Wish they could bring back more pitch options. In this recent update, they adjusted the pitch settings to be based on hard semitones instead of earlier versions where you could toggle decimals of pitches to create some interesting pitches. Perhaps this is being overhauled by the fact that you can make your song a double octave lower of higher or maybe it's being reworked.

I’m my experience it’s missing one little thing!!. To the developers of this app please look and read my statement!!! this app is perfect but it’s missing one little thing….can you make it to wear we can go back in the audio such as when the phone is locked or we’re outside the app!! For an example….in the app if we’re playing an audio we can go back 10 or 20 or however many seconds we want but we can’t outside the app!! if you add this I promise you this app will be a 10/10!! Please add this feature!!!

LOVE IT!!... but... This is the best by far audio editing app I have used. I have used cute cut and video star for audios prior but this one just beats them. There’s one issue only. When I’m editing an audio, sometimes the entire app closes randomly. And it doesn’t even save the audio I was editing! Meaning I could be spending time on one and really close to finishing it and BOOM GONE. Really not fun because then I rush to do it. :/ I will change it to a 5 once this is resolved, but other then that I loveeee the features. Specially reverb and pitch. :)

It doesn’t save, DON’T GET THE APP. Ngl, this app was amazing at first. Very easy to navigate and had many tools that I could use to edit my audios perfectly. The first project I started working on, I spent HOURS until I took a break. Later, when I came back to finish editing it, I found out none of my work had saved. NONE OF IT! the good reviews are good, sure, but the left out the part that ruined the entire thing. Idk if this is sum bug or glitch that only I have, but this needs to be fixed.

Glad that old edit UI is back. When the app got updated to version 2.0, it became unusable. It used to be so simple. I used to love this app and used it to edit many audio files. Now every thing became so complex and I give up each time I start an edit. Hugely disappointed. Is there a way I can go back to old version? **** update: old version edit UI is back. Relieved.

They aren’t fake reviews lol. I saw the reviews and thought they were faked but honestly after using the app it is just as good as the reviews say. They aren't pushy about buying premium and you can probably do whatever you need to without buying premium 99% of the time. 10/10, exactly what I was looking for.

FIX the “An error occurred” every time i try to export file. I have the app in premium, its the best audio-editing app i have on my ipad. This current update did include some new features that I really enjoy, like being able to layer audios together & the merge layers and a couple more good add-ons. Out of practically every audio-editing app on the app store, this one has the most features which is necessary to me. However with every new update also comes either a disappointment, bug, or an issue. There is currently the issue where I get “An error occurred” message every time I try to export a file. I finished making a new audio project and its not letting me download it anymore. I tried exporting a few old drafts and some of it exported, and some didn’t with the Error message. Fix this, please and ASAP. Also revert the Gain-Pitch feature back to what it was.

New update issues. So I religiously use this app multiple times a week for the last year to edit my audio stories to add alot of immersive SFX. After the new update it now takes an extra hour to do what I used to do in 30 minutes. Why in Gods name would you remove the name of each audio clip from being seen in the full frame? They all are just nameless and I have to click through 15 audios to find which track I want to tweak because the name [door closing] is not visible until you click on it. Another thing that kills me is that you’ve removed the ability to slice and cut audio tracks just by clicking the track. By you making it into an alternate window, you’ve removed our ability to clip it right at the timestamp that we need it split. In the new window the only time stamp shown is the length of the clip which is completely irrelevant. We need to be able to clip it at the timestamp of the audio as a whole so it can be placed specifically in the correct spot. Please revert these changes back it is almost impossible to use this app anymore due to these changes.

stopped working. I was in love with this app because of each effect and adjustment being free for anyone to use. I regularly used it, and then the pro version came out…ever since that was released, it’s been crashing right in the middle of making an audio. It deletes all of my progress, and it overheats my phone as well. This entire process is so frustrating and it pushed me to delete it unfortunately. It was a great app, but I guess it’s better if you buy the pro? I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem or if it’s just me, but hopefully I’m not alone in this…

Unsafe app. I’ve used this app before quite a few times in the past, but just recently downloaded a phone security app. It IMMEDIATELY gave me a red flag report that this is an unsafe app to be using when I opened to. I closed the editor just to be sure, then opened it again and got the same report stating that this app is not secure and is using the sensitive information in my phone. This is NOT good at all, because I have used this app multiple times in the past before this moment. I’m very concerned as to what information this app has collected from me.

Now Semi-useful after update. Still a great app, but it became less useful after the update, with more features now being restricted to subscription and no more ad-watching to use them, I can understand, but I’m pretty sure many people; such as myself, would enjoy to use such content again without a paywall, I for one will gladly keep watching ads to use those features, overall, still a decent and Okay app.

