Dex is AMAZING. Gen I to Gen IX it’s the best app on my iPad (I actually use the iPad and own) it is so good that my Pokémon Cards are on my iPad. It is the most useful app to see you’re Pokemon cards and Pokémon Go cards that you may get all cards, like for example you 🫵 can buy cards for your Dex app to know you have for example, the legendary Pokémon, uxie! It may be a good card BUT! It will also be your favorite card if you have the card. also, one more thing you can download it! I love you Pokémon

Exactly what I needed!!. I’ve had this app for a few hours but it’s exactly what I was looking for and functions perfect! As someone that’s collecting cards to create a full physical “pokedex” this allows to me mark off which pokemon I have. I love how it only adds the sprite after you mark it as owned like an in-game dex too. But I also am trying to collect every art piece as well it also lets me track that too! All in all, exactly what I wanted in an app and I love it.

Amazing app.. until the latest update.. I LOVED this app. I'd pop it open every time I got a new pack and just scan away. I spent 2 hours cataloguing my collection, and was going to do the other half sometime soon. I'd considered getting premium for the bookmarks, but $109 is a ridiculous fee, so I was happy for now. I understand this app needs money, but ads could've been implemented somehow. Instead, these devs decided to take away the scanning feature. The one thing this app had going for it above manually writing it all down in a google doc or something. I couldn't believe it, the most BASIC FEATURE. Imagine Imgur marking uploads past a paywall. That's what these devs did, and I'm not staying to find out of they revert it.

This app is amazing. This app is amazing, it lets me know exactly how much my cards are worth and it’s quick and easy. If you want to be more efficient you can even just pay $3 a month to be able to scan your cards with your camera instead of entering them in manually. This app provides amazing summaries of the data of all of my cards as well as telling me which ones are worth the most. I recommend this app to all.

Useful and Handy! PTCG collectors Holy Grail!. This app is great! It’s like having your whole collection in your pocket! It’s extremely user friendly, organized, and very clean. The only thing I would really like to see and others have mentioned it in their reviews as well is a feature to select if the card is Holo/Reverse Holo etc., and to be able to set the quantity of those cards. Again still an amazingly useful and functional app for any PTCG collector!

Above the rest. The organizational options of this app make organizing my cards easy! I just started collecting, and have been looking for the perfect tracker app, and I found it. The organization, UI, price tracker, progress meters… it has everything I was looking for. The card scanner also makes it much less of a hassle to log everything right after an opening. I highly recommend this app for anyone who is very particular about how they want their tracker app to be organized, great for all collection sizes!

Better than Collectr, specifically for Pokémon.. I know Collectr adds real-time analytics and more options for collectors. However, if you’re dealing in Pokémon specifically this app beats it out 100% the whole way through. Organization, user interface, and utility all keep this feeling lighter and somehow more fluid in its use. It’s odd given how sophisticated Collectr looks and feels but this app is just so much more easy to use and less.l cluttered. The upgraded version of this app is also worth it, as you are essentially investing in the apps continued development. The creator of this app could have sold it 100 times over by now, but he didn’t. He keeps doing what he is doing for the sake of the hobby instead of wealth. Collecting something other than Pokémon? Obviously go someplace else. Collecting just Pokémon or want an app specific for collecting Pokémon, stop here and check it out. Won’t regret it. I’ve used it since the beginning and I won’t be going anywhere else.

Awesome collectors app. I love the app makes it so much easier to track certain sets your collecting and certain cards your collecting. ***If I were to have one thing changed it would be adding in a way to track a set a little easier by adding in holos and reverse holos section where u can mark off if u have on of those for a master set.*** Other then that this app is amazing for hard core collectors and new collectors. If the developers add in that then no doubt I would rate this app five stars. If it does get added into the app I will for sure be changing my rating to a five star rating.

Best App Out There for Your Pokémon Collection!. This app is incredible! I’ve used a couple of other apps to help catalogue my Pokémon card collection and this one is the best by far! Not only does it look clean and professional, I love the way it shows you the cards in your collection that are worth the most in each set. Very smart! And the creator is amazing. A few days ago, I had inquired on their Instagram when the latest update would be come out (because Lost Origins had not yet been added to the app) and they not only responded very quickly, but they also let me know when the update went live! As long as they continue to keep the app updated, this will be the only app I use to catalogue my Pokémon collection! Keep up the great work!

Good, Could be Great. Love the Top 3’s and Graphs. And, I really love that Japan cards and prices are integrated in same app! Wish I could see my total value on subsets without adding bookmarks - by expansion for sure and if possible, a subtotal of all my cards owned in current selection on screen. And, a must have that will lose me is the delay in updating prices. Even free apps have them continuously updated with TCG. 5 days is not going to work.

Love the App, Always room for improvements. I LOVE THIS APP. Card variants have been added (yay) what I’d love to see though is deck progress options by regular set or master set (maybe you can choose your preference in settings). So that those of us that want to track completion by having all variations (holo, reverse, etc) of the card (aka master set) will not show a series complete with only one variant. Also, would love to see images of reverse cards. LOVE the variant additions for certain cards too! For example see Ice Rider Calyrex VMAX that has a Holiday advent calendar edition! But also would love to see more like Battle Academy decks, World Championship decks, League or Staff promos, etc. Card condition (and grade) indicators would be a super lovely addition, especially if it could function with the market price functionality. Again, love this app!

Very handy. Been using the app for less then a year now and decided to write a review on my thoughts on the app and so far I recommend it to people and friends that collect pokemon cards and it’s very handy with keeping track of what’s in you collection and useful for the hunt when you out and about looking for that one card in completing your collection and finishing your binders and keeping up on average market prices.

The start of something amazing. This is profoundly user friendly and has become the only app I side to keep track of my Pokémon cards and having the TCG player price is so convenient. Hopefully in the future they can add a section for notes on the cards that we own to mark down if we have a Holo, reverse Holo, Near Mint, First edition, etc. And cloud access to be able to have it accessible to my other devices.

