TERRIBLE. This app is awful. First off, it automatically charged me for a yearly subscription, it didn’t offer a free trial period. Secondly, it tracked my package in the wrong location and does very poor location tracking for the other packages I ordered. You’re better off using the original track links on the FedEx, DHL, etc. websites bc this app does nothing useful.

Puma. It lets you know when all your packages is coming and they notify you when it will be here and what ever is going on instantly such a reliable app I use it to check all my deliveries no matter if it’s ups, usps all the shipping companies great thing about its all in 1 application.

Have to pay to track. You have to pay a fee just to track! That should be free. I’m not paying $20 just to track my package

Scam. The app seems fine at first, you put in your tracking number but then the problem arises. It will not let you move on until you cough up $15 a month! Like the app won’t let you skip over this and you have to pay! Don’t use sorry.

You have to pay. This app makes it seem like it is free to track a package, but when you type in your tracking number, it won't let you continue unless you pay. Why in the world would I pay to track a package when I can do it for free. So misleading Not to mention they have bots who have padded their review section to make it look like this app is good, but when you read the reviews, it is obvious they are fake.

No clipboard support. Weirdly, I tried to copy a tracking number from safari into this app, but it would not let me paste the tracking number. Another tracking app literally saw the tracking number before I tried to paste it and offered to track it for me. Since I didn’t want to type out a 20 digit tracking number manually, I didn’t get any farther in trying this out.

FAKE! Not free. There is no way to use app for free or trial. I don’t think it can track anything. It just ask for $15 for nothing.

Prevents using the app unless you pay. I was able to add a tracking number, but it immediately took me to a subscription paywall and I was not able to navigate anywhere else. I wasn’t even able to see if the tracking number was successful.

It doesn’t work. First it will throw errors and then if it does work, you will have to pay $15 a month to track your packages… that are free to track on the postal website anyways. Rip off

Good. I used the app to track all shipment, sometime have delay to update the status of shipment .

Lame. Doesn’t offer a trial to see how well it works. Asks for payment up front.

will not track unless you buy a membership. I tried to track a package, but after inputting the carrier and tracking number, it wanted me to buy the premium version. When I declined, it took me back to the start. Will NOT recommend.

Worthless. Doesn’t let you paste. Seriously? I have to type in 16 digits? Enable paste! Then I can’t even track a single package without purchasing a subscription? Worthless.

Takes your money. This is a horrible app. The visual shopping updates are horrible. Go with some other one, $15 a year and I can’t even cancel.

Feels kind of scammy. First off, there’s some bug that prevents you pasting in a package ID. But once you get past that, you’re taken to a page where you have to opt in to an expensive subscription or you’re going no further. It literally will do nothing until you pay up.
