Can’t face scan. It makes sense that this game is free with my game pass not only is it design horribly clearly by some of those never played baseball. It also does not let you scan your face as it advertises zero out of five stars. I feel like you owe me stars you guys should pay me for even playing this

Bugs. You have a ton of bugs, you can view you live collection from the app now. You can edit your rosters from the app now.

Why the bugs. Yesterday I downloaded the app and logged in. When I tried using the face scan it said it’s not available at this time. Today I open the app and makes me login again. And again I see the same thing of can’t use face scan at this time. I try reporting a bug but button does nothing (same with community forums, support, submit feedback, and more).

Gamepad. We enjoy using MLB24 app on the BACKBONE platform and we would like to share the experience of a reality character while enjoying the experience of the new game

Did this for nothing.. I got this just for face scan and it is always closed and the game is horrible I try my best to play cause in every video the ball goes right in the middle so I always power swing in the middle and it goes into a ball and I’m so mad I want to uninstall it all and I already broke multiple controllers throwing it at the wall cause of striking out I absolutely HATE THIS

App doesn’t work. This app is horrible! Since I’ve downloaded the app, it makes me resign in often. Now , it won’t let me sign in at all! It says there is an Error. It tells me to sign out, it tells me to clear me cache, I do all that and still can’t sign in… this is my first year really playing Diamond Dynasty mode… this app is essential to the success of your Diamond Dynasty team… hope they fix it .. or this is a one and done for me… game is super fun… but need the app to be competitive

Solid. To all those saying worst game ever it’s not a game lol. It’s an optional app for a console game. I think it’s solid my only issue is signing in every day is pretty annoying.

Good but…. I logged in well, my friend did on my phone! He logged in on his account and I don’t know how to change accounts

Simply doesn’t work. Downloaded just for face scan but it demands a complex multi-account login process that I spent 20 minutes going through. But still just doesn’t work. Same useless log in loop over and over. Logins of course are mostly about selling your data and getting you to buy stuff. The fun of this game has been quickly sucked out by a shoddy process of them trying to get all our data. I’d even be willing to give my data if it was easy. But somehow it’s hard. Forget it. Was there no QC on this login process?

Swing and a miss. Downloaded app, setup account, logged in, not even good enough to link account for face scan. App is obsolete and fails to function at any level. I feel like returning the game knowing it’s associated with this scummy trash of an app. Not good enough and I’ve no faith in anything associated to get better, get better, now I have to look down on you. Swing and a big fat miss.

Fix collections. Whatever update that was just completed, now we can’t access any collection. Just getting the spinning wheel of death for every collection.

Face Scan. I only downloaded it for the face scan feature which seems to just not work. It says that it’s ready to be used and to just select the face scan option in game but the game says to download the app to get it so it seems like it is stuck in a limbo. Very disappointing.

Now broken on iOS. Was a great app now completely unusable as it produces an error everytime I try to sign in with my Xbox account. It’s a shame as the app was really convenient. Hope it’s fixed soon

Problems with the game. Ok, I don't know if you guys are the developers or not but, I tried to play against Babe Ruth (on the groundbreakers) and it only showed Hank Aaron and Jackie Robinson. But in the home run derby, I can play against him. If you guys are the developers, please fix this.

Log in error. I can’t log in anymore says I need to choose my gamer tag on Xbox or something and it just started happening yesterday idk what happen

This is getting out of hand. It’s hard to make an app for a game that is already horrible. MLB the show has just been getting worse and worse, and an app isn’t going to make it any better. Every aspect of the game needs fixing. Everything is glitchy and you have dedicate your life to actually have fun on this game.

No MAC SUpport. It's a great app for Iphone no doubt, but I don't usually use a phone during the day, so I would really love for it to be able to work with mac. I know the previous mlb the show 23 one worked with mac, so I'm just a little confused why it's just greying right now, instead of showing me the goods.

Can’t log in. Updated app last night for launch and have not been able to got in, I am able to login in game but not in the app

This snicks. So the other day I wanted to play road to the show with a face scan and for about a week or to it hasn’t been working at all. That was really the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place so I am really frustrated about it.

