Awful update. Ruined wish lists. This is the first and only review I have ever written for an app. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to remove the ability to see your wish lists and instead combined them all into categories, mixing them all up so you can’t see a specific list. Horrible change. Frequently we use lists to purchase for birthdays or other holidays, and now everyone’s lists are mixed up in these ridiculous categories instead of being able to select the list you are looking for and specifically purchase from that list. I hope someone gets a clue and changes it back. I don’t know why I would want a list of every book on every family members list, with all of the books jumbled up. I want to see my family members full list at one time and not have to search through whatever category you chose to stick one of their items in. There’s no way to view a single persons list anymore in the app. Why on earth would you mix everybody’s stuff up? Defeats the purpose of a person creating their own wish list if you mix up their wish list with everybody else’s wish list!

Each update makes it worse. Edit: And now, the worst new feature. An AI chatbot that pops up at the bottom of each page that you have to constantly dismiss. Each item you view: popup- HI! I'm annoying! Swipe down to dismiss. Because people looooove popups you have to stop shopping to dismiss. And no way to disable it. Original: I don't know why they feel the need to make major changes with every update. Now there's moving videos instead of still product images when browsing a search, especially for furniture (who needs a video of a rug? Now I can't even see the product I'm trying to buy). And now a banner ad right in the middle of your orders list. Features that bog my phone down and won't let me move past until it loads whatever it's doing, even though I have no intention of using it (the 'try it out in your own home' feature which is stuck in the middle of product photos, so you have to stop scrolling through images while it slowly loads a feature I'm trying to skip past). "Product videos" ie commercials stuck right in the middle of search results. A couple more updated and it'll be all AI and ads, good luck trying to shop normally

It’s too difficult to determine country of origin of products. By law products have to be marked where they are manufactured, but this information is not readily available in this app. I am a big proponent of buying American made products. The information on the products sold does not always contain country of origin information, and sometimes have to dig through the pictures to find out to the point I waist hours looking. And on at least one occasion I thought a product I was ordering was made in the US and found out when it arrived it was made in China so I returned it. If we could filter by country of origin, this would be helpful. Especially for high end goods like kitchen equipment, furniture, tools, decorative items and wood products where country of origin is largely indicative of the quality of the product. Besides this issue, the app is great. Very good search algorithm, and I like how when you search and can shop certain brands.

Hate the recent update September 2024. The update was clearly designed for the iPhone. When using on an iPad, the proportions on the product pages now are very large and annoying. It’s hard to look at and I feel like I have to pull my iPad several feet away to see it. It’s just too large for a larger screen, especially in landscape mode. Under Subscriptions, there used to be small tabs across the top for Deliveries, Subscriptions, and Settings. Now with this update there is a large banner across the top that takes up 1/3 of the screen, making it more difficult to scroll and see what I want to see. Again appears to be designed solely for the iPhone. This is an old gripe but I’d thought I’d mention it since I’m in here: on the product pages there used to be a button to send someone a link to the product. This disappeared a while ago and it would be nice to have that back. Now if I want to show something to someone I need to take a screenshot and text it to them rather than a link. Pretty annoying. I understand many or most of your customers use a phone to view your site, but it would be nice if iPad users could have better functionality and not have the screen look so awkward now. Really disappointed.

AI integration is like a kid in the backseat asking “Are we there yet?”. Everywhere I turn AI integration has been added to this app when it really wasn’t necessary. And while frustrating it is always made worse by not giving people a way to opt out. The only useful usage I have seen is summarizing reviews. The most annoying usage I have found so far is not being able to read through previous questions about a product. I now HAVE to ask Rufus the idiot dog my question which takes twice as long since now I have to figure out how I want to word it. I realize that Rufus the idiot dog won’t be euthanized since AI is such a big “thing” and every company must add it in order to not be “left behind”. But in the case of the questions would it be so awful to have Rufus available for people to ask their questions to AND let people look through questions. Why does it have to be one or the other? Why alienate your customers in favor of a robot? For reference I don’t hate advancements in tech and am in my 20s. I just want things to be easy and this isn’t that.

I can’t read your app pages. I’m 76 years old. Oh wait a minute no I’m only 74 but I still have a problem. I can’t read your pages anymore. I have Cataracs and the contrast between your very light lettering in your white background. All that makes everything blend into one. On my phone, I have it set to have dark backgrounds and white lettering. And that works pretty well and many websites automatically adhere to that, but not yours. I’ve looked for places where I could set your App to have a dark background, but I can’t find it and no it’s not because I can’t read it because it’s not there. I’ve had my family look at look at it for me and they can’t find it either. so maybe we’re all really dumb and we can’t figure out how to do it and if so, please send us a instructions. I would greatly appreciate it. If it’s no way to do it can you please ask your webpage operators to include that option. Thank you. either way, I’m using an iPhone 12th.

Noticeable UI experience between iPad and iPhone. Apologies if this sounds a bit odd but ... On my iPad units (iPad Pro 1st gen and iPad Air), all product items renders slower and specifically during item previewing, it is extremely sluggish upon selection etc. + if I view a few product videos, the top navigation frame often times will just disappear and I no longer can go back nor select anything to move forward (press the home button and swipe up to close the app). EFFECTIVELY, the user experience on the iPad has become quite poor and unreliable for quite some time (I finally got around to submitting a review to share it). INVERSELY, using the app on my iPhone 12, it works quite reliably well as expected. In fact, I often use my iPad to view some products ‘on the big gear screen’ as needed but end up using my iPhone to wrap up and make the purchases. Hopefully someone on the app dev side can look into this odd scenario. Thank you

So many bad changes/updates. Bring back the drag and drop save/compare option. It made it easy to scroll through other items in your wishlist. Now we have the heart button to add an item to save an compare but we have to actually pull up the list to look at the items. Instead of having easy access. Make it easier for us to browse through the customer review pictures. When I click on a single picture and then go back to the full list of pictures it takes me all the way back to the top of the list instead of taking me back to where I was. Imagine looking at products that have over 100 pics and you have scrolled through 50, you enlarge a picture, and when you’re done looking you hit the back button and they take you back to #1. That’s annoying if you plan to look at more than one picture up close. Also, please allow us to scroll through items we’ve searched for without having to press “next page” every 2 minutes. We used to be able to just scroll unlimited products all on one page

The app is stillClunky and missing features. The app is still missing key features to make it more user friendly. Here are key needed improvements: search filters don’t work. The search function is really bad - I get all kinds of garbage. Need to add a way to exclude words. For ex searching for an iPhone case keeps showing me for the max model. Gave up and went somewhere else. The filters and sort choices aren’t followed. I’m searching for a desk with a specific width, I chose that and alll that I get is everything but that width. Why bother having a filter if it’s not usable? Or I put a price cap and filter by price and the results are in a random order and beyond the filters I’ve set. Understand if it’s one or two but 70% of results don’t fit the search terms and filters. Need to be able to filter for free shipping even if not prime. The search - need to have a way to go back to the search list, now i spent lots of time going down a search list then by mistake hit another “tab”at the bottom and my entire search list is gone. I lose where I was in my search, and need to start all over again. The typing/word processing is primitive - please add autocorrect or something like that - to type a review or ask a question on my phone takes 4 times longer than needed and I give up midway.

App periodically flashes to a white screen. While attempting to view and scroll through the detail of a product, either from my saved products or from a new search, the app will periodically flash to a blank white screen, and just stay there. If I hit the back arrow, instead of returning to the product that I was trying to view, the app either returns me to the beginning of my saved products screen or to the search bar. It is very frustrating, because then I need to restart the process of relocating the product… either by scrolling though my saved products list or initiating a new search. I am running the latest version of the App on an iPhone 13 Pro, but it also happens on an older iPhone 7, also running the latest version of the App. I hope the product developers will see this feedback and take steps to correct. It has been an ongoing issue for months, now. I tried to submit feedback to the developers through the App Store, but the link just dumps me to Amazons general support page.

Not very app like and not very browser like either. This so called app is confused when used on the Apple Mini. It acts a little like the app on my iPhone and yet I can’t share products like I can from my phone. It also acts like I’m using a browser by allowing me to “zoom in” to get a closer look at images as if I were on the browser. What I would like to see is the utilization of the browser like attributes and the app like attributes and make the tablet version better than the phone version, yet still have the conveniences of the phone app. I want to be able to immediately share something through text because I can text on my Apple Mini or my Apple iPad. I also like the full picture view better than magnifying a portion of an image. I find it more convenient using my computer’s browser because my finger is not in the way of images, only the tiny little cursor. My suggestion, make the Mini iPad version like the iPhone version because they are not that different since the iPad is a larger extension of the iPhone (app-wise) and not a PC.

Problems with latest version. Another problem with latest version (sept 2021). Tried to look at subscribe and save order - just looped sending me back to shopping the subscribe and save items and only showed about 10% of available products. This app is useful only for checking on order status and not for shopping - too bad. Can’t place order. It just returns user to proceed to checkout - looping forever. When try to display orders it asks for the login again (even if I just logged in a minute ago). The login completes and then displays a pop up box saying there was a problem try again. You click ok and the app hangs saying loading information Minutes pass. When you get tired of waiting and go back to the item, again you get into the same loop. Sometimes you can get in on the 2nd or 3rd try, just did 8 try and still didn’t work. This app used to work fully and now my am pretty useless - Been a month since this version was released and no fix in sight.

Ratings after items received. There needs to be a comment section after rating delivery service to add personal comments. Existing ratings are to general and needs to be individualize to each recipients experience. Giving the company insight on improvement.I recently had an item left at my side door as I specified luckily I noticed my delivery alert and retrieved my package, although I feel the service was good I believe the package should have been placed as close to the door or home as possible rather than further away to prevent possible theft..it was very similar to placing an item on the front stoop for any and everyone to see the goal to make it as inconspicuous as able.. not to place it in the middle of the walk way as to alert others. This may be something that’s already stressed,But again adding a comment section might improve deliveries .

This company could do better. I ordered a 3 pack of screen savers for my iPhone but when the Package showed up at my gate empty,I realized the driver had to get out of their truck to drop both mine and my gf’s packages and couldn’t tell that it was empty? I messaged customer service about receiving an empty package,offered to send them a picture of the broken package. They told me there was “ no need, they believed their customers” then told me I’d have to “send back the item”. I guess I wasn’t in the mood to repeat the situation so I told them “never mind I’ll just buy another one, it literally cost $4. This time I’ll order off eBay. Also pay attention when you order shoes. I thought I was ordering a pair of orange Pumas but when I changed the size apparently they totally changed the shoe. I didn’t notice it until I received the cheapest pair of Chinese garbage shoes that didn’t look anything like what I thought I ordered. They gave me 30 days to return them but unfortunately I live on a island in Washington and there isn’t any convenient places to return them, I assume that’s the scam baca use I don’t think anyone would buy the shoes they sent intentionally..

Absolutely Hate the New UI and Color Crime. I’m not normally one to complain, but the new app update was a grand waste of time and effort. If you paid for that abomination, I would demand your money back... and an apology. The user interface change is so different from the previous app that it makes for a very confusing and frustrating experience. I spent more time figuring out the cluttered navigation than I did shopping - and I apologize, but I do not believe you could have found a more hideous chimera of accent colors if you applied two AI’s and a team of failed design school dropouts to the task. That sickly, washed-out mint green, tried to be aqua, and God I wish I were blue, is absolutely repugnant and nauseating to behold. Marketing FAIL! Please, for the sake of those of us with good color vision make it go away. I will have to use the mobile website until it is purged. If you just put it back the way it was, I’ll give it 5 stars out of mercy and never complain again.

Parting with Prime. After almost a year of being on the fence, I finally ended my decade long loyalty with a company I was once proud to support. Nothing is eligible for 2-day shipping anymore, half of the stuff is cheap Chinese low quality knock offs, returns take weeks to process, and customer service doesn’t even speak the same language. The past few months have been nothing but ongoing issues. Oh and now apparently anyone can get free Prime shipping on $35 or more? Are you kidding me? What a joke. We don’t want video (that is riddled with ads and anything decent you have to pay extra for), music, cloud storage, GrubHub memberships, none of that. We just want fast, free shipping. This company has spread itself too thin and is no longer focusing on what made it what it is today. So for that reason, it is just not worth it anymore to me. Stop using COVID and “staffing issues” as an excuse. Get your business together or go away. It’s that simple. I am very, very disappointed in how quickly things have gone south. I will spend my hard earned money with smaller businesses that actually appreciate me and follow through with their commitments.

