Great way to encourage kids in college. I’ve been terrible about creating and sending care packages to my daughters away at school. This app allows me to choose and send something they’ll love and know I’m thinking about them. Great products, timely deliveries!

One wish! Link my account to my Wife’s App. My wife and I both gift, we both have devices, we both would love to easily grow our points. But we do everything on our own time, not always in the same room. As of now I would have to log in as me on her App to share the benefits. . . Would be great to have a seamless family account joining or 18f log ins.

Not easy to use.. I had a very hard time putting my granddaughter’s college address in my address book. The order was done with an incomplete address. Now I don’t know if she will receive the gift. I have been a rewards member for a long time. I never had this type of problem. When I called for help, because in the email it was the wrong address, the service person couldn’t help me with correcting the address. Very disappointed!!

App isn’t the best & customer service doesn’t always follow through. Initially, I enjoyed the app, and packages would get to the proper people when they were sent. Then 2023, I had an order that never got to where it needed to go. I would call customer service and they would say to me that they would find another delivery person. It’s been on for days and then turned into weeks and then I finally canceled my order, but they never refunded me. Matter of fact, they charge me double. 😖 After multiple calls, trying to get that order out then trying to cancel and get my refund was ridiculous. Finally, had someone refund my order canceled and then I finally got my refund. So sayer that I decided I had enough. I decided to cancel my Celebrations subscription. Customer service said that they would cancel it. Well, the account was supposed to be canceled for the year and instead of canceling it they charge my credit card for the subscription. So I’m trying again to have it cancelled & credit my account. Wish me luck! This is not worth the headache…

Great Idea but….. The Passport app and service is great but it’s be a lot better if Celebrations partners talked to each other While it’s “probable” that the specials and free shipping offers are there, finding them, or better, if the app knew that, it’d be a lot more functional. What’s the point of having the app if you have to manually chase down the benefits you signed up for?

Great value and selection. Celebrations Passport is the way to go! Free shipping and wonderful products have made this my “go to” for all shipped gifts! Between cookies, chocolates, fruit, flowers, gift baskets and food- there are always appropriate choices for my loved ones! Download the app, sign in, slide from one company to another to shop- or choose an event category(birthday,etc). The app often has additional promotional codes for many items-look at the task bar. Thank you for this great program.

Easy to use, extra points and discount!. It was so easy to find exactly what I wanted to give my dad and easier than ordering on the website. Once I signed in, they had all of my information ready. I get 30 extra points for using the app and there’s a first time 15% discount if you put in APP15. It literally took me less than five minutes and one more Christmas present off the list.

The Best Cookies Ever‼️. Cheryl’s Cookies are the most fabulous cookies on the market! I don’t bake anymore. I have a Passport Membership, meaning I don’t have to pay for shipping for a whole year!! Sure it cost about $29, but I get discounts on my FAVORITE COOKIES‼️ They freeze wonderfully. My husband & I have one most nights after dinner. YUM 😋

App needs work Hard to use and keeps freezing up. Hard to navigate through app. Keep freezing up even when phone was connected to Wi-Fi. Unable to shop at one of the many companies under this umbrella of companies. Having to pick gift from just the suggestion listed. I only wanted to look at Wolfermans bakery but couldn’t get to just that sight. App shows suggestions from mostly 1800flowers and Harry & David This app has a lot of problems and I didn’t like using it

Brilliant concept garbage execution. One would think that an app with access to all these various stores would also be a good way to communicate with all the various stores. No! If these is an issue with the order you have to be directed to each of the various store customer services to resolve a problem. Great if you buy one thing horrendous if you buy from multiple stores in the same order. Not recommended at all and not worth the price of the “subscription”.

Military Life. Moving around and being so far from family is difficult but this helps make special occasions easy to recognize and send special treats! Lots of options and always happy with items.

Delivery never happened. This was my first time using this company and I made several orders one to my mom in Az which was delivered on time and was exactly what I ordered. I made a second order to my sister in Tx both were Mother’s Day gift her was supposed to be delivered on Mother’s Day and it never happened. When I called today to find out what happened no one can tell me anything except that their researching it and will get back to me. Well it’s 6 pm no one has gotten back to me and my sister still has not received her flowers not good business if you ask me very very upset. Two days late at this point.

Clean and modern design with easy usability features. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and this new app just makes it so much easier to browse and shop on the go. I love how the products I add to cart stay in my cart across web and vice versa. Also, fun to explore the gift ideas and read up on some of their blog content for inspiration!