Premium. AudioEditor is by far the best app for artist and people of creativity and unlike other apps it has the proper tool necessary but after its recent update, requiring premium in order to edit audio is terrible and the absolute worst change they have ever done. It completely destroys the purpose of the app, now all we have is the ability to fix how long the music is and save it which is useless. All in all its a 5 star the ads are ever skippable within a second but the new Premium option in order to slow the music down or speed it up maybe add effects so it’s in a large hall or echoing is completely taken away.

it’s okay.. i have been using this app for months and recently switched because of the following problems. when you click “save and exit” it actually never saves. every time you exit the app and join again or import another audio, there’s an ad. don’t get me wrong, i don’t expect much but like EVERY TIME? not to mention you can only import audios that have already been imported into the app or you have the option to record one. i’m a mobile video/picture editor and i have recently switched apps.

Was wonderful.. This app was amazing for a while, it’s easy to use and handles with no problems. My biggest issue? The ads. First there was none, then a single ad would pop up randomly which was okay.. now every time you open, close, backpedal, there’s an ad. Oh if that isn’t enough, we have to watch a 30 second ad to save the audio. I really hope they calm down on the ads because I was ready to give this a five star last month. The app itself handles well but come on, these ads need to stop.

Disappointed but not surprised. The app was amazing. It had everything you needed to edit an audio to your liking. The ads were annoying but fortunately you could skip them and they were short. My disappointment comes with the new update, ofc this app was going to get turned into a subscription. It was too good to be true unfortunately. Like another user stated, not everyone has money. So time to look for another option. However, if you are considering purchasing the membership, this is a good app and you can customize a lot which is pretty neat.

Feedback:. You GOTTA make it so you can edit audio with out it dropping to the next line! Its when you split it NEEDS to stay unless i want to drag it up. It is so much MORE EFFECENT TO BE ABLE TO LINE UP VOCALS TO MUSIC OR FIND EXACTLY WHERE THE SPOT Is THAT 2 pieces of audio or video wil line up perfect without that twitch or stutter that lets people know youve cut. .... im not bad at math but this isnt a math problem your goal isnt to get the correct answer by adding decimal points it seemless transition and quality audio for what ever project and it would beInfinitely easier to not spend 4 hours and only have 20 seconds of audio All broken up and stacked one on top of the other scrolling way off screen to where you cant even see the piece your lining it up with and just failing and faing and failing to get anything to lay perfect ... the adding and subtractjng numbers to try and align pieces of Audio is wack the numbers would need to get much smaller like a whole nother digit beliw zeeo AT LEAST

Just Awesome!. I have been utilizing this this application and the tools provided about six months now. I have been extremely pleased with the functionality and ease of which I can use every aspect it provides. I have never used an application to edit audio in the past and had no idea what I was doing at first. I recommend upgrading to the Pro version from the start. I should have purchased the lifetime upgrade but started with the yearly subscription.

⚠️BEWARE! Audio Crash 2.0!. I’m not sure where all of these bogus alternative truth, 5-star reviews are coming from, but this app is nearly impossible to use. Beyond the nerve shredding ad aggression, don’t invest time in anything significant unless you love the nauseating feeling you get when features suddenly stop working without resolve and then a crash after your careful work has been completed! Oh, and when I use it my phone is practically melting. An energy sucking vampire app! Definitely seems that they paid for their high position on the audio editor search result list. This S#IT is TRAAAAASSSHHHH 🗑 obviously run by people who hate creatives, but LOVE A SWIFT MONEY GRAB!

Ruined what made it good. I understand having a system where you pay for more features is financially more beneficial, but it’s better if you ADD more features to buy instead of locking the features that used to be free, It’s not fair to users before the update and It’s definitely not fair to people who need an audio editor and will definitely cause people to uninstall and leave the app for the next, and come on, It’s NOT even an Editor at this point! You’ve locked everything that makes an editor and editor. It’s totally unethical to have a FREE app that locks almost all features just to make a few extra dollars. Either make the app a purchasable app, or an app that was good with freedom. Yes the Ad’s were a bit irritating, but we appreciated the ads more than this new system.

perfect. You don't left any detail. The point is that you don't get payment first like the other apps. we can try the app then decide to pay or not. we can tandem music files, convert videos to music, parallel music files and send them to anywhere. literally perfect but of course you need a better music player in your app, and when we want to tandem music files we can't choose the kind of the file it's all the time m4a,of course we can change it to MP3 in the app but it takes some time

AMAZING before they charged. Before the recent update, this app was incredible all you had to get through was a couple ads rarely and you had a blast editing audio. But recently they just made it where you have to pay for some membership for the stuff that was ALL FREE BEFORE which is ridiculous and the worst part is that I doubt they will listen also. It will never change back and I’ll now have to search for a new audio editor like I’m sure many others will do. I understand as well that maybe they might be running low on money as a company, but the worst thing to do is to make us pay for stuff that was already free before, why would we do that. 30 dollars or pay 3 dollars a month when we could buy a better software as a more permanent solution. If you’re truly into editing audio and weren’t just messing with it and having fun with it with my friends like I was, you might as well get a better software even though this one is incredible and has great care and love put into it. I had a great time using it but now they made all the fun features locked and only available if you pay. Overall developers if you are reading this somehow, please Im begging you change it back and if your desperate for money truly just make everything available but with a couple more ads the membership should only be for no ads and if people want that that’s on them. Thank you.

