REVIEWS:
"The most useful language app for the iPhone - I've been using a number of iPhone apps to help me learn Italian. The dictionary is quite large. The at-a-glance conjugation tables are fantastic. And when I was learning numbers, the quick number pad was a brilliant help." -User review
"Buy it, it's the best - You get what you pay for in the AppStore. I tried all the other Italian translations tools as I'm learning Italian and living in an Italian speaking country. Prior to getting this tool I was frustrated to tears by the poor quality of the other tools." -User review
"This is an outstanding app, it has a deep database and you will leave your dictionary, phrase book and verb conjugation book at home when going to class or traveling (no need for an Internet connection either). Accurate translations, many idiomatic expressions given along with definitions."

Collins Italian-English Comments & Reviews 2026
The Best. This is definitely the best translation app. It's so quick, extremely powerful, and easy to use. In regards to the current version I would say positively that it is really easy to use and navigate, really intuitive. I think the icon is fine by the way! The only suggestions I have at this time would be to change the animation of "Italian-English" that occurs when u press the switch button to the simpler style from a few versions ago. Also, just saw that Diotec has a translation app the included flash cards. It would be very nice to see that integrated in this app so that all the power of the app would be linked with the cards. I have this app because I am speaking and learning Italian and I am always looking for an easy way to do flashcards but can't find it. Thanks for everything!
Best dictionary/conjugator. With several updates under its belt it puts Oxford to shame. Would get 5 stars if you could save and organize words (history is nice, but doesn't go far enough). Hey, icon could use a reworking, too (psssss—it's really not good!)... Otherwise, good job, guys!
Mistakes and support. The conjugation for "succedere" is incorrect - using avere as auxiliary instead of essere. I don't bother to contact the developer since Collins and Ultralingua gave me the run-around last time I reported an error: Quote Collins: "We do not produce iPhone applications in house, rather we license them to third party developers. We would recommend contacting the developer directly. The information on the developer can be found on the product page on iTunes, under the pricing details. Kind regards Collins Language Dept" Quote Ultralingua: " Unfortunately, the Collins dictionaries aren't as responsive because the data is managed by the publisher HarperCollins and is licensed by Ultralingua. We'll be sure to inform HarperCollins of your finding, although a fix will likely not be forthcoming very soon."
Not much of a dictionary. This dictionary doesn’t cover the language well. I’m reading Il Gattopardo and having much better luck looking up words in the free WordReference dictionary than in the Collins. The Collins doesn’t even have all the words in the average article in Corriera della Sera. What’s it actually good for?
Italian Stallion. A bit pricey but it's loaded with all kinds of goodies. Does the usual definitions but is packed with slang and usage terms. For example, the word "fare" means to make/to stay in Italian. Well, wouldn't you know, "to go shopping" makes use of this verb? It's just the way they say things over there, lol, and this app pretty much captured that essence. However, there is no audio option, so we cant HEAR the word by a native speaker. Thus you only get four stars.
Collins Italian English Dictionary. I use this when I'm watching Italian TV, and there are many common words missing. Furthermore, about every ten entries, it crashes. Also wish it had audio as there are many times, when phonetic component is not sufficient. Then, I must resort to free app that works like a charm. However, much better, if it were all in one spot. However, shortcomings aside, it trumps using a cumbersome hardcover version. The verb conjugations also eliminates the need for a dedicated verb book. Make improvements and I'll be in heaven.
Inexcusable. $25. The app structure is terrible - visually disorganized, forcing you to wade through text to find what you're looking for. Often requires typing the word out fully, with perfect spelling, in order to pull up a result. Includes no reflexive verbs, which differ in meaning. Often excludes important context for compound tenses - sometimes verbs use different auxiliary verbs depending upon meaning. Example: cominciare uses essere for pp when intransitive, but avere for transitive. Ingrassare means to fatten or gain weight - with avere, it would mean you're fattening something else up. Gaining weight would require essere. Piovere may use either, though the app shows only one. I repeat, $25 for a messy, incomplete and sometimes incorrect app. Not happy.
Great app. Have never had a problem with it.
Excellent Italian English dictionary app. I use this dictionary app all the time. It not only defines the words but also often gives them in example sentences.
First-rate Resourse. This is a first-rate resource for the serious student of the Italian language, well worth the money. The recently released new version has increased its value. I especially like being able to bookmark my daily words for later review, and being able to see verb definitions and conjugations next to each other. It's expensive, but worth it if you are trying to learn the language as opposed to getting by on a trip.
