Good for some extra change. I feel as though they can pay more than what we really get but its something to do for some change you just really gotta be active and have time for this.

Selective. Several times I was blocked out because I failed to show my face, this I find is not fair. Why, was I blocked four time. I was a a jam session and I reach to turn a button on my amp, BLOCKED. So, the other day I went to a premium and the actor was dead sleep snoring. Now, it not fair because I paid to review this actor. I have a problem with this. Folks spend millions of dollars to play on this app and being blocked because I turned away for a few seconds is definitely not fair. Solution: you need to evaluate your processes when you are blocking someone.

Grown & Sexy. Love the fact that the app is 18+ and they allow adults to be adults without all the silly moderations. Wish they didn’t take such a big pay percentage but I’m sure as it grows it’ll get better.

Froze my account for no reason. The app conveniently takes extra money from you. The app is functioning in such a way to benefit them, and not the streamer or the viewer. And every time something like that happens, they do not support anyone. They either take forever to reply, or they never reply at all. When they do reply, their support is basically nonexistent they do not want to help anyone, and they claim that they cannot do anything. On multiple occasions the app double or even triple charged me and they never did a thing about it and when I started to ask to escalate the matter they just stop communicating with me. This is probably by far the worst business model I have ever seen. it's convenient for them and that's all they care about. I highly recommend you do not download it as a viewer or a streamer. They are far better options out there and it's not hard to find.

SuperLive. Really good app meet a lot of interesting people ! Don’t really notice any flaws so far and I’ve been on the app for 2 years. From the watchers view point of view the app used to be good until they did an update and now there’s so many issues with the app you can’t gift and talk on someone stream at the same time you have to leave and come back to do something so if I start talking first, I can’t gift I have to leave and then come back before I can gift and people that stream always look at you funny because you keep leaving and coming back. Finally noticed the flaw. I recently upgraded the app and now when I go to someone’s stream, I can only talk to them send a messages then if I want a gift, I have to leave and come back every time or if I get first I have to leave and come back to talk again, other than that, no problems

Do not waste your time. This app is nothing but a pornography stream..they offer abusive men that verbally assault you..if you can not be glued to your phone for hours at a time they cut your stream and they threaten to delete your account..they cater to “you know the type” and 99% of them are bots..yall really need to stay off the reviews if yall are gunna lie about this app nothing about it is good..if anything it needs to be shut down and removed.

Does what it promises. Think Tik Tok but just the live piece. I like that I can sort by country. I’ve been using it to Learn Spanish. The battles are great I can hear and interact a real conversation.

2 multi million coin sender and streamer banned twice. My first profile I followed what the lady from support suggested and they banned me for scamming I showed them screenshots and nothing never got it back spent almost 3 million diamonds This last account I have sent almost 8million coins and I got banned for not showing my face but I was choosing a song on my base computer then I contact support they tell me I have been banned for scams on the app like seriously I haven’t refunded one purchase even when there was clear double and triple charges I need my profiles money or diamonds back

Time off my hands. If you want to kill time this is the app to be on like what you see and might have more interest on burning time out your day

Likes and dislikes. Its cool talking to people with different languages. But hella bots so you have to people farm by going live with others and doing VS. Give it a try if you’re into live-streaming apps.

Good but needs work. I have had a love-hate relationship with this. I have met some pretty cool people but have also ran into some not so great ones. Also it seems the app is messed up. I tried to go into one person’s live stream but it said that I was blocked, even though she said herself that she didn’t block me. The support has been unable to fix my issue and I would need to make more accounts just to talk with her. I am also not too keen about the constant censorship of regular words. Also I have been scammed by those who just try to take your coins and they never appear on stream. The updates have caused problems from the birthday mess up to the glitches in which I cannot be able to enter some rooms.

TERRIBLE APP. Video quality is bad. No country search feature. Mostly Middle Eastern people. Even though they show you the TOS when you first log in which shows you the rules, literally the first broadcast I saw was some ugly girl getting fingered by her boyfriend. This looks like a clone of another app but a 4 year old version. Look elsewhere. Not one single entertaining thing on this app.

False Advertisement. I was playing a particular game where sometimes it would show ads, coincidentally one of your ads happens to be shown on the game I was playing. I found it interesting, therefore I downloaded the app with high hopes of getting to see what I saw. Once it was done downloading, the excitement I had when opening the app and making account was something I have never felt in my life. After making my account I was highly disappointed with what I saw. The ads you people put, the app wasn't providing, you guys lied. Please fix your app and make it as how you advertise it. Idk. I thought it could be too good to be true, It rejected to send me money at first, but that’s because I put the wrong last name on my bank details. STOP USING NUMBERS FOR ID’s. Someone invited to your app and told me to follow them by typing in their ID, but I had to type in numbers. There are other apps that allow you put a name instead of only having numbers. If that’s annoying enough for me to leave a review, imagine the people who didn’t leave a review and just deleted the app. I think this app has potential and I would definitely use it more and bring others over. I will definitely be leaving more reviews.

