Is there even more than the login screen?. The app claims I am using the wrong login credentials, so I try to recover password, which it tells me that an email has been sent, yet none in my inbox, nor the spam box. Waste of data and disk space

Please fix the app for IOS.. This app is terrible on IOS.

App will not open. The iPad is running IOS 12.4. The App Store states that it will run on this iPad. But when opening the screen goes blank and the returns to the main iPad screen. The app does not run.

Unacceptable. Skip makes a STUPID amount of money from the restaurants that use this app. It should not be as terrible as it always is. It is not restaurant user friendly at all! Figure it out skip!

This app is garbage. Do not download this one. It can’t even tell when you’re logged onto the internet. This is trash

skipthelcbo. The new partnership with the LCBO will kill small restaurants. Postpone it if you care about restaurants surviving the winter

Can’t set average food prep time. The app doesn’t allow you to change the average food prep time permanently. It is preset to 15 minutes and if you change it to a higher time, it changes back to 15 minutes the next day.

Brutal support when there are issues. Just awful. Detrimental to the business no ability to reach support and when redownloading the app doesn’t work you are stuck recieving orders that ultimately get cancelled and hurt your score

Not a friendly platform for restaurants. Restaurants pay a lot of money to them, and yet when things happens, they are not on your side. When you send emails, they reply you with those copy and paste "official words".

Normally it’s 5 stars. I had an issue with the tablet that I had set up for the skip the dishes partner app but can’t log in on a new device so my restaurant is offline and not receiving orders for a week. It just says “oops something went wrong”. I reached out to skip through their website but I haven’t heard back yet and it’s been 2 days. Trying different devices, restarting, and reinstalling have had no effect.

Printer is not available. The printer is not set up for iPad.

Iphone Problems.. It doesn’t work on Iphone as it should. Everything is huge as its like made for ipad not Iphone. Cannot see orders properly either sometimes. Needs a lot of fixes.

Garbage. The app is stuck at set your location with no location showing. Skipthedishes in general is going to kill small restaurants

no printer attachment available. other food app able to connect to your local printer but this one need new printer cost $480 must able to connect local printer

The worst platform on food delivery.. Skip needs to optimize their app for merchants look at Doordash and Uber they are progressing. Terrible merchant services. Poor customer service. Customers steal and drivers don’t swipe the picked up food. Who ever your CEO is you need to fire that guy. Make the software/app better and merchant support. It’s been 3 years I’ve been using this app. Nothing good has been implemented. Just look at your reviews it’s pathetic.

Not good. Needs work.. Unpredictable, inconsistent and largely unreliable. We routinely have lukewarm food leaving our establishment due to inaccurate arrival time notifications/estimates. We've experienced delays as long as 15-25 minutes after arrival notification has sounded. We've noticed, at times, the name of the courier changing mid pickup. We've had 15 minute prep times recalibrate to 5 minutes immediately upon accepting the orders, leaving the couriers waiting around for food. The map feature is accurate less than 50% off the time. Often the vehicle location will freeze. Other times it will move from 5 minutes away in one direction to 5 minutes away from the opposite direction. Positive feature: food items marked as "sold out" will automatically become available after sold out time selection has expired, so we don't have to remember to reactivate it. Overall, the app is rather poor and currently does not provide enough user control options like adding, deleting or editing menu items.

Horrible App Not Working!!!. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and I am not able to set location! Technical support told me that the problem is my iPhone and there is nothing that they can do to help me! Terrible customer service!!

Menu coming soon. Pathetic just making money from small business. Menu you cannot update it says coming soon since last year. Seriously your IT team needs to be fired right away. Customer lie even two item from convenience store order and customer say 1 missing how the hell item is missing in two item order. Why there is no option for merchant or driver to post picture when he picks up. Menu has no picture on merchant tablet to disable the sold out item. AI world and you want us to remember 1000 products by name. Seriously worst app then door dash and Uber eats.

