Doesn’t work. This is not worth the money I paid for it. It presents itself as a beta production, not worth prime time .

Doesn’t load. Stuck on loading screen.

Piece of garbage. Just stays there processing. Can’t even buy it, app is so bad won’t even let me give them money. In fact why doesn’t it have the option to try it out without my credit card info just so my kid can see it, it’s rip off¡

Not worth the money. We already have the mat and shapes required for this with the Little Genius starter kit - so to charge $25 for an app seems ludicrous.

Buggy. Need to reinstall it every time I want to run the app.

Fix this game please. My daughter loved this when I could get it to work. Thankful for a free trail because I’d never pay 25 dollars for a game that doesn’t even work

Never works. What a waste of money. So far almost all of the Osmo games have been awful because they never work.

Good…when it works. My daughter loves this games. When it works. Which is very rare. Often we’re stuck on the loading screen. FIX IT.

Doesn't work. The app doesn't work. The game opens then freezes as soon as my son starts to play.

Stuck on Loading scree on iPad Pro!. Unable to use the app

Stuck loading. Have tried on two iPads.. 6th generation and 8th generation . Both running iOS 15.1. Gets past initial white loading screen, prompts for putting on stand and mirror, and then goes to a blue screen where it says loading. Have left it for 10+ minutes and it never loads.

Never works. Freezes when loading and then shuts down the app. It’s never once actually let us play the game

Not working. My daughter enjoyed this game, but now the game just says “loading...” repeatedly. Recently, when this happened, it worked after restarting the ipad. That strategy isn’t working this time. Why did I pay extra to get a game that doesn’t work? Please fix.

Broken.. Often sticks with no option for input. Pitiful. Please fix this. It’s what’s we need for our 3 yr old! Other apps work… this one doesn’t.

Incredibly buggy. I used to like this but it is just too painful and too easily freezes up. Support has been useless in troubleshooting. It’s like they want me to fix their app even though the bugs are so easy to reproduce. Worthless app as the bugs outweigh any learning that might exist. 😔

Frustrating. Up until a few weeks ago this app worked perfectly, then it updated. Osmo is defined not a cheap device, I expect the app to be fully functional. I’m definitely not happy!

This app doesn’t work. It Doesn’t work. I am super disappointed with this

Not working at all. This game won’t recognize anything we do past the first shape. Very disappointing as this was a Christmas gift.

App crashes. This doesn’t work. Needs a fix!

Osmo Shape Builder. Trying the free trial and my 4 year old finds it enjoyable but is quickly frustrated as there seems to be a communication error between the work she does on the mat and the game recognizing it. It doesn’t acknowledge that she’s built it. Tried closing and reopening but still happens. Will update after my other children try and at the end of the 3 day trial as to whether or not I would recommend and/or purchase.