The best Pokedex app for collecters. I am restarting to collecting Pokemon cards and finding this app was a blessing. This app allows me to know which cards I have in certain sets and even how much they could go for if I was willing to sell them. I haven't seen any flaws as of this moment. I like how the app is free but for a small price you're able to use the camera feature to find cards and add them to your sets easier. Overall 5/5 best app for Pokemon card collecters!!!

Works surprisingly well. Really the only issue I have is that a lot of the time the prices don’t show up which makes me refresh the app, update prices, then find the set I was looking for. Another thing that it would make it so much better is including the unlimited sets as well because currently I can’t put in my unlimited sets so unless I’m missing something or I’m not looking hard enough I would greatly appreciate the options to include my unlimited sets. Otherwise it’s perfect and really helps with organizing all of my cards that have been sitting around.

Great app, however... This app is a great concept and I love the interface and navigation. You can track each pokemon you own as well as which card(s) you have. My complaints however come from the subscription. The card scanner is awful, compared to other apps that include scanners for FREE, this apps card scanner feels like a beta version. And aside from that there is almost nothing else worth paying for with the $4 subscription, especially if the most convenient feature of all barely works. The "achievements" they provide in the app (subscription required) seems like a feature added just to make the subscription seem more valuable than it actually is. Dont get me wrong I like the idea, but there are only 60 achievements to collect and over 1000 Pokemon. Most people using this app alone could probably think of at least 100 achievements that could be added. And that wouldnt be a complaint if it wasnt behind a paywall. With the subscription you can also make more than 3 folders in a separate thing unrelated to the dex, personally I think is useless anyways, but making it cost money is another thing other apps dont do. Its a cool app, and an app I will continue to use, but I will not be paying the subscription because its a waste of money. -1 star for the scanner being bad, -1 star for making me pay for a half baked premium for a month.

A decent app so far but…. A decent app so far. Great features and updates new sets regularly. I have a few issues with it though. I noticed some Japanese sets are missing so I can’t log them. I also wish there was a feature to mark the condition of cards (maybe a color border or something) or be able to add notes or something per card. This would especially be useful since the app estimates worth but factors like condition apply. Would also be nice if bookmarking a card would be per copy and not the entire card to one folder. If I have multiple copies of one card but only one of the three should be in the folder but the app just applies the entirety(all copies/variants) of said card. Otherwise, a nice app so far though a lot of useful features are locked behind a sub or $85 payout like more than two bookmark folders and exporting your collection data…which wouldn’t be bad but other apps offer exporting your data for free. Some of the premium features this app offers others are free so it’s hard to recommend right now. To alleviate this might be maybe add tiers for the lifetime license. Not every premium feature is one I want or need but if I want any it’s $85 or nothing since I can’t sub.

The best sorting app for large collections. This app finally puts my brain at peace when it comes to sorting my collection. I sort my cards by Pokédex number rather than set number, so with this app it’s very easy to log what I have and also see what I’m missing for each Pokémon. The only thing I can really suggest, is to maybe separate WOTC printings such as Base Set, Base Set Shadowless, and Base Set Shadowless 1st edition, as it doesn’t properly log the market values across each printing. They all just show up as the standard Base Set market value. The same goes for other sets with 1st editions as well. Not a huge problem for me, but as someone who is looking to insure my collection at some point, I’d like to have a more accurate reading as to the value I have.

Surprisingly good. All of the other tcg collection and scanning apps I’ve tried haven’t met my expectations. This is the only one that is really close to perfect. My only complaint is the scanning feature. I appears to only work in very stable and lit up environments. This makes sense but can be difficult to maintain. Sometimes it is also not as accurate with scanning cards even though I can see it highlighting text areas on the card. I’m sure it’s a combination of human and mechanical error. However, I am thoroughly impressed with the accuracy of which all cards are recorded in the database through the expansions tab and the search tab. One thing I would like to highlight is that other languages such as Portuguese don’t seem to be present as a selectable option if your card happens to be printed in that language. My 1st ed jolteon holo from jungle is in Portuguese and I can’t categorize it as such. Just minor critiques at that point but it would be nice to see that language distinction. Overall I am very very pleased with the app as a whole so far!

I love Pokémon!. I like the Pokémon cards that are on here! I like the new set Twilight Masquerade! I saw the umber on Vmax alt art from evolving skies. It’s like 1,000 dollars now! You can go to a store ( it can be any store) and get the Pokémon cards! If you open twilight masquerade, there may be a chance you may get the greninja ex! This app gives you information how expensive the card is and you can see what pack it is from and then you can go to the store and probably get a ETB and you probably will get the card! Get this app now!

Amazing app, with one feature missing. I am glad CardDex was discontinued or else I wouldn’t have found this app. I have to say, this app is amazing. The UI and the flow is just so smooth. I love everything about it. The only thing I feel it lacks is being able to add graded cards. I love that it tracks each collection’s value, but can be misleading if you have a graded valuable card. Not absolutely necessary, but would be a nice feature to see in future release.

i LOVE this app. I’ve been using this app religiously for over a year i love it so much!! it takes a while to input your collection for the first time but it is so worth it bc the app gives you so much info about your collection and makes it so easy to find and keep track of cards. A few things that would make this app better would be ways to denote how many of a card you have, different variations like holo/reverse holo, and maybe even social features to look at your friends collections! But overall these additions are just ideas, the app performs its core functions so well that it’s already all i could ask for and any improvements would just be icing on the cake

Awesome app, 1 issue. I just downloaded the app, it’s super easy to use and has a lot of really cool features. The one issue I have is that some cards are only listed as first edition. For example, I have a dark charizard card. It is not first edition but the app only allows for the first edition version. This causes charizard to be my “most expensive card” because it is going on the first edition price and not the actual price. Aside from that, the app has been awesome!