Highly useful. While not always easy to switch between parts of the program once having used it for an extended period of time not really an issue I’ve used the program> 4 years and I find the extensive usage of words and idiomatic phrases very helpful As someone who learned italian at an older age it is a very valuable resource right in my pocket don’t have to go on the internet to get info rapidly especially when I’ve forgotten how to use a word Phrase pronunciation good tool also going back to Italy this summer for 14th time and I always bring my iPhone for reference when needed JJ
Simply the BEST!. The conjugation feature puts it over the top. This is my fourth it/eng dictionary (the 3previous were for my Palm Pilot)and it certainly is the best.
Useful tool. I study several languages, and this dictionary has features that I have found helpful in my favorite dictionary apps. It provides verb conjugations and an ample number of sample sentences.
Loving this app.. I am reasonably fluent in Italian, but find that I need to look up some more obscure words and verbs. I always find the word I am searching. I also love that total verb conjugations in every tense can be found on the page to the right (swiping left to return to the dictionary).
Replaced my paper edition. I use this every day for reading and translation. As a language geek who has Italian as a first foreign language with nearly five decades of study, I don't know of a better Italian-English dictionary. Combined with the Hoepli all Italian dictionary app, all my needs are met.
I love it. The ability to hear the words spoken puts this app over another i have that does not. I like to conjugation feature. The phrases are helpful. It's my go-to
Excellent. Worth the price. Nice to have access to a detailed offline language resource while traveling. Lots of helpful information for someone serious about learning a language. I especially appreciate the conjugations. I had a problem with the "speak" function, but sent an email to support and got a prompt and helpful reply. Turns out that "speak" doesn't work in silent mode(my default mode), so I turned on the ringer and it works fine. Probably not an app for those who just want to learn a few survival phrases for occasional travel. But for those who want to dig deeper it is excellent.
Great dictionary and conjugates verbs too!. I've completed 2 years of university Italian courses and can speak and understand it at an elementary level. I found the paper back Collins Italian dictionary and 501 Italian Verbs (Luciani) indispensable. The ability to search for the word in the dictionary portion of the app, then tap on the word to see a pop up that lets you choose between dictionary, tenses, and google, is pretty slick. Some may think it adds an extra step, but I like it. If I had one complaint it's that the app doesn't retain the current word you search for when switching between dictionary and tenses. For example, you search for andare in the dictionary portion, then you check the conjugation of the word and while you're in the tenses section, you search for another verb. Now while looking at the new verb you decide to switch back to dictionary to check for meaning, but you'll find the previously looked for word (andare). It would be nice if they included a list of recently searched words to this, but overall, the functionality and quality is pretty darn good. And a heck of a lot easier than carrying two books.
A great tool. Having moved here from Italy, I still need to look up words all the time.
Better before. Since the "upgrade" this app is more difficult to use, requiring more "strokes" to find/get what you want. Also, the fancy lettering is distracting. They have removed the names of the tenses in the language being used, replacing them with the English equivalents, which is NOT helpful when the tense names are different than English. Looks like they tried to,make it look more streamlined, but all they did was make it fancy and harder to us. Please remember the KISS principle!
Does all I need. One of the rare applications which I want to review and praise. It does all I want from the dictionary * No subscription necessary - one-time purchase model * Huge database of words * Maps grammatical forms back - plural to singular, verbs to infinitive form, allowing one to search for the word as written, which is priceless for irregular verbs * Works offline * Provides conjugations for verbs
Not a dictionary. When you set English to Italian and type an English verb - it gives you you everything about the English verb - really??
Worth it.. Worth the money.
Please Update!. The app is getting slow. Please update it to iOS 11.
Got my money's worth. I am an advanced beginner Italian student student who just spent a couple of months in Italy and used this app every day. I used the dictionary and verb conjugation functions but didn't see any utility for the numbers section. I would have prefer to see a quicky grammar chart or maybe a liitle almanac in its place. I agree that audio would have been great. But as long as you know what syllable is accented, Italian pronunciation is pretty straight forward.
A suggestion for improvement. Whenever I press the erase button in the search window, I hit the change language button. Please move the change language button more toward the words Italian/English. I hope this makes to other users and especially the vendor.
