Need Assistance With App Crashing. This was my introduction to the NFT space by downloading your app. Overall the app is user friendly. But I have come across an issue with the app. Be more specific the app crashes when I attempt to transfer my purchases NFT from the app to my wallet by following your instructions on how to properly execute. Main thing is there is no clear method on the app of how to get customer support for your app. My hope is that you are able to read this review and contact me or provide a method I can reach some support to fix the issue. Thank you

Experienced NFT holder says STAY AWAY!. This app is barely worth the time it takes for this review. So just know they are taking advantage of the NFT craze and NEWBs who don’t know better. If you do know anything about NFTs, the minting process, and ownership you would probably realize these are worthless images. I won’t even call them NFTs. Use open sea, Rarible, super rare, looks rare, or one of for your NFT purchases. These knockoffs have no real or intrinsic value. Take advice from a seasoned NFT minter and owner. Don’t waste your money.

Scam?. just downloaded your app and bought 10 gems to start trying to create my own NFT’s. I minted my first image which was an original drawing, and I received a congratulations notice, and then within moments after that, a decline on my minting of my NFT it mentioned that I would get a refund, but I did not get that, so I tried it again with a new image and I used another five gems to mint it and I got the same response from your app. congratulations but within moments a decline and no refund. --

5 Star Scam. You will lose your money. They will not refund it. Do not read these and think “oh, it’s just them” it will be you too. The only positive reviews this gets are from the same dingleberries scamming you.

Is this legit or a scam??. Upon reading reviews it seems everyone has the same problem my next solution is to get refund through Apple … Me as well as hundreds of people cannot copy and paste our private keys unto MetaMask chrome extension … can you fix this bug or error or is this something that cannot be fixed .. I’m losing faith at this point atleast I see I can get refunded so if worse comes to worse that ll be my option but looking for a solution .. thanks

She even help me understand everything about NFT that I needed to know. She even explained how other apps work and connect with other apps like metamask, and OpenSea. Thank you very much. Where are my NFT’s?. I purchased a polygon blockchain nft which is supposed to take minutes to mint & appear under “my nft” tab but I got NOTHING! No confirmation email, no nft & no response to any of my attempts to contact the company. I just want my NFT. This app took my $100 and gave me nothing in return. Not even an explanation. If nothing soon I’m requesting a refund. ——- This is my update. This is a scam app. Please do not buy anything. Apple is issuing me a refund right now.

So far so good!!. First time using app was yesterday, created 3 NFTs and sold out within hour or 2, however 2nd and third sale my gems were delayed in hitting my acct so I contacted support via email link and they corrected overnight(24-48hrs response time) so if you experience problems with gems not accurately reflecting sales I would give it a little time and if you can not wait just shoot them an email follow the suggested directions and hopefully you’ll have a positive experience as I did. Remember this is technology in a human experience both have their glitches. I am a little concerned about the gem aspect, I would like to hear back on how to redeem gems into actual currency. Please tell me this is possible. Good luck creating and selling!!

Scam Scam Scam. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I bought three NFTs. Was wondering why I can’t transfer to MetaMask. I’ve tried every said solution. But, just like everyone else; same results. I try to Google some of the NFT’s for sale or on other websites and they are hard to find. If you type In a NFT sold on the app, in google, you’d get known and official versions of these NFTs. That makes me think this app is a scam. The NFTs has no utilities, and they are easily minted. I’m not gonna even try to ask for a refund or any other solution to getting them moved. Just gonna take this loss and learn from it. Deleting the app as well. Can’t do anything with the NFTs anyway. Avoid this app, do not buy anything. Edit: As I’ve said before, I tried every said solution to move my NFTs. The solution you offered doesn’t work. Everyone else is saying the same thing. Why isn’t there a settings button? How come the NFTs you list can’t be found on any other NFT site? Why do we need gems to buy? As far as I know, thats not how NFTs are sold. How come the NFTs I search for on your site, through google are never found in Google? If this isn’t a scam, then I don’t know what is.

