Audio dii ok sent work on my phone.. The audio doesn’t work on my iPhone. Also you can’t listen to it without the internet. So listening in the car is not possible.

Missing books. I love this app but it only has 66 books. A Cathlic Bible has 73 books. I’ve tried contacting the app but I don’t get an answer on where are the other books.

User friendly. It’s very easy to navigate . I highly recommend this app , it’s like carrying your Bible everywhere and reading it anytime . I love it. I hope the developers will find a way on how low vision people can hear it instead of reading , big help!

Some of the writings you can’t see. When you click to see the verses or to choose a different one it’s in white you can’t see the words at all

Canonical choice is not correct. I chose canonical to read thru in one year but it is skipping books or chapters. For instance on day 60, the readings are 2 chapters in Numbers then goes to Psalm 90. It doesn’t make sense why. The description of “Canonical” was to read it in order

Nice App but this is the KJV Translation. BEWARE! The app seems to use the King James Version. Although the KJV translation is generally Catholic, it's not used by the Church. The app is pretty nice, though.

Not approved bible by USCCB. Does not have the apocrypha, a feature only actual Catholic bibles have. I don’t know what version it is, but it’s definitely not approved by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Otherwise a good free bible, with ads.

Incomplete. I found that, although this is labeled as a Catholic Bible, it is missing several books which are part of the Catholic Biblical canon. I will try to give the benefit of the doubt that possibly they started with the Kjv and forgot to add the remaining books. Ain any case, this version of the app needs to be updated in a Eder to fulfill it’s billing as a Catholic. Bible.

Not Catholic Bible. I was excited to see this app but didn’t read the reviews. When I chose the option for audio, it started by saying King James Version. This is not a Catholic Bible. KJV is missing 7 books that the Catholic Bible has. Therefore, I have deleted the app and will continue looking.

Skips & repeats. I’ve only made it to 2% of Genesis and it’s skipping and repeating.

Review. Very easy to use! A breath of fresh air, light in the storm.

New to Jesus. This is the best app to learn about god the videos, quizzes and daily quotes are very powerful and enlightening. Love this app is it so good for the heart!

Reader be aware!!. This is NOT a Catholic Holy Bible. This is one of those protestan mutilation and altered collection of men opinions, interpretations and distorted versions of what they call ‘bible’. Reader be aware!! Any thing that is not from The Magisterium of the One, the Holy, the Catholic, the Apostolic Church of God on earth is not from God. Shame on you, whomever is perpetrating this fraud. The Word of God is Sacred, unchangeable, unchanging and as per Jesus teaching IT IS NOT TO BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY! Just because a group of men decided at one point or another, for one reason or another, that they knew better and more than The Holy Spirit and took it upon themselves to mutilate, alter, change, and distorted True and Holy Scripture, to accommodate their wills, wishes and preferences! It does NOT mean they have the authority and/or God mandate to do such abomination. I am sure Luther and his ‘combo’ and all those followers after them, have had and/or will have the chance to understand clearly the depth or their horrific actions.

Feedback. It’s extremely challenging navigating the contents of the entire bible.. The search function should give some feedback (including errors on why it could find anything).

Good but drains battery. I really like the app: you can read the text or have it read to you; you can highlight text, add comments, and more. Unfortunately it drains my iPhone battery very quickly.

Excellent! Strongly recommend!. This Catholic Bible is simply amazing! What wonderful features - it certainly helps us to grow spiritually. I am enjoying it and would strongly recommend it to anyone who desires to grow in the Word.

Not a catholic Bible. Missing the catholic books not found in the Protestant Bible.

Not what I was looking for at this time. When I attempted to find selected verses and chapter; the search either told me no items found. When I typed in First Peter, Galatians was what was in the search box, however the message was item not found.

Love the app but …... I love the app however the search option isn’t very user-friendly. It’s not letting me search for certain Psalms or Bible verses unless I’m doing something wrong.

Glitch. I love this app and use it a lot but unfortunately there has been a glitch where I can no longer see the title of the books and sometimes it won’t count my progress and it’s been like this for almost two months please fix it

Not catholic/not complete bible. Downloaded app because it said it was Catholic Bible, but after reviewing I must delete it because it is missing several books like Maccabees. It only has the books of a protestant bible

Missing books. It’s helpful in some ways, but it’s missing a few books, ie wisdom.

Disappointed narrative. Computerized voice narration is very disappointing and difficult to become engaged in listening to the reading of the Bible. I won’t be using that part of the app.

Frustrated. I tried to use the search bar to find a verse and was unable to find it.

