Waffle House is no longer open 24 hours. That’s why this app was created.. Every Waffle House in my area says they quit doing dine in after midnight because of Covid. It’s been 5 years, so don’t know why that’s still the excuse. Just like Walmart still blames no 24 hours on Covid too. But this app was created & take out windows were installed in all our Waffle Houses. I eat in the parking lot after work since I get off at midnight. Ours leaves the dumpster unlocked, because they get a big crowd at night eating in the parking lot, & we’re leaving trash everywhere.

App didn’t give the store my order. So in Columbus Milgen rd store didn’t receive my order through this app. I stood outside waiting for nearly 2 hours on Christmas Day. I had to show my order 6 times before I got food. And then when I got my food my order was so jacked up I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct it. My pregnant wife was not happy at all! Do better

NOW A “To Go Fee” & a “Service Charge”. Waffle House is completely taking advantage of you making “to go” orders!!! You would think if you made a to go order and didn’t eat in the restaurant they would waive the service fee at least. I’m not taking up a table or dirtying their dishes. What a joke Waffle House. How do you even explain these add on fees!? You should be ashamed. I will never eat here again & you shouldn’t either!

The app. Overall good , it’s a start. The look needs a little tweaking and a rewards feature should be added to encourage more people to use the app and eat more Waffle House. My boyfriend personally loves Waffle House and we are always there so having a rewards system would help me save money too!

Missing out on its full potential could be making thousands $$$ more per location. This app is missing It’s full potential with a half available menu with online ordering Waffle House could be making thousands more per location if they fix this, And use a better layout like IHOP’s app structure

More app options. The app needs more options for customizing your order. Omelets are not available on the app nor any flavors of omelets or toppings available… customers sometimes need these options due to dietary restrictions. It would broaden the field of opportunity for more business.

Boooo. They get 2 stars because they are open all night. That’s it. The menu is rather limited and there is nowhere to request special accommodations on the app. No one answers the phone for general inquiries and they don’t accept telephone orders. Customer service is nonexistent and a far cry from what I remember as a kid. You’d think with all the time saved by not taking phone orders or answering the phone they would have time to clean.

Awesome 👍 Job chef. I got some breakfast Togo this morning. The staff members werefriendly. The chef was exceptional. After he made my breakfast he also thanked me for my business and had a heartful smle. This made my morning. Always a blessing to spend your money were its appreciated . Pray 🙏 he works there a long time , this is the type of service needed in the world 🌎 today . Just like chicfila.❤️Ill be back .

Why??. I see a lot of five star ratings on here, but they are all bashing the app. I don’t understand why the five stars when the app is no good. I have just used the app myself and would like to give it less than a one star. There are no customizations, there is no full menu, the app does not tell you when your order is ready, and is pretty much ridiculous all the way around. My order was supposed to be ready no later than 1045. It is now 11 o’clock. I know that is not much time but when I am sitting in my car sick and and do not want to infect the other patrons. It seems as though I am being punished. I gave a healthy tip in addition to the 10% added on for service and the other fees and charges as well. I am not happy! So what are my choices? Go in and be a typhoid Mary or go to another place. Guess I will go to another place!

This App is Useless. My local Waffle House stopped taking over the phone orders and this is the only option we have to pre order now. Breakfast food has many different variations according to peoples individual preferences. If we can’t leave notes or specify certain variations, it renders the meal UNEATABLE! Please fix. I would like to be able to specify that i want my eggs LIGHT AND FLUFFY instead of just scrambled. i want a LIGHT waffle option, and I like my grits tripple covered in cheese. I can only add one slice in the app. 😡 Love Waffle House! The app……. Not so much.

Missing Essential Feature. Because of the way food is prepared here, it is essential to have a feature where you can add additional information. Especially if customizations are missing. For example, easy cook, longer cook, more crispy, sub white bread for rye or raisin bread, etc. My location no longer accepts phone orders. They don’t pick up the phone at all. There’s no way to customize my order without physically going in. I can’t order the way I want within the app, therefore it provides no convenience and can be frustrating for the consumer. I don’t find this app helpful or useful. Just go to your location to order, no matter your circumstance.

0/10. I can see the app is new so I’ll edit over time but it’s crazy there’s nowhere to edit your order anywhere on the app. My store closest to me doesn’t take phone orders so it’s either this or go in the store and place your order and wait. You can’t take anything off and only a limited option to add. For a place that has so many customizations, that needs to be fixed for this app to be of any use to anyone.

