Will not connect. The Roomba is on and connected to my Internet. In fact it is on and cleaning my house. However this app app says that there is no roomba. Therefore I paid $20 for nothing how do I get a refund or a fix would be nice.

Change of Ap w/0 notification. Do no like change of app without notifying

Rip off!. Should be told there will be a charge in addition to vacuum for software that may or may not work. Very dissatisfied!!! Still not up and running.

Problem. App keeps showing ads for other apps, very disconcerting.

Issues with recognizing iRobot. The app does not update when the iRobot is in a different state - cleaning, charging, returning home. Ran out of power twice and was stranded in the middle of the room.

Will not work. Won’t recognize my device. The support email us doesn’t work. And it’s been a week and no response from smartwidgetlabs

Awful. Does not work. I purchased this app. Downloaded. Followed the directions and it did not work. Have tried to get it to work for several days with no luck. Messaged the iRobot support for this to see if they would help me before I wrote this review and got no response. Terrible app, terrible service. What a waste of money

Scam! This is not the iRobot app!. Do not be like me and make the mistake of downloading this app without reading! It was weird that I had to pay to use an app for a product I just bought. When you type iRobot home this is the first app to show up! THIS IS NOT THE IROBOT APP! I ended up wasting 20 dollars. Do not make the same mistake.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Did not connect no matter what I did and I followed each step one by one and I did so over and over and over and over again until I finally got rid of the app.P.S

My Roomba not compatible with this app. I was pretty excited about getting this app, but my Roomba a series E does not connect. Buyer be aware. I wish it would work! Maybe they will come up with a version that works someday until then I cannot recommend.

Bad choice for robot cleaning. Hard to setup and connect to iPhone. Will never buy a product from this company again!!!

Syncing Problem. I am using the free version however haven’t been able to connect my room a after dozens of attempts. Tech support needs to do an update ASAP.

Customer service is non-existent. I am an unable to sync this app to my I-robot Roomba… I have reached out to Support multiple times and have not heard back… this app is not worth the cost as there is no support when the app doesn’t work as expected

This is Not Roomba. Selected this by mistake when setting up a new Roomba. Apple should never place a paid app above a native product app. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the trial. Really disappointed.

Scam. I am very disappointed as I was misled into purchasing this app when I got a new I robot vacuum, thinking that I needed this app to get my vacuum to work. After downloading and paying for this app, I realize that it did not set my vacuum up so it was completely a scam as it was the first one that came up on the App Store misleading me to think it was the app that was required for my new product. After I eventually did find the correct app which was free I contacted Apple and they refused to refund the money. Beware, this is not the app. If you’re looking to set up your iRobot, it will not set it up and it does not work with that system, and apple refused to refund the money.

Confused!. This is horrible! Ready to return it to store! Not easy to use and can’t believe you have to pay just to use the program. Waste of time an resources!

Doesn’t work. Frustrating difficult worthless

Disappointed housewife. This app doesn’t work. I tried numerous times to get it to sync with my vac. and it never would. Don’t buy until the developers correct this problem. Don’t want it and don’t charge me for it.

The ads are ridiculous!. I can’t get the app to connect to the vacuum and I keep getting these ridiculous advertisements. An appliance should not have ads on their software, poor customer service!!

Would probably be nice if it worked.. I have tried several time and did several fit things to get this app to connect to my roomba and it shows it and that’s it. Says it’s not connected. Useless. I paid for lifetime also.

Does not function. This app could not recognize my Roomba. When contacting them they made no effort to make it work. They just sent me to apple to get a possible refund. Disappointing.

I want my money back!. If I could give it negative stars I would. This doesn’t work. I wanted it to set up clean zones and keep out zones. The mapping feature does not work at all!

Does not map at all. Please know that this app does not do mapping. It will not show your robot mapping anything no matter what model you have. It does nothing different than the free iRobot app. I really don’t know why this app even has a price tag. I suggest you not buy this app you been warned. I don’t know why the seller just won’t let it be free. Well I guess I know why…MONEY HUNGRY

DOESN’T WORK. I got this as a gift and tried several times to set it up using their app. Their device could not be found on Bluetooth and it would not connect. I also see that you have to pay to use their app to control their device. I have a EUFY. It connected easily, and does not require a subscription to be paid to use the device. I am very disappointed in the company’s paid Subscription service. Once I pay for something I expect to be able to use it without sending the company money every week. I will be returning the iRobot and use the refund to buy something better.

Thumper. He got hung up last week and I put him on base . He cleaned next day no problem.

Do not buy. Program does not work.. Don’t waste your money. Does not work. Tried to get my purchase price back but it is non refundable.

No contact information looking for a contact phone number is impossible to find. They keep advertising spend money with us. Spend money with us spend money with us before you’re even able to set up your unit. This company is not interested in my well-being. They’re only interested in getting into my bank account.

