No notifications. Got this to use while I’m away visiting family. Camera works great but if you have IOS apparently it’s common to not receive any notifications no matter what. Been dealing with it for days now since we set it up. I submitted a log but haven’t gotten anything since nor has it been fixed. At this point I’m just gonna have to keep it up for the next few days, monitor it heavily while I’m gone on vacation, then return all 3 of the cameras if it isn’t fixed. So if you own an iPhone. There’s a chance it won’t give you any notifications. If someone knows what I need to do to fix this, a resolution that isn’t on the company forums online please let me know. Cause I’d love to keep the cameras.

cameras won’t update. I literally JUST bought the doorbell two days ago and have the indoor/outdoor rotating cam as well. None of them are allowing me to update the firmware but is saying i can’t use the cameras until it is updated… i’ve tried resetting my app, the cameras, even wifi and still nothing. I’ve sent screenshots and Help log but still no response from anyone on how to fix the issue. Would hate to have to return it but I spent a lot of money for them to not work not even a month into having them

Easy Setup. Easy set-up and operation. So far so good! Wireless outdoor camera working well! Picks up motion and let’s me know. Picture and video quality good. Like being able to scroll based on date and activity. Live in rural area and camera worked well in freezing winter conditions.

You almost got it👍🏾. I like the app.. I think the ability to turn my lights off from my phone is a great idea. One thing though, I really think you guys need to make a widget for the light bulb. I haven’t explored any of your other products yet, but the light bulbs definitely need easier access. A light switch widget design, preferably‼️😁

One issue. Very good just has one issue. I wish there were a way for me to download video from the cloud to my phone or device only because I may not be able to pay for the cloud here real soon and I had an issue happen at my apartment that I need the footage for

Roku smart home alarm system. Over all I’m happy except when the alarm is activated the critical alerts on my phone are not loud enough or long enough to wake me up. Or if I’m driving I’m pretty sure I won’t hear it. Haven’t tried blue tooth yet in car. There needs to be some kind of alarm sound or even a telephone ring to get your attention. Think about it, if I’m out of town and someone breaks into my home, I have an alarm system that doesn’t get my attention and the burglary goes unnoticed, what good is it. The more i think about that the more I think I should have given it a 3. I don’t plan on getting moonlight. Everything else is working fine but can’t give it 5 stars until this is addressed. Plus really wish you would have a call center to answer questions.

Not working correctly. I really loved this camera at first, it was perfect. Now after about 2 months of having it… it’s not working correctly. Doesn’t send me notifications anymore, doesn’t detect anything other than motion, etc. I’ve tried everything to fix this and I don’t know what else to do. I even pay for the subscription just for it not to work. If this can be fixed, this would be my favorite camera. Edit: support is not helpful AT ALL. Now it’s 1 stars instead of 3. That was ridiculous!! I’m sorry but wow.

Not working. I’ve had the road crew camera set up for a couple months now I had no problems, recently the camera showed off-line and would not let me reconnect through the mobile app. I then deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve done all the following steps and still cannot connect my Camera to my local net work, the Wi-Fi is perfectly fine and strong connected to my phone, and still will not work connecting through the app. It’s so annoying and I need help ASAP

Good but unsolicited advice. Camera quality is good. However, it picks up on the most sensitive things. A light post, sirens, moving trees. I’d like you to move the alarm siren feature to be more accessible in the moment. Like a short cut…. Feature. When I need to sound it from live stream. On my phone or a tv or a laptop. I have to juggle as I try an record event and try to sound alarm. I can’t do either or both. Please make these more renter friendly. I cannot screw cameras in my building. I need certain angles from inside my windows and patio. Also need one for my peephole on the inside of the door. Thank you. Please fix the freezing too and trying to detect the right things. Motion goes off over a tree. Lights mistaken for vehicles or motion.

The cameras count. I tried ADT and other systems like it, and I have to say that this is one of the best that I tried the cameras outstanding, and do the job way better than Google way way better than Google let me rephrase that way way better than Google

Wifi issues.. Last update made the wifi interrupt constantly and camera simply goes offline and won’t reconnect unless unplug the power source. Please test updates before releasing them. It need a software update immediately to resolve this issues. I read that other people are having the same issues which mean is not my camera or router. I’m paying for a service that is not working as advertised. This should be a serious concern to the company.

