Thanks to Beem, I’ve been able to not only borrow money but also work on my spending and saving habits. Beem has helped me catch up on late bills and other emergencies that I just didn’t have the funds for. Not having the funds while being a full time college student was just too stressful which is why I’m so happy I found Beem. With Beem you are given a variety of different options and unlike most apps the subscription is optional upon registering for an account. Great App!. This app is fantastic it has a lot of incentives and some great offers. They have a lot of rewards that you can use all you have to do is link your debit card and you get instant cash back you can also utilize there credit protection, keeping an eye on your credit score and also you can refer a friend and earn, and save money, all at the same time. This is THE financial app you want to use!. I’ve used BEEM off and on for several years. I used them back before they were called beem as a matter of fact (I think the old name was line). Anyway they only continue to get better and offer great options. I usually need financial help so that what attracted me in the first place. But even if you don’t need help (borrowing money), they offer budgeting assistance and tools, financial aid if you experience a job loss, and a wide variety of other helpful information and tools to pretty much cover something for everyone. It’s one of the only apps that allows you to potentially get certain fees waived if you should incur them. They will hear you out anyway. No other app does that as far as I know. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate when someone else leaves a good review (or bad) when I’m looking for whatever apps I’m looking for and I hope this helps someone else make their decision easier. Thankful. This app has been so helpful, when I have used it, as a single mother I feel like this app has supported me in ways and times I have truly needed the help! I have used the withdrawal feature to help pay for gas, groceries and even a couple bills. Especially during this holiday season! I love that it also watches my credit score to let me know if it’s changed any at all! This app is just a blessing!! I was recently a victim of identity theft my direct deposit was hacked into and I was unable to get paid to my linked account this month with direct deposit. They were very understanding and sent me a link to pay my monthly subscription which is only $1.97. Line only takes back the money you have borrowed when your account is positive and they can do so. They might take a borrowed amount out of your account fast within a three day period but you can get another line if you need it. The whole point is to get as many advances so the advance amount becomes larger over time. It’s a really cool program and if your having any trouble I recommend using their support chat to talk with an support agent or call their phone support if you feel the matter needs a personal touch. Scamming Me!!!. DO NOT trust this app. They have taken money from my bank account without permission and that was not owed. I had an account which I created using a previous company phone and email address. I stopped working with that employer and I lost access to both the email and phone number, therefore I could no longer access the account. It was not used for over 8 months and chat support WILL NOT manually delete the account and keep telling me I need to login to deactivate it and that is the only way. In the mean time they are using my bank information and taking money from my account in different increments. I have made 8 attempts over the past 3 months to request a deletion and have had no success. I requested a call and no one will call me. The past three days I have had a support chat running. Throughout this 3 days several different chat support members come in and out of the chat and as me over and over “what’s the problem.” It’s like starting over every time. I have bank records and notifications from the bank informing me the app keeps trying to process transactions from my account and my bank had to block them. This is fraudulent

Horrible customer service and an app that doesn’t work. I’ve had a lot of problems with this app. Yesterday, I talked to someone and all they said was “wait 24 hrs”. I did and now I have a different problem. My current one is that it will only let me add bank accounts. Once I log in, it takes me to Plaid to connect a bank account; since I’ve already connected all my bank accounts, I try to exit that but it just takes me back to the main Plaid page no matter how many times I try to exit out. My app is up to date as is my phone. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it and restarting my phone and nothing has helped. The only thing I can do right now is add a new bank account with Plaid. I tried adding an account I don’t really use to see if adding an account would solve the issue but then the app said it was taking too long and the only option it gave me was to sign out. So I signed out but it was just doing the same thing when I logged back in: taking me to the Plaid homepage no matter how many times I tried to exit out. I can’t even get to in-app support. If the people from the app read this, help please!

Wait, wait and more wait.. After I signed up in February submitting all my required information and proof of income. I’m told I have to wait until my second direct deposit hits to meet the required income amount. So it hits and I’m at the required amount, then I’m told my account still needs to be reviewed. Just yesterday, after now 4 payrolls I get that I’m qualified for a whopping $40. When I try to collect it I have to add my debit card to the “primary card”. I reach out to try and change the account (I have two linked) because that is the correct account and my card is linked. I knew the issue long before. I reached out all day about this and lady told me I needed to delete one of accounts to make the other one my primary. Oh but when I do that it will change my qualifications and I might need to start over. I literally took the time to do all these useless steps for them to put me back at square one, and no response from anyone since then. You guys are really useless with all the waiting around. The point is to be fast because it’s money that is needed. I was told by a staff member that they are smaller company and are not funded like other apps. This is why it takes so long, so if one qualifies and you choose not to assist after then seems like you’re picking and choosing who you will assist. Pretty sure that’s not legal. Oh yeah the app kept freezing and k was told I’m using an older version but when I came so update it was the most recent version.

