Terrible tracking service. I never had any issues with my fashion nova arriving on time, mind you I’m over seas stationed in japan so i understand that shipping can be up to 3 weeks. I placed an order on November 2nd, it was an outfit for my baby shower and it was said to deliver december 2nd, my baby shower is on december 4th. When the time came, my package STILL didn’t arrive so I contacted support asking for a refund and they told me I can’t get one until my package is delivered etc and my package is on the way. So i had to buy another outfit for my baby shower and I noticed the delivery date went from december 3rd to 10th to 15th to the 23rd. On december 12th I contacted support AGAIN and cussed them out in an email saying I want my money back because it’s been OVER A MONTH since i ordered my package, the next day they responded saying they can either replace the product or give me a full refund and OF COURSE i demanded to get my money back because it’s ridiculous that my package has not arrived after 6 WEEKS OF WAITING. Overall i got my money back so if anyone is having the same issue keep emailing support.

Was in love but now I feel very disappointed. I really love fashion nova, but this last purchase experience has been a nightmare. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service trying to find out why only half of my items were sent and no refund or any notification email or explanation has been sent to me as to why I only received half of my order. Additionally, the customer care rep keeps referring to another order # that isn’t the one I’m talking about and she keeps responding with “copy and paste” customer care responses and not actually helping me find out why I’m not receiving my refund. Like I said, I’ve got a closet full of FN but this whole experience has really put a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t know if I’ll continue to shop with you guys if you can’t get your “system” under control. The whole “our system is unable to recognize when things are over-purchased and go out of stock” crap is complete bogus and looks really bad on your part. we shouldn’t even be able to add things let alone purchase them to our cart if it is out of stock. “overselling” an item is not a way to keep business either. I hope this issue gets resolved but I am very weary and honestly unmotivated to buy anything else right now. I missed out on all the Black Friday/ Cyber Monday deals because of this mess.

DO NOT PURCHASE ON THIS SIDE WED. I had always had successful purchases with this site wed; but 2 weeks ago I made 2 purchase orders and for some reason they were sent to my billing address and not to my regular shipping address, then I lost these two packages since I sent many emails trying to contact someone to notify me of the error and that was fixed before the shipment was made but I was never answered back , the same instant I realized the error I tried to cancel it (we talked about I made the order and the minute I tried to fix the error ) but they do not give you option to cancel. I've also been trying to communicate to your customer service line and it's never working, I was in the chat they offer as support but it didn't work next to the 6 emails you send. The last email I received is that my order was delivered; which wasn't so because my billing address is my sister's house and she never received any package. And now I'm waiting for my second package to be lost too. DO NOT PURCHASE ON THIS SITE WED THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES OF ONLINE PURCHASES INVESTED ON GOOGLE AND WILL AE WILL NOTICE THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE INA DEMANDAN FOR HAVING NO CANCELLATION POLICY AND MORE. NO COMPREN EN ESTA PÁGINA ANTERIORMENTE YA HA TENIDO MILLONARIAS DEMANDAS POR NO SEGUIR POLÍTICAS DE ENVÍO ( como darte un tracking number ) O DEVOLUCION DE DINERO.

Overall good fashion app but not best for tall women. If there was one thing I’d want Fashion Nova to do it would be to add a separate tall section. Yes, they have the option for tall jeans and their amazing! And I myself am an avid consumer of their tall options for jeans. But I want extra length in my shirts, hoodies, blouses and pants! More times I find my hoodies/long sleeved blouses pulling up over my wrists and lifting from the bottom when I move or stretch. And a lot of the time I am having to do more research before making final decisions on most items I like. I mostly ends up getting psyched out because of previous purchases and wasted money on really cute tops that I don’t wear cause they’re not long enough. Or I’m having to buy bigger sizes than needed just to get that extra length but then the clothes end up swallowing me. Their jeans are amazing for tall girls, but that’s it. I NEVER buy pants like Yoga, leggings, sweat pants or even the cute skinny business trousers because they won’t even come down to my ankles. I’ll always buy from Fashion Nova cause they are the only fashion brand to have both affordable and fashionable clothes! And also because I’ve learn to navigate through the app in what to get and what to look out for, but that does leave me on missing out of most of Fashion Nova’s really cute tops and pants all because they don’t have enough length on them.

great potential. Love this brand. Clothing is very sexy and everything I’ve purchased never missed. Although, as I am someone who is real skinny and a true xxs/23-24 in denim it is hard to online shop because this size usually isn’t an option & sizes are so different everywhere. It is hard to get a perfect fit in most cases. Usually, I’ll just go with options where others have scored the item to run small but this app would be so much more clutch if we had an option to see picture review. I like it because that way you have a chance of getting a good idea of the fit of the item. There’s been sooo many fire pieces I wanted but didn’t want to risk buying if they are “true to size” or run big based off other users. Also, there is minor tech issues that could be better. The filters and search function would be more helpful if they were a little more accurate. Other than that, thank you fashion nova, birthday outfits OTW🫶🏼🤭

Horrible Customer Service. I was very happy after I placed and order for the 1st time in the app, they said I will get an email confirmation with my order number and I never received such email. On the app the order never showed so I contacted Fashion Nova for them to help me with this issue. It took them 3 days to replay to my request and another 2 days to let me know the status of the order. After I finally received it, everything was perfect except for a dress that I need to return, since I never had any confirmation of this order in the first place I can’t return it on my own so I contact again Fashion Nova Customer Support, they took another 2 days to respond and the lady replay that I needed to do the return online, this is after I explain why I couldn’t do it that way, so basically she didn’t not read my email so I explained her again. This happed 4 days ago and I have not received anything from them. Definitely this will be my last purchase from them. The cloth has good quality but dealing with them is a hassle. Horrible, Horrible!!!!!!

Lost my business. I lived for fashion nova. I love there sales and I love the clothes and shoes, however I made an order and i never received it. I reached out to them and they told me they were not responsible for me not receiving my thing because the shipper said it was delivered. That was just the beginning this order was over $200 and again I’m not new to them I shop so much I can be an ambassador for the company. I explained to them I checked my cameras and never received my order. I then ask for this shippers info In which they did provide. I contacted the shipper and the shipper did there investigation and stated the lost the package that they would contact fashion nova and let them no my passage was not delivered and provide me a copy of the letter and for me to follow up with FN. I did everything on my end because I never wanted a refund just my merchandise I was so looking forward to. Fashion nova told me pretty much I will not receive another shipment nor my refund. I’m so angry they really lost a loyal customer. Watch out !!!

Love this app BUT needs some work. I love the fact that I have a fashion nova app at the tip of my passcode... I enjoy being able to see all my options and placing everything in a cart.. something about doing it all on an app that satisfies me... However, this app needs some tweaks here and there... for example, I wish I can see other buyers reviews on all the items (that’s certainly helpful) also, filtering the options on categories (filtering price, color, size, etc) that’s also very helpful and all this is on the site so I don’t see why it isn’t on the app... I also feel as if the app doesn’t have ALL of the clothes on there. When I used to search on the website it would take me hours to go through MOST of the products but on the app I’m done in minutes. Am I missing something? Haha. Other than all my critics, the app is great and I am glad fashion nova has one ;)

Yikes. I really likes fashion nova to begin with but its just too much inconvenience at this point. Some items are basically a hit or miss. Then at one point they refused to let me return my item since I guess they count the 30 days from when I ordered it & not when I received it. Then I had to pay shipping even though they advertised free shipping. When I asked if I could get a refund because I basically paid for shipping for no reason, they said I couldn't because its already been done even though I was supposed to get free shipping. Then 2 day shipping is at least a week in which I also complained about in an email because again, I paid for faster shipping which I skill didn't get. Another inconvenient time was when i order two by mistake and i could not cancel or return the item. Then most recently, my two day shipping came 10 days after the "two day shipping" with missing items & when i reached out to them, no one answers their emails or phone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally a little after it hit 5, they said they were closed and couldn't help even though i called before 5. After this last order, i can no longer go through this struggle again. I think I’ll stick with somewhere more reliable.

Horrible. I’m not a “write a review” type of person but trust me I could not refrain from this. I’ve only ever ordered from here once and that will be my last time, why? Because I never got my order. I ordered 2 dresses on July 8th, when I go back to to check in my tracking, July 14th. It said my package had been delivered. I never received and updates on tracking, which I signed up for notifications. Then when I try to contact support multiple times to try to get it fixed they first tell me to ask my neighbors and give it 48 hours to see if it would show up. I did and it never came and not to mention I have a freaking ring doorbell camera at my front door as well and 2 of my neighbors and NO ONE has any footage of LSO (loan star overnight shipping company) coming to my home! And when I send in that information nothing, absolutely no response when they had been responding with in hours telling me there is nothing they can do and now that I have proof that no one ever came to my door, radio silence. I can not even put into words how upset I am with Fashion nova.

Never had any issues up until my last order…. I’ve shopping with FN for a while now and I’ve never really had any real complaints until I recently ordered about 14 items and I didn’t receive an email from FN saying that one of my items was out of stock. I got a message from SHOP saying that I was refunded for the set but when I looked on my FN account, I didn’t see a credit. The item was “Wrong way sweater pants set in green”; Everything else in my order is “on its way” except for that set. Never received a “cancellation or out of stock” email and when I tried to submit an email saying something was wrong to your support team it said that my email and order number were wrong. I logged out of my account and logged back in the email is correct. Used my order number to track my package and that’s also correct. Soo what’s going on?!?!? Tired to send different emails and I’m still receiving the same message every time “We couldn’t find any orders with that order number and email. The order number must match the email you used at checkout. Please check your entries and try again” Never had this happen before and honestly thinking about taking my business somewhere else form now on if this doesn’t get fixed.

Horrible. I ordered a dress 19 days ago for my birthday. Overnight shipping too. I ordered it at the beginning of the week to get it by that Saturday. I checked the next day and they said it would be shipped by the next day... okay awesome. It never came so I checked again and the shipping date changed to that Friday. The day before my birthday party. Okay. Thennn later the shipping date changed to MONDAY. So I never got the dress on time for my birthday. Didn’t even get it for Christmas... or New Years. The date keeps getting pushed further and further along. Keep in mind that I paid for ONE DAY SHIPPING. Now I’m supposed to get the dress sometime next week but seeing how the trend is, I doubt I’ll even get it then. I’ve tried contacting fashionnova only to be completely ignored by them, and my friend who got me my gift card for my birthday also contacted them a while back but they had the worst possible customer service with her and I almost didn’t even get the gift card for my birthday. You would think a huge brand like this would be better about treating their customers like humans but no. They’re just as fake and plastic as the models they use. Thanks for partially ruining my birthday

Please fix the favorites issue!. I love fashion nova so much. I have such a difficult time getting off the app. I want to buy almost everything lol. The clothes are cute and the shipping is pretty fast. Everything seems to process swiftly and accurately. The are two issues for me though. There was a dress and when I clicked on it to see it enlarged it was a completely different dress. I had to scroll down further to see the dress I was actually interested in. My second issue and the biggest one is how my favorites do not save. One day I had at least 100 things in my favorites and I went back when I was ready to buy some and every single one was gone. My sister has had the same problem as well. Please fix this issue. I always have to pull things back up when I would like to purchase them or I lose them altogether. I’ve realized I can favorite something then scroll down just a little bit and the favorite disappears.

