Update not working. I have used this app without problems for almost a year. They pushed an update two days ago, and now I can’t even open it

App crashes after updating. This app required an update this morning, so I downloaded it and now the app crashes when I try to open it. Needs to be fixed ASAP. It would also be incredibly helpful if this app could show the check in/check out history so you can see what has been recorded.

N/a. There is a website u can login on with ur contract number and will show u the in and outs

So many issues. This app has so many issues that need to be resolved.

Is not working after update. I updated last week and after that I can’t use it anymore it close me out. I hope it get fixes soon because it was really functional and convenient.

Crashes. It required an update, so I updated it and not it won’t work. App won’t even open it just instantly crashes , it used to work great until this update.

WON’T SEND MY USER ID TO MY EMAIL. The app was working just fine til I had to update to the newest version and when I had to uninstall and then reinstall it my user Id and password was deleted out of my phone so I’ve been trying to have my user Id sent to my email so I can reset my password for 3 weeks now and I still haven’t gotten any email so now I’m back to using my daycare card to check my daughter in and out

This app is so glitching. No one can seem to ever fix any problems with this. There’s not much even reachable text support.

Updated. Updated and now won’t work! This app is a pain now i have to find my card to be able to clock in and out!! Plz fix this soon!! Very frustrated

Bad update. Doesn’t work at all now… it used to be the perfect app! Hope it gets fixed soon!

Broken. I was able to login and add the provider. When I go to select child it says session expired and kicks me back to the login. Then when I try to login it says provider not found try again later. Can’t even use it to be able to see how well it works.

APP WONT OPEN!! FIX PLZ!!!. I can not open the app. It was perfect until it updated. I don’t know what y’all did but y’all need to go back to the old setting immediately. Us parents really depend on this!!!

Needs improvement. We need to see history of check ins and check outs, as well as a history of all previous check in and outs.

Self Logs Out All the Time. It logs me out continuously. It’s frustrating logging in every time when you’re on the go.

Please fix!. Needs to show check in/out history!! There are times when I know I checked my child in but it doesn’t show with the child care provider or it has the wrong date.

Good app but needs to show history. This is a HUGE improvement and convenience compared to swiping the physical cards. However, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to see a history of check ins and check outs so we don’t miss any or waste time checking in/out again.

Keeps crashing. Since updating this morning. I can’t open the app and get it to stay open. Keeps crashing.

Stupid. This is the dumbest app ever. No way to reset email or anything. Poor dhs workers have no training on how to help. Pretty infuriating.

Clock in history. It would be so nice if this app gave us the option to view our clock ind and clock outs. Sometimes it’s hard to know if you got them all done. I just received a call from the daycare that I will probably get charged for the 11th because I’d missed that day doing my daughter’s clock ins.

Broken. Logged me out and won’t let me log in even after resetting my password

Frustrated. I did the update for this app today and since I’ve done the update it’s not working. I click to open the app, it opens then closes itself. I can’t sign my kids in and out

Horrible app. Opened app, window popped up stating it needed to be updated. Clicked to update and now I cannot open the app at all. When trying to open app it automatically closes back down. Now back to swiping the actual card which is so much easier.

Fantastic. Easy to use, convenient and quick! I love this app compared to swiping the card. I can easily check in/check out and do a previous check in/check out. I also like the security feature it has where it makes you manually log in every 30 days. I do agree with another review that it would be so great for the user to view the check in and check out history since sometimes I can’t remember if I did it for the day.

App glitch. I updated this morning before being able to check my child in. After update was complete. I tried opening application and it’s just booting me off?

It never works!. This thing freezes on the log in screen and will tell me if I have an incorrect password, but when I enter the correct one, it simply does nothing multiple days a week. I look like an idiot who can’t check my kid in and out. I love the concept but it needs improvements.

Update makes it crash. Just updated the app and now it keeps crashing. Needs fixed ASAP!

Help. App asked to update today. Now, the app crashes when you try to open it.

Much easier. The app is much easier than the card swipes, and way more convenient. One major improvement that could be made is a history log of some sort that shows previous swipes. Busy parents can easily forget if they’ve already swiped for certain days/times. That’s my only complaint.

Just updated and it doesn't work. When I updated and open the app back it closes asap when I open it fix it I use this everyday

Recovering your account. I have been trying to recover my account on this app and I have had no help with getting into my account. It says it will send an email but it never does so you can recover your account with no information on how to contact anyone to get customer service.

