365 cam. Absolutely terrible does nothing. It is a big. SCAM!!!!! I have to rate it with one star because it will not send, unless I do. I would rather rate it (-10 stars). what a rip off.

Wasted. I highly suggest not to download the app and request a refund. Because I wasted time and money on this stupid product. It’s useless

For the $9 i spent. For the $9 i spent on the little camera , its really the biggest bang for my buck ! It honestly was well above what i expected to get . I can see why everyone says it doesnt connect to wifi , the instructions do not tell you anything about the actual connection process. But once i figured out that when it sends you to your wifi settings on your phone you have to look for the connection with a weird id especially for a wifi name and connect to that id . That is how you link it . You must also always keep your wifi and bluetooth phone settings on or it will disconnect the camera . I work 18 Minutes from home and watched what my dog was up to on and off when i could while working. I am disappointed that there is an option to speak through the camera but i have tried to do it and freezes the app . It is also advised that you can adjust the camera through the app but you can not . I also do not like that i cannot rewind and see what i missed when not actively viewing live feed . Either way i can’t complain too much for the price i got it for off temu .

This app doesn't work. I have tried everything possible and I can't get my device to connect or anything

Grey screen. Worked fine for a couple days now all I'm getting is a grey screen. Audio works but no video, ands there's no way of contacting anyone to fix the problem.

Complete Trash!!. Please read before you buy anything that uses this app….it’s complete trash!! Don’t be fooled by the people writing positive reviews, it’s horrible!! Can’t give negative stars but would if I could! You CAN NOT monitor your home when you’re not at home!! Doesn’t that defeat the entire purpose of having a mini-cam? I bought 3 for my indoor kennels, 1 for my interior mud room and one for my office, NONE will work unless you are within a few feet, and then it’s spotty! I retired from a tech company so don’t try to say I’m the one who is doing something wrong. This should be an easy sync and monitor. My wifi is peaked on power and distance and my router is one of the best on the market. This site and these mini-cams are a waste of money. The app offers no assistance because the set-up is simple. But there is no connection between the app and the Wi-Fi when not within a few feet. And you will get snippets of feedback video and then everything “loses connection.” The app stops and all it will tell you is “offline.” Save your money, buy something dependable because this isn’t it!!

Like everyone else said; don’t bother.. In short: the cam does not work. It probably isn’t an app thing, either. For me, the camera just doesn’t stay on. When it’s connected, the footage is laggy. I’m sorry you bought a scam cam. Hopefully you didn’t put any personal info on it lol

To the review “trash”. Maybe you didn’t set it up the correct way because there’s three different ways you can. If you read the directions it works just fine for me. and for $20 it works great just saying.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Wasted hours trying to sort through what it needs to do without anything I could do to make it work. Absolutely no support in Chinese-English slip of paper with the device or with this app. No matter how I tried to configure it, all I got was “communication error” or “illegal command”. Device (which tells you to use this app) name is also the WiFi, which is unsecured. The app sees the camera but won’t connect. In this day and age, it should be a simple connect to your existing network WiFi and be done. What a POC! Sending back device and deleting app! Only good thing is a that the app doesn’t collect any data. Good riddance!

WORST APP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I have used many many different apps and this one is by far the WORST one in the past 15 years of using apps. You have to delete and reinstall the camera every time you want to view it. These developers should not be allowed anywhere near a computer let alone publish an app. Zero stars and negative stars should be allowed for reviews. This one would have received a NEGATIVE 5 STARS

Not work need fix bugs. HI, I sent emails to your support email too. Hope you can take a look and fix the bugs. This is additional problem after my previous problem description. After connect the camera WiFi, I can only away from this camera for less than 5 meters, after 5 meters, no this camera's wifi anymore. the connection is disconnected. and when i walk back, it can not go back to the connection by itself, has to restart the app again. I think this is an app bug too. you need allow for reconnection automatically. The wifi camera model is E1#026A Thank you Hi I bought camera and when I connected with WiFi then connect the camera in the app, select the home WiFi and password then hit connect, in the WiFi shows the dgofxxxxxx, then I select this WiFi and connect, after connect the camera works only in this dgofxxxx. But if I stay connect with this WiFi, all my iPhone internet is lost because not connected with home WiFi. So I think your app has bug which should return to home WiFi not stay at camera WiFi . Thank you We are at USA location.

Camera365. This Camera is trash, no instructions on how it works.

Buggy but works. Idk what the other person has been talking about, but the app works fine with remote connection and a direct one. Edit: encountered the same problem where the camera wouldn’t be online if I wasn’t home. Rebooted the camera, reconnected, and that has fixed the problem.

