Is there a way to remove the Mask video?. My sons loves this app and we do. It has helped with his speech and fine motor skills as well as critical thinking. The only downside to this app is the mask video about Covid. It is my choice as a parent how I choose to educate my child on the virus and I feel that the makers of this app are overstepping boundaries with this video. Is there a way to remove it?

No sound 😡. Why does my app dont have sound

Poor parental controls. I canceled my subscription because this app has poor parental controls. All one much do is bunch in a number between 1900-2000, which means if my kiddo has a 1:10 chance of finding a number that works (1969). He then just uses the feedback writer to write words. Constructive criticism: Use multiplication within 100 that changes each try. Also, how about give parents the option to turn off or turn on the social lessons on dressing little boys and little girls.

Good app. It’s a good app but I’m having a ridiculous amount of trouble logging in. I paid for the year. No one has returned my emails for help. I’ve tried changing the password on the website and nothing. I get no where. I will gladly change my review if I can get some help. It’s been a month of me seeking help.

No sound. I have paid for the subscription but I do not have sound an yes I have checked for if I was in silent mode and it still does it have sound. I was really looking forward for my on to play this.

Audio never works no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall. User interface is not very good and my son hardly uses it now because he has become frustrated not hearing anything I probably will not renew because of the quality I am getting and the lack of customer service.

I love this app- but no sound. I’ve had this app for well over two years but I have never been able to get sound. I have re-installed the app, gone to the App Store, and into the app settings to see if I messed with it. Still never sound. Only reason why I haven’t purchased the full version.

Very disappointed!!. I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter to use but even tho I Have paid for it this app refuses to let me use it and keeps giving me the option for a 14 day trial. I paid for a year!

Awesome App. This app has been a blessing for my granddaughter. When she joined our family, at 5, she was non-verbal. Three months later, she is talking up a storm (we don’t always understand her yet, and her sentences are like a 3 year old)but she is able to tell us what she wants. When she get stressed, this app immediately soothes her. Additionally, customer support is very responsive. This app and the company are awesome.

No sound on iPad. Great app, but no sound on iPad, even when taken off of silence mode. Very frustrating for my child.

Mindfully made for ASD. This app is incredible. My son was diagnosed with autism in 2020 and we’ve been discovering the best ways to help him learn and grow. When I downloaded this app and saw how different it was from other mobile kid apps it honestly made my heart so happy. This app is truly designed for the special kiddos who learn differently than most. My son was fairly non-verbal, but thanks to preschool and activities like the ones in this app, his vocabulary has exploded. So much thought was put into this program and I’m so grateful for it!

Not just for special needs. This is a great app. The games are well thought out and support a whole host of concepts that need to be learned by all children. The activities are colorful and easy to understand. Best of all, they have a path of 5 activities to be completed each day. I use that daily and because they are varied, it allows me to see where my child’s strengths and weaknesses lie. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love!. We’ve been using this app for months now. My son has nonverbal ASD & the app keeps his attention for quite a while with its many games + activities. He absolutely loves the puzzles! I love that it also includes social stories. It also helped me with showing my son steps to brushing his teeth since grooming is one of the areas he struggles with most. This app has so much to offer & even my neurological daughter enjoys it so much. Absolutely Love it!

Lovely app. They have so many educational games! My son with autism has learned so much from this app! My daughter who is 2 and doesn’t have autism has also learned so much from this app! Highly recommend for parents if they want an education app!

Disappointed in app performance. I have paid for it but can not get it to work. Somehow I have now got 2 subscriptions for it in my iTunes but no way for my daughter to play the games that aren’t free and that I have paid for.