Nice app. I really love the game and the app could use some work and face scan will not work when I try it so you improve that in the game but it’s pretty cool

Can’t Log into Xbox account. I have an account through Xbox and I’ve been using the app just fine since the game came out. However, since the update, it logged me out and I cannot log back in. Just keeps popping up with “an error occurred while trying to login”, “sorry there was an issue with the login process.” I even went as far as changing my password for my account and offloading/reinstalling/powering down etc.. from what I saw, a lot of people are experiencing the same issue.

Face app works just fine!. I was skeptical at first given the reviews, but as long as you download the plug-in through the app, the face import tool works just fine!

Can’t log in. Using Xbox login opens an in-app browser to authenticate the Microsoft Xbox account email address show. The Microsoft login email shown, however, isn’t the one associated with my Xbox account and there’s no way to change it or type in the correct email address. So, I can’t use the companion app. Pretty dumb.

Face scan. Face scan never worked in the show 23, and now I just spent 70 dollars on a brand new game and it still doesn’t work. It was one of things i was excited about to have in a game like this, but it’s always too good to be true to actually work.

Customize Jerseys. App works fine for me, only additional request to make it 5 stars is add a customizer feature. I feel this would make customizing jerseys, stadiums, etc. much easier and therefore causing more people to actually do it.

Please fix game to receive face scan. Would rate higher but the app is not uploading face scan to the game. Most likely may be a game issue that needs a fix or update. I have the game for Xbox series s

App. Over all good app but why does face scan not work.

Check swings. I wish that endgame there was an option for the arms to make check swing appeals perfect to see no more of those not swinging by a mile strikes

MLB the show mobile. I don’t Have a PlayStation or Xbox so if you made a mobile version it would be easier.

Would be cool if functional. The login process is broken. I logged in successfully, only to be kicked out the next day. Every time I log in, I am logged back out when I reopen the app. That in itself is not going to work for most people. Then, my Microsoft account repeatedly rejected my CORRECT password, which I had successfully used the day prior. This password lets me through on other platforms so I know it is correct. Fix the login process and stop kicking users out of the app, and then it might be worth it.

Terrible support for XBox users. SDS is a great developer, but let’s be real: they’ve made a lousy app here. Signing in is one of the easiest things imaginable, but this app manages to make it difficult if not impossible.

Let me use app. App is annoying to navigate and I’m now not able to access the app and won’t let me sign in. Also having to sign in every single time I want to check the app isn’t the best. Please fix the app so I can sign in and so that you don’t have to sign in every time.

It is really hard to get into the scan. I get why you have to go throw all of this stuff, why do you have to read a huge paragraph and then you have to sign in to all of this account stuff for PlayStation.

Can’t log in on Xbox. This just started a week or so ago…before that it worked as it should. From what I hear only Xbox players are having this issue.

Latest review went now can’t access any collections. Just spins and spins!!. Love this app when it works but unfortunately that is hardly ever. Since latest update every time I try to go to any collection it just spins and never loads.

Face scan. The face scan just doesn’t work, I’ve wasted 30 minutes of my time taking constant pictures just for it to say that it failed

Waste of time. This is easily the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of being asked to use. It has zero features and sends you in an infinite loops. Horrible design. Really everyone involved in this should reconsider their life choices.

Login. Cannot login under my correct email because it’s automatically saved and cannot be changed

Small mistake by me, can’t fix. I have multiple Microsoft accounts and accidentally selected the wrong one. There is not an option to sign out of that Microsoft account. I want to go back and choose the one actually associated with my Xbox. When I select my game (24) and console (Xbox) it still prompts me every time if I want to use Microsoft online to sign in. Cool. But it’s still logged in to the wrong account and I can’t change in on this apps browser. Not sure how to fix but it makes the app unusable.

Sign in issue. Auto signs me into my gmail which is not my gamertag. Then when I sign in the other way it doesn’t utilize the app but shows me signed in. Make it where you can sign in either by your gamertag or psn and then use the app.