Subscribe and Save is a rip-off. This review isn’t about the app. The app is fine with me. This is about Amazon’s subscribe and save. I had many items on it and realized the item was cheaper if I had ordered it myself. I contacted custom service and was told to wait until I receive the item before they would give me the cheaper price. I’m figuring when I did receive it, the cheaper price would be gone and they wouldn’t refund or they count on a customer forgetting to contact them. I canceled my five year prime membership along with canceling all subscribe and saves. Prime has gotten to be a joke, too. I loved the music. Now they want to you pay MORE to hear up-to-date good music by subscribing to their music service. The only reason I had prime was for the shipping and the music. Now we’re down to one and I’ve been finding better pricing on items I buy elsewhere. Prime is no longer worth it for me. So disappointed.

Order issue. My order was scheduled last Saturday however I couldn’t get home to sign for it as I was on the job so I missed it. Which was fine but tell me why it was first rescheduled to Monday no delivery. I didn’t say much because it was originally supposed to come Tuesday. Tuesday comes I wait wait nothing happens . Then it says it’s supposed to be later than usual which is fine because there is also a 48 hour period. Wednesday comes no delivery keep in mind when I try to check for updates there’s nothing new. Also when I attempt to track it, it shows that the link is phony or doesn’t appear. I’ve tried calling customer service but the stupid robot just tells me information I already know “the package is out for delivery”. And yet 4 back to back days and no package. Thats just foul. Today will make day 4 should I be jinxing it that it won’t come no. However I’m at the point where I’m used to it. Also I can’t even refund this package because it says that it has to arrive here as well as I have to ship it back to get a refund so all I can do is wait but come on. That’s just sick lol.

Search autocomplete doesn’t work anymore. When searching for an item on the app, usually suggestions will appear below the search bar so that you don’t have to type out the full name of the product you’re searching for. The suggestions will usually have a little arrow on the right that you used to be able to click to have that suggestion autocomplete in the search bar. However, now whenever you click the arrow in a suggested search result, nothing happens. You have the actually click on the search result itself which prompts the app to begin searching for that result, and then click on the search bar again to edit or modify the search query. Basically, you now need to type out the full name of the product even if similar product appear in the search suggestions. The search suggestions are now useless because you can no longer click the arrow to autocomplete and then edit the autocompleted suggestion to your specific search query.

The new update is terrible. Apps are not like store resets - you don’t need to change it up to make it look shiny and new to sell more. All you have done is make it harder to navigate your app comfortably and increased the amount of time I’m absent from your app. The search feature used to be located at the top of the page, now it’s on the bottom. The issue with this is muscle memory - anyone in your research department should have been able to tell you how important this is for consistency among your consumers. We are used to clicking the top to search and our fingers naturally navigate the page this way. Now we have to stop and make sure we don’t accidentally click the wrong place or back out of where we are/want to be. Also, why remove the click prompt for our “subscribe and save” subscriptions in our account icon? Why would you make it harder to find and edit? This is supposed to be a convenience for us, you shouldn’t make it so hard to find that we cannot edit upcoming orders and end up with goods we don’t want or don’t receive on time. Do better next time.

Delete Scamazon! Unless you want to be ripped off!. Delete this app before Christmas if you want things to be cheaper, they do not care about the customers or what they do or don’t recieve, they will take your money and send you nothing or at very best broken products. They will blame the refund on third party dealers as if you bought your product from a criminal drug dealer rather then the company you are actually purchasing through. This is the worst customer service to ever exist! Go back to shopping at your local thrift shops and stores. Don’t trust these people, if the fact that they wanted to cut costs so they outed to third world countries that pay there workers little to nothing for wages. Then the enormous amount of third party sellers should be your biggest red flag, this company no longer cares about the customer, but rather the money that the customer has. As long as they can swindle you with extreme wait times on refunds and returns that are yours and owed to you then everything is fine. They don’t care how much money they take from you. They just want to keep growing there pockets and there company. This app and its employees are all just a bunch of overplayed criminals, who tricked all of you into thinking everything is ok.

packaging is annoying. oh my gosh this is getting so frustrating. i order something over 2 weeks ago, ETA had been September 2nd. Doesn’t arrive and i’m told it’s running late. I get it, things happen. It tells me that my package will now arrive from the 5-7th. I wait patiently as it tells me that if it doesn’t arrive by the 7th then i can get a refund and cancel the order. The day comes and i’m now told I have to wait till that Friday (aka today) to be able to get a refund. Fridays here and guess what message I get? Yup, my package is now expected on the 15th. Still no option for a refund, and at this point i don’t even need the stuff I bought anymore (it was for a business) Total waste of time and just so frustrating, won’t let me speak to customer service either. Also, i don’t know what y’all did in the update but now I can only see 2 reviews out of however many there are, and of course it’s only the good reviews instead of the ones that actually say if anything is wrong. At first I thought it was just my phone, but my computer is the same thing. It’s not my wifi either, but please fix this because lately the app has been so frustrating.

iPad app buggy when using Magic Keyboard trackpad. I primarily use my iPad with the Magic Keyboard. For about the last month I’ve noticed a bug where the pointer will skip to the empty portion of the tab bar to the left of the home tab every time the pointer enters the tab bar. It’s like the location of each item is being mapped to the blank area at the far left, but *only* when navigating with the trackpad. After it initially jumps left when entering the tab bar, I can click in the blank area and will be taken to the cart. If I carefully move the pointer in that blank space, I can find the corresponding spots to click into the other tabs. As soon as I approach the actual location of each item in the tab bar, however, the pointer jumps to the empty space in the far right. It’s impossible to hover the pointer over any of the the actual items in the bar so I have to use my finger on the screen instead. (Trying to use my finger in the blank area that responds to the pointer does nothing until I enter the expected boundary area for the home tab.)

App makes things harder. The display view has changed. Did not like the drag up menu to find something I would always see at top with one click (wishlists.) now when I go to view wishlists they are not in list form where I can easily click the one I want. Instead I must now scroll through all wishlists looking for the one I want. It wastes time and is a hassle. Also, there used to the the ability to request replacement or return. So I received item damaged because it was improperly packaged but they still wanted me to send broken item back when they are at fault. Able to get through on phone (had search online as could not find place on app to do so) and they sent replacement but they resent another broken item because threw in package again without wrapping. No easy way to contact them. I had pictures to show but no place for this option. Then I posted a review for a product - nothing wrong with my review but they said went against their policy and would not post. So allowing sellers to scam people because you can not post a negative review apparently.

Up grade destroyed it. After the last several upgrades for the I-Pad version, no longer I-Pad friendly. App constantly rotates to a to line up with “phone” size and I-Pad has to be rotated back and forth constantly to realign back to horizontal format. This also occurs after each time you tap “back”, “return to search”. Then after returning back to previous search page you back at the first page and have to advance back to where you were. This “new” format and layout some times do not have a purchase button and only have a subscription button or neither. It’s to much like a phone app now. I’m sorry but i have a I-Pad, not a I-PHONE I do not want them stupid buttons on the bottom like an I-phone app. Also along the bottom of the window there is a black spot that appear when you first open the app and it also appear to be a notification window but blank. I have tried to tap on it, move it, open it, expand it, but nothing works, it just sits there covering half the screen. Also the right side of page is covered up or running off the edge. You can’t reduce size to make page fit, nor move it over to read it. I have deleted app and reinstalled to try and correct problems, and it may work fine or it may not. When it does load right, the next time I open it’s back to the “I-Phone” format.

stuck in spanish. Amozon has always been the easiest way to order I like the one click and I like it when the Amozon truck delivers but that is all becoming more inconvenient. But the latest glitch has stop me from ordering a single thing . Its stuck in spanish ! about a month ago I went to order and every page and every item was spanish I worked trying to find a setting finally had to do a google search then proceded tofollow the steos ( feeling this would fix it but still wondering how it ever got change to spanish) But after finding a setting for region and english It didnt work. soI hadnt ordered inweeks . then again today without remembering the problem went to order and !!! still stuck in spanish . and like the time before I tried endlessly to reach costomer service but its only multiple choice none of which came close So hear I amwriting a review hoping this will get the attention of someone. This is a gme changerfor me .

New UI on IPad is appalling. I know that no one is going to read this or care, but I have to say it anyway. In a recent update they changed the UI on the iPad. Before, it showed an item I was looking at on the left of the screen and various controls (add to cart, buy now, change color/size) on the right of the screen. In other words it looked similar to the website version and made full use of the width of my large iPad screen. Now, for some reason I cannot fathom, they decided to make it so it show the item as a panel the full width of the screen with a ton of white space to the left and right and the controls below that. In other words it looks exactly the same as the portrait mode version (on iPhone), but with abhorrent white space. I have no idea what prompted them to make this change or what its purpose is. Possibly they just wanted to make the image of the product bigger, but they already had the ability to zoom and even pull up a full screen version. Really I think they just got too lazy to maintain a separate iPad version, and I hate that more and more companies are doing this with their iPad version apps.

Disappointed. Sick of scrolling, Open product page, go back, repeat. Search function is useless. Sponsored ads is useless. I’m searching for iphone mini screen protector, yet so many listings dont have what model the item is fore in the displayed description. Open up listing, iphone 14pro only….Even when I do find one thats for it all the suggested items in that page 97% not for my device…. Then I start seeing samsung crap pop up. I waste too much scrolling and opening up pages to find its not what I’m looking for. The messaging interface is GARBAGE, dont even receive noti’s for them….Honestly I would buy more from them if I could actually find what I was looking for. Was looking for a bed frame with indented legs, hardly any popped up through the numerous key word variations I tried. Wasnt impressed , so I purchased a different style. A few days later on the app and then the style I was looking for starts being shown all over on my fone, meaning not just the app,….its obsurd to be honest. Looks like ill be using walmart for a while….

Broken app. I don’t understand what’s going on, I could open the app, see where it says orders, etc. but that’s it. If I click on anything, and I mean anything, it continuously says oops something went wrong! I deleted the app in hopes it would fix the problem, but that only created a new one. The app has completely disappeared from my phone after updating it, I guess that’s what they wanted me to do but… the only way to get to it is through the App Store. The app refuses to be on my phone. What is going on? I’m not gonna go onto the App Store every single time I wanna try and see if it works. I really want to know why my phone thinks it’s installed, but I don’t even have the app on it physically, it does not exist after the update. i’ve never seen an app wanting me to go to the App Store in order to get to it. It logs me right in with all my info, so what the heck is going on? I don’t know how else to explain this weird situation. it simply does not exist anywhere on my phone except for the App Store.

Stop changing the app.. Why would y’all remove the ability for us to hold down the heart to add to certain list? Also why would y’all add the option to select view more from this list ? Just allow us to scroll down to see everything. It’s annoying we have to select view more 10x just to see what all in the list. It’s also very annoying we can’t hold the heart down anymore to add to our list. Who in corporate agreed to change those features? Worry about when we search for a certain item only that item comes up. Why are y’all worried about how we add items to our list or how we are able to see all items in the list ?! Please fix the app back to being able to hold down the heart and select which list we want to add our items to. As well as fix it back to where we can just scroll and see everything in the list and not have to select view more. Not having those features makes it pointless for it to be an app if we have to add stuff like we are on the website on the browser.

Overall pretty decent. The overall usability of the app is pretty decent. My account details are easy to find and keeping an eye on my orders are as well. I would have to say using the search engine isn’t as easy as it used to be. Even with knowledge in how to use search engines to narrow down your search, I still seem to struggle at times with getting unrelated items, a too narrow search, or a too vague and high result search. This makes shopping difficult and/or time consuming. On a side note, I would love it if the app had a “dark appearance” setting or “nighttime” setting for the display. I have my phone set to this since I suffer from migraines and try to limit my phone time; the white display of the app can be a bit bright when scrolling and shopping. This display setting choice would be very helpful for someone like me where light sensitivity can impact app usage (I have to do the same thing with my computer settings and turn the brightness down as far as I can because of how bright the screen is).