Awful app. This app is awful the functionality of it is not what it needs to be. It doesn’t give you all the options that the websites attached to it have available. Even when you search for the exact name on the website it fails to give you that result. Passport profile is hard to figure out. Click on see rewards history but it takes you to the Harry & David website to you account but doesn’t have you history anywhere. Manage account takes you to screen that only gives you the option to cancel membership or turn off auto-renew. There is an option for adding your birthday but when you click earn points it just says “Thanks! We’re looking forward to helping you celebrate. :)” This app could be so much better and user friendly.

Don’t Bother. The app doesn’t guarantee the ability to use your Celebration Passport paid for, perk. It’s not at all a user friendly app. If I want to purchase from one of the online places, I’ll have to call customer service and go through them and that’s ridiculous. Hope they fix it at some point. I got the Celebration Passport because the shipping costs on these sites are crazy expensive and I order 3 or 4 times a year and it adds up. Do better people.

Product description problem. On the app for the iPhone, the written product description is not clear. Selecting the written description displays a box with clearly printed words but the price of the product overlays other information. In the written display specific information about what is included in the box of fruit, cheeses, or cookies is not always listed. The photos of the products are beautiful but cannot be enlarged to read the labels to see what flavors of cheese, Wolferman’s English Muffins or Moose Munch are included. Hope the product descriptions can be improved.

Love Celebrations Passport!. The app is super easy to use and checking out and paying while also mailing to multiple addresses and putting in gift messages is simple and streamlined. It makes it easy to use again and again for stress-free gifting.

Customer Service. The absolute worst customer service ever. I spent 20 minutes on the phone going in circles with the representative. Finally, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told there was no supervisor to speak to. Then I asked to speak to another customer service representative to clarify what I was being told was correct and once again was told, there was no other representative to speak to. When I asked, how could be possible that there was only one representative working the representative hung up on me. Did not assist me in anyway whatsoever. I love the service and order all the time using passport celebrations but they really need to work on the custom and of the product. When there is a product issue customer service just simply says sorry they don’t do anything rectify the situation. Major disappointment and very unfortunate.

Works a little. When I type in an address and you don’t have it on your list doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist - especially when you accept it when typed into a saved address. The trouble is, if an address is typed in that isn’t on your list, unless you put it into a saved address, you can’t enter it. You are stuck. And this “post office approved” address has been around sine the 1940s. I almost quit ordering. Very frustrating. And the typing delay on the website is horrific and it often clears what you type. Come on people. This type of software isn’t rocket science.

Best loyalty program. Best app!. This app brings together all my favorite aspects of the best loyalty gifting program around. I love getting my wife flowers from 1-800-Flowers and sending friends edible gifts from Harry & David, Shari’s Berries, Cheryl’s Cookies, and The Popcorn Factory. Love having all of this in one place. Super easy to use and helpful with the holidays coming up.

Coffee has no flavoring. I got my order September 12 for 4 coffees from Harry and David’s so I could have my favorite coffee Christmas Blend. I got 3 bags of Christmas blend in time for my birthday next week. I opened the coffee and there’s no butterscotch and caramel scent, like usual. Usually it smells so good that it makes my house smell good. I opened up all 3 bags, so maybe there was an issue with one bag, but all 3 of my Christmas Blend plus peppermint coffees are all regular coffee. They’re all labeled flavored and I paid for flavored, but got plain regular coffee. What happened to Harry and David’s coffee? I pay extra and buy only their coffee. It’s so upsetting.

Asked to leave a review. I love Celebrations Passport a lot, been an annual subscriber for almost 3 years + I order at least 4 times a year. However, I got my first iPhone in February 2018, and in the 5.5 years since I’ve ALWAYS had the “allow app developers to ask for reviews” setting turned off in my iPhone settings. From literally day 1, I turned it off and never turned it back on. I confirmed that it was off before writing this review. I still received a popup asking for a review. When this happens, I always pop in and leave a 1 star review. I’ll remove the review in its entirety once the developer has responded to it stating that they have turned the popup off for people who have the setting disabled. Until then, let this review stand as a reminder to not break Apple’s policies, they exist for a reason and I really hate that companies think they can brute force past them without any repercussions.

Charged me shipping when I’m a Celebrations Passport member!. I was charged shipping when the days to receive were chosen as no shipping charge but when completing order $7.99 for shipping was being charged. I had to call told to complete the order. I’m supposed to get a credit. I will update the review if that happens. These are gifts and look nice but every time I order through the Celebrations I get charged shipping when I’m not supposed to.