Greedy Roku! Never use your products again!. I Purchased two cameras at Walmart but returning them very soon. I disappointed by Roku because I cannot playback recorded videos from SD card on Roku app. The only option to playback recorded videos I have to pull out the SD cards and insert them in the computer. Roku you are failed…! Over the years I used a lot of Roku products and always giving them good ratings but not this one. I have camera made by Zmodo and Mercury anytime I can playback them recorded videos from SD card without any subscription on their apps. Roku loves money thats why forcing us subscription for playback SD cards from the cloud that is greedy…! Anyway unless you add SD playback button I no more using any Roku products again never…!!! For now, I gave you one star. ⭐️

ALERT!!! As soon as you subscribe it’s jack up. Work just fine with the two weeks trial as soon as I subscribed been a headache Will not work on my tv .. did work on the trial everything work perfectly! Starting to wonder was that just to get us to subscribe??? Because right now not worth a darn!!!! I will take it back to Walmart and buy another name brand camera that works!! Also the agent I chat with no help no knowledge on networking !!! This agent should have some certification!! Would not recommend!!! I will call and talk with a person!!

Used to be awesome. I don’t know what is going on with this app but it used to be flawless and now all of a sudden my camera never wants to load up its like what’s the use in having this if I can’t even look at the live footage it seems as if I have to be on my home network for it to even load I doubt I’ll be renewing this I think I’ll just spend the few extra bucks and go with Ring cause this has turned out to be a big disappointment.

Amazing value. Love the indoor cams. Just make sure ur using a residential wifi to have the best experience but I have been using my phones wifi and so far with t mobile I’ve had few problems. 1. The device triggers to record a short clip of motion detected sometimes will not play the short clip but just a picture of nothing unusual unless the person or ect moves really fast past the cameras but it worked find for a week then now it doesn’t record clips for me anymore. 2. I have 3 indoor cameras and I keep the indoor one facing the living room off while I’m home so I get better quality picture on the 2 facing out the windows 3. For some reason I can’t get the phone to connect to the cameras and I says offline and I have to go into the app and click the cams and let them load and now there online. But they will disconnect for no reason. If they can fix this I would be delighted

One step forward 2 back…. I was so excited to get the store now from Roku and its features to be integrated into the Roku TV and pop-up if the doorbell button was pushed… Got it set up only to find out that if I wanted to have it on multiple TVs with different accounts that was not gonna be a reality. The only solution they have available is to logon with the same accountant… That’s not gonna be realistic or acceptable for families that have different accounts and different play history channels, etc. I don’t to be logging onto my stuff and find out my play playlist has been changed deleted modified ect. Huge deal dealbreaker going to return if not fixed immediately. Also, the camera viewing app was not implemented as well as I thought it was going to be when the doorbell button is pushed a little window pops up and then you have to manually click it like this it was not like the ring or Google implementation, so much potential, but lack of implementation and follow through way too many apps to need to integrate it into want to be unified. I have to flip between Roku apps now just to watch things on TV… What the heck?

Great Camera. Great camera for the price! We use it inside to monitor our fur babies and the quality is really good. We have a vivint system/vivint cameras outside our home and paid a hefty price. This camera is just as good for a small fraction of the cost! Highly recommend!!

Buttons. Is it possible to change the buttons ( on and off ) to the Apple style ? The slide to the side change color buttons. The little letters are sometimes hard to tell the difference. Otherwise, this app is great and saves me from running back and forth to turn lights , fans and other devices on and off. Plus the dimmable bulbs are really helpful.

Love the bulbs but we need widgets!. iPhone widgets especially for the “today view” section would absolutely be a game changer. The bulbs are amazing and WAY brighter than the Merkury “Geeni” brand. However the Geeni app allows you to turn bulbs and switches on and off from your “today view” widget which is super convenient. If Roku comes out with widgets for ease of use I’m going to be replacing ALL my bulbs in the house haha!