Awesome. This app is so incredibly dope. It’s a must have for any player or collector. It has most of the features I need and new series are readily available in the database on release date. If I could add just one more feature, it would be to sort by both pokedex number and type, aaand, the ability to import the card inventory, because you can export a really nice csv, but you can’t really import one. This would make it a lot easier to search a shared card library

Needs better filtering. Great app but would appreciate if the filters worked better. Trying to complete a master set and check which reverse holos I need is not possible. If you filter by card state of ‘not owned only’ and variants of ‘reverse holo’ it does not show you the reverses you still need if you have any other variant of that card marked as owned. So the filtering really isn't useful if you are trying to meet two or more conditions at once. Otherwise its great and much more user friendly than some other trackers I have tried, big fan of being able to bookmark cards!

A Must-Have for Pokémon TCG Collectors!. This app is truly amazing! It has completely revolutionized how I manage my Pokémon TCG collection. The user interface is exceptionally sleek, intuitive, and modern – it's exactly what I imagine Apple would create for a Pokémon card app. As someone who primarily collects Japanese Pokémon cards, I appreciate how easily I can organize my collection, check prices and preview upcoming sets. I just upgraded to the lifetime subscription for Dex+, and I can't wait to start earning those badges! I've tried similar TCG collection apps before, and none of them compare to this one. Without a doubt, it's an essential tool that I’d recommend to any Pokémon TCG collector. I'm genuinely enthusiastic about this app, so much so that I'd be happy to lend my assistance to make it even better!

Love this app however a new change is frustrating. I’ve been using this app for a few years, and it’s incredibly helpful to keep track of my collection. I have loved this game and had previously given 5 stars, but didn’t write a review. Ever since the most recent update, my owned cards no longer show up at the top of each Pokemon section by default. That was one of the best features for me. I set the section so they show at the top, but if I exit and go back it resets. Please add a feature in settings so you can set up how you want each individual Pokemon section to be displayed.

The best app you could ever need to sort your cards. This app has every feature any card collector could need. You will be able to see every Pokémon and all the cards ever made for them. If you like collecting Japanese cards, they have every set made. This app can also tell you every cards price at an updated rate. All in all, if you need an amazing app to record your cards this is the app you should download.

Bast of the best. I’ve been using this app extensively in the last few weeks here and it blows all other apps or websites out of the water by far. It has the most comprehensive list of cards and their variants and the ability to add the amount you own, which I’ve found is missing from a surprising amount of the competition. Truly the best and it’s only getting better. They have said that they’re working to add even more cards that might be missing in the future. Can’t wait to see where it goes

Dex. This app is really amazing and useful. My favorite parts of this app is that it 1) Keeps up with every card in English ever made 2) Has the “owned” button which shows and forms your collection. 3) Shows the official value of every card. This app overall is very useful to all Pokémon card collectors and I recommend this app to all of my friends whenever we talk about or get Pokémon cards. Whoever made this, keep up the good work.

Great app, horrible value tracking…. This app is utterly fantastic for tracking your Pokemon card collection… there’s just one problem… the card value tracking is completely broken. You can choose which pricing to utilize (eBay, tcgp, etc) but the pricing reflected when sorting by value is incorrect. The app is not looking at the proper value for the version of the card YOU OWN. For example, I have a NON-first-edition (regular) fossil set card from 1999. When I look at my collection and sort by descending price, it puts that card as the most valuable card in the collection because it is looking at the first-edition holo price rather than the non-first-edition holo price. This DESPERATELY needs to be fixed because it is floating worthless cards to the top of the list saying that they’re worth more than they are.

SO close to being PERFECT!. This app is a collector’s dream. It’s the smoothest, most cohesive, and best looking interface. I’ve tried all the collection apps out there, and I always come back to this one. BUT. There’s one thing missing. An account and password system to be able to keep your progress amongst devices. For example: I got a new phone today, and my collection didn’t make its way over to my new device. If a system was implemented that could keep our collection saved, this app would be a 6 out of 5 stars. Devs, help us out here?

Awesome tracker!!. Amazing way to keep track of cards when traveling so you know what’s missing right away. It is just awful that there is no login though…! While we had added most of the cards one day on our iPad for better viewing, we cannot access the data on our phone when away so we have to carry the iPad with us. If I could log into my data from another device, it would have definitely gotten 5 stars.

No variations. This app is awesome but takes a huge step in the wrong direction with zero variations, and zero plans to implement them.. On Reddit it was stated this function won’t be added due to wanting the app to stay “simple-ish.” Seems like a simple addition. If you’re a casual collector this app is awesome, if you’re trying to create master sets, this really is not the app for you. If you have first edition cards and want to log them, this app is not for you. Even if the app didn’t include monetary differences with different variations I’d be happy. It seems like the wrong move to have a tracker app that can only track half your sets. So much potential, but it’s just not there yet. Edit: this was added and it’s great :)

Good app!. This is a really useful app and is super cool looking at the cards. However, I do have a small suggestion on how to search for a card. The only way to get a specific card type, like a mega Pokémon, is to search a capital M and scroll until you find that Pokémon or filter out every other card in search and scroll until you find it. I think the search should have an option to find Pokémon from certain sets and cards like Megas and vmaxes. But this is a good app, so 5/5!

One small issue. This is a great app, it’s very useful, but there is one slight problem. It doesn’t have every card. I found this out because I have two cards that I can’t seem to find anywhere in the app. Other than that, it’s great! Through a bit of research, I found that the card is in the Heart Gold Soul Silver kit, but, looking there, I can’t find it. The card is, and I’m quoting Google here, Raichu 30/30 - Pokémon HGSS Starter Kit - Holo Rare. So, if you could at least add that card, it would be helpful.

