Best App for sharing up-to-the-minute info. To tell the Truth, this app blows away similar Social media apps. The framework is robust and well-executed and the features have my heart aTwitter. I appreciate the many customizable options and I am so glad I have an alternative to other platforms known for their many bots, support of authoritarian regimes and dangerous rhetoric. Thanks, Omar and team! As you grow, please consider adding women to your Csuite and executive teams.

Love this social app. I really enjoy using Tribal because it lets me be in control and not some algorithm. I appreciate having many choices of what I want to view. I was so used to being fed that it took me a minute to figure it out. It’s like being in a dark room for a very long time and then going into the light. I didn’t realize how much I missed being able to make choices until I had that again. TY tribal😎

It’s Okay. I’ve been using Tribel since September, and at first I thought it was a very good alternative to Facebook, but over the time I’ve been using it, the bugs seem to be getting worse. For the three weeks just prior to today’s update I was unable to access the “Following” tab on the Homepage; when I tried to access it, my Homepage would freeze up. Since loading today’s update, I am unable to access the Homepage at all. I can still access my personal page and see notifications, but that’s all. I tried to get assistance from the Tribel team when I first noticed the problem with the Following tab, but, as with Facebook, I got no help at all. It’s difficult to Like a comment, and when you can, it doesn’t save it. There are a number of other little things that I find annoying but can live with.

Intuitive. First let me preface my review with, I’m older and didn’t get on Twitter till 2016. Twitter was a easier to learn. Probably because they had worked out all the kinks by the time I joined. I like this app, I’m just finding it a little difficult to figure out how to use it. I don’t understand why I need to select an audience for a post, but I’m sure with a little time, I’ll figure this out. I’m really happy that y’all developed this app and I look forward to it getting better as we all learn along together. P.S. I know some younger people are like, omg, why are old people on social media, if they don’t understand how to use it? I’m on it, so I can learn from people younger and smarter people than me on how to leave the world a better and safe place for my grandchildren and their grandchildren to come.

Breath of Fresh Air after Twitter. Tribel is an impressive and user friendly alternative to Twitter and other social media platforms. In the week since I joined, Tribel allows longer posts and seems to encourage more intelligent conversation. I have seen improvements in the short period of time that I have been exploring. My only usability suggestions are to make “select an audience” easier and not put as many notification at the top. I feel like the position at the top covers the navigation and interrupts my flow as I wait for it to fade out. All in all a much better experience.

Definitely recommend. I just joined Tribel, but so far I really like it. I really wish that it were possible to have private messages with groups of people. I am hoping this feature will be added. I love it that they are working to keep it positive and to stop disinformation. It would also be helpful if, when we go to groups, the groups we are in would be right there instead of having to search for them.

I’m loving this App!. I’m really enjoying the Tribel experience especially being able to post without fear of being thrown in FB jail for the stupidest of things, the smaller number of trolls (although they are making their way over to annoy us), the total lack of ads and bots. It’s a rather refreshing experience. 😊 My complaints are purely cosmetic and functional in nature. Due to my extremely poor eyesight, I would love a larger font size. I am spoiled by the different emoji choices under the like button on FB and would really like to have a few choices other than just “like” on here. Also, I would like to have control over the order my pictures post when I add more than one at a time. Sometimes they do need to appear in a particular order… Although none of the above issues will make me leave the platform, it would be nice if they could be addressed sometime in the near future to help make it more user friendly.

Excellent Chat Site with Good People. This is a fairly new social site for those unhappy with other sites that accept violent and hate-filled personal attacks against one another. It leans liberal and is often political, but I haven’t yet seen any threats or a barrage of filthy language aimed at other people. I have “met” some very interesting, kind, and unique members. There were technical issues to begin with, but I find most have been resolved. I’m enjoying it very much. Five stars!

Review of Tribel. This social media app is refreshing! You will find a few posts criticizing Trible because we are stymieing free speech they say. Free speech is encouraged here but maga hate speech is not the same as free speech! We are leaning to the left because twitter and facebook are right leaning and a lot of disinformation and misinformation is being spread under the guise of free speech in these 2 other social media platforms. Many of us are looking for positive speech and that is hard to find on the other two dying platforms. This is why we ban speech that promotes lies and violence. It’s not free speech we are banning but hate spreading people like Elon and Trump and all of the MAGA Republicans. If you want to not get banned on Trible don’t go against the site’s terms. We welcome opposing opinions but not hateful ones. Great app.