New update doesn’t work. My indoor camera was working fine until this latest update, it prompts you to update your camera and after you do so try to update it, it won’t connect with your internet even if you do hard resets, I called Roku and they sent me a new device and did the installation over again and it worked for like 3 second but then it prompt me to do the update (or else you can’t use the camera) I did the update and now camera new camera won’t connect to wifi, this would be the third camera that has this issue, and when you call them they can’t speak proper English to understand your issue and it’s frustrating

Very Impressed!. As a long-standing user, I have been looking forward to ROKU’s latest dip into expanding their horizons since hearing about their upcoming release. I was skeptical as most non- software developers are about this app and the devices but I was very impressed at the user interface and the set up ease. My boyfriend and I installed our lights behind our bed frame in lieu of getting bulky lamps and I love it so much!!! It’s super simple to control and makes the whole room feel upscale. I know with new adventures comes hurdles and there will be bugs to fix, but so far as a first look at what’s to come, I have to say I’m excited! Next, I hope they can look into moving the play/pause button in the original ROKU remote app. I hate that it’s not right below the arrows because I always end up pressing the info button, but that’s besides the point. Love this new app!

Camera Switched Settings. At the latest update my floodlight camera now reads it was an indoor camera and I haven’t been able to update this setting. I first noticed it when I pulled up to my house and the motion sensor didn’t prompt the lights to come on. Once I went into the app, I also noticed the manual lights function wasn’t available. Hopefully Roku notices this issue and corrects it in another update.

Disappointed. We have outdoor wired cameras that that work well for live viewing. The problem is recording motion events; often there is only a still image or it records nothing at all. The Wi-Fi signal is good. It now happens every 1-3 days, and we constantly have to restart or reset the cameras to get them working again. I’ve asked for help and was never answered. This is probably more a problem with the cameras, firmware and cloud than it is with the app itself. In any case, we’ll probably have to replace this camera system because the whole point is to reliably record motion events when we’re asleep or not there.

Best value for usefulness and quality. Very good quality and functionality with the best price all of the name brand cameras . Also very quick and easy to set up and begin using. I am going to buy several more for complete home and driveway monitoring.

Very good quality video. I enjoy this camera, as very good quality video in color and in black-and-white at night. I can see my whole apartment by putting it by the door and in front of a mirror then I can see front and back, Into my bedroom, living room and kitchen.

Excellent quality. The video quality is great. I like the picture when it’s completely dark and how it adjusts with light. I love that I can use the microphone and record and take photos in the app. I could not live happily without my two cameras to monitor my rescue cats who are very scared they prefer bedtime in their room. I can see them and talk to them even though I’m right next door or downstairs or when I have to leave the house.

I should have waited. I love my ROKU streaming devices and was excited to learn about their home monitoring system. I should have waited until the kinks were worked out before buying for my home. The cost for the monitoring system & price if you want professional monitoring is awesome. They system hub being strong enough to connect with all sensors is weak/not good/and frustrating. Even sensors closest to the hub go offline so it’s more than sensors distance from the hub. Customer service is the worst. I reached out for assistance & continued to get canned & automatic responses that promise to follow up and haven’t to date (been a week). Update: I was told my various sensors being offline is not normal and someone would be contacting me. To date I still have not been contacted. I have requested a refund if my system sensor issues cannot be fixed. That has also been ignored, as well as saying “sir we are going to send you a complete new system replacement for all initials and extra sensors:keypads you ordered”. If a remedy is found I will update this 2 star rating.

Great quality. These cameras for the money you cannot beat it. They have everything that you need. It’s almost annoying how many times they alert you but it’s what is necessary. I’m glad I invested in it. Highly recommended.

Embden. So far so good. Can read monitor heat at monitor & thermometer indicator. Can see inside & outside & who is at the door. Saves me a two hour drive to check my place, if heat is still working. Visibility is good and 360 view is satisfactory (via use of zoom). Thank you!

Auto delete events. I would really appreciate an auto delete for recorded events after a day or a week it would be extremely helpful having to select 20 at a time to delete is a pain and if you don’t keep up with it the app stops recording motion and only shows a snapshot

Week 2. There are lots of notifications of motion being detected. I would suggest person notifications because a moving ceiling fan will send constant notifications. System did stop connecting at one point and I had to shut things down and reconnect. Not good when you have an elderly parent and you had to run to the store.