Doesn’t work well on my iPad. Edit: reviews started working well, but just today I can no longer use the app on my iPad 12.9” as the add to cart section is cut off from view! I think my husband will be happy I can’t purchase anything right now 😂. There is also a white bar across the bottom. Both portrait and landscape modes are broken. Very bad, I can’t be the only person impacted by this?? I don’t know what happened but it’s terrible on my iPad now. I noticed the change maybe a month or so ago. Tapping the reviews button doesn’t work. I have to scroll down to that section manually now. There’s always a section of the page that just shows loading..., loading... these behaviors are consistent. it’s behaving like a poorly designed website that’s not taking into account I’m using a tablet. How is this acceptable?? Was this even tested?? Edit: the top bar vanishes when I browse around sometimes when loading a video of the product and then go back, the top bar vanishes. Can’t believe this is still not fixed. 0 stars

Decent, but filters need more work.. The app is well-designed and easy to use, but when browsing clothes, the filters just don’t work most of the time. If you want something long sleeve, you put the long sleeve filter on, and you’d expect long sleeve products to show up, but you end up with sleeveless or short sleeve. Testing this out for dresses too ends up with even worse results, with the fabric type filter just not working most of the time. Let’s say you want something made of cotton, so you use the cotton fabric type filter, and results will range from actually being cotton to having absolutely no relevance to cotton. Additionally, some of the products that actually do fulfill the requirements for the filter actually get filtered out and don’t appear after the filter is applied, thus making the filter pretty useless, for example, we’ll say that you are looking for a dress solid in color, with long bell sleeves. Applying that filter will end up with some with that requirement, but most of the others having short sleeves, patterns, and regular short sleeves. Applying the filter and sorting from cheapest also just doesn’t yield good results, where you can end up with that products that have nothing to do with the search in the top result. Let’s say you’re looking for shirts but you get microphones instead. It’s really bizarre. Filters are supposed to help you narrow down a search out of tens of thousands of products, not hinder them.

Reviews never process or they take forever .... Some reviews submitted via the app are now taking upwards of FOUR months to process. Ridiculous! The review icons have an image of the item but you can't click on it to see the actual item like you used to be able to do. That made reordering so much easier. Now all you can do is read your own review but you can't click and put it in your cart anymore or see what others wrote unless you locate the item through the Search your previous order bar or by doing a noun name search to find the item. 🤦🏻‍♀️Also ridiculous! The app keeps getting less productive with every update. It's really frustrating and annoying. It also takes forever to find things I'm looking for. Too many layers of menus. And it is impossible to easily get order help. You have to click so many buttons and then you get a bot that isn't capable of helping and by the time you are able to click the -give me a human- button in the chat screen you are so angry you just want to scream 😱 It's depressing. Bezos is raking in the billions and we get a piece of cRaP for an app. 👎

Poor accessibility features. Being vision impaired, online shopping is vital for me as it is very frustrating and time consuming to shop in store when you can’t tell what items are or look at labels. Accessibility features are also a vital part of shopping, as well. This app does not have a dark mode and does not work with the accessibility features on my phone, so text is way too small for me to read. I’ve turned on smart invert so that I can at least see what’s on the screen if I use my magnifier, but because this app doesn’t work with the features on my phone, pictures get inverted, too, so I can’t look at the product unless I go turn the invert off for a sec and then turn it back on so I can order something. It’s annoying and makes it more difficult for me to find what I need, so I’ll often just shop somewhere else that does have dark mode and larger/bolder text options. They’d get more money out of me if they added these features

Latest update keeps only item photos on the main page. What in the world is this latest up?? It changed how things i’m looking at gets displayed on the page: instead of all info getting displayed on the main page, one the photos are on the main page and there’s a banner at the bottom that you pull up in order to display the product information, reviews, etc. It’s hard to explain in words but basically this new layout/page display isn’t really utilizing the full screen, and i don’t like that. The pull up page at the bottom pulls up but it only goes up like 3/4 of the way so i have to read through info with a much smaller space. I can’t pull it up all the way and make it the main page, instead i have to toggle back and forth between that pull up page (with all the info pricing etc) and the main page (displays only the photos). I want to UNDO my update— i prefer the previous version where everything is on the main page and i don’t have to pull/open up something else just to get production info. This update isn’t helpful.

App pages won’t display as a full page. Apparently I can only add on to a previous review so here goes. I’ve been on a continuous loop of non answers to an app question. Please, developers, tell me how to see an item in full screen when using the app on my iPad. When I click on an item I’ve searched on the app it opens in an area that only covers about half the page of the iPad screen with tiny print. I have to manually zoom the image. Why does it shrink every item I choose? How can I set the app to display it fully? When a messages is sent saying that a Subscribe and Save item is not available the message does not state what specific item has been cancelled. That’s poor customer service and poor communication. I have multiple items which all come the same day of the month. When I go to my account to view the items it appears that they ALL will all be arriving. None say cancelled. It’s impossible to tell what’s been cancelled so then it’s a waiting game until my delivery day. This is just poor communication. Put the item name in the dang email! Communicate clearly for goodness sake.

Sketchy at best. Every time you search literally anything, it shows you everything EXCEPT what you specifically searched. The results are always way all over the place having nothing to do with that you searched. When scrolling the results the box where the results are listed just randomly goes blank. It’s pretty useless really. Searching a car part and it shows baby stuff, satellite tracker, and whatever other random stuff having nothing to do with your search. Say you search car part for specific vehicle, it shows a bunch of random parts for other vehicles. Click on one and it says it doesn’t fit your vehicle. OK THEN WHY ARE YOO SHOWING IT TO ME! So dumb. Especially when you go through the drop downs and have your car specifically put in to search for. My fav, so say searching for a cam for your car, always it says people often bought these together and has the cam you’re looking at plus 2 more cams to two other cars. Like really…. People often buy cams to two others cars or buy 3 cams for the same car together? Total garbage at best

What are filters and why offer if they aren’t applying these filters. So when I search and the. Go to filters for the search I have many available filter options and literally none of them seem to effectively work for me, no matter my filter selection I still see items that should be excluded and I mean on page one of search results price limits not followed categories not sorted nothing works. All I see are reposts of the same items from “different sellers” but often it’s all the same items , and absolutely no used items listed and the variety all seems to be fluff and no real variety and many many in stocked items etc etc unreasonable markups in sold out items during high demand periods, its clear the quality of service has dropped to where eBay would be preferred for many items because of the unique and realistic listings , compared to this app now. In recent months or maybe last couple years the site and app and service itself has become cheap and limited in terms of its past when it was vast and cheap and well managed . Loosing its value now.

Watch out for subscriptions. When ordering a product it automatically selects subscribe. This is aggravating. I have been subscribed to something I wanted one time. Why not give the customer the option to select subscription instead of it automatically selecting it??? I get emails thanking me for a subscription I never wanted. I get confirmation emails that show cancel at anytime. I looked for a way to cancel it right after my order which must be some hidden option not easily found on your app. After looking through Google for a way, I gave up and forgot about it until today when I received an email with option to manage order. The option to cancel is not on the immediate screen it brings you to. Finally found the small print at bottom of confirmation screen to cancel. Now every time I order something I need to verify that I select the one time order because of this forceful feature.

They can’t buy imagination or creativity, true love or friendship, or even simple happiness. And the fact that they think they CAN buy all these things just proves their sheer stupidity. People have been passing down this lesson for literally thousands of years, and yet idiots like Bezos and Musk will never learn that the over-accumulation of wealth harms not only society at large, but oneself as well. They have destroyed the American middle class entirely, and actively seek to exacerbate the economic divide between the 1% and the rest of us. And in doing so, they have become something entirely other than human. They are simply parasites, killing off human civilization while they fatten and stupefy their own children through the opium of entirely unearned wealth. The only way this can change is through people making conscious efforts, every single day, to avoid big brand chains and products. Support your local businesses and farmers’ markets! It may not seem like much, but time and mass effort are all we need to finally roast these fat greasy pigs for good.

I hate this app. The worst customer service imaginable. I wish I could give this app 0 stars. I was trying to get a roblox gift card for my niece so i purchased one. It didn’t go through for some unstated reason so i tried again. It blocked my account. I was confused and so I made a new one because i was just trying to buy a $15 gift card. it temporarily blocked that account. They said they needed a bank statement for my card or something so I uploaded one. After 24 hours they said it wasn’t sufficient. At this point the money from my account was already taken out (the $15) I uploaded it again with a note saying something like “I uploaded what was requested… i’m not sure what else i’m supposed to include.” And low and behold 24 hours after that they completely terminated my account. They said that more information on the matter would be in my email and to contact them for further questions. I looked in my email and nothing was clarified and it said that i couldn’t reply to the email. So i tried to log in to contact customer service and because my account was terminated I couldn’t contact customer service. They still have my money.

2 things would make this app better. 1. A dedicated return section. It’s such a pain to scroll through all orders to find the return items, especially when you have multiple and are in a busy UPS trying to be quick. Oh all the improvements constantly made please put in a dedicated returns section. 2. I can no longer tell how much I spent on a single item in a multiple item purchase. You used to be able to easily see the itemized breakdown with discounts/sales applied to the specific item. Now you just see the full price and all discounts/sales at the bottom. That’s cool except again when returning I have no idea if I was credited back correctly. Most sure why you guys made this update to the invoice breakdown. It was fine before. Otherwise it’s fine. The random updates moving the search bar and back arrows aren’t really helpful. Fixing the items that need attention would be great. I never understood why companies fix things that work and ignore the areas for improvement.

I feel scammed. I pay for prime & I don’t know why! I get delayed packages. Funny because I had better delivery before I got prime, that says a lot about how they treat their customers that pay them monthly. Dont get me started on the “deals” & “discounts”. They list it on “sale” for the regular price or maybe A LITTLE cheaper. It’s not worth it. Most of the “coupons” you have to subscribe to something to even get. I feel robbed because I only got prime for the deals thinking they’d be worth it. I’m lucky if I can get $20 off a $400 item. That’s crazy. So essentially I’m losing money every month paying for this because Im not purchasing anything because the deals are not worth it. It seems like none of the cheaper essentials go on sale! BOO !!! It’s always the crazy expensive things that go on sale that I don’t need like a self cleaning litter box that gets discounted to $450 👎Yeah you get prime video, but they have a horrible selection and I have to watch ads… on a streaming service I pay for and also don’t use. I want the 2 day shipping and actual good deals that they claim that they have! I pay for the deals. WHERE ARE THE DEALS!?

DRIVERS WILL PUT PACKAGE NEAR DOGS IF YOU HAVE ANY. Im only giving this rating because this has been a three time experience. You guys took away the option of how we want our packages handled. I have a roommate with a dog who is usually in the front of the yard. Hes very friendly but will EAT THE PACKAGES AND TEAR UP/EAT THE PRODUCT. For some reason the drivers will put the package where the dog can get it.( we have a sitting bench to where the dog cant even reach, on our porch but the drivers still decide to put it in front of the door where the dog can reach) One of the drivers even put it on the ground and took a picture of the dog like that was something i was okay with?!? Like heads up if you have dogs who like to chew on packages, the drivers will leave it where your dog can get it. Theres absolutely no way to tell the drivers on their app either so this is why im giving this rating because the drivers continue to do this thinking its cute but its making me lose money on product that isnt being handled correctly.

Ridiculous & On-going Pop-up Suggestions/Tips. Update: DELETING APP! Issue below continues and I will shop elsewhere! These pop ups really disrupt the shopping experience! Breaks your train if thought and what you were looking for—so fine, you won’t stop, so I will, buying elsewhere! We are all different—we think and sequence differently. STOP TELLING ME HOW TO DO THINGS—stupid pop up short cuts suggestions every time I do something—it disrupts the shopping experience. As a person with disabilities, it’s rude and insensitive for you to constantly remind me there is a way you want me to do things. Once is fine, but every time is like a pushy parent! Thanks for being the bully Amazon—so much for your sensitivity ads that you are open and accepting. Do you tell the deaf guy in your ads to listen differently? and do you constantly drop him tips in the same manner, with pop-ups? (You get my point!) Mind your own business—one reminder is enough—or there are other places I can shop! The passive aggressiveness is over the top! As well as your sneaky tactics of putting things on shopping lists I didn’t put there! (Must be a new MBA in Marketing trying to kiss up to management that he/she/they are increasing sales!) JUST STOP!!

Be thankful for their kindness. There are too many times where I’ve needed something I could not go out and just buy. I can say where something unexpected occurred that was more than I believed could happen for when God was with our family. Thank you for beyond meeting my expectations when I needed to have groceries in a hurry, rewards covered opportunities for helping my daughter, return item(s), new purchases for my daughter and I, or have gifts find the people that deserve goodness in their lives. Their company has morals behind the people that are in support when it comes to caring for assistance in my ability to be a single mother and keep going despite my inability to staying on track often. Thank you for investing in me, families that are in need and/or unable to go places due to unfortunate times of emotional rehabilitation to restore families to prosper.