App Notification Issues. To Whom it May Concern, The was an update to the iOS app today and I was hoping that it would address my biggest issues with your platform and why I don’t sign into it as often as I probably should! Issue 1: the app does not give me a count as to how many notifications I have waiting for me, if I see a notification count on the app icon kind of how Facebook tells you what is there, I would probably sign in a lot more often. Issue 2: once I sign into the app and click on the notifications waiting for me, the shaded unread notifications disappear and without figuring out by time/date I can no longer tell what I have already seen and what I need to see. These 2 issues are a glaring problem in my opinion and I personally feel that if these 2 things get fixed, it would make the platform a lot more user friendly and more appealing to me and possibly others. Tribel is a great Social Media App!!!. I have been using this App for a little over a week and I truly enjoy the experience! I don’t really use social media because it has been used for such negative reasons and to promote false narratives throughout our world, and especially in our great country! I believe expression of views is very vital, but when people spread intentional mistruths in order to create dissent among the general public I object and refuse to participate! I enjoy the sharing on Tribel, and so far have found very little to criticize about the App. It seems to function very well, and it is very simple to use. I know a lot of people will find some of the views to their disliking, because truth hurts! However, I truly find this App a great alternative to the others! It functions a great deal better than some of those that have been around for years!

Brilliant Alternative. I’ve only been on Tribel for a few weeks, however, I can say without fear of contradiction that this site is realizing what Social Media can achieve. The focus is on community rather than the ego of the founder. The posts are, for the most part thoughtful, truthful, and without malice. I am looking forward to both bringing friends over from other Social Media accounts and acquiring new friends on Tribal.

Beautiful App. This app has all the intuitive features we never knew we wanted. There are couple of minor things that I would like to see improved. But overall, I love the community and the comments. It seems that people on this app are a lot more intelligent than people in other social apps. I highly recommend this app as an alternative to what we already know and are bored with.

Grab a Coffee and Just Hang Out. Tribel is NOT owned/influenced by a billionaire child trying to control the world. This is a quiet place where decent people gather to read, learn, and interact while we await justice and calm. Politics, hobbies, sunsets, cats and howling Huskies are all here. Undesirable intruders are easily blocked. Otherwise every post is visible to everyone on one thread (you can be heard like never before). Change can be stressful, but I adapted in one day and have never looked back. Tribel is a change worth making.

Such an improvement over the other AP!. I joined when it was early in the launch phase but didn’t use it much. It took me a little while to figure out how I wanted to come across and I hated losing my connections. So I let it sit awhile and eventually left the other place altogether when it just started to fulfill all the worst expectations. So now I’m acclimated here and love it. Lots of great ways to communicate and share and learn from people. Just take the plunge, you’ll be glad you did!

At Last: A place without Trolls. Tribel is a newly created site for sharing liberal viewpoints, positive news, lovely artwork and pictures, and heartwarming feel-good stories. At last, there is a place where one doesn’t have to wade through people spewing anti-Democracy, and anti-everything views, Russian trolls, etc. I have sometimes enjoyed Twitter, but of late it has become more vicious and likely will continue he in that direction. Give Tribel a chance. It is growing!

Tribel. If you are thinking about leaving Twitter I suggest you do so now. Tribal is set up a little differently and just like when you got on Twitter it’s going to take a little time to get more people on your feed but I have found it to be an excellent and uplifting experience to be with positive people and those two are racist etc. don’t last long on there, which means Trumper‘s don’t last long on there. Give it a try. Stick with it. It’ll be worth your while. Don’t let Elon Musk make a penny off of you.

Concern about Privacy Policy. Under “App Privacy,” it says, “Data Not Collected.” However, clicking on the privacy policy link leads to this description that indicates data is collected: “ … You provide some of this data directly, such as when register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. We get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experience with our services and communications and when you visit our site.” I would like to try this new app and site but am concerned about its privacy practices. I would welcome clarification from the app developer.

Leftist dominated threat to democracy. Just from viewing the very first posts presented you will see a specific pattern emerge immediately. Scroll a little further and as it continues you start to realize that it isn’t just by chance you continue to see ONLY left leaning posts, that’s all that is being fed to you on this app. Clearly opposing views and opinions are censored and banned by this app, which is the exact opposite of democracy and freedom of speech. This is a horrible app run by propagandists who can’t accept that not everyone is going to agree on every subject and the freedom to be allowed to express our views is not only fundamental but the very foundation of democracy. It’s utterly shameful that this is how social media companies try to run things and apps that ban people from sharing a viewpoint that differs from their own should all be shut down for even attempting to upend and undermine the freedom of speech we’ve all been born with.

I appreciate the truth in Truth Social!. I really got tired of reading the pack of lies created by paid provocateur’s, and the completely made up political disinformation regurgitated by the legions of the easily misled on Twitter. I want news from reputable sources and I don’t care about the opinions of those who’s only aim is to tear down our country and get gratification from the resulting chaos.I want to read the opinions of those who matter who give me insight into what is going on or around the world and let me know what the average person can do to help. That’s why I like Truth Social.

Constantly glitches. I am hoping these are just because it is growing. Even though I ask for it, I don’t get notification on the icon. Also, it never saves what I do and don’t want to see on my timeline. Every time I go back on, I have to re-save my favorites and what I don’t want to see. And a lot of times unless it is one specific subject, I can’t go to breaking or trending. Even when I do the following and it is under all categories, the timeline will stop after about a dozen posts. at first, when I used to follow somebody it gave me a suggestion of other accounts I might be interested in. But ever since I did the update that allowed me to get an @, I don’t get any suggestions anymore, it is just blank. I’ve reached out and asked for help. But I think it’s been about a week and nothing.