AMAZING APP OF ALL TIME FOR POKÉMON. This app allows a ton of cards and it is way easier to look up the cards. One thing though is that it tells me a lot of Japanese cards but some cards are saying it’s worth 0$. The app is great for quick and easy search and your collection will get better and better by the second. It’s great for looking up prices and more. The best part is that you even get a preview of the brand new sets, which shows you up to 95% of cards from that set. There is even a feature that lets you look at all sets from base set 1995 to surging sparks 2024 and more to come. All in all Dex is a REALLY good app for all your needs and I really recommend it. And now I’m off to CATCH THEM ALL!

A handy app. This is pretty incredible. For someone dreading to make their own database this helped a lot. There are a few things though I wish could be added. 1. For older cards like the jungle set cards, you can’t select between the 1st edition and regular cards of the set. Would be helpful to get a closer estimate on value. 2. Id like the possibility of adding a quantity of value purposes. If someone has six of the same charzard cards, the value will only represent one card. 3. It would be great to be able to pick when you select a card if it’s a holo or not. 4. Ability to see value of cards with trainer/support cards included in estimated value Overall, I am being picky. This app does a lot of the hard work for you. It’s incredible and extremely easy to use.

Fantastic app, and some suggestions. I just downloaded this app today and logged all the cards I have stored in my binder. This app is AMAZING to log your collection, but alas without the Pokémon app’s scanner. The redeeming quality of the app here is the TCGPlayer price estimates. Seeing the range of what my collection is worth is what makes this app great. Basically, this is the TCGPlayer app I wish existed (and now it does!). As a collector this seems like a must have, as there’s Dex approaches to view your collection and even a cute medal to represent how close you are to catching them all. If the developer reads this I have a few quick suggestions. 1.) Remove (or edit) the “set distribution stats” box on the set list stats, as I feel it doesn’t represent anything meaningful. The bar graph is a poor choice to represent the ratio between Pokémon, trainer, and energy cards. 2.) A quick “hold selection” to mark cards as owned. To mark a card as owned, the quickest method is to double tap each card individually. As someone with near 1k unique cards, this is a bit taxing. Something similar to how email apps have a hold and select function to delete emails could be implemented here to make it a bit more efficient.

Graded/Japanese Card Pricing. This app has been nothing but great to me. Best UI of any Pokemon app I’ve used and I’m always getting people asking what it is because they enjoy the aesthetic. Only things that are holding it back in my opinion are the lack of graded pricing for cards and Japanese pricing currently. I would personally prefer the graded card option first as it selfishly applies more to myself, but both would be great. Appreciate the work and please take these features into consideration. I believe if/when these updates come through this could definitely be the 5 star do-it-all app.

Almost perfect app. The features are perfect, the app is perfect. However, in the middle of logging my cards it will occasionally just stop logging cards I’m entering in and requires me to close the app and wait a period of time before it works again. Sometimes I’ll log back in and it will show no cards at all but after repeating this process the progress is restored. Still makes entering my large collection more tedious than it already is.

Great app. Going through my cards I’ve collected and been given since I was 5 years old, which I’m almost 15 now, has never been THIS fun! I have a lot of pocket monster cards and I’ve never found an app or website that allows you to add you cards to your collection list online. It’s also great that they allow you to put how many copies you have of the specific cards! The only slight, and I mean very very slight, is that they only have American and Japanese. I have some German and Chinese cards also and when I emailed the makers of this they said that I should just mark them as opened for the English version until they add the foreign language. But other than that I love this app! ❤️

Missing Trainer Cards, Energy Cards, and Reverse Holos. I was really excited for this app, but unfortunately, its not meant to be. It doesn’t include reverse holos, so I can’t accurately log which of my cards are RH and which are missing an RH or other variants, and theres no way to search for Trainer Cards or Energy Cards — if you want to add them you have to figure out what set theyre in and look them up like that. It does look like the app’s actively updated though, so I’m hoping the dev will add these features, and then it’ll easily be a five star app for me!

Old feature I used everyday now not possible.. Would be 5 stars but I used to be able to scan a specific card to identify its set and then I USED TO BE ABLE to click on the set name to easily go to that set and continue typing names to easily and more quickly search for cards from that set. Now I gotta remember the set name back out to the expansions screen and find that set to continue checking off cards, Otherwise great app 100% would recommend I use this app every day.

Awesome App Ever Awesomer Developer. Pokémon card collections can grow in size fast and having been collecting since the beginning it was getting daunting to think about how to keep track of what I do and don’t have. I had tried a few apps but it got too tedious and I always stopped. Then I found Dex! The organizational structure of the app makes managing a collection of any size less chaotic and daunting. But getting my collection tracked turned out to be the smallest benefit of Dex. Dex allows for exploring and finding new cards easily and supports the ability to engage with the Pokémon card world a whole new way. I can now easily track cards I need create lists and goals. All of this is enabled by Pedro the developer who very much engages with the Dex community for input and suggestions and builds Dex for its users. Thank you Pedro for all your hard work!

Was a Great App Until Update. This app was the best until its latest update. The entire reason I moved to this app was because not only was it free, but you could easily scan your entire collection, and get the value of each card. Plus, keep track of what you have and its variants. Now, since the update, you have to pay to play to get features like scanning your cards, which saved so much time. Still a good app, but not as great as it was. Bye bye easy input of any new ETB’s I purchase. Now everything has to be manually inputted which takes quite a bit longer. Especially if there is a very similar card in Dex’s database.

Wonderful App!!. Hello Dex Team, I wanted to express my appreciation for your app—it has been incredibly helpful for managing my collection. If I could make a request, I have sensory-related medical issues, and I collect the items you refer to as "variants" in the app. Sometimes, creating folders can be quite challenging for me due to the number of steps involved. It would be a huge help if there was a pre-existing list of variants, similar to how the expansions are listed in the app. I realize this may be a small detail, but it could be very beneficial for people like me who face similar challenges. Thank you for considering this.