Poor UI and broken transactions. The app consistently fails to add things to your cart. Sometimes doesn’t respond despite repeated pressing of “Add to Cart”. Reload same thing. The search system has really went down hill. You can do a search on almost anything, a movie for instance? And they will find 20 thins completely unrelated to what you wanted and so far out of left field you’ll wonder if you typed something wrong. Think you have it working? Haha! Heres a picture of a dog and a link back to the main page so all your search was in vain and you have to start over! But wait! There’s more! Here’s a stupid Alexa icon that never goes away and cant be removed and it’s strategically placed so you hit every time you scroll. Here’s some sliding menus that don’t fit your screen! Like that suggested item? Too bad! Broken link! Ive given up shopping via this app as its basically a frustration inducing waste of space on my phone. Really only good for tracking shipments- when I can get it to work at all.

Web Experience Feedback. Since there is nowhere on the app to provide feedback on the interface, I guess I have to do it here, and I guess the first suggestion is for a place to ask questions and leave feedback about the interface. Second item: put my friggin Lists back the way they were!! Why do you feel the need to screw up a perfectly good system?! What’s with the new icons and why are their two when they seem to do the same thing? I lost the functionality of being able to search my Lists for stuff. Very bad!! I now have you grouping things together for me - other than in my Lists… why??? That’s what the Lists are FOR aren’t they?? 🤦🏼‍♂️ Ugh, come on, guys! I get that you want to make things better, but where are you getting your intel from? Did I miss a survey? Did someone actually suggest jacking up the Lists and then not tell anybody - just sneak it in?? I love the app, love the services, love Prime (except for all the videos that do NOT come with my subscription… 🤬). But I reeeeally do not like you ruining Lists!!

Not the app but the actual company. I dislike them, they’ve gotten worse, now our packages arrived not sealed at all which 9 times out of 10 means the order DOESNT ARRIVE then they want us to sent it back for a refund or replacement WHEN THERE IS NO ITEM. Its stupid! Because if you click the Missing/broken they ASSUME YOU HAVE IT EVEN THOUGH ITS MISSING. Theres no on site thing to review the company itself. Or file a complaint for its actual team. Then you spend an 1 hour on the phone with someone with an accent so thick you can’t understand them explaining you dont have the item! And it take them the entire hour to understand, for example, “i dont have the item i want a refund” “You….dont have the item?” “No i dont have it” “ah well you can return it to get your refund” “I DONT HAVE IT” “Ohhhh!!! You dont have it, Let me see what i can do!” (30 minutes of waiting) “Ah so it seems we can refund this but we can only do it to the site, maybbe the card” “i want the card refund. Its my money i need it” “Let me see what I can do…. you dont have the item???” “i dont have the item.” “Okay okay” (10 minutes) “you started the return process, yes? Can you return the item??“ “No.”(20 more minutes of basically explaining it in different words I NEVER received the item) “okay okay.. Ive started the return process your refund should be there in 5 days” “Thank you.” THATS EVERYTIME IM ON CALL WITH THEM.

Simple Organised App - PERFECT APP. I do not normally bother to write reviews but this app deserves it. It is clean, organised and a pleasure to use. When I’m waiting for an order it takes me literally 2 secs to open and check when it’ll arrive Instead of, 1. Tediously opening email 2. Typing in ‘Track Order’ 3. Realised I haven’t saved the tracking number and having to start all over again. PERFECT APP!

Zero customer service. Absolutely terrible service , lock me out of my account, unable to get hold of anyone in Australia to do anything about it , lock me out of my prime account and keep taking money for fees , tells me to update information but then turns that into a new account get half way through and says that this email already in use then locks me out again. Absolutely the worst company on the whole entire planet I’ve ever had to deal with .

Too much noise in search results. When I am search for a specific part number, as evidenced by wrapping it in quotes, I do not want to see every possible manipulation of that value returned. I want to see that part. If you don’t have it - no results is the correct result. Eg: when searching for a JST connector, there are different ranges. JST-XH, JST-PH, JST-XHR. WHEN I ASK EXPLICITLY FOR A, DO NOT OFFER ME B OR C. When I exclude a term from search by putting a minus in front of it, I DONT’ EXPECT TO SEE IT IN THE RESULTS. Eg: when searching for electronics connectors, a pitch of 2.54 is. VERY DIFFERENT to 2.0

Under performs. I am surprised how clunky this software giants app is. Such as the updating credit card details which see the info from a picture on the card and then doesn’t continue. The use my shipping address button doesn’t work if you leave and come back to the page all progress is lost. I can’t seem to contact supplier of my late product instead I click contact us button that leads me in circles.

Very badly made. This app is glitchy, very slow and not very user friendly. There’s no option for done when filling out information just a back button which doesn’t make sense. Also I’m wanting to select items just from Australia but only gives me the option of world wide, so when I have things in my cart I go to checkout and then it converts to USD, it’s very deceiving. I want to shop on here but I can’t unless I go through all the products and check out to see it’s it’s from aus or usd.

Thieves!!. I had used the app while using their gift cards to make purchases. Then suddenly they put my account on hold until I “verified” my credit card details. I have never purchased anything with my credit card, informed them of this. They ask for proof of purchase of the grift cards. To which I forwarded copies of my receipts of the gift cards. Then they shut the account down anyway, and held the $300 I had loaded onto the account. They refuse to give the funds back, even though I have receipts for all of the money that is owed. Absolutely criminal behaviour, and when I call to have it resolved, I get the answer of “we can’t do anything”.

By far the worst customer service ever!. Placed an order for delivery on a Wednesday and it didn’t turn up. Spoke to them Friday and they said they knew it was late but gave no explanation? The delivery was so late I had to cancel the order. When I wanted to make a complaint about the whole thing they asked did I cancel the order? When I said yes they said matter closed. You can’t contact them any other way. Gone are the days of email and empathy for the customer.

Does it’s job. This app does what it’s supposed to do - let’s you buy stuff. But it is alway a surprise (and annoying) when I don’t know which layout I’ll get. For example, I open the app in the morning and the search bar is at the top of the screen. I close the app because I’m done with it. I open it again in the afternoon and this time the search bar is at the bottom and the look of the page is different. I can open the app multiple and most times the layout changes. It’s annoying

It would take an estimated 300 billion to stop climate change, so if teamed up with Zuckerberg, gates and buffet, they could do it and each have 66.5 billion left each. He has more than enough money, he could do so many great things for the world but instead he decides to take vanity trips to NEARLY space. Not only is he greedy, he’s also overworks his workers. If you can, I urge you to buy what you need from somewhere else.

Thieves stealing veterans pension money. So I have an account with Prime and was watching a movie, the next morning my account was down $9.99 for a prime membership I never asked for. When I tried to reverse and cancel the help function just went around in circles none of the boxes came to a help point, not even a box to write a message, all I could do is eventually cancel all my accounts and cancel my credit cards, no help system or phone numbers to ring …. Not that I can find, now have to waste my valuable time trying to cancel the charge through my bank, in this day and at my age and having only a pension from the war, the loss of $10 means I can not eat for a day.

great until... Never had any issues until.. hackers tried to log into my account.. you fools cant u see i get the sms asking for OTP to log in?!??? funny I never was but I could see that you were sooo desperate to login to my account the sms were disgracefully and constantly painful to watch come through.. untill i changed my password.. so ahem to you Keep trying.. i dare you..

Best app I ever used. So, my little brother wanted a vecna costume and I found the best fit for him so it delivered for 4-5 days and it finally came, nothing was wrong but it was a bit big for my little brother but we solved the problem, I recommend you getting this app and none of the other apps like wish and yeah.

Cumbersome search. Search is unnecessarily made too cumbersome. Few items listing on one page. No option of all searched items on one page. And if you are, say, on 10th page and open an item and want to come back to 10th page again, it would take you to first page instead, every time. And exhausts you after only a few item views. And one would prefer to switch to other shopping apps.

Received 2 different shoe sizes now price is higher and no restitution. I’ve wasted over an hour going around in circles on this app and prices are calculated differently depending on which end of the cycle you end up in. Very frustrating. I received 2 different boot sizes in my order and now I have to run around to return the order, re order the item at a higher price and wait up to another month to receive them. If an incorrect order is sent out, it should be standard practice to send out the correct order at the same price initially paid and include express delivery free of charge. Very disappointing.

Searching problem. It’s pretty good Apart from searching problem that being that there’s so many things that can be search for that you’re not specifically searching for will come up. I propose a opposite search function effectively you put in the word/things you’re not searching for everything else works exactly the same you just put This opposite search bar below the normal search bar

Not allowed to manager my own information or update mobile or address. Tried 4 times to call customer service to update my information once I moved out countries and my mobile has been changed. Tomo-lhe in is sending a mag to the old mobile number even if I know the password not allowed me to changed anything

I am a but disappointed but it is the best shopping app!. I am a bit disappointed because I have ordered some stickers and they have come to be completely different. There is another one where I have ordered food picks for the same day as my stickers and then when it’s like maybe the time i get it it said coming in a few days but then the next day it said again it will come tomorrow! I’m a bit disappointed with how that has happened but I love the app, pls fix this!!!😕

Worse experience since I use online shopping.. I buy a package in this app, during delivery process, it is pretty hard for me to know where it is, people who deliver this package also hard to communicate and use my house number as my street number. After that, they deliver the whole package for an unknown place and lose it, and tell me the only compensate is refund. During the whole process, it is pretty hard for me to find a way to contact with staffs, while staffs also don’t know what are expressman doing.

Delivery charge. When we order the product, it’s mentioned that it is eligible for free shipping but once we go to check out they charge a delivery fee. When I called the customer service team they say that maybe the product is from third party but in their terms and conditions it’s clearly mentioned that even if it’s from third party and if it’s mentioned on the product that if it is eligible for free shipping then we are eligible for free shipping. I asked remove the delivery fee but they said it’s in the system and they can’t remove the delivery fee and ask us to lodge for refund.

Logged out lost basket. The app logged me out for no reason. I didn’t realise. It defaulted me to US site. When I went to check out it got me to log back in, lost my entire basket of stuff coz then switched me to UK. ffs. One item I added there a week ago I can’t remember what it was. Don’t log ppl and and don’t empty their baskets without asking, SIMPLE.

Best shopping app!. I honestly don’t see why this app has such a low rating. I’ve been using it for a few months now and I’ve had no dramas. Everything is easy to find, it’s inexpensive to buy, it arrives early or on time which is a huge deal when you live rur, and my wishlists always work. I love being able to subscribe for regular items like nappies, and find things I wouldn’t usually find in retail stores (especially living rural!) The app has never glitched and I’ve had ZERO dramas.

Frustrating to find things. This was an Ok app to use until recently - the ability to search by seller has been removed which makes it difficult to find things, particularly if you don’t want to buy from third party sellers. The App should make it easier to find what you want and from whom you want to buy from, not force you to spend more time sifting through a myriad of poorly priced, unreliable, and potentially scamming, sellers.

Everything in the Aus store is a total rip off. I’m sick of how much effort I need to put in to just not get scammed on basic items. The last straw one for me recently was a Violin mute, a small basic piece of rubber. It was $4.95 locally if I drive across town, $5 plus $10 shipping if I’m on the US store but $48 in the Aus store. Everything is like this, I spend so long looking into products and researching them just to not get scammed and end up not ordering anything. Extremely frustrating and painful, would not recommend.

International Deliveries.. Hi I have shopped with you since the day you launched in Australia. I am happy with your selection and also notice new sellers and new product. But the only bottleneck seems to the products from USA and UK. The deliveries are like 1-3 months ! Sometimes they don’t even deliver and claim they did. Gaped atleast on 6 occasions. You have refunded whenever you can but sometimes you can’t especially book sellers from USA and UK. Hopefully you resolve these issues. I can’t lay the blame squarely on you. Perhaps a suggestion would be to ensure your suppliers are honest and legitimate. I will still give you 5 stars.

