Flexi is always late it should have fixed timing.. Must have fixed timing u always miss my train cz its always late upto 20 minutes

Lovely drivers, worst app.. Flexiride’s drivers are the best!! The app is a completely different story. Never let me view “my rides” hence unable to track the bus movements or cancel a ride.. My rides just keeps on loading endlessly. App developers should fix this after so many bad review over the application here, however they could not care less.

Essential transport Melbourne app. Easy to use and great customer device from drivers. Essential if living outside the Melbourne city CBD.

Great service. Awesome service, bus drivers are great and makes life so much easier. Only complaint is that the estimated time of arrival can be very off.

Customer service. Every time I get on the bus I get amazing customer service. The bus drivers are really nice and friendly and always willing to have a chat there really polite. The app is so easy to use and it doesn’t coast a lot of money.

Too late. Service is great but it never arrives on booking time, always 30+ minutes late. It’s ok if 5-10 minutes delay but 30+ minutes is bit too much, it also effects our rest of the day schedule Much appreciated if you could fix this timings issue Thank you

Most pathetic transportation service. This service never arrives on time. World’s most pathetic service if i could rate this service in negative i would have happily done that. This service never arrives on time, not a single day passes where it’s not delayed. I don’t know how their jobs are allocated your app shows the service is standing at stop where driver will say he is not here to pick you up rather he will pick someone else and then come back to pick you up. Their drivers don’t even know what does an ETA means . Terrible service. Regretting buying house at a place where there is no bus service.

Missing my train. Hi Team, I have been booking giving a gap of 20 min to catcah my desired train however I have been missing this on daily basis as my flexi ride is always late and recently I have noticed taht my pick has changed I need walk to another street for a pick up .

App incorrect status. The app giving incorrect status it prompts us that it is waiting for pick up even when the vehicle is not ready

Late. Never on time always late for about 10 to 15 mins and sometimes more than it

Terrible. They never show up on time and they always make me miss my train not to mention the fact that they never show up at the right address.

Not able to book Flexi Ride. When I downloaded the app and tried to book a flexi ride , it gives the error ‘Invalid phone number’ I have tried all the options with 0 without zero , with +61 as well but nothing ever worked for me. I tried calling the flexi transport, they said that it’s a bug in the app not with the actual flexi rides. Can you please help? If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to leave a comment here

Pathetic. Terrible, if you book a bus even two days in advance, the bus will still most of the time come around half an hour late, or at least they do for me

Delays with no updates. I have been experiencing bad experience with FlexiRide past few weeks ., the frequent of the roses have decreased drastically and even if we wait and book the roses are being late with no update notifications. The App does not show the cancel ride option too . So it’s both not useful to the customers and the service provider with lack of updates . Please help Improving the service

Great For Getting Around. FlexiRide is a great idea. It picks me up closer to home then the previous service and takes me to where I need to go. Well done Ventura team! Looking forward to more FlexiRide options.

Lovely driver. My first trip earlier today was great from the ease of booking the trip, the lovely driver & the cleanest of buses. Overall my first experience was really fantastic-can’t stress enough, how wonderful the driver was! I’ll be using this all time now!

Need to fix the able.. There is a problem in the app where i am neither being able to see the live location of the app nor being able to cancel my flexi ride bus. There is no history of the rides as well.

FlexiRide Service. Service is alright, however, the drivers are always late to pick you up by at least 10-20 minutes. Because of this, I am getting late to work and my mornings have become more frustrating. Fix this problem and this service would be 5 stars.

Pick up point needs work. I don’t know what’s changed, the pick up point used to be opposite my street. Today I had to walk 500 meters to the “new” pick up point only to have the bus drive straight past the old pick up point?????

Late Late Late. We book this bus for an 8.15am pick up on School Days that start at 9am and 3 out of the 5 days it runs late. I book it earlier because of its unreliability for keeping to schedule. I’ve been told that they only run 3 buses now instead of the original 5. Don’t offer a service you cannot provide PTV.

Fantastic!. FlexiRide is a great solution! It is easy to book a ride, plan trips in advance and it offers a convenient public transport solution for the area. I received timely notifications and the service was outstanding. Great work!

Not flexible. This APP should check the new request and try to accommodate the passenger if they requesting on the same route. Also it should’ve flexible to accommodate passengers if already waiting at the pickup by taking request by APP or option to override by the operator if there is seat available on the same destination. I can see the route and directions of the moving bus which is taking passengers to my destination but not allowed to enter and wait the bus go to my near my house which less than 50 meters but it’s coming after dropping others . Also time is keep extending without accommodating waiting passer ds on the same destination. Need lots of improvement to service effectively with available bus. Currently running more frequent but less efficient.

Buggy - please update. Tracking the bus’ movement on the map and the estimated time of arrival/txt message notifications are not in sync. They don’t arrive at the time it says it will. Also my pick up point from home randomly changed from my usual stop. Bus was waiting for me further down and we wasted 5-10min. Overall Flexiride has been very helpful and convenient. But it can definitely do better with some tweaks to the app.