Terrible customer service!! And shipping. So I ordered 6 items 3 days before the Black Friday sale. In the “shipping and processing” sections it states that it’ll take 3-7 days for your items to be processed then put into transit and 3-7 days for your items to be shipped to u it took a total of 10 days ( Black Friday, cyber monday, and cardi b collection ) had all happened AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER!! and they blamed tht they were flooded with orders from those sales as to why my clothes were out of stock and my order had to be refunded not because they wanted to by the way but because I wanted to cancel my order. So I gave them benefit of the doubt because i really like fashion nova and this was the first time this had happened to me as I’ve order from them previously and it went great I got my clothes in less than 5 days. So I ordered 8 more items Dec 1 and here it is dec 8 and I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN ANYTHING BUT THE SAME EMAIL I GOT THE FIRST ABOUT HOLIDAY CARE!! So this will surely be my absolute LAST TIME ORDERING ANYTHING FROM FASHION NOVA! I feel they should not taking ANY OF YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED!!!

Needs work. This app could be useful but could use a lot of work. For starters, the wishlist you create disappears and reappears whenever it pleases. You cannot tell if items you may be interested in are available in other colors until you select on the actual item. However, once you select the item, it lists more available colors than there actually is. There has been a recent update to the app but it has done nothing but made items more complicated to find and search through. For instance, before the update if you searched an item it would give the results in picture forms you could clearly see, scroll, and shop through. Since the update, the items appear in a small list form that is hard to view and you must click each item to clearly see. To cut down on the inconvenience and bugs you’re better off shopping the actual site.

Horrible. So, I never ordered from FN. I needed a dress for my work Christmas party and I needed by a certain date. I ordered the dress FULL PRICE(when it was on sale for $27 with the Black Friday sale) long story. They said I’ll get the dress December 17,2019.... okay cool. The party is December 19, 2019 so I have time right??? Wrong. They haven’t shipped anything. No email or text update as to why it’s taking so long to process my order and ship it. No notifications at all but you took my money with no problem. I email them, I get an automated email response. Try to call and get a automated message and they hang up. So I call better business bureau and FTC and filed a complaint and also having my bank dispute a charge because I agreed to December 17 not the 19 and when I check earlier today, the date was pushed to December 24,2019. This company needs to go out of business and someone needs to sue them. I’m highly disappointed.

Bad Experience will never shop with them again. Good but not that good. Fashion nova charges u 2 day shipping no matter what. There is no option for u not to pay 2 day shipping but what really pisses me off is that they make u pay 2 day shipping and then they take forever to deliver EVEN IF U PAID. So where I’m getting at is no matter if u get something under I guess $75 then u most likely gonna pay 2 day shipping even if ur items don’t come in 2 days. Another downside is that the clothes will always look good on those models, might not look the same on u cuz the different body types. Not everyone is slim thick. BUTTTTTTTT the only reason why I will continue buying for fashion nova is cuz there clothes are cute and the prices is cheap but most of there Quality is good. The only thing is the jewelry. Mine turn greenish and had that medal smell after a couple months but never really had a problem with there clothes

I love the brand of fashion nova but I am disappointed. Everything was great until it wasn’t.. I have ordered from fashion nova multiple times and everything was always great, but recently an order was said to be delivered but it actually wasn’t. I have been at home everyday and can confidently say it wasn’t stolen, it was just never delivered at all. When I reported it to fashion nova they basically said: “we sent it so it is no longer our problem, good luck finding it!” We then reached out to the company they used to deliver it to us and saw that the company itself is a 1 star overall delivery service. I have reached out to them as well but have failed to receive a response. It is upsetting to see the lack of care they have for their customers. I understand that they sent the order so there might not be much that they can do to find it, but they should at least resort to sending their packages with better delivery services. Needless to say I don’t feel comfortable ordering from this app anymore.

Delivery is bad. Update: 4 weeks and 4 days later, still no clothes no refund. I got an email stating my request has been escalated 3 weeks ago 🤦🏽‍♀️ $250 and no clothes. Order is 2 days late, no way to contact customer service. When you call it directs you to the website then hangs up. The website doesn’t give much updates on your package. I call LSO the shipping company they use and they didn’t receive the package just a ticket for my order. Later on I checked the website again an it finally updates to my package arriving 4 days later than it originally stated. Not a store you can order from on short notice, give two weeks time to receive anything. They should add 5 days to their shipping delivery dates. First and last time buying from them. Final update: never received not one item or refund, or store credit. No customer service to contact. They will never get another penny from me. Oh and I purchased it through PayPal and they would not let me reverse the transaction. This is a joke of a company.

Tweak the App a bit more. I am not one to submit reviews but I love your clothing and I would like to continue shopping but I mostly use my phone and so I thought I’d ask about tweaking the app to our liking. I’m sure I am not the only one to have suggested this. Anyways, when you select collections then the collection you want let’s say jeans and then while you’re viewing the jeans it doesn’t let you just go back to the list of collections. When I slide from the left side of my iPhone. Just the menu comes up. It’s very irritating and a waste of time. Also please provide filter options. I should be allowed to view from most popular or price. It’s ridiculous that I have to keep scrolling until I find something I both like and that has good reviews and is within my price range. Lastly but not most importantly, it would be wonderful to see customers photos as well. The models used are extremely thin around the waist and they’re so unrealistic. Seriously continue using the models. Whatever but allow us to see real pics of people actually wearing the clothes as well. Thank you.

User Friendly. My first ever Fashionnova purchase and I was pleased with the functionality of the app. I started off with the link from Instagram, within that link, it prompted me to download the app...best decision. Sifting thru the pages and going back and forth was a breeze AND QUICK. Maybe the best shopping app I’ve experienced. However, everything I liked, I added to my bag. I didn’t need to save anything so I don’t know how that works. I love when you can easily add and delete from your favs/saved list. Checkout was also pretty simple and most of all creating your login. Usually sites make you go thru so much. I’m hoping this won’t result in a security concern later on. I heard about the long delivery times, I’m hoping that won’t be the case for me. Overall, I’m happy with my experience thus far...will update once received packages.

Delivery problems and bad customer care!!. After my recent experience. I will never shop with fashonova again. I made 3 orders on 3 separate accounts in the same day due to contemplating and a busy schedule. 2 of my packages arrived the same day with no issues. The last order which was the first one I made did not arrive. I put in a issue and it said to wait 2 days to see if it’ll turn up. I wait, still no package I put in another saying that I never received it and they sent me a picture of my package at a WRONG house and said that since it was delivered they couldn’t help me or issue a refund. They also suggested that I look around or ask neighbors for my package. The photo showed a very small part of whatever house or building with no house number the package was sent to, so even if I wanted to I could not go and ask about my package. Also even if I could, that was a very unsafe suggestion to give to a black woman. Me not willing to put my life in danger over a mistake I did not make I put in another issue stating that is was not my house where I received another email stating the same thing. There is not a number to call to speak to a representative about the issue nor can I send a picture to show that it was delivered to the wrong place.

App for what?!. Came to complain and noticed that many are having the same problem. At this point I feel like FN is beyond customer service! Who cares about the little people that made this company now?! 1st., The app is a complete waste of space and time! Biggest complaint is that I can’t save favorites! What an inconvenience to go to spend your money and have to search through 100,000 items and you either can’t find it or now that you have it’s sold out! Or how about actually ordering an item or 4 in my case only to find out through email that not only do they not have what you were able to put in your cart and pay for but now your stuck with a store credit! That’s ludicrous!! Why let me check out with items if you know it’s out of stock?! I’ve learned to read the reviews more bc sometimes people say in the review section “this items out of stock, don’t purchase!” Smh I’ve erased and downloaded the multiple times to the point of erasing and just saving the actual website page to my home screen! It’s basically a hit or miss with FN! You either have really good luck or it’s terrible!

Read this carefully....Fashion Nova. Okay, so where do I even start? Fashion Nova has never disappointed me before. I ordered all these outfits to have my bf and I matching for my birthday, which passed on July 22nd..... I didn’t get another part of my order. I’m missing one item, so I wrote FN and I was told that I was supposed to say something 2 days after. Okay if you send me an update saying that you are still preparing to send my last item out, why tf would you tell me there’s nothing you can do? There is something you can do! I’ll tell you right now since y’all don’t have good customer service skills: Give me my money back, and there will be no complaints! If I call, I bet you will communicate better. Okay I’m done snapping. Fashion Nova please get it together, because I really like your clothes and I don’t want your company to go anywhere. All I want is my money back if you’re not going to send my last item. That’s it.

Worrrrrst Costumer Service. First time user here and most definitely my last. I ordered a couple pairs of pants back on Dec 20 and given that it was around the holidays I understood/expected the full 12 business day shipping maximum (shipping policy) without any problem. After 12 business days go by I start to question where my package is. Also note that my app keeps pushing out my “estimated delivery date” every time I checked but this would happen EVERY SINGLE DAY. So finally after no costumer service number to find on their website I send them an email. Which keep in mind also takes a couple days to get a response. After a week of going back and forth the representative tells me my package was delivered on Dec 21 and to check with my neighbors. LOL what a joke, there is no way in hell that was the truth, the site clearly states it takes up to two days to process the order EXCLUDING weekends. My order was placed on a Friday at 12pm. So let’s be reasonable here please. The very least Fashion Nova could have done would be to own up to their mistake and get me my order ASAP. I would of been happy. But what did they do?? The representative asked me to file a claim for my package! And once received it will take an 10 business days to be sorted out. Still no guarantee that I am getting my order ANY time soon. Sooooo with that said, if you really think it’s worth the risk/headache go for it. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere in the future. ✌️

First and Last time buying from this company. I don’t normally write reviews but I am livid at this point. I ordered 3 pairs of pants once it arrives I notice one of the pants is missing it’s button, I contact customer support by email because there is NO phone number to speak to someone. On top of getting defective items I started a return and I had to pay for the return myself $7.99 to ship it back, I get an email saying they received my return but cannot issues me a refund to my original payment and they will be giving me an e-gift card that I can ONLY use at their store, I was told prior that I would receive my refund to the original payment and I’ve contacted them twice about it only to be sent a copy paste from the first email that they DO NOT issue refunds but only store credit.. like? What? I’ve never seen a company that is legitimate not offer the option to refund to the original payment. Mind you these purchases were gifts as Christmas is around the corner and they were defective so now I have no products and no refund, and now I have it set in my mind I’m never buying from fashion nova ever again. But now I have store credit to a store I don’t wanna support any longer. So if you buy from them make sure you absolutely love what you’re buying and that it’s going to fit cause the refund process is a nightmare. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all.

