What happened?. The app used to work perfectly and after you did your update it messed everything up I can’t search for specific shoes anymore. it makes the experience frustrating and difficult. I used to really love this app. I hope you guys get it fixed soon.

Pretty good but. Items r ship but shipping is insane from $40 to $90 for shipping also every time I pay the amount of shipping that it shows I’m sick and tired of getting an email that it’s under paid. They need to stop charging those prices if they’re not on the dot, I’m sick and tired of having to pay extra because of the underpaid

Don’t get this app or buy from them.. Terrible costumer service no one could help. i put a order in but never got a shipping update or tracking number. So I contacted costumer service. First I was told I would get a refund for $120+ I paid an never did. I contacted them again an then was told there’s nothing they could do. Mind you they had ask if I even payed. Ridiculous, so I came with receipts an they still did nothing for me. Terrible app.

My review since release. After using this app in beta, I can say it has been improved many times. My major complaint is the incredibly slow loading times for images. This also applies to the website. I’m not sure if they have a terrible CDN, but it needs to be improved. Shipping is a little pricey for what it is, but the price is dropping. The app is easy to use but wording can be improved. I would definitely give this app a 5 star rating if image loading times wasn’t so bad.

Can you add Apple Pay for iOS users?. I have an iPhone and I feel like the hassle of using Apple Pay to buy something or load up your balance would be more easier especially for iPhone users.

never again.. although this is good if you want cheaper alternatives for expansive things, they don’t tell you how much the shipping is. Yea they have the more expensive things at a lower price but the shipping makes it 10x worse. I bought 2 things, those were around $50, when i went to pay for shipping it was $90. To me that is ridiculous, i already don’t have much money, which is why i bought from here. When i asked for my money back they didn’t give it back. So i paid $50 for absolutely nothing.

Website is better. The website is definitely better on desktop, but if you just need to check on your package mobile app will do, but I like the app too because you can see popular items unlike the website

It’s good. When I downloaded it I thought the items were super cheap and totally worth it and all because the replica clothing and more were 10-40$ and I was basically saving hundreds of dollars instead of buying the real deal. Buttttt then there was shipping… the shipping was 100+ for 5kg of items depending on the shipping line. In total that I spent on 1 haul was around 200$ ish with the shipping too and got some decent clothes for a very good price, I got around 8-10 clothes for 200$ and to clarify, the shirts were a VERY VERY good quality depending on which seller you buy from and got the shirts for 5-10 each. Overall it’s worth it, me personally I would get around 4-6 kg of stuff if you don’t wanna spend more than 300$

Customer service is a joke and I wish I could post pictures. Customer service is an absolutely joke. USPS wasn’t able to forward to my address because they had a jumbled up address on the box. I simply asked them to file an international inquiry and now they are acting like they didn’t send the package at all.

Best App Terrible Community. As of most things now and days, the content itself is impressive, modern, and easy to use. I just got my Haul yesterday with 3 Jordan 1s 1 balenciaga Track and 1 Yeezy. Impressive work on their part. The community itself is just toxic and stranding.

PandaBuy. PandaBuy is one of the best apps for buys from china. The app is really easy to navigate it has some bugs here and there. What I recommend the developers to do is a save for later this would really be a great feature to have so your shopping cart does not get full of items

Image search no longer works. After most recent update image search stopped working shows no results now.

Ehh. I found the items I wanted on the website but it took me a while to learn and you had to get links from a 3rd party to find certain things. Hard to navigate and took around 2 weeks to ship to the U.S. The day after purchasing using my card there was a 143 dollar purchase in a random place in china. Overall and OK website that i don’t recommend using and definitley use a secure card.

Slept on fr😮‍💨. You can get Great quality stuff on here if yu find the right sellers, the prices are great compared to the real brand prices. The customer service a lil confusing but it’s good once yu get to understand it. Overall a W💯

W app. This app is amazing for getting any nice clothes you want for less than a penny. I find some problems though. First it’s very hard to contact your agent and seeing when your package will arrive, I’m typing this while my package has been getting delivered for about a month. And also yes the shipping is terrible it cost wayyy too much and it takes wayyyy too long. Other than that this is a very useful shopping app

Almost Perfect. Fix searching. Make photo searching easier to point out the exact item you want yo search for like AliExpress. Make a box you can move around to search on the photo