So many ordering options/customizations missing. This would be a great app if you could actually order your food and customize the way you can at Waffle House locations. There’s no option for a side of eggs, hashbrowns, etc. You can’t order an omelet on the app at all. They implemented this app that is less than perfect, and also made it to where you can no longer call the store to order! Please please make this app more reflective of the actual Waffle House menu and experience in stores. There are already upcharges for ordering online, and yet you can’t even order what you truly want.

Missing items. I like that WH has made online ordering possible, but you can’t add specific items, which defeats the purpose. I wanted an all-star with three eggs chunked, but adding an extra egg or toppings is impossible. They are losing money by not having topping options. Every time I use the app, my order is wrong or missing something when I arrive, and I have to sit and wait for it to be corrected. The whole reason I did take out is because I didn't want to sit and wait.

Severely lacking, lost business. Been a loyal Waffle House customer my entire life, unfortunately this app robs me of all ability to make my regular purchases. There are many menu options missing: no omelettes, very minimal customizations if any, can’t even add condiments or leave notes. All this on top of the fact that you can’t call-in any more because of this barely functioning app. Waffle House needs to correct this before they lose all of their remaining reputation.

Convenient. Wish I could have more options for burgers. Would like to be able to request raw onions and mushrooms and add cheese but I can’t. But yeah. Maybe you guys will add options like that because would be more lucrative and maybe people would order more since it isn’t possible to call in orders To-Go anymore.

There needs to be updates!. I am very happy that you guys finally have an app but I definitely do think, as of right now, the app isn’t all the helpful, you can only add “extra toppings” for specific things, like on my hash brown bowl, I like sausage and bacon but you can add that additionally, you can only add the specifics you guys have available. I think once those improvements are there to be able to customize your items with whatever you want and add notes to items, that is when the app will be at its best. I am only giving a 3 star due to the fact that I hope this will be updated soon, once it is, I will be very happy to put it at 4-5 star, if the changes do not come, I will have to say that it will be put down to a 1 star.

Wrong orders way too often. I’ve ordered from the app multiple times but I’ve received the wrong food too many times. I’ve ordered a ham, egg, and cheese hashbrown bowl and I think they’ve given me a bacon bowl twice now, they also don’t add any extra ingredients that you ask and pay extra for. I’ve also ordered a chocolate waffle before and they only make the regular one.

Missing LOTS of menu items. This menu app forces customers to call in or come to the counter to order; just the thing that the app wants suppose to eliminate! When a customer phones in, they don’t have a menu to look at so it wastes the time of the counter staff to write down the order. When a customer gives the order at the counter, the staff must give the customer time to look through the menu then take the order; by expanding the menu selections, such as adding the pork chops & eggs favorite or senior citizens/ children menu to the app, it frees up valuable time from the counter staff as well as giving a detailed explanation of what the customer ordered. BTW, the current menu doesn’t even give egg/ meat/ hash browns or waffle cooking options!

Great Site. I don’t see what’s up with all these bad ratings with the app. It had the full menu as well as custom made food. Had all kinds of options on how you like your eggs, your bacon or your hashbrowns. Very well, organized and food was prepared right on time when I showed up. food was prepared very well and delicious.

Order Modifications and Wait Time. Please add modifications to the order. I didn’t want cheese on my Texas chicken melt and I wanted my hash browns cooked light. There was no where to add that information. Then, they claim that the order would be ready about 12 minutes after I ordered. However, I got to the restaurant and 15 minutes later and my food is still not ready. There is no sense of urgency.

Needs To Be Redone. You cannot customize meals for example you can’t build your own breakfast sandwich or hash brown bowl, you can’t add extra toppings if it already comes with it like cheese on the hash brown bowl, there is not just a side of white gravy on there. You can only order directly from the menu and you barely have options to add anything to what’s already on the menu. Overall you are just going to have to go to the restaurant and place a takeout meal. 👎

This app changed where my family ate. We wanted to call in an order and found out we had to use the app. At first I was excited, but once in the process I realized our usual items were missing and we couldn’t specify how we wanted our hash browns we decided to eat somewhere else. I’m hoping this gets updated and becomes user friendly in the future. Waffle House is an easy go for my family and ordering Togo at away games during football season is a big tradition.