Love their clothes & fast shipping!. So my experience when I ordered Fashion Nova for the first time last week is exactly why I’m writing this review as well as why I ordered more clothes two days later. I ordered five items, all inexpensive and really cute. I was hoping they would be as cute in person as they were online. My clothes came and looked exactly as they did on the app, the quality was amazing, and the sizing was true to size except for one bodysuit which was honestly my fault because I didn’t read that the material wasn’t very stretchy— but now I know to order a size up and I’m DEFINITELY purchasing that bodysuit if and when it is in stock again, just in a bigger size. I decided to choose overnight+Saturday shipping (I placed my order on a Thursday). Got my order on Saturday morning. I was skeptical whether or not it was really going to come on Saturday but it did and I was really happy with how quick it came and how easy it was to track. After shopping here once, I honestly can’t even see myself shopping at any other online store. Now to the app... I have had absolutely no problems with glitching as others have described. Maybe I’m just lucky, but so far the app has ran smoothly and I have no issues with my favorites or clothes in my cart. I will add that I got standard shipping this time and I’m hoping it will still come in a timely manner. I plan on updating this once I see how long it takes for me to get my clothes w the standard.

It’s not bad but it’s not great. Fashion nova is like you win some you lose some ... I bought a bunch of jeans from fashion nova and I fell in love. The quality is great and it’s not like legging material they are actually jeans from real companies. I then went to purchasing shoes. All their heels and slides and sandals that I purchased was true to their description and fit perfectly.I then went on to purchasing tops and they were all awful. I was shocked and surprised that the shirts came out that way!! The quality to all the shirts was cheap and kind of thin .. I then bought about 2 more shirts and the quality was the same. I went back to see if it said the material would be thin and it didn’t say. I would still be shopping here but I just really only need shirts. Also their return policy is very crappy. The policy isn’t like this because of covid it’s been like this for since I been shopping here for a year 1/2. They would only really give you a refund in store credit which is bad because I really need shirts and I don’t wanna keep guess and waiting and hoping my shirt would come in a good quality!

What the heck is going on with your shipping. I have been so excited to try Fashion Nova, I finally got together a shopping cart of 7 items and purchased them AFTER I purchased the items I got a notice at the bottom of my confirmation saying that “because of your transition to a new warehouse there may be 8-10 day delays in shipping your order.” My order has gone ELEVEN days with no change. No shipment, no processing. And today I got an email disclaiming that if I’d like to cancel Fashion Nova would happily give me a refund because they had “no idea when my items would ship.” I LIKED the items in my bag, and many of them have sold out now. How is this a way to treat your customers, especially new ones like myself. I am disappointed that you spend so much money and time on social media advertising, and you make your company seem so impressive and catering to women and when people actually ORDER you almost try to get them to refund so you don’t have to worry about their order. New warehouse or not, you should be able to process and ship orders correctly during your transition or you should not operate at all.

First and Last time shopping with Fashion Nova!!!. I had ordered two items for my graduation, unfortunately there was a problem with the building number at which I ordered the items to. I called to change the address and I was informed it would be resent. Once again there was a problem for the delivery. I called again and they had never even changed the address to resend the item even though they said they would. They said they would send me a gift card to reimburse for my items because they don’t do refunds. I asked if they would cover the shipping costs as well at least 5 times to make sure and the agent said yes every time. I got my gift cards without the covering of the shipping costs. I called again today and another agent said they don’t cover shipping. This is the first and last time I order from this stupid website. One of my worst experiences with online shopping. This has been a month process full of disappointments!! I literally have to pay $30 bucks just to get the exact same outfit I bought in the first place (including the e-gift cards).

App , versus Email. I have had a bit if a problem within my phn & wife’s phn we both hv Fashion Nova app/online account, we hv separate incomes live in our own homes and share most everything . Even the perks like sharing links to friends to get discount its Legale as we are separate households yet the keep merging our different accounts . And now Im having a different time finding my purchase yet the money was taken off my Bank account card not a debit card but my cash card account payment. The good outweighs the bad. I love their clothing. As a plus size girl, it’s sometimes hard to shop online. But with FN, I’m usually happy with everything I buy. I think maybe twice I wasn’t happy, and both times it was a bodysuit. They have great selection, too. So much you honestly could never get through every single thing they have. I love their cute sets, dresses, jeans, and jackets. Every time I wear something from here I get complimented. I haven’t bought any shoes or accessories yet though. The bad- their freaking return policy. First off, I don’t understand how a huge company like that that makes millions a year can’t afford to exchanges, but it blows my mind. You have to return the stuff and buy it again in the size you *might* need. They don’t do refunds in the sense of you return it and get your money back..you get store credit and store credit only. And the list of things you can’t return is long. So just be aware of all of that before you hit purchase. You’re pretty much stuck with whatever you buy. I don’t really like that and I don’t think that’s a good or fair way to run a business but it’s literally and figuratively not my business lol. Also, read the reviews before you buy anything. FN customers are extremely good at leaving reviews, so if something ain’t it or it runs big or small..they’ll tell you!

Worst shipping policy. So I have shopped online for fashionable for many years and I've been a loyal customer recently I purchase an item back in June 22 ordered a couple shorts a couple Bathing suit for vacation I'm going in August and then my package got delivered and then same day it got stolen and I try to reach out with customer care cause I've never got any of my package stolen or anything like that and I asked him hey my package got stolen they like oh we can't really do anything about it he's a 25% off for me that was a bigger slap on my face I spent over $200 on these items that I wanted to wear and try them out I want to be honest I will not shop with them again it's one of the worst policy that they have for shipping where they can't complies with their customer and feel empathy for them and at least give them a different delivery company or give them a refund or store credit. I will not shopped again. They have lost a loyal customer.

App problems.. ~I’ve been shopping from fashionnova regularly, adding items to my favorites made shopping easier because l wouldn’t have to look for the item all over again, apparently every time l add something to my favorites and go back to find it, it’s not there anymore, my favorite list is always the same and it doesn’t add up the new items that I’ve liked and it is really annoying to that point that l don’t even wanna shop anymore. I like adding things to my favorites so when l decide to buy stuff l just look through my favorites. I don’t know if I’m the only one having this problem but hopefully y’all fix this issue because l will no longer shop here as much as l like it cuz it’s just so irritating. Online websites are supposed to make shopping easier not more complicated. ~Another problem l had was paying for an item l didn’t even receive because it was out of stock, first off why let me buy it if it’s out of stock? ~ l suggest calling them for anything rather than just emailing them, it takes forever for them to respond, sometimes they don’t even respond at all. ~ l don’t see why do l have to pay for shipping when l return them, technically l don’t even get the full refund of the item just because l had to pay shipping to return it.

The Company. My rating is more for the company policies than the app. It’s absurd they charge you for returns or exchanges. Absolutely absurd. On the plus side, this is the only company I’ve bought pants from that I don’t need to get altered or wear a belt with. For girls with big butts or anterior pelvic tilts, the pants are tailored to your body type. The quality is medium-low, so I don’t understand the prices most of the time. The clothes don’t last long, and I cycle mine with many other pieces so I don’t feel like you get good cost per wear before they begin to pill, tear, or fall apart. But they often have decent sales so that’s a plus. Then there’s the actual app. It’s clean and works, except the search function is really dumb. When you search for something you can’t really filter your search. You just have to be specific about what you’re looking for and even then not everything comes up like when using a computer. So over all I try to avoid making purchases from this company. I’d go here for a pair of pants in a bright color or something trendy like that which I don’t want to get altered and won’t be upset about only wearing for a short time. But for core basics, you can get better quality for the same cost from other companies who gladly cover your returns and exchanges.

GREAT CLOTHES, ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The clothes are AWESOME. You can tell that whoever sews for them knows exactly how to accentuate a woman’s figure. Some of the things are cheaply made so be careful of things that may look flimsy; they WILL be flimsy. If you’re not one for your chest hanging out, just take a little time and keep browsing through the site, you will find decent and beautiful things. The clothes deserve 5 stars!! However, their customer service is ZERO, ZIP, NADA. You better hope and pray to God that you never encounter any customer service issues with them or you will shed tears of blood. They let you purchase items that are sold out, then they mail you what they have available and try to issue a store credit for what they don’t have. How dare you?!! Store credit! I had to fight to get my actual funds back. I had to initiate a disputed with my bank because they didn’t want to give me my refund. They got salty and refused to issue a prior pending store credit for an item that was returned months before. They finally refunded my money after almost 8 months and then issued the prior pending credit ONE YEAR LATER!! I kid you not. Nobody answers the phones, email is not helpful. Their customer practices border on fraudulent, especially for a company in California. GREAT CLOTHES though.

I love Fashion nova butttttt..... Y’all have amazing clothes okurrrr my boyfriend loves everything I buy but back in March I ordered 200 yup that’s right 200 dollars worth of clothes never received them !!! I contacted and they said they couldn’t locate my package. I’ve bought from them after that and it’s been amazing but shawty when i tell you the way they make these clothes is insane. They’re always put together really nicely but the waistbands are always super tiny no matter how much I size up. I have a curvy body with some thick legs and a small waist and they still don’t fit sometimes. Bad costumer service af !!!! And I don’t like how there’s a limit of 300 items on your wishlist girl I like to shoppppp periooodd. Y’all gotta stop making these waistbands like this and update reviews to where people can add pictures because I have a website and I know you can add fake reviews to your website/ app with names and all !!!!! Point is y’all got fire clothes with some eh decent prices but gotta update these sizes, reviews & sold out status when in cart. If you add a item to your cart and it sells out if your size it won’t tell you it’s sold out so make sure you check before buying !!!

Mixed feelings. I feel like the styles are very nice and priced well but sizing is key which is difficult to navigate when shopping online! The measurements for the clothing I s sometimes hard to calibrate! Women, especially, have different body types so the size charts seem kind of generic! It kinda just configures for the hour glass shape, but doesn’t tell us much about the material’s flexibility! I would love a feature where customers could post reviews along with pictures and the the size they purchased! It would make the process more transparent as we could see how well the items fit others with our body type! It very much helps to have a visual and though it may turn away some sales it would increase customer satisfaction in the long run, prompting them to buy more items as they can be more confident in the sizing! Also I had an order 2 years ago that was never delivered totaling about $150 and never received correspondence or credits after reporting! There need to be a customer service line! It only happened once but I would have appreciated communication to make this right! I haven’t ordered from here since and though I love the styles I am often strayed at the lack of a realistic view of the garments, the inconsistent customer service and the mandated credit only refunds that sometimes are never acknowledged or refunded!

