canceling membership. i’ve been trying to cancel my membership for the past week, but it wouldn’t allow me because when I tried to cancel, they asked me to give them a reason, but it gives me nowhere to type And three days ago I got charged $70 for a new renewal when I don’t even use the app. I tried sending them a case for me to get my refund because I don’t even use it and they denied it twice when they start app that’s not working properly now I got route $70 for a nap that I want to use and then I’ve been trying to cancel. terrible app and terrible company. They’re a bunch of thieves.

Exceptional Service from Support Team - Cancellation Issues. I had an issue canceling my membership because the button wasn’t working. I reached out to customer support through the live chat option and was connected with Chris. He was efficient, friendly, and helpful. He asked me to try canceling from my computer instead of the app, but when that didn’t work, he processed the cancellation for me without any hassle. He explained what to expect and resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service experience

Great app but not supported fully for IPad Pro (iOS 18.4.1). Such a great app! I’m 23 and trying to get into learning more about businesses, the market, stocks, etc. and the communities I’ve joined have treated me so well, in terms of communities and learning opportunities? Whop has PLENTY; pick your mf poison y’all! The only issue I have with the app is that I’m in a class right now and can’t use my iPad to view the lessons and interact with the quizzes/assessments needed through it. It keeps on “loading” but never loads. I have to view them on my phone and it’s a tiny screen! I take notes on my iPad too with the multi-window action you can use on it. It should be one of the newer iPads so all I can assume is the software doesn’t pair up or the app doesn’t support it, but it would be KILLER if it did!!! Overall though a GREAT APP

this app protects scammers rather than customers. The user experience on this platform is deeply concerning due to both policy and technical failures. First, the review system is completely restrictive; once a review is posted on a creator’s page, there is no option to edit or remove it, which prevents users from updating their feedback if a situation changes. "Furthermore, the refund process is heavily biased, as the platform consistently sides with creators over buyers. By failing to hold creators liable for refunds, the app essentially enables a marketplace where scams can flourish without any consequences for the seller. There are numerous fraudulent creators on the app, yet very little is being done to protect consumers. "Finally, the interface is extremely laggy and poorly optimized. Whether I am on my phone or desktop, I frequently have to zoom out just to get the full page to load or to see all the content. These technical glitches, combined with a lack of buyer protection, make the app very difficult to recommend.

Allows Sellers to scam customers. Outrageous app. Never ever buy something from here without being 100% sure it works. Tried getting a refund for a service I never received back in October and again in January. Whop sided with the seller multiple times after I provided evidence. It’s outrageous their team completely ignored all my emails and never steps in to mediate the cases. If the seller can reject every case whop sides with them every single time. The most useless customer service ever! I repeat do not use this app if you are unsure about a purchase they will not refund you ever. Lost $8k because of these people.

A Must-Have App for Every Trader. One of the standout features is the real-time alerts and market analysis, which have been incredibly accurate and timely. False advertising and scamming. Got scammed 2 on this platform and Whop decided with the seller both times bogusly. The most recent one, the seller stopped posting halfway through my membership. I waited a little over a week after my membership ended to request a refund since I was giving the seller the benefit of the doubt to start posting again and thought it would be no problem requesting a refund since most companies have at least a 14-30 day policy. The denied my refund because I waited 10 days after my membership ended. Only 10 days and Whop said I waited too long to request a refund even though they acknowledged the seller did not post at all. $100 down the drain. The seller had on his profile that I would get a free month if they were non-profitable, he changed his profile/policy after I messaged him about this and they still refused to offer my refund. The second seller despite having multiple L’s, posted on threads only his W’s. Pretty much scamming and I requested a refund on this one too and I was denied. Also a third seller changed his price from $20 to $50 and they took that out my account without my consent but the seller knew he was in the wrong and I received my refund for that one. Horrible time on this platform. I encourage you to find someone else who’s not on this platform, they allow scammers and keep allowing them to use this platform and does not look out for the buyer.