Broken. The app doesn’t work it took me 20 minutes to log in just for it to say fetching data for an hour it is still saying fetching data

Unable to login anymore. Xbox user here, app has always been buggy but starting a couple weeks ago I’m no longer able to even sign in I just get an error. Console and website work fine

Only downloaded for face scan. Only downloaded for the face scan, which made my character look like a burn victim. Than the app just sends push notifications about people getting cards, probably trying to get me to buy packs. Annoying app for a subpar game that needs to be completely redeveloped in a new engine.

Horrible. I only wanted to do this for the face scan and I tried for a long time and it kept asking me dumb questions and having me do things over and over again! This was not a good purchase even though it’s free. DO NOT BUY this app for one simple reason… it’s a waste of time and you will regret it

Fix it. I can no longer adjust lineups via the app. This has never been an issue up until the change to season 2. It would be really nice to be able to adjust my lineups when I’m away from my console so I can jump right back into the game instead of spending time moving things around.

Sign in error. I can’t even sign into the app. I’ve tried everything including up to date app, clearing browser cashes, data, tabs. Changed my Xbox gamertag, to reinstalling the app, etc. It deserves a 1 star until fixed.

Awful I’ve been waiting forever for face scan and I can’t even use it. I downloaded the app and I go over to the section where Face scan is and it says that Face scan is closed and when I click on it it says that Face scan is unavailable at this time, i’m very angry and you better fix this ASAP

Insanely slow. It just doesn’t work

Should be called the “fetching data” app. Slow. Can’t do anything useful. It’s so slow it’s easier to do what you need to do in the slow loading game itself. Takes around 1 minute just to post a single transaction on the market. Absolutely insane

33%. I download this app for one reason only. The face scan. I’ve been trying all day to upload my picture and it hasn’t gone past 33%. Doesn’t matter if I reinstall, restart, or redownload the extension, I am always stuck at 33%. How has this been a thing for 3 years, honestly disgusting that such a major flaw just goes unfixed for years.

Better than reviews give it. A lot of the reviews come down hard on some minor glitches within the app, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences sending bug fixes into the staff who work on the app. In terms of a supplement to the MLB The Show game, there’s nothing better out there that allows you to navigate your own cards, collections, and most importantly, the community market. It’s allows me to flip cards for years turning a profit, thus making the game as a whole significantly more enjoyable as a whole.

Updates Killing App. How hard is it to not release updates that instantly undo whatever progress you had made on speeding the app up again after older updates slowed it to a twilight years Pujols pace? Love the game but instead of just building on all the old systems perhaps make a new independent one each year to avoid the countless errors and glitches both in game and in app this year?

Slow. Why is this app so slow? I can’t even scan my face because the additional add on won’t even download.

Really enjoy it. Maybe they fixed some of it after the bad reviews but I’ve had no issues signing in. I use it a lot for DD as I find it better than the in game back and forth between collections/inventory/marketplace. Even keeping track of your offers when not in front of the console is great. You have access to all of your inventory wherever you are

Add back collections. It seems like the newest update has removed the collections where you can see your previous pack history and dups as well in your collection but overall love the app to sell my dups

Definitely needs work. It’s definitely easier to do stuff with the market but the app is super slow glitchy there’s a glitch if you place a ton of orders the app will glitch out and keeps saying fetching data it’s annoying you have to wait a few minutes and restart the app, it’s also very annoying that they won’t let you do collections and exchanges on the app personally I’d still recommend getting the app if you’re someone who trying to get stubs but if not there’s really no purpose and the app is super glitchy at the same time. Oh yes please stop logging me out and just keep me logged into the app I get it’s easy to get back in its kinda just like why is it logging me out anyways. It would help the app get downloads if they added a feature on the app that isn’t available on console, also it would be cool if they added a market notification bell maybe add a little trivia section where you get quizzed on baseball facts to earn small amounts of stubs kinda like 2ktv it would be a fun thing to add I know it’s a far fetched idea but it would be cool if they made it to where instead of having to put buy orders separately they allowed you to just put a specific number of how many you want the last thing I have to add is please clean up the look of the app a little it looks significantly more dull than the game and it honestly is kinda a eye sore imo I also