Nice change for social media. I like the aspects of this app. So many good features. But we really could use better directions on how to use it. - How can we delete a follower we aren’t comfortable with? - I have a star but can’t find out why or how to see which category it’s for - Will you be doing something to weed out catfishers/scammers? I’ve personally discovered through research many men (who have attempted to message with me) who are using fake images and/or names. I’ve reached out to developers but never get a response. Happy to change to 5 stars if things improve.

Decent app, hopefully it will be improved upon. Keep in mind that there is a certain group of people with an ulterior motive behind posting negative reviews of this app. That said, it’s nice finally having an alternative for the popular hate filled social media alternatives filled with misinformation and outright fake news (the real kind). My complaints so far is issues loading my feed sometimes and a bit of delay sometimes when posting comments. Given the newness of this app, these hitches are to be expected and I hope this app does grow and the developers improve upon it.

No tech support, full of bugs. I used Tribel for a while until one of their recent updates, which locked me and many others out of our accounts. IT and just any communication with Tribel have been non-existent from the start and that hasn’t changed with this latest issue. Many were forced to make new accounts in order to keep using it. I’m holding off because I’m not sure it’s worth it. Other bugs have included a photo of women in a hijab that took over the app and appeared in many people’s profiles and messages. Again, zero communication from Tribel. Many people’s posts are frequently duplicated and posted a second time a few minutes later. Difficulty linking news stories or photos to messages. Difficulty reporting abuse, especially on iPhones. I’m pretty fed up at this point.

Quality Product. Signed up for this as a result of the escalating demise of Twitter. Think this app is a more than suitable alternative. Quality design and flow. Seems pretty easy to navigate. To this point, the culture seems fine. I’m not one who feels everyone should be the same. I do however draw the line at things like racism, anti-semtism, fascism, etc. Not really ground breaking to be against the worst of us. The unfiltered lying that has been allowed to go on (and now actively encouraged on Twitter) is an easy line to have. There is no discourse with that mentality. Honestly believe Tribel will continue to get better over time. Give it a try.

Love Tribel. I have been on Tribel for about a week. It’s easy to use! It took a couple of days to get used to where everything is. I think that’s true for any new platform. There is always a learning curve. I’m 65 and have had a stroke and I understand the different categories. I love to be able to go to Breaking or Trending and get my daily news. On the home page I can glance and read, if I want, all the sub-categories I picked. Again, I can’t say enough good things about this social platform. Thank you for creating it.

A Positive Post Twitter & FB Landing Spot. If you miss the old high community standards and are now unhappy with the vicious trolling going on at over at Twitter & FB, this is a great place to land. Tribel has been many months, or more, in the creation of what people would like to see in their new social media. It’s been a what was great that you prefer not to lose, what do you wish to see beyond that, community exercise. And so far so good. What a positive, welcome community! Tribel is building something great! 😄

I like the concept, please improve the app!. I love the idea of this social media platform. It will never catch on if you can’t improve the user interface. Currently, you have to click on the post to open it and THEN click to open the image. You should not have to click on an image even once to see the entire image, much less twice! I got frustrated with this before I got to enjoy the content. You have already lost users due to a bad rollout. Please do better, we need a platform like this.

Great content that can’t be read by older people. No matter how great the content, the one and only one supported font is too small for me to read. Which makes the app useless to me. This app does not honor the per app font size setting from the iOS, nor does it have a in-app setting for the font size. This is unusual for most iOS apps - one must work hard to be this rigid. The support is non-existent and users don’t appear supportive of folks like me. Even if there was a reason why they couldn’t expand the font size, the silence from CS is deafening. Clearly supporting customers is not the priority with this app.

Awesome platform. It’s incredibly satisfying to be able to interact with like minded people. People who believe in America. People who believe in facts. People who know how to research using unbiased sources. People who want to see a better America for everyone. There are a few troll accounts that spout misinformation and disinformation. Hopefully they will be weeded out soon. Also, take notice that all the 1 star reviews are the same. Trolls are trying to lower the platforms exposure.

Great idea for an app, but very poorly executed.. Not at all user friendly, needs a LOT of work. So right off the bat I can’t change my name…it forces me to use my full name, and I prefer to go by my initials. That’s what I go by on other social media, so that’s what people know me as. So nobody knows who I am on this platform, there’s no way to change it, and there’s no way to get any help. There’s no help section, and there’s no response to requests that are submitted for help. Then you get people pushing the app on Twitter… but when people ask questions, they just give you screenshots of the creator’s Twitter account and tell you to go ask him your questions. (Which remain unanswered). Also the fact that I joined “Tribel” three months ago but now I’m seeing the app being touted as “Tribal Social” on social media….until I did some research I didn’t know if it was the same thing. Add to that all the sketchiness of their terms of service…. I’ll look into CounterSocial before I go active on Tribal/ TribalSocial.