This needs to be a thing! Be fair. I don’t typically write reviews but this suggestion needs to be in place and would make a lot more sense. If an account is banned or has been removed permanently. Can gifters be reimbursed to re gift other active streamers instead of just loosing money spent to a streamer that got banned. Why should the gifter loose money cause the streamer lost there account and now the gifter has to re buy more gifts. It would make more sense to reimbursed so the gifter can gift a different streamer instead of the streamer and gifter both loosing out. The streamer should only be loosing out if they went against your guidelines. Can yall fix this problem please and thank you. I would give y’all a 5 star rating and better review if this goes into effect.

I looove superlive…. Only thing I don’t like it the censoring words in the comments, not being able to post whatever picture we like, and there is no MUTE button in the streams.

Did like it. I was happy to get this app and try it out. However, after seeing SuperLive condone hate speech and graphic sexual talk I can no longer support it. I reported a user as did many others as requested with NO action taken against them. I am not a Karen or prude but when a user is using the N word, calling people racial slurs, and making comments about LGBTQ community during Pride Week, I draw the line. If you have minor kids using this I suggest you delete or monitor it. Hate Speech is not protected speech.

Sexist, Racist, and disrespectful.. I have been with the app for two years now. Camila, kendell, and a few others I’ve dealt with have made this app distasteful. They are part of the “support team” and only support and defend females who make them money. I’m sure it goes higher than just them. But when I pointed out directly a streamer who has broken the community rules or standards time and time again. She would not receive even a slap on the wrist. I provided prove and got spat in the face. If the evidence was of me. My account deleted, my device id banned, and my name soiled. Rules are rules. Shouldn’t matter if youre a man or female. Prepare for disappointment. Do yourself a favour and read all reviews about this app on all platforms. Users and streamers alike have reported issues with this app for many years without any support or replies while the issues continued. Users of the app have reported their accounts had automatically logged them out. Any attempt to log in again failed endlessly. The app refuses to address the issue and continue to ignore users continued attempts to contact the apps assistance channels. This is merely one of many many issues with the app. Streamers have lost the ability to retrieve a lot of money they've spent thousands of hours working for on the app. Users have lost thousands of dollars they've invested buying coins over a long period. Not to mention the thousands of hours they spent on the app. I purchased another lot of coins 2 days ago. The following day I was automatically logged out and after numerous attempts to log in again,I continuously got "this user is inactive" appear each time. Basically, the app has just stolen the money I spent and there's no way of getting any assistance or or reply to my complaints. I tried creating a new account using the same email address and same user name and presto, I had an account. Except all my coins were gone, my messages gone, streamers I followed gone, profile photos and information gone, access to special features you get after investing in the app gone. All I had was a new account using the same email and user name as if I never existed in the app before. If this doesn't tell you the app is a mess or at the least a money grabbing scam,then you deserve what myself and many many others have gotten. Good luck. One last thing. The app is full of bots and fake accounts to falsely boost the number of users. If you have a low number or no number at all, you will be ignored or blocked by the streamer. New streamers are bombarded with messages by so called "app managers" to sign up to a manager to enable a special code that guarantees them a salary. It's nothing short of a pressure campaign to ensure new streamers stay long enough to make the app appear popular and growing. The special code is a trap for inexperienced streamers. Once they realise the salary comes with conditions they're very unlikely to achieve, they leave the app. Buyer beware.

Not what I was expecting. I saw this ad for this app and decided to see what it was about. The user left little to no description about the intent of their stream and after click a few user came across inappropriate material which the app claim it’s against. I reported it and would not download this app.

Their girl trick people by taking coins and instead of giving the service, they block you take your coins away and share it with the App Administrator. Please refund my 999 coin sent to $Sally. App was great at the beginning but I think the coins are over prized for the amount that is given and the whole vip thing is nonsense you need to purchase 45,000 just to get bronze vip yet it only last 7 days after that your so called vip perks are gone unless you purchase another 45,000 coins

The keep terminating my stream. First they terminated my account because they said the picture didn’t belong to me. Then they say im nude but I’m laying down and all you can see is my face. It’s filled with bots nobody real joins your stream to talk and you make no money. It’s trash in my eyes

App needs a way to prove that users are 18+. Got account fully banned in less than 10 seconds live for being under aged… I am 24 the app does not ask for proof of age like an ID. Recommend fixing that. I will not use this app again because of obvious reasons and idk if who I interact with is an actual adult or not.

Sarah banned me for a friend. A year later, and I still am banned from Super Live. No one has contacted me. I lost all of my diamonds my followers and made you guys money I had people join my agency just so you guys can take my page because your friend asked… unfortunate and sad it’s being run like this “ Big Star”

Horrible. This app won’t let me go live it froze it and it said for permanently and I didn’t do anything and I would give this app a higher rating if they fix the problem. I tried to delete it and re-download the app and made a new one and it says frozen.

IT PERMANENTLY FROZEN MY ACCOUNT FOR FALSE INFORMATION. This is a cool app to meet people but it permanently frozen my account for saying I’m too young and that I don’t meet the age restrictions but I am 18 and older but now I can’t go live or be in someone else’s live now.

Sadly got banned for n reason. I hope support can contact me with this issue my account keeps getting permanently froze bc i’m “under age “ when i’m literally 18!!!!! pls help