UI “upgrade”. Just to keep it short, the recent UI upgrade made things worse by removing features. Before the upgrade dark mode didn’t really work right, but now they removed it altogether instead if fixing it. But I think the biggest thing that was removed was membership management for the services. Before the upgrade I was able to go into the section for whichever service and be able to cancel or completely delete a membership, also be able to renew if I wanted. Now that option is completely missing and I cannot manage memberships for any of the services.

This App is not made for the Customer. This app is easily the most trash app there is. I bought a month subscription from a company. Spent a pretty penny on it. They promised a direct line of communication, all sorts of things and have not delivered. I put in a request for refund. The company had 7 days to respond. They didn’t. Then Whop team reviewed it and gave the company another 7 days to respond. Whop is obviously not for the customer but they’re definitely team company. If the company didn’t respond in the first 7 days then I as a customer deserve my refund after the first 7 days. Don’t make me wait 2 weeks for a refund. The subscription was nothing at all like it was advertised and we should not have to wait 2 weeks for them to respond. Not happy at all with Whop at all. Will not use them again once this is all over with.

Whop knows whats up. I’ve tried so many platforms, but Whop truly stands out. It’s user-friendly, packed with features, and makes building and managing my online community effortless. I love how easy it is to set up digital products and connect with my audience. Plus, their support team actually listens and helps! If you’re serious about growing your online business, this is the app you’ve been looking for!

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Recently downloaded and used the app. It says to unsubscribe if you don’t want to continually get charged. I was charged twice but it was declined due to insufficient funds. I go to the whop app and unsubscribe and cancel the subscription, only to get charged for the same subscription $30 that I did not need and had already cancelled. It was an unauthorized transaction and even after being charged I canceled again with 6 days and 23 hours left of 7 day subscription. My refund request have been denied and they have sided with the merchant who has done nothing to help it’s completely unfair they stole my money for services I didn’t use and for a subscription I had already cancelled THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU I intended to come back at a later date but this is a scam

Whop Resolution Team is Fair, Product has Great Potential. I had a negative experience with a scammer on Whop and was forced to file a chargeback. Should you find yourself in that position, I would recommend going to the Whop team directly before going to your credit card company as they seem fair and did right by me. Thank you whop team, I will not hesitate to use your platform in the future should the opportunity present itself.

Needed help. Logan was very quick to respond to my concern and took time to make sure he found the right answers for me. He was great in explaining what I was dealing with and helped me get resolution fast. I did not expect immediate service or much for help. That’s just the world we live in but support was instant and professional. I wasn’t just blown off and left sitting. Great service and platform is offering great service.

The Number One Platform To Sell Anything. I’ve had an incredible experience using Whop. The support team is insanely fast. They fix issues almost immediately and truly go above and beyond without you even noticing. The platform has everything you need to run your business smoothly, and they keep adding tools that make the process even easier. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its users, but Whop does. Highly recommend!

Profit Scalper Pro is a SCAM on Whop. I set up with profit scalper pro on this site. They took my $600. I ran into a problem setting up their platform and for two months almost I went back-and-forth with. Whop chat because you can’t talk to a person and the company. Profit scalper pro never responded. I asked for a refund and they refuse to give me my money back both of them. This is not a money making app that I would trust they let scammers. Set up their products and then not hold anybody accountable and then they tell you they did a part. Help you get your money back so if I was anyone considering this app or companies on it, I would Under consideration before you sign up I hope help a lot of people not lose their money. I have 7 children. I work very hard for my money. Is gonna give me my $600 back this is why Online Business is have a bad rap now

False fraud claims. They lied said my business had fraud payment activity when we have no access to our members account information in no way form or fashion, they suspended the account for needing to verify info according to their team, I proceeded to show physical evidence of helping customers get settled also 5 star reviews from real customers who they were so concerned about, how can my company scam if we are a free service first vip is extra beneficial and you have free will to get it or not either way its legal legitimate and trustworthy with our real reviews ovr whop was 5stars until this false claim with no evidence btw will never support this platform and would encourage others not also.