Needs improvement. Great concept. However, it needs improvement. The appl doesn’t have everything, it’s constantly accessing the web and you need to sign in again and again. There should be a list of what store you would like to shop. And also a sort feature. It’s easier to navigate on the web then on the appl. Also, they advertise you get points. But can't see the points ! This appl has a lot of potential but needs a lot of improvement to work properly. Now the appl keep asking to sign in. I do. And it asks again and again and again. Obviously it’s NOT working.

Best way to buy Flowers & Gift Baskets. I’ve been a 1800Flowers and H&D customer for years and in full honesty the website and the other app isn’t great. I always found them a bit clunky and they just feel old. But this is different! It’s the most streamlined way to order from the brands hands-down. I had some items in my cart on the website and when I opened the app my cart was already there! Was so easy to buy multiple items. It also has quite a bit of articles presented in a helpful way. Still need to explore the different sections more but I’m already a fan! Looking forward to seeing this app grow!

Read your contract. I found the program easy to use. The people complaining of paying shipping probably did not read their contract. It clearly states exceptions: No over night shipping included, Any product that is perishable (read that as needing cold packs over night shipping) are Not included as free shipping. There are other exceptions but as the saying goes Buyer Beware. Always read the fine print before signing for anything. The only time I was asked for a credit/debit card was at check out. If the program continues to be glitch free and upfront in any contract changes I will continue to use the program.

Free shipping with passport doesn’t show.. Still can’t tell if I got free shipping. Already paid for the passport savings last order. Other than that, I like that the website pulls from many different brands. Shipping on first order was delivered on time but FedEx left it in direct sunlight on a really hot day with the “avoid extreme temperatures” right on the exposed side.

Great gift ideas. I love sending surprises to people I care about. Everything from Harry and David is quality. I always sign up for text messages as the package is delivered. Shortly after that I receive a text from the recipient. It’s always a heartfelt “thank you” for the gesture. I love making others feel special and happy. : )

App. Your app is difficult to follow. I go to the app and try and find a specific business and it just doesn’t allow you to go there. For example, I try to go to 1-800 flowers from the app and it doesn’t give you that option. I’m trying to order get well from that business but it will not to go there. The passport fee that I pay for the year is not just for Harry and David but it does not allow to to go to any business except Harry and David from the app so there’s really no reason for me to have this app.

Customer (partially happy today)!. I just placed an order using your app. All was well till the check out step. I’m a passport member and I was charged a shipping charge. I could not find a way to let your app know this information. Suggest adding a simple check to say Passport member Yes or no. I called and your helper was great and he informed me that passport is connected to the Email address. So again one small suggestion include in your list of questions part of your order Enter Email address! Just saying. Additional during my call I realized that in spite of doing business with you regularly and regularly receiving emails my email address on record was complete nonsense. Letters and numbers and absolute weird stuff! Got it taken care of thanks to Cliff. Hope this will help me during my Xmas ordering! Thank you. Maria Teresa Conti.

Great for corporate gifting. I love the free shipping Celebrations Passport offers for a YEAR for a small fee. With the number of corporate gifts we send to our team members, our company has saved hundreds of dollars in shipping costs over the past 12 months! It’s an amazing deal! AND we can send gifts from a large number of companies included in the family of brands - all qualifying for the free shipping.

Why gift codes never apply. I get gift codes to use that are supposedly across the sites but can never use them as always get note back that they don’t apply. A bit irritating. If you are going to put these codes in when you order to use on your next order, then they should be good on any order especially when there is no exact item that applies.

Could be easier. I had a selected purchase sitting in my cart for months (well at least 2!) and totally forgot I hadn’t finished my purchase and had item sent. My recipient could have already recovered (or occasion passed as in my case). How can placing an order for one item be so difficult? How hard is it to remember?

Online order- Wolferman’s Bakery. App worked great except I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping since I have a celebrations passport membership. I don’t know my number, but, when I’m on the app logged in, it should automatically remove the shipping.

This app needs work. There is delays for some reason and it takes a while for commands or entries to register. Search function needs to be smarter. Complimentary gift note is too limiting. You can surely afford to give us some more lines on the message. And the from box is terrible - if that ever can be! I couldn’t even get my name & last name on there! Do you think the rest of the world has 4-5 letter names? You also need to allow for enlargement of the photos. I shouldn’t have take screen shots to get a close up.