DERNIÈRE MAJ À BRISÉ L’APP. La dernière mise à jour sur skip a carrément brisée l’application elle n’est plus fonctionnelle sur IOS on ne voit plus le coursier sur la carte (carte juste plus disponible du tout) et on ne sais pas son nom et on voit juste " tache précédente " à l’infini avec un timer de temps qui ne descend plus alors on a aucun temps et aucune carte pour s’assurer de bien faire la commande à temps alors on sais juste quand faire la commande quand le coursier est rendu devant le restaurant !!! Conclusion, les coursier chiale après nous les restaurateur et skip aussi et nous pénalise dans notre côte et dédommage les coursier parce que il attende après nous c’est inacceptable et illogique vos développeurs doit corriger ASAP merci !

Doesn’t work on Apple. Guys, not sure what changed but I have delete and download the app everytime I get the order. It opens only one time and then it’s black screen

Terrible platform. As a business owner that had the displeasure of working with SkipTheDishes and UberEats, Skip is by far THE WORST in terms of ease if use, quality of the app and the customer service. As mentioned with every other review couriers never come on time or too early, the skip customer support say they will help but they never get back to you and it’s just a waste of time, if it wasn’t for COVID we would have dropped this service long ago. Avoid using SkipTheDishes as your delivery service, if you just then UberEats is far better.

Need works. It’s works in iPhone but there is some problems the app is not fitted in to screen I would say it’s not good for iPhone 📱. Needs lots improvement.

Horrible Horrible platform. Skip is by far the worst platform for merchants. They will put all the refunds on the merchant because they want to please the customers for which they get refunds and also still take commissions from your orders.

Worst app from a company looting restaurants. Even after looting 25-30% commissions cannot develop a working app. Such a rip off, don’t know how it’s still available on App Store. Cannot even sign out without deleting the app.

Boo, do better. App dev is your only job.. Very buggy, no sales reports or management tools like Doordash Manager. Just crap, really.

Dont use skip. horrible system, can do anything you skip score like roller. rude Receptionist they know nothing can’t do anything. if you want you kitchen mess go for it and you must to pay over 20% commission. every single issue is restaurant fault some driver steal food and you will pay it ! 15 min perp time allows skip.

Prep times. No matter what I set the prep time as the dasher is always arriving within 5 minutes of when the order is confirmed.

Times. You guys need to fix this, when you accept the drive and set a time to 15 minutes, it automatically goes to 14 and then skips to 5 minutes. The timing on the app is wrong and results to drivers constantly coming way to early. No one can make anything In 5 minutes.

Slow, inconsistent. Regardless of the operating system I use it’s slow, unintuitive and annoying. We use this for our business so every second counts. Key information is at the bottom of the orders, so you have to scroll and wait. Menu mgmt is counterintuitive and frankly we end up having to talk to our rep with any meaningful changes. Just, seriously a waste of time several times a day. It costs us time and MONEY to screw around with such a crappy app.

Drivers. I work at a Walmart Partner restaurant. Often times drivers will go shopping and not pick up the order. We request calls but no one calls us. Please add a swipe option for restaurants when food is ready. Then we can swipe when we are ready to go and 10 minutes for drivers to show up.

Apps Needs An Update!!. Apps gives only 5-10 minutes prep time and Drivers constantly coming way too early due to apps not working as it should. Spoke to a Manager and was told to change or extend prep time for each and every orders (which is ridiculous)!!

Always issues. Timing is always off. Can’t see driver instructions. Turns off menu before set shutdown hours so guests can’t order. It’s frustrating and poorly designed in so many ways.

This app never loads. This app never works, when you open it stays the same orange blank page. Sometimes it asks for login credentials but when you logged in, it again stays orange. I couldn't open it for last 12-15 days. Waiting for a good update now.

Literally trash. It was working yesterday, and today it stopped working on all devices. And even then it had all kinds of problems, do yourselves a favour and find different developers

Grey Text. The earlier version was better because when a customer made a special request or various requests, the text would be be in big bold red font. It was easier to see and easier to read and follow along. But now the text is grey and it makes it very difficult to see. Please fix this issue. I understand your company is using orange now so make the text in orange or another colour so it’s easier to see!

You will never experience like you need to keep track where is the driver and suddenly driver will be on his way in four minutes but actually driver is already stepping in the store Also their notifications is not always working....so end up we pay extra when driver need to stay longer....and we need to call skip for extended time.... It works like in 1980 what a great app

Junk. As a developer and a takeout owner I can’t believe this is the junk they release as official. Probably spends a fortune on it too. Unreal.