Saved the day!. The gas gauge in my truck does not work and neither does my odometer. I was driving along the interstate, it was relatively late, about 10 PM central standard time, when we ran out of gas about 25 mins away from home. I was going to get laid or fall in love. A few years ago I had a crush on a beautiful girl named Faith who lived four hours away. Beem me out of here Scotty and with the twenty bucks deposited in a few minutes and five bucks from my sister I made it home with another story to tell when people ask why I don’t have kids.

Don't waste your time, they don't know how to run their business. I had Line and now I have "Beem" and have never ever qualified for an advance. They put so many people on waitlists for a year or more just to waste their time. I made over $4k last month as your app states and I don't qualify for anything? Come on now. And I'm not the only one. This is borderline a scam app. They'll want you to pay a subscription fee just to see if you qualify for an advance and like someone else said, that doesn't even guarantee it. The app comes off unprofessional as there are constant "errors" when clicking links and throughout the app, they mention their old brand "Line." Can't even update the app's content thoroughly. I got about 6 alerts back to back that my account will have a likely overdraft and to click the notification to get a cash advance, only to be brought to a "404 error page not found." You guys don't know what you're doing or how to run an app or how to even solve the problems for your customers as you advertise. Stay away and don't give them money just to probably not even get a cash advance or any benefits. Try Dave or Klover or something else. This is a pointless app and they clearly not care about helping their customers. And it's very rude to use the fake scheme of a "waitlist" for over a year for so many people just to get people to download your app and get no help. Horrible.

Low initial amount. The app is good if you’re in a pinch and used responsibly. Starting line is $40 and takes forever to get it increased. It would be more helpful to cut down on the needed time because $40 really doesn’t get you much nowadays. This is especially true when you consider we have to actually pay 10% for the line to arrive instant $4. If line is raised it would make it better knowing that fact. I’ve personally encountered an issue I hope will get resolved, and that’s regarding the fact that when the subscription comes due while you have a line borrowed it gets added to your total borrowed amount, and you don’t have the option to pay the subscription separate and the line immediately becomes due along with the subscription. I was at a negative balance but wanted to pay the subscription and couldn’t, resulting in a $5 late fee added, and I suddenly had to pay like $12 extra with my line (sub-late fee-instant deposit fee), that’s a lot considering the line is only $40. Besides that, a $5 fee for being late to pay like $2.49 is kinda crazy. That’s over 200% of a penalty. Being late cost me my line increase opportunity so I got restarted. There’s a couple bugs regarding the whole line not being taken, and recieving deposits that the app somehow doesn’t recognize which is annoying.

I say get this app now and start getting rid of that stress.

This app has pulled me out of so many binds!. I appreciate this app because there are moments where my account will be drained dry by all of the expenses piling up. One of the biggest expenses we had involved the fact that my mom was dying and I had to spend money to get her to and from dialysis, had to purchase food, had to keep our utilities paid, and anything else that might pop up. There was a time where I planned to budget in a new pair of shoes for my daughter (she’s 5 and growing like a weed) only to look at my bank account and see that there was nothing there. But thanks to line, I was able to withdraw about $40 and order some new shoes for my kid! There was another time where my husband wanted to come home and just relax after a long night of working and he had forgotten to grab food on the way home. We had already used money to pay for gas to fill up the car, and the only thing he thought to pick up was cleaning supplies and sponge bath supplies for my mom. We weren’t at a point of an overdraft, but we only had $15 left in our account and wanted food. Once again, line had saved the day because I was able to withdraw enough to order some food for us and nobody had to go back out! This app really truly just makes sense when you’re in a bind.

