Lifetime biter. Bite free for the longest time that I can remember. I am bite free for over a month after 30+ years of biting.

Don't waste your money. This app is really just a timer you can reset. What a waste of money with no refund available. Do not buy this app! It is a scam. I am sure the positive reviews were posted by the apps creator.

I don't know what I paid for. I don't entirely understand the app. It seems like a counter, but in length, and I'm fairly certain that it's inaccurate. I don't see how this is supposed to help.

It's actually helping me. I have been a nailbiter for fifty years. It's an obsessive compulsive disorder thing with me. I could go on meds but they make me sleepy. I've learned to live with this bad habit. Tried the nail polish, the rubber band, etc. Nothing works. What this app does is it gives me feedback. Every time I check it, it has kept track of how much time has gone by since I last bit my nails. It even shows how much my nails have grown. It also has some positive behavioral encouragement messages. I have had to reset it three times because I started biting my nails without thinking but have gone several days now being bite free. I don't want to reset the app again so I have been more vigilant. This app isn't preachy; it doesn't promise miracles. It does what it says it does - gives you feedback and keeps track of how you are doing. For the price, it has been the most effective nailbiting tool I have ever had. We'll see if it really helps me stay bite free but I like it so far. Recommended.

Buy the app before you rate. I am seconding the reviewer before me. For those who don't bite their nails they just don't get it.

Amazingly helpful. I have been bite free for 9 days and counting. It's fun to see how much nails grow in a day, and the encouragement really helps.

Simple and Effective. Brought awareness sufficient to annoy me (and retrain me) when I had to reset the timer. Simple mindfulness = effectiveness.

Finally made me stop biting at 31. I wish it did have more messages to rotate through but, every time I was tempted to bite I just opened the app to read it and view the growth achieved so far to remind myself that if I did any progress would be gone. For me this app was exactly what I needed.

It helped, but.... I picked at my fingernails for years (decades, to be honest). I've finally stopped with the help of this app. If you're someone who can be motivated by earning a few stars, this might work for you. However, that's all it really does. There are about four to five messages on an endless loop--and those messages apply mainly to people who bite their nails. So, yeah, it worked for me, but I wouldn't highly recommend it.

No longer embarressed. This app is great. I check it periodically and whenever I have that urge to revert back to biting when I get stressed, and when I see how long it's been (so far a month and a half) I can't bring myself go do it! It's worth it.

It worked. I can't say how, but I stopped biting my nails the moment I downloaded this app. I picked a little at the edges of my fingers at first, but was able to stop myself before doing any damage. I have bitten and picked at my nails my entire life - 40 years+! This app is worth a try if you have not been able to stop on your own.

This app works for me!. I had this app a while back and I stopped for a whole 2 months but then I thought I didn't need this app so I deleted it then a day later I started again now I'm going to try again and I hope it will work again

12 and luv this (improved). i was bite free for like a couple months but then i bit. i had to restart the app and now i hav no more desire to bite my nails because if i do i hav to restart the app which makes me feel like i lost a game or something, and i dont like to lose ANYTHING!!!!

Great app needs to be more interactive.... I love this app. This is the first time I've successfully quit biting my nails. I also used bitter tasting nail polish. But this app helped me considerably. I'd add better quotes and a place to add pictures of successful non nail bitten hands. I check it daily and want it to be more interactive. But overall I'm pleased with the app.

Nail biting. So bad. All it does it time how long you dont bite your nails for. You could just use you normal timer. Don't waste your time or money in this.

Seriously the worst. Don't waste you money. It doesn't do anything at all...there is one screen that times how long you've gone without biting. That's it. Save your money and set a timer on your phone it will literally be the exact same thing.

Its amazing that this actually worked.. When i saw all the reviews and i was think that it was abunch of bull that this actually worked.. Ive been biting my nails for over 10 years so i had to buy this to see if it actually worked.. And now ive been bite free for 10 days. Just the thought of this app in the back of my mind made me not bite my nails, i cant thank you guys enough for this app. It really changed my life.

Decent. There's no silver bullet for quitting nail biting. You have to work at it, and really commit to stopping. That being said, this app does a good job at showing you that you are actually progressing, and you will soon see results. It's an assistant for the mental commitment, and little else. The one major downside is that the little motivational pieces are often grammatically incorrect - seriously irritating. A better app would have the ability to track your own progress with pictures, showing you where you were and where you're going. Overall, it might help you, but it's ultimately all on you to stop. Even with the app, it's still pretty hard.

Worked for me!!. I have been bite free for almost 2 months for the first time in 25 years!!! Thank you so much! And to the people that gave this app bad ratings without actually using it-maybe you should learn how to spell before you make yourself look foolish in front if millions of iphone users.

Good Motivation/Reward. I've been biting my nails since before I can remember. I've tried quitting a few times, but always end up biting or picking them off again at some point. This app provides real motivation to stick with it, because if you cave in, you have to start all over again. I think about that every time I get the urge to bite, and I haven't bit or picked at my nails in over a month! The little tips/fun facts that appear are a good reward too.