Waste of money. I had written two previous reviews, but they must’ve been removed because someone wasn’t happy with my feedback. I have had these cameras for a couple months now, and before I bought the subscription, I wasn’t having issues with video playback. Now that I’ve spent $100 on a yearly subscription, these cameras have become useless. Every time I go to play a motion clip, the video is never saved so I can’t view any motion videos. It’s really awesome when I live in a medium-high crime area and stuff is happening right out front of my home, and I can’t give my videos to the cops because the motion clips don’t save to the cloud. Roku support tells people they should move their cameras closer to their Wi-Fi router or click out of the video and click back in it and that should work. Maybe the solution should be to fix your product instead of blaming it on user error. Make better cameras and fix the app. What good is a camera if I have to practically have it sitting on top of my Wi-Fi router for it to work? Clicking out of a motion clip and clicking back onto it does not work. Restarting the cameras does not work. Shutting down the app does not work. If a video is not saved to the cloud, because these cameras are crap, clicking back into the video isn’t going to work. I will be throwing my three cameras in the garbage where they belong, and investing in cameras that actually work from a different company that strives to make their product better.

No. Do not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could. I absolutely love it the first day I got them! The second day wasn’t bad but my 3rd day and one of the cameras wouldn’t update. I’ve tried over and over, even looked on google. I ended up disconnecting it from the app to try to reconnect it to update the software , now it won’t even connect to the home app. My other camera freezes every 20 seconds. App is up to date. I have a newer phone. And it’s not my Wi-Fi bc nothing else has problems.

Inside wired camera. After some one attempted to break into my shed a few weeks ago, I needed a small indoor security camera that would sit in a window sill facing outside looking at the front of my shed door. This is perfect. I bought a 2 pack & gave my daughter the other one. She really likes. Good clear pictures

App Constantly Crashing. We only have Roku lights in our home currently but are already having a hard time trying to operate this app. Just opening the app, it takes almost 2 minutes to load and then another 2 minutes for use to be able to click on the lights or actions. Right now the app won’t even open. Also I’ve used Feit lightbulbs in the past and even though the interface of the app wasn’t the most pleasing, it had so much better features AND worked with Siri to create shortcuts. Please Roku, do better.

Can’t believe it’s only $40. Like the title says, I can’t believe it’s so cheap. Wow, exactly what I needed and i went to Walmart with no expectations to find something within my budget of quality. But this Roku camera is all you need. I get to see my pets while I’m at work and that helps me get through the day most days. The quality is amazing and the subscription is like $3. So for a single adult tryn make it in this world. Roku had your back on this one. Took me 3 mins to setup and it came with a trial for the streaming services to keep the feed recorded to a cloud and whatnot. Idc if it’s your last $40 you’re not gonna be sorry you spent it on this.

It’s what I needed. Single father looking to protect my home and keep and eye on any potential babysitters while I’m away. Set up was beyond easy and the subscription was affordable..I definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for something easy and quality

These are the best!!. Our parents are elderly, and these cameras have been a major godsend to us! I’m so happy my daughter did research and packed the Roku cameras! It gives them their own independence, and yet lets us make sure they’re safe when we cannot be there!

Subscribtion?. I love the app and camera, it’s been such a great security feature added to our home. I’m only giving 3 stars because after having the app/camera for awhile it then stopped movement notifications for parts of my day and when I went to look it said I had to get a subscription. Im not going to be getting a subscription just for that.

Delay in getting alerts. Overall I think the system works fine but I do notice a delay between when someone is at my door verses when I get the alert. If this is more in sync the system would be top notch. I love that it connects to my Roku tv and the video and picture quality is great. I love the 14 day trial for service. Overall good system with potential to be great!

Audio. I can hear peoples voices. I can’t understand what they are saying. But I catch a word here and there. The oddest part is it appears that they can hear me even if the speak feature isn’t on. Now before u think I’m delusional I have had other people, friends and family listen with me sometimes. And they to hear it, and can see a type of interaction. So whatever it is, it’s definitely real. Now the crazy part is that it seems to be a person I know. And where I live my closest neighbors are through very dense forest and vines. Not just that. The volume of the “voices” never changes due to the placement of the floodlight camera. Even when I bring the camera inside after wiring it safely to the female end of an extension cord. Actually I hear them better when there’s no birds and bugs making noise. Well I’m gonna give 5 stars because other than the anomaly or the possibility of being spayed on, I’m happy with the product. As scripted as that may sound. But if i could get ANY feedback about that issue would be most helpful.

Smart home indoor camera. Camera works great, great picture and load time. Only had one issue with video not uploading to the cloud one day. They are working on fixing that issue and was explained to me right away when I called. For the price, it’s worth the buy if looking for an indoor camera.