Worth it. While the shipping is expensive it’s 100% worth it if you’re getting replicas of designer or expensive clothing because in the end it will cost a lot less than the actual product. I got a shirt and a hoodie for around $70. The actual price of the hoodie is like $400 and the shirt is $80. And they weren’t cheap material either. The hoodie and the shirt are very heavy. Now this depends on the seller you buy from which PandaBuy can’t do anything about. If you get a cheap shirt it isn’t PandaBuys fault it’s the seller you bought it from. Remember, PandaBuy doesn’t make any products. They just ship products from China sold on websites like Taobao for those websites don’t ship to anywhere else except China. Also, how fast you revive your product or if you even get your product at all is once again not in PandaBuys control. They are only responsible for what happens to your product in the warehouse. If it isn’t in the warehouse, it isn’t there problem. They give customers a ton of shipping lines to choose from. Make sure to use the shipping line that works best for where you live. I used PD Line B and my clothes arrived to my parcel mailbox fast. I plan to buy from here again.

Best agent. Best agent ever I’ve just been getting started ordering and they’ve helped me the whole way they should give me some credits though .

Holiday Shipping is Bad. I have done a few hauls and those all went well. I only try and buy if there are QR Images from other purchases. Placed an order, paid for shipping 10 days ago only says shipping label was printed. Not other movement in 10 days. They said be patient during holidays and I can no longer contact anyone about it. Not sure when my package will actually go out.

Not working properly anymore. The app used to work flawlessly but since the last update I get a constant pop up with “cannot capture product info” error, like 9 out of 10 times happens, sometimes closing the app makes it work again and sometimes you just have to refresh like 30 times until the app finally captures the product, hopefully they’ll fix that soon. Also there should be an option to disable the auto copied detection pop up that says “we found you copied a link, should we open it for you?” because every time you decline it the URL, link, or whatever you just copied is erased from memory making it impossible to paste anything into the search bar or at least there should be a fix to be able to decline the auto copied detection pop up but still be able to manually paste the URL, link or whatever in the search bar.

Annoying updates. The constantly annoying updates makes it really annoying. Though the app works flawlessly. But just the consistent updates makes it so annoying.

Great App If You Know What You’re Doing. Probably have around 5 hauls shipped so far, only ever ran into shipping trouble once and that was my fault. If you know your way around, know where to buy from, and you aren’t a TikTok kid that’s got the IQ of a 7 year old, you’ll be fine. Probably the most user-friendly Chinese shipping agent for shipping goods overseas.

Broke all of the sudden. My cart and the items themselves won’t load anymore. I’m on iOS 14 which is probably the issue but it was working fine a few days ago.

LITERALLY AMAZING. Everything has improved the ui is easy to navigate and QC photos load so much faster and the section to look for specific items for example being jackets or socks it basically has everything 10/10 would recommend this all to everyone and anyone

credit card not working. It doesn’t let me use my credit card when ordering something. Whenever I put in the credit card info it just declines it. How do I fix this?

Great app don’t listen to other reviews. Everyone saying this app is fake and they’re getting scammed are smooth brains. I been doing this rep thing for over a year on here. Only critique is please limit the updates to once a week instead of every other day.

Great App. It’s a great app especially if you’re on a budget and want nice things for cheap. Shipping is a little pricey, wish it’s was cheaper. There are bugs here and there but overall isn’t a dealbreaker. Customer service is fast and efficient. I like that you can contact agents directly and they are nice. I just wish shipping could be cheaper.

Amazing if you know what your doing. I would advise watching a few TikTok’s and maybe googling how to use and find quality products and a tutorial on everything before using because it can be a little challenging to understand at first but is amazing once you understand

Just do you know!. So before you buy you have to pay for international shipping fee on top of the stuff you bought before to be shipped too the warehouse and I don’t really like that some might not care but I don’t like paying extra for that and it’s expensive if you order a lot like rep shoes and clothes or just stuff that weights a lot but other than that the app is ok only gonna order one time tho

Best Agent. Best app out there for buying reps for sure. Everything is straight forward and the QC pics are definitely the best feature. I wish there would be better coupons though.

Super great app. This app is constantly being updated to fix bugs and has the same exact functionality of the website. It’s so easy to check on the items order status as well as viewing your warehouse.