To All Pokémon People: This App Will Change Your Life. By far the best app for keeping track of your collection! The scanner is wonderful and usually gets it right. They have thought of everything! It’s easy to use and pleasant to the eye. You can even customize the icon! Suggestion: An audible tone when scanning cards in addition to, or rather, than the haptic feedback. I use a stand to hold my phone and then run cards underneath the scanner quickly, so I don’t know when a card has been captured if I’m not looking at the phone. Also, if there were different tones based on the value of the card, so when running a lot of cards, we might be alerted if there’s a valuable card. I like to put a sticker on those. The developers have literally thought of everything for this app! Thank you so much for being so thoughtful with your design!

Issues I personally have. 1. App constantly freezing. a. I'm unsure if it's the app or my phone. b. This makes logging very difficult because I have to constantly close it and reopen it. 2. Making more than three folders costs money. a. I understand the need to make money, I really do, but I prefer organizing my Pokémon's type in separate folders. b. There are other ways to make money besides forcing a subscription upon users if they want to make folders. 3. Logging is a tiring process. a. I dislike having to hold down to both select "owned" and "put in folder" two separate times. I would prefer to be able to select "owned" and "put in folder" without holding down. b. I have to click the card and press the addition button if I own more than one if the same card. Quite annoying. 4. Can't search Pokémon just by their number. a. The search examples show you can search the number, however, this isn't true. b. Searching by number would be much easier than name and then number.

BEST POKÉMON CARD APP PERIOD. There’s not another app that so much info on a single Pokémon card like this app does. I don’t like writing like writing reviews but I had to for this. I’ve searched and downloaded so many Pokémon card app that’s gonna help me organize my collection since I’m getting back into this. The only thing that it’s missing is scanning…. BUT it’s not hard to type the name and BAM the card, the picture, the set, how many cards are in that set, how much the card is worth, how much the completed set is worth…. When I mean I hate writing reviews I mean it…. YOU GUYS GOTTA FET THIS APP AND SUBSCRIBE!!! Let’s build this app community up, and hopefully in the future they put scanning in… honestly I don’t know what else I need for this app it has everything. Fantastic App! But couple problems and a few suggestions. This app is top tier! Excellent for keeping track of your collection, one issue, for the Japanese Mcdonalds set, it says “25” cards on the menu but on the actually screen that you add cards, it’s 24, it’s really triggering so please fix it. A few suggestions, maybe add a filter for the Pokédex section for “all variants not owned” that would be a huge help to me, same suggestion for the set filters, other than that, I really recommend this app if you want to keep track of your collection!

Really great. It’s really great for you to store your Pokémon cards and what do you do it shows you the price of how much they are it’s just really great and it’s really exciting for people to see all the cards that they want to collect all the Pokémon that they love and it’s really awesome.

Good app but many features are hidden behind a paywall. Generally a very good app, great way to track and search for pokemon cards, but a lot of features like scanning cards, checking prices from other marketplaces and favouriting pokemon is hidden behind a $70 per year paywall.

Dex App is my go to for tracking cards and sets!!. Super user friendly, great pictures and constantly being updated with the latest and greatest. Pick of the bunch for me!

Can't even open the dam app. It says retrieving data or what ever then it says can retrieve data beacuse of internet or what ever. So doing he normal thing I would try a different internet source, thing is I did it multiple times... I then restarted my phone. Still couldn't enter. Terrible don't recommended even downloading.

Scanner doesn’t work. You need to create a faster way to log in all cards your scanner just flat out doesn’t work I’ve never had it scan any card correctly

Best on the market. This app is the best on the market due to its range and format and ability to select diff types of the same card e.g holo or reverse holo. The only thing is that for some cards it doesn’t show the price at all. And another thing is that it has all the expansions except the prize pack series. There are some paid options like another source for pricing but it is monthly or very expensive for a permanent subscription. This app would benefit from eBay recently sold prices as they can be different to tcg player which as an Australian you can’t buy from without paying 30 dollar shipping per card. Another thing that I would suggest is having the price is different currencies such as AUD. Summary Best on the market -add prize pack series -add eBay recently sold - show prices in other currencies as well - have more options that aren’t blocked by a paywall e.g either pay for extra perks or opt in to watch ads for those perks

Amazing App.. Im gonna be honest, I initially gave this app a 1 star review. I was confused due to a bug i had that wouldn’t let me create multiple folders. I felt kind of bad lol. So here i am, commending this app, and how good it really is, especially with the added japanese support

Clean!. Easy app to keep track of all your Pokémon Cards, unfortunately there isn’t currently a selection for both holo and reverse cards. Also waiting for the new 25th Celebrations packs to be added.

Loving the app, however feature would love to see. Loving this app, the layout and design is wonderful. However would like to be able to keep track of holo, and reverse holo variants of cards for each set also not just the standard card set design. Otherwise excellent job! Keep it up :)

Great app. It’s a great way to keep track of your cards and sets. App was just updated to 7.1.0 and it lost track of the card variates that I had marked.

Phenomenal All-In-One Clean App. I’ve sent suggestions to the creator of this app before and they actually took my suggestions and implemented in the app quite quickly, and that’s very commendable of them. They listen to the community and always push out improvements. It’s such a clean app, no ads, and even though it may be missing some features like being able to search up “full arts” or “alternate arts” or a web version, they published a road map and I’m very confident they’ll implement those features sooner or later!

CONS: You need to pay for certain features, it doesn’t track Graded card values as far as I can tell If you’re a serious collector that wants to track the value of your Pokemon card collection, graded cards, seller listings, and more for free, go with Collectr. If you want to track your Pokemon collection specifically with better aesthetics, and estimated values, go with Dex.