Shipping and international purchases confusing. I like the variety but unfortunately the international shipping and prices can be confusing. Even when profile is set to Australia and Australian dollars I still seem to get items not ship to Australia and International currency in my searches. I only receive the notifications at the end of the purchase process that they can not be shipped to me and or the price converts to Australian dollars

Information data brokers. nothing but spam emails and phone calls and as use of the data you sell off to - other entities - leverage if of information for profit yet proper security is a joke sharing with partners and cand business revenue llano rate to perform profiling for profit yet don’t off set the data grab with a reputable employer reputation not a customer aware and nor responsive to complaints at its best didn’t get my loo paper nor twice having come out of my account to take subscription o job price 15 dollars to 40 rolls ! not worth the removal of our privacy and our right to a profit made of our back fair price for loss off person info

COSTS SO MUCH MONEY. I was scrolling through my phone and I wanted to surprise my child (she’s 8 years old) I was looking for a set of new fidgets and all I found was one flipping octopus is 13 dollars wth maybe change the price but overall it was amazing

Large variety very convenient. I love the way you can find anything on here. If I seen something advertised on Facebook or Instagram or on the net. And it’s from overseas and you know it’s going to take awhile to receive it from there. I just copy and paste the items description and I always seem to find it here. The delivery is also pretty quick. Even more so if you have prime. I gave it 4 stars because sometimes the prices are more expensive then other retailers. Although there are times it’s cheaper with some things.

Stop hiding the cheapest prices!. The app is okay, but in a recent update they streamlined the way that wishlists appear so the items in the list only show the prime price, which is not always the cheapest! To check the cheapest buying option you now have to click on each individual item, which makes it impossible to quickly check your list for price drops. I stopped using the app and started just using the mobile web page to get around this but now they’ve done the same on the mobile page layout too! So frustrating. Also, it would be nice if you could change the default sorting option for wishlists.

Just another online store/app. Was excited to know they were opening here in Australia, knowing they have lots of products on their US site. I expected them to bring in products from other parts of the world like their US counterpart. Sadly, they are just another “online store”, nothing special and new to bring to Oz consumers, selling products that can also be found on other Oz sites.

My eyes!. App works generally pretty well, but it is still missing a feature that should always be available in 2022 in every app, dark mode. Please end our pain & make this simple change AZN, I can continue ordering products if my eyes don’t work anymore.

Cannot navigate around the site to get 1 help or advice.. I have been a very happy customer for many years,,however, when ever I try to contact support or need assistance, it drives me crazy. You cannot speak to an operator and at this point I cannot even pose the question or issue I have through an email. Their is no other relevant question or contact information that could address this issue either. This is the fact that I have many recent orders , apparently returned and sent back to them because they were ; underliverable” with a great variety of possible reasons, but nothing concrete. I find this very strange as it is a cluster of loads of items that I have bought before, some with my many subscribe and saves, but the many other items before these orders and after these orders have been delivered. Why I find this strange, is because a couple of the items appear to have gone up in price from the price I paid, and all,of these items are still being advertised as available to that’s obviously not the reason of being out of stock or anything, so I’m assuming it’s all a money scandle. They have left me no choice to think otherwise, because I cannot contact them to query it!.

Account Suspended. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I had contacted to customer service to recover my old account but no help from anyone. Instead they asked me to close all the accounts and reopen the account again. When i tried to reopen the account then it gave me an error stating the account already exist. This is bound to happen; however i contacted to resolve this issue now and another representative recommended some steps which eventually took me to square 1 again. At the end, the representative have asked me to create a new email address to overcome this. I did this too yesterday and today i see that the new account is locked as well due to misuse of account. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Can someone look into this ASAP??

The only app that is worse is iTunes. Seriously guys, you are one of the biggest players in the tech space. Surely you have the skills within your organisation to provide your clients with an app that is intuitive and easy to use. I am a Prime member. You keep taking my money but I can’t access prime TV. There is nowhere obvious on the app where I can find out why or how to speak to a human being. That kind of feels like you are stealing from me. Not happy. I am only rating you one star because I cannot give you none.

Help. Can you guys bring back searching with a photo? Like being able to upload an image or using a generic photo to image search? I do not always have what I want to search on hand to look up, and if your looking for similar items it’s easier to use a stock photo rather than my blurry pictures, you Know?

Can’t zoom in on photos!. The app is missing the essential functionality you can get on the website: zooming in on pictures to see more detail about what you’re purchasing. And I don’t mean a controlled zoom either (like some sites allow you to click an area of a photo & they open a square loupe window with just that bit zoomed in. I mean just using a browser you can manually zoom in on any area of the whole page to see whatever you want more clearly. For that reason I don’t use the app, as it’s way too hard to see what you’re purchasing! Every so often I check the app to see if this has been implemented & when they do I might use it, until then it’s the website for me.

Worse app ever. I bought a member ship with them just for a week. It took the money out like normal for it but when I went to cancel it before it ended so it did not renew it cancelled. Good right? Wrong. It took the money out of my account the next day charging me for another membership. When I went to look on my account there is no membership. I’ve canceled this never ship 2x now and money keeps coming out of my account. Trying to contact them is impossible and I’m so angry. I literally had to buy school lunch and I couldn’t becuase they took 8$ out my account AGAIN. Please fix this gosh

Provide a back function after purchase.. Since the update a few months ago, I am unable to go back to the list of items I was searching for once I make a purchase. I have to go back to the “home” section and retype what I was searching for and scroll down to where I left off in order to continue browsing the list. Please bring back the “back” function so I can continue browsing from where I left off before I made the purchase.

Notifications when an order/payment has failed please. It would be handy if the app itself could notify me if my payment/ order has failed. It seemed as though my order went through just fine. And I would receive my items in time for an event. No! Turns out my payment declined and I didn’t realise until I opened the app. By then it was far too late and the event could not go ahead. I can’t get these items from anywhere else at such short notice. There are iPhone notifications for item dispatch, marketing etc. Definitely plenty for marketing. I have to manually turn off notifications telling me to buy more stuff I don’t even want. But none for something as urgent as a payment failure?? Something to consider

Delivery. Most of my orders come from the US and delivery to Australia is always prompt and efficient. Items are dispatched and arrive in Australia within 3 days even with passing through customs. However that’s where it stops because our Australia Post is so slow and inadequate it may take another week or two to arrive.

The app had switched from Australian to Usa and I dislike the moving of search bar to bottom. Really dislike the moving of search bar to bottom of the screen. Also I cannot filter by prime button. I’m a power user so no idea how a regular person would go about navigating this version of the app. I’m happy to change the rating if you guys note this. Been a regular customer for years so providing some feedback before I switch to eBay. Update: went to settings and changed region to Australian and the usual app came back

Needs work. Limited search, filtering and sorting, results rarely match in relevance. Clicking on a store/sold by does not always go to the seller page, instead performing a new search on what appears to be an autocorrected brand search closest to the seller name? App Resets whenever minimised and does not support split screen ,so adding addresses from contacts or other windows is a lengthy and frustrating exercise. No distinction between currencies e.g us/au dollar. I could go on, but suffice to say it just doesnt seem tested.

Amazing. My first review ever. There’s no wonder Bezos is one of the richest people in the world. This app is seamless and easy to use. Most products from toothpaste, coffee pods to shoes are almost half the price of the stores with free delivery. Shopping for products is hassle free with no label printing and overnight returns on orders you’re not happy with oh and don’t forget free music streaming and Prime Video.

Hard to find help, feedback and support. This app is okay if you are lucky enough to find what you want and to order it. For everything else, finding your way around is pretty poor. Finding the chat help, finding contact us, finding support is difficult, maybe deliberately so. The overall impression is you’re on your own if you have a problem with anything else.

So complicated.. I had to keep cancelling my orders because when I would buy something using the “buy now” it would be in my “Orders” but when I would buy something else in the “buy now” method I would check my “Orders” tab and the first thing I bought wouldn’t be there anymore. I bought 2 items and it said it would arrive on Sunday as I bought it on Friday and now it says it will be arriving on Monday, I had already payed for expedited delivery just for my items to be delayed by a day. This app is way more complicated, use the website instead.

App doesn’t show wish lists. Even though I’ve had my wish lists set up for years, the app all of a sudden stopped showing them which is extremely inconvenient and annoying. I’ve deleted the app and installed it again and logged in again but to no avail. In other words, the app is rendered useless as there’s no point in finding stuff you want to buy if you’re being unable to add them to your list for future purchase. Oh well, fewer purchases will be made on this platform which is probably a very good thing.

Awful update. Latest update is horrible. I used to use the app because it was better than browsing online. The app had things like filters showing items that were available next day/2 days so I could find things I needed in a hurry instead of clicking into 200 items to find something I’d get in time. The listed items were also just “easier” to see. Now the app just matches the online experience. That was probably the goal but it’s a downgrade not an upgrade! Hopeful they get more feedback like this and put the features back in!

Lost my Wishlist. Had a wish list with all the books I wanted to buy. Probably 50 books on it and then with the update it all disappeared? Not sure how many types of Wish Lists there are too because I have a separate wish list with only a few items.

11h ago Terrible customer service would give a 0 if had option. My order was never delivered to me and I was confirmed 4 times of a refund. Then I got an email from their “specialist” team advising that they would not refund and threatened to stop my account (I am a paying prime customer). They then declined the refund, would not give me a complaint department and when I attempted to resolve via chat they cancelled the chat over and over. I’m out of pocket and they don’t care. The WORST customer service I have EVER seen. To date still no refund and they are ignoring my emails and disconnect chats

Terrible Update. Can’t find “Today’s Deal, Lightening, Upcoming Deals” with the new app. Where is it hiding or is it no longer accessible on the app?

Wow what happened. I loved amazon, and now all of a sudden the app doesn’t work for me. My wish list is gone off the bottom of the app, I wasn’t able to add stuff to my wish list and now I can! What is wrong with you people, why would you try to “improve” something that didn’t have much problems to begin with? Great job Amazon.

Awful. The new update won’t let me select other options! For example if I’m looking at a rug and the picture is white, it won’t let me select the black option. No matter what it is, clothes, games, pictures, anything I cannot select any other option than the one that is the preview!

Please don’t cancel the delivery rating feature. Thanks to the "Rate Delivery" feature, my packages haven't been left in the lobby since I've been able to rate my deliveries. I hope it stays that way. It's obvious that without this feature, packages have a high chance of being lost in the lobby. Some of the delivery guys just don't follow the instructions.

Hit or miss for sure. I’m an amazon prime member, I’ve been using this site since November 2019 and I’m the beginning I was beyond impressed with this site, however since February of this year this site has repeatedly taken my money for orders placed that I’m still waiting for, making it a total of 3 orders. Apparently amazon has no problem doing business with companies who rip their loyal customers off bc I tried to contact the seller with no response several times, I went to amazon only to be told it wasn’t purchased from them so they can’t help, witch I’m sorry but how do you have the ability to sell the item through ur site but refuse to take responsibility when things go wrong, that’s just shady if you ask me, amazon sent me a link to request a refund witch I’d already been attempting so basically they did nothing but profit from a customer who already paid a monthly fee, again feels a bit off if you ask me, when your a multi million dollar company and helping a customer get $85 back is too much that’s just not cool, A little loyalty and assistance goes a long way that’s for sure. Terrible new update! Sad.... Amazon homepage is reduced to nothing except adverts for gift cards, kindle unlimited and some tv shows. You can’t find the deal of the day on the homepage anymore; recommend products are gone; basically if you’re looking for inspiration on what to buy, you can’t do that anymore since there’s literally nothing that they will show. Lost a customer Amazon...

Floating menu hindering UX. The floating menu is a nice touch but at the same time it covers 20% of the app working area. This results in viewing restriction on the product landing page including product detail. Users need to constantly scroll to unearth what is below the floating menu. This also makes it difficult to perform screen grab on product images including details to share with friends and family in one go.

Worst IT support, lock ur account for no reason. Amazon has got arrogant towards its customers. IT malfunction locked my account, called twice, still couldn’t solve and simply asked me to create a new one. Amazon should die. Go support some new platforms that still know how to respect their precious customers.

Never Delivers on Time!. Paying for Prime membership is a huge waste of money as they NEVER deliver on time and when they mess up orders or shipment dates they like to tell the customer oh it’s your fault! Guaranteed deliver? Don’t believe their lies!! Save your money and don’t bother with the “Prime membership” scam artists!!

Keeps deleting booked pickup times. It’s hard enough to get a pickup time at Walmart for my groceries, but now the app has simply deleted the pickup time I’ve booked. As a result we have not had groceries in 2 weeks. Stop wasting money with TV ads to tell everyone how you are caring for your customers and use the funds to fix your POS app.