Love FN but the app is a disgrace. I absolutely LOVE the clothes from here. There is a store credit only return policy which is unusual but it’s not an issue for me because I don’t mind getting something else if I don’t like one thing or another. I gave this 1 stars because the app is an absolute joke. 1) The only filter you can use is the color of the clothes 2) whenever you type something into the search bar it only takes the first two words into consideration and doesn’t refresh even after you type in the whole thing. For example I wanted to look up the these jeans called “Pop Champagne Jeans”. After you type in “pop champagne” it searches for something completely random and sometimes no jeans appear at all in the options. 3) When you fill your cart and then try to make a purchase, but one thing is out of stock, instead of informing you of which item is out of stock it just doesn’t allow you to proceed with the payment. Therefore, you have to go through each and every item to see if it’s still in stock. 4) The only thing the shipping updates inform you of is “in transit to next facility” doesn’t specify which facility, how far away it is, or what time it will arrive to you. When you first make the purchase it states that it will be there by a certain day, but if it’s going to be late you get a little message saying “your item will not be arriving on time but it will arrive” Which isn’t reassuring. The app is a complete nightmare and not worth shopping.

Almost perfect app... HOWEVER..... I love fashion nova. I love their clothes, the styles, the accessories, the shoes, everything!! And the app is absolutely amazing, easy to find things, and simple. I don’t have problems with glitching or anything like that. HOWEVER!!! It does not let me update my ‘wishlist’ and add items to my favorites! I have to add items I wish to save for later in my cart until I want them, or screenshot them so I remember what they are. This is very irritating for me. I keep getting the error message “Updating Wishlist failed. Please try again soon.” when I try to add an item to my favorites. Please fix!!!! This app should be 5 stars with this problem fixed. I also think that model size should be included, for a reference. Like the model’s height, size, and maybe measurements. Lastly, it would be great if it would list the whole outfit! For example, I see a really cute top online paired with a nice pair of jeans, and if I wanted to get the whole outfit, the jeans aren’t listed there so I don’t even know what the item is. And it keeps logging me out. My review went from 4 stars to 2 and now to 1.

wish there were some quality of life improvements. overall a good app, they have cute clothes (although I tend to be a cheap person so I wish more of it was cheaper but that’s just a personal problem haha) that are usually good quality. Something I’d love (and I’m sure would be really helpful to others) is for them to have the option to include a picture when writing a review - obviously the clothes are going to look great on the models because they chose people who’s bodies fit societal standards the most but it’d be nice to be able to see what their clothes look like on the average person before you purchase because the body does not come with the clothes, haha. I’d definitely buy more clothes from them if that was a feature of the app but I’m usually hesitant to because I don’t want to waste my money on something that’s cute but I have no way to tell if it’ll look good on me. It would also be nice if for every product they listed what size the model was wearing. There is text that says what their non plus size models are wearing (“tops & dresses are a size small and jeans/bottoms are size 1-5) but no information for what their plus size models are wearing. These features are things that many other clothing apps and would help your customers buy things they like with more confidence. Shouldn’t be that difficult to do. :)

Disappointed. I’m having the same shipping problem as pretty much everyone else here. Too bad I didn’t look at the reviews before ordering. It has taken 8 days just for them to RECOGNIZE that I bought something. I emailed them a couple days ago because the option I chose said “two-day shipping.” This was their bs response: please allow the current processing time of 7-10 business days before a tracking number is issued. In-transit time is typically 2-3 business days after the order has been shipped. In addition, it may take up to 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to show up on the carrier website. I just want to know why the hell they would advertise “two-day shipping” when it is very far from that. Literally no other business has done this. They say what they mean and do what they say. Overall, just really disappointed as that is the most ridiculous email I’ve ever received. Kudos, though. They responded to my email within a day.

Could be better!. I love fashion nova! I hate experiencing issues with the app though, I’m starting to notice that sometimes it runs slow & it gets frozen. Not only that, but when I try to filter what I’m looking for by color, it will say “No Products Found” but let’s say I’m scrolling without the filter, I will see the color of the items that I was looking for. The developers definitely need to work on the consistency of that. I usually don’t have issues with the clothing but sometimes the material is thin, or the pants are too short for me. I hate dealing with the inconvenience of returning items. I do love fact that there is almost new arrivals every single day, which is such a great way to keep customers coming back. I do wish fashion nova would display a better variety of models who are ALL races, shapes, and sizes. Customers need to see short, tall, skinny, slim thick, chubby etc models. It would also be a great idea for fashion nova to include what SIZE the model is wearing, as well as the HEIGHT!!! Including the size of the clothing & the height would make a HUGE difference, & it would be way easier for customers to picture how items would look before purchasing. It has been a hassle when purchasing pants/jeans because I’m tall, & majority of the models look short. So if the model’s height & size of the clothes she’s wearing is included in the product description, it would help so much. Please take this into consideration.

Horrible. Ok, my closet consists of 50% FashionNova and the other half, Forver21. I clearly love their styles or used to love this company with so many purchases I’ve made. However I’ve come to the realization that they don’t care about their customers. The customer service is CRAP! They give a number to call that will never have a representative to reach and the only way to communicate effectively is through email. So why even have a number?! They only give store credit which I hate because their items are like hit or miss. I had these shades from them that broke in literally one week and the most itchy dress that looked nothing like the material advertised on the app. Or I’ll have a dress from them that won’t stop spilling glitter in my room or these visors that lasted way longer than I thought would and really keep the sun away. You just really never know what you’re going to get. It’s like opening up a birthday surprise each time and just wishing you’ll like it. I end up having to keep shopping in order to not waste my store credit. On the other hand, dont get me started on their social media. You can spend so much money on that store and post each item and because you lack likes they won’t add you to their online pages. Even when they’re tagged in your post. It just proves to show lack of appreciation for customers with social media, store credit and limited ways of contact.

Slow and cheap. Don’t waste your time. I’ve only bought from the app twice, both times shipping times are inaccurate and not updated. While the tracking service is not necessarily what made me rate the app so low, it’s that it has been a number of years since their release and as much as the app needs to update, there are no real updates: you can only create a wishlist so long, items sell out faster than you can get to them (and no restock updates), there is no customer service, and returns/exchanges are almost nonexistent. Sizing is inconsistent, but I wish there was a way to exchange for a different size, or return without having to pay for the return. They want to keep every penny out of your purchase, and in the end, it’s not even worth it. If you want fast fashion, don’t waste your time on a company that only wants your money—too cheap to use dye that doesn’t smell like chemicals, and too greedy to provide any sort of customer service.

Terrible. Absolutely a terrible experience. I ordered three items for $104 and tried them all on for them all to be the wrong size. I want each item for a total of 60 seconds before placing them back in the bag and returning them the next day. Once they finally received theItems, they only refunded me half the amount. I had emailed them questioning the amount and their response was that the items were “damaged”. Once again I only wore them each for about 60 seconds so there’s no possible way that I could’ve damaged all three things that I’ve ordered within the 60 seconds I tried them each on. I continuously asked to speak to someone in charge or for proof of this damage and they just continued to send me the same email stating that the items were damaged and that they stood by that. I asked on many occasions to speak to someone and they had ignored it many times. They are a terrible company and they do not care about their customers. They will take any chance they can to scam you.

Very dissatisfied.. The clothes that you get from this site are very cute and they usually fit depending on your size. But my issue is with shipment of the orders. When you go to buy your clothing you get an estimate arrival time, and you can even choose to pay more if you want your shipment to be ordered faster. I ordered and just had regular shipping,which was estimated as 4 to 7. Once I paid for the clothes and receive the tracking number, the weight is longer than 4 to 7 days even though that’s what I was told before I paid. After receiving the tracking number I was told my order would arrive on 28 June. The order has still not arrived and the worst part about this is that they do not have a customer service number to where you can speak to an actual person so you’re left to deal with the help center which is not very helpful. I would think with fashion nova being such a big brand they would have better shipping, you have better shipping experiences from smaller brands that have just started, they are disappointing.

Unbearable Glitches!!. Okay so I love love love Fashion Nova, my wardrobe consists of 99.9% of Fashion Nova and then that .1% is BooHoo. My issue is the app. At first it was love at first sight. After hearting items (save for later) and adding things to my cart and purchasing them, the app custom made selections in the suggestions of what I might like and to my surprise it was extremely accurate. However one day my “save for later” disappeared. I forced closed and opened it again and they popped back up. I was like okay no problem and continued shopping and adding items to my save for later when I realized the hearted items would disappear as I would continue to scroll meaning for the last hour everything I saved for later didn’t even get saved. I went to my save for later and everything was gone. Once again I said no problem and would just text myself the outfits I wanted to buy as my save for later. However, just yesterday I went to my cart to purchase my items 50% of my cart was empty. Not because it was out of stock because it lets me know when I go to check out what’s out of stock. My items just glitched out of my cart. It made me mad because I spent days picking and choosing outfits to put together just for them to get disappear again. I had enough and deleted the app. I then went onto the website and started over completely with a whole new set of items. Please fix the app I honestly prefer maneuvering on that than going online because the app is more simple.

App not responding with update. Generally good app, although it isn’t launching with the new update.

Problem with sharing items. There is a problem whenever I press on something to share it. I can’t press on the ‘share’ button on the top right of the screen because it is off the screen. When I swipe up to see it, it doesn’t stay, and goes off the screen again. The top part of the model’s head is also off the screen. I am assuming this is because the app is designed for the bigger screen of the iPhone X. I am still very happy with the rest of the app though. I used to hate it how I had to sign in on the website every time to view my Wishlist but with the app I don’t have to sign in every time.

Expectations not meant. I order my clothes on Black Friday and inly revived them on December the 30th, which is ridiculous because it said it takes 5-10 business days for international shipping. The clothing are decent. In fact regretting getting them cause I could of got them in stores and not have to pay around 20$ for shipping.

Great app. This app is really easy to use, I usually shop on the computer, so this app was a bit of a change for me. Personally, I found the app really easy to get the hang of! I love the clothes, they compliment my body perfectly! I would recommend this to anyone with any body shape, I promise you you’ll find something attractive that shows off all the best parts of you! 10/10

Be aware!!. This app fails to tell you that everything is in USD until you pay and receive the confirmation email. So when I thought I was spending $242AUD, I checked my bank account and was actually charged $347AUD. Pretty tricky on them and no option on the app to show and pick what currency you want to view the products in. Not happy and also much poorer this pay cycle.