W app, I recommend 100 percent.. aight if you’re intending on buying stuff i’d give you the green light, concerns i had was that the shipping updates were buggy, but that’s because it was shipping internationally. but clothes are high quality, of course it isn’t going to look pin point accurate, but for what you’re paying for it’s a great deal. shipping is fairly quick too, got all of my products within 1 and a half to 2 weeks. very pleased with my order, so don’t be afraid to buy with pandabuy

PandaBuy saves you so much money fr and it’s goated.. PandaBuy is actully so awesome. You can get high quality reps of almost anything to save you so much money instead of buying the real thing. You need to learn how to use this app first but once you learn how to use it it’s awesome. I have to admit that the shipping is really expensive but that’s how they make there money. The PandaBuy agents are also so nice and they always give you good QC photos and deal with returns. I highly recommend anyone to buy stuff off this app.

Not working correctly. This app used to work perfectly, but ever since the update released ive been getting an error everytime ive copied and pasted a link, the error is, “cannot capture product info” hopefully they fix this soon. everything else works just fine

Budget friendly high quality clothes. Gotta look out for reviews of seller at first the app will be hard to navigate I suggest using photo search and watching you tutorials on how to get around. Shipping will hurt you more then the order itself typically but overall can’t beat the quality for price they have literally everything constantly updating shops keeps it fresh

They tried to take my banking information. I put in my moms bank card info because I put in the wrong address so they said i had to purchase a re-delivery fee so i did and then a wek later my mom say there has been purchases she didn’t authorize on he account so she had to close it and get a new one because of panda buy and there weird websites that was my moms last 200$ that’s messed up for real

Favorite App. Shipping might be a little costly but it is well worth it because you could buy 3 pairs of shoes (including shipping) for less than one pair of Jordan’s from stock x. Absolutely amazing website/app. I wish I had found it sooner because it truly is amazing and I recommend 👏👍

Good but missing something that would make it great. The app is good and always getting better, but I think it really needs automatic currency converting to really be great.

Have to do research but it’s worth it. Amazing service and as you can tell by multiple other reviews, this will save you so much money. 5 stars simply for that, however, rating it strictly as an application I’d give it a 4 or 4.5, they managed to replicate the website and it’s great just not perfect. Lags occasionally and the website is easier to use, not by a high margin though.

Best App for shipping reps. Been using pandabuy for over a year now. By far the best agent out there. The app overall is really good. There are some small minor things that can sometimes bother me, but not much. Customer service is great. Shipping is responsible. The 2 things that could be better is (1 making it easier to get refunds (2 don’t require vip points or whatever to get qc of an item that has been purchased before. this makes it really hard to know sizing and quality of and item. other that that the app has no disappointments!

Relatively Good. I’ve used PandaBuy to ship 4 hauls out and have not had any sort of issues. The communication and customer service are great never really had any poor dealing and for that I believe the site to be more than legitimate. The only real negative is that I’ve recently started receiving quite a number of phone calls from Chinese speaking people or automated messages in Chinese either pretending to be from the embassy or Aus post and the only conclusion I can make is that they may have gotten my number though this app.

Scammers. Sites completely fine and the packages, but I got messaged from a random fraud pretending to be my delivery service, fraud website aswell. Don’t know how they knew my number but they asked to put my name and card details in the site. Due to the reason that I apparently missed my package a week before I bought my haul. Beware of putting your real phone number and details in when buying! Workers from Pandabuy may sell your information to scammers. That was my only reasonable explanation.

Pandabuy shipping. I’ve been using pandabuy a lot more recently, what I think would bring in the attention of more customers is maybe adjusting shipping prices a little bit lower. Sincerely me

Cant see items properly. I downloaded this on my phone and it has been great for finding new clothes an what not. But for some reason when i click on an item it doesn’t show the preview section which is the first thing shown when you click on an item. This has made it hard to buy certain thongs since i cannot see images of the product.

Image load slow (PLEASE FIX). Images slow to load. Each image is a 3.5 MB file going through their server. Please use smaller file size so that image may load quicker! WEBP file format is good for 300kb image = 10X faster image load!

scammers. they locked my account after i have multiple items in my warehouse and i paid $120 usd to ship a package and they said they cant do that with my account locked they havent been communicating with me about and wont tell me how to paypal told them its ok to ship to me because we had a small incident and there still not shipping to me im very upset i have $150 usd worth of items in my warehouse and i even more upset about my packages i already paid shipping for not being sent out

Customer service. The customer support is horrible they do not help at all they gave me a false tracking number they tell you useless information.