Horrible!…don’t use this app!. I’m unable to track or locate any orders for this!..I attached my purchase via my apple account/wallet where two orders have been refunded or declined but not able verify what or whom the order was for?!…and currently on the line with customer service whom seems to have no ideal either?!…in theory this concept is great…but would recommend using the website vs the app. Would give NO stars if it was possible. Should have heeded the warnings of the previous reviews.

Soooo Confusing. This app is really lacking- it has several stores all in one-I was trying to add an item and all of a sudden the billing forms appeared. I kept going to my cart and it only showed the first item from 1800flowers so it appeared the second item wasn’t added. After multiple attempts and about an hour, I realized the app makes you check out for EACH item SEPARATELY. Additionally one of the stores charged me fo billing even though I’m a celebrations passport member and was logged in to the app! I tried searching for my membership and after multiple attempts, just gave up and paid the shipping fee. I done even know if the Personalization store is under the celebration passport program but if it is not, then WHY put it in the Celebrations App-unless it’s just a sneaky way to get more money from customers.

People think we're the best gifters now. After coming through sales, going to the post office, and being unsure of what to get for people the past few years, this app is a real game changer. Being able to add names and addresses, get free shipping, and access to an assortment of products year round makes holidays, birthdays, or just because I feel like it gifts has given people the impression I'm a gifting champion. The cost of the membership has paid for itself with free shipping, showing me what's on sale, being able to send cards, and saving me from trips to the post office! I will for sure be renewing my membership at the end of the year!

Not What I Expected. I ordered a large lavender rose and white floral arrangement for my mother. The order webpage depicts a beautiful large bouquet with at least 6 lavender roses and other flowers and greenery. It was to arrive on May 5. I received an email that confirmed delivery on this date but my mom never received her flowers. I called the 1-800 number twice and was on hold for more than 40 minutes then told they couldn’t disclose their florist. I wanted to know where they delivered the flowers. They reordered me the same bouquet. It arrived on May 6. Unfortunately it was not what I expected or paid for. The arrangement was pink and mauve with only 3 roses. It looks like a small arrangement instead of the large arrangement that I paid for. I’m disappointed in the color, size, and price. I definitely cannot see the value for what I received.

Easy to use. Usually order from my computer. This App is easy to navigate. Very easy to follow and populate. Easy to follow Only negative is they haven’t responded to my question. Have been waiting now 5 days. Update….received a message today via phone and caller stated my message has been resolved. Changes rating to 5

Passport members beware. Every single time for several years, I try to place an order online with my Passport membership. Not one time has it gone through smoothly. I always have to make a phone call, sit on the line for a minimum of 15 minutes, and they will eventually get my order placed with free shipping. However, this time they could not find my account with either email, my name or my phone number. I placed the order online, was charged shipping and will have to battle to get that shipping cost removed

Free shipping and easy app ordering!. The free shipping across SO MANY brands is so worth the yearly cost of membership! That, coupled with the number of brands you can order from, and you really can’t do better. Lots of yummy choices to select from, along with beautiful flower arrangements and lovely gift options. This is my favorite gifting app/website!

Tips on better giving. I’m always trying to figure out the “perfect” gift to give. This app brings together my favorite gifts from my favorite brands. The blog posts provide terrific tips on what gifts resonate best. It also helps me better connect with the important people in my life. The content teaches me how to throw the perfect party or how to write an appropriate note of sympathy.

Use it all the time. Have bought cakes, muffins, popcorn, hot chocolate, flowers, ice cream. Ok I have lots of precious people who live too far to buy a lunch or cook a meal for. Fun surprises can make your day. Did I mention ice cream? So I pay the passport fee, which is worth it for me. Today I bought orchids for a retirement, Shari’s berries for the skinny kids, a plant for my weight conscious son and a box of fruit, all for Valentine’s Day. Personalized with Elegance for the Gift Giver. I’ve used Celebration Passport several times for different friends and family. I find the stylized selections easy and many to choose from. Customer service was outstanding. The vendors they have teamed with are reputable. The site is easy to use and helps with ideas for the occasion. Rewards are given to the purchaser as well. Every purchase I made was delivered to my very happy recipient. No more searching all over the internet for the right gift. Celebration Passport does this for you. Just What I Needed!. This app is a godsend! Now I finally have a way to view all of the 1800Flowers family of brands from the comfort of my phone. Everything is all displayed and organized correctly and I am easily able to see customization options as well as my estimated delivery date before checkout. Can’t wait to start shopping on here. Amazing company, keep up the good work!