Update. This is an update to my previous bad review. The original review is still listed at the end of this update. Whop resolved my issue with the refunding of the original purchase price. Suggested that the seller must have got my card information from outside the app and suggested I cancel that card and get a new one. Which I did. And then they removed that seller from their platform! Thank you so much. I really appreciate the customer service. This is my original review. I am leaving it so anybody who comes across the seller knows to beware: This app has a seller named crochet for all. It was only $1.87 for unlimited access to over 350 crochet patterns, they said. They only have 17 things on their page. Three of which aren’t even patterns, only two of which are actually crochet patterns. The rest are knitting patterns. So I opened a case wanting a refund. My case was denied by the seller. And then at 4 AM this morning crochet for all hit my account for thousands of dollars.. I’ve opened a case with the resolution center. As of yet, I don’t know if anything is gonna happen with that. I don’t know if anything else on this app is a scam but crochet for all is definitely a scam. Do not give these people access to your credit card, your iTunes or any other form of payment.

Whop, there it is!!. The Whop app is truly impressive in how seamlessly it combines learning with community interactions. The interface flows effortlessly, allowing users to easily navigate through various features. Whether you’re sharing content, interacting with other members, or diving educational resources, everything seems intuitive and well organized.

Excellent!!!!. The amount of knowledge, understanding, resources, experience and excellent quality provided by this group is unmatched. They’re so organized and supportive. Any questions you have, they intentionally listen and respond with patience and clarity. The years of experience throughout the admin equate to a life time of experience. I know I’ve stated how organized they are but the efficiency at which they design and have everything so easily accessible is truly impressive. Not to mention they keep updating and improving to make the experience even greater. The amount of education and QUALITY information far exceeds the price that they charge.

Fraudulent charges. EDIT: after reading an email address for support, I messaged them and within 1 day they confirmed they will not try to charge me again. I will wait and see if I don’t get those charge attempts again. Will update if they try again. Original review: I recently joined a service from a creator (resell signals) through whop. The service had a 30 days money back guarantee, which I asked to cancel during those 30 days and to get a refund. After 1 month I started getting charge attempts on my card, which luckily have not gone through because the card is at its limit. I have contacted the creator (resell signals) and have been ignored. I contacted my bank and they can’t block individual merchants. They told me to change my card number plus lock the card, which I did, and they are still trying to charge me. I went to whop to see what was causing the charge attempts, made sure everything is cancelled on their end and deleted my card, and they are still attempting to charge me. I tried to report the creator to whop and the page is empty with no option to open a complaint. Lesson learned: don’t give them your card number. They will stop at nothing to get your money for services you don’t want. They stand by their fraudulent creators to steal your money. I will edit the review if someone from whop offers a solution and fixes this.

Don’t fall for the DealSoldier. Signed up and Downloaded for the Deal Soldier app but it does not do as promised. Takes you too this app then wants you to set up an account called Discord which takes you to a website asking you to invite your friends to play games. And then for icing on the cake, the FREE 7 day trial instantly charges your account $1. There’s no way to contact customer service and also no way to delete your account on Discord until you delete your server that you can’t find even if you knew you had one. Total waste of time and a complete joke. Just don’t do it.

This platform has been a game changer!. Whoever thought of this platform for 1, is a genius. It's made creating our own coaching business super smooth and efficient, and the customer service is always so nice and helpful! They have people on there that can really help you with this app!. I’m using this app to help make money for my family and I was STUCK. I’d be easy to give up but I asked for help and the person was so kind a nice and willing to help me. I’m new to this app and was feeling a little intimidated but this person waved their techy skills and saved the day twice over! Thank you! So if you feel lost, don’t worry. They got your back!

Unprofessional. Horrible. I had emailed them regarding an email issue where I had accidentally used the wrong email and asked them if they could help. They changed the email, which is what I wanted. Perfect, right? Wrong. While they changed the email, they continued to charged the old email. Not only was the new email charged, but the old one as well. Had I not cancelled a subscription on the new email, I would have been paying twice each month. I kept getting charges to my account which left me confused because I knew I had cancelled the membership. After investigating, I realized that while they changed the email, they still continued to charge it. Very unprofessional.