The best Italian English dictionary with audio.. As a polyglot, I love these dictionaries, especially the conjugation and audio features. It gives you tens-of-thousands of sample sentences which gives you more to study just flipping through the app than all of Babel’s content combined. To the Collins team, please give us our flag design back. I now have trouble recognizing them, also the simple Italicized ‘A’ does not stand out.
I absolutely love this. It took a while to figure out how this app works but since then I am very happy to have it. It's easy to switch from Eng to It. Entries often have several uses of any given word (very helpful). If you've chosen a verb, pull down slightly on the screen and see an option to conjugate. The most impressive function here is seeing the opposite language underneath each conjugation - this is crucial to knowing you've chosen the correct tense. Swipe right to go back to the dictionary. Save favorites by tapping on the star. I use this app often and would buy it again in a heartbeat. I find the value gained by its high price is commensurate. Kudos to the developer! And thank you for making an incredibly useful app.
Great app!. It was great before, but the update is even better. Especially the combined conjugation/dictionary search.
Needs interface work. The dictionary itself deserves 4.5 stars: Ultralingua's interface is not well-thought-through. How do you use a bilingual dictionary? First, you almost always use it in one direction. So making it way too easy to reverse direction by putting the toggle too near another far more frequently used button is a serious design flaw. Second: Once you've looked up a word, you don't use the interface again until you need to look up another. So it ought to require minimum effort to start a new search. With the Ultralingua interface, you first must go to the upper right corner of the display to clear the (tiny) search box by tapping the (even tinier) "x" inside, then redirect your fingers to the keyboard at the screen bottom. There really needs to be a "clear search box and start a new search" button right next to the keyboard. On the plus side, it's great to have the word-search history window--once you find out that it's there.
Great app, with one little issue. This is easily the best Italian dictionary app. A lot of care was put into making the interface clean and intuitive. The only issue is that it's clumsy to close definitions. You open a definition by tapping on the word, but to close you have to click on a little "arrows" button on the other side of the screen. The definitions also stay open forever, so after awhile a bunch of definitions are open. I'd expect them to be closed automatically at some point, like when you open the app.
Extensive Vocabulary & Wonderful Functionality. I have moved to Italy for studies. In the process, I am learning Italian. I bought this dictionary app after having the opportunity to use a couple of print dictionaries by Collins with which I was impressed. This app has surpassed my expectations and is easily worth the cost. I have now been using the dictionary app for a month while participating in intensive italian language learning programs. Besides having an extensive vocabulary, the app is very user friendly with exceptional functionality.
Worth the money, replaces many heavy books. I was reluctant to spend the money, but you get what you pay for. This is an outstanding app, it has a deep database and you will leave your dictionary, phrase book and verb conjugation book at home when going to class or traveling (no need for an internet connection either). Accurate translations, many idiomatic expressions given along with definitions. Good for advanced students, and beginners will learn and grow with the program. And if you carry your phone, you always have it with you!
Excellent. Descriptions with excellent examples
Simply FANTASTIC. This app is indispensable for me. The new design took me only five minutes to get used to. I use it for English/Italian and am impressed at the numerous everyday examples that are given to find just the right word or phrase. Incredible value!!! Thank you Ultralingua!
Great app! Only one suggestion.... I love this app! It is extremely comprehensive, easy to navigate, and best of all -- doesn't require a wifi connection! The only suggestion I have is to incorporate audio so that we can hear the words pronounced by a native speaker. I know Collins has another app with this function, but it would be great to have it incorporated in a single app so that you don't have to switch between the two. I would gladly pay more for such an in-app upgrade! Thank you!
Excellent app. I've been a satisfied user of the Collins Italian-English for years and the latest update makes it even better!
Fantastic Italian dictionary. The verb conjugation feature is very useful. I also like that it gives examples of a word in phrases. This is my favourite Italian dictionary that I've bought so far on the app store!
Love this! Needs retina display upgrade!. This is the best dictionary on the market, hands down. It easily deserves five stars. My single qualm is that it hasn't been updated for the retina display. Is an update coming soon? Thanks!
A must have. This App makes living in Italy much easier !
Comprehensive. Easy to use and contains much useful information such as word usage, idioms and quick links to verb conjugations.