Never received NFT. I purchased 40 gems for $100 and bought a “Bored Ape 3D” NFT with it. I got confirmation in the app that it was sold to me but it never showed up in “My NFT’s”. I figured it would just take some time to show up but the next day I purchased another NFT and it showed up in “My NFT’s” right away. At the moment, I payed $100 for 40 gems, purchased an NFT but never received it and it’s impossible to find an email/phone number to contact NFT GO, even though the in the responses to other reviews of people having similar difficulties it says to contact the email we were sent. There was no email sent either times. Please help!

May be great if you don’t get scammed. I’ve had this app for a couple months now and I’ve sat back and watched as a lot of projects got bought up until I finally decided to purchase a NFT but first I had to purchase NFT GO’s currency which is like some gems. I followed through with the transaction and NEVER RECEIVED my 100$ of gems. Ended up missing a lot of opportunities because of me sitting there waiting for them so that was very dissatisfied. But if you can actually get your gems then maybe it’s not bad after all.

NFT Still Not Received. I created two NFTs almost a month ago now and I still have yet to receive them. The instructions state it should only take a couple of days. I sent an email and I have yet to receive a response. The app itself is fine, I guess. I created a wallet and later found the Open Sea app and thought I could use my wallet there. I’m fairly new and still learning everything.

I love this app. This app gave me hope again, I’m an artist and I’ve been so depressed the past couple years I’ve barely done anything. This and music has made me feel so much better to be inspired by other artists. ♥️

Not 5 stars *SCAM ALERT*. Had to get a refund instantly, the developers are good at responding but they are also good at leading you absolutely nowhere, I bought an NFT from here using the apps currency “diamonds” and like every other person you can not transfer your NFT I tried everything and then after going back and forth with emails they assure you it’s not a SCAM then tell you how to do it properly and when you try to do it the exact way they tell you, the option isn’t even available, I bet on this review they are going to reply that this is in fact not true and give me the same excuse that I’m just doing it wrong. I’ve gotten my refund and don’t need any feed back this is just for anyone trying to use this app, do not buy NFTs from here I promise you, you will have the same outcome!!! Also if you fell victim to these guys I highly encourage you request a refund because a lot of people just decided to let these people take advantage of them but I promise you if you request a refund through apple they will not hesitate to refund you! So please if you are a victim of these people GET YOUR MONEY BACK! DON’T LET THEM WIN!

Scam likely ?. I’ve been waiting three days for my NFTs to be published. It states that it takes a few minutes to a few hours. There have been no updates. I paid a fee for the “gems” in order to publish. So, I’m currently out about $130 with no way to ask for an update. Seems like a scam to me. I’ve tried looking at other reviews but for some reason they are not visible. I did see one gentleman say he had been waiting over 12 hours as well. But oddly enough that review has since been hidden.

Horrible Customer Service. There must be only 3 people answers emails or else this platform is getting bombarded with emails about the many issues from this app. Over 3 times now and just the last 2 months I’ve gotten an 404 error. Took them a min to update the app for customer support. I cam get a response from them within 24 hours amd they don’t vet the collections to ensure NFT’s aren’t getting duplicated and resold. Yea my nft has been resold twice on this platform and they have yet to respond. I done with putting money into this app. Just by directly from OPENsea or Rarible.

?? Can I ask where it shows how much it costs to use this!?. I was looking at this app. No price. I didn’t find it interesting since these NFT are minted and displayed in other legit companies like open sea and Rarible, and other blockchains. I didn’t realize you would charge me $35 when every NFT you have posted looks like it was copied and there is NO author information or really any identifiable blockchain address. None of these are worth more than the digital picture and they are probably going to be sued for using someone else’s art. Please refund my money. There is no way I’d buy anything here. Anyone who wants to mint would not do it through this app.