Indoor camera. Works good took me minute to figure out but I’m still new to something’s so that could be the reason but camera is a good image I haven’t figure everything not even close lot you could do if you know what your doing I’m glad I got all this though

U can Not Playbake Your Recordings 👎🏽. U can Not Playbake Your Recordings even doe u pay for the membership Plan or even if u put a SD CARD in the Slot don’t Matter still can’t look at your playback Recordings in the app on your phone , Roku say u have to take down your cameras , take the sd card out the cameras , thin put the sd card in a computer, that’s crazy this is not year 1999, u have to do all that to look at the Playbake recordings, So I took all 5 cameras back to Walmart got a refund , and went on Walmart App and ordered the WYZE V3 Camers same Camers Roku had but the difference is Wyze v3 Can Playback Recordings this is a major plus with Wyze. Remember People Roku Do Not Playback Your Recordings and Wyze DO Playback all your Recordings ( Wyze v3 Cameras A+ )

I See You. I have several meShare cameras that I purchased a few years ago and have since been discontinued. When I needed to replace one I got this Roku camera and I L O V E it! It has a few upgrades from my old cameras: full color night vision, the siren, and I easily integrated it to my Roku TV. I did not purchase the subscription so I’m not sure what will happen after the free 14 day trial, but if it keeps working this well, and I can easily access the live view and record or take a pic if necessary, then I will upgrade all of my cams to Roku.

Roku cam. It’s amazing to have I love it I can watch my home while I’m away and I can see who’s knocking I can check on my fur babies when I’m not there. The quality of the camera is way better then expected and the price from the store was around $30 it was totally worth it I recommend to anyone

Great app and cameras. I love the cameras, but I wish the bitrate was higher. I also want to suggest a feature. I would like to rearrange my cameras when looking in the list of them. This way I can make them more sequential and less random. Making it easier and faster to select the camera I’m looking for or track something from camera to camera and room to room. The only option right now is to delete all my cameras and add them back in a specific order. If you ever want to add more you’ll have to do it again. For example I want my camera at the front door to be at the top, the one in the middle of the house in the middle, and the one at the back door at the end of the list. This way I know which camera I’m selecting just by it’s placement in the list.

Payments not registering with subscription. I missed my payment for the smart app for 1 day. I’ve made a payment twice and on the app I’m being advised I have no active subscriptions. I have proof of payments, I’ve tried deleting app, redownloading and still nothing. That’s about $20 down the drain because of this. Pretty upsetting I’ve had this for about a year and first time having this issue. Might switch to different cameras if that’s the case.

Good home surveillance camera. This camera is one of the most best fordable surveillance cameras that anyone could and the alerts that you get when I object or a curtain blow or just someone invading is at real time. I will tell anyone who’s looking for camera just came and fixed your budget and it works.

Fix the issue. I’m tired of looking at my camera for video footage and I can’t see it cuz the video didn’t upload properly or whatever it says. Y’all really need to fix this like ASAP. I have a camera in my room to watch my room and make sure nobody in my room but when I go back to look at the video it doesn’t even play. What am I paying y’all money for if I can’t even watch the video smh.

Backyard Lights. We love having lights in our backyard. Unfortunately, the electrical outlet we need to use is not near the door and requires us to go around the house in the dark to plug in the lights. With the Roku, we just put the lights on a schedule. Problem solved.

Great App. Start with this app when installing a Roku smart device and it easily walks you through set up. Have bought 3 doorbells, 2 indoor cameras, 8 white lightbulbs, and a light strip this far. Works with Alexa too.

No notifications. Since purchasing my cameras, I stopped receiving motion notifications from the app. I’ve uninstalled it, reset preferences, turn off notifications in iPhone settings. Nothing I seem to do helps. It also won’t always back up footage to the cloud. Can really only watch live now, which is unfortunate.

Wired cameras work great. The wired cameras work great the wireless battery operated ones on the other hand just disconnect all the time and won’t re connect. The home security system works great as well

Greatest cameras I’ve seen yet!. Great HD quality and even easier setup, wish it had a way to show on two different phones for parents but other than that it’s great. Highly recommended

Can’t even create an account !. I downloaded the app and the first screen that comes up is the login/create a new account. I type in the email address and the password I created, but there’s no way to create an account. The only hyperlink that works is ‘forget password’. Pretty lame app right out of the gate! I guess I’ll return all the smart bulbs I purchased.