From Free With Ads To Paid Subscription. This app is great don’t get me wrong, but the fact that I’m now forced to pay to be able to use the features that made this app worth downloading from start is disappointing. Maybe adding 2 ads instead of 1 ad would be an exception, but now I have to pay to basically use this app? There are only a couple features that are free and those features are hardly used by people. Nobody wants to pay $30 for a mobile audio editing software when there is many more that can do WAY more than this for that amount.

Some issues need fixing. Overall not a bad audio editor considering it’s free, but it has some issues that need to be fixed. For example, the “snap to” function can make editing certain things very difficult, especially since you can’t disable the function. Also when zoomed in on your audio tracks, while moving an audio track it turns invisible instead of darkening itself. Some of the more nit picky things I suggest are a landscape mode for this app, as well as more precise audio speed control.

Mostly this Update.. I’ve had this app since 2020 and it’s been an amazing experience. I have the premium version and it does come with some occasional crashes, but nothing on my end to worry about. One major issue I have with this new update though is the change to pitch modulation. It use to be as precise as .001 but they changed it to one whole octave at a time which I’m really not a fan of. If the developer sees this, I hope he hears and maybe considers my concerns. Otherwise, I’ve been having fun with this app.

It stopped working….. Before I say anything, I would just like to say that this app was absolutely AMAZING when it was working properly. You could literally do anything on it; from speeding up the audio, changing the pitch, adding more or less bass, and if you’re wearing headphones, you could switch the audio from one ear to the other. I would give this app 5 stars if there wasn’t a major problem; I can’t play anything. It keeps on saying “unable to read (such and such)”, it doesn’t pay anything either. The app was working fine before September, but not it’s not working at all. My phone is updated, has more than enough storage and although it is an older version (IPhone 7+), it works perfectly fine. Please resolve this issue ASAP, thank you.

This app is just flat out amazing 100%. Satisfaction is all that is need to describe this app, shout out to the developer/s it really means a lot to the community that you made it simple and let people use for free...just amazing quality comes out, it’s very easy to use and not confusing like some apps, I truly hope God blesses you just as much as this app I’m sure has blessed the ones who use it! Pro seems to be a scam. I’ve paid several times for pro and I’ve never been upgraded. And all the editing features they claim to offer must be in the “Pro-Con” cause I definitely don’t have access to them! I intend to file refund claims through Apple to get my money back, but you can spare yourself the hassle. Unless you only need the ability to make your song louder, change the name, or clip a portion of it out…for which you are given almost zero tools to accomplish…you are better off choosing one of the 5,000 other similar apps that will provide you with a far better chance of success.

WHY?. I have used this app for over a year and it out of the blue stopped functioning for me the way that I need it yesterday? I usually use the app to export audio from videos in the iPhone camera roll to turn them into mp3 files. While I can export audio to the app, and cut up the file……. Once I save as “mp3”, the file goes invisible and I cannot click on it or select it or anything. It says it saves in the app in “my audios” but yet the mp3 file is not there. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times since this first occurred yesterday and yet I am still having this problem. Can someone help me resolve this issue?

Was great until their new update.. So this app is extremely well made and all, but up until they updated it and made it where you can’t even edit the audio the way you want where you have to pay for it… not so much. I genuinely loved this app, used it for making my edit audios I post on insta, and then they updated it. You can’t pitch anything, you can’t add reverb, and Im almost positive you can’t even add bass boost… so, it used it be a really good free music editing app, but not everyone has money y’know. I’m just saying. I loved the app, but now I can barely do anything on it and I genuinely don’t like it. I also don’t like taking other editors audios they’ve worked hard on, which is why I used this app in the first place.

You can’t save edited audio without paying. You can’t adjust the audio at all other than trimming unless you pay a monthly subscription. The entire point of downloading this app was to actually be able to change the audio but I’m very disappointed at not being able to save my hard work. Especially for an app littered with ads, there should actually be usable features. Either don’t have ads and have the subscription option or don’t have a subscription but have ads. You don’t need to bombard me with ads every time I do something and then not even let me save it. I will be deleting this app and finding something I can actually use. I don’t mind ads usually, I understand that you need to make money. But combined with only being able to use the app if you pay it’s obvious that they’re pretty much forcing you to pay.

This is a Rip-Off.. I worked a lot on a song to make it better buy screen recording and putting the audio file in. I began working on it and it sounded good. I decided to take a break and pressed SAVE and Quit. But when I opened it back up it was all gone. It went back to being the original audio file. All of the stuff I cut out was back in and I decided to cut some stuff out again and SAVE and quit. But when I went back in it was all there again. It also didn’t have a speed up and slow down option or at least they didn’t have a button for it on the hot bar and a lot of people specifically get these apps to slow down and speed up songs. This is a piece of trash.