Warning. Can not transfer or resell.. Revised to 2 stars. Wallet issue was resolved but instructions and support documents are lacking. In this case, app delete and recovery was required for it to actually work. *Original Comments* NFT Go offers instructions on how to transfer NFTs for resale. However, their process doesn’t work and they have failed to respond to multiple reports of this issue. They could clear things up quickly with an addition to their ‘Help’ pages but that hasn’t been forthcoming. Do not use this app.

Gems never showed. I bought plenty, until one purchase charged me $200 and I didn’t get my 100 gems. Apple has no resolution. *******Edit***** I made my first review about my issue. They contacted me and took care of my issue swiftly and correct! They also gave me a couple extra for free! Thanks again.

Scam. Spent 300$ was super excited ! I own it and it even says I own it cause it has my meta mask address but it doesn’t allow me transfer to my meta mask , Apple shouldn’t allow people to create false apps , Apple make the world a better place and sue this company cause in the pandemic we are still in people can’t afford to lose money or be scammed ! Whoever owns this app is very greedy

The Best NFT Marketplace.. This is without a doubt the best and most accessible place to buy an NFT. This app is very user friendly and takes the complex way of acquiring an NFT and makes it straight forward. This app really made me invested into the world of NFT’s. The process of sending your nft’s to other wallets was not too bad either. I highly recommend this app to newcomers of the Metaverse.

Not user friendly. There should be an actual account setting or menu to allow you to sign back in or out. I made a purchase and the Gems did not show up in my account, even after 24hrs passed. There should be a settings menu where we can see pending purchases and report a purchase problem straight from the app not our bank. I waited 24hrs for my gems to appear and now that they haven’t, I have to wait another 24-48 hours from my bank to issue a refund. This app has so much potential, it has a long way to go.

Scam please don’t lose money like i did. I paid 400 dollars and have 6 NFTs in a wallet and can not transfer into MetaMask or Coinbase wallet. I’ve read what the developer has said about pasting, this does not work. I keep getting the same message, which says We could not verify ownership this may be because the standard is not supported or the asset does not exist on your selected network. I will be fighting for my money back. This is stealing

SCAMMERS. Apple if you don’t remove this from your App Store , I’m going to have reason to believe you are working along side these thieves and I will sue you for taking my money and not giving me a refund . Furthermore, the countless others wrote a scam review and yet you guys failed to remove this app ! I will be in contact with my lawyer . This is outrageous !!

No support whatsoever. I can’t transfer this nft i bought from this nft go app each time i try it tells me the ownership isn’t verified and that i should do it with the key but even then i try the key and theres nothing to paste at all im getting upset and feeling scammed because i spent 100 dollars and i have no way of having any support to figure out how to get this nft i bought in my wallet i honestly feel like taking a loss and regretting downloading this app even then i dont know how to get my money back or figure this out

Huge huge issue right now.. I’ve purchased a Nft previously and it was almost instant and it was great. We’ll recently when apes dropped presale I went to purchase, got the gems, and purchased one with confirmation and were on day 3 now of me not receiving it and gems gone. Also I go in the faq page and it says email us if it’s been 3 days but doesn’t state an email at least I havnt found one. Now I’m at a point of requesting a refund of 108$ because I believe to have missed a great Nft project due to this transaction error I don’t feel comfortable continuing further with this app.

How does NFT have any value?. I don't comprehend NFT being considered having value. Maybe NFT will complete with the rest of the world's emoji financial language Financial literacy has never been a topic taught by the American public school system people come from all over in search of better life in peace and happiness. Revelation kjv doesn't make the the world economic collapse sound to pleasant either. What is a 36 year old human to do presently with the knowledge an American public school system has allowed one to possess?

Go To FAQ. For everyone struggling, go to The FAQ page that can be found online by keyword. Follow instructions to transfer NFT. Be mindful of what network you are on as well. I had many of the same issues at first, but eventually figured it out. I paid half of what the same NFT cost on OpenSea. You have to do your due diligence in researching on Discord and comparable outlets.

