Fantastic customer service. Great app, too!. I previously gave this app a 1 star review because I couldn't find where saved OCR documents were actually saved and accessible. I looked and searched with no luck. However, very shortly after submitting my review I received a response from the developers to contact them so they could help me with my problem. I sent the email to them as they requested, explaining my problem. Again, I quickly received an email from them showing me what I needed to know to use my saved OCR document. Good combination- great app with even better customer support. Thank you.

If you don’t love easy scanning, you will hate this!. I needed to scan some documents and my wireless scanner/printer combo was giving me fits. Someone suggested I get this app and my scan was finished and sent off in no time! I just set the document on the table, pulled out my phone, snapped a couple of pictures, let it automatically pull the pertinent details from the picture, and saved it. From the same app I emailed it and was completely finished. I was probably totally finished in the time the printer/scanner would have been warmed up and ready to scan. Even then, it would have been through the dirty glass top that always leaves junk in my scans. I will never go back to my old way of scanning again… Unless I get tired of being finished so quickly, easily, and without the fun of endless troubleshooting endless problems!