Catches pet hair. I use it mainly in my kitchen to keep my cat and dog’s hair to a minimum. It does a great job!

I was naive, it was a SCAM SCAM SCAM. Please don’t wast your money. I have spent 50+ hours and the $24 on this app. If your Roomba doesn’t have Smart Maping there is no way to get it. This app didn’t even work on the ACTUAL Roomba i7 that does have smart maping upstairs! So no, it’s not your model, internet, or iRobot’s fault. This app is just A COMPLETE SCAM THAT WANTS YOUR MONEY. AT THIS POINT I 100% believe Apple is responsible and at fault here. I can NOT believe the App Store still hasn’t taken down this app! Disgusting.

Whats the point?. Really not sure i see the point in this app.... Why not just use the free iRobot app? Also I see even less benefit in the subscription model that they are pushing

After being forced to download three different robot cleaning apps (surprised there is more than 1) I officially canceled my subscription (that’s right pay to use the already expensive vacuum) and am writing this review. In the age of technology it blows my mind companies are so inclined as to make using their products so much of a pain that I’d rather go back to living in the Stone Age. Make me download a single app and be able to use the product how it is advertised and intended instead of discover the inner workings of robot vacuum technology. If I could give 0 starts I would.

Big nope. Evidently it doesn’t work with an i7. Instructions call for green lights to be on etc. etc. i7 doesn’t have any green lights. Ignoring the light thing and proceding with the remainder of instructions, it still doesn’t pair with the i7. All this aside they’ll try and try and try to get you to pay $25 to subscribe. I smell a scam here. Apple, I said Apple, are you paying attention?

Doesn’t work. I downloaded the free and app that cost money, the app I purchased doesn’t work. Don’t purchase the app that costs money. I wish I could give it a zero.

Confusing with lots of spam. Confusing. Has links to other services to try and get you to submit your information

Doesn’t work. It gets stuck at the location services and nothing else so best of luck fixing your app and making it useful.

Disappointed buyer. I bought this app thinking it would be a nice addition to the iRobot vacuum I had purchased for my wife as a gift. Unfortunately, the app refuses to sync with our vacuum. I have repeatedly attempted to get someone from customer service to respond to my emails but have yet to hear from company. My first regret is that I purchased the full year of service rather than buy one month and try it. My suggestion to you is save your money. I wish I had. Worthless!

Beware!. I was looking for a eufy app for my new vacuum and this app was close in name. I skipped the paid membership but it asked for a credit card for verification for the free limited version. It charged me but thankfully my cards (it gave me errors so I entered more than one - what an idiot I am!) saw it as suspicious activity. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND USE THIS APP! I’m shocked that the Apple store would allow a scam like this to appear.

Does not map and still have to close doors. I have mapped it 4 times and still have to close doors and put up board to block living room off. I have deleted and re mapped over 4 times. For the price of this, it needs and should map as noted on the box. When it empties it is beyond loud!! Very disappointed in upgrade that I bought. Won’t buy another.

Difficult to understand set up and wifi connect. Annoyingly hard because all that shows in wifi is something called panda.. taking too much time

This app is a SCAM!. I'm surprised this app is actually allowed in the App Store. It does not work to actually control the robot, then it ask for your credit card information to "verify your identity", which it then go ahead and start charging you for subscriptions which you know nothing about. Do Not Download. It's completely useless.

This is a scam!. DO NOT USE! I downloaded it thinking it was the official iRobot app. No so! The app asked for cc info and I put it in. They said no charges would be made on my credit card. I was immediately charged $1.95 and $1.00. There is NO customer service contact info on this app! BEWARE!

Roomba yes, app NO!. I purchased the Roomba and like it. The phone app to control it pisses me off! I don’t like having just enough to get by without spending another $20 because the software that came with the vacuum cant do anything without navigating 40 pages of adds and pushing pages to buy more!

Rip off. I pay $600+ for a top end roomba and download the app to schedule. The app is so cluttered with spam it is unusable until you either pay for a monthly subscription or pay for a lifetime license. The $600 wasn’t enough??? The ads are designed to look like a setup option and take you to sites asking for your credit card. Really crappy iRobot!!!

Not so easy. I just want to turn it on and it work going through hoops is not why I bought your product Your Pop up ad money for your app is very irritating. I bought the robot vac with wifi. I don’t want to be paying a monthly service fee on top of that and I don’t want to have to close out ad screens to use my vacuum!

Worst app I have ever tried to use. Instructions are limited. Device will not connect and you have to watch a video for accounting software every time you try to connect or change screens… just a worthless bunch of useless advertisements. Don’t use it!!!

Pure crap. Tried reaching out x2 for a refund. My emails are going ignored but they had no problem taking my money. I asked for a refund less than 1hr after purchase… buyer beware!