Poor design and slow after update. The only pro is that you can check kids in and out of daycare using the app. It’s clunky, slower since the latest update, requires you to delete and reinstall since the update, automatically logs the user out after 30 days, and doesn’t allow you to see historically check in information. I get that DHS hired a company to create this app for them but it fails in almost every way. If I didn’t have to use it I wouldn’t.

Update crash. The app was operating just fine, but this morning the app updated and now it won’t even open. Can’t find a help line or help desk number to call.

Closes me out. I updated the app yesterday and when I click to open the app- it shuts down. I haven’t been able to use it since the new update. When it was working- I loved it! But the new update makes the app useless for me.

Log in. It logged me out and now will not let me log back in after I’ve changed my password and everything.

Works fine, but why is there no log book feature?. While it’s nice to not have to physically swipe a card, there is no way to see previous check-ins/check-outs. If there’s multiple users, it makes it difficult to track and verify all check-ins/outs have been completed.

Good App - needs a log. Love the app it is easy to use. However I am unable to use it at our daycare because it doesn’t give them a record of the activity. They will only let us use the machine at the facility so they have a printed record. Can you add a log or a way for providers to access the information for there records.

Needs a lot of improvement. This app is garbage. First of all showing a check in check out history would be very helpful. Being able to edit entries in case you accidentally enter the wrong time would also be helpful. The app kicks me out all the time and then gives me error messages when I try to get back in. It has the potential to be a very valuable tool but like I said it needs a lot of improvement!

Crashing. Please fix the crashing issue. I also agree a history feature would make sense.

Ugh. I like the app it’s more convenient but defiantly need to be able to keep track or swipe in and swipe out so need to add that so we are not charged at the daycare for days we swipe in but it doesn’t show in there system and also need to put a example to what they mean by case number cause when you look at the case number on your foodstamp card it give you a letter and 9 number and it says your case number is 7 to 9 numbers and every time I paid it in I get told it’s in correct and this is crazy cause I can’t log in with out it and I’m looking online and on fs card and I’m typing in the exact info for the case number so I then have to sit on the phone with dhs for over 40min to be able to get log in.I feel there are ways you can make this app a lot better

FORCE CLOSES EVERY TIME!. Every time I go to open the app to check my daughters in at daycare, this stupid app force closes! I’ve tried deleting and re downloading and it still does the same thing!! So annoyed!

Reinstall. All you have to do is uninstall and reinstall the app and it’ll work for you..

Check in and out. The app is mostly great! It needs to tell the parents when and what we have done for check in and check outs! It will also help the child care not have to look up swipes for the parents!

Crashing Since Uodate. App is no longer working since update on Thursday 1/27/22. Opens and crashes almost immediately.

One issue.. This app has been great. But it just asked me to update it (01/26/22) and now when I click on the app to use it just glitches out and now I can't check my kids out of daycare for the day.

Bad Update. My app needed updated so I did it yesterday now I can’t even pull the app up. Please fix this problem asap.

Login failed. No providers found. Check back later. Update 1.27.22 - developer responded asking me to email them. I did email the developer on 1.5.22 and I still haven’t received a response. I used the app for several months but it quit working after the first of the year. Whenever I try to login I get an error message “Login failed. No providers found. Check back later”. I confirmed with my worker that everything was set up properly. The daycare said other people had similar issues so they deleted and reinstalled the app. I tried that, but I still can’t use it. I’m not sure what to do now or where to turn to for support. If I call the state they say there are 99 callers in line ahead of me and they don’t call back when I leave my number to hold my place in line. I can’t access any support function in the app (if there are any) because I can’t login due to the repeated error code. My worker can only verify the case information and such. She has no control over the technology. Super frustrated now. With several family members helping drop off and pick up at the daycare the app was so convenient when it worked.

New update doesn’t work!. Update version doesn’t work at all!!

Worst app. Account was disabled. No contact info on how to enable account again.

App keeps closing. After the most recent update on 1-25-22 the app will not stay open longer than a second. It tries to load then the app just closes. Please fix this issue!

BAD update!. Nobody’s app is working since the new update. It opens and closes out before it even loads.

CAnt log in. I have been trying to get my user if sent to me for a week now and the email never shows up so now I’m locked out and have to go inside and manually swipe my card each time. They should make it much easier to get your username since it automatically kicks you out without warning.