My FAVORITE PLACE TO “SPEAK MY MIND”. I came to tribel, not too long after Elon Musk took over Twitter. I came to tribel because I can speak my mind and not be censored. I came to tribel because I share a lot of the same beliefs as other members of tribal every day. I came to tribel because if I speak my mind here, I don’t have to worry about being put on hold with Twitter because they don’t like my opinion. I post something new in Tribel at least 10 times a day now. I follow and make friends with more followers daily and we share laughs ,pets animals ,jokes and politics, mostly politics, right

A safe place to be. I was hesitant at first. A new social media site claiming to be mellow? No spam? No cyber bullying? Yeah, right. I was happily proved wrong. Folks here are friendly and helpful. Not much in politics goes on here for which I am exceedingly thankful. This is a great place to be. I only wish Tribel been around sooner. But- everything in its own time. Tribel is here now and that’s what matters. Thank you Tribel for stepping into the much and providing a great place that is also safe.

Having trust issues. I attempted to read the terms and conditions, (See? Some people read them!) which, by the way, are the lightest shade of gray against white, and nearly impossible to read. Then they disappear, and I can’t find them anywhere on the site. It just took me straight to “news,” (which I hate), and I had to look at the face of Kimberly “come on Doc try and make me look like Mick Jagger” Guilfoyle. Kind of freaked me out because for a second there I thought that I was stuck on some weird Fox News Universe. 😞 I think I might delete the app for the moment and wait until the bugs are worked out.

Best Alternative To Other Social Media Sites!. I’ve been on this app about two weeks & let me say this app is SUCH a breath of fresh air & where they keep all the lies, conspiracy theories that the far right keep spewing that should have been STOPPED years ago when 45 started spreading these lies!! Thank you to the creators of Tribel because this is how all social media sites use to be like BEFORE 45 got to the spotlight & I prefer Tribel over Musk’s NEW Twitter because it now spews nothing but hate, racism, lies & Musk only wanted to buy Twitter to interfere in this election & in 2024 as hes a MAJOR conservative cuz he only likes the GOP & dont give a hoot about the little people who made him a billionaire thats why I advertise ppl to join Tribel as much as I can & get ppl off of Twitter!!

I left Twitter for this new social media: TRIBEL. I’ve been on TRIBEL for 2 weeks. It’s been a simple and positive experience. It’s free. No vetting fees. Real people respond for brief conversations. A few bad apples (trolls) desire to date (or verbally insult women) but blocking and reporting them is easy. There is a diversity of good people here and various subject categories to select from when posting comments. The Tribel social community supports the Democratic Party and advocates for equality, freedom and social Justice for all in politics, work and home. 💐. Spend some time in Tribel.

Sound concept. A good app and in many ways a better social media site than Facebook. So far, the trolls and bots haven’t gotten in, and with any luck, they won’t. Tribel does need tweaks, like a bigger font size for comments, and when someone posts a picture, you should be able to see the whole thing right away. There should be more ways to react to a post besides like. It would also be nice if users could have attributes like bold, italic & underline to their posts.

Not very accessible for visually challenged individuals.. As a blind individual, I find that the app is not very user-friendly or accessible as much as Facebook or Twitter. I am sure of people wondering how blind people would be using the phone and certain social media apps, but we do. With the screen reader, it’s accessible only to appoint. Just wanted to let the app creator know. If you want more people to use this app, because there are millions of us who do, you might want to fix that issue. Thank you.

Refreshing Take on Social Media!. I’ve been using Tribel for a little over a week, and wow! What a refreshing and positive take on how to execute a social media platform. I haven’t seen any hateful rhetoric, bullying, fear-mongering, or negativity trolling, which is almost shocking considering what Twitter, Facebook, etc. have become. I hoped it would be a kinder and more open-minded place, and I’ll be damned if it hasn’t substantially exceeded my expectations! If you’re looking for a positive coal media experience without the overwhelming toxicity, I’d highly encourage you to take a look at Tribel and give it a try!

Great alternative. i’ve been using this app for a month or so. It takes a little bit of getting used to and of course it has its glitches as all platforms do at first. But, I am loving the concept and direction that this is going. It’s definitely a breath of fresh air that they take seriously the problem with the trolls and bots that are on the other social media platforms. The more people that use the app the better it will be. Be sure to invite your friends and followers from other platforms for your best experience on Tribel.

Tribel is better than Twitter!. I knew that most people would be looking for an alternative to Twitter, which has become a cesspool of negativity. Tribel is the best platform I’ve seen for factual information, group communication, with so many categories to send your message to people that will understand and appreciate it. It just takes a bit of time to adjust to the format and the Tribel Team is working hard to make it safe and informative! The best thing: TRIBEL DOES NOT SHARE YOUR DATA!

Tribel lets you speak without censorship. IG censors me often when I use trump in a post. It warns me to be polite and adhere to rules every time I get ready to comment. They even deleted a post I made about a rescued kitten who was flourishing and cute as anything. I use Tribel mostly for political things. I'm never censored or warned. They also list categories of interest from which you choose so you don't see unwanted content. They don't fill my feed with things in which I'm not interested. I can also share from IG so easily, it's a great companion site, though it's great on it's own.