Read this if your got questions. Obviously I seen all the issues and problems people were having. If you buy an nft on nft go, you have to do a few steps to get it in your meta mask wallet. I had to change my wallet network from etherum main network to a different polygon network I used matic network and it let me import my nft. But I had to click import on meta mask then put in the id and my wallet id. Every time it said I had the wrong address in there until I changed it to polygon then it worked

Needs improvements. This app is ok but needs some upgrades. I purchased gems that never arrived to my account but the cost was removed from my bank account. Never got my NFT. No support contact on the site. Just a bunch of pointless support post that are not related to this error. No support to get my funds returned and at it’s been over a week and my funds are STILL not returned. Apple shows the purchases went through but I never got my NFT or gems. Apple has had to step in and investigate this issue which is now in progress. People are spending lots of money on this site so for funds to be stuck or taken without getting what you paid ....that’s a MAJOR problem. I’m still wondering wheres the 100’s dollars taken from my account.

NFT go review. Ok where do I begin? I love this app but since I been on it I have had many problems in which I received quick response from the support team and they always have made the situation better for me. I would recommend this app to my friends and family since it brings me such joy.

Missing work. I just joined this NFT group and posted and minted 2 pictures. I thought I listed them both for sale, but then only one was showing for sale. That one, the one showing for sale, has since disappeared. I have not received a notice or alert to possible sale, nor have I received any gems in exchange?? What is going on? Was my work stolen? I feel cheated. These were original works of art. The one in question is titled “Mrs. Cluckers.” The other one is just titled Clucker. I even advertised the NFT s on my Facebook page.

super duper scam. do not buy any of the NFTs here thinking they’ll have utility. this is a craaaazy scam, there must be something in their terms and conditions that say you’re signing up for fake nft creation and trading within their app, not on chain, bc otherwise, this makes no sense. i didn’t link or import my wallet bc NFTgo is not backed by anyone reputable in the industry. it looked sketchy from jump, and when i took a look around the app, i was sure it was sketchy. just use opensea, coinbase, magiceden, coral cube, solport, looks rare, etc. like a normal person

Just took my money.. I attempted two NFT creations on this app and they both went bad one still saying pending after two weeks. I contacted them I spent 70 gems and they offered me 20 back for my inconvenience that’s less than 1/3 of my money back. So disappointed but it’s to be expected this early in the game. I’m new to this so I knew it would be some issues but I thought they’d handle it better. So. I pray that work it out some how. So good luck to you if you go they this app.

Either give me my gems in return for all the dud nfts you guys have sold me or I will never buy another NFT off of your again!!! I didn’t know what to put star rating. This is good so far , I have 1 complaint / suggestion…. Complaint * with how much money you guys make , Why can’t you make it to where your first NFT is covered by you. The project owner , we all know you have the money to do it , Okay. The suggestion. If you were to make the first one “free” you could put a clause stating that the “promo” terms and conditions. Mandate that a percentage of the NFT go to you , and until you paid off the block space , with the money you collect off their work , they will have to “tip” you , then we can get a bundle pack of gems and it would work much better , but what do I know ? I’m just the consumer , what would I do, do that then expand , I would be ever so grateful if you can reply to me , that idea was an idea I had for a hosting site , that I never built , Tara -Josh

Awesome app and amazing customer service. I love this app! I have been able to send all of the NFTs I have purchased here to my MetaMask wallet except one. I tried to send that one multiple times but I was getting a message saying ownership could not be verified. I then emailed support for NFT GO and they resolved it by reimbursing my gems. That works for me, I can buy a different NFT with the funds since that NFT seemed to not actually belong to me. I highly recommend this app and, if you have any trouble or if you don’t understand something contact customer service, they respond quickly and are super helpful!

Promotion to front page, need commission feature. Not a scam. The user that said that didn’t know how to assign the nft to a wallet. I wish the developers would add a commission to the art uploaded. Other than that you get front page unlike these huge sites trading hundreds of millions worth $’s in NFTs. These other huge sites ignore the new NFTs and just give spotlight to the leaders and winners. So kudos to NFT Go for new upload spotlight!

