Latest release is buggy with connectivity issues. Normally this game is pretty stable but the last release has some glitches which make it annoying to play. I have to restart the game app every time I switch screens or turn off the phone display. In previous versions these actions led to less than a 1 second server reconnection delay which was perfectly acceptable. Now it is 30-60 seconds to get back to what I was doing. And it happens every time with maybe one exception out of a hundred. Also, I opened a ticket in the app and it wouldn’t let me expedite it because I had 0/3 chances remaining for the month (I haven’t submitted even one of these in more than a month). I tried to submit it expedited anyway since I have noticed that they historically do get the number labels switched/incorrect in the game menus. But it wouldn’t allow me to, instead I got a pop up warning me that I had only 3 expedited submissions left for the month (which doesn’t make sense, they obviously meant it to say I had zero left). Lol, but it did explain where my 3 went. Unfortunately that now means I can’t expedite any of my tickets ever again( at least until they fix that bug first….not sure how long before they finally review a non-expedited ticket about not being able to expedite my tickets…Irony).

Amazing game but unfortunately made near unplayable due to Korean players. I’ve played the game for about 3 weeks. Super fun and great design. All the different progressions and play of the game is insanely rewarding. However, the last 5 servers/worlds that you can join all have the same alliance clan in them, KOR. This alliance dominates literally all servers because they paid $100-$200 per player, per server and are insanely ahead of literally everyone else in the game. Alliances of 70+players cannot even contest 5 members of KOR. The result is all alliances are steamrolled and pushed out of any worthwhile territory, effectively killing the server for everyone else. Unless you plan to pay $100+ at the very start of a new server and so does everyone else in your group, do NOT play this game.

Worst Customer Service Ever!. I have been playing games on iPads ever since they came out. Without question. Without hesitation. Without a doubt… this is by far the worst customer service ever. I have sent questions a couple times a week - for week after week about IAPs I have made that got me NOTHING. All I get is the same reply, “We are working on it.” I have asked for a refund and do not even get a response. These guys are criminals. They are ruthless crooks. The game is fun, just don’t buy any IAPs because you probably will get nothing at all for your money. I contacted Apple and you know that did no good. This is more than frustrating, it is just dead wrong.

Fun game, a few things however... Fun game, cool people, but a couple problems. Hope I remember them.. First off, the keyboard. No predict text, no spelling correction option. If you misspell a word, that’s the word that is sent. It isn’t that big of a deal if we speak the same language, however for those that need a translation do not get the word translated into their language, leaving them questioning what is trying to be said. LANGUAGE.. We are not allowed to use “bad” words. Even some not bad words are flagged as offensive, therefore unable to be said. If it is in world chat then ok fine I get it, I guess. But if you’re in an alliance that requires users to be 18+ then there is no reason for there to be language restrictions. It’s ridiculous. I’m not spending anymore time on my complaints, just fix what has been listed and once it is I will write another review with more problems. Baby steps here people. All in all I enjoy the game though, just a few things here and there that could be fixed. Cheers 🍻

I love it- but, here’s what I think.. well, my name is lily but I like to known as fayrah on online games, I’m 11 so a have a bit of a problem with the game, I think it’s a bit inappropriate how one of the bad guys (the creature things- I forgot it’s name XD) says the “D” word- idk if it’s a bad word and on one of immortals animation things- here dress comes up a bit as the wand flys around and she puts it back down as like she didn’t want to show anything under- like- ;-; welp, one last thing, when I was looking at the element immortal collections I saw two girls that looked inappropriate on the chest part- .,. But I love the story and stuff and I was most interested in the dragons! My favorite is all actually! But I’d give this kinda a age appropriated rating to able to play this- cus some kids will play this- but yea, good job! That’s all.

So you got attacked by a whale!. Just not a big deal! If you prepare properly, they get nothing and all you lose is prosperity. That is the best feature of this game, the most powerful player in the game can’t “zero” you. Prosperity is the rate at which you produce resources, and once it goes to 0 you are teleported away from battle, shielded and rewarded with a good deal of resources. The game is less about player versus player and mostly about player versus npc’s (gnomes). Also the incentive for pvp is to fight players close to your own level.

Disappointing. Normal kingdom builder with great art, etc. The problem is the updates are boring, filled with bugs, and did I say very boring? Waiting for months to get content and get a Kingdom vs Kingdom which is full of bugs which don’t get fixed, even after multiple updates to the game. Battles lag a lot in KvK, and are dominated by whales. It’s just not fun. So you spend money to play(I am a whale) only to find out they really don’t respect your time or money. P.S. there was an update yesterday and I still can’t login because they can’t get their fix approved by Apple. 24 hours of not being able to play. Embarrassing for a company which earns hundreds of millions of dollars. It’s called testing and you need to hire testers to actually test before patches.

A Suggestion. I don’t think that people can just come strolling in, spend as much money as they want, and get to castle 40. I do, however, think that paying does help you. When you first start out, you don’t feel the burn of having to pay as much. When you get to around castle 20 you have to buy quite a few immortals to have a decent army. I know the game has to make money some how but forcing players to pay is pushing it a little. I also know the game probably won’t change it but I would like to see immortals start to become attainable without paying. A suggestion is to make it so you can get immortals if you get to a certain level in game or something like that. Overall, I have been enjoying the game and I will keep playing it but I just wish you didn’t have to pay for good immortals. It would also pull me back into playing the game.