Way better than others!. What I’ve notice from audio editing apps, a lot is locked behind a pay wall and I get tons of ads but this app isn’t one of them, you can do so much with this app and it actually lets me use audio files from the Apple Files app also unlike others. One thing that I would love to see is a bass booster since I’ve been making lots of nightcore and loudened songs. Though is there is a way to bass boost, I would love to know! All in all, best app to use for editing audio on mobile! Edit: So I read the description again even though I’ve had this app for a while and in “equalizer” it says “bass boost” and wanna know how to use the equalizer to bass boost

Forced payment and capitalism. In the past before 1d ago this app was amazing able to create instrumentals edit audio slow+reverb but with this new update you made it to where we can only do 20% of what we where able to do on this app every time I want to do something simple like change pitch it puts a premium subscription add in my face and I can’t even use the audio toolbox anymore now that all the stuff is premium only and trying to use what once would just make me watch a 30 second advertisement now try’s to sell me a subscription service and to be honest that makes me mad now I can’t do anything without being forced to buy another subscription this thing has enough subscriptions as it is but now I need to buy it for it to even be good

Concern about privacy policy and data collection.. The app says they collect data and store somewhere which means your privacy is compromised. This app is not a music app but taking your data across devices and selling it to third party for pennies and that causes drained battery because it will keep getting data from your mobile and collect in china and sell to third party. So avoid this app. Why is a paid music editor app needs to collect any data at all. It’s all done on devices so if any app wants your data that means it’s abusing your privacy and phone internet data and battery so stay away from this app. They charge you meant to sell your data just for a peanut audio editor app. Seriously. Is it app or a spyware. In fact AppStore must remove this app developer from App Store so this guy can understand that when even after getting paid if you abuse users phone battery and data is not what you must do. “Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to the analytics tools which help us evaluate the Application’s usage patterns and improve the Application over time. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.”

Everything Costs Money. I loved this app when I first got it because I could actually use it. It wasn’t a free trial or anything, I could just use it. Now, I cannot do anything on it because it costs so much money. I am super frustrated because now i can not use the app like I would have in the past. For this, I give you3 out of 5 stars. It is a good app, but the money is what caused me to delete it and unless it becomes free again, my services will no longer be offered as a customer.

Crashes. I’ve been using this for almost a year and a half and there is a big problem with this app. I keeps crashing and resetting. I’ve been trying to make a audio for weeks and then this app will stop, crash, and delete 5 hours of hard work. This has been happening for weeks now. So if you could either fix this problem in a update or tell me what I can do to fix this it would be very appreciated.

I promise I’m not mad.. I was trying to find an app that could enhance the volume of a song. I live in NM (New Mexico) and it gets so hot that there is a ac unit now in every room. It’s a desert out there (badoom’ tss), but in here… in here the roar of the ac units dissolve any beautiful sounds below. Anyways, I just wanted to say that I think it’s very cool that you’re trying to bring some professional onto the AppStore. I’ve noticed a lot of people don’t. I can easily see this being misused and possibly destroying some hardware lol ☺️ Goodbye now.

Paid subscription? Smashed with ads, used to be better.. What is up with the paid subscription , it used to be free with ads. You can’t even really get a feel for how it sounds because to apply the effects you have to click, “done” which takes you straight to the pay screen, it doesn’t apply your effects, and that’s for EVERYTHING, you can’t even use it for basic things like pan left and right, used to be a very good app, now it seems you have to pay to play, sad cause I used this everyday and didn’t mind the ads to earn the dev some money , now users will earn the dev money just to rip sound from video, And not really get rewarded for using the ap. Sad to say but there are many other use with ads audio editors in the App Store, deleting this and going with the competitions….if you want to pay, it’s an ok app…but if your not don’t even waist your time, cause you can’t use it without paying first. AWESOME. People have reported ads where I haven’t had very many. This app is great I can upload songs from my phone and edit them. The editing part is weird, you don’t get very many choices but it does allow you to do lots of things with those little choices. You can also listen to the music or whatever audios you put in there with your phone off. Over all I give this app 5 stars very good I will continue to use it.

Greatest Find. I’ve been looking for a really good audio editor, most apps I tried have very poor quality and are seriously unprofessional... I was a bit iffy about downloading this since the display of it didn’t seem like much to me, but I’m very glad I downloaded it. It’s easy and works very well, the audio quality is great, it’s got everything I need. I’ve already recommended this app to a few other people. I think it’s really great. I was almost stressed that I may have to download software on my computer for this stuff but this found me and it’s perfect.

I am baffled.. Normally devs are greedy, either spamming you with ads or making almost everything impossible without a monthly subscription. But this app, there’s no ads or purchases to be made, why the devs made it like this? I don’t think that’s the important question here. This is a quality, no cost, advertisement free, subscription free, audio editor. And a personal note to the devs, have a good day. You deserve it.

Amazing. I have been looking for an app that will allow me to take my favorite songs and put them into one song and this is the best app to do it. It makes it so easy to multiple songs into one thing and move them around till you like them. If you are looking for an app to allow you to do this, this app is for you.