TOOK MY MONEY. It’s been over 5 days. I minted my nft worth $100 and it’s been pending ever since. What’s the point of “making it easier” to post if out art is never going to get minted. I have tried finding a support software or email or SOMETHING. I can’t get a hold of any help. If someone who works with this company is reading this please help. Some of the people who are trying to support your platform instead of the MANY others are out here; with their projects in a limbo and our money in your pockets. This is not fair.

Gems deducted, but NFT is not in my wallet. I was so excited to be able to get an amazing NFT from a prestigious collection. After quickly selecting and purchasing 3 images, only two showed up in my wallet. I looked all over for a way to contact customer support but still no luck. If customer service can be more accessible and this type of issue can be quickly resolved, this would be such an amazing app! 40 gems is still $100 and is not a small amount to just let it be. Would happily change my rating to 5 star if this can be resolved.

NFT bought is missing. I bought an NFT, and it doesn’t show on the “My NFT” page. I was hoping it may take time to reflect, but it’s still not there after 12+ hours. I checked my bank account to see if the transaction is pending, but it’s already posted, it seems. Note that I also didn’t receive any confirmation email; hence there is no way to reach out but through writing this review. I appreciate any assistance on this matter.

SCAM. This app is definitely a scam. After purchasing the gems to mint your NFT (the recommend package of $100 for 20 gems), you receive an email saying that it may take up to a few minutes to a few hours for it to be available. It has been nearly 24 hours and nothing is available. As I have been conducting more searches about this app, I am finding that many reviewers have reported the same thing and this app is just ripping people off. It needs to be taken down!!

Terrible. Say they have fixed issue everytime but have not. For three months i have not been able to purchase anything keeps telling me everything is either unavailable or not available for purchase and I mean everything I have tried purchasing stuff that has been available for months that I don’t even want but just trying to test a purchase and still tells me it is unavailable.

I like this app but the last 2 times it says you have got the nft and even takes the money but it is 3 weeks now and still no nft’s Then the last time I got some diamonds paid for it but newer received the tokens I have asked apple for a refund but no word from them too !!! Vanessa is awesome!. As a new user as well as advocate for NFT and NFT Go, I had a problem occur where I sold my first NFT (such an awesome feeling) but didn’t receive the Gems. With the help of Vanessa I was able to get my gems redeemed as well as once again have hope. Without her help and good email communication, I would have deleted the app and had a negative relationship to your field of company and work. The concept is goog. Yea the concept from a marketing and business sense is pretty smart however I’m an art lover and someone who just changes the same monkey each time isn’t so much of a artist per se in my book! Yes they make money but come on now it’s just a business's piece of inventory!I'm also bothered by how hard it is to put someone’s actual art on this platform! Okay so not hard but someone has to pay up front to make money on a NFT that might not sell why not take a % of it when it sells? Just another example of this simply being a business and not an artist friendly showcase platform!! I’m just saying!

Blatant Fraud. NFTGO is essentially a fraudulent scheme you are buying into when you use the app and purchase anything. When you purchase you spend usd to purchase in app tokens, gems, only to never get it back. You can not, I repeat CAN NOT EVER withdraw your gems back no matter how many you have. You can only keep buying and trading within the app so once you spend money, say good bye to it. Along with that once you acquire a certain amount of gem, even legally by buying and selling, they take away your gems and say there is a limit and that they will give it to you once you spend it, but that’s another lie among many. I have lost over $1000 with this app because I wasn’t first aware of this. These guys are nothing but a bunch of fraudulent scammers waiting to reap your money.

Great App. Great place to grab presales and live drops. At one point I had a small problem with an NFT purchase. Vanessa from support was super helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution. Will definitely keep using this app in the future.