So not worth it. At first, I thought it was me not being able to connect the camera to my Internet and then leave the house so I waited a month. Try again still nope I’ve had many cameras like this before and they have worked just fine. This app is a piece of garbage, no directions no help nothing

Please add more settings for IR LED and camera. The brightness is trash compared to other apps I have used to change the IR LED brightness and camera brightness to see in the dark better. The camera I have is the RD08 model and it’s pretty decent in night vision depending on the app your using. Please add brightness settings to change the brightness of the IR LED and the camera brightness, because with 365Cam it is crap and I can barely see beyond 4 feet. The automatic brightness is bad, if there was brightness settings for IR light and camera then this problem would be solved. I know darn well this camera can see up to 15 with the IR LED with other apps

It keeps crashing!!. Why when I open the app now it keeps crashing it don’t seem reliable.. I keep reset ing my phone with the same results don’t know what happen admin is there something I need to do with restarting my hold setup ! If not is there another app that works with this cam??

Trashy camera!!! DON’T BUY!!!. This cam is complete trash!!! I can’t use it outside of the house, and all the tutorial videos are weird Chinese’s ones that you can barely understand. I was able to get the footage working but then the camera had some internet problem and now I can’t even view the footage. Piece of junk, don’t buy, I’m throwing mine away.

Does NOT connect to WiFi!!!. There are no directions other than an unhelpful pamphlet to connect the device to WiFi. Has anyone been successful? These are useless if you cannot use them due to a joke of an app. Every time I try to connect the device, it reverts me to my mobile phones hotspot. I need to use my router Wi-Fi. Are there further instructions out there somewhere? Can anyone help?

I am a cerebral palsy woman who needs to record a roommate's behavior, as well as mine! Peopke do not believe when I describe his behavior! I try to write down the dialogue, but it gets blurred. BUYER BEWARE. Hopefully anyone considering buying any camera that requires this app/from this company (sold off of Temu) will stop and look elsewhere. It was the most difficult item I have ever set up/paired and I am not someone who struggles with stuff like that. The app crashes and will not open at all now.

Trash to iPhones. It’s does not work for iPhones. It may work with androids. It does not make since to use the Wi-Fi from the cam and does not stay on long enough to use. It’s a waste of money and time. Don’t buy. I hope this company learn to test it out before selling it out.

Worked good. Fully charged the battery then connected the camera with the app. No problems understanding how to function the app. But when I closed the app and went back in (a minute or 2 later), I couldn’t get the camera to connect again so I looked at the camera and it looked like it turned off but the battery died. I think I got to play with it for about 5 minutes top. So it looks like we have a battery problem. I gave it a 3 star because everything worked on it and the app as well and all the functions I navigated worked. And it was less than $2 But the battery is a killer bust. It’s too bad 👎

Trash app. I am extremely unhappy with this. The audio does not work at all. Every single time I click on the auto to be able to hear the live feed the app closes. I have never been so disappointed in an app before. I will be requesting a full refund of the camera!

Horrible. The directions are so tiny you can’t hardly see them. When you finally enlarge them, they make no sense. What goes on in the camera doesn’t match what your seeing in the explanations. Not worth any amount of money. Don’t buy.

360 cam. This is the worst camera you could buy. When I finally got the camera to connect it kept cutting off. It’s full charged but doesn’t stay on and now I can’t even get it to connect anymore. 360 cam is worthless and a waste of money.

Doesn’t work. Experienced in Wi-Fi setups, but this just would not connect to my iPhone. Waste of money.

It worked for 3 days. Worked for 3 days, no issues. Then it stopped motion detection notifications (now there are no notifications at all), and it is now recording a video to the SD Card once a minute instead of just when it detects motion. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, I have reset the camera to factory settings. I have tried everything and it just won’t work.

I can’t even get it to work! What a piece of junk! Can’t connect. The useless instructions are abysmal, but even then, my router can’t find it, the QR code says wrong id number so I can’t connect anyway and I have no other way of trying to connect this piece of junk. Motion detection. Motion detection feature is not working at all as advertised. Very disappointing.

Camera won’t connect.. I would recommend NOT buying this camera. I’ve spent 2 hours trying to set it up with no success, and I’m not a newbie with tech setup. Plus, after charging the camera it won’t stay on unless plugged in. Hugely disappointing. Wasted time and wasted money.

Works good. This app works better overall for this little camera better than the app for some other similar camera and app at least this one connects and the time is correct on sd card. No good if app in chinese time like other one. Only issue seems is jittery

Push notifications dont work. I have the 365Cam and I dont receive push notifications when I’m not at home. I alllowed push notifications on my phone and on the app. The Motion sensor is set at 31 seconds. It’s not working… please help me thank you!