Pretty bad after update. I’ve used this app for a while now and liked how balanced it was with feature you were able to use and the ones you could only use with purchase but now you can’t even use anything at all you have to purchase a subscription in order to even download an audio you edited i feel like that’s a heavy restriction and it sketchy to new people because they won’t know if it works or not, at least take what i say in consideration i know you guys won’t make it free again

Please note before downloading.. I’ve used this app before and usually had no problems with it. However it started lagging and freezing and it ended up freezing my entire phone and this kept on happening leading to me uninstalling it. Then I downloaded it again after a while and saw an update. This update makes it unusable now, it’s limited but you’d think unlimited like “oh I cant use these features but at-least I can still edit audios!” But no. You can’t because you have to pay for a membership, you can’t add a fade in/out without paying, you can’t edit it without paying, you can’t do anything without paying. I understand that you have to make money but there’s other ways of doing that. Like sponsorships, maybe giving features to members earlier. Like they get a preview or demo when they’re a member and non-members have to wait for them to come out on the app. There’s many ways.

Sony Mini disk recordings compatibility is easy!!!. AudioEditor is the first app that I found after downloading 6 others that will import my 2003 Sony MiniDisk Walkman recordings onto my IPhone SE iOS 14.0.1. I use the lightning adapter to 3.5 mm headphone jack, then go into that with another adapter which coverts the 4-section 3.5 mm male plug ( headphone, left in, right in, and microphone) into a female port that accepts the 4-section plug and then converts that to go to two 3-section female ports ((1)headphone, left out, and right out AND (1) microphone, left in, right in) which the microphone port gets connected to the headphone out 3.5 mm port on the MiniDisk player. In the app, you hit ‘RECORD’, then immediately press play on the MiniDisk player. This could be how you’d import any analog sound source with an easy headphone jack. The key to this is the ‘4 to 3’ headphone (3.5mm) jack converter which was under $5 online (KingTop was the manufacturer). Since this converter has a separate headphone jack left over once you’ve hooked up the microphone port for your transfer to your phone, you can simple plug into the headphones and hear what’s being transferred! Hopefully you could follow this advice, but it is simpler than it may seem. Practice niceness✌️

Good but has issues. So first off, looooove this all it’s one of the best out there. I’ve used it for about five months now and it’s worked great! But here recently it’s been not saving my changes to audios. I’ll import the audio and edit it however i please but when i go to “save and exit” and then come back to the audio it’s in it’s original state from when i imported it into the app. this might be a small glitch or bug but it’s quite annoying when i spend a lot of time on an audio and when i save and exit it doesn’t really save my changes. Please fix this soon! this app is so amazing and i recommend it to people a lot, but this bug/glitch HAS to be fixed!!!

Latest Update: Huge Let Down. Until the recent update, this app was wonderful. I really do not care that 90% of ads are gone, because 90% of the features are now only for paying Premium members. I was not aware that this would come with the update and needless to say it was disappointing. In addition to this, the drafts I had already saved are inaccessible without Premium membership. Unfortunately I will be looking for another app, which is a shame because I used to love this one. :/

S tier, but has one main issue. straight up, 5 stars. this app may seem like another one of those cheap editors that cant do much without paying a billion dollars first, but its anything but. i was surprised by the high quality exports and mixing, and the interface is clean and easy to understand. the only issue i have, and i hope this gets resolved, is that every now and then the app will randomly crash, and i’ll lose all my work. this could be on my end, but i haven’t found anything that could be causing it. while infuriating, i can look past that and appreciate the work put into this app. thanks!

Must use!. First of all, I can edit SO MUCH! I like to edit my songs for a “scrap thing” (lol I have no idea what to call it) and like, just WAY better! Other apps make you pay, and you can’t edit a lot of songs. They also have lots of adds. This app however, never has a add pop up. (Only once in a while.) I recommend you use it! Tip: I also downloaded the app ‘spire’ so I can edit in spire then convert to audio editor. It helps a lot!

Do not use this app. You will mix and master your first song to find out that this apps audio export feature is broken and the layered audios you have used and spend hours lining up will all be out of sync and purchasing a membership still doesn’t fix this. Now I am stuck with songs I have made in my drafts that cannot be completed.

New layout. The app was good until they updated it. now everything is in its way of each other for example effects, normally you could adjust global gain from 0 to 1100 and 0 to -1100 thats not possible now

bad update. this app used to be good until the new update. before the update, you could listen to every draft you save but now you are only limited to one draft you can listen to, the rest you have to pay to unlock. you can’t save audios anymore, you have to pay too. i hope the developers reverse this update, i can see a lot of people upset with this. i preferred the constant ads

Bro what. Overall design great except for the fact that the undo button complete fukkes up your entire project. I genuinely don't fucing get how this could possibly happen and be a glitch for so long. Spent hours on a audioproject for my school just to get fked over by a undo button in the end. App glitches and progress lost whenever ads pop up.. 10 mins in, I haven’t been successful in making a mix. Each & every time an ad pops up (like every 30s) the app glitches, shuts down, nothing autosaves, have to start over. Reopen the app and it annoys you for a rating, so ok! here’s my honest verdict based on my experience: I rate this app one star for attractive GUI, minus 4 stars for unworkable app with too many ads.