More Reddit than Twitter.. The interface has not been designed to function like Twitter, which has the best interface of all platforms for mobile users. For me, navigating through this platform is like going back to kindergarten. And just for scale and intellectualism, Facebook compared to Twitter is like being in a 4th grade elementary school compared to a PhD dissertation that is Twitter. Here, homepage remains the same, no new news. And it seems, there are no females on the platform. Only men follow me—do they think, this is a dating app?—And from what I can see, no news organizations have migrated here yet. At least since I joined 24 hours ago, have not seen a single news outlet or news post. Just a couple of scammers and members calling them out. Very disappointed. Scammers making their way here; visually and navigationally, platform is in early Alpha stages. And, I’m sure, Tribel can do so much better than that! Twitter’s end user design is simplicity at it’s best. Stop complicating this interface with so many categories and subcategories which allows for the formatting to resemble Reddit rather than Twitter. Keep it simple. Twitter simple.

The user interface is very intuitive and the app is easy to navigate, making it simple to join groups, engage in discussions, and share content. May be exactly what I was looking for. I've been looking high and low for an alternative to the joke that Twitter has become. Everything that I've used up until now has had at least one major downside. If this app has a major downside, I haven't found it yet. This app has great promise, and I am thinking that it may be my new home. I'm even considering investing in this app, but I don't know whether to make a very small investment so it won't make any difference if it goes south, or to take a risk and get in on a little bit bigger investment.

Welcome change from Facebook. As someone who has grown tired of Facebook. A place where there are overwhelming advertisements, pitches from at best sketchy companies along with Facebook having strayed from the concept of a platform simply allowing people to connect to friends. It has become a hotbed of political drivel, recriminations against others and the potential sale of personal information strictly to increase their already bloated bottom line. Several people told me of a new platform that isn’t controlled by the right wing nut cases and that platform is Tribel. It’s still growing and it is exciting to be in at its infancy. The people who are on Tribel are intelligent, open minded and often have a wicked sense of humor. It is a welcoming place and I suggest you investigate Tribel for yourself.

I recently joined Tribal to have a place to Land away from the older Social Platforms.. I wanted a Social Platform were I could Do What I Want, When I Want, With Whoever I Want, Anytime I Want. Using Standard Common Courtesy, Being Honest, Straightforward & Forthright in an all American Manner. Without having individuals that do not really practice the above traits manipulating & rerouting or sending me texts regarding my content & giving me an opportunity to change it to the Monitor’s approval. Or not allowing my comments to be posted & sending post straight to Drafts without my consent or being notified. That’s the New Twitter.

Tribel is superior to other apps. I have found Tribel allows you to speak your mind without being put in jail ,like FB for factual and historical information. One example is being put in FB jail for 30 days for posting a picture of Joseph Goebbels and his quote about repeating lie and people will believe it. This is factual historical information. I could go on with other examples. When I reported hate speech of FB, they informed me it did not go against their community standards. It seems their standards are completely arbitrary. I have been much happier with Tribel. I find less total hate and racism. I’d love this app.

Tiny bit disappointing. Just downloaded the app less than 5 minutes ago and finding some glitchy behaviour. 1) Through I was able to change the country I live in, the city I live in is not listed in the drop down. Instead the drop down offered the state I live in. Makes me think you IT Department folks need a refresher course in not only geography but how to look up countries, states and cities. 2) I wanted to add the country and city I am originally from and pffft! No can do! Thankfully I was able to delete the totally unrelated country it chose ‘for’ me!! 3) The site itself seems like it’s running slow which is always frustrating no matter what site. 4) I definitely have my fingers crossed that Tribel gets its act together rather than turning into the same kind of ‘big fail’ that FG’s Truth Social is.

Much better than Mastadon. I find Tribal better than Mastadon as there is only one platform and it is easier to navigate. Keep up the good work.

Loving It. Ok a little glitchy atm but I suspect the migration from twitter users is impacting that, anyone who doesn’t like this app can stick to Truth Social or Twitter 💁🏻‍♀️

Very good engagement. I’ve been on Tribel for 2 weeks. Even though I’m ramping up the number of people I follow and those who follow me I’ve noticed the rates of engagement are a lot higher than Twitter Functionality is pretty good and I like the audiences concept. I’d like to see more of an international bias in news and users since I’m based in Australia

Twitter Refugee. I have been placed under a special algorithm on Twitter to stop me from countering bots and trolls. This happened because Ï trolled the biggest bot of them all Elon Musk. This is handy to read grass roots Democratic news from America.

Best Social. Wonder where the one star reviews come from? Tucker Carlson supporters that’s where. Get off Twitter and come join Tribel if only because Carlson is banned. Now let’s ban MTG.

Beware.. I joined the platform on the premise of a safer social media experience. I deleted my account after a week as it’s a very hateful & abusive platform. I was exposed to graphically violent content that I found very traumatising. It’s seemingly not moderated at all.

Worth a try.. A new social platform, so far so good but I am only getting to know it and I am a bit slow in that regard. Makes a good change from Twitter.