Great app, but a bit unstable. The UI of this app is exactly what a Pokemon TCG app should be. The scanner seems to work 9 times out of 10, which is pretty decent compared to others. My main issue is that after creating a deck, as I add/remove cards (and increment/decrement card counts) in the deck, after leaving and returning to the app, my changes are sometimes gone. It’s annoying enough for me to want to try elsewhere. I unfortunately had to request a refund because of this. If I spend $150+ on an app, I expect perfection, and this just isn’t quite it.

Love the app… but the scanner?. Scanner only works 25% of the time if that. It would be so much easier to add my cards if it worked correctly. Please upgrade and fix this issue! If the scanner worked this would definitely be a 5 star app.

Missing Prices. App in itself is very good. But it's unusabe since lots of prices are missing. Cards are in the app, cards are on TCGPlayer/eBay, but the app does not get any price info. This needs to be fixes

Collectors/organizers dream. I have a large collection of Pokemon cards and being able to scan in what I own as I open is amazing. Also having a list of my collection that backs up is great for insurance. Keep up the great work! I have the premium version because I use the folders

Would love if first ed and unlimited cards could be distinguished from each other. Right now my most expensive card is not really accurate since it’s an unlimited version, not first ed.

Great app, could be better. ***still not fixed as of July 2023*** Would be perfect if I could differentiate between the normal card, or the reverse foil on the sets main page, or just have an option to make another Fusion Strike set (for example), then I can use it as my reverse foil, or 1st edition checklist.

One of the best. Such a super creative way to organize your collection. Very organized, smooth, and responsive when navigating the app. Definitely one of the best.

Cool app but some issues. I started putting in my cards. Got to 58 entered and the app crashed. It restarted and everything I had entered was gone. However it is a nice little app if it worked. Wish I figured out the number search system. Not sure if there is a way to put whole card number but it seems you Can’t type in ###/### format like on the cards I was only able to search by the first number (not the last part, /###) which brings up many options, especially the Lower numbers. Could not search in Dex for trainer cards. Had to go to search option to find them. Cannot seem to use two words In the Search (like: great ball). As soon as I pushed the space bar the app gave a blank search result.

Dev needs to add this. ADD A FEATURE SO I CAN DONATE TO YOU ALREADY!!!

Dex Review. Really great app, the scanning function doesn’t seem to work at all (I’ve tried ~20 cards and it hasn’t gotten a single one correct). It would be nice to be able to specify normal vs reverse holo vs holo in book mark lists but overall really useful app!!

Incredible Collector’s Companion!!. Love Dex! Has everything you need for collecting Pokemon TCG and is organized is very convenient and thoughtful ways. The tools to quickly sort and find what your looking for is unrivaled, and the Main Dex Page really helps bring back the “Gotta Catch Em All” desire that Pokemon always delivered. Only change I wish we had the filter to sort by cards where you own one or less variation, so i could more easily search out missing reverse holos and other variants. Otherwise, an incredible companion app for anyone collecting Pokemon TCG!

Amazing!. My favourite Pokémon tcg app! Love the design and layout, and it’s updated regularly to reflect new market prices and new sets. It has nearly everything you would want.. The only thing missing is graphs of market value history and the ability to log sealed products and track those prices too.

Best Pokémon Card Tracking App. I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews but this app is absolutely amazing. There are no annoying ads and the app is super seamless to use and is literally the perfect collection tracking app.

Pretty unusable. Took about a minute to scan per card, and most of the cards that I scanned would register as other cards repeatedly, even in good lighting with solid alignment in the frame of the camera. Would make way more sense to just type in the name of the card manually, which you can do in the app - but the scanner is the whole reason I paid for a subscription. Definitely don’t recommend.

All variants. Best application to see all the variants, very useful if you want to preorganize your binders Must get !

Prices. Why can’t we choose multiple prices so we can see the prices of all the cards. And have the total of all the cards.

Really good but I have one problem. I REALLY liked it before they added the scanner to Dex+. Please change it back. I also think there should be more than two bookmarks. Ex: expensive cards, wishlist, quick lookup. Thank you for reading this and please have the app updated

Great app to keep track of your collection and prices. This is the perfect app to keep track of cards. You can keep track of your collection in a dex format which feels similar to the core games. You can also stay up to date with card prices as it updates periodically. There are filtering options by sets as well as by Pokemon cards and trainer cards. Navigating the app is easy, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. I’m constantly browsing the app as the card images are shown in high quality and i enjoy looking over cards i didn’t know existed and learning something new. Overall great app for Pokemon TCG collectors

Almost perfect with one BIG problem. I love this app and the functionality is awesome. It’s fast and even keeps track of duplicates. There is one glaring problem though. Every card (at least in the older sets) shows the 1st Edition symbol and I think the prices all reflect 1st edition cards. This doesn’t help at all to distinguish between your regular and 1st edition cards and gives prices that aren’t accurate for regular cards that aren’t first edition. Please fix this!!!

Absolutely amazing. This app is virtually perfect, and there’s really nothing else like it out there! My only littleeee complaint is that, with the free version, you can only have 2 folders at a time. Honestly even if they just raised that to like 5 or 10 it would be fine, but 2 is abysmal. Otherwise absolutely perfect app :)

Almost the only app a Pokemon collector needs. If I could give this app a 4.5 I would. Dex is clean, smooth, and has everything you need to organize your collection. The only thing I wish was that it supported graded cards. While I do have raw cards most of my collection is graded cards, so I have trouble keeping track of their Worth. But I would still certainly recommend this regardless!

Amazing Pokémon Card App but…. I love this app! It’s amazing and the best app I’ve checked out! I love how it splits up all the cards by type, region, expansion, or just by species! However… I tried to change the logo color and the theme color and it said I needed to pay for Dex+. I would love it if we were able to change the logo and theme without having to pay for Dex+. It’s also a bit glitchy with the bookmarks. Other than that, I love it all!