Scam. This app is a scam. I attempted to sign up for the paid service but never received any confirmation that my account had been created. When I later accessed the account, there was no billing information on file and no record indicating that I had completed the signup process. Because of this, I had no reason to believe I had an active account. I contacted customer service and received an automated response indicating that I likely did not have an account. Despite that, my credit card was subsequently charged because I did not cancel the subscription before the free trial ran out because I didn’t even know I had a subscription. When I reached out again regarding the charge, customer service was unable to event locate any record of it. They are taking customers’ money and not providing a service. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Such a scam of a site. So I signed up for a free trial with a sports picks server on discord, I signed up through their website and then had to download like 3 different apps, whop being one of the 3. After the free trial ended I wanted to cancel so I went back to where I signed up and canceled, sure enough 3 weeks goes by, I haven’t had access to the sports picks is server for the entire time and I randomly get charged $150. I contact the guy who runs sharp-line sports and whop immediately and ask for a refund, I then find out I had to cancel my subscription through whop, even though I signed up through the website. Long story short, whop wouldn’t refund all of my money, only $50 of it, and basically calls me a liar even though I sent them very clear proof of my claims. Finally the owner of sharpline sports got ahold of me, and even he agreed what happened with them was not right at all, and he refunded me the rest of the refund. These guys at whop are unethical, lazy, egotistical, and dishonest. Don’t trust them for anything. 😳 Me

From the moment I contacted them, I was impressed by their eagerness to help. They responded quickly and were extremely kind and patient in hearing me out. Extremely Disappointed. Whop Merchant Service only seems to care about their own interests, completely ignoring the needs and valid concerns of their clients. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, with poor customer service and a blatant lack of professionalism. Despite reaching out multiple times and providing clear reasons for my request, they showed no willingness to address my issue fairly. Instead, they prioritized their profits over ethical practices and left me feeling unheard and dismissed. If you value transparency, respect, and customer care, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Buggy App. 1) Search bar often does not work and can type but nothing is entered 2) Scrolling through courses starts repeating the same courses over and over again 3) Tried to create a product, entered all the information and hit submit. It then gave me an error message about the image being too big (but I didn’t add an image?) and then took me back to my store page losing all the work I had put in 4) A lot of the courses seem sketchy and low quality (and the reviews confirm this). Some quality control would go a long way 5) Could keep going, but at the end of the day the reviews say it all - sketchy at best

Hard to get refund I had sent so many emails with no response. This app might be good for people who are creating, but is bad to buy stuff in it because it doesn’t have a way to get refunded and sometimes the people that are in it what they promise they don’t give I have pay 199 for e-commerce and I received the product and I have paid it to to this app whop it seems like you don’t have integrity for the app and the customers who are purchasing to to reassure what they pay for if you pay for something if you have a security that you’re gonna get whatever you pay for and I think you’re up have to have a certain way of communication for customer service

Whop Resolution Team is Unfair, Platform Supports Scammers. I had a negative experience with a scammer on Whop and was forced to file a chargeback. I reported the issue to the resolution center on March 18th. Five days later, on March 23rd, the company finally sent me a text claiming they had previously tried to contact me—yet this was the first time they actually reached out, despite me paying for the course on February 8th. Then, on March 24th, they responded with the same generic message, completely ignoring the fact that I had already stated in the resolution center that there had been no follow-up after my last payment. This happened just a day before the case was supposed to close on March 25th. Despite all this, Whop sided with the company. My recommendation? Don’t waste time with their resolution process, go straight to your credit card company for a proper investigation. This app, along with its vendors, is a scam.

Review of Whop and Server. Whop makes it easy to keep everything in one place without being confusing or cluttered. I’m currently in the Punla Picks server which is awesome and whop makes it so easy to use and join. The picks are clear, the explanations make sense, and it saves a lot of time when deciding what to bet. If you follow sports betting, it’s a good setup and worth using. Whop as an app itself and the Punla Picks server!!

