Don’t work. When will they be releasing an up date This thing just keeps crashing

5* s. This app helped me with the wiring that I needed to do with my kicker cvrs. This app is so easy to understand and I can c me using it to make some money really worth the money.

Incomplete?. Lite version was great, paid $5 for full version and the custom box builder screen is confusing. Empty boxes with a white background. Doesn't say what to put in each box. Needs a fix!

Finally im done!!. i have been looking for such an app to help me out and even more better that its kicker for my new 15 in cvx's I just made a box for and installed just recently. Let me tell you not only can you hear me from a couple blocks away you can also feel me!!!! I can't even swallow my spit! Thx alot kicker nice app!

Use it daily. I've been installing for 16 years now. This app helps save time when customers ask will this woofer fit. Only drawback is that only calculates for 2 woofers max and 3/4 material. 5/8 and 1/2 would be nice. As well as 4 woofer max.

Very Helpful. I use this app all the time for everything. I just made a box for an L5 and it gives you a cut list so you don't have to draw it up. It shows you everything you need to know and what to know. I would definitely buy this app if your into Car Audio!!

Would have paid more. Awesome app, time saver. As a PROFESSIONAL installer/fabricator, I use this daily. Hats off to the guys in Stillwater Oklahoma for pumping this out at such a great price! -j. White

4 stars for a great tool/app, but.... I love this app for its ability to calculate everything I need for kicker enclosures. The only problem I am having is that the app shuts down whenever I try to save an enclosure. Am I doing it wrong?

Very handy. I have used this app in the "frequency generator" mode to efficiently two my full channel amp and sub amp. Equipment to do this is very expensive so I am glad to get the use out of a 4 dollar app. Useful if you're tuning amps, building a box, or are simply into everything kicker.

What happened?. Cant see anything. My numbers won’t pop up cause the colors. They hanged the color scheme and now I can’t see anything

Needs update. Yall ever plan on adding some of the newer subs? Like the L7T and L7S series? Also, I’d really like to see the box builder include options for designing a downfiring enclosure. I realize that this app hasn’t been updated for 2 years at the time of this review, but hopefully yall continue to maintain it.

Useless. Kicker doesn't supply BL or MMS in its literature so I thought their own software would. Not only do they not have but when you select a kicker product you are expected to supply the theile small specifications and it asks for… BL and MMS!! I give it one star because zero stars isn’t an option.

Best App for the DIY Installer. This is by far the best app for anyone who loves to build their own boxes and get specs on Kicker products. Perfection!!

Closing app. Was good app until today just keeps closing out when I open it maybe a update or fix bugs

Waste of money. Paid for the app and when I select box builder the app shuts down. What a waste of money!

Great product. Great for box building. Takes out the guess work. I also like that you can put in specs from different manufacturers and get box dimensions.

Disappointing. I’ve been buying kicker since the 1st round solo baric came out and I’ve competed with them. In the past 5 years I’ve purchased 5 kicker subs and 2 amps. So far I’ve been pretty disappointed in all of these purchases. So I decided to try one more time. (I’m pretty brand loyal like that). I ordered a 12” L7R from crutchfield. Awaiting its arrival. And I downloaded this app to design the box for it. The disappointment continues. This app was a complete waste. I agree with the previous reviews regarding the ports and vents. Where are they? And the colors are also a pretty bad choice. Please get it together kicker. There’s a lot of new stuff out there in the car audio market and Stillwater designs seem to be falling behind.

Kicker rocks as always. Great quick reference app. Of course it doesn't replace the full website or the tech manuals, but in a pinch, the info you need to find fast is right here. Wish they add amp specs in the future.

I tried. I wanted and tried to like this app. I planned to use it to build boxes for my kicker speakers, but ultimately it’s just not that good. It functioned like each page is a new app which makes one project feel like multiples that have no relation to each other. It would really be nice if the 3D renderings displayed the ports when the ported option is selected. The airspace calculator is very hard to understand, and it just seems faster and easier to just work it all out by hand. If you do this kind of stuff as anything more than a hobby then more of this app might make more sense to you, but you’ve probably already got better programs to use. Keep giving Kicker your money for their speakers, amps and electronic equipment, because they really do make some good stuff. Stop giving Kicker your money for this app. There are better cheaper (free) box building apps and sites out there to use.

Needs improvement. When will the new Solo x be added to this? Other than that app does what it needs to

Add buttons. You need a back button on all pages. I have to close the app and restart to explore multiple pages within the app

Pretty bad. No back button. Have to force close the app to go back a screen. Not worth the money.

Solid App. This app has come in handy on multiple occasions for box designing. However, I prefer to run multiple small subs which you cannot enter into this app. Other than being limited to two subs, great app, well worth the money!

Update again. Update to make the app work with iPhone 5.

Gangsta. This app works great if you know what you’re doing. I also get to show my customers a 3D image rough draft of what their box will look like. 🤘🏻

Has it’s perks and downfalls (more than there should be). Installed this app while looking for another. Has been installed 20 minutes. These are my thoughts 1: no “back” or “cancel” button after making any selection from the home screen 2: frequency generator works fine for single tones. Sine wave does not alternate. 3: saved boxes crashes the app 4: have to exit the app and close it to return to the home screen. This app will stay installed for a decent tone generator and possibly a reminder for wiring drivers. Would not recommend. Will probably stick to the tone files I made myself.

Was sort of working. So when I first purchased this app it mostly worked, mostly. Always force closes when trying to save a box before. New update can’t enter specs in fields, app force closes all the time. Just a waste of money at this point until they fix the app.

Color scheme is horrible. Love the app, has a lot of good info of you deal with a lot of kicker stuff (or things with similar specs) but the colors of text and backgrounds are terrible. Very difficult to read and no way to change them. Come on, yellow background with white text??

Could use a lot of improvements. Great that you can add in other woofer specs but crappy that you can't calculate real boxes. I enter in a JL 10w1 and choose build a box and it tells me to make one 33" wide for one 10" woofer. I change that to Custom box and still no way to customize the box. It should allow you to enter in cubic size you want as well as 1 or more dimensions and then IT calculates the other dimensions. The way it is you have to enter in all box dimensions, kinda pointless without that option.

L7T. This sub that I just purchased isn’t even on the app for setting up! Wasted my money after I just bought the sub. Maybe needs updating?!

Sine sweep. I mainly used this app for the tone generator and the sign sweep quit working a couple years ago, so the app is now useless to me.

Navigation???. How is there no back button or return to main screen? You have to restart the app to choose another function?

Time Saver. Great app for me being an installer, saves time, cuts all the math out of wiring, and gets the work done faster and more accurate. Highly recommend this app for any installer even very experienced ones. Great job Kicker!!!

Best $4.99 I've ever spent.. This app is a must have if you're a frequent installer like me. It eliminates the frustration of figuring the math and makes your life a whole lot easier. Best app ever.

Custom designs. This app helped out so much in my custom install in my 2007 Peterbilt.... Im slamming 2-15" L7 solo barics and 2-18" solo x's along with the QS components .... This app was awsome !

Garbage. App only works for garbage subwoofers! Boxtune is only 3 bucks and you can design around quality speakers; jl, tarantula, ect.

Fix app. App will close when trying to use tone generator....(kickerU app💩.)💵 🚽😒 I have all kicker speakers ( the whole 9,the works) in my setup. Lots of money I invested. I spend 4 bucks on an app by kicker and can't use everything in the app.. Tone generator mainly. Refund or fix F.CKING APP. Products are excellent but the app. 🥶