Apps a Scam. There so much barriers it’s hard to tell the final price you’ll pay, you don’t even know if or when you’ll get the products, if the products are legit or quality, or if you just wasted money. Shipping is crazy. Very complicated app or claiming it’s easy to use.

efficient. Great app, it’s legit for anyone wondering. Ive gotten 3 about to be 4 hauls from here and all of them arrived as they should. The only complaint I have is the shipping prices but other then that it’s great.

Shipping. When u buy something it doesn’t tell you how much the shipping is going to cost so I was only expecting to pay $30, but the cheapest option for shipping was $50. And I wasn’t expecting to pay for shipping. It was unclear and to refund u need to pay for that too. Donkey app.!

Update ruined the app. After I updated the app yesterday I keep getting the “Cannot capture product info” for everything I press. So the app is basically unusable now.

Always asking to paste…. EVERY time you open the app or if you switch back to the app, it asks if you want it to allow paste (paste text that you copied). EXTREMELY suspicious. Instantly 1 star horrible app just for that.

Scam. So I ordered 2 things on panda buy and then Pandabuy told me it had to update so then I update it then I go to check my orders and there gone I didn’t even get any money back at all I don’t even know if my orders will come anymore

It’s a scam. It’s is a complete scam of an app and they won’t give you your money back they give you a balance back to only spend on the app. Very bad website don’t use it.

PandaBuy and money stolen Chanel. Be aware of this site They are receiving products from sellers to their stores and then you will pick the shipping method you will pay the cost then they will give different prices and they tell you the size need more money. Most of the sellers didn’t accept the return. Don’t be surprised don’t try.

If you return they’ll steal your money. They stole just about $100 from me because I returned something and I never got the money back it’s been 1-2 weeks since I returned it (btw I returned it as soon as I bought it they never ever teached the warehouse DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THIS SWEAT SHOP APP P.S. they sold my debit card info and took $50 I’m working with my bank to get it back

$200usd to ship 4 pairs of shoes….insane expensive!. I would have never ordered products through Pandybuy had I known they would kill me on shipping. Not a fair practice in business. Do not fall for their trap.

Put Apple pay back. It would help a lot if apple pay was an option to pay there was no reason to remove it everybody wants it back I cant buy anything anymore

Hi. this app changed my life. i was a 110lb 5'7 male before i downloaded PandaBuy. Now, one week after owning this app, I am 6'8 320lb male pure muscle.

Good. pandabuy itself is good but the app for it is HORRENDOUS it’s super slow and 99% of the time the pictures will NOT load whatsoever. The website version is good but the app is very bad.

Errors keep popping up. I meant the app is fine but every second I try to do something or paste a link it says “network error please reload” I have check my connection and it is strong so I do not know what’s going on and the app is just unusable.

Couple issues I have. - disable auto complete, auto capitalize, auto correct, and spellcheck for the login page on mobile - make it iPad compatible ( horizontal mode )

Lost Parcel. They couldn’t settle my lost parcel, USPS and I already talked about that the sender was the one who’s responsible for the insurance and not USPS, it’s like I bought insurance but I got nothing from the lost parcel, plus the Shipping Fee here is too high so it’s not worth buying rigged from this app.

SO GOOD. Blank screens? That’s just their phones don’t listen to the negative the reviews this app contains EVREYTHING you need to get into reps, helpful agents, great prices,you name it? They got it

Panda buy. Lots of adorable items but the shipping is always overprice but for the affordable price it’s worth it

Terrible app. I asked for a refund for items that I ordered months ago, that never arrived and they have a very hard time issuing a refund 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

amazing customer service. the plane that was carrying my order crashed in the ocean so i tipped my agent 1.63$ and he went out searching for it under the sea when he found it he swam all the way back to shore and brought my order to my doorstep

Can’t click after searching. After the latest update when I search for an item I can not click on the items that are populated from the search result. Useless!

Honestly. App is really good but QC images take so long to load on the app(iphone). I love pandabuy tho, shipping is a bit overboard but it’s aight
