Even worse than before. It was bad enough when MSCHF fell apart completely during the Big Red Boot drop, now they’ve forced an app upgrade which won’t even let me sign on. Bye, MSCHF, good riddance!

Not able to sign up. Error 7.. I tried signing up with my phone number from Puerto Rico (even though I live in the states) and was greeted with a error 7 code.

Disappointed. The app had no problem taking my info before a new drop for sneakers but signs you out and gives you errors so you cant sign back in until it’s to late then suddenly there are no problem with signing in , seems like you got bots ruining it for everyone 😢

Ordering from Mschf. Horribly run company, no communication, no loyalty to there word. If they don’t want to respond to your email they don’t. I have been waiting 8 weeks for my Big Red Boots and still haven’t received and email saying they are on there way. Poorly run in every aspect and truly a horrible company.

Omg. This is the best app ever. It is very helpful. It’s super fun and I recommend it to everyone. Go buy this app right now 10/10.

Sneaker Release. This app is so disappointed. I missed out on the Big Red Boot because the app could not load and error for like 10 minutes!! I spent extra time to filled in the address, the payment method, etc. because I thought this would get me a head start. I should just use the website 🤯

Puerto Rico Doesn’t exist in the app…smh. When they put my country ( Puerto Rico ) also it’s a US territory, I’ll put 5 start. If you know Bad Bunny, Carlos Correa, Francisco Lindor, Jlo, Ricky Martin and more you know about their country…

MSCHF. Fire kicks ,fire waky items kinda pricy but different from the rest.

App crashed all day. Literally could not even purchase the item I downloaded the app for because it logged me out and would never let me log in.

Experience with the app and this company.. Every single shoe I’ve ever bought from this app has either had tape on it, was liquified in a microwave, or is backwards! Unbelievable!

Puerto Rico not available. I tried to sign up and when I went to put my address in, Puerto Rico was not under the United States as a territory so I went to look for it as a country and lo and behold, it exists nowhere. 😞 We are forgotten once again. I’d appreciate if this was fixed as it must be an oversight. There are a lot of sneaker heads on the island so I hope soon this will be fixed! I’ll update my rating and comment if so.

Sleek new app to get limited shoe drops. Cool new way to be the first to get MSCHF shoes. You can see some of their previous drops too. Very simple and user friendly. Not much to it, but worth downloading so you’ll be the first to know about new releases

Worst App!!!. Can’t even get into app…. Don’t release something you can’t hold the volume to let others even log into your child app! This is the worst app ever!!!

No size available for big feet. Unfortunately I wear larger sizes than the system offers it’s a great concept with a good idea but they will need to make larger and wide as well

You don’t have my size shoe?. I have always been a big fan of MSCHF. I was very excited to download your brand new sneakers app. Although, I was very upset to see that you don’t have my size shoe. If you want mine and many others’ support you should expand you sizing range to 18. Thank you for reading my review! I am a size 14 and sadly the last size is 13.

Order. I made a purchase and I have not received a confirmation email, nothing I write to the email and I do not get a very bad response

App it’s good but once there’s a drop it stops working. Tried to get the red boots and as soon as 11am hit on Feb 16 the app stopped working like it wouldn’t load my account and would just keep giving random errors I understand that there’s lots of people getting on but it’s still not acceptable that 11am on the dot it just stops loading my account

App is trash on release days. Currently 28 minutes after 11am on the drop day of the BRB and the app is still coming up with “Error 7 - invalid status code Optional (403)”. App never even opened. Didn’t get a chance to even see the landing page. Garbage app, shoe was bottled to oblivion with no recourse for your average shopper. Trash all around. SNKRs is better and that’s saying something.

Can’t parse response. Can’t access app

It just marks error 2 can’t parse the response. It just marks that error over and over I restarted it I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it still won’t work