Reinstated Accounts Punished Again – Support Ignores Contradictions. I shouldn’t even give whop a Godamn star because my experience with their support and account management has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent. I have had multiple accounts in the past that were suspended and then reinstated after Whop’s internal investigations. This should have cleared me to use the platform. However, my current account was permanently suspended for being “linked to previously suspended accounts,” even though those suspensions were already lifted by Whop itself. This is a clear procedural contradiction. What makes it worse is that support repeatedly closed my chats — multiple times — without addressing the actual issue. They repeatedly pasted a “final decision” message that completely ignored the contradiction in their own system. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation and ask legitimate questions about their reinstatement policy, I have been denied any explanation or escalation, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If Whop claims to take violations seriously, they should also take their own investigations seriously. As it stands, their system punishes users even after their accounts have been cleared, and their support team is unhelpful and unresponsive.

Scammers Paradise. this platform does nothing to protect the people using it. every experienced was poor and become worse each time. from one seller threatening to ban & block me for not purchasing their service after free trial. another seller who claim to be knowledgeable and ended up losing all my money with his “expertise”. i had purchased a full week to be able to grow my start up funds and within two days it was gone. i had no more money to use for the remaining days of the service. just like that i was down the service ($150) and my personal fund of $500 which i was trying to grow. when i reached out to customer service all they said was to report the companies, that’s it. i was not even able to receive a refund back because they said i terminate the service. which of course i would do because i did not want it to renew again for another week. think twice prior to using this app, pretty sure users are also paid to leave 5 star reviews.

No email cancel confirmation. Used this app to sign up for PJTrades discord. It was supposed to be a one time $100 fee for regular access; and $250 [monthly] for premium where you can chat directly with PJ and do one-on-one. Signed up for the lower tier and after a few days I realized the Whop app charges a monthly fee of $100 (aka my stock influencer misspoke).. so I cancelled the subscription within the first 30 days and they revoked my Discord access to PJ but they still kept charging my bank account the subscription. BEWARE - they don't send out an email confirming the cancellation; they probably do this so they can keep scamming your bank account like some kind of third worlders who prefer to scam instead of working and producing value and generating prosperity.

Scam. I was guided(lured)into investing in the program(scam) for one whole dollar & led to believe that it was going to help me make so much money that I would no longer have to worry about my current situation which I told the individual named Joshua. I shared my personal life & very sensitive stuff with this person. I had a burst 💥 and serotonin thinking that I had just found the silver lining in my own nightmares. I never heard from him again & although I had an account with WHOP I was NEVER guided through the program. Months later I reached out to customer support & they also didn’t respond with any care or concern whatsoever? I got the “Sorry about your bad luck” impression. So don’t do it!! Worst experience ever! Negative Stars

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I came to this platform because of a friend that I saw had great success on here. My whop was open for 30 days and I got flagged for fraudulent activity after receiving 6 customer payments. No disputes! I mean 0! So what did I do that violated the terms of service. The only explanation I received was out decision to doable your whop is permanent and irreversible! Baffled my partner and I went through everything we ever posted I mean everything. Deleted things off social media and everything and tried to relaunch. Finally received our first customer on the new platform. What I thought would be a joyful moment followed immediately with disappointment! Seconds after getting notified of the payment whop sent me a email saying my account is permanently suspended again! I reached out to them again all for the same Ai response of our decision is final. Never would’ve thought I would have this experience! But when one door shuts another will open! SKOOL HERE WE COME! Wholesaling For Beginners. I absolutely love whop and the courses that they have available for you to use. Especially this course Wholesaling For Beginners. I honestly didn’t expect to learn this much from a free course! The Wholesaling for Beginners program breaks everything down so simply that even as a complete newbie, I finally understand how to find and close deals. The instructor keeps things real and just straight steps you can actually follow. I especially liked how they covered contracts and finding motivated sellers. I’m already using the tips and making progress on my first deal. If you’ve been thinking about getting into real estate wholesaling, this is hands down the best place to start.

Great Platform & Efficient Team. This app is great. I got it to gain access to a content creators subscription which went well, however, I accidentally got charged twice when getting into the membership waitlist because I had joined through a third party app link (instagram) and it basically created two separate accounts. To make this short I got charged twice for a subscription accidentally and Whop's customer service was amazing, they answered my email within less than a day and refunded me for the second purchase immediately. (Still have my first account). 10/10.

