What happened! :(. I have had this app for ALL of my kids. It has been a favorite for all of them around age one. Today, I went to open it and the entire this has changed. It isn't even appropriate for a toddler anymore. The baby just wanted to have a cute train and cannon ball. There were stickers and flash cards. Why get rid of all that? This used to be the first game I would download with every new phone. Now, it is useless! I keep seeing the developers comment to others, "we can't make everyone happy." Please name one person who is happy with this update???

Helped out my munchkin!. I have a 4 1/2 year old with cognitive and speech delays. He has had a lot of difficulty learning his shapes. He's great at figuring out electronics. I saw this app and figured whatever it's free.. He played it all weekend! Today (Monday) he went to school and worked with his Special Ed teacher and she said he did an amazing job with his shapes today! He also loves that he gets rewarded with stickers! I would reccomend this app to anyone with a young child!

Very good && Educational!!!. I installed this app for my now 2 year old when he was 1 year & a half, & I didn't think anything of it. I had only installed so my son could play it whenever he got bored or something. Well to my surprise he actually learned his shapes just by playing with this app!!!! I love this app! Keeps toddlers out of trouble!. My son loves this game. When we are at a restaurant or something and he's getting antsy, this game keeps him engaged and calm. I love that he is learning so much and he often asks to play it when he sees my phone. Worth every penny for the paid version and the upgrades have fixed any minor problems I noticed.

Just what I've been looking for! Perfect for 2y/o. The sticker rewards are nice touch. I'd size the graphics so the fly wasn't so much larger than the giraffe and maybe make them reposition-able. (like i know how easy that is to program! ; ) great use of positive feedback in this amazing app.

My toddler's favorite. Update 2018: I’ve kept this app on my phone all these years because my kids loved it. I had to update to iOS 11 to get other apps to work. I was shocked when I saw the old icon missing and this new thing in it’s place. My current 2.5yo is not interested in it. I wish they could have just kept it the same and made it compatible. 2011: My 4yo surprised me by teaching this game to my 16mo... It's his favorite! He loves to pop the balloons on the first screen. It's better than the Fisher Price apps I have.

Great app, not just shapes. Most apps make you purchase more levels. I purchased several and my 2 year loves them all, we added animals, colors, letters, and others. Great learning tool. My baby has been playing this app for a year. It is easy for them to play, gives them several things to do, puzzles, flash cards, and games. Great praise and stickers. Worth the investment if your child likes this game. I

Finally. I have had this app for about a month and didn't know how to change the settings or clear the stickers! I finally got it, you don't triple tap the circle button just the "home" screen. Why no one has said that on here??? I'm sure that's what most of the others couldn't figure out. Anyways I LOVE this app! Great!

Hate it. Unfortunately, I updated before reading that this was a completely new app. I loved the old app. I recently remembered how great the original was when my oldest was a toddler and just redownloaded it and even purchased the upgrades. This is extremely disappointing. Y’all took what was once a great and original learning app with so many different categories to learn and turned it into every other basic toddler app. I truly hope y’all will reconsider just updating the original app to work with iOS 11. I cannot imagine anyone who had the original will be happy with this new app.

Amazing. This app. This. App. It's toy box feature keeps my 20 month old boy entertained forever. I bought all the packages because I got tired of shapes. It is seriously the only app that can keep his attention for any length of time. I have guided access turned on so he can't get out of it. I don't know why he likes it so much, but I don't care. It is pure gold. Even better now that he is learning to talk.

Great educational game. My son, 28 months, loves this app! He will sit and play on it for long periods of a time. As a teacher, I love that it tells the child what shape they picked when it is the wrong answer. They are still learning the shapes even though their first pick was incorrect. Worth downloading!

BEWARE: removes all in-app purchases. The rollout of this app is terrible. The new app removes ALL previous in-app purchases. This app is completely different from the original and beloved Shapes app. As such, it should be listed as a different app so users are not tricked and can keep their own app if they choose. The old app doesn't work with iOS 11, but some people choose to use iOS 10 or below. Since I lost all my previous in-app purchases, I might as well shop around for a different app for my kids.

Great entertainment for my 3 year old. My 3 year old loves this game. I like how they applaud when she gets it right. If she choses the wrong shape, it will tell her the name of the shape she selected. It has helped her learn them. I also love the sticker feature. I got this game free, but will be purchasing the others.

It's ok. I think this is a nice app. My daughter loves to play games on my phone, and I like it when she is learning things. My biggest complaint is that EVERY category costs $.99! I look at the calibre of apps out now, and I just don't see this app as being worth $13 or $14 for the full version. If you had the option to buy a full version of this app, it would probably only cost $2.99.

Hard. I have to say, this app is single most complex app I have EVER seen! I'm a 13 year old AIG student and this app just boggles my mind. So now every day I spend a good 7 hours a day on this trying desperately to comprehend the shear intelligence and difficulties of "shapes" and "simple" words! Honestly I don't know how this is in the 5 and under section!