Love Amazon. I love everything about Amazon, you guys have amazing customer service, I was always able to resolve my issues….the only down side once I make a purchase I get a confirmation email and before the email would have a picture and description of what I bought which made it easier to Navigate if I needed a certain receipt but now it’s only order number and amount…so I have to go back and forth to the app to the email check the numbers…please bring back the receipt with a picture and description of what I buy!!!!

New update is too bright. I run almost exclusively on dark mode because it a easier on my eyes. The new app update is too bright, and hurts my eyes when I open it.

I really hate the new look. From the baby blue gradients to the floating tray at the bottom of the screen, this app screams “GO AWAY!” as soon as I open it. Useless release notes always. Every update always has the most vague release notes ever (“bug fixes and improvements”). So you never know what you’re going to get when you update. I wish Apple would force devs to provide accurate, meaningful descriptions of their updates. I want to know what I am installing on my device and choose why I install it, not just blindly trust everything Amazon releases like a sheep.

Cannot see reviews. I cannot see the reviews on any of the products anymore. Even when I try to scroll all the way down or click on the stars on the top right of each product (which used to work just fine), the app is not showing me any reviews — only the star ratings for each product. Please fix this!

Please work on the DARK THEME. I love the app but I find it hard to shop and browse at night. I wish there is an option for dark theme like most of the apps have nowadays

What just happened?. I love the amazon app. I use it to buy almost anything I want or need. I know that I can trust them with my information and bringing my packages on time. However in this new update something must have glitched. All of my information has been wiped. My order history (I have 4 orders on their way and now I’ve lost the ability to track them), Wish lists, and items in my cart that I’ve saved for later. That’s only what I’ve noticed, I bet my cards and shipping address is gone too. I bet amazon is trying to fix it but it’s still very inconvenient.

New Update. Please go back to the old look. This one is very hard to look at and navigate. Too bright for dark mode users.

Ugly and buggy. I really don’t like this new blue version of the app. Navigation isn’t intuitive anymore (where are my lists?), there are lots of visual bugs (gray horizontal lines when scrolling pages) and flotting menu wast screen space. Revert to the previous version, please!

A few days ago my homepage icon bar with the home, profile and shopping cart icon as fallen to the bottom of my page and I cannot move it back to the top. I’ve reinstalled app, changed my password, google searched, called customer service and they told me to leave a review on the App Store and I will be contacted by the developer. It drives me crazy because I cannot see through the bar and it gets in the way of scrolling and viewing my page. In the last few days it’s changed back and forth at random. Every time I think it’s fixed, it’s not long before it changed again. I do nothing different, what gives? Most importantly, HELP!!!!

Constantly updating the app & making it worse. Why on earth do you keep changing this app? Making it worse than before with each update. Why did you remove the amount of “likes” from the review page and now you no longer show the list of all reviews, only partial? For someone who is trying to be helpful to others by leaving a review, it’s nice to see that more and more ppl found your reviews helpful! Why did that option bother you? There’re SO many issues with the app’s search feature that existed for so long and no improvements there, just some useless additions or reductions of things that were helpful. -When I search with a photo and click on a certain item, there’s a glitch now that doesnt show option to return back - I have to click on some other item and only then the back arrow shows up. -For so long now, when I want to return back to the search results, it brings me back to the top of the page, just to make me scroll down and down again through the search results I have already seen. - Filter option is a pure joke - if i sort from $low to high, 100 items result becomes 20 - why? And it’s just Sorting, not even filtering. There’re SO many issues that need fixing (too many to list and right about), but you just keep adding useless things (like Rufus) or removing USEFUL things (amount of “like” for reviews) etc. Unbelievable.

What’s with the share sheet. For as long as this app has been on iOS / iPadOS you would think they would have added a share sheet option. For some reason they add it to iOS but not to iPadOS which make no sense. Most of the time I wanna see things on a bigger screen and maybe even share it to a friend. Would be nice to just have the share sheet come up. I have to go through the email option, highlight the link, find the share option under the highlight menu, then and only then do I get the share options I want to use. That is a lot of steps just to share something on iPad. I mean come on now not many people want to use the email to send links to people. They want to use their app of choice. Again this seems to be only an iPadOS issue since I know I can get to the share sheet on iOS. Please fix this!!

Forcing people to buy items that they are not ready for.. You have j jeopardized your integrity. You are trying to force people to buy items that they want to save for a later date. I have taken off all the items that I had wanted to buy but at a later time. Now I will not buy those items because I don’t have the time to look through everything again. Forcing people to buy items they are not ready to pay for is a very bad judgment on your part. You better figure out what you can do about it before other people go elsewhere for the same exact items you have but you are trying to force people to get them at a time that they don’t want to get them. Take care and I hope you solve your problems why people are buy less than before

Horrible. The app is horrible. Better to use the web site, but it has a lot of issues too. Tracking from the app isn’t accurate and it wont let you copy the tracking number to paste it into the carriers web site for tracking so you have to type it in manullay going back and forth between screens, or go to the web site and there you can copy and paste it. The search engine is getting more and more difficult to find what you are looking for. Type in one thing and you get 100 returns from products that have nothing to do with what you were searching for. Search for a product by a specific manufacturer and you might get it, 30-40 results down after they have tried to sell you 30-40 different things than what you were looking for. They really need to get a grip on this as if they don’t people will start looking elsewhere for products because this place is getting too difficult to find what your looking for.

Slow and Flaky. I remember the days of computers running as slow as this app. Back then, we were just thrilled with our new “in home” adventure. Now, however, we are used to snappy processing. Waiting for screens to load and searches to take forever isn’t something I want to do when my browser on my phone is so much faster. The ONLY reason I can see for this app is to Chat with live customer service. The chat is great...except when it boots you off and the whole app closes forcing you to go back to the icon and restart the app! The only reason I’ve given two stars instead of one is that when you go back into the chat, you are right back with your agent and the entire chat is still visible. Phew!

Orders. For some reason I talked myself into buying the prime membership and before I started my subscription I always received my packages on time. Ever since I I have started paying for membership, all my packages are be delayed and never give m a reason why they are late. Also trying to get in touch with a customer representative is ridiculous, every time I send a message asking why my package is being delayed they always responded with an automated message most packages arrive the next day. Well it’s been two days and I still have not received my package, but no one seems to know the location of. Makes me question why I pay for prime membership, if the package can’t be delivered on time or even make it to my home.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What happened to this company?? I put specific delivery instructions, package gets delayed a day for trying to deliver too early? I get told I didn’t put instructions, they “apologize” for the inconvenience! 3 times too many if you ask me. I even double checked to see if they were on there. It’s for every package to this business! The customer service associates are short with you, judge you and assume you’re up to something when you ask for a refund like you’re some lowlife thief! 2 packages were lost coming to my place of business and I was told that I had to make a police report, I’m not making a police report for YOUR FAULT. I’m not going out of MY WAY to correct what YOU messed up. I just won’t use your services ever again. I’m so done with talking to your service chat, calling to get things fixed! All you get is apologies with these people, you can say sorry so many times before you realize it doesn’t mean anything!

Terrible Cancellations and Refund policy. I ordered a costume for a party last week that was supposed to come on the 24th, it was delayed because the delivery didn’t ship yet and the party is on June 1st. I was being patient waiting for it to arrive but it didnt come yet so I tried canceling the order but they sent me an email saying they were unable to cancel it until it was shipped. About a few hours right after they sent the email, the costume was shipped and was set to be delivered on June 3rd. I tried canceling it again but yall still wouldn’t let me and I had my mom order a costume for me (it was the same one but from a different brand) which is gonna arrive today. This morning (the 28th) I got an email saying that they will let me get a refund but for only the shipping fee and not the costume. You guys are scammers, I just wasted 40 dollars on a costume that couldn’t even arrive on time and you guys stole my money because of your terrible refund policy.

Worthless overseas garbage!. I bought a 2nd generation, night and day, scope for a couple hundred dollars, wasn’t expecting much but I had bought the same thing from Facebook and it came with the 3, 65 mm, 3.7 volt batteries and a charger. It didn’t last long at all, the viewing screen, which takes 2 of those weird batteries and a 3rd in what looks like a flashlight, but shines an invisible laser through the back of your viewing screen, hence, also into your eyes. Well it was cool seeing in the dark, even just for a day. So I open these 2! Was going to give one to my son to put on his .22 to go raccoon hunting. However after spending almost $400, not only did I not get a Single battery, but no charger either, so two 4 packs and two chargers was as much as a third night vision scope, advertised as “install and go see in the dark, so disgusted with a man who has almost 400 Billion, that he needs another $160, for batteries you can’t buy in America, only China! Ridiculous

Some things are getting worse.. (This is just for Amazon…no customer will benefit other than to also add complaints on piles) -the “AI powered” search that replaced the q&a REEEEAAAALLY needs to assume the things you type are in relation to the product you’re viewing. You used to be able to type in key words to search everything….now it just defines them for you half the time. -there’s no excuse not to have a search bar in the save for later section of the cart by now. -Additionally, there’s always floating product recommendations (some of which I’d like to view) injected between the paged reloads that disappear and it’s an embarrassing UI artifact for how established the app is. -The category filters in save for later are cool, but incomplete/obviously not leveraging the same search terms/tags that return products when doing the main/normal shopping filters (otherwise the list that goes back 5+ years would have way more filters tagged to help clean it up). -[ipad]….let me swipe horizontal product recommendation pages like the phone instead of the outdated left right buttons. It’s a 12.9 inch screen and the buttons aren’t that responsive so just let me swipe already. Sometimes I quit shopping cus I get fed up with the muscle memory of trying to swipe like the phone, but don’t feel like focusing on the smaller screen. You’ll make more money if I keep shopping.

Remember when you said…. Making me wait just because I asked not to wow thanks y’all still proving me right thanks for that making me go on 3-4 hour bus ride just to pay $5 for two of them and having to bring them back one way or another. And what if they’re out then I have to search the whole state just because I asked you because it helps my asthma not to make me wait..:. I’m not impressed guys you have so much potential and then you go and do this. Remember what Owen and everyone would say we have to keep numbers up and do over time because these people pay for prime and shipping so we must have this much productivity to get these shipments out on time that’s why you Can not put the tape and sku in the wrong place then as Owen once worked during my break then made me redo my packages over for no reason then I knew he didn’t want me to look like I didn’t know.. and I’ve gotten packed with the sku on the side so please stop being personal and do it right like you Made me..??

App creates subscriptions that you didn’t approve. This is the second time the app has created 2 different subscriptions, sent to different addresses than my address. When I log into the website the subscriptions don’t show. They only show under the app. One of the subscriptions showed on the app, but it had my correct address listed. When I finally found a way to customer service, they said it didn’t have my address but had another. I’ve had items that my dad ordered as a one-time thing get charged to my card as a subscription and sent to me under my name. This time they charged my parents card and shipped to my brothers address. I had already cancelled the subscription the last time this happened when my order was shipped to my brother and yet here we are again a few months later, the same order being sent out. Beware of using the app. Maybe updating the app regularly could solve these problems….but I think it’s purposely done because they think people don’t pay attention.

Default shipping address is messed up. There was an recent update in past month I believe that has totally screwed up the ship to address for anyone who travels. You would think when they ask you to identify one of your addresses as the default address it would always stay that way unless the user makes a change. Instead if you ship something to a temporary address then at a later date place an order, it may still be sent to the temporary address unless you change it back to the default address. That used to be done automatically every time. But what’s worse is you might order something even after making sure the default shipping address is correct and the previous temporary address might still be used. Can you just make the default the constant ship to address unless it’s changed for each order it’s necessary then it automatically reverts back to default.

Feature Request. Few ideas: 1) I love that I can track purchases to I do. However, someone else is sending something to my home and I have no access to tracking that incoming package to my home. Please create a feature that lists packages coming to my address from someone else’s account. Thanks in advance! 2) I enjoy seeing how close the delivery vehicle is on my cell phone, but big highlights pointing out my house and my address are really unnecessary for the home owner, we would rather see the broader map without my address blocking the map. 3) I’d really like to filter purchased orders by my annual FSA/HSA purchases, so that I can submit my request with my other purchases directly. This will also help me to determine how much is spent annually so that I can estimate properly for the year to come. 4) When searching for products, it is frustrating that the search bar ignores the “Organic” or “Non-GMO” portion of the request. In addition, there isn’t a filter for prioritizing Organic and Non-GMO product which causes many more hours and system hits looking for the Organic/Non-GMO requests. Please add a filter to allow the user to prioritize Organic/Non-GMO product preferences. Thank you all!! I hope to see these improvements in the future. Thank you!!

