Does not work. Since the latest iOS update, this app does not work. I’ve worked with apple and it is not a problem with my phones operating system

Not working. The app worked for me for a day after that it doesn’t open it just says loading and it never does.

A do-everything App that does everything very badly!. Just brake it up and let hr, payroll, and other departments have their own apps instead of having to share space in an overloaded and cramped app.

PilotCo. Very useful to clock in and out . I like how it has all you need to know . Time sheet , requests for time off , your schedule and ext. However it doesn’t work half the time . Takes forever to load . By the time I’m clocking in for work or my breaks I’m late . That is the only real issue and it’s a big one. It has nothing to do with wifi or connection . Im not sure why it does this and I'm not the only one with this issue . If that can be fixed this app would be 5 starts !

Cannot log in. Can not log in from iPhone when logged in a screen pops out asking for Face ID

Won’t fully load.. Stuck in a revolving loop which I’ve wasted 30 minutes on duty so far. iphone password, screen goes white and then 15 seconds later says app not fully loaded-contact admin. I’ve changed password like they want me to do so that ain’t it. iOS 14 is impossible to fully delete the app and reinstall it. Something to do with June 1? Someone please comment with a viable fix in how to uninstall/reinstall on Apple. Possibly could do with the 2.6 earthquake today in the region but not 100% sure. Help as I can’t get into payroll either.

Can’t log in/out time on iPhone 😢. Otherwise ok.

Great when it works. This app worked well a few weeks ago, now I can’t even clock in on it, the app wouldn’t load. Don’t bother with it.

Not working on Apple’s new IOS 16. Will not load since I’ve downloaded the new IOS for Apple (IOS 16.1). Deleted the app, reinstalled and still will not load. The only thing that has change is my IOS download

NEVER LOADS. Absolute worst app I have ever used. Never loads, and when it does, it won’t let you do anything else without having to “refresh”. Especially seeing as this is something that employees have to use daily. App will NOT load unless connected to wifi, and even then will not load if I’m not in an EXACT location in the store. Constantly tells me to contact an admin. Have been TRYING to use it for a month and have not been able to, I’ve not been able to clock myself in or access my discounts via my phone either on the app itself or the PFJ today website. I have iPhone 7 and my iOS updates are current. I shouldn’t have these problems.

Wont load. I love having access to all my work related stuff at my finger tips . However the last few days my app will not work. It either tells me the page is expired or needs to be reset . I have deleted the app, and reinstalled and still won’t work

Crap app. This app requires your screen to be locked to use it. When you open the app, it requires your password that you use to unlock your screen. This’s a breach of privacy. Employees use this app to get meal discounts. Without the app employees have to pay for their meals in full. Screw it!

Horrible. I am upset that I can’t give this less stars. It does not deserve half a star let alone one full star. This app never loads. It tells me to switch to a faster Netwerk, but I am on a 5G Netwerk and I have full bars. The layout of this app is horrible and there is too much information trying to be packed into one app. Why not just create an app for employees to get their meals and create a forum to put out all the worthless information that is in this app that no one actually reads. Today it wouldn’t load because it said my network was too slow, but I was actively streaming videos on Facebook and I closed. Each this app, and the app wouldn’t work.

Fix the temporary fix. The original setup was better if u wanna do a solid update then go back to the old one or come up with something equivalent but better

Please fix this app!. This would be amazing if you could actually get into it like you need to.

So. Super cool idea. BUT. Not every iPhone user wants to set up a passcode or a Face ID. That’s a little ridiculous. I should be able to clock in and out without that feature. It’s ridiculous that your third party app is requiring security features for use that iPhone doesn’t require for me to use the phone. Seriously not cool.

NOTIFICATIONS??. Why can I not get notifications for schedule changes? I swear I looked in the settings on the app and couldn't find one for scheduling notifications. One of the worst parts of the app in my opinion. Like I feel like that's a no-brainer?

Ugh. Please fix this app

The app haven’t worked in weeks. We can’t clock in,clock out or can’t see our schedule or get to our meal discount,app is not available.

Clockin and out. Not sure why my app all of a sudden won’t let me clock in or out. Says permission to access your location has been denied to check your browser settings to ensure location services permissions are set to true for this site . I have turned location on and off I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app I’m not sure why it’s no longer letting me clock in and out it’s very inconvenient to use another way other than this at my fingertips please help

APP WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO LOG IN... It does not recognize my employee ID and when it does recognize it it does not allow me to login it says they’re in circles on my location and will not clock me in at all I cannot get to any apps do anything my managers are baffled they don’t know what to do about it there’s some kind of Age rating 4+ on it I don’t know what that means. ThisHas been going on for two weeks and there’s no way I can login at pilot only the managers can clock me in and out I only got paid for seven hours due to this one paycheck.I can’t login says I’m unrecognized I can’t have my direct deposit information I can’t do anything whoever runs this site please help me.Send me an email or send us all an update for the app I think the age +4 has something to do with it

Horrible experiencia. La peor app que he usado en años, es un fastidio hacerte clocking, no se porque tienes que iniciar sesión todo el tiempo eso la hace muy tediosa, con el simple echo de acceder una sola vez ya la app debería de dejarte entrar todo el tiempo como otras app de otras compañías, se te va el lonche intentando hacerte logout y luego login, estando en la tienda te pone como si no estuvieras en la localización, la verdad un desastre, deja mucho que desear. Ojalá y puedan cambiar eso en la próxima actualización

The worst. I been having problems clockin in and out not catching on to my location and me my managers are getting upset idk if its iphone or what but the app need fixing

Not working. This app doesn’t work well with iPhone I was able to use it but a week later when I gets ready to login my screen is red saying sign on error please fix this problem or do an better upgrade

Doesn’t load. It used to load just fine, but now it won’t at all. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. My service is fine, everything else loads just fine.

Doesn’t work after iOS Update. Don’t know if it’s the reason, but ever since I updated to most recent iOS, app no longer works. Try to log in and just sits there.