Hard to use on phone. There are big issues with this app that feel like it hasn’t been properly tested. 1. Full screen mode in horizontal mode goes vertical when phone is set on table. 2. Streams stop if you switch to another app. 3. From main menu it is hard to find active streams. 4. If you try to find your active subscriptions, you have to go to a “secret” menu instead of being able to navigate from the home page. (See discord for example)

Mainly made for scalping. This app does help with finding sealed product which is the only reason it doesn’t have a bad reputation. It can be misleading if you don’t know a lot about it because the app is over saturated with scalpers. The creator doesn’t discourage it at all or set any kind of expectations. The chats are full of people buying up whole inventories and bragging about how they’re making 10$ a pop.. From the start I assumed this app was made to give people a fighting chance. But after being in the community not long at all you’ll quickly find out that the creator only seems to have money in mind. Pokenotify has even recently partnered with “pokelytics HQ” which is an app solely built for scalpers to help manage their online inventory and increase profits. …Adults and children alike have been collecting pokemon branded product for years. I myself grew up watching the anime and movies and collecting the cards out of pure passion and enjoyment. Now all of sudden, just because it’s become more popular, the hobby has become overpopulated with heartless people that only care about the money in your pocket and could come up with a million excuses to justify what they do… so much greed.. hopefully it won’t be long before people wake up and stop buying market sealed product.

Whop is A blessing if you take action, and they’re a leader in digital products and marketing.. I’ve bought a couple digital products through whops platform and they’ve all provided value extensively and the most recent one I’ve acquired I believe is going to take me from 9-5 worker to business owner with the financial freedom to live life on my terms with my family because I’ve been able to build digital assets that I had to make once but they now have the potential to pay me a passive consistent source of revenue. It’s amazing.

DO NOT USE. This app is a absolute ship wreck first month went fine no problems withdrew money from my clients easily 2nd month could not withdraw I texted the whop bot for help kept saying the same thing over and over going into the 3rd month I’m still not able to withdraw my money and no one can give me an answer all I’ve got is is there over 10 dollars in the account well yes very much so… okay well make sure your bank account info is correct and also some times it takes 1-4 days for for funds to be available okay try 2months as in texting this I still have no answer!

Most frustrating software ever. As a seller this company changes the layout, function and design almost daily. It’s incredibly frustrating. In process of spending THOUSANDS of dollars literally to build my own back end to get rid of it. Also- if you’re on their “dashboard” and have someone go to check out that found you on Google or somewhere that wasn’t their dashboard they whack you with a 30% ish charge that you then have to PROVE the customer didn’t find you on their dashboard. The Profit Palace. Joined up with The Profit Palace through Whop. These guys know their stuff when it comes to picking the winning plays. Love Whop, but I can’t sell because my country isn’t supported 😔. I really like how Whop makes it easy to sell digital products. I recently found out that my country isn’t supported for sellers, which was really disappointing because I’ve been preparing my first ebook and was hoping to use Whop. I genuinely just want to start earning online and become financially independent, and Whop seemed like the best place to do that. I really hope the platform can open up to more countries soon — it would make a big difference for people like me.

Very good but lacking in some aspects. First off I would just like to say, whop has been doing such an amazing job at coming out with new updates and fixing old bugs. The one thing I personally don’t like that I think should be customizable is the affiliate link. The link is way to big and just Lucksugy overall, if there was a way to make your own short costum link then I feel people would be happy to promote the platform but as of right now. The affiliate link just looks terrible.

Scam, run away. Whop is a scam, when I tried to cancel a subscription to a community, they kept trying to charge me although I cancelled my subscription in the app and removed my payment method informations. Luckily, I blocked the future payments before the end of my last subscription on my bank app but now they keep try to charge me everyday since my subscription ended and I can see all the failed transactions on my bank app. The support service lied to me, they told me I won’t be charged again but the day after they tried again to charge me. They are now asking me personal informations which I don’t want to give because I shouldn’t have to give them. I will now have to terminate my credit card because of them. Because if I keep doing nothing, I will have a notification that a Whop payment hasn’t been through because they’re blocked by me. Run Away🤮

Reason for 4 star. gave 4 stars because the app is kinda buggy and there’s only good limited campaigns that pays you on time. Other than that everything is fine.