Incomplete menu. There’s a lot more on the menu at Waffle House than you’ll see in their app. For that matter, even their usual in-store menus found in their locations don’t show many of the things that are available. And if you’ve been going there for years like I have, and know what they have to offer, the complete inability to order various things through this app makes it useless. And you can’t call in orders anymore either; you have to use this app if you want to order in advance and have it ready for pickup by the time you get there.

Lousy App. I ordered a Bacon Hash Brown Bowl only to get back to my job site and find it was incorrect. I ordered the bowl with my eggs “Sunny Side Up.” They were scrambled. The extra bacon I ordered was limp and greasy. There wasn’t an option to ask for my bacon crisp. When I tried to contact the restaurant to ask them to pay attention to the orders, I was told by the VM to “order online.” There wasn’t an option to contact customer support either on the app. You want us to use the app but you don’t support the app when there is an issue. Apparently, you don’t care about our time or money. Fix the app or lose business.

Extended selection. I love Waffle House but can’t eat cheese. Ordering online is a hassle because there’s no option to take cheese off any item that includes it. Now that Waffle House doesn’t take orders on the phone there’s no way for me to communicate that I can’t eat cheese causing me to go elsewhere. Quick extension to the ordering process would bring me back more consistently.

Useless app if order is wrong. Used app for the first time today after reading a negative review about missing items. Gave it a chance anyway. So disappointed when discovering the bacon was missing from my order and the grilled onions which is one of the main ingredients of the melt was missing. Do they just give you what they think you should have. Ruined my whole meal.

Best food app ever. Its so dead nuts simple this is how all food apps should be. I appreciate especially them making the all star special the firs thing i see, dont gotta waste time trying to find it or nothing

Order from Where?. WaHo doesn’t take orders over the phone anymore. They say download the app or go online. The app says the 5 closest WaHo’s near me don’t use online ordering. Basically useless as an App. Where do I order from? I don’t want to drive 20 mins for food when there’s 5 other options that are closer. It’s a tragedy, I used to love calling WaHo and picking up my food 15 mins later. Because of this, my WaHo orders will drop from ~30-40 times a year to ~5.

Additional Order Information. There is no place to type in additional information for your order. I’d like to have my hashbrowns crispy and just downloaded the site for the first time expecting to be able to make my order and drive to pick it up. But now I just have to go to the location to place my order so the app does not provide any benefit for me until there’s a feature where you can write in how you would like particular items to be prepared.

No Ordering Omelets!. Downloaded the app to place a to-go order before the big rainstorm came in. Got everyone’s order just to call and hear that they don’t take orders via phone, you have to download the app. Download the app, ok, I got this!! Well what do ya know…. You CANT order an omelet on the app!!! Seriously?!? Out of 10 people 6 wanted ham and cheese omelets!! So instead we all decided to order from our local breakfast spot! Guess what, I called and ordered omelets! We picked up our food, left a 30% tip and headed home! Waffle House, get with the times.

Whole Menu Not On App. There are only a limited selection of items on the app. This is now the only way to get take out from Waffle House unless you want to go sit and wait for 45+ minutes in-store for food. Example item: biscuits and gravy, not on the app or website. So if you have specific items you like from Waffle House, good luck, you likely will not be able to order them.

Waffle House still playing ketchup (catch up). No omelet available through the app. No personal touches regarding the order placed I.e. don’t scorch the hash browns or lite oil. Some items allow you to make it a “plate” while others don’t. No support to reach out to. Phone number to store is a voicemail message with no ability to leave feedback. No support option through the app or online ordering. Is Waffle House going at it alone again?

Really bad for customization. You rarely get options for customization. I like the sausage egg and cheese biscuit but it defaults the egg to fried… I always get it scrambled. You end up having to order the items separately and assemble yourself but that’s a lot more expensive. Plus an employee told me the prices are more on the app than in store so be careful of that.

Not impressed. I order Breakfast for my employees, trying to do something different other than breakfast burritos like I have done over and over. I figured I would call WH and place a large order to be picked up the next morning. Called phone number and received the message that they don’t take phone to go orders… OK, there’s an app for that. The app restricted how many items I can order and doesn’t give me the option of selecting a pickup time the next day.

Needs a lot of work. It is very unfortunate that Waffle House has quit taking orders over the phone and now has this absolutely awful app. As others have stated, there is no way to add additional information about your order. Not only that. But the menu on the app is not equivalent to the in-person menu; it does not let you pick and choose if you’d like chili, ham, gravy, jalapeños, etc. to the hashbrown bowls. Waffle House seriously needs to both fix the app and start answering calls again. I love Waffle House but this is just terrible.