Pretty sure this app is a fake and taking peoples money. I bought some NFTs on this app and tried copying my private key to MetaMask like it says so I can transfer them and MetaMask says it’s a duplicate account and won’t transfer so now it feels like there just selling you copies of things already bought on the metaverse. Maybe if I can get some help from support I’ll change my review but until then stay away from this app!!!

Help! Would not recommend!. I had downloaded this app and was in high hopes of being able to “easily” mint a NFT I bought a $100 worth of Gems and purchase my first NFT. I went back to the my NFT tab and no NFT was there. I found the NFT I bought on open seas and told me the owner but it’s not the wallet I have on NFT go I feel as it is nowhere and this app is useless I can’t even get ahold of any support also I never received any receipt all it shows is my money coming out definitely lost 100 or would look forward to getting some help

Paid for an NFT and didn’t receive it. Paid for an NFT and got it in my NFT tab but when I tried to transfer it across to my MetaMask wallet, following the instructions on the NFT GO APP FAQ, it doesn’t exist on my wallet or OpenSea. I’ve emailed them the problem and still waiting for their response.

Great support. I had an issue with an old minted NFT, I had a great experience with support and was given a refund no problem.

Worst app ever.. I downloaded the app in pursuit of trying to create sell some NFTs but once I got it I couldn’t even upload anything, the app requested me to pay in order to upload and get my NFT minted but I hen I paid nothing changed everything was just the same. It took my money and till this day I can’t figure out how to even get my money back. I strongly advise not to use this app.

Bad service. I paid to have my first ever NFT minted. After waiting for a couple of weeks I emailed asking about it. They could not advise where it was and what happened to it. I was told I was getting a refund. I and still waiting for a refund almost a month later!!!

Great customer service. Sometimes there’s a glitch in purchasing an NFT when multiple people are buying it at the same time, but the customer service has been great in figuring out any problem.

Money transfer. I have tried to create NFT from this app they took the money and never created my NFT, after long run around i got my money back as gems in the app but i wanted my money back and so far i have sent them many emails regarding this matter. But it looks like they don’t care for there customers. I want my money back. I will not recommend this app to any one. It is a fraud app.

Do not buy NFT here. I bought an NFT here and it wouldn’t let me transfer to my wallet and eventually it disappeared and I was out 300 bucks . Worst app ever ! Beware of this app !!

Reclaimed NFT. I purchased 3D punk #597. It was in my wallet for a couple of months and then it disappeared. It now says that NFT is owned by punks as if they took it back. I didn’t get my money back though.

404 Error. This still happening when I search for one of the NFT’s purchased, which usually means someone else owns it. I have managed to get reimbursed for others that this happened. I have contacted support numerous times asking how to redeem gems back to fiat or crypto as I don’t want to purchase anything else here. No response whatsoever. I think it’s a terrible app, just want to sell NFT’s purchased here or transfer out and delete it. Definitely would not recommend anyone use this app.

It’s a very beautiful App, easy connection with Opensea and MetaMask but please if you want more people on it or want your App to go far quickly work on how we can be redeeming our Gems. If I explain to people they will think you are a scam due to the fact that they can redeem the Gem and it feature is there. This issue have been making people not to trust your apps and I have a lot of neighborhood kids that really want to join. This is the issue I found on this app. Redeeming of Gem is so important. Could be a scam?. I submitted an NFT and paid to submit it well over a month ago and it just sits in my account as pending. I have tried contacting them about two weeks ago and no reply. First of all, trying to contact the people who run this app is hard to find. They make you search for it. This behavior reminds me of scam sites. Be warned.

I bought an NFT. So I bought a bored ape NFT last month and having trouble transferring it to open sea marketplace so I could put it up for sell. Every time I go through the process of importing the token id and contract address, it says I don’t possess ownership or something weird like that. I’m coming to the conclusion I bought a fake NFT and I don’t know what to do from this point unfortunately

NFT never received. Bought an NFT and never received it took my gems and their customer service is non existent. No number to call only an email to write to but they never really answer. I feel I got scammed and after reading other reviews of people with similar stories I don’t see how there isn’t a legal action against these people

Try’s and errors. NFT minting is a fixed profession for those with talent and talent takes an app to bring to life the expressionism of the art I s t this app helps people who want creationism to express thier point can turn to.