Ok. This app is pretty good but there are still a couple problems. 1) You should be able to type in an English word into the conjugation search bar and be able to get the Italian infinitive. This should also go the other way for Italian to English. ex. To go - andare To be - essere To clean - pulire 2) When you conjugate a verb in either language and want to change the tense you should be able to see the name of the tense in both languages. ex. Present (the Italian word for present) Past (the Italian word for past) Past perfect (the Italian words for past perfect) 3) This does not truly matter, but I would like to be able to use this app sideways on my iPod. 4) The price is pretty high, but it is a pretty good app. If you did decide to lower it I would not lower it much. Maybe to $20 or so (I would not go any lower than that), but this would not affect me since I have already bought the app and do not plan on deleting it. This was only an idea for getting more customers.
Why the icon change?!. I don’t understand why then icons were changed. The previous icons provided a powerful context to help me choose which app I needed to use since I own all versions of the Collins library. The new icons are completely useless. Please change the icons back to the original or find an interesting way to show the language of the app.
The most useful language app for the iPhone. I've been using a number of iPhone apps to help me learn Italian. By far the most useful and effective is Collins Pro. The dictionary is quite large: I've only been unable to find one or two obscure words since I've been using it. The at-a-glance conjugation tables are fantastic. And when I was learning numbers, the quick number pad was a brilliant help. The best thing about Collins Pro, though, is the huge number of usage examples listed for most words. Almost every time I use it, I learn a lot more than I set out to learn. And to top it off is the ability to tap a word on a definition page and be taken to its definition or conjugation--and come right back with the browser-like "back" button. I use this app every day. It's worth more than I paid for it.
Great app!. Traveling in Italy for three weeks has given me plenty of opportunity to use this app. Having some proficiency in Italian I have found it very useful for learning new words and verbs. The swipe function makes it very easy to switch from vocabulary to conjugations. I'm looking forward to discovering other features that I haven't used yet. A VERY GOOD APP! Well worth the money.
Very useful for daily life in Italy. Comprehensive dictionary that also provides conjugations. I love that it saves to your phone's memory so the content remains available off line. This was money well spent.
Awesome tool for students of Italian. I have studied Italian for many years, read many books, and purchased many dictionaries, verb conjugators, etc etc. I have the Collins interactive dictionary on my Kindle, and it is great, but a bit compendious at times to switch between it and the book I am reading. This is faster to use even though on a separate device. Now, the next time I travel to Italy I can use only this! The verb conjugations are excellent and the possible uses, translations and idiomatics are all there! It does not need a WiFi feed in order to use it either. Plan to purchase the French one as well!
I Definitely Get My Money's Worth. I use this app multiple times every day and really pleased with it. I like that it keeps track of my search history and allows me to keep a running list of words that I want to review. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that there are times when the definition of an Italian word is incomplete because it doesn't include all of the common synonyms.
Quite convenient. The vocabulary is good, and the greatest part is that it provides Italian mode and present list according to the certain word you refer.
Such a great app, but dark mode is awful. How do I turn dark mode off?

Worth every cent and more. Firstly, I don't work for Collins or anything like that. I have bought both the Italian/English and the German/English dictionaries and they are brilliant. The ability to click through from any work to look up its meaning or see its conjugations (in all tenses) is great. I use and study multiple languages in the course of my work and these products (together with mental case flash cards (I don't work for them either)) make my study so much more portable and effective. If you're thinking about it, just do it! I love 'em. Ok... I'm a geek. So what!
For students. This is a great tool for anyone learning Italian. It is on your iPhone, ipad when you need it. I recommend it and use it pretty much everyday.
Lack of important information at such a price. After a term of Italian study I was doing a bit review. The text book is 'Chiaro'. On the title page of the 2nd chapter something annoyed me. What it was is that I could not figure out the exact meaning of the word 'parlane' as in 'Parlane con un compagno'. I would imagine it got something to do with 'parlare' but in what way? I could not find it in other free dictionaries nor on Google so I thought I should get a better reference book. I bought this one and found myself screwed. Collins does not have the information I wanted either. I searched on Google again for like 30 minutes and after so many wrong directions and finally found my answer. Turns out parlane= ne parla =(you) talk about it. The meaning of that sentence is talk about it with a classmate. Yes may be I am too fussy but the point is , the whole idea to spend 30 something dollars on this is i want something better than the free ones. I want the answers ready for me. I don't want to go to google every time. As a beginner i found that with my limited Italian it's very hard for me to get the information I wanted. But turns out this dictionary isn't much(or any) better than the free dictionaries out there. So anyone who is reading this, don't throw your money down the drain like me. Just get a free dictionary. If it is not enough, most likely Collins can't help you either. Just go to google.