App is a disappointment. Once logged in, the app remains logged on until physically logged out. It never times out. Nor does it log out if/when app is closed. If the closed app is reopened, it is still logged on! This persistently logged on app is ripe for misuse by anyone with access to my phone. Also, the password (or maybe a PIN) should be required (or at least offered as an option) for purchases to prevent unauthorized purchases by children. Lastly, buyers should be given a single receipt for all items purchases. It is difficult to even determine if I received all items purchased at the same time. When a single order of multiple items are listed singularity by the item but not by the entire purchase, individual items are nearly impossible to track. If I buy 10 different items in a single purchase, I cannot review the entire purchase, but have to remember each item to see if all items are shipped/received.

Time is running short on this game so far for us this week so I think it’s a great opportunity and a chance of winning this year as a player of my choice as the next season will go on and hopefully get the opportunity in my team as soon I think it would make the playoffs in a better squad for us in this league I hope to get some of this week to help me win it in my league so hopefully I’ll win the game in my team so that hopefully I’ll win a game and get to play next week I don’t really think I’m sure I’m in but I’ll have the game and hopefully win a lot this season I hope you know how I will get the chance and hopefully win it is just be honest with the way you guys can win a couple more matches it is very good

Suddenly doesn’t work. I’ve used this for years without issue but suddenly it doesn’t work. I even updated to the latest version that just came out a couple days ago. I’m logged in, it shows my account name but says I have no lists, no previous orders, etc. I literally order 1-2 times per week but can’t look up any of my old order info which I currently need. I’m having to do everything on the computer currently. I have like 10 lists and a baby registry and it won’t show any of that. When I try to do a general search of a product that I want to buy (one I’ve bought before and that has a ton of items that show normally), it says nothing can be found matching that search…even though one of the searches I did was “Gerber baby clothes”. If the app doesn’t work then I guess I’m going to be saving a lot of money from the lack of purchases I’ll be making. I rated this 1 star but might husband might rate it 5 just for the way it’ll help our budget.

Would let my light bill be overdue before I got rid of my Prime membership. They have the absolute best customer service of literally any company I have ever dealt with! No matter if a wrong or defective item was accidentally sent they take care of everything seamlessly! I just can’t say enough good about them! I order several times a week and I’m never disappointed with this app even when wrong items are sent they have the most courteous customer service team and being a prime member has so many perks! I get to read amazing books for free and so much more! Thank you for being my go to place for absolutely everything I need! Not only do they have everything I need but for great prices and the fastest delivery!!

Charged me twice so declined card. So I purchased an order made up of 3 things.. my card was charged the next day & said the 3 things would be delivered the following Wednesday.. a couple days later I get an email saying my payment method was declined. I called customer service & they told me the order was not available in the first warehouse so they tried to charge me again from another warehouse which is where my card declined. It was a pretty pricey order & it is right here at Christmas so no I did not have that amount in my bank account to cover it AGAIN. Customer service told me I had to either input another form of payment to cover the charge again or I’d have to cancel the order. So now I’ve had to cancel it, wait for a refund, & then order it again… so my items (MY KIDS CHRISTMAS) probably won’t be here on time. These big companies don’t care about the little people.

2 Day Shipping for Prime members is B.S.. Let me first say that I have been a long time Prime member and like the convenience of the range of products available. I also loved the fact that 2 day shipping actually took 2 days. Recently, today in fact, I’m in the mountains on a camping trip. I ordered a camera to capture the memories from the trip. This order was on Wednesday and guaranteed by Friday and was to be delivered to the campground. It’s now Saturday and my package is set to arrive at the campground that I will be leaving on Sunday a day after I leave on Monday. What a hassle. I have to make arrangement s to have the packaged shipped to my house taking more time and money. This is not the first time for being burned on guaranteed 2 day shipping. Going to start using Walmart app as they actually have 2 day shipping at no additional price.

Poor accessibility features. Being vision impaired, online shopping is vital for me as it is very frustrating and time consuming to shop in store when you can’t tell what items are or look at labels. Accessibility features are also a vital part of shopping, as well. This app does not have a dark mode and does not work with the accessibility features on my phone, so text is way too small for me to read. I’ve turned on smart invert so that I can at least see what’s on the screen if I use my magnifier, but because this app doesn’t work with the features on my phone, pictures get inverted, too, so I can’t look at the product unless I go turn the invert off for a sec and then turn it back on so I can order something. It’s annoying and makes it more difficult for me to find what I need, so I’ll often just shop somewhere else that does have dark mode and larger/bolder text options. They’d get more money out of me if they added these features

Frustrating. I have been using this app for a couple of year now and everything was going fine until this year. I have tried to order twice and I haven’t received either or the packages. The first time I got a full refund but the second time they told me I got a refund and never actually gave me my money back. I tried telling customer service but I don’t think they believe me and i don’t know why. They told me I got my refund back but when you look at my gift card balance it’s 0. I haven’t ordered anything since I placed that order so I don’t know where the money went. I have been having such a hard time trying to communicate my problem to them but they just don’t seem to understand or want to believe me. I also tried sending them screenshots to show them I wasn’t lying but the email they gave me didn’t work. Then they said they would give me a $5 gifts card and I never got it either. This app has been frustrating me so much lately. I just want my packages.

Buyer Pay for Seller’s Mistake or Rob. I ordered a pair of Saucony shoes and got delivered today. However, the shoe box contained a pair of cheaper shoes. Obviously someone switched them. The first customer service representative agree to help me replace them, but got disconnected. The second customer service representative said he/she can only help me return them and got my refund. However, I need to drop of the shoes at the return point. And keep repeating the same solution to force me to agree. Why I have to fix seller’s mistake. The third customer service representative helped me a pick up return. And she explained this is the third party seller, they can’t replace or adjust the price. I am not sure about what they can or cannot do. I just noticed the shoes’ price went up from $105 to about $145……No wonder they didn’t want to replace them! Very disappointing experience! And I found the same shoes somewhere selling for $80. I am confused. Why would I pay for the membership? For the helpless customer service or for the high price!

Poor practice. Not that anyone reads these things… This is the second time making this since the first time was deleted… ensure you type it in a note 1st so that you can save it, and paste it in, FYI. The top of my list of grievances is the poor algorithm filter for arrival date. if I filter and item search for items that arrive tomorrow, I should see a list of items that arrive tomorrow. instead what I see is 90% of the products say not even tomorrow usually the next day or later. Why are they in my list? Good question… It’s because of a “pay wall”. (It’s a thing just look at Twitter.) The have an option for expedited shipping next day if you pay $2.99. If I want to pay for expedited shipping that should be an alternate. It should not appear in my primary method of filtering. In other words, I only want items to appear in my search that are actually dedicated to arrive tomorrow. If that means I get one item or 10 items or zero. That’s fine, just don’t inundate me with products I can’t get when I want them. Also since I’m airing my dirty laundry, the products sold or have such terrible quality from places like China. most people hocking them off of wish or Alibaba stocking up and selling them here. Thanks for fattening China’s economy… Real patriots we are. I have bought and will not anymore. It sickens me.

Idiocy in Codec. POI: You Have to Turn Off your VPN which Protects Your Device From Internet Outside Attacks to be able to Purchase Items is an EPIC FAIL! Example: You can No Longer search or purchase in privacy and securely via VPN. If you turn off your VPN and travel frequently you cannot use the App from any other location other then the billing location for your credit card on file. Bare in mind the App will allow you to purchase items but then cancel your order without explaining the reason(s) why because of the billing address verification features in the current update(s) January 2023. What ever happened to “If it Ain’t Broke Don’t Fix it” and “Keep It Simple Stupid (K.I.S.S. Method)?” One reason might be because evidently they have never need(ed) you to update your CVV or Expiration Date Numbers on the Credit Card on File. Go back to the tried and true rather than coming up with another convoluted methodology to be different then the other corporate citizens..

Absolutely atrocious recently. I have enjoyed this app, and it is absolutely amazing, obviously for what it allows us to do at its core. It completes its biggest purpose which is allowing you to shop, add things to your cart, and pay for items. However, on the tech side of things, there is a number of serious issues recently that seems to be unaddressed. For example, when you touch reviews, it loads a bunch of recommended products, and actually does not take you to the review section. You have to scroll all the way to the top of the page and then touch the reviews again to now go to the reviews, because of all of the recommended products that were loaded directly into your point of view. Very poor design choice. Another major issue seems to be that for a majority of product pages, you will be taken to an error screen, and the page will refuse to load. One more thing I will mention I have noticed as a glitch, is that when using airplay, anytime you encounter an ad that has a video component to it, it will forcefully play on whatever airplay device you were using at the moment. It will not ask your permission, it will just immediately take over on that device. I definitely need these simple things fixed before I can reinstate my five star score.

Late. I ordered something for a friends birthday and was expecting it on Thursday (today). It’s running late and got delayed till Saturday or Sunday! This may seem like a small delay but this friends birthday is on Saturday and I will be extremely busy on Saturday, so I will likely come back late to receive it Saturday evening. At that point my friends birthday is pretty much over. The worst part is that for free shipping it would have been delivered on Saturday, but I paid $6 extra just to have it arrive two days early, and what do you know I pay extra and it arrives the same time it would have if I got free shipping. I know because of Covid there has been many problems with shipping but this is still very irritating. Overall though, still a good app if you can afford having a few orders delayed (luckily my other two orders came on time)

Best App Ever!. Amazon’s App and Website is fantastic. But there app is wonderful. You can shop for anything at the top of your fingers. There app is easy to us and have great products and have a lot different items. It’s so easy to use and the app is well organized. You are able to track and see where your packages at without any hassle. And your packages come in time just like it will say when you order something. They nail it on delivery timing. I love this app and everyone I know loves it and I would recommend this and and having a prime member is great too but even without one you can still get whatever you are pretty much looking for. So I rate this app five stars. And my packages are on time and handled with care and the people you deliver are nice and respectful.

New UI is bloated and broken. The new UI is terrible. Instead of tidy text menus I have to scroll through a whole page of visual lists with horizontally scrolling images . It takes so long to find anything now. It’s overwhelming and uses so much space that often the thing I’m looking for is beyond the bottom of the screen. Having a fixed menu on the bottom is just bad design. Less vertical space and not where people look for a menu. It also rotates to portrait orientation on every screen change. How did QA miss that? This app is nearly unusable on iPad now. If it’s the same bloated UI on the phone I feel sorry for phone users having to scroll endlessly to find what they’re looking for. The UX team needs to do more research before they roll out another frustrating redesign. Design should make life easier. If users have to put in more effort (more scrolling, more searching the screen, tapping through more options) then it’s bad design.

Latest iOS upgrade is hideous.. The latest upgrade for this app is absolutely atrocious and stupid. Nothing works! Who’s bright idea was it to move the search bar down to the bottom of the phone? Why would you all do that and not make it optional for the clients? I keep accidentally hitting it thinking I’m hitting something else, if you all copied this from the iPhone interface that was dumb as a cow drinking pig milk because at least apple let its users DECIDE if they wanted the search bar at the bottom or top of their safari browsers. THEN why oh why is it when I click my little heart/save to list button it no longer lets me choose which list to save it to? Whoever signed off on these decisions is an idiot and did not think about UI or UX at all. And if the person reading this who designed it doesn’t know what UI or UX stands for they should have never been allowed to make these changes. An inconvenience waste of space.

Sharing Items with people.. I’ve been using this app for years now and it’s great. However I’m actually writing to give feedback about something. When trying to share a product there is only one way that I’m aware of. The new option that I noticed is “Ask For Friend’s Advice”. This doesn’t make sense to me as customers might not be asking for advice, but just instead want to share the item link. The recipient may find this confusing. This was the case for me recently. I’ve done this by text and shows a picture of the product with a link that will take you directly to it, which is as simple it should be. So aside from the criticism from me, I think it’s a clever idea but there should also be the option to just share without asking for advice.

Search Bar. Ok, I get it Apple made a change where the search bar was at the bottom and apparently it was a little popular. But at least they were smart and knew that a large part of their customers didn’t/wouldn’t want the search bar at the bottom, and they did what every company should do, which is give their loyal customers the choice to customize their experience and enjoy the company’s product. Because when the customer doesn’t like a change that is forced down their throat, they feel like they aren’t valued and if a company doesn’t value their customers, why should they have any customers at all? I hate the search bar at the bottom, however I know some people like it there, so my suggestion is please (be like Apple) give every customer a choice as to where the search bar goes. With it at the bottom I keep accidentally hitting it messing everything up, and making the app useless to me.