Amazing!! Just one thing. I love this app. This has helped me sort my cards, get the prices of them, and the rarity! It has all of the cards too! I have never seen any missing card. Because of this app, now I can know how much I am worth in Pokémon cards! ($75 to $80). But I would be INCREDIBLY HAPPY if you added a card scanner function! That would be awesome. I can’t be a Pokémon Card Collector without this app! 🥹

Almost perfect app. The features are perfect, the app is perfect. However, in the middle of logging my cards it will occasionally just stop logging cards I’m entering in and requires me to close the app and wait a period of time before it works again. Sometimes I’ll log back in and it will show no cards at all but after repeating this process the progress is restored. Still makes entering my large collection more tedious than it already is.

Best Pokémon DEX. They need a link to offer cards for trade. I wish I could see cards that people are willing to trade on here I would love a way to scroll through other peoples DEX to see if they have multiple copies or there should be a way to list cards your willing to trade and it offer you cards you need for ones you have …. Besides that I love it 10 out of 10

Dex - The Best PokéDex. I used to use TCGplayer to scan my Pokémon cards, but then I found this on the App Store and it was easily better. Sure, the scanner is bought, but just finding all of the right Pokémon cards on the manual search is so easy and quick you wouldn’t even notice the difference really.

Best card collecting app!. This app is awesome. I was able to catalogue my entire collection in just a couple hours and can easily sort by value to see what cards are worth selling. Way faster and easier to use than similar apps. I do wish there was a notes field or some way to mark condition, foil, etc.

Great app, but it has a few bugs.. I’ve had the app for a few months and it’s helping me keep track of the cards I’m missing. The app was updated with new cards, and after the update, cards I had checked off my list became unchecked. So now I have to take time and go back through all my sets and folders and app folders and recheck cards I have and don’t have. Just a time loss having to repeat the same process over again.

Perfect Pokémon app!. This is exactly what my partner and I were looking for to catalogue our collection when we combined them. It’s super easy to search for cards to add them and to sort through your collection in the app. When one of us adds new cards in the app, we just airdrop the backup file so that we can both keep our collection in the app updated.

Honestly, amazing.. I never write reviews but I had to take a second for this one. It’s amazing. I’ve used several apps to track my cards and Dex is hands down the best. The UI is super intuitive and every time you think “huh. I wonder if I can _____”. You can. Hats off to the developers for making such an amazing app.

Collectr is way better!!. Collectr is way better than Dex Dex claims to have all of the features Collectr has however they don’t Don’t tell the developer of Dex you don’t like the app or that it could be better or he just might tell you you are spreading misinformation And get his panties in a wad Collectr is more user friendly to navigate and also allows adding cards into your collections and tracking your portfolios much easier compared to Dex I’m giving Dex a 1star because of their incompetence, lack of attention to detail, and the way they communicate. Sorry Pedro you i think you can do better! Maybe if you weren’t as worried about shoving your personal life down our throats and thinking we care that you competed in a tourney (only one time) it would be better! Anyone reading this just go Collectr it’s more professional and doesn’t bait you into subscribing for basic features that Collectr has 🤷🏻‍♂️

Best collection logging app. I have tried many different collection logging apps, and this one is the best for ease of adding cards, tracking prices, and viewing your collection, far better than the official Pokémon tcg app. Being able to see how much my collection is worth is very useful when I try to convince friends and family that my addiction is worthwhile!

Curiosity Question. Hi there! I've been using your app for almost a year now and absolutely love it. I have over 4000+ cards and the app makes it so easy to keep track of them. But I do have a question, or maybe a request. I sort my cards alphabetically. And I thought maybe you could add it to the app, kinda like how guide books organize them.

Just one problem. Perfect app, but some cards just won’t get removed from my collection, whenever I press on their icon it says I own none of it but it still is in my collection and contributes to the about of money my collection costs. I tried putting amount owned up the back to none but it didn’t work.

It’s the small things. This app has been improved upon with customer satisfaction in mind. Along with several updates upgrading the experience of it, it also added several categories of cards and added the value of many cards.

I Love This App!. Merely 10 minutes after downloading this app, I purchased Dex+. This is perfect if you have big collection of cards or you want to start one. 10/10. I love all the customization features and how Dex shows you all the cards your missing from a set. And yes, it’s worth it to buy the subscription. Not one card enters my collection without being logged on this app…👍👍👍

Love this app. Great User Interface! Love the simplicity, but also the depth! Great looks, app is snappy, dev does a great job of updating and making worthwhile changes that make the user experience even better. This is the only app my son and I use to track our collection and have been using it from the beginning.

Good app but paying for card scan is ridiculous. I think this app is a very good idea and I like it a lot but they recently made the scanning feature no longer free. Originally I would have rated this 5 stars but because of this you have to manually type in the name of the card and browse all of the Pokémon cards of that name and find the one that matches your making the process of scanning Pokémon cards SO MUCH LONGER. This a good app but stop making decisions for yourself and instead for the community.

Great Pokémon TCG app!!!. Love this app so much for keeping track of my expanding Pokémon card collection! Love how the app is set up. So easy to find the exact card I’m looking for within seconds. The ONLY thing I wish you could do is select either holo or reverse holo when adding a card your collection. Other then that, I absolutely love this app! could be better. I wish there was a way where we could see all of our trainer and supporter cards kind of like how we see all the pokemons we have I have added almost all my trainer cards and I noticed that there is no way for me to find them other than looking up their name I feel like having something added where you could see all your trainer cards in a separate screen would be VERY VERY helpful

Wonderful application. I tried all of the different apps when I started my Pokemon card collection a few months ago and this was the one that to me was the most intuitive and feature rich. The UI is great and the quick reference to TCGPlayer pricing is handy. I’ve found my pokemon collection app.