My constant companion.. The reason I use this dictionary constantly is that I can key in a word in any tense of an irregular verb and it comes up with an answer. I have field tested this app three times, on the ground in italia. It's never let me down. Grey.
Response to anyone who has the same view as the negative post.. Apps are not the be all to end all. As an Italian can I tell you most translations or works from books are from non Italian background people. That is they Learnt italian Themselves. Too many times I see misspelled words. The other thing to think of some authors also use random dialect words because that is what they were taught. On a positive note you are right there bare many methods now on the internet to find the answer for free. But what if you don’t have access to the web?
A good Dictionary. I bought as I have been using a Collins hard copy dictionary. Good features in translating from Italian include offering the infinitive of verbs when say 1st person conjugation offered and offering the preposition for the form of preposition+definite article (eg typing delle brings up di, with the details of di including all the combinations). It includes main conjugations and tenses of verbs, although missing some of the more obsure conjugations. Overall I recommend for anyone studying Italian.
Very impressed. I've always been very impressed with this app. I think the latest version is even better. I really like the ease in which one can move around the app. For example, tapping on a verb brings up a conjugate option. Clicking on at opens a verb table, with further option to easily change the tense. Nice extras like font choice are great as well. Well done! I currently have the Italian and German dictionaries, and will be buying more.
ChrisM. A complete novice but finding this app extremely useful especially for conjugating verbs. Easy to use. Recommended.
Collins Italian Dictionary. Excellent in every way, with words, ability to hear every word pronounced, extensive descriptions of words and their meanings and uses, verb conjugations with translation. Also, unexpectedly, the ability to search the web for transactions of words not listed in the dictionary. Excellent value for money.
Collins dictionary. The change is terrible. I hate it.
More expensive does not necessarily equal better quality!!. While it is true that this app. delivers on everything that it promises, I would not recommend that anyone download it as it is, in my opinion, far inferior to similar apps. that I have downloaded and which are free of charge. The 'Wordreference' app., for example, is much simpler to use and seems to me to have a broader range of words, more accurate conjugation etc... Please don't waste your money. At least try 'Wordreference' or similar first. I made the mistake of equating expense to quality, thereby wasting $30!
Perfetto!. Can't fault this App. I have the paper version which at 3kg is a little inconvenient to carry around with me. The wonderful thing about this dictionary is it gives you lots of different examples of word usage including whole sentences and phrases. The e-version has wonderful features like touching any word and it will translate it, conjugate it if it's a verb or do a Google search on it. It has a history of the recent words and a back button to go to recent searches. Would be good if you could delete individual history items but maybe that will come. $60 for the paper version was worth every penny, now $30 for this App is too.
I use it every day. Is an excellent product for my needs. I think it worths every cent I spent.
Indispensable. I bought the Italian dictionary for iPad a few years ago and it has been well worth it. Very rarely do I fail to find what I'm looking for, and it's simple to go from one reference to another, unlike leafing through pages of a book. It even gives a spoken version of a word to clarify pronunciation. Very useful, highly recommended.
Love the new interface. I've been using the Ultralingua apps on iPhone and Mac OS for years and think they are great, easy to use and have a vast wordbank. I liked the old interface, so changing it seemed a bit risky, but using this new interface it feels much more natural and streamlined. Love it. Good work!
Disappointment with this reference. I have two major issues with this reference - my first is a general one in that when you buy an app, prior to purchase you can only ever see a snapshot of the product, which is so limiting a view that you can make an error. And so I did make a big mistake with this dictionary. Which comes to my second issue which is with the presentation of verbs - more specifically reflexive verbs. This dictionary does not display the reflexive pronoun in the verb table (ie you get io alzo - rather than io mi alzo) and I note that the reflexive version of the verb is not listed in the search menu anyway. I would not recommend this dictionary to language students as this omission is a real problem, in my view.
Great! definately worth the money. Excellent search capacity, user friendly, has all the conjugations as well, really an excellent app which easily transplants a conventional dictionary. In fact two, a dictionary and book of verbs. I thought at first it was expensive but it has proved itself extremely worth it and would recommend it highly.

Great and useful dictionary. It is a good dictionary ,easy and convinient to find all the tenses and words you need.