Excellent. An excellent app

Exposes personal data. I was excited about a Twitter alternative and spent a couple of weeks on Tribel. First off, it’s a bit buggy, slow and lacks engagement, but that’s to be expected. Ux is poor, eg forcing you to categorise each message, which adds unnecessary friction, and categorisation also limits your feed. Again, will probably be fixed over time. What I can’t overlook is that the privacy settings don’t work, and revert to public after you mark your personal info (eg name and email address) as private. This happened 5 times in a row, on different days and 2 app updates. In this day and age - even ten years ago - not acceptable. Deleted my profile and the app, and suggest others do the same for their own safety.

Notification spam. If you won’t stop spamming push notifications for stupid videos, I’ll have to turn them off entirely… which means I don’t know about actual important information like mentions and messages.

Easy to use and peaceful conversation. I moved to Tribel because Twitter was becoming too dark and murky and filled with trolls. My experience at Tribel is a thousand times better. Very civilised conversation and multiple views without the anger on Twitter. I highly recommend Tribel.

One sided conversation + bots. Heard about it and tried checking it out. If you’re a lefty after a bubble where you only hear what you agree with then this is the app for you.

Better than FB. First up it’s better than FB. It might not survive because FB is a behemoth and a lot will depend on whether tribel can convince enough people to make the switch. It’s quite slow to load at the moment but I imagine that will be sorted out without too many issues.

Far better than FB & Twitter. I am enjoying my Tribel experience far more than I did on Face Book. Trolls on FaceBook get you blocked for the most inane things, frankly I am sick and tired of being blocked for my anti GOP comments, WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE SPEACH ?? Oh, that’s right, unles it is PRO GOP, you get banned !!!! Not so on Tribel. The one thing I am not happy about is backup support, sent off a request 2 weeks ago and still no follow up.

Didn’t have this app for long. This app doesn’t allow you to put Palestine as a country but you can put the country illegally occupying it. Also doesn’t tell you your last name and all personal info is displayed. You can later change in settings but doesn’t seem safe for privacy.

Best Alternative to Twitter. Love this app. Been using it for about three weeks and it truly does have an amazing platform that keeps hateful, racists users from showing up on your timeline. Easy to navigate, has various settings you can choose on how to follow who you want to follow and get news you can use.

Don’t be fooled by negative reviews!. This app is 10x better than twitter and knowing that it is watched and banning those spreading dangerous conspiracies, hateful rhetoric and mass amounts of fake news should tell you that you’re in the right place by downloading this app. Give it a try! If you don’t like it you can always delete it! But I think you’ll end up staying 🙂

Trolls and scammers are rampant. Overall I love Tribel. It definitely could be a great app once they work out some glitches and hire more people to deal with trolls. 97% of the members are there to be social and informative. The trolls that harass people ruin the experience. Tribel either needs to train it’s people better or hire more people. And I wonder if it’s possible for the scammers to be removed automatically for spamming. Or using a combination of certain words. Forex, bitcoin, etc.

Maybe a bit of…. An echo chamber but fortunately it’s not an echo chamber of hate. I love being able to categorize my posts. I haven’t noticed any bugs yet either. Def a good alternative to Twitter seeing as how I only expect Twitter to go downhill since Elon has single handedly tanked the revenue sources so the company won’t even be able to do basic maintenance by this time next year.

So much better than Twitter. Just joined Tribel after deactivating twitter. Haven’t encountered any trolls or MAGA republicans posting their lies and misinformation, which was constant on Twitter. I want no part of any Elon Musk venture. The only reason he bought it was so he could engage in hate speech and give others a platform to do the same. Elon Musk is a perfect example of one white man with way too much money.

Tribel Review. I deleted my Twitter account primarily due to new ownership and also because of the derogatory posts that were being allowed on it. Since being on Tribel I have found the atmosphere to be much more cordial amongst the members and there is no sign of the despicable and disrespectful posts which were allowed on Twitter. I’m glad I switched and so are my family and friends.

Interesting model worth watching. Have been lurking on it for a while but getting more and more used to it. Hoping this becomes a long term option to some other platforms. Takes a little while to adjust to navigation but not glitchy at all so kudos on the development side!

So far so good. I think this one has some good potential. Since the Twitter dumpster fire I’ve been looking for something else and heard about this app. Thought why not. I like it so far. It does seem a little glitchy like once in a while it crashes. But I’m going to stick around and see how it goes. ETA: they added the handle thing so I think we will see more features/ improvements!

Outstanding Alternative to Free Hate Zone (Twitter). With Tribel’s filtering system it’s easy to eascape the carcass of the rotting bird site. You’ll find many of the same accounts you used to follow and be able to curate your stream. I’m glad I made the switch. I don’t want to support a white wing, anti-Semitic billionaire bozo. Tribel is a place where I can find reasonable people and accounts without the din of hate speech, bots and losers.