Suspended my account and didn’t refund stolen money. I ran a clipping campaign on whop and someone botted their views and took $200 from me. I reported it right away and whop suspended the user but somehow let them withdraw even after being notified right away that he was botting. Then months later they have now suspended my account for “Violation of our terms” which they will not explain. Wish I could still use Whop as I want to sell digital products but unfortunately I am suspended

This app is a scam, I was willing to pay the $49 a month but when I looked at my bank account they took $80 instead, I cancelled my subscription and I have been charged more this company keeps replying to all the other bad reviews acting like they care so it doesn’t look bad on them, I can’t even get my money back. can’t log in. keep trying to log in/ sign up and it keeps sending me a code i but the code in then it takes me back to login i log in then it sends a code then it’s just a big circle

Complete scam. Signed up for a creator’s free trial and even though I cancelled before renewal I was charged for next month anyway. Both my refund request and appeal against the charge were denied. Don’t give any information to this app.

Needs significant improvements. It’s very frustrating how you can’t zoom into live stream shared content. Quality seems worse on whop because you can’t zoom in, when on landscape mode the face cam covers 25% of the shared screen, UI covering the screen, as well as the landscape mode on this app being so sensitive that it’s almost impossible to even use landscape. Basically watching live streams is useless on the app. I then try logging into my computer but the verification code sends to my email 10 minutes lates, after it’s expired! Even on the computer you can’t zoom in but at least i can zoom in using my browser and see the screen with bad quality. Way too many bugs avoid this platform.

Does the job but barely. Looking up chat history by keywords don’t work if you’re using mandarin. Same for filtering by user. In this day and age there really isn’t a good excuse for this. I mean how difficult could it be?

Does not work properly.. I have paid for a subscription and cannot access or save pdfs. I had to go online and contact support to have them download the file and send to me through a chat. It is more steps then I should have to take for the money I pay. I was told the pdfs are known to glitch. If you can avoid this app, you should.

Good idea but riddled with glitches. Good idea and would love to use it but the app is just badly made. Streams crash often, streaming options are limited for window sharing. No option to share a portion of a screen. Detach video in browser doesn’t work when trying to enable chat, users sometimes can’t access livestreams. And viewing videos on landscape on mobile doesn’t work well because the screen keeps flipping back to portrait mode

UI/UX Experience. As an early adopter and seller, I feel bad having to leave this review. Whop’s user experience has decreased dramatically over the past year. It feels like their design team is constantly experimenting with different layouts and flows; fixing things that don’t need to be fixed. Their mobile design strays so far from predictable modern UX flows that it’s more confusing than useful. Its user flows resembling nothing like the web app. I can only assume that either the design team is bored, not effectively taking in user feedback or the project manager is not doing their job. Regardless, something is not right. It’s almost a case of “too many cooks in the kitchen”. The UI is not being fully thought out (by one person) with the care it needs. There is a difference between something looking nice and something being useable. I say this with love; please hire a designer who truly understands the pain points of being a digital product seller. Someone who prioritizes user experience over being fancy. Someone who has the ability to say “no” to suggestions.

Result Got disconnected from my paid memberships… then spent the better part of evening messaging support… it got fixed … but the lack of communication from whop concerning updates makes me want to try and convince creator to move to different app.

Updates are awful. The last two updates are awful. Nothing works properly. The back button is inexistent. New layout is confusing. Many things don’t open when clicked on.

FRAUDULENT APPLICATION STAY AWAY. They will still charge you even if you canceled before your next billing date. After a free trial I decided to not proceed with a membership and they refused to refund me and left it up to the group that charged me what kind of customer service is this. What a joke stay off this app avert the headaches.

Scammers. This people are just scammers, I canceled a subscription and they never sent me an email or confirmation. The company ended up charging me and made a claim with my bank and I requested them to provide me with proof of the day I cancelled the service and they refused to give it to me.