Could be so much better. The site itself and app I find horrible to navigate through and could be a lot better. I like to open multiple windows so I can look at the product after I’ve scrolled through a selection of clothes to save me flicking back and forth non stop. The site doesn’t allow you to open pages, forced to hit back and has constant page loading each time. Thought they just broke the site to force you to use the app... app isn’t much better. (Want to look at a different colour option? Let’s load up a completely new page just to look at a different colour, rather than just flicking a different colour option picture on the same page.) Really needs an option to filter SIZES, I waste so much time looking at things that aren’t available in my size, the only option to filter on the app is by colour. Favourited items do not save a lot of the time. Even things added to cart just don’t appear. App is very bugged all over. Makes whole shopping experience just irritating you just give up. Until they update things I don’t think I’ll shop again from Fashion Nova, so disappointing. (Also some clothes are very hit and miss, like the quality and make of the items. I’ve had dresses sewn up clumpy at the seams, playsuits cut wrong where I feels like 2 different sizes have been sewn together, and straps broken off some lingerie/swimwear type items. Some clothes in general can look and feel like very cheap ‘China clothes’. You have to pay your own money to send it back to them even though the clothes were faulty to begin with. I feel faulty or already damaged clothing, we should not have to pay a return shipping fee. $25+ out of our pocket for returning your dodgey items back to you.)

Lacking basic app features. There is no sorting, filtering or category selection bars or tabs. Has some cool features but makes it useless without ease of access to the main parts of the app. Not up to standard compared to the website or other apps similar.

Poor customer services. Fashion Nova was good years ago not now. They now charge taxes taxes and import duties. They barely restock items and their customer service has worsened. They stopped responding to emails now.

WARNING. Really annoying that the prices are in US dollars only and I have to look up what each item would be in Australians dollars, even though a lot of Australians models promote it. I would shop more if you could set your location and it converted the dollars over. Ordered cloths before I knew this and messaged the page and didn’t get my money back.

PLEASE READ‼️‼️‼️. so angry!! i placed an order for my birthday, a blue dress and was so excited. i did everything correctly filled out everything the same and used all the same emails i use for all my other clothes apps. i ordered the dress and it CHARGED ME DOUBLE!!, i emailed and messaged and got no reply. i am still waiting on the dresses now and it’s been two weeks when it said 5/7 business was days. then tonight i went to order something again and used a whole different account and used my mums email and number and it CHARGED ME DOUBLE AGAIN!! this time it was a couple more hundred then the last time. i emailed again and still got no reply. i’m so frustrated and so is my family because it is such a waist of money and a scam.

Delivery. I’ve only ordered from Fashionova twice and both times I paid extra for express payment. The first time around my clothes came in exactly 3 days and I’m ordering to Aus, Syd. The second time I got express again and it came LITERALLY 2 weeks late which was frustrating since I needed my dress on an exact date for a special event. Other than that the sizing was great and I had no problems with the quality of the clothing.

Needs a sort tab!!. Please add a sort tab in the catalogues section that have a lowest price to highest price choice. Nearly every shopping app has this, surprised Fashion Nova doesn’t.

Incredible & Realistic App. Although I’m living in Australia and this is an American Store. I’d like to mention how incredibly awesome this store is. I’ve purchase so much clothing, accessories, bags, shoes, jewellery and etc and has never disappointed me! “WHY”??? Because obviously I look so fashionable just like their label name! And BTW there is no errors or issues while using the app. The things you buy within this online fashion store is realistic comparison/ comparing to the models on here with their clothing. It looks exact and is just right with fabric materials and product appearances! App. Any time I favourite something or I’m waiting for the app to load it was boots me out of the app any time I go on my favourites it always take me out of the app I’ve installed it and uninstalled it so many times and the app always fails on me it’s real annoying

Ivan go onto your official website and for some reason it would not let me apply their black Friday discount code. I’ve had to use Apple PayAt least three times not satisfied.

Over rated.. The clothes are okay. Some real nice ones, some really not nice ones but my issue with this app is there is nowhere I can add my location, just tells me I have no location even with my gps on and nowhere to change it. You can only see the prices in US dollars which is frustrating having to google Australian prices for each item you’re interested in. The location price is the simplest of things to have on an international clothing store app. Why isn’t this utilised? A majority of the time the heart (favourite button) does not register so after scrolling through hundreds of items you realise only a small fraction of them have actually saved. Also everyone raves on about their jeans but all of their jeans, even their skinny jeans look completely bunched up at the ankles. Like they’re all made far too long or to be rolled (ew). None of them fit properly. A skinny jean is supposed to also hug the ankle which their line of jeans clearly do not. Will be deleting this as soon as my review goes through. So over rated. Cardi and the kardashians just want the $$ obviously.

WONT LOAD. I’ve been stuck in a two-day cycle of downloading then deleting the fashion nova app and it still won’t load past the photo! So fking frustrating!

MAD 😡. I loved this app until they completely ripped me off. Firstly, i paid quite a lot of money to get a pair of jeans i really liked and to get it shipped to Australia. I waited for a long time for it to arrive to find that it did not fit me whatsoever! I even went out of my way to check all sizing charts available AND ordered a size larger than i would to make sure it would fit. I then had to pay >$30 just to get it shipped back. Secondly, when i finally got the on-app credit to purchase something else i decided i would use it to try to order the same pair of jeans in hopes they would fit me. So i put the order in and luckily it was on sale after that because i would have had to pay more money just to reorder it even with credit on my account. THEN i thought i would check on my order and how far away it is to arriving and the app has completely wiped everything on my account. No favourited items, no orders listed and no recall of the credit that i had left over. So basically i wont be receiving my product because the order doesn’t even exist. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Awlful. Please avoid at all costs. They take too long to ship and refunds are a nightmare. Please make sure you pay through paypal otherwise you wont get your money back. Awlful overrated company with the worst customer service.

Using Google is better than app. On google i could change the colour of the clothing without having to select into each outfit. Why isn’t that so for the app? Also i can’t change my currency on the app! Even though i log in via google and change it there?!

Hmmnnn. App won’t let me see the clothes that I’ve favourited. Also I brought a jacket that was out of stock before They could send it. I never received a refund or store credit. Clothes aren’t great quality... some things are pretty see through. But otherwise not too bad.

App. Please fix........ I can’t save anything to my favourites on the app!!! I’ll tap the heart and it “saves” but when I go to my favourites list there is nothing there!! I love fashionnova but lately with the new update, my favorites don’t show or when I add it adds a different thing; and when I add things to my cart, in two days the cart clears itself. It’s frustrating because I’m kinda like to think on things before ordering but if the cart keeps clearing, I have to read everything and sometimes the stuff I really love don’t even show up anymore! Shipping. Extremely terrible shipping. They say they will give you updates. They don’t for days on end. You pay for faster shipping you will not receive it. I have been waiting two months now for my order that they said would take 7 days. Have gone through this twice now. Will no longer shop with fashion nova. Plus you can find way better quality clothes for actually cheaper lol.

Nothing fits and no refund. So I did an order to Fashion Nova for the first time. I checked all the size and all to be sure everything will fit me, but hey barely nothing fits! I send them a message and explain it to them, but they just want to refund me with a gift card. What a waste of money!! No refunds. I had just ordered a few times & expected it to cost it me $64, they had not mentioned it is in Canadian or usd dollars. At the checkout I received a final amount for the discount code and it mentions the total 74 ( including pay for shipping) but beforehand it said I’m qualified for free shipping... anyways I check my bank account and see 110 has been taken, I email them to request for a refund but find out that there is a long process of not being able to cancel the order and that I must wait to receive it to only SEND IT BACk to receive a fashion nova gift card.... ( talk about waste of time & money)

NEVER WASTING MY MONEY ON THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!! You can find everything for cheaper on better websites that dont hold your package hostage until fees are paid.

😩. Every-time I add items to my favourites they aren’t ever there.... I use to order from here all the time and now the app is just trash.

Never got refunded but I’ve sent the items back to them. I’ve ordered for more than $ 250, I received a message 3 weeks later saying that my order would arrive late and that if I wanted a refund I had to click on a link. I have never been reimbursed. 2 weeks later, I received the goods and one pair was damaged and 3 items too small. I returned the items to have a credit, gift card or a refund. I paid $ 18 for delivery fees, sent a dozen emails and messages via Instagram. I did not have any follow-ups. Two months later. Still no refund or credit note. Never again!!!

Custom duties trap. Fashion Nova is big trap for Canadian order. Canadian orders paid 13% tax while place an order and then after courier service send Email to pay another 25% custom duties to deliver parcel. This is so annoying

Not impressed. Wish quality with a big price tag. Spent 49$ on an outfit after shipping. Then had to pay 16.75$ when it arrived to my door extra. Opened the package and it was not what it’s supposed to be at all, and it’s literally the same quality as some of the items I’ve bought off wish for under 10$. They don’t do refunds and you have to pay return shipping anyway. The extra star is simply because my package came quickly which is the only positive part of my experience. I had really high hopes for this site but now I don’t trust it at all.

——NEEDS BASIC FEATURES——. It’s fine. Love FashionNova, but it’s missing basic features that other shopping apps have. It needs to describe the model (height, size she’s wearing, etc.) The other items featured in a picture should be tagged somewhere. When I don’t like the shirt but love the pants or hat or earrings, I’d like an easy way to find it. H&M has the Match With This feature and so does Zara, so I would think FN would have it too. It’s also annoying when the app restarts even when I visit it within the same minute. I don’t want to worry about not being able to reply to a friend because I’m deep in the New Arrivals and don’t want to lose my spot. Also there’s a new glitch! Every time i click on an item it won’t let me interact with the page or scroll for a minute. I don’t know why this new lag is here.

AWFUL COSTUMER SERVICE. I have ordered a few times off fashion nova and honestly the clothes aren’t even good quality considering their price. This app doesn’t save your information and shipped my package to the wrong address while they were processing my order I reached out to them to change the address because the chose an address I lived at over 8 years ago and they basically told me to go screw myself and don’t care that I don’t live there and shipped it there anyways. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this app.

High hopes. My first experience with company. My package got lost during handling!!! Lol i never received and never came out to be delivered. Called delivery company they told me to call Nova… but guess what not accepting calling only emails. Said they will get back to you with three to twenty-four hours lol they do but not with a answer with a email saying they will look into. So i have missing items and on after/pay called them to explain they told me i still have to pay unless fashion nova step in. Going on three weeks they haven’t respond or answered my email to completion. I will never order from here again. No number to call directly no customer chat smh just no personality like the company dont care about customers satisfaction. I will continue leaving reviews and calling numbers because this is the saddest experience i ever had dealings with. Such a popular company had higher hopes! Then a company who dont even care to set up a phone line or a chat line… but email it’s laughable.