Don’t waste your money. This app is a scam. When sending the nfts to another wallet the don’t stay and end up back here on the app. On top of that there projects backing the nfts are fake or scams. Everything is on polygon which should make these nfts cheaper to buy because it’s not on ETH, but that’s not the case. They want $40 an NFT for it to be wroth under a dollar. Don’t waste your money or time on this app.

Scam Alert?. I purchased gems with the intent of minting my own NFTs & when purchasing i never got credited the gems to my account even through i was charged. Their troubleshooting page advises to email support with copy of receipt to get the gems added to my account which i did twice & have yet to receive a response. Purchase at your own risk.

Haven’t received my NFT. I got notifications after I brought gems and spend it immediately on NFT 100 dollars notification said I am the owner but I haven’t received anything I see no email or any of proof of my purchase this was over 14 hours when I purchased the NFT money was immediately taken out my bank account with no delay and I can’t find contact information to customer service email

Total scam. I sold an NFT and I still haven’t received my gems. Contacted customer support and I asked if the redeem gems option was how I received them. They told me no and then gave me the steps on how to do it. This didn’t work either, I then emailed them again and this time they told me to hit the redeem gems button to receive them…this also did not work. Just a scam. The app is garbage.

Gem refund. I made a purchase and was getting 404 error page. I emailed NFT go and within hours I get my gems back plus extra for the inconvenience. Thank you NFT go

Horrible service my son has emailed you guys multiple times he has nftgo as do I… he has purchased so much from you guys and your still holding 4 of his apes they spear in his mobile nftgo wallet but when he try’s to transfer them to his open seas account to try to sell them they don’t even have a main page on open seas like every other nft we purchase

Trash. I purchased several crazy unicorn nfts and then hit “my nfts” and the app would just close tried around 10 times and it just kept closing on me finally I removed the app and reinstalled and lost everything I had. Wasted money of diamonds and lost all that too.

NFT not on blockchain. I purchased a Boned Ape Yacht Club NFT along with several others NFTs on this app and I would love to give this app 5stars I’m upset by the fact that my boned ape does not exist anywhere but on this app it is a non existent NFT So either it’s a glitch or something else but either way I’m out the money. I will contact support but have never gotten a response from other attempts from support. So buyer beware.

Finally. I purchased gems yesterday and was disappointed that I couldn’t purchase anything but I guess it took a day for it to actually all work. I purchased my NFT today and I’m happy with the results

Still pending. This app would be great if the minting process was not super long. I created a NFT for Ethereum. That NFT is still pending and it’s been over a 2 days. I feel like it’s waste of money. I have not tried to use the other platforms yet for fear of the same thing happening again.

Love it. End of discussion.. Buying and collecting Nft's was complicated, until I found NFT Go. In less than five minutes I was able to get my first NFT. I am very happy with it.

Scam scam scam. Do not created or buy NFTs. They take your NFT like they buy it but you don't get nothing in return. My NFT was stolen from me on this app. I even paid for the creation of my CRYPTO Jesus NFT just to have it stole from me on here. You can not move you NFT. This app is a scam. The help desk answer straight forward with no really problem situation. Scam scam scam. Beware. Polygon network is a cover up for this app. You can do nothing with your NFT on any network.

Very Dissatisfied. This is a absolutely horrible app to purchase NFTS from! Purchased gems and tried to buy a NFT and it keeps saying “Something went wrong…You’ve been refunded.” I’ve tried to contact NFT GO many of times and still haven’t received anything back. I’m super disappointed with NFT GO and hope they will resolve this issue.