You have to pay for everything now.. I loved this app, I was able to create music freely and edit as needed. Now you have to pay for literally everything regardless of what it is.

App review. This was not a good app. You don’t have a chance to test or learn how to use it without paying first, since all you can do is record a clip and that’s all. Don’t choose this app if you don’t intend on paying for plan at the same time.

Almost literally useless without a subscription.. Without a subscription, the only thing you can do is change the volume (you can do it without an app), rate (you can also do it without an app), split it, and copy it. If you are intending to use this app without spending money, do not consider this app.

The app is awesome. But after like 10-15 minutes of using the app, your mobile device becomes very VERY slow, which is why I rate it four stars. But the app in general is amazing, strong recommended if you really like music.

It keeps crushing on Mac Silicon which you should be able to install iPad apps. I have macOS silicon where I can easily install iPad apps on my Mac but lately it has been crushing even though it worked well for the last four months and hasn’t been working well the last 3 weeks!!I have the premium AudioEditor and now it seems a waste of time.

Really nice app but.... This app is amazing and deserves its five stars. But there’s still some annoying bugs and one of them deletes my projects. Also, my phone starts to slow down when trying to access my projects via files. Please fix this! Thank you ❤️.

There isn’t any help or FAQ page. I’m trying to get a school guitar project done and handed in and I have to put a backing track with what I recorded, I can’t move the individual tracks so they’re lined up properly. I can’t find anything to help me in the app or online, since this app has a generic name and nothing to signal that it’s this app I’m using, other than pictures of said app. I usually don’t write reviews but if I’m trying to edit audio together I would expect to be able to drag and drop my own tracks where I want them.

The new update ruined it for me. Because they got rid of the old way that Fine Tuning works, I haven’t been able to get the results I wanted (Aka: Since music clips end up immediately end up moving to the beginning or end of other music clips, it can make precise adjustments extremely difficult)

Good. The 5 second ads everytime you import and the 30 second ads everytime you export is ridiculous! But the app is pretty decent overall. Would give 4 stars due to the ad issues but I’ll give 5 anyways cause the app does a pretty good job.

Very useful app! My new hobby!. I’m so glad I discovered this app! You saved the day! My group and I had to put together a song and we’re in different countries. We recorded individually and used your app to put the pieces together. Turned out pretty well. The app is very easy to use and I just wanted to say thank you!

Controls could be better. Have it a five because of how quick it works. The controls could definitely be better. Was hard to just play the track sometimes on the write second.

Well you see I’m working on a cover of FNAF Song Welcome to Freddy’s and I was editing and stuff and them I was listening to it and then I exited and saved and when I went to listen to it I reset everything and I was so mad and I’m still stressed out now...Is there anything you can do to fix it? Lost saved drafts. The software is easy to use and easy to understand the only drawback is that when I choose the save&exit option I lose all my progress and have to start over. I have to export my files as completed (even though they are not) in order to keep my progress and to later re-upload them to continue.

Why do you have to pay for everything now?. I used to use this all the time about a year ago to make my own audios to listen to, but I deleted it for storage purposes. Now I come back to download it again and everything is now blocked unless I pay for it. Which I’m just curious as to why but also a bit upset because now it’s almost exactly like every other audio editor app.

Audios automatically alphabetized even when sorting by date. Recently it seems the audios are all automatically sorted alphabetically, starting with Z and going to A. Even when selecting “sort by date” it simply switches back from having audios starting with A at the top, to having audios starting with Z. Other than this, the app is great, I’ve used it for a long time.

decent tools, but inconsistent. after about three months of using this application and a purchase of the year subscription, I won’t say that I’m happy with the audio workspace. the tracks save data is very inconsistent, I have to constantly go back and redo changes that I just saved. It’s very frustrating that this happens to the full track save as well, not just snippet alterations. very detrimental issue to this applications function.

Love this app but. This is my favorite editing app for music. As a figure skating coach I use it all the time because it has every feature I need, but I hate that I cannot save an edit without the draft being smushed into one line. It makes me have to start from the beginning when I need to make an edit. PLEASE fix this!! 🙏🏼😭

Great developers :). I was a bit disheartened when they changed the interface, because i preferred the old one, but thankfully the devs listened to their users feedback and criticism and changed it back to the old one. I find that very admirable. Great app.

New Updates make App worse every time!!!. Every time this App is updated, just for the sake of updating it, they make it less user friendly and with less options. It takes me longer to get projects done!!! This App used to be great and now it is LESS GREAT!!! what a shame!!!

USED TO BE GOOD. This app used to be phenomenal, but once they updated and started including ads, this app has now become an absolute nightmare. It constantly freezes or just doesn’t launch at all. When you try to playback your edit, the music pauses and skips. When you try to save and download your edits, the whole app freezes and shuts down, and then you lose your progress and have to start all over again. It’s a mess. I don’t recommend downloading, unless you enjoy starting over a hundred times.