Great App. So far so good. Though it’s in its infancy, it has a lot of promise to be a strong platform with the upgrades to come. Trolls are slowly starting to get on but that was and is to be expected. The site has been very welcoming for like minded individuals that enjoy a good discussion or healthy debate that doesn’t lead to hate speech because people disagree. It’s amazing what happens when adults can have an open discussion.

Liking this app!. I joined awhile back but checked on it tonight and spent a lot of time there. There is so much you can involve yourself in having to do with not just political discourse. There are so many things to do in various labeled categories such as inspiration, pets, photography, etc. I like to get some political discourse but it is nice to balance it with some fun things. It feels like a community to me.

Tribal versus Twitter Facebook, and true social. This is a far superior, social media site, than either Twitter, Facebook, Truth Social or any other of the ones that are out there. On Tribel we can disagree with one another without it being a big deal and being hateful. Most people on here are very excepting of others, and all of us believe in the freedom of speech, and we all support each other.

Really Great To Use. I’m absolutely loving Tribel. I’m on several different social media platforms, and while this one is still small, it’s getting bigger every day. The people I’ve connected with are cool and not creepy, which is a refreshing change. There have been a few trolls, but Tribel makes it easy to report them. I can’t gain access!. I set up my Tribel account yesterday after downloading the app. I don’t know whether this has anything to do with it but my Facebook account has an old AOL account that I’m trying to phase out so I set it up with a gmail account that I am using. I have tried signing in especially when I try to give feedback but it says “something went wrong” and doesn’t let me go any further. When I try to reach out to Support, I get blocked as well! Please assist! It’s about time to have a platform for those of us who see that our democracy is in danger with the current GOP! Thank you.

Like twitter with a conscience!. Excellent moderation designed to create a user experience that is not fraught with Mis and Dis-information. As a new app it’s had some startup issues but each time they are rapidly addressed and the platform continues to improve. Happy to be here. Wish everyone from twitter would move over so I could drop that platform.

Sketchy TOS and other problems.. If you’re thinking of signing up for TribelSocial, I’ll warn you now, DON’T. You are opening yourself up to significant cyber security issues and data harvesting by a social media network operated by two people with known deceitful fundraising activities and unethical practices. READ the TOS! Besides the Rivero brothers being troublesome enough, and the terms of services that allows them to alter and profit from user content, from a national security and cyber security perspective, TribelSocial is exploitable and extremely dangerous. Not a risk worth taking. Avoid it!

Tribel is a great forum. I joined Tribel in September of 2022. I have found it to be a platform for expressing your views without personal attacks. Most comments on my posts are thoughtful and few are nasty or demeaning. Those that are do not respect the mission of Tribel: to allow open and respectful commentary. I already have thousands of followers and likes. If you are a progressive liberal, give Tribel a try and you will not be sorry.

A great alternative to both FB and Twitter. FAR less toxic than FB and the blue bird, this is a place where hate speech gets shut down fast, and abuse of marginalized groups isn’t tolerated. There’s still a few bugs in the system, but updates are fairly regular. If you’re sick of the Q-infested, extremist right cesspools, give this app a try.

Tribel for me. Finally a social media platform with few MAGAt trolls. I just block them whenever they appear, and enjoy the camaraderie with people who actually care about others, aren’t racists and care about the only planet we can live on, although I heartedly agree with Elon dying on Mars, and could care less whether it’s on impact or not!

Really primitive. It’s too bad that the democrats can’t come up up with anything more than this extremely sad social network. I’m still not sure that hashtags even work ( have seen no evidence of this). Plus the functionality is 2010 at best. So many features would make this this next Twitter, but instead it is a very sad social network that continues to promote itself as 5 stars 😂😂on instagram, while delivering a less than one star experience. It’s no wonder that the MAGA cult continues to prosper when this is the best we can do 😪😪

This is what I had hoped the others would be!. I’m loving this app. Lies are flagged and fact checked. Trolls are kept in check for the most part, and it’s open season on the ones who persist in being douche canoes. Most importantly, I’m able to choose my target audience, so I can easily avoid personal attacks from misogynists. It’s beautiful!

Finally, smart social media. I’ve been waiting for a competitor to Facebook and Twitter for a long time, and it’s finally here. The app is sleek and has all of my favorite features. It even has a bunch of cool new features like the feed that I can customize and being able to send my posts to a specific audience, which is so cool. Godspeed, Tribel!

There are so many categories that you can choose from to see on your feed as well as many ways to customize your settings just the way you want. Tribel is great about responding to any feedback. WONDERFUL BECAUSE IT’S NOT TWITTER. My first month on Tribel I see so many people from every side of life, with REAL OPINIONS & qualified to be observers because they have lived LIFE. Sharing is quite an experience. This is the ONLY social platform I would GLADLY pay $8 and more for to use. No one wants to give up their hard earned just to be trolled, attacked and have to listen to ridiculous hate rhetoric. This is a safe place filled with intelligent people.

What a relief it is to visit Tribel. Being with intelligent and civil people who have beliefs similar to mine is so very nice, even with the occasional troll crawling into the mix. I’ve been on Tribel since the beginning and it continues to improve with each update. Don’t believe the flood of bad reviews from MAGA/Q — they’re just up to their usual dirty tricks and lies. Tribel is a great place to “hang out”.

