Awesome. Tons of solid info in this app

Informative and useful. This app was suggested to me by a member of my task force. I’m civilian and don’t have the training the FF have. I need to learn ropes so I can double check rigging for myself and my dog to be safe. I’m learning so much about ropes and knots now!

Tech Rescue made Easy. With data constantly changing but the demands of this industry growing, an app is a great resource as long as your phone or device is charged and you’re not concerned for moisture exposure. Great tool, but still a fan of a laminated booklet you can keep in your pocket or your rescue tool belt.

CLT Lawton, Ok Fire. Tom and team have delivered again with an excellent app that complements the field manual. This is a must have for a rescue tech of any kind from rope to structure collapse and in between. It makes a great tool to train crews with as well.

Works Flawlessly. Every member of our team is issued the field guide and most of us bought this app as a companion. Works great for us, we have yet to have any problems. The previous reviewer must have a hardware problem with his phone ... We love it!

DRR “The Essential Technical Rescue Field Operations Guide edition 6”. I have been using prior editions of this product for years, as an adjunct or reference while instructing. Each successive new edition has brought relevant new information. This 6th edition is no exception. It should be considered standard issue to any team member. Excellent illustrations, and clear instructions.

Needs an update. It was working so well. Then stopped. The app opens then kicks you out to watch the rope videos.

Mr. The Essential Technical Rescue Field Operations Guide App (DRR Rescue) is awesome. I have been a long time fan of this field guide and to also have it available on my iPhone and iPad is really useful. The graphics are the best in the industry (in my opinion) and you can see why this book received the 2012 First place award for best how to book. Some of the features of the app are; Easy and intuitive navigation menus Really sweet interactive command checklists for each section - command checklist has an elapsed timer - command checklist prompts you to declare a strategy Links to video tutorials on some pages ; there are not too many tutorials yet but it sounds like more are coming. Overall I give this five stars, totally worth $9.99

A must for anyone wanting to get into rescue operations.. This app is full of the info you would need to have a good understanding of rescue operations. If you know the name Pendley then you know what you’re getting. A great product put together by one of the most knowledgeable subject matter experts in this field today.

TRT FOG. Awesome resource and great companion to spiral bound guide. Absolute must for any technical rescue technician.

Great Resource!. Huge amount of encompassing rescue information in one app. Great addition to the a spiral bound FOG. Has IC checklists for less frequent rescue operations that are great for our guys with less rescue experience that may initially be in command of the incident. Great App!

Excellent resource in your pocket!. This is an excellent resource that is very handy to have on a personal device or an apparatus device. The new calculations in the calculator are extremely helpful, especially for trench failure, which is a breeze with this app. This follows the standard practice in all the disciplines, and the names in the acknowledgements are very impressive

It's ok.... Can't access the video tutorials from the app... But also have the hard copy and hen using the registration number and creating a profile there isn't much content in the tutorial section so it could just not b completed. Do enjoy being able to review rescue techniques fairly quickly... Just wish the videos would work.