Order. I really like your service and some of the conveniences you provide. I had a difficult time with payments. I made a mistake on the information for my credit card but there is no way to edit that information. I had to re enter the whole thing and because I had saved the first information it kept going back to the incorrect card information even though I saved the corrected one. So when I placed 3 orders I had to redo the card information each time.

Cancel membership. Placed an order with Harry and David through the app. The order was not delivered and no one could provide an update. It took over an hour to get passed around From call to call. No one could help so I finally managed to cancel the order then had to fight to get the renewal cancelled as well. With all the available online options I will never use this service again. Run away, many other choices are out there who honor their sales.

No next day delivery available. Have the passport program thinking 1800 flowers could deliver flowers when needed. Next day shipping is still an additional $4.99 when I called and they said to pay $4.99 at checkout for next day. So I said ok I’ll pay more at checkout. Wouldn’t go thru. Then I had to call back because no flowers could be delivered to hospital for my mom next day. They told me to order from a local flower shop if I needed a next day delivery to the hospital my mom is in. Well why have the passport and waste time with 1800Flowers if they can’t deliver when you need them to, even if you are willing to pay more?

Giftastic Member. I have been a customer for years now, the app states since 2024. I’m a giftastic member with 2894 points. I’m not receiving the free printed greeting cards with my orders, I haven’t received the complimentary upgrade for reaching the giftastic tier either. After over an hour on the phone this morning I’m told I’ll be moved to giftastic in the next quarter and receive those perks. I’ve also never received 50 points for 3 purchases (made my 4th this month for this year) and made over 6 in December. I’ve not received the 30 points for shopping in the app which I’ve been doing for 4 years. 1 point per $ spent, I’ve easily spent over $2500 dollars and this is how I’m thanked? Not happy today.

Not what I expected. The Harry & David tower I ordered for my boyfriends birthday arrived a day late, there was no note or card even though I indicated an inscription, and all but one pears were badly bruised. This was not a good first time experience.

Great app small suggestion. Using this app I was able to find the right gift basket, it would be useful to add a circles with links at the top to find items that are strictly Harry and David, 1890 baskets etc thank you

Missing “From” information. Our friends loved the gift, had no idea who sent the gift. They spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to solve the mystery. She was finally told it came from her father, in whose memory the gift was sent. Funny story, but it cost you a couple of stars.

Wolferman’s basket. I love sending their baskets as gifts! Recipients always love them! I always try items before sending them as gifts, their English muffins are great. I order them when having guests, especially around the Holidays. The English muffins freeze & thaw well!

Stacey Farr. Really was excited to see email to download app and order from all the different sites, as I am a celebrations passport member. My info did not transfer to app and was charged $36 for shipping. So I will delete app now and not order this way again and go back to the long way of ordering. Why pay for membership to have free shipping and then get charged shipping. No thanks.

Easy Peasy. I love using my Celebration’s Passport! So many options! Something for everyone and top quality! Only problem is, I have a hard time deciding which gift to choose!

Search function needs improving. The search function in the app needs improving. Even if you know what you want it’s hard to get it to populate in the search. So frustrating that I left the app and bought from Cheryl’s directly. It also said I was getting 15%off my first purchase but that didn’t show up on my first order.

Easy to navigate. I could have give a 5 star review but I feel there is room for improvement. Like, see immediately the history of my orders, the points I’ve earned any many more.

Flowers for 100th birthday!. It was very easy to place my order on the Celebrations App. thank you for making it very easy and quick to send my gift farther than I could drive to deliver it myself. 😍

Good, could be slightly improved. Harder to move around and search within one company. You can only search for an item through all companies at once. I mostly shop Harry and David so it slowed me down to sift through all the others.

Needs Work. When saving a card on file it doesn't matter. You still have to enter the number every time. Pretty sure the issue is the year on the expiration date. It would be nice to search the shops directly from the app. Would be nice to filter gifts by price. I think the app can be great after some work.

Wow! Such a broad assortment for gifts. Not sure about anyone else but I never know what to give as a gift. This app helps from start to finish. And of course let’s me buy something for myself too! Love it ❤️

Hard to use app. After signing in it’s still saying and asking if I want to sign up for the passport. I have the passport I don’t know why it’s giving me prices with shipping. It’s really annoying I don’t know what it’s doing,, nor do I have the time to try to figure this out and why it’s not ever working.