Notifications. The device stops sending notifications after a while

Rewind. Need to be able to go back and re-watch any part of the footage. For example: this camera didnt pickup a bobcat in our backyard when we think it should have. The other cameras we have (Geeni) picked it up. We couldnt go back in time on the roku camera to watch at a specific time.

How much I love Smart Home!!!. I love Smart Home bc of how I can turn on my electronics with it! & I also love it bc it’ much more easier than turning it on with switch! The end!!!!!!!

Camera. Keep having to reboot camera to get all features working. The camera will not record sometimes and will constantly record when nothing is there I have area set to record but it sees trees moving and records it

Horrible connections, constantly drops service. I spend at least an hour to two hours a week resetting cameras and base stations. The platform just doesn’t work well. Unfortunately the blame seems to be given to my internet provider (which works fine with all my other devices) when it’s the product itself that is a complete failure. Six cameras were a complete waste of money.

Perfect camera. I like that it’s easy to download the app, you can buy that and making control over…

Good at first but…. it was good at first until one day my camera stopped working because “its only allowed to connect to 2g wifi and not 5g. what do i do about this?

Indoor Cams. Great product for an even greater price in comparison to other top brand home monitoring and security systems. The only thing that keeps them from a 5 star is the sound quality. Very key in this field and you guy sound is -10. Thanks

Roku lights. I love Roku products,, but the app runs slow,, I would have gave it 5 stars, lights work slow to turn on and I think it’s because off the app, Roku just need you to speed up the app, and yes I have a iPhone that runs fast,

Roku Camera SE. The Camera works fine, and I am just trying to learn more about it as I go along. It seems to be a great Camera very clear, and the 2 way Audio is excellent

Many features do not work. Have 4 cameras and a doorbell camera. Been calling roku for help to make the alarm system work. So far no luck with the roku tech support. Funny thing it identified a buck deer as a car. I have so much invested I have to keep beating this dead horse. The sensors don’t always work. Good luck with Roku. Love the roku tvs not so much with the security system.

Smart Cams. I love these, we have two and we also have Roku tvs and they automatically sync with them. The clarity is pretty good and I love that I can talk through them and check on my kids and pup!!

Roku indoor camera. Man this thing works greaks has a lot of free features and if u pay u get online storage nice price deal and software

Roku doorbell. I love my Roku door bell it gives me a pice at mind when me and my wife are at work and I never miss the delivery guys I would recommend this product

Roku cameras. Bought four cameras to monitor unattended rv. Set cameras up working great but two cameras quit two days later had error 90. Rv is 250 miles away and I can not unplug and reset cameras until return and looked on website and is a common problem with no solutions listed to cure issue. So do I try to reset cameras are go buy blink cameras we have no problem with at another location??

Payments not registering with subscription. I missed my payment for the smart app for 1 day. I’ve made a payment twice and on the app I’m being advised I have no active subscriptions. I have proof of payments, I’ve tried deleting app, redownloading and still nothing. That’s about $20 down the drain because of this. Pretty upsetting I’ve had this for about a year and first time having this issue. Might switch to different cameras if that’s the case.

Good in the house cam. Man I like the camera , you can see everything when positioned right , the motion pick up everything and will send a message to you it’s is very good at it I like it

Indoor camera from Roku. Very nice can’t see what’s going on when I’m not at home good deal I’ll be buying more Roku cameras for my household and garage and outdoors thank you

It’s ok. When it works right it’s great. From time to time it logs me out and when I try to log back in using the Apple keychain user name and password it tells me the information is wrong. I have to try several time before it finally logs me in.

The best. This is the best home surveillance app around. It gives multiple options with a lot of different add one

Indoor camera. Works good took me minute to figure out but I’m still new to something’s so that could be the reason but camera is a good image I haven’t figure everything not even close lot you could do if you know what your doing I’m glad I got all this though

Notifications/Sounds are not alerting me when away. I’ve been trying to get the notifications to sound on my iPhone since the day my free 14 day subscription ended. I first purchased the $3, I changed it to the $9 and I’m still not getting alerts but I can see the events & live feed. I NEED HELP PLEASE. Someone tried to steal my Kia a few weeks ago that’s why I decided to get this camera. I think I’ll be returning it for a full refund.