Line app. Every other week this app is my hero. Like most people I often struggle to pay all of my bills on time or go grocery shopping. Great app. Line has been a great help financially when it’s needed they can spot you $50 with no interest or credit check and they will automatically withdraw what is owed once you have the funds available it’s super simple. The verification process used Plaid which works seamlessly in this case. I liked that the app allowed me to add more than one bank account as I have my direct deposit of my paycheck split between accounts. My starting limit was $50 until my account is verified and will then increase to $100. I asked CS about how often credit line increases are considered and was helped by Thasneem who explained that they are considered after a few months and, for my plan costing 9.97 per month, can go up to $1000. Comparing this to Grain which costs 9 per month whenever I withdraw $990, the price starts out high but is competitive once the $1000 limit is hit. Couldn’t even past the signup. I just downloaded this today, was excited because I have been using Afterpay, Klarna, and Sezzle for a while, no issues but wanted variety since Line offered stores I needed to shop from for Christmas for my daughters. I have my account information and login information for my bank and the Plaid login said it wasn’t the right credentials, over and over again. I called my bank to verify and they said i was right. I don’t understand why they made this so difficult. With the other apps all you have to do is sign up your debit card and your done. They have had no problem taking out my installment payments from my bank linked debit card. Y’all need to rethink your signup process, not user friendly, and just stick to debit or credit cards not trying to link a bank account too. What an unnecessary headache!! I quickly went to their website to deactivate my application and will be deleting the app itself momentarily. Good ideas on the app process with the goals, rewards and stores offered. You guys need to learn transparency.. I was eager to try Beem because things have been tight lately. So when I received an email saying that I had unlocked 10 dollars, I was super happy to try out Everdraft. All I had to do was subscribe…. And once I HAD subscribed to the plus plan, I then received multiple emails stating that I now had access on my Everdraft to $20-$1000! So that was even more exciting because I need all the help I can get atm…. But ofcourse, it wasn’t that simple, and to be honest it wasn’t ANY of the things I was told in the multiple emails I received…. It was all literal lies because I have only been able to withdraw 5 bucks. Meaning I literally paid MORE for my subscription then I have even been able to use from their service! And I have now spoke with 4 separate auto Ed service agents who continue to tell me the same thing and NO ONE has helped me with figuring out why I can’t get the entire $20 or even the $10 I was told I would have access to. I would skip this app.. I’ve been using this app for two months now. I start by saying I make over $4200 a month after taxes and medical is pulled out of my check. I’m only approved for $25 a month that being said it only gives me a week to pay it back when I only get paid once a month on the 1st. I’ve added my debit card multiple times and when I log back in it will not show up. I verified my debit card and it will disappear on the app and I’ll have to add it back and then wait for my bank statement to verify the $0.65 and $0.55 I’ve had to do this 11 times now. This app needs a lot of work. Customer service could be more of a help. I’ve caught attitude by one of the customer service ladies on the app more than once. I’ve tried upgrading the monthly subscription so I can get more cash and it won’t let me. I think they need to do a better job at linking your checking account and your income. Please don’t think you’ll get the $100-$1000 the most I’ve seen anyone get is $40 after google reviews. After I pay the $25 back I’m canceling my account. If you want a app that actually gives you money more than $100 I would go with Bright, Earnin, Albert, Vola, Grid, MoneyLion.

Nice app. Line has been exceptional when it comes to customer support. I was recently a victim of identity theft my direct deposit was hacked into and I was unable to get paid to my linked account this month with direct deposit. They were very understanding and sent me a link to pay my monthly subscription which is only $1.97. Line only takes back the money you have borrowed when your account is positive and they can do so. They might take a borrowed amount out of your account fast within a three day period but you can get another line if you need it. The whole point is to get as many advances so the advance amount becomes larger over time. A few days later there was no change so I tried the support chat again. This time, I asked for a refund and Priyanka replied that I was put in a waitlist. They have temporarily suspended onboarding. Yet they take my money? Sounds like I was onboarded and put on a waitlist. There is no mention of any waitlist in the Apple Store ad, nor during signing up. I am not going to pay for nothing month after month. I continued to ask for a refund and got no more replies at all. That is why I am leaving this negative review. Pretty great. I recently downloaded this app and so far it’s been pretty simple and great. I’m excited to start building my credit and get back on track with my money. This app has already helped me realize my awful spending habits and pinpointed everything for me. I’ve been able to save money so much better now and being a single mom that’s really important. It’s also seems to be best way to do so. You can see your credit score, create and see budget plans based off your bank account transactions which is pretty convenient and easy. This app is pretty responsive and easy to navigate. I also like the colors and little animations they use that catch your eye. I also like that they break down all your spending, any loans or reoccurring bills without you having to do much other than connect to plaid .