Great app - needs some glitch fix. The app is useful for what you need it for. I would like to see more category break down...items by color, style, etc. I would also like to see all items in stock filtered out. Also, You cannot see the reviews from the app and you have to search the item for reviews on the website. It would be nice to prompt those giving reviews to enter their height and weight for reference when purchasing clothing online. The checkout process was great all the way to the end where it took over 5 minutes to process and then I had to go back and process it again, I’m going to check my account to make sure I wasn’t charged twice, but there seems to be an issue there.

Dreaded shipping issues. I tend to shop at fashion nova from time to time, but if its around black friday through the holidays its honestly a horrible experience for me. FN needs to fix their customer service, because as many have mentioned not one package thats been purchased ever since their black friday deals have NOT SHIPPED. I am extremely disappointed because instead of fixing their "overstock" and "overbuy" issues, they leave their customers to wait instead. I was super excited they finally brought out their app, but the problem regarding their shipping and customer service makes me not trust shopping here anymore. I don't know who else would continue shopping here but the process is horrible and with every email sent, the responses are automated and no one ever helps you unless you reach out to the bank or the BBB. I really wish this was fixed, because last years was just as worse.

Amazing merchandise and app quality!!. They have a huge selection in merchandise and great quality and prices! I’ve ordered jeans, dresses, shoes and matching sets from them, and I have been 100% satisfied with the overall shipping, merchandise quality and customer service! Although I did have to return one of my first orders due to a pair of jeans not fitting correctly and an incorrect item was sent, the return shipping and customer service was a breeze. You do have to pay for the return shipping itself and you do not get a full refund to your original payment method, but in store credit instead. But it is still an amazing app and they’re customer service team is always on top of everything. I received the e-gift card almost immediately! Overall 5 stars across all aspects of this company!!

Love it! But one minor flaw... i love the app and how easy it is to shop! However one thing I couldn’t help but notice is that when you search anything specific (vneck tee, cargo pants, crop top, maxi sets, etc.), ALL of the photos shrink down to a list format. This means instead of being able to scroll through all of the styles to get a good idea of what you’re looking at, you have to click on each and every option to look at it or you just have to take a wild guess on which one is closest to what you’re looking for and view them independently. A very minor flaw in the shopping experience from a consumer stand point, but otherwise i love this app. it takes all my money and i don’t regret it one bit!😂

Horrible!. When I ordered from FN I paid extra for quicker shipping & it took about a month for me to get it. Shipping from California to Arizona took them a whole month! Then when I got it several items were not in my package. Their excuse for taking so long to ship was because they were making sure to put all my items in yet when I got it several items weren’t there. I had to wait another 2 months for my refund. 1 month of trying to get in touch with them and after 2 emails that they finally sent me back, it was another month until I saw the refund hit my bank account. Also, the clothing I did get had the same labels as clothes that Rainbow & CitiTrends & Walmart etc sell for much cheaper. I would only recommend FN for specific collections that aren’t anywhere else but as far as all their clothes/shoes/accessories etc DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Shop BOOHOO or PLT (and boohoo got me my packages within DAYS & they are overseas in Europe!) or just go to Rainbow etc.

App needs to be updated.. I love shopping with fashion nova. Most the time I get good quality clothes. Occasionally there are some misses but that’s what’s expected when shopping online. The problem that I have is how poorly that app itself functions. I can’t ever favorite any item that I may want to save to purchase at a later time it doesn’t allow me so I have to screenshot it and save it to my phone which is so inconvenient. The app is slow it glitches and images don’t load. At first I thought it was my WiFi connection but everywhere I go the app doesn’t function properly and I know I’m not the only one with this experience. I hope they work to make it easier more reliable and convenient because I find myself just getting off the app and not shopping because it’s so slow.

Love the clothes horrible customer service. I order from fashion nova all the time and never had a problem with receiving my packages until my last order. I ordered clothes from them over a month ago and can’t get anyone so I can get refund. The delivery company that was used claimed they delivered my package and that I signed for it ( which I never did). I contacted the delivery company and they told me to contact the merchant. I’ve emailed and DM fashion nova and got no response. The automatic email says that due to COVID their too busy to respond but to keep trying. I basically got ripped off $90 because no one wants to help. Love the clothes but hate the customer service. I don’t think I will be shopping from them anytime soon.

TWO DAY SHIPPING IS NOT TWO DAYS 👎🏽. I love fashion nova but there are a lot of things that need to be worked on. My major problem is the $6.99 you pay for TWO day shipping and it never arrives in two days, I just placed an order on the 22nd and the tracking is saying it will be delivered by the 28th that’s 6 whole days I ordered from fashion nova several times and this has ALWAYS been an issue!! I wouldn’t be so aggravated if I wasn’t paying 7$ for TWO DAY SHIPPING but I am. Also the app just isn’t better than the website, the websites gives you WAY more options to choose from and is easier to find things your looking for. But that can be fixed by visiting the website my main concern is this “TWO DAY SHIPPING” 👎🏽 also some of the clothes look better in the photo lol but other than that fashion nova is cute and definitely affordable.

Not going to regret. I usually would have never ordered clothes online just because you never know. But fashion nova literally never disappoints! I’m about 5’5 ish around 135lbs and I usually order smalls and size 3 pants and they always fit perfectly. I’ve ordered from them maybe 2 things that didn’t fit just right but tbh I kinda thought that when I ordered them, ITS JUST SO CHEAP! And excellent material! They have very up to date shipping info and usually I get my order about 2-3 days after I place it. I placed an order on 9/16 and it arrived on 9/18! I will say for bodysuits I’ve started ordering a medium because they can give you a front wedgie after a few hours. Still worth ordering though!

SCAM. This entire company is a scam. I ordered about $50 worth of clothes, of course i was keeping up with shipping and tracking to see when it would arrive. I got a notification that the package had arrived so i go to check my door and it is not there. I check my mailbox, it is not there. I check my front office, it is not there. The package never came. This company has no customer service phone number of course so i had to email them. I could not get in contact with a real person everything was automated robot. The robot kept saying “we do not offer refunds only exchanges or merchandise gift cards” i spent weeks trying to speak to someone about this situation because i never received anything to return or exchange!!! I think if a company does not offer refunds ALONE it is the biggest scam. I want MY money back and you can keep your merchandise. I ended up never getting this situation resolved and will NEVER buy or recommend this company to anyone.

It works. Great site and love the clothes, but poor app. Categories arranged and organized perfectly is my only positive. Would be a better app but my experience has been incredibly glitchy. It only saves 50 favorites at a time. This is Fashion Nova, I could favorite 50 things in one single category!!! Anytime I favorite more things, it removes some of my older ones to always keep it at 50. That’s pretty awful considering how enormous their collections are. Maybe every month or two it erases my favorites list completely. Entirely. All gone. Log in, log out, doesn’t recover them. It’s beyond frustrating because their collections are SO vast it may take me a lot of time to find that one piece I was ready to buy that was in my favorites list!! Never had a poor shopping experience and never had an issue with shipping or product quality. Just fix this favorites nonsense!

Disappointed. I ordered several items on September 17th. I got the standard 5-7day shipping. I received several emails saying my package was on its way. Then I got on the site to check the status on the delivery, it was returned because it was damage on September 30th. The longest 5-7 days delivery I have ever seen. Now today is October 5th, I sent fashion nova several emails and I barley get a response back. I spent $150(estimated price). I know people probably spend that with fashion nova on the regular if not more. Well this was first time trying out there wardrobe. I’m not impressed because They communication with their customers is horrible. I also received an email stating that one they get package back I will receive store credit. I DONT WANT STORE CREDIT. I EITHER WANT THE ITEMS I ORDERED OR MY MONEY BACK. The purpose of me ordering was to have something to wear to a wedding I was attending on September 26th. So I had to actually spend more money then I intended.

Be Careful. The thing with this website is it’s really great at first when you only order a few things. I ordered a few items from Fashion Nova many times and they came in after a while and everything was fine. However, the more I used it the more problems I ran into — and when I would receive my order items would be missing or they would give me the wrong item. I ordered a pair of sneakers and they sent me dress sandals. Their customer service is really bad — and it’s a pain to get a refund. They’ve also left out items in my orders multiple times, and I ended up just giving up because it’s such a pain to with it, especially after having waiting for a month+ for my order in the first place. It’s really a hit or miss, and a 50/50 chance that you’ll receive the items you ordered period/or the right ones.

LOGIN ISSUE!!. I LOVE using the fashion nova app to find all kinds of new and super cute styles to wear for the summertime or just anytime of the year but it’s one thing about this app that still upsets me. I find the whole login thing as a big problem for me, I really wish that FashionNova would create a feature that lets people log into their account using their Facebook account or anything like that. Every time I try to reset my password to something new or use a password from one of my other shopping apps, it always says “password or email not correct, please try again.” That’s actually the one thing about fashion nova that annoys me. Can you guys PLEASE make some changes to the login to where it’s simpler to log into this app because I’m tired of constantly resetting my password and picking something different just to be able to use this app to shop. Before fashionova there was very few places brick and mortar or online shopping places for very fashionable and very sexy women to shop, let me tell you guys something I’m 56 years young and I’m a sexy grandmother of 12 grandkids and 5 adult children, though I must say that I leave the crop tops and the very short dresses and skirts to the younger ladies there are tops and the great jeans and gorgeous shoes and lingerie that I love so much even at 56 and I’ll continue to shop with fashionova forever!!!! Fashion Nova is not what I thought!. It’s nice to go on website that’s full of beautiful models from skinny to plus size and to see all these nice clothing from tops ,jeans,dresses,anything you want to wear. But BEWARE shipping is not what they say it is . This was my first time ordering from Fashion Nova because I was told by a friend they have really nice fitted jeans so I did order a pair. That took place February 17th it’s now February 26 and I still haven’t received anything yet. The whole tracking is some bs because it says the same thing and Fashion Nova Customer service will tell you the same thing. If you gonna advertised 2 day shipping and have people spend all this money on clothes then it need to be exactly “2 days” I’m a patient person in all but What I don’t like is the whole communication part It’s hard to reach them! I don’t think I’m going order from here anymore and I will pass along the message to my friends and family . Very Disappointed!

Incorrect item terrible customer service. I can’t shop here anymore. I got the wrong item delivered to me and on the website it advises you to contact them via email in their app in that case. I sent 4 emails so far. I got a response 4 days later telling me they were busy and to contact them again via email if I still needed assistance. I sent another email. No response, sent another email getting frustrated after a few days. Finally I got a response back saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and to send pictures of the incorrect item. I did. It’s been 4 days now and again no word from them. Worst customer service ever. Not only that but the dress I was supposed to get was for an event. Not the end of the world I wore something else but it was very disappointing to get a plain black crop top instead of a the dress I paid for. And it’s seemingly impossible to find out how I can get the correct item or even just a refund.