How do you even trial this?. I tried everything to use this, but when I select a file, it plays an ad every time. I wait for the ad to finish and it takes me back to the ‘select a file’ file screen and then it plays another ad and this repeats forever. There is no way to use this app apparently unless you pay? I’m not opposed to paying (my goal was to find a good audio editor here and I would pay for it), but I needed to see if it would do what I wanted and there’s no way to test. So deleting.

Pretty bad after update. I’ve used this app for a while now and liked how balanced it was with feature you were able to use and the ones you could only use with purchase but now you can’t even use anything at all you have to purchase a subscription in order to even download an audio you edited i feel like that’s a heavy restriction and it sketchy to new people because they won’t know if it works or not, at least take what i say in consideration i know you guys won’t make it free again

The best app I have on my iPhone. Hello, as I have messaged in feedback several times, I have difficulty converting links into mp3/m4a. The error says “No audio in clipboard” instead of processing the link into a new file. I am on iOS 26.4.2 and an iPhone 15. Please fix this soon, I use this app nearly everyday.

I like this song but.. what about Apple Music background?. I know it is good to make songs, but Audio editor people, if you are seeing this, please make the one time purchase slightly more cheaper, (half like 15$) but I just want to tell you, everything’s good, but please make the pro much cheaper, and at least let us use Apple Music.. 😌

Best ive used so far.. Other apps I’ve tried to use to denoise or increase audio quality are difficult to use, this one makes the process simple and after a short time I am seeing consistent results with little effort. Wish I would have tried this one sooner!

Ads blocking usage. It could be good app. But, as a free version it's useless. As I'm trying to bring audio from video, the ad pops up and the "x" sign to close it doesn't work, but without closing the ad you can't return back too using the app. So it's useless, unless you buy a subscription, but without trying first it's like a cat in a bag, you don't know what you're getting... Yeah they offer you 3 day free trial with the subscription, but it's another way to lure. People often forget to unsubscribe and lose money...

Nice useful app but no instructions. Would have rated it 5 stars but there are no user instructions or help files. Was able to split an audio clip and it saves it in the app but there is no option to forward the clip or save it elsewhere on the phone. The copy function only saves a copy in the app itself. Am I missing something or is that the limitation of the app?

Keep getting a error. I keep getting an error every time I try to edit a file , this is been happening for weeks. Speech to text does not wound I have already paid the yearly payment. So now I paid fo something that you guys said the program will do and it doesn’t

Can’t get a song. There is a song I want to make a ringtone and I definitely have it downloaded, favorited, and in my song list as well as multiple playlists and this app won’t recognize it. I have managed to do this with other songs. But no matter how much I refresh, turn apps on and off, or restart my phone, it just won’t recognize it.

Easy to use and so far I don’t need to buy anything!. This app is easy to use & the ads aren’t too annoying. Worth the download. Of course, this could change if it only allows a limited number of projects Lol! The companion app, Audio Expert, is also good. I’ll prob give that one 5 stars too, I’m feeling generous!

Way too many ads. I am getting tired of people’s products being flashed in my face if I even breathe. There’s something surreal about the world going to garbage and then an upbeat ad flashes in your face for even trying to use any of the apps features and when you do use the features, it is a convoluted mess. Absolutely would have reconsidered if part of the challenge of using this app wasn’t in trying to navigate around every ad on the face of the earth. You need to do a lot better than that.

Love this app!. This app is great! I love using it to edit my music, but there’s just one problem. If you delete your music, there’s no getting it back. There’s no recently deleted section or something, which is kind of distressing. Otherwise, this app is great

Great app minor issues. Love this app, it’s extremely user friendly and easy to use. My only grievance is that I wish it still kept the raw cuts when exporting. I’ve had to restart projects many times when sending out samples. Other than that, the app is great!

It Used to be Good. I used this app all the time a couple years ago for editing my recordings because I loved the special effects features within the editing section! It was great! Now it seems that I can't export anything when using effects without upgrading to Pro. I no longer use this app. Shame to see it go this route. I should never have updated the app.

They aren’t fake reviews lol. I saw the reviews and thought they were faked but honestly after using the app it is just as good as the reviews say. They aren't pushy about buying premium and you can probably do whatever you need to without buying premium 99% of the time. 10/10, exactly what I was looking for.

5 stars, with a little feedback. I went ahead and gave this 5 stars as I’m sure I’ll figure it out eventually. It would be great if the custom equalizer had labels on the dials. Whether that’s through a pop out info box like on the Pitch setting, or whatever is decided on, labels would make it the custom eq far more user-friendly. Thank you!

How to save an individual cut track? If you can’t please add!. I’m not sure how to save a track. I have a gta radio station that I cut up into like 55 individual files but I want to save each one to my files instead of the whole track all together. Please help 🙏

Unsafe app. I’ve used this app before quite a few times in the past, but just recently downloaded a phone security app. It IMMEDIATELY gave me a red flag report that this is an unsafe app to be using when I opened to. I closed the editor just to be sure, then opened it again and got the same report stating that this app is not secure and is using the sensitive information in my phone. This is NOT good at all, because I have used this app multiple times in the past before this moment. I’m very concerned as to what information this app has collected from me.