Looking forward to free speech with no hate. Great app. When you join, everything is well explained. Your posts can be aimed at one of several types of groups. They are still seen by everyone, but this makes it easier for people to search and find post like yours. I have not encountered any hate speech or alternate facts so far.

Best tribe I’ve found. I feel like I have found a real family where I can truly express myself and I love the memes not just the political ones but also the animals I love the photography memes and all the categories. I also like that I can separate the categories and just watch things that are not related to politics, because sometimes I get tired of politics.

Reliable site!. I joined Tribel about a month ago. It is easier to find like-minded folks than on Facebook. I don’t have to worry about offending the FB algorithm because of some of my posts. Never a big Tweeter, I am happy not to have to deal with its new owner and his craziness. We shall see after 11/8, but so far Tribel is living up to or is better than its publicity.

Just joined Tribel. I just joined the Tribel app and am still learning it, but so far it appears to be less judgmental than some of the other social media sites. I am not a person to accept statements at face value but tend to verify items I hear and read. So far the Tribel app seems to contain more verifiable information than a few other sites.

Toxic Leftwing Echo-chamber. Scrolled through the app and holy crap it’s a leftwing echo chamber. So much leftwing propaganda, misinformation and lies. The app claims to be against misinformation and discrimination yet there’s a lot of it all throughout their app. The app discriminates against conservatives and even moderates. They consider you “far-right” if you don’t believe every single thing you see trending on their app. It’s crazy. Most of the people there will go back to Twitter because they’ll get bored seeing the same garbage over and over. I don’t recommend this app even to my liberal friends.

This is for that guy Zuckerberg…..you’re different than politicians…..greedy So being on Tribel has allowed me to say what I want…now I switched alliances…..to become independent 💪🏾💯 So being here allows me to stay connected on the democratic policies without fighting trolls/advertising. Tribel People Love Democracy. I have been on Tribel only a few weeks, but I like the fact that, barring a few trolls, almost everyone posting is serious about actually maintaining our current form of government. Imagine that? There are still a few kinks to be worked out, but it is a great place to share ideas, jokes, dreams, and this experiment we call, democracy.

Enjoying politics again. There is hope again and the joy of reading articles or brief stories about the positive aspects in life is relaxing and peaceful. Really enjoying this app!. I’m really enjoying this app. I few like it’s constantly improving with app updates. The only thing I hope changes is not having to choose your audience for every post. Being somewhat of an influencer on other platforms I enjoy the posts on here and it’s a drama free crowd. I’m excited for the future of this app as I see it grow!

Finally, less manipulative baloney. I used the most popular social network for years. The last year has been frustrating since most of the things I follow seem to disappear and tweets I have no interest in pop up on my feed. Tribel is straight forward and carries interesting and thought provoking content.

Updates. “Update Available… please update to version 1.xxx now” Seriously, what’s the point of saying “available” or “please” if you force the user into the update. That’s rude. And regardless of whether the majority of users are blue or red, you still have an information silo if you only read the views that reinforce your own position.

Seems like a good app so far, with a few bugs.. One thing that is super annoying is being forced to update as soon as an update is released even if I want to wait. If I don't update, I can't work within the app at all. Who does this?! Separately, I run into various bugs trying to look at other people's profiles, but that seems to be stabilizing.

When I opened a Facebook account my intentions were just to communicate with family I had lost contact with throughout the years. TRIBEL has been an essence of sanity and a communication level that doesn’t inflict ugliness and is constantly putting aside a racist slur and hateful rhetoric. I love TRIBEL!!

I’d rather be part of the Tribe than a nitwit Twit over at Twitter!. Elon may be a scientific genius but his ability to understand people, and show empathy is severely stunted is an unfortunate trait of many people on the Autism scale! Excellent choice for truth without hateful rhetoric. Tribel is an excellent choice for those who want to belong to a social media community but do not desire to be attacked for their beliefs, religious beliefs, feelings on race, sex, abortion, etc. but do want the freedom to speak their truths and be valued for the individual they are and not a tribal (forgive the pun) follower whose ideas, opinions, and actions are directed by someone other than themselves.

Liking this very much. I’ve been using this app for about a month, and I’m very happy with it. I’m getting established, finding interesting users to follow, and getting some followers of my own. I particularly like the category system, it lets me see what I want and ignore things I don’t want. Frequent updates are improving stability and responsiveness. I’ll be staying with this app long term.

Tribel. Been on Tribel for a little over a week now. I’m still getting used to the difference. Fairly simple to navigate; just download & set up your new account! Much *calmer* site than one of the other ones. Looking forward to seeing some SM friends around Tribel & meeting up w new friends! Let’s do this, we are stronger together!

Finally loving social media again. Highly recommend, if you are tired of the lies, and the hate being distributed through other forms of social media. If you see negative reviews, it’s most likely from one of the haters or Tucker Carlson fans(or both), who don’t want to see Twitter losing popularity.