Always coming late. Booking bus at 7.45 comes at 8.10 . Is there any proper management or not ! There is no traffic in this area at all still busses coming 30-40 mins late. This is seriously ridiculous people have to go for work In morning.

Very poor service. I tried ordering my ride via app from Tarneit Railway Station to my home around 1:30pm today. I was already at Bay 9 and the FlexiRide Bus Driver was there, too but he wouldn’t let me ride because I didn’t show up on his record. I had been trying hard to book via app but the kept saying “limited access” or “no ride availble”. Then the driver said he had to go. I ended up ordering an uber instead. So, my first experience with the FlexiRide was annoying. I don’t know if this is the best option that the council/ptv could come up with. I reckon, a normal bus could service our area.

-. I was supposed to get picked up at 7:42 am then received a message at 7:30 am that I will be picked up at 7:52 am. There was no Flexi ride bus in sight till 8 am and when it arrived there was no apology from the driver for being late. It is just ridiculous. I missed two trains because of this service. I was expecting more… may be I was wrong. You need to give the customers exact time of arrival rather than keeping them in loop. There is a reason why we book the service in advance so that we reach the destination on time. Please work on the service that you provide or don’t give high hopes of flexible travel on your website it is misleading. If I could I would have given a 0 rating but it doesn’t let me. I would highly recommend you do not book this service if you have to reach some place on time.

FlexiRide. This bus service is very very good I have a 5 starts because it gets me where I need to be. It helps me get to a bus station for my bus to school.

Good App but Tracking Errors. The app is good from commuting to school but sometimes the bus does not receive tracking on some occasions.

Not coming on perfect time. Its not coming on the particular time at that show on his app always got late by 15-20 mins from Tarneit Station. Very bad experience

Always late. What’s a point of booking the service in advance when it’s always late …

Never able to find a ride. System always says couldn’t find a ride and never give a reason, yet my house is within the service zone and in front of a school.

Great app. Intuitive and easy to use

Great service. Honestly much needed transportation in area, quick and efficient, always on time!

Bad. Very slow to get to the stop, over 15 minutes late, could’ve walked home with 1000kg faster than this service.

Service is great. App is terrible Can’t see which rides I’ve booked. Even after following troubleshooting guidelines and deleting and reinstalling the app. Service is great though!!!

Excellent Features. So far app is working good without any bugs. SMS feature to inform passenger about bus arrival is excellent.

Waiting!!!. I don’t think waiting at FTGully station for 45 min in the afternoon is what u would call “ on demand” bus travel I was very disappointed !

Unpunctual timing. One of the worse ride, never pick and drop on time, even cancel the ride at the end and long time waiting and late most of the time on job and missed train. Unpunctual timing and irresponsible, look like only look after themselves not customers.

App. Is a little miss managed could be much more interesting and fun to use

Late most of the time!. Bus is never on time (the Rowville one) and they always push back my pick up time. I have places to be and could have arranged other transport but I regret my decisions whenever I choose to be picked up by this bus. I always learn to put my pick up time for 10 minutes earlier. Update: Still horribly late all the time. Additionally when the app says I’ll be at my destination in a few minutes, the driver detours another 15 minutes… If there was a detour I wouldn’t have booked the bus - flexiride should’ve let me know about it first. Very unreliable…

Map not working. I was trying to to search my address to order a FlexiRide and the app just left me in the loading screen. This means I will have to call everyday to order a ride and this is a massive inconvenience. (Yes I have tried deleting and re-downloading) Only good thing is you can see when a regular bus is arriving.

FlexiRide. Just so convenient! Came quickly and to my door with my toddler in tow!

Excellent Service. Convenient, on time and friendly

Poor service. It has taken PTV 7 years to start pubic transport in new development area in Truganina and it has taken me 1.5 hours from booking a ride to getting to the Tarneit station which is 3 Km from my home. One you will not find a ride and if you do the eta for pick up keeps updating. One is blocked thinking it’s arriving but it takes ages. Really really poor service and punctuality.

Ride is not frequent. It is hard to book online. Not many rides during normal hours. Garrang Wilam school should be included in the map.

Unreliable. Booked a night before for a scheduled pick up and receiving a message on the day saying you’ll be picked up in 35mins. Ridiculous! Have I known, I could have planned my journey or took an alternative elsewhere. I ended up missing the first train. Will not use/book again!

App never works. Need to fix the fact that you can’t load the “my rides” section of the app after a while it never works can’t load my ride to see who I have. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading again didn’t work. Got a new number that worked for abit then stop working also. Major problem when you use this app for 20 bookings a day when you have to do 2 school drop offs for two different schools. Also think schools should be a hub so we don’t have to book so many rides from and address to a hub.
