Error before getting to play. My kid loved this game, we even paid for to get the full experience, but now for month it loads and loads and then errors and the only option is to close out. The device is up to date, the app deleted and reinstalled, and it errors still. Customers service doesn’t respond, and it’s been a complete let down. If they ever fix the error or resolve the problem, I’ll change the review.

Great design, kinda buggy. Apparently you can’t go back to earlier levels so it makes at least one of the puzzles unsolvable if you miss an important clue

5 star game 1 star rerelease. This game was rolled out released under Magnus’s name. It was great! my son and I played it, then eventually even my gf put it on her phone and we all played it together. Eventually after a year my son couldn’t beat it at the end ( he was 4) his interest temporarily changed we all set it aside for when he could understand it better Today he wanted to play it again we all got excited and I was shocked, the game is removed from search and hidden and after I find it I have to pay AGAIN for the same game and pay 60$ for a of suite games that he may\may not be interested in. As a parent that loves his kid I’m getting it for him but I’m not happy at all …great game ,but if I could every individual working at “Kahoots!” 00000 stars for acting shady for more gravy on behalf of my kids thirst of knowledge I absolutely would.

Kahoot what. This is the worst I bought this on my child’s tablet for her birthday a while back then Kahoot got it and kicked her off saying you do not own this what I read costumer service and it said to go on the download tab and guess what is not available I work as a low wage janitor and I am not paying for a game that was ones free

More than 2 months waiting for fixes. I reported issues 2 months ago and so far they just reply that they are checking but I guess no one really cares. Really disappointed. Before kahoots acquisition, the chess app was a good thing, but not anymore

4th world glitch. The game won’t let me go into the big tower with the star on it.

Needs multiplayer. This is a great, fun game to learn chess. Would be great if you could change between saved games so both my kids could play on the same device because they both need to learn so they can play against each other!

Game is very good but buggy. Can’t seem to create multiple profiles, nothing happens when I click on a new profile. When the white pawn reaches my end it becomes a black queen, I was very confused when I had to rescue my kid as ‘his queen’ was capturing all of his pieces. Lots of little things like this just makes the game experience a bit bleh. We paid $25 for this game and while it is a good game to learn concepts about chess wish the functionality would all work.

It did the job.. My 5 year old enjoyed it. Learned the basics. Only critique is the vast amounts of space needed to cover in the game bit. Even I couldn’t figure out some of that. Yet, it is good they make it pretty challenging… which can frustrate at times.
