Why. I got on my child’s computer and checked the password and it said that I should try again and I tried again lots of lots of times fix this bug plz

Super complicated to set up membershio. The interface to link an account to a membership is not intuitive, glitchy in the app Says: ask a parent and then screen doesn’t give the option to sign up Too many logins school vs home, school code, iD, user name…. Too many variables

Glitch. It’s great and all but when I put an award for my child when she finished she never got the reward please fix this.

GREAT GAME. It’s a good game for kids who don’t like math!!!!

Glitch on rewards. The rewards are not being given at all sometimes. He’s answered 25 questions correctly and no reward, this is frustrating for both of us

Parent app half broken. Can’t access grade difficulty even though I paid for the membership

One issue. Sometimes the app won’t track if the child did questions so the child has to do more questions then required to meet the goal set by the parent. The app besides that is good. You can track your child’s progress and send them little messages. It would be nice if they added it so you can type your own message and not a pre-written one. That’s not a massive inconvenience though because the messages are still cute and sweet.

Password character limit?. How am I supposed to add my child’s account if the limit on the amount of characters you can write in the password section is less than the password given to my child?

No support. I spent a lot of money on this membership, immediately had problems, and struggled to get help. I was in a loop of links trying to contact an actual person. When I did manage to contact them, I received a list of the same links! When I replied to that email, I didn’t hear back. I suggest sticking with the free version.

Can’t login. Verified password over and over. The screen won’t even let me enter enough characters for what the actual password is.

Unable to add child to account. After entering my child’s account info, I was logged in but there was no child account associated. Upon trying to “add another child” I kept getting login errors.

This is so sparse. I wanted to like the idea of this, but it’s almost not useful yet. It tells me percent of curriculum mastered, but I have no way to see what grade level they are working on. I also cannot find a way to switch between math and English a lot of the app just links you to the website which makes me wonder why I don’t just use the more complete information on the website.

No child associated with account error FIXED. People are logging in with their childs account and then unable to add their child’s account. You need to log in with a parent account instead, if you don’t have it you can create one on the website. REVIEW Easy to use app, gives better and actually interesting rewards for problem solving. The areas they are struggling with is still a bit hard to navigate, so I end up sitting down with my children when they have trouble rather than use their examples

Love it but. So educated. My kid saw an ad and it said “members get so much more “ so she asked me for one I looked at the prices and they where kinda expensive

Simple and informative. Don’t understand the negative reviews. It’s a simple interface that is user friendly. And the way they setup Prodigy App the made the process of setting up and connecting the accounts so easy. I thought all these games and apps I pay for, why not for one he loves to play and LEARNS. Like the creators did the impossible. Made a game fun and enjoyable and combined math to gain power etc. This parent app is user friendly and not cluttered. You check child’s progress and what type of math he’s learning and his progress for each in a percentage. You can set goals for him and parents can pick the prize, actual good prizes for game play. Tells you when they complete the goal. You can send encouragement etc. The Parent App is fine and easy.

Issues adding child’s account. My son is already signed in to his google account but your app does not allow me to add him. It says inorder to add an account Prodigy needs your child to log in to their Google account

Parents Prodigy. Parents Prodigy is so good you can set goals for your kids. You can do so many different things it’s just amazing.

I love this!. You can earn really cool items from this! But, can you please add outfits, hats, wands, and boots? Thank you so much for reading this!

App needs work. My kids enjoy the game but the parent app is not user friendly - my third grader is stuck at 2nd grade math, and the customer service has not been helpful in getting this fixed, and the app is a nightmare.

Good but.... It keeps logging me out now. At first I automatically got logged in; now I must enter email and password every time!

Free prodigy stuff. They give free stuff on this app when you don’t have member ship it stills let’s you get the free items some of them are unavailable

So good. You thing is so good I love you so much. I wish that I was a kid and I could play this. This is the best thing I ever gave my kid. I love him so much and God made the best app for him and the other parents thank you for making this. I am very thankful for you guys making this.

Too empty and not interactive. I expect it to have more functionality than what it’s presently offering. The app is too basic in my opinion.