Surprisingly awesome. When I first saw Fashion Nova heavily advertised on Instagram, I thought it was more of a gimmick than an actual app I could utilize for clothing. However, I waited for a sale and bit the bullet to test the app out. To begin with, I tend to struggle to find clothes that fit me given my body type. Generally, clothing targeted towards people in my age range aren’t particularly forgiving when it comes to having curves. I’m not super curvy, but it was great to finally have clothing that fits nicely on my body versus looking awkwardly placed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the clothing is significantly better than what you would get at a clothing store like Papaya or Charlotte Russe. This explains the discrepancy in the prices, though the price ranges are comparable for people shopping within that budget. As a bonus, their shipping is also fast (2-3 days). The only real suggestion I have for the people who run the app is to market less towards club gear, and more towards everyday wear. The clothes are gorgeous, but you can be hard-pressed to find anything you’d wear outside of a club. Would definitely recommend!

To store credit. I’ve sent back a sweater on the 2nd of November I have the tracking number from UPS and still haven’t received store credit, even when the tracking number says it was delivered to the location. This is the second product I have purchased from this site the other was years ago and I returned some jeans. I’m not worried about the jeans, I chucked it up as a loss, but the fact that it’s not giving me the credit for the product I’m fed up I returned it isn’t fair especially because I paid for the shipping which was the same amount as the product it’s self. If that was the case I should of just kept the sweater. For being such a big company and out there you would think that they have their stuff together, but the fact that customer service isn’t helping me, i made a claim, sent emails, Everything and still nothing.

I’ve successfully proved two previous deliveries were marked delivered, when in fact they were NOT. There are countless BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU complaints regarding delivery issues. This is well known, and you have to literally prove with every fiber that the delivery service is trash. I never have issues when it is delivered via USPS. Never! But, if you order a large amount of clothes, and your shipping says LSO tracking. Just go ahead and know you will not get your package or timely. Thank me later! FashionNova should really be ashamed. I do not recommend. Awful awful awful customer service! I would not recommend doing business with this company. Not only do you have to pay for returns if you order online, you only get store credit. You are not able to use any of the discounts in store, which is the only way to return clothing if you don’t want to pay for shipping. And when you return in store you are not able to use that store credit online. I ordered the same pair of jeans, same size everything and one of the pairs didn’t fit me. Like I couldn’t even button the jeans. There had to be a sizing discrepancy. How can I fit into one pair of the jeans but not the other when they are the exact same size and style? There are WAY TOO MANY other clothing stores that offer free returns and money back guarantee. This store is not all that and the clothes are ok. Not worth the hassle. And customer service doesn’t have any idea what they’re talking about nor are they helpful. Had high hopes but really disappointed.

One of my favorite stores!. I enjoy this app. I have been using it for about 3 years. I love the quality of their clothes. Their graphic tshirts are my favorite. I love the shipping options. I love that overnight shipping is only $15 where as other stores may charge $30 or more. Their return policy is easy and the fees are fair. I have a major complaint about this company using lasership as a shipping partner. Lasership is not a reliable shipping service. They lose packages, deliver to wrong addresses, leave packages on your doorstep without knocking or ringing the bell, and the delivery men are unprofessional. I wish they replied back to inquiries sooner and that they offered the ability to cancer orders. Other than that, I have no other complaints. I will continue to shop here!

My last time shopping with fn. I’ve been a fashion nova customer for over 6 years and I will no longer shop with them. Their customer service is horrible and they are hard to reach and slow to respond. The only way you can reach them is through email. I ordered two outfits during their buy one get one free sale, after purchasing I noticed my delivery date kept getting pushed back. I immediately knew something was up. Two days after delivery date I received a notification through text, indicating my package was delivered and I did not receive it. I checked on my fn account to track my package to see if there was a mistake and it showed that it was delivered two days before my most recent notification I received through text. I contacted their delivery team and fn customer service and all they could tell me was to check with my neighbor. I don’t know what kind of scam Fashion Nova is pulling but this issue needs to be resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will not recommend. I made a purchase and your platform is catastrophic, they charged me twice which you think who gave you authorization to take my money that way, they sent me the same merchandise twice and now I hope to be lucky with the return because your package company is Terrible I paid for an express service that was supposed to take 3-4 days and it took 7 days with the two packages they sent. how to communicate with someone to report the problem does not exist, you can only send emails and an automated system answers you. The worst thing is that I paid for that delivery that way because I had an important event and what I bought was exclusively for that and I never had it, which made me spend more money in other places and without much time available to make these purchases in conclusion. a lack of respect for the client, abuse with the client's money and lousy user service

Worst customer service possible.. I’ve ordered a few items from this site and really loved the clothes. My issue is with the customer service 🙄 I placed an order and one day I get a notified refund from my bank, and not the website, because an item was out of stock. The rest of my clothes were shipped. After receiving a delivery notification, I went home and there wasn’t a package in my mail or apartment office. 3 days later there was still no package. After trying to reach customer service by phone for 3 more days, I finally emailed the customer service explaining what happened and they simply “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately if it states delivered, Fashion Nova can no longer accept responsibility for the package”. I understand this policy and have tried to file a claim with the Post office but it takes 15 days after the item is lost. There should be a better policy in place to track the package and simply just a better form of communication.

It was nice while it lasted I guess. Fashion nova use to be my go to place to get just about everything. But I returned $60 worth items from a purchase of around $100 and instead of giving my money back they gave me a credit. Ok I did want my money back but I was ok with that I guess. Went and got some different things and never received my items. Lasership had marked my order as delivered but never delivered anything and I know this because I have a ring door bell so I’m 100% sure it was never delivered. I reach out to both Lasership and fashion nova and heard nothing back. Fashion nova has no way of getting in touch with them they have no call center the number they do have is and automated answering system that says place a ticket or whatever but it’s to an email that does not reply or pretty much go anywhere. So after this I’m no longer wasting money on fashion nova.

Glitching app & 20 days. It’s my first time shopping with fashion nova but my order hasn’t even been shipped it is still in the processed . It’s been 16 days and it’s is STILL PROCESSING . I understand that they were moving locations but honestly my order confirmation said it would take 7-10 days to process my order . It’s ridicules. Not only that but the app keeps freezing while I’m trying to use it and just takes me out of it . I’m just very disappointed . I was so hyped up when I found out about Cardi B collection but the fact that I still have yet to receive my first order really turned me off from taking part of that experience. I was so ready to buy many of her items. Between the app glitching and my order not even being fulfilled , let alone packaged or sent, I’m having a terrible experience. This is my first review , that’s how upset I am . Edit: my sister just ordered from them and they processed her order before mine and I’ve been waiting almost a month . What’s going on ? This is crazy .

Awful Company. 5 minutes after placing my order I had to email to get the address changed because it was shipping to my old apt. They said they won’t change anything to take it up with the shipping company.... Of course the new tenants in my old apartment took my order. I spoke with FedEx and they said they reimbursed FN the cost of our package and items but FN never told us anything. They didn’t reach out with info for store credit or resolve of any kind. After they told us they weren’t going to resend us our product or issue us any compensation for their lack of professionalism we had to call them to PROVE that FedEx sent them money to fix the problem. They then only offered to give us the clothes that they had in stock if they even had it and will only give us store credit for the remainder of our items. So we will have to dish out more money just to get our money worth out of or original purchase. This is a trash company and I am telling everyone to never use them. It’s a awful company

Never got what I ordered!. I used fashion nova pretty frequently for a long awhile and I haven’t gotten my last 1 and a half orders, the first one they sent me only one pair of the pants and it was the ones I didn’t really want and when I emailed them a 100 times I finally got an answer and they didn’t explain well sent them what they said they wanted in a bleak way and after sending them the bleak state of what they wanted 3 times. 2 MONTHS LATER! I get an email to the last wrong thing they wanted, saying to give them the receipt thing that came with the one pair saying I got both but only got one and by then I had lost it or throw it away and I was so mad and never got my money back or the pants! Then I had an order with 1 expensive dress 2 expensive lingerie‘s and I NEVER GOT ANYTHING HERE 5 MONTHS LATER! What in the hell so I’m writing so they get their stuff together because this shouldn’t be happening to their customers! With customer service SUCKING!!!!

Beyond disappointed, they officially lost my support. Ive only ordered 3 times from FN. The first was acceptable minus the time it took to arrive, the second time i spent a good sum of money only to get the wrong item and be told i had to pay for it to be sent back. Now my third time was even worse, my order as a whole was sent not through fed ex like usual, but some other random carrier that marked my order as delivered YET NECER DELIVERED IT. I don't have my package and neither does my neighbors. Believe me i checked, in the pouring rain. So I contacted customer support only for them to tell me that its not their problem since the carrier said it was delivered, AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO GIVE ME 25% OFF my next oder like that will ever happen! Over 100 USD gone to waste. My skin is severely sensitive to many fabrics and I finally found a site with 100% cotton jeans only for it to be a complete and utter disappointment. They no longer have my support.

Need some improvements. I have been shopping from Fashion Nova for a long time now. Their clothes are cute and pretty great quality (you’ll need to read reviews to avoid bad quality ones). -1 Star because I wrote them a problem and although they responded very quickly, I think I got an automated answer because they did not even answer the problem the first two times I asked them. -1 Star because I think they need to add “Delivery Instructions” on their app. My last three orders have been left outside the gate of my condo where everyone, including people driving by, has access to it. I’ve already gotten some of my items missing because it was left outside and it was not properly sealed (Fashion Nova refunded). I asked if they can talk to their courier to not leave my packages outside but they said they don’t have control over packages once shipped. That’s fine. Most online stores now have Delivery Instructions on their website to avoid missing packages. I think it’s not too much to ask to protect paying costumers. I’d love to keep shopping from you guys but I just can’t spend hundreds of dollars on clothes that could get stolen because it wasn’t delivered right to my door.

FIX THE APP. So I like fashion nova never had problems with ordering or the clothes. What I DO have a problem with is there app and the way you can move around it. The search engine needs work, the list of items is sooo small the layout should really be icons side to side so I can actually see what it is I’m searching for. There’s just so much clothes on here that I feel like I can never find something because I got to filter thru all the junk to find something worth wearing. LESS IS MORE. When I have things in my hearted section it never lets me look thru the pics I have to add it to my cart first then I can look thru the photos. It would also be SUPER HELPFUL, if you guys put the sizes of what the models are wearing and if you put more realistic slim bodies on here then the ones that obviously had a lot of work done but are still considered slim.