Not a Catholic Bible!!. First off, it’s missing books from the Catholic Bible. Secondly, the table of contents is on white making it extremely difficult to choose. Pros: audio version is easy to listen to & not super monotone like other apps

New. I’m new using this app, but so far I love it. Having prayers at my fingertips, what more can you ask for. God in my pocket.

No volume in audio!. In using the app , there was zero volume in the audio option!

Super Buggy. Missing letters, cannot turn the pages and ads at the worst times

Reading plan good. Like the reading plan servers up to help me read the Bible on a plan . App has display faults and navigation quirks that I wish would get fixed.

Not user friendly. Bible has no way to see where you are in the reading. When looking for the entire book it only show the number of pages for each book. You have to click on one to see which book it is. Terrible deign. Very disappointed. Couldn’t even use my purchase on my phone. It kept wanting me to buy it again.

Sham Application. It does not work with an iPhone. I have tried two different versions. It claims to have lots of features but has no obvious method to get to a bible chapter.

A bad program. It is necessary to reset after every chapter. This makes it nearly impossible to listen in the car. It is impossible to skip ahead. Both readings talk at the same time. Every time the screen saver comes on, the voice stops and it is necessary to start over.

Can’t see names of books. Used to be 5 star but now when you want to choose a certain book to read all the books are listed but the font is the same color as background or the names of books no longer appear. So can’t choose a certain book to read because can’t see the names

NOT A CATHOLIC BIBLE!. CATHOLICS (and Everyone) BEWARE!!! This is NOT a Catholic Bible. This is missing 7 books of the Old Testament (Judith, Sirach, Wisdom, Baruch, Tobit, Maccabees 1 & 2; also missing, Daniel chapter 13 & 14). There should be 46 books in the Old Testament and not 39. I made the mistake of downloading this app and realized the misleading use of the description “Catholic” was deliberately done to entice Catholics to unknowingly download this Protestant bible. Those 7 books were removed from the Old Testament section during the “Reformation” revolution in the 16th century initiated by Martin Luther. That’s a lengthy topic for another time. But it is important to know that during the time of Jesus the Jews used the Septuagint version of the Jewish scripture that included all 46 books in what we refer to now as the Old Testament. Make sure to get only a legitimate Catholic Bible to get the same complete OT version that Jesus loved. BETTER CATHOLIC BIBLE APP = Catholic Bible: Daily Reading (This app even has the option of looking up the Saint of the Day.)

Unable to find content. I searched for specific passage (John 1:13) & nothing came up. Then I tried to find Psalm 51, with the same results. Either I’m doing something wrong or this is NOT at all user friendly. I’m very disappointed

Bombarded with adds. The ability to choose chronological or otherwise is a great feature. Allows you to read the entire bible in a on year span. All of this is dwarfed by the onslaught of pop ups constantly.

Disappointing. It was marked as Catholic, but didn’t include the Deuterocanonical books. It was hard to read and navigate.

Ajoytoy 9. I’ve been studying the Bible but I couldn’t understand the meaning. So, I downloaded the Catholic app. It’s been excellent to read the works and understand, too.

Review of the Bible app. I’m finding that when taking a quiz that in a ten question quiz there are about six of the same questions in one quiz. Also if I need a support statement for a daily reading eg: Faith, it’s the same statements every day.

Top notch. You may thinking this is just a random bible app, which it is but has so much more with the saints, and daily verses, also has a great reading plan to keep me reading

Not the Catholic bible. This app does not have the 7 wisdom books that are normally included in the Catholic bible. This app is therefore maintained by people who don’t know about different bible versions, and/or they’re lying to get you to install their app and miss out on pieces of authentic Catholic dogma.

Missing titles. It is hard to fallow the order of the books, some book of the New Testament are in the Old Testament. Most of the time the title of the books are gone and only the book number appears.

Nice App. I have had this app for about 3-4 months now and have enjoyed. Easy to bookmark, highlight, and make notes. Several reading plans to select from with daily reminders that can be set up. My suggestion to the developers would be to add a “next” button at the bottom of each chapter so you don’t have to use the navigation at the top and then select the next chapter you’d like to move to. I could understand if you were changing books asking which book but not every chapter within each book…

The best app for Catholics. The app enhanced our daily reading and also easy access to verses in all aspects of our lives

App has to stay open for audio. I love this app except when you are listening to the Bible you can’t let your phone go to sleep or it cuts the audio off. That makes it a battery killer.

Not as advertised. App frequently crashes. When it doesn’t, half the options don’t work. There is now audio option available. Uninstalled this very soon after downloading.

Not All Content Is Catholic RSV. The sections about bible prayers for a person’s state of mind or quotes are using the King James Version (KJV) Bible and not the Catholic Revised Standard Version (RSV).