Notifications. Ever since I bought a subscription, the only notification I’m getting on my phone for my indoor camera is sound and no notifications for movement. I have chatted with reps on the Roku community and they say it’s a software issue.

Ray B.. Camera quality is great but, it only lags one second behind real-time. Mic is easily understood. I’m looking to own more cameras by this company.

These cameras are still defective. They do not work half the time for one. I have to unplug them and reset them every day or they have a purple dock beside it and it don’t record the video or the sound or the movement I am guessing there’s some kind of CB interference or something other than that they do have a good pitcher and pick up sound when they do work correctly half the time

Apps and lights. The Roku brand worked perfectly together with all the lights in my home inside and out.

Firmware update. I’m in my fourth day of my 14 day free trial. I keep getting update failed. It said that my .24 Wi-Fi was unstable. My smart tv works. I turned off my phone and tablet so it didn’t interfere. No luck! If they don’t connect after tomorrow then, I guess there’s no point in keeping them. Especially since I have not been able to connect on a 14 day trial. Bummer! 😩

Amazing App!. Got the smart light strip. The setup was very easy, and there are a lot of modes for the lights. App tried to update my lights 2 times and wouldn’t connect to my lights for a minute. Maybe they could make an Apple Watch app?

TV not Included. When I noticed the Roku Smart Home mobile app I was thrilled to learn how much Roku expanded! Then I realized that I still need the TV app rather than trading it off for the total package. 🤷🏾‍♀️Ya can’t have it all. The #AllInOne app will be developed shortly I’m sure.😊😉

Fantastic. So far everything is great and a much better price point than competing brands

Embden. So far so good. Can read monitor heat at monitor & thermometer indicator. Can see inside & outside & who is at the door. Saves me a two hour drive to check my place, if heat is still working. Visibility is good and 360 view is satisfactory (via use of zoom). Thank you!

View. I’m truly satisfied with my Roku HomeSmart you could see and monitor movements inside my home anywhere you’re and you could see it in your home TV screen.

Simple to use. We older folks need simple so this is a great app for us! It works great and is so easy to use. Thanks for a simple easy to use app.

Great app. Needs an update though. The resolution is great. The app is great, never crashes. However, I wish there was a way to minimize the camera so that I can be in another app while still watching the camera.

Easy to Use. The mobile app makes it super convenient to control outlets from your phone. Love this!!

Upload fails. It’s great and all (if not really trigger happy with how often the most minor of things sets it off) but half of the footage gets corrupted somehow. All it says is ‘upload failed check network connection’. There is nothing wrong with my wifi. Seriously annoying.

Needs some app tweaks. Good but you can’t change notifications sound to something you can actually hear. Would be nice to pick your own sounds.

Absolutely horrible. If I had the boxes to return it, I would. Thank goodness I didn’t sign up for anything past the free trial. The cameras can’t even do its basic purpose- to stay on and connected. I am sick and tired of having to delete devices, add them back, restarts, etc. at least they were cheap and not of much $$$

Very impressed. My wife and I bought 2 cameras to test them out and I’ve gotta say we love them and we will be buying more of them to complete our home surveillance.

So Far, So Good. I’ve been using ARLO cameras for years and I must say that these ROKU cameras have better quality video, better sound and are way easier to set up. And now base station to install. So far, these cameras and outlets work flawlessly.

Not a ring. So far the camera works great and is a cheaper option but unfortunately I’m unable to retrieve any footage from any event that happens. I get notifications all day long then I try to watch the video and it won’t play. I’ve reported this problem several times through the Roku app but so far nothings changed

Used to work on iPad. It worked earlier this year and now it tells me there is a connectivity issue and to wait. Reinstalled and changed router settings. Works on iPhone but not iPad. I do have the latest iPad Air and my software is current. Not worth the the time to call another ‘tech’ number only to talk to AI and someone that I can’t understand. At least the phone has it..for now.

Crap cameras. Have gone offline more than other cameras I have (Ring etc). All are placed properly near the routers and signal is strong. These can’t be reset unless you are physically there to do it (which defeats the purpose of surveillance when away). When they were working, the movable camera’s night vision is poor. Mostly blocked by a light ring so cannot use for night. Invest in a bit better camera if you want it to work properly.

Great small camera. It’s a basic wireless camera but it has worked perfectly!