Amazing!!. I bought $700 worth, got more than I did when I spent $1000, and their quality has GREATLY improved, their pants no longer feel like they’re falling apart, they feel like I could throw them in a heavy wash load and not worry, all their clothes have been greatly improved including their jeans! Their so soft and stretchy now! Amazing quality, their hoodies and sweaters aren’t itchy anymore, they’re genuinely soft and I feel like wearing them FOREVER, I’m so proud of my purchase and I’m so glad I went with fashion nova again, I do wish they had more variety in clothes, most of their clothes are skimpy and feel like I’m going to the club, sometimes that’s good and bad

Awesome site. I admit I was a bit skeptical of shopping online . With me having a short torso, 36DD’s and having to try on almost everything , I figured I would probably have to do some returning of items and even get alterations done as well to get the right fix. Fashion Nova not only has good quality clothes , they make the return process extremely easy . I totally understand the gift card credit process for any return item. I would say to any consumer go ahead and order what you like … even if you have to do minor alterations after you receive your item . It’s certainly worth it. Let’s face reality, we all have different body types and certain clothes we buy will probably need to be altered to fit our own body frame . So what I’m trying to relay is that Fashion Nova is one of the best sites out there so I give them 5 stars . Way to go Fashion Nova. I will later get all my pictures from over the years and post how I rock them. Please fix. I’ve been buying from FashioNova over 2 years now and i never have received updates in my email or text message about my order (I have already provided my info) but somehow I can’t see any updates you should fix this and I’d love to know where my packages are. One recommendation i have that will make this app even better is how you should allow buyers to take pictures to leave on the reviews. FashioNova has a few glitches sometimes you click on an item and it won’t let you see it. I do have a the iPhone 12 so it won’t be the phone. Some pictures of the model when they wear a color white, the white bright background makes it hard to see the clothes. FashioNova needs some improvements it’s a big site I feel like they should make it easier for millions of buyers

Disappointed. I used to be a huge fan of Fashion Nova. They used to have really great pieces, fast shipping, good prices. But lately, their service has been TERRIBLE! The last two times I ordered from them, I only got a new pieces of my order and the other 15+ items were “out of stock”, which is unacceptable because they should be updating their site when items are out of stock, and they DEFINITELY should not be charging people for clothing that is out of stock. After a month of emailing them and calling them, I still didn’t receive an email back, or a refund. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and I posted on Twitter my experience with them. As soon as I did that, and they saw that I reported them to the BBB, I got two emails saying that I was refunded for both unfulfilled orders... if any of you are having trouble, I suggest reporting them to the BBB, and blasting them on Twitter! Hope this helps! Also, the app is VERY glitchy.

Disaster. I am the biggest fan of fashion nova. I love their clothes, the look, and the price. This past experience for me as been an absolute disaster. I ordered clothes the Monday BEFORE Black Friday. 21 days later and I still have not received any information on my order. I ordered additional clothes on Black Friday. I just received my order, but I still have not received my order for that Monday. Like how?! Do they not ship in order? Or do they just choose random? Finally my last complaint is the customer service. I emailed them a week, asking how much longer, and received an email about how they are delayed.. blah blah blah. I then sent an email about 3 weeks later, asking for a refund, and I GOT THE SAME RESPONSE. So that means I have never spoke to a real person. Just a computer. I tried calling nothing they say you will be connected to our next available representative and then it instantly hangs up. They obviously don’t care about the customer they only care about the money.

They’re lucky ....REAL REVIEW. They are really lucky they have tons of cute clothes.... it’s like only celebrities get A1 service so they will promote them. First bad experience was thinking I can return and get my money back ... NO. Only store credit on non-sale items. Customer service is horrible it’s hard to contact anyone honey so once u order that’s pretty much it. U get what u get and if u can’t fit sell it or something. Now not to mention the issues I’ve had with the APP alone !! Orders not going through but say they’re going through.. it doesn’t load a lot of the time, etcetera. I’ll use the app sometimes to add to my cart...but go online to actually order. For me personally. I’m 5’9, 210. I can fit the large shirts, and XL bottoms are best for me. I’d say from what I’ve ordered material is good. Be sure u look into what the material is from becuz I’ve ordered a couple of items I did not expect to look a certain way. Also a lot of there clothes are just wholesale bought and they just slap a higher price on em.

No tracking info for products you order. Their selections for curvy women are awesome, i have yet to try on their close (waiting for my order to arrive in the mail) one thing that rubbed me the wrong way is that for all the money you spend on their products (theyre not cheap)after youve ordered something, there is absolutely no info on a tracking number, no info on when to expect your order in the mail. all it says is flat rate 2 day shipping ( and that was already 2 days ago since placing my order ) I usually like to stay informed and like to track my packages so that if im home i can keep an eye out, and if im not home i can arrange for a family member to keep an eye out. other than that one issue, id say their app/website is easy to use and provides plenty of selections.

Return Policy. I had never had an issue with them but recently order a couple hundred $ worth of clothes. I ordered like 4 bottoms and as I’m taking them out immediately saw a damaged item. I immediately intact them. Well a few days later after putting one the other I see a whole in the back right in the middle and when I was going to wear one of the others the zipper was damaged. I contact them and they only have a 2 day window for damaged items. Which is very inconvenient and now I’m out on money and clothes I can not wear. Also some of the shirts received were a bit tight on certain areas and I find it ridiculous that one has to pay a return label fee to return items that don’t fit. I will be doing my shopping elsewhere from now on. A bit of advice please check all your items carefully as soon as you receive them to avoid any inconvenience for your purchases.

Fix the app .. Update the app and fix this. My items are supposed to stay in my shopping cart until I’m ready to buy. Items in shopping cart have been removed or won’t show. Fashion nova limits us to 300 items per like in the favorites tab. I had $300 worth of items in my shopping cart that I had planned on buying. I’ve been working 40hrs per week for the past three months. I had plans to buy what was in my shopping cart and now I can’t because my items are missing from the shopping cart that I’ve made. I’ve been saving this for the past few months . Checked on it again last night and now it’s gone. Really had plans in shopping with this store. A lot of items in store of are out of stock/go out of stock too quickly. Update stock and bring my items in the shopping cart back. I’ve had the app open for two hours waiting for items to come back.

WHERE IS MY ORDER. On google play i gave you guys 5 stars but now i have an iPhone so here it goes. I have been waiting for my birthday items for far too long and now my trip is ruined. You outsourced my order to a third party shipping company who can’t give any information on where your items are. Fashion nova turned off their phones to better assist customers is what your call line says so i went to twitter and got a response from your team. then u tell me to wait 7 more days since the last update which the company updated only the date of a status that never changed. I leave town on the 22 but your help team on twitter tells me to wait until the 20th to reach out. After i get my order I’m deleting this app and unsubscribing. I will also let all of my friends and family know what this experience has been and has done to me.

Worst shipping policy. So I have shopped online for fashionable for many years and I've been a loyal customer recently I purchase an item back in June 22 ordered a couple shorts a couple Bathing suit for vacation I'm going in August and then my package got delivered and then same day it got stolen and I try to reach out with customer care cause I've never got any of my package stolen or anything like that and I asked him hey my package got stolen they like oh we can't really do anything about it he's a 25% off for me that was a bigger slap on my face I spent over $200 on these items that I wanted to wear and try them out I want to be honest I will not shop with them again it's one of the worst policy that they have for shipping where they can't complies with their customer and feel empathy for them and at least give them a different delivery company or give them a refund or store credit. I will not shopped again. They have lost a loyal customer.

App & Products. I just started ordering from fashion nova and I have to say I’m quite pleased with their products. Everything fits real good so far. I got some NYX makeup and a gold primer that are all great. Some of the material is a little cheaper or the colors might not be exactly what they showed (yellows/mustards/cheese yellow) but even so I still love every outfit I have gotten. The app could definitely use some updates though when it comes to placing your order. That is where I’ve had most of my issues. You only get 10 minutes to confirm and place your order once you’re ready and I use my paypal to pay. This app takes me all the way across the internet universe and back every single time! It’s very annoying.

No customer support. Love the clothes, dislike the customer service. I have found no possible way to contact fashion nova about my order. Phone lines have been turned off “to better serve us”. There’s no listed customer support email that I’ve found and when I go to the help tab it keeps asking me what the issue is, I click on an option and it reloads the contact support page with no actual way to contact support. I paid $15 for expedited shipping and every day since the order was placed it’s been delayed. Every single day it says to expect it by end of day. And then it’s delayed again. I’m not sure what they’re using the money for if not to ship my items out, but I am disappointed in the company and the lack of contact methods they have available for customer support. I have yet to reach a single employee for help. How do I get help with my order???

Returns and Clothing Issues. I normally do not write reviews but this time i’ve taken it into consideration. When it comes to returns the app doesn’t help much and the contact support is not as reliable as it should be. Filing for a return should be in the app in my opinion. It makes it easier and accessible. Also, I was charged $7.99 for a return but have not gotten a return receipt nor was it sent in my email which I am trying to get this fixed. It should not be so hard to get a return or to get something fixed. I’ve contacted support and haven’t gotten any feedback as of currently. I am very unsatisfied with how fashionova runs things. Very unprofessional and useless. Also the clothing is surround hourglass body types and if you don’t have that majority of the stuff just isn’t for you. Needless to say I had a worse time using this app. Disappointed.

Not a happy customer. I think the site and the concept is amazing however I cannot count the number of times I have had a problem with shipping and their customer service does not care whatsoever. I have had my package shipped to the wrong address 3 times and have got the items but in the wrong size twice. Each time I called customer service and they didn’t even pretend to care. They were extremely rude and more than eager to get off the phone with me. And even worse you have to pay to exchange items when they are the ones in the wrong. You can’t send things back for a refund instead they give you store credit which is beyond stupid. Returning and exchanging items is so confusing and just not even worth it. I will no longer be shopping on this site because they do not care about their customers and it shows. I am extremely disappointed and was expecting more from such a highly advertised site. Wish I never spend any money on them

Customer Service.. Although most things from this company is really cute and worth the money, the customer help wasn’t the best. My dress was stretched out at the top and the seaming on the strap was very messed up. I emailed customer help the next day about it, I was told they would send money back to me to order something new. Which I was like wow that’s amazing thank you. But it’s been about a week and I haven’t gotten it. I emailed them again but no response. So then I wrote a complaint again, the same one. The lady who emailed me back said I needed to contact them two days after I received the damaged package in order for a refund. Which I understand, but it’s just annoying because in the paragraph it says “reply with any additional comments on this thread” which I did. Stating that I emailed the day after it happened, but she didn’t respond either. How am I supposed to receive help if I’m not getting a response?