Not yet a replacement for phone ordering. As others have stated, whether in the app or on the website, customization does not exist. I tried to order a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I would like the egg over medium… but there’s no way to request that. Basically, if I want to order to go, I have to visit the restaurant and wait for the order to be made while I’m there. If Waffle House has no plans to improve online ordering, they’d be better off simply not having an option to order outside the store. No ability to customize items makes no sense for a short order diner.

Bacon less in Ohio.. Waffle House no longer will accept call in orders. So I used the app to place my order. When I go to pick up my order, there’s two big bags full of food. She smiles real big and tells me she put extra syrup and ketchup in your bag for me. Problem was they forgot to give me my bacon with my breakfast meal and I ordered an extra side of bacon for my son, that wasn’t in my order either. So obviously when I get home, I don’t have the breakfast that I ordered or requested. Ironically, I ordered on the app and the app doesn’t give you an option to rate the store or comment to the store about your order. What I’m taking from this is that Waffle House doesn’t want you to do pick up orders. So call your pick up orders to Bob Evans or somebody else that wants to take care of you.

Waffle House needs to straighten up. The only reason I downloaded the app was to place a Togo order when normally I could walk in and place it myself and leave a decent tip. Sounds like a corporate bean count to get the app more clout that’s not really needed. Let me order my dang food like normal and how I want it and watch it be cooked. I need that stimulation of the sizzles and the hustle and bustle. This is not the way to do it. And add a way to ask for my waffle extra browned at least.

Lost Potential. I love a good Waffle House breakfast but I’m often much too busy to stay to eat. I would gladly order takeout on a frequent basis but the app allows for no personal preferences. For example, I wasn’t able to remove cheese from my husband’s hash brown bowl. I would also like to specify whether to make my bacon crispy or floppy. I truly believe your business would be more lucrative if your app allowed personalization. Currently, the app is full of lost potential. Quite unfortunate for both the business and its customers!

Omelettes. While I understand that they are trying to go digital and keep up with the times. I just want to be able to order a omelette with the app. And I wish the Waffle House location was easier to navigate! But other than that I don’t have a single problem with the app!

Am done!. My grandmother just called me upset Waffle House refuse to take her order over phone. Her & my grandfather know nothing about online ordering as they do not have internet or wifi. She is disabled & elderly, so is my grandfather but he was gonna get them something to eat on his way home from doctor this evening. But the girl was really rude with her & said only online ordering. What?? You know there are some older ppl esp who do not do the internet thing! She is so upset & said no more & that she is gonna let others know just how she was treated. They have always called their orders in just recently, & my grandfather picked it up for them. No more Waffle House! East stone drive Kingsport, Tenn. Or any for that matter! Really petty these young ppl working there treated them this way.

App needs improvement. The food is good but the app is not good. It really needs to be improved. You can get a omelette, blueberry waffle, side of eggs, side of chicken breast, and you can’t customize anything that you order, and etc. Basically it looks like the app was thrown together real quickly in order to get it up and running.

Need to allow for more customizations. I love the app for the most part but I need to be able to customize the hashbrowns and waffles. Maybe there should be a place for notes. Or create something similar to the egg options to say whether you want your waffle light or dark and your hashbrowns light or crispy.

Add Comment Section Please. The app is functional, but without a place to add additional comments or details, a lot of times my order is incorrect. I, then, show up at Waffle House and they remake the food, which is a waste of time and resources — if there was a comment section in the app then this wouldn’t be occurring. There is also no place in the app to customize your meal. Please update this app, so we can enjoy our food in a timely manner!

LET ME CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER!!!. I am lactose intolerant and can’t have cheese on my “bacon egg and cheese” melt, so I typically order it with no cheese, no problem, in the restaurant. Well the app doesn’t let you do that, you actually can’t customize hardly anything at all. I tried to call and it won’t even let you speak with anyone at the store, it just tells you to use the app and hangs up. There definitely needs to be an update where this is possible or allow people to order over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

App is good. The improvements to online ordering are leagues ahead of the old app. Thanks for the good updates. It probably took me a minute to order whereas before it was probably like 3 or 4 min and a lot of headache.