Simple but just what I needed. I like this is simple to use and not taking much space on iPad. All I need was clip the file and save as different formats. Excellent free app with no ads!! It would be nice if we can drag the track to where I want it to overlap with another tracks. Overall nice app! Thank you! Wow...good to know! 5 stars!

Have used for years. New AI is limited though…. The new ai editing feature is basically only capable of performing simple tasks that can be performed by the user about as fast as it takes to type them. Some better decision-making and track analysis logic would elevate the tool from novel to genuinely useful.

Fired up first try!. I paid for the pro right up front and this is excellent! I have only made one clip so far, this is the second audio editor I tried tonight and this one is by far the most intuitive and easy to use.

so many crashes and bugs. I’m trying to edit audio for a song mashup and it’s getting infuriating because every 10 mins or so a bug will occur where when you go to play the audio it’ll only play for a second then cut out, after that bug happens, another bug comes when you try to save your work, it freezes the app then crashes, leaving none of your progress saved. It won’t stop happening and is very very annoying.

So…. Too many ads… and now you can’t even add multiple audio clips to one file without the app asking you to pay… super lame I don’t recommend and I can only hope other people begin to start being honest and rate this app far down the list to stop being considered:/ I’m over it. Used it for years and now it’s basically impossible to use. My frustration is understandable and yours will be too.

Almost perfect. I’m not a pro but this app meets all my needs for now. The one time payment is also a great catch! There’s a minor glitch when I try to save or export the final project. Not all but some tracks would shift like 0.2 s from their original position on the time axis and the whole thing is messed up. I’d appreciate it if someone tells me how to fix it.

Having to move apps and find a better one sadly. Before it used to be a free app and now you have to pay for it this app it was really good you just had adds and now you can’t even press done just to hear the sound and have fun I really enjoy it but if you can see this comment I’m begging the company to make it free again because it’s not fair how are you going to make a free app payable not truly wanting to have fun you just looking for a come up if you truly love editing and not for the money you would make it free.

Use to love this app. What’s going on with the app ? It’s not fully functioning. My favorite part of the app is merging my sound tracks to make one. It won’t allow me to do that anymore. I pay for the pro version and without that feature it’s only useful to me for meta data which has been giving issue too . Please can you fix it ?

atp you have to pay to actually use the app. this was a really good app at one point. i had it downloaded on all of my apple devices because it is very useful and actually did what it needed to do as an audio editing app. unfortunately it has recently began charging to actually USE the app for its intended purpose. extremely disappointing, poor business decision and i will now be seeking out other apps. god bless

money-hungry. heyo! before i start this, this is my personal opinion on what’s going on with this app. this reveiw is here to inform people who would like to use this app. i’ve been using this app for a year now, and it started off pretty easy to use and useful! the only con it had was the fact that you couldn’t do much without watching an ad, which was fine with me. but recently, they took out the ad option and added more things that you couldn’t do without paying. for example, the effects used to be free until recently. this app is pretty much useless for free-to-play users. at this point, just make it sp you have to buy the app when you first download it, because theres no point in getting it free anymore. -kay

Latest Update: Huge Let Down. Until the recent update, this app was wonderful. I really do not care that 90% of ads are gone, because 90% of the features are now only for paying Premium members. I was not aware that this would come with the update and needless to say it was disappointing. In addition to this, the drafts I had already saved are inaccessible without Premium membership. Unfortunately I will be looking for another app, which is a shame because I used to love this one. :/

Amazing. I have been looking for an app that will allow me to take my favorite songs and put them into one song and this is the best app to do it. It makes it so easy to multiple songs into one thing and move them around till you like them. If you are looking for an app to allow you to do this, this app is for you.

App not opening after recent update. I purchased this app a week ago and it has been amazing. Today i go to open it and it crashes immediately. Tried rebooting my phone, opening the file with “AudioEditor” and other methods with no luck. PLEASE FIX THIS

Audio to text. Great love it when it works been with the app going on 3 years and from time to time the feature does not work if it was some thing like 3 or 5 days I wouldn’t mind but it’s been over 3 months and it is not working and I pay for the yearly subscription Please help

Wish they could bring back more pitch options. In this recent update, they adjusted the pitch settings to be based on hard semitones instead of earlier versions where you could toggle decimals of pitches to create some interesting pitches. Perhaps this is being overhauled by the fact that you can make your song a double octave lower of higher or maybe it's being reworked.

It's getting worse. I started using this app about 2 years ago and it was golden until it got updated, and there's more ads, which I don't mind but now there's an issue where mp3 type audios won't playback. Now everything is closed off to the premium user, what is the point of editing the audio with ads if you were never able to use the editing features?

Delete account. This app is horrible I tried to give it a chance and the audio doesn’t save to my iphone and when i sent it , the version is the unedited version that sent . Also I tried to delete it in through the app but there is no customer service ! There isn’t even an option to delete the app or your account itself. Also another thing , There is only an option to renew and not delete your subscription. Don’t do it !