Different languages. Over all, I think its a pretty good app, but with me having over 1k unique cards english and japanese, Im not able to search for japanese cards at all. Not many apps use other languages for other cards, and I thought this would be the one where i can keep track if my japanese cards. Other then that, its an awesome app, i love using it and it helps me so much with prices, trading, and collecting certain cards

The Best Pokemon TCG App… But it can be better. It would be 5 starts if there was a friends tab. Being able to see what cards your friends have duplicates of, or seeing their Set collections so you can compare what you have and dont have will make trading SOOOO SO easy. If friends were added to this app, this would app would he 11/10 jaw dropping perfect.

Great app but not quite there for resellers trying to keep track of inventory. Little disappointed that the only thing I get for Dex+ is exporting csv file and changing colors of icons. Would be nice to be able to export in a gallery with image links to add to my website. But overall a great site for keeping track of your collection. A few advance options for resellers like me would be awsome!

This WAS my favorite Pokémon app. I have been using this app for several months to find Pokémon cards and make deck lists. It has been my best friend in terms of Pokémon research until today. Today an update was rolled out that got rid of all of my bookmarked cards, and put the app behind a paywall. I am the most upset that about 3+ months of favorited cards are down the drain. The app is still amazing for looking for cards in certain sets, however, this update really discouraged me from using it just for that fear that all I have done will be erased once again in the future.

I LOVE THIS GAME but…. The game is amazing it shows what the Pokémon looks like and the price range and also places it in order my favorite part of the app is that they have a separate part for promos,but what I wish is that they update their cards because I have a lot of beedrill cards and they are not on there so I hope they update it and help grow others collections!

Fantastic app. So far this is the best app for tracking my collection. I’d love to see an added feature where we can share our collections with friends and open ourselves up to trade deals easily. If we can see what each other doesn’t have and send an offer. Other than that I can’t see anything else this app needs but that share feature

The best I’ve found yet but one problem. So basically, everything about the app is good it’s just some of the battle academy cards have no price, but when I look on tcg player, it shows a price so please, add a feature where the battle academy cards have prices please.

Good but Weird.. It is overall pretty good and easy to pick up but has some quirks. One is that you have to buy the membership to use the scanner and a couple others. Another is that it automatically thinks the price of your card is the grade 1 price, you can’t pick, which makes it kind of annoying getting a accurate price. It’s overall decent though.

Oh my gosh so grateful for this app. So I have a whole collection of Pokémon cards and decided to see how much they cost. So I’m like hey this app has good ratings and reviews so I downloaded it. I have a $122,$204, and $85 cards! I was literacy jumping up and down because of this app! Thank you so much and have a wonderful day/night. Sets, images, value. It’s very user friendly. Browsing the sets and adding my collection is so much fun. Now I want to keep my whole collection. The only thing it needs is an option for card condition (which I don’t even see in the payment plan), because alas some of my vintage stuff is not near mint.

You can put all your cards on here and see their worth also you can show people your collection without bringing your cards (bummer to bring everywhere) this is the best app to use to sort your cards and put them onto your phone!!😃

Just needs one more feature. I am a teacher and have successfully introduced my students to collecting. We’re starting small with variant sets, but having a premade list would be incredibly helpful since it’s time-consuming to assist multiple classes with creating each folder. Super helpful!. When I first got this app, I thought it would just be for checking card prices. But I soon learned that it does lots more than that. You can register your entire collection which is organized automatically, and you can also take a look at pretty much every single card ever. Super useful, I definitely recommend it.

Amazing app!!. Hello, Personally I love the app very intuitive, my buddy tho like 85%, he thinks that there is a feature where if you have a buddy collecting as well it would be nice to share collections via link or on the app as well. Hopefully you can consider making that bc that sounds like a really great feature to me as well.

Wow...just wow...... This app is incredible! It has all 898 Pokémon (even though there are no Regieleki-Calyrex cards, but that’s on the Pokémon company). Now, I’m trying to fill in every space in my binder with every Pokémon, and this app I especially love because in a sense, I can basically access my binder through the app! Developers, you did a great job! Thanks for the great app 😁😁😁😉

The searching. I love this game but i have a Lot of cards and when I try to search for them it’s just too much try to help me on that will you or else I’ll give you one star rating, then call my lawyer and do way more because I’m a grown man collecting Pokémon cards for my kids so add more more and more now or you know what’s gonna happen Just kidding I’m actually 10 but I didn’t want you to add more please I love Pokémon and I’m excited to enjoy.

Great app, just wish I could mark cards as ordered. I love this app. However, I buy lots of commons and uncommons in bulk, and often forget what's not been delivered yet. As a result I routinely double buy cards or forget that a card was purchased at all if delivery fails. Really wish I could mark a card as "ordered" as an intermediary between not owned and owned (as I never mark a card as owned until it's actually in my collection).

Missing Trainer Cards, Energy Cards, and Reverse Holos. I was really excited for this app, but unfortunately, its not meant to be. It doesn’t include reverse holos, so I can’t accurately log which of my cards are RH and which are missing an RH or other variants, and theres no way to search for Trainer Cards or Energy Cards — if you want to add them you have to figure out what set theyre in and look them up like that. It does look like the app’s actively updated though, so I’m hoping the dev will add these features, and then it’ll easily be a five star app for me!

The best card tracking app. So far, this has been my favorite app to use for tracking my Pokémon card collection(s). I’ve tried several, and even the unpaid version of this app is far superior to other free apps, to the point of my opting to purchase the lifetime plan. The devs were super quick to my emails as well, and seem to truly be passionate about their application.

Fun- we had a blast!. We had so much fun with this App. It was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a lot like the Pokey Dex in the pokeymom go app. But for the actual cards. It allows you to keep track of real cards versus virtual which was part of mine and my son’s criteria. I wish all collector sites were like this. My son likes to trade and the duplicate option makes it easy to do that with friends.