App is rough. This app is rough and doesn’t allow for me to ask for my gravy on the side. I want to order the biscuit sandwich with hashbrowns Hearing and Covered and get my gravy on the side. I don’t want the gravy on the hashbrowns. I want the gravy to be able to be used with the biscuit and egg. So every time I order, I have to throw the dice. Sometimes they put it on the potatoes which I don’t like and sometimes they do it right and put it on the side.

Limitations & Short-Coming. The out limits the menu and you have to custom build in order to get what you’re used to getting in the restaurant. Using the app we paid for the gratuity as we always have. Could call the store. We got great service and our food is ready on time using the app. It’s a gamble the expected time that was printed on our email and they haven’t even started our order.

Food Allergies. This app doesn’t accommodate food allergies at all, you can’t remove ingredients that are common allergens and you can’t leave additional comments. I have a severe dairy allergy and I always get the cheesesteak hash brown bowl with no cheese but on the app and on the website you can’t take the cheese off and there’s no way to order just the chopped steak. All of the hash brown bowls have cheese with no way to order it without it.

Not a good app. There is no place for me to make substitutions on the app. Also since they took the phones out of the Waffle Houses I can’t call when the app is down, I have to go and wait 20+ minutes to place an order exactly how I want it.

Wrong order. They did everything right but they got my order wrong by forgetting the bacon and no this isnt the first time they have done this but insted when i ask for ir they gave it to me separately

Very limited menu/ Missing items on menu. There is no way to order fiesta omelets or any omelets at all on the app, or to request specific orders such as on the side or extra items.

Out of touch. Waffle House has been out of touch with the new ways to pay for food and order food they r just now getting tap to pay in their restaurants so the app will take 10+ years till it’s actually a fully functioning app.

Only for small families. You’re limited on the number of items you can order. What’s the point of getting rid of over the phone ordering if you’re just going to make things more difficult

Promotions. I long to see promotions, coupons, etc. too basic.

No support. This is the second time ordering and they keep messing the order up no cheese on eggs or grits then they just throw everything in there and you can’t call them to let them know what’s going on I paid for cheese in eggs and grits extra bacon and don’t get what I paid for

Poor ordering options. This app does not let you specify how you want things cooked. They won’t take orders over the phone, so if you like your bacon crispy too bad. You’re going to pay for however they want to cook it.

Order Notes / modification to order option. This is an essential part of any restaurant let alone the Waffle House experience, please add this feature!

Bad service with no way to report missing items. Used this app once and they forgot items on my order and have no way to report it

Terrible app. Can no longer call in and the app’s terrible design prevents you from customizing your order. You can’t even add eggs to your order. I love the cheese and eggs however I like 4 eggs instead of the 2 it comes with. Can’t even add it. It’s not an option. Totally useless for Togo orders.

Updates to ordering. Love the App but if we are going to be intentional please add the option for steamed hash browns, and for a light waffle. Thanks in advance.

App needs a new developer. Who designed this app? Because clearly you designed it to cause inconvenience.. y’all released this app months ago and haven’t made not one improvement… and all the reviews are the same!!

No omelettes really. This review is not against the Thibodeaux waffle House. This is the app itself. My family can order all their food except me because they do not have omelettes on the menu.

Needs work!!. Needs ability to add additional instructions. Also it automatically adds 10% to the price. Plus wants you to add the 18% on the tip line, which you can change to what ever you want. If I am not dining in I am not tipping the server, sorry.

Delivery?. I understand pick up orders but how about offering Delivery as well? Especially in 2024 a lot of people would like to get their orders delivered preferably.

Missing menu items/can’t call restaurant. Tried ordering an omelette from the app but doesn’t give me the option to do so, tried calling the place but it’s all a recording. Please update your app menu .

NO MODIFICATIONS. Tried ordering from app and was successful with ordering my husbands food, but when it came to mine I had to wait to order mine when we arrived to pick up his food. I DO NOT eat beef, pork, or chicken and wanted to remove it from the Texas bacon/sausage Egg Melt. The app DOES NOT allow you to make modifications to your food.

Charged Apple Pay after order failed. I just tried to place an order, using Apple Pay. The payment went through, and then the app said there was an issue placing the order, and that I had to go order in the restaurant. So I guess I’m just out of that cash. Cool.

No onions. Why…. WHY can’t I remove onions from my sandwich?!? Building an app that is accommodating to the consumer isn’t rocket science! You can’t call in orders and you can’t get want you want in the app. What’s the dang point of spending my money at your establishment. I won’t!