Not good enough to charge money. Apps like google translate give more accurate definitions and translations
Worthy. Very good dictionary, use it almost every day, very rarely I couldn't found a word..... worth the price!
Excellent source for Italian. The app takes the place of several other apps and is easy to use. Worth the money!
The real deal!. An absolute must for anyone needing a dictionary for travel or reference. It is costly but came in very handy on my recent trip to Italy and saved me from carrying an equivalent bulky dictionary around. Nothing is as thorough an app as this one is.
Additional assistance would make this perfect. The only thing missing are tips on when to use which verb tense in the conjugation section. I wish it would say something like "use the passato prossimo when you are talking about something that happened in the past", with an example, etc.
Excellent!. I use it constantly and it does everything I need it to. Never had a problem and I’ve been using it for several years.
Great app. This app is a must for anyone wanting to learn Italian on the go!!
Ottimo!. Il mio primo e anche solito dizionario che mi accompagna a tutte le mie avanture italiane.

Eccellente. I use it all the time !
Fine. Why it's called ultralingua instead of Collins?!? Ultralingua was 15$ collins 25$. This is Collins why on my iphone it's named Ultralinua? :S It works fine anyway
Completely broken. The new iOS7 update makes all three of my Collins dictionaries crash immediately on launch. That's an investment nearly $100 rendered completely useless. Fix this!
Hate. Worst mistake- the most expensive app I have ever downloaded and it doesn't translate a simple phrase!!! I have to look up every single word?? Not happy!
Excellent. Molto buono. Non saprei come fare senza essi
Good dictionary but interface needs work. I think this is an excellent dictionary but the interface has some short comings. The search capabilities are not on the same level as the Concise.it app that provides keyword, fuzzy, wildcard, and incremental search options. The Collins is very nice for resolving conjugated verbs to their proper infinitive. But it does not provide an IPA phonetic pronunciation guide nor a guide for the abbreviations used in their dictionary, also when you enter a conjugated verb into the conjugation search box it should automatically determine the verb's conjugated "tense" and branch to that screen and not always, as it does now, default to the Present tense screen. So, in summary if they could provide the items that I have mentioned above this would be a first rate app and would rate 5 stars.
Excellent. Descriptions with excellent examples
Excellent and useful app. A great dictionary and verb conjugator with lots of features. I recommend it highly. I would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for one annoying feature. You must go through the step of deleting the previously searched word before entering the next. If it had been automatically highlighted upon return this extra deletion step would not be necessary. This would facilitate and speed up multiple sequential searches. This is the way they do it on their online sites. I am hoping they will incorporate this feature in their next update.
Great software. Really well made highly recommended. Has everything: IPA, conjugations, numbers, grammar, however it does not have ETYMOLOGY as advertised. In fact none of the Ultralingua dictionaries have this (except English). It would be very helpful to language learners to have this information availble as it would help understand where words come from and make it easier to remember. E.g. bere (Latin Bevere) that's why it's bevo bevi beve bevendo etc or fare (L facere) same thing
Not worth the price!!. Absolutely not worth the price!!! Slow and at time erratic app. Dictionary isn't bad but occasionally really quite basic vocab missing. It would be worth $4.99 - no more
Collins Italian. Excellent. Highly recommended.
Buon giorno. Ti ringrazio molto per la programma spettacolare!
Brilliant. Even better than before upgrade.
Collins Italian English Dictionary. Excellent resource!
Great. Complete and extensive. Easy to use. Worth it.
Ultralingua. ottimo, lo uso costantemente ...
Buy it, it's the best. You get what you pay for in the AppStore. I tried all the other Italian translations tools as I'm learning Italian and living in an Italian speaking country. Prior to getting this tool I was frustrated to tears by the poor quality of the other tools. I looked at the price of this (at the time ($24.95) and thought there has to be a cheaper way. There is not. This product performs perfectly in my day-to-day translations needs in class and just plain getting along in this area. the interface is fast and intuative and the best part is that is knows about all the conjugations. The other translations tools get confounded easily on this and leads you to not find a word (driving you nuts!). This tool has never let me down with any word I've come across. Expensive tool but if you are serious about having the best dictionary/translation tool out there, this is it.
App broken after last update. App try to open and shuts down immediately . Pls fix it.
Best Italian to English dictionary. This is a great app. Easy to use and provides phrases and idioms related to the particular word.