No help from help center. I’ve tried continuously to mint in NFT and every time it says successful. It comes back and says error you’ve been refunded. I’ve tried to reach out to customer care, and I can’t reach anyone ever all I get is suggestions from the suggestion list, and nothing comes close to my problem.

I minted 2 nft’s and 1 of them is frozen waiting to be finalized for the past 3 days and the other one the money was paid and does not show in the app I contacted apple regarding the matter and they said the company received the money but I have nothing. There’s no technical support in the app and I found an email in the Apple Store which I sent an email and had no response Be careful when using this app

Best NFT app ever. This is like the only app that lets me actually make my own NFTs instantly. Takes like 10 seconds. Also they added the ability to buy nfts which is cool

It’s a scam. Don’t do it. I have had this app forever. Just now realizing it’s a scam. It’s a tricky scam too. They have you login with your Metamask and then buy in app currency (which is over-priced) to “mint” NFTs. They then link the projects to the real social medias and sites; to make you think it’s legit. But then you pay to mint a copy of what has already been minted. It’s very scammy.

Trash. This app is awful I bought 4 nfts and can’t even sell them it doesn’t allow me to copy and paste my private key so now I just threw a few hundred bucks down the drain basically - way too confusing and you need 100 other apps just to start selling nfts also you need an actual computer to set all these up which they don’t let you know at all

No Resolution to Issue. I emailed NFTGo for assistance on an issue relating to selling two of my own NFTs. They told me it was resolved and i followed their instructions in an email to find gems for redemption but no gems were in my account. If they want to keep their business, they need better bookkeeping or a better app to handle the creating and selling of unique NFTs. I’m still waiting on a response from them!

NFT. I purchased a NFT and on Friday April 2 I put it up for sale. I went to go check it today on the 3 and the whole NFT is just gone from my account.

Can’t transfer NFTs. Im going to keep this short and sweet. I have tried every possible thing to transfer my NFT’s I purchased using the diamonds on NFT go app and have not found a solution to my issue. There is no help desk, customer service, no one to email… if someone could contact me and help me with my issue that would be much appreciated…. Purchased NFTs. I have purchased 4 NFTs to date and created a few on NFT go. They are in my metamask wallet (need to switch wallet from Etherium Mainnet to Polygon Mainnet to view. They are also on opensea. I havent tried to resell yet but so far seems legit.

Amazing. Although I don’t got the gems to put up a nft of my own it’s really cool how you can make trending collectibles that can sell for a good amount of cash.

Refund. Very quick and fast sent the email and they resolve it in minutes wonderful job

Steals your money. Scam! Do not use this app. I created an NFT over 2 days ago and it still says pending - the initial notification said it could take up to 24 hours and it’s definitely been longer than that. I’ve reached out to them via the email they initially sent and still have not received any response. They advertise that they are more affordable than OpenSea and now I know why.

NFT Go is a SCAM!!!. I purchased Gems etc. And didn’t get anything! I don’t know who to speak to. I know other people that are experiencing the same thing. I would like a REFUND! This App stinks.

not 5 star. Not real nfts, they steal other peoples ideas, cs wont help u, u wont be able to transfer ur nft, u wont make money from ur nft cause u cant sell unless u a tech god and even then u wont make money cause of fees, nftgo is straight pup of an app

Excellent App. Anyone writing a bad review just doesn’t know what they’re doing. 1) open a MetaMask account 2) import NFT go account using private key 3) change ethereum network to polygon using custom network (google the addresses) 4) directly in the NFT you purchase, there are addresses and ID’s specifically to the NFT you purchase 5) copy and paste into MetaMask Don’t believe the bad reviews, those people aren’t doing their due diligence.

NFTs. Most people won’t notice how powerful an picture Is until they really do they research if you wanna but nfts be with and artist to tell you what it’s worth

Great look but many connection issues. Trying to connect outside of nft GO needs some work. OpenSea and MetaMask are applications that I use and it’s hard to connect to these and other applications with nft GO. I would recommend everyone do there research on this platform before hand.