No omelettes on the app. This app is worthless to me. I love their ham and cheese omelette, but it’s nowhere to be found on the app and they no longer take call in orders. The only way to get it is to order in person….which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Needs pick up time options instead of ASAP. No option to change time of pickup for a later time.

Too hard to use. My local Waffle House just lost a large order because this app was just too hard to use. Couldn’t even figure out how to order a simple ham and cheese omelette. And guys, I teach computers for a living.

Add all menu items. It would be helpful to add all menu items like the Porkchop and eggs meal. Huge seller yet you can’t get it on the app.

More like 2.5 stars. My eggs are never cooked the way I request. No way to order extra toast as a side on the app. A lot of people love WH. Why not make the app great for them?

It’s awful. If you call to try to place an order it directs you to the app. If you use the app, it tells you online ordering isn’t available. It’s just bad

Waffle was good. Now Waffle House is Bad. Forcing to use an app for to go ordering, when my local Waffle House isn’t participating in online orders is awesome. Boo to Waffle House for forcing a change, when they can’t uphold to it being consistent. Got some smart people running this company ehhh?

Nope. The omlet I always order is not in the menu to order in the app and the store phone just has a message saying to order online or in the app

No options. Forced to use the app or website at my local Waffle House, but no option to add cheese to my grits bowl order. Also, the app interface looks very old.

No way to add additional instructions and no way to call the store.. This seems like a an obvious thing to have in an app to order food. Especially when you can’t call the restaurants. Fix that and it would be good.

Vacation time. I love Waffle House but they were so behind that we waited over 35 minutes just to place our order

Omelette. The app is confusing and doesn’t even have all the menu items. There is no Fiesta omelette at all They don’t want you to call it in and will not allow any delivery services but then you can’t order what you want on the app. This app is worthless

Additional order info is missing in the app. There is no way to order a normal bacon egg and cheese (no Texas toast). That is one of the most common orders I’m sure. Why can’t I order it with normal toast!?

No omlet on app. Don’t have the full menu on here, tried to get an omlet but it’s not on the app, came to the Waffle House and they have them on the menu.

Burnt waffle. I order the all star breakfast on the app to go and was given a hard burnt waffle. I drove all the way from us1 to get a waffle and this is the service I got. Anyone ordering ahead please check you food before you leave because they do not care at all.

Order is wrong every time we online order. Have used the app for multiple different waffle house location for online ordering and every time order is wrong. Don’t use this app

So much missing. The app is missing so many items and no customization options. I had high hopes when I first downloaded it . Very disappointing .

No way customize a order. You can not add or take away from a order. For instance. I want a BLT with no tomato, and add egg. There is no way to add egg. No way to leave off the tomato. No way to modify the order.

Terrible. Took forever to order for our family. It limited our order saying we can’t order more than 10 Items or 4 waffles. Bring back the order over the phone.

Not all menu items listed and no custom changes. Wh is notorious for over cooking eggs, can’t ask the for lite. Country ham not listed. Local store will not take orders over phone. Also discovered my location charges 20% for Togo and another 10% for the person that prepped the food.

Incomplete. The app does not include all items available. The in menu at the locations no longer include all items, i.e Fiesta Omelette

Don’t plan on scattered hash browns. No options for scattered hash browns - HOW?? Also, can’t order extra items like syrup, condiments. Also, no biscuit breakfast sandwich??

Changed my life. Before I downloaded this app, I was divorced, hungry, homeless, and had only 2 months to live from cancer. Now, I’m only divorced, homeless, and have 1 month left to live! Thanks Waffle House!

PLEASE ALLOW FOR INGREDIENTS TO BE REMOVED. Major pain to be trying to place a online order and I can’t get a cheeseburger without tomatoes for an example. It’s so stupid, you can add ingredients, you can add a side, but you can’t order a plain cheeseburger. Blows my mind.

Awful app. This app doesn’t allow you to order customized food. It is very inconvenient and I hope it will get better.

Needs improvement. Need an option for scattered or well done on the hash browns menu. Also needs an option for double steak on the Texas bacon sandwich. Please and thanks !

They Don’t Make Them. I put the order in, waited the 30 minutes it said, I got there and they had no idea what I was talking about. They then went on the computer and found it and had to make it while I was waiting there for another 20