I genuinely hope they go out of business. This company has constant scandals and claims of fraud laid against them, and their most recent update to the app doesn’t help their case in anyway, They took away the ability to screenshot a product, Now why would you replace the screenshot functionality with the functionality of the share menu? Because you’re trying to obfuscate how much the pricing is being manipulated. They’re not hiding it, why still have share button right next to the product when your just going to make screenshotting open the same menu, These scum will increase the price of a product because you left it in your cart for 2 days, they know you want it so why not jack up that price a few bucks, or if it’s something you’ve searched for multiple times, same thing, Genuinely this company should be shut down, Yes they’re convenient, but should convenience force you to deal with constantly increasing shady business practices, Bezos should be in prison

iPad version full of bugs. I expect a better iPad version from the largest richest conglomerate company in the world. The iPad version hasn’t had an update released in a very long time, looks and functions different than iPhone version, looks and acts like it hasn’t been updated in 5 years. iPhone version looks and works much better and efficiently (except the lists section which is counter intuitive on iPhone version). iPad version has dozens of frustrating bugs - to look at a picture closer is hilarious, to scroll through search results defaults back to page 1 of your search each time which is scandalous, when you click on a product the page loads and expands for several seconds and takes a while for it to line up with other hyperlinks which is amateur. Who is in charge of Amazon’s app developing? They need to have the awareness of keeping all apps on Apple devices the same, update the versions at the same time with the same look, make sure the iPad version is up to date and working perfectly like the iPhone version does.

Filters reset and starts back at first page every time I select a product and return to the listings. Every time I click a product for details and then go back to the listings, I cannot continue scrolling from where I left off because it always goes back to the beginning no matter what page I’m on. Not only that, but it resets any filters or sorting preferences that I had selected for my search. This is a new and extremely frustrating issue, I’ve had the app for many years and this is the first time it’s happened. It’s quite a simple issue, but it’s to the point that it’s easier to shop elsewhere because i dont want to restart the shopping search every time I want to add a product to my cart. Please do something about this I don’t know if it’s just me or some small thing in the latest update but either way it has a large impact and it needs to be resolved.

Sponsored Items. You have to pay very close attention when searching for something. You could have 30 search words so you can make sure to get a very specific item and BAM sponsored items. It would not be bad but these sponsored items are not based on ALL or even half your search criteria. The first 2 items are ALWAYS sponsored and 90% wrong item. Keep counting, there will be 4 sponsored items in the first 10 items. I can’t tell you how many times I am searching and comparing items only to find what I ordered or about to order is wrong. Then I see it was a sponsored items where I overlooked the size or color. I have returned or cancelled items because of this. Very inconvenient! Yes I should pay better attention, but when your search yields 2000 items, you start to quickly filter out junk and expect you are looking at what you need.

Update stinks. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. But someone thought they needed to update the layout of the app. I think I speak for a number of us that we have muscle memory when it comes to apps. You don’t even think about it and instinctively hit the buttons where you want to go. At first it was moving the bottom buttons. So now there’s a light bulb in place of the acct button. So now I have to get used to a new position for that button. Now wishlist are changed. So instead of automatically being in your default wishlist you are in a list that has every single thing you’ve ever added. You gave to find the list you want up top. And NOW they’ve moved the search button to the bottom instead of the top. So while you are typing what you’re looking for you not only have to track what you are writing below you have to track what’s popping up above. It’s not easy on the eyes. Terrible layout. Just go back to the way it was.

Recent version has orientation bugs. I’ve searched the webpage for a way to report a bug to no avail. I always keep my iPad in landscape mode. Recently upon opening it switches to portrait mode, sometimes cutting off the bottom half the screen as if it doesn’t exist. I have to tilt my iPad to portrait and then back to landscape which sometimes fixes it, most of the time the cutting of the screen gets worse or it ignores that I did anything and laughs in my face. I just tried to submit a review and noticed it also for some reason had zoomed in on the page a bit cutting off right side of the screen. I could see it if I pinched the view in, but I couldn’t scroll right or keep it zoomed out which made writing the review extremely difficult. As-is the app is nearly unusable for me and until its fixed I’ll be forced to use the web interface which isn’t quite as nice to use as the app.

Request: Option to Move Items from Cart to Wishlist. The app makes a lot of things easy enough to navigate right on a phone, but a feature it used to have (long ago) that I greatly miss was the option to move things directly from “Saved for Later” in cart… smoothly scooting/sending them to whatever wishlist we wanted to use. I have things categorized in lists - often by person or home/life function or business necessity, etc. and would really like the option to move things smoothly from the cart (where we generally add things for ease of use when saving options to compare) right into the wishlist we prefer once the individual items have been selected for the future purpose. It would just help a lot. Please add that option/feature ASAP. I’d love to move things from cart to the lists I choose without having to visit the individual item listing/sale pages. Thanks!

Almost perfect except………. This app is great, but there is one quirk they really need to fix. It is super annoying when you are looking through your wishlist, decide to open something to look at it closer, and then you return to the wish list-where it takes you back to the very top of the list. It’s irritating, and it makes me give up because I have to start from the beginning and scroll all the way down. So how about you Guys brainstorm, and make app users like me happy and get me back to where I left off on my wish list, instead of me having to start over multiple times and finally giving up because it’s annoying. I’m sure Jeff Bezos wouldn’t be happy to find out that his users are not purchasing as much as they would because of this quirk in the app.

Are Optional Delivery Instructions Not Mandatory for Drivers to Read?. Three times now I have had a package incorrectly delivered or delayed. One put it in the wrong mailbox, which is crazy because they are all labeled with the building number and letter which is stated in the address line. The second put it on the wrong doorstep and it got stolen. The third, now, is delaying it because I wasn't home despite me asking in the delivery instructions for it to be left on the doorstep. I need the package Monday morning. I imagine it isn't coming, because the driver kept closing the chat before I could respond. I could understand if it was a $50+ package, but it wasn't. And the driver before this one had no issue leaving my $75 package on the wrong doorstep. So one of them clearly isn't following protocol here regarding that if there is a policy about more expensive packages. Like seriously, this is why I canceled my prime subscription and now I'm about to just delete the app as a whole.

What happened to the app??. It’s become a carbon copy of the website on my iPad Pro, and I absolutely hate its cluttered appearance. Why have this “roll over image to view detail”, when I could so easily pinch and zoom the high definition images in the previous versions? Why can’t I scroll through images anymore, instead having to go back each time to click one by one? Who thinks that this is progress??? Bring the old version back! It was much easier to navigate! Oh! And as was mentioned by so many other customers, what happened to the read reviews link? Used to be so simple. Now it’s like a scavenger hunt to find where you can actually go to read the reviews. I am so disgusted with all this, I’ve actually started using my Walmart app more than ever before.

Not letting me review items.. I wanted to review a sign of Mr. Miyagi, and rate it 1 star. However, the app would not allow me to do so. After my problem, I did some research and found out that I need to spend $50 on the app in order to make a review. I think this is unjust and I just want to write a review to show my hatred for Daniel LaRusso, but the app won’t let me. I’m not spending because I don’t have a job, and my master instructor will do anything but pay me. Don’t worry though, because me and my best friend Joey Z will be getting hired in the middle of September. Which is funny cause it will be on the 21st. If you’re understanding my joke, in the song September, they say “Do you remember the 21st night, last September” So once I get hired, and I am getting paid, the first thing I will do with my new found money is spend it all on Cobra Kai merch (not miyagi do) until I have wanted $50. Then I will write my negative review of the hot headed champion of the 1984 and 1985 All Valley tournament. And once I do that I will be happy and delete this review of the app. Much love, Duncan 🦇

MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY THAT WON’T MALE AN APP THAT WORKS PROPERLY. It takes too long to load during checkout. It does not save your options when you go back or after you prequalify for Affirm. You just enter all the information again such as multiple addresses, gift selections, gift words, payment options, and delivery dates. If you added an item by mistake, you must delete it because the only two options are change address or delete this instead save to cart. I expect more from a Fortune 500 company. Technical support should be using this app over and over looking for ways to improve it and fix glitches. This is simple stuff that is being overlooked. Please fix this ASAP. Update: Once I qualified for Affirm, I had to go back and enter all the information again, taking 15 minutes. When I went to pay with Affirm, it asked me to qualified again. When you try to hit continue, it takes you back to the main page and you have to start over for checkout. This is UNSAT.

Inaccurate delivery date. I’ve been using this app and company for years now and it’s been all good and well, but not without issues. My main issue is that when you go to purchase something, it gives you a delivery date window, which I use to see if it will be delivered on a day that I’m off of work. But once the order is processed, it ALWAYS gives a different delivery estimated window. I understand that estimations are estimations, but the fact that it’s always incorrect is quite frustrating, and I’d rather not have an initial estimation at all. I’d like to be home for the delivery, or at least be able to change my options if not. I go back to see if I can pick it up at a locker instead and it doesn’t even give me that option. It’s just disappointing. Otherwise, everything else works as intended.

Progressively worse. More and more it’s harder to find things I know are available due to the results bringing up all sorts of things that have nothing to do with my search. The filters consistently remove items which makes it harder to compare without going through tons of pages. So many items are listed multiple times with no difference in price, seller, item, or prime availability which only makes searching tedious. Lately when I search for something I’ve bought it’s no longer at the top of results but gets removed from my list which is inconvenient. Finally the new layout to me is objectively worse for functionality but was pushed through because it looks “nicer” to whoever developed it. It loads slower, less shows up on the screen due to everything being 50% larger for some reason, and has made it slower browsing. Now I’ll be less likely to use the app to buy things more spur of the moment and buy fewer more necessary items on desktop.

Annoying.. Hands down the most annoying thing about this app is trying to see reviews left on products. God forbid you try to open a photo to view a product and swipe through other photo reviews. That would be too simple. You have to open and close each picture to see them, even if they’re part of the same review. However, if you look at the view all feature, there’s suddenly no problem in swiping through photo reviews. Makes no sense. Also, can’t tell you how many times I’ve been scrolling quickly through products and accidentally swipe the screen and lose my place since I’m forced to move back a screen. The app is so sensitive that just a simple caress and I’m no longer reading product descriptions and I’m back at the home page. You would think that a company that makes billions of dollars almost every day can afford to pay to have better app integration and UI/UX, or, you know, pay their employees more.

So disappointed . Read this!. They charged me twice for the same order. This took all my money right before Christmas. Then, when I talk to the first rep about it they lie to me and say it didn’t happen, that I just didn’t understand. When I told them I’m looking at my bank app with two identical charges, they say “oh ok I see” it turns out they weren’t even looking at the order. When I told them how upset I was that I would be broke on Christmas because my money wouldn’t be back for 3-5 business days, they offered me a 5 dollar credit. I have never been so insulted. They escalate me twice for a supervisor to tell me “well technically we didn’t take your money, we put a hold on it”. Whatever you want to call it. I can’t spend my money for 3-5 days. I spend thousands of dollars there and this is how I’m treated. They refuse to do anything for the trouble they have caused. The supervisor refused to let me talk to a manager. She basically said, go ahead and report me. I can’t believe this. Just wow. Taking my business somewhere else.

Search is awful. Update: search is still useless. iPad app is crap. Update: still awful. You can type an item title in word for word and STILL never find the item. I absolutely hate how crippled the search is. They want to steer you to certain products. You can’t use search tools like dog toys -cat -cats -food to keep the keyword spammers out You can’t filter by same day ship. “Add up to $35 worth” welll it’s real hard to do that when you don’t let us search by that criteria. You get different results depending on the search order. Filter by price-lowest and th search results CHANGE they just aren’t resorted. You can’t use “search only” or a model number. Type a model, the singular, 100% unique, ONLY model number you want and it will throw you a million non related results. You can’t use quotes to restrict a search like “Sony headphones” or will simply show you all headphones. It’s so AGGRAVATING THAT I OFTEN HAVE TO SHOP ON EBAY BECAUSE I CAN’T FIND THE ITEM IN THE WASTELAND OF UNRELATED RESULTS. What I hate the most is KNOWING This is Not a bug, it’s very much on purpose.