At a very much needed time just for it to say I’m not qualified for what I make out of it that even though I make enough money 2 months ago I was out of work an that makes me unqualified. They very precisely tell me where my money is going, how smart or not so smart some of my purchases were, and how to fix anything they feel or I feel needs some attention! They have always been there with a little cash if I’m low on funds, it’s all so quick and easy my toddler could do it! There have been a couple of times where I could not make the repayment on time. And I contacted support and they were right on it and gave me a couple week extension on my repayment! That just goes to show you how the company is ran. And it’s always so nice when you can talk to some friendly support agents… I haven’t ran across a rude one yet:) thanks LINE! And I cannot wait to see what the future holds! Sketchy. I signed up on June 16 and was given $20 line. First time user. Ok cool. I accepted the line. Everything went smoothly. Two weeks later I want to use another line. Just testing the waters out. Again, I only get $20 this time too. I try to go through the process like I did the first time. I kept receiving an “oops” your card isn’t verified type messages. Customer service is trash, literal garbage. So I tried and tried. After a while I just cut my losses and unsubscribed and deactivated the account. I hate that I could unlink my card information because they still have that stored so I have to get a new bank card and account number so they don’t try to ruin me later by committing fraud. I uninstalled their app. Pitiful format and developer. I got nothing accomplished talking to customer service online. And my card been verified and everything went smooth at first. They’re very sketchy

Thief. I signed up and it said that my account was created and to check my email for updated information. It’s been two business days and nothing in my junk folder or regular email. Seems like they just really just wanted my personal information and access to my bank accounts. Feels a little illegal for them to be doing this to so many people. *REPLY TO DEVELOPER* Funny how you have all of these scenarios of what it could be. But your team can’t reach out to let you know what they’re actually doing with all of the information we just gave them. Instead it looks like you all just took my information and that was that. Based off the first experience, I definitely will not be wasting my time to reach out to whatever A.I. bot yall use or jump through all of these hoops just to get someone on the line. Yall stole all of my information. Including social and banking information. If yall don’t store information then where is all of the information I sent yall sitting at? Exactly. Yall are thieves and robbing people of their personal information and who knows what else.

A fair review. This app has its perks, but can be costly depending on how long you’re a customer. With a $10 a month subscription you can unlock up to a $1000 advance. The catch being the advance increases within a couple months of ontime subscription payments. A major perk would be no due date for repayment and repayment is made after money is deposited to your account. I have had no issues thus far and the app has saved me from poor decisions many times. If you do not wish to open a credit card or can’t this is a good option. If there was one improvement to be made I would have to say user interface. The layout seems a tad off. Furthermore, adding a point system or easier way to reach customer service could be beneficial. All in all it is a great app and I have been a solid customer for a few months now. I only knock one star off for affordability when in comparison with other apps.

App review. At first I had my doubts on the legitimacy of an app that made all the promises that an app like Line made. It seemed as if it was an app that claimed to do all types of different things. If you need an app that is going to act as that back up for the occasional extra forty dollars when you forget your wallet or want extra money for entertainment then I recommend you try Line. I have had it for about two to three months now and the subscription fee is cheap as well as the fee to get cash instantly. Beem app 1,000 times improved over the old line app.. Wow this app has improved so much since being taken over by Beem I love it. Intuitive and Reliable. This is a very easy to use app, and it has saved me in many a pinch. I love that there is no due date and it is taken from my account once I’m able to put money in it. I even had to change banks and the process to do that was very simple and my advance was approved in no time after verification. What I’m looking for is a reliable, easy-to-use service with predictable, reasonable fees that pay out quickly and Line hits all those marks. Legit. Line is truly a lifesaver. I had my identity stolen, damaged, and am still unable to get approved for a traditional line of credit or loan. Line was quick and easy to sign up for and the money comes fast! Well worth the subscription fee. My only complaint could be my own error, but the only reason I gave 4 stars rather than $5. I keep getting emails and notifications that Line has no due date and they will collect money as it show up in your linked account. My issue is that in order to keep better track of my funds, I make frequent transfers from my savings to spend so I know where it goes. Every time I make a transfer they try to collect and then I get notified it didn’t go through. I wouldn’t care if it tried every time there was a significant transfer but it happens even if I transfer $5 for a burger or such. That’s my only complaint, otherwise I am a very satisfied customer!