Free shipping only applies about half of the time. I have this app and paid for free shipping for a year. Sometimes it applies. Sometimes it does not. I understand that long distance shipping and last minute shipping may have restrictions on the free shipping or service charge, but the discounts on regular orders made well in advance don’t always qualify.

Simple and beautiful. I decided to get the Passport membership this year and make flowers my go-to gift. The app has been simple to use and the flowers my husband picked for me arrived on time and in beautiful condition. Very pleased so far.

Placing Orders. Placed order using the app. I like the website better than the app. But both are pretty easy to use. I like that you made it easy to send multiple gifts to different recipients and addresses. Thank you.

Availability. Twice now i tried to send flowers and it wasn't available in their area. It wanted me to send cookies or other instead but they own a bakery so didn't want food. I wanted flowers. No availability in the next town over from me. 😩

Hard to navigate compared to site. The checkout process is fantastic but the searching for items Amongst all different brands is really hard. Search bar could use improvement. The websites are much easier to navigate when looking for specific items.

Love the gift options. I love giving friends a nice surprise on special occasions and sometimes “ just because “. This makes it so easy to search for the perfect gift. And sometimes I just like to give a little lift to myself. 👍🏼

Easy to use app!. Ordering a birthday present for the impossible to buy for man…looked around the site, so many options! Went with the herb garden w scissors, great for a man that cooks. Plenty of time for delivery bc I planned ahead!

Great app and service. I use this often for gifts and it’s a wide range of items. They also provide great customer service if needed.

Great service. The agent who helped me set up the Passport, and an order, was really helpful. I loved that he knew what he was doing! His voice was clear and I sensed no irritation with any of my questions or needs. He’s a good representative for your company!

Wrong flowers-again. I ordered an orange bouquet of various colors and a white bouquet was delivered. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not sure why an order can’t be fulfilled if that’s what the app says they can do. I pay for a yearly subscription so this is less then ideal and makes me think I won’t be continuing with their service.

Easy gifts. I have been using this app for over a year to send gifts to friends and family. It’s easy and people are happy to receive the items. Not one complaint.

Great Cookies!. I love sending Cheryl’s Cookies to friends & my family! They enjoy them as much as we do! I love that you can freeze them & pull out a few at a time, to thaw. They always taste fresh! I highly recommend these cookies!

Convenient and easy to shop. This app is easy to access and navigate. It works at a good speed and never slows down while shopping.

Great overall,1 slight glitch. I love that I can have all the stores I like in one place however the app never successfully remembers my credit card although it offers that option. I had to retype and re-save it.

Easy ordering. The ordering process was easy and simple. The end product was exactly what was ordered. Used before and definitely will I Use again.

Easy Peezy to use. I both signed up for the 1999 free shipping for the year and ordered Cheryls cookies. I found the app very very easy to maneuver pay send to New Jersey and I am in Arizona. Congratulations on the ease of maneuverability.

Loved!. Have used varios of the companies with in this app for décadas. Products are always splendid. Now that they are all in one location it makes my shopping experience so much delightful.

App Review. App cart Syncs w/cart on website. Wish it gave option to “save for later” when purchasing items. Prices on app & website are sometimes different. Easy to use overall though.

Deliveries and gift messages. My people love the gifts, but I would like to be able to leave a longer gift message on the note with the gift. I also have run into multiple occasions where I send alcohol or wine to someone and it never gets delivered.

Made my day. I was feeling kind of down in the dumps and I got an email from Harry & David’s about a deluxe mystery box. I ordered them for my kids and me, and topped it off with Uno Pizzeria deep dish sausage pizza. I feel much better. Easy to use the app

Needs work. App is extremely slow and the search engine is poor. You can type in the exact name of a product and still have to scroll through a dozen other unrelated products. Just took an hour to order 11 items. No excuse for an ecommerce company.

Love the family of brands!. I love the Celebrations Passport family of brands, especially 1-800-Flowers, Cheryl’s Cookies and Harry & David. There are always so many options to choose from. The gifts are high quality and delivery is reliable! Love it!

Love the store. Not the app.. I struggle to find everything the store has to offer. Sometimes it is easiest to go on to the website, find what I want, ads it to the cart, then switch back to the app to finish the order. Would prefer a better user experience. But again, we love the store.

I’m Loving This. It’s easy & appreciated. I’ve had a couple late deliveries. All of my family & friends love their gifts from me. I hate the 8pm & 9pm deliveries. My older Family goes to bed early
