Very nice!!. This app is so convenient :)

?. Please incorporate some kind of app update that keeps the app from logging me out every other time that I open it.

Needs some improvement. I like the old version a little bit better. I don’t mind seeing my total clocked hours for the week, but I would like to be able to see my total hours scheduled for the week at the bottom like I used to be able to. Also, when it shows my next shift, it will show for the next day instead of for the day that it is unless I click to view the whole schedule.

Schedule Not Working. I am not able to see next week’s schedule. The arrow you need to click on is covered up by a checkmark and the word Today under it. I cannot proceed to the following week’s schedule. Would be 5 stars if it was working properly.

Some bugs. Please fix bugs regarding the my schedule portion of the app most days it’s fine but sometimes it won’t even allow me to view the schedule

Laggy app. Takes forever to load up the schedule sometimes. Needs more improvement

Can’t log in. App always read only logs me out. Then when I go to log in it says I'm blocked from app. I'm not. This is such a good tool. Just such a bummer it doesn't work well

surprisingly useful. I didn’t have high expectations for this app given that most company apps are clunky and poorly put together, but this app is extremely convenient. i would like to have an option to request time off through the app, and have it appear in WFM for SMs to approve/deny. also having the site schedule go in order would be nice.

Time off. I haven’t been able to view my time off Accruals for weeks. Even tho I know I have them.

annoying. the only thing that’s annoying bout this app is their always an error everytime i wanna check my schedule and things don’t load properly .. it’s good for requesting time off and stuff but ever since i dropped down from my job it’s now giving me the worst errors everytime im on the app

Frustrating. It would be a good app, if you could actually see your schedule more than half the time. And yes I check for app updates, exit out of the app and log back in etc. You still can’t see the schedule.

Fix it. I have to re login every single time it keeps logging me out saying session expired every single day

Fix app. How am I supposed to request time off ever since this update I can’t request any time off from app that the company wants us to use please fix it

The WORST app. Everytime I have to login because it logs me out saying my session expired. It’s an inconvenience I have to type in my password everytime I need to check my schedule.

App crashes past homepage. Anytime I attempt to load a section that isn’t the home page, the app immediately crashes.

I don’t like the new update!. Please go back to original form.

Keep it real. This app is downright atrocious and never works when you want to check your schedule or time off. The app is always down for maintenance or will load everything else but your schedule.

Some possible improvements:. Please make it so “pending” and “denied” time off requests are actual visible. I can never see anything under either tab, so I get nervous they actually went through or have been approved and end up having to communicate with my managers in person/through the old paper slips anyway. Also, if we had the option to request just certain hours (like half a day, open or close) off would be awesome. I can always have my managers do it for me, but being able to request just a morning or close off would be so useful rather than an entire day when it’s not necessary. Also the app logs me out constantly some weeks. Not sure if that’s a bug or what. Being able to switch shifts with someone else in the app would also be great.

Needs improvement. It’s 2024, we need to be able to request not only vacation paid time off, but SICK paid time as well. I don’t know why we still have to use the antiquated papers to request sick time off. Other companies let their employees do that.

Schedule. My schedule does not work

Doesn’t work.. Ever since the update, I get a “loading “sign, but cannot pull up my schedule, or the site schedule. The only thing that works is the home page which currently is advertising that there’s a handy update. I have signed out, deleted the app, and reinstalled it…it still doesn’t work.

No schedule. I’m having a hard time seeing at schedules