Awful Game. Much of the game is boring but you can advance a bit at a time. Our server recently got paired with folks who have been playing since the beginning. We have no chance at even trying and this is the primary event. We are the meat for the whales, and I am not a lightweight. All the events and upgrades recently have been very buggy. Some you can’t even get into to play. You get crap compensation for any mess ups they do. Even had messed up a pack and ended taking back stuff from some folks. This one game need to advertise only to people with unending money. Just like others that have died

Awesome. Question on open field battles whose leading the troops into battle for example like rise of kingdoms I can always spot my commander leading the troops into battle it be a great feature if you guys can improve the open field battles with a little more detailed and realistic maybe some more special effects on open field battles please also maybe adding a feature where I can control where my troops can walk too

Just a re-skinned Game of War. That’s right, it’s just another game using the same gameplay and mechanics with a fancier skin. Once again there’s another game that basically allows you to spend money, only to have it wiped off the map by someone who spent more money. I’m happy to spend money on a game that is fair. But these types of games are not fair. They are specifically designed to allow the biggest spenders to pick on lower spenders and both can pick on non-spenders. These games are not designed to keep players long-term. They are intentionally designed to keep big spenders long-term while milking other players to satisfy the spenders. As with all of these games, you were encouraged to spend on huge packs any enormous amounts of resources and troops. You do so thinking that by spending enough you can catch up, and stop being picked on. But you can’t. Because if you buy 1 million resources the game is designed to ensure that you need 1.5 million. If you buy 1.5 million, you will then need 2 million. The game is intentionally designed to require you to spend, and spend, and spend. But you will never catch up. You will never be bigger than the next guy because he will spend more. And that one day that real life causes you to forget to shield your city, you will lose everything. All of your resources, all of your troops, and all of your money. But the game will be happy to sell you more to get back in the game.

Technical issues on iOS. The concept is nothing terribly new, but the fact that you don’t have to worry about being zeroed like in RoK is a relief + the lesser reliance on farms (again in reference to RoK). Normally this would be a 5/5 but at least on >iOS< there are a number of technical issues that really harm the game. Firstly is the bug around notifications, especially after last patch I do not receive notifications when attacked, when marches return (farming, PvP, anything). Secondly often times numbers will not update properly e.g. your resources, timers, XP and so you will have to restart the game. Thirdly and this isn’t tone deaf in the sense that other mobile games have this issue, but the game will randomly crash. Please fix these issue for iOS.

Life changing game. I once didn’t have something I was passionate about and so I was really sad for a couple of years until I came to this very game that made me more happy then other games I’d really like to thank the developer’s of the game because this is a life changing miracle and it’s changed my life and honestly I love this game and I hope others get into it the same way I did I hope this game will continue to help my game problems and that I will continue to play.

Very good game, but some bugs and not enough personal options. Very good game, but after playing it for over a year and having a former 400+ day log in streak which only broke due to an update bug I would have to say there are some game play options which could be better. One of them being: if you’re in a very developed world then we aren’t aloud to hit resource gatherers. It’s incredibly inconvenient spending five minutes trying to search for an open resource type to gather due to the search function constantly showing you spots which are already being gathered from. Ever thought we are searching for something open?

Blatant misleading ads. This needs to be addressed and the studio needs to change this. Every single ad I’ve seen for this game is complete nonsense and none of the things I’ve seen in them are in the game at all. The land, fighting animations, models, etc aren’t even in the game. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone won a lawsuit against these people for misleading advertisement. The one where the army defeat another on a path then incorporates that armies forces into their own and keep going to amass this giant army with all these effects and things or the one where you build a path like a tower defense to funnel the gnomes through... well which is it? Neither!! It’s a simple kingdom builder!! I enjoy the game but this is just downright deception and do not appreciate it one bit.

Great but.... This game is great. I’d been playing ROK, when I came upon this game and I completely switched. I love the immortals and their entrances when looking at them. I love the features and the graphics. It’s very helpful when upgrading to higher tier troops and all the lower tier automatically upgrade. The dragons are fun and look good. Out of all these things and many more, the only bad thing is the AP system. Like god... it’s horrible. Everything cost ap, and the average cost is around 100 Ap. You only have a max of 1000. That may seem like a lot but everything you do outside of your city cost ap. The game only gives you a few small ap refills then you have to pay 100 gems per for the rest and they max you out at 5. I understand the reasoning behind limiting us on ap, but maybe make attacking the nomes cost no ap? Something needs to be done about the ap system.

Well thought out, clean graphics, unique. Let’s start by saying that I am NOT a gamer, and I previously made fun on by now-ex-bf because he played Lord’s Mobile. I downloaded it to see the hype and gave it a shot, and deleted shortly after. This game is magically beautiful and ADDICTING. Complex enough to really challenge you (it does take skill), but rewarding enough to keep you coming back. You do not *need* to pay to play, but there are a couple small purchases that significantly help. Now the graphics… INCREDIBLE. I am thoroughly impressed for a mobile game that’s free. Mind-blown really. It is extremely clean! The Immortals (which are the characters you basically collect and use to fight both computer enemies and other online players)- not only are they very intricately made, they are REAL PEOPLE with a mix of characters we all know from Mythology as well, rather than completely made up characters (this is what made me stick around before I was hooked). Cleopatra, Montezuma, Mulan, Robin Hood, etc. Also, THERE ARE FREAKIN DRAGONS!!!! Freakin awesome. Anyways, well done. Look forward to future updates.

Game is 10 out of 10 !. The game is amazing , I think as long as they keep the game going in the play to win direction things will only GET BETTER ! Some pay to win features could be taken down just a little but if your experienced in this game you get rewarded for your hard work ! This game is highly underrated and people should be looking into this more ! Decorations are amazing in this game , Also a great thing would be to make more decorations play to earn ! People who play the game alot deserve to be rewarded for it . Great work to the developers.

Customer Support does not support. Do not play this game if you don’t like being ignored and treated like a simpleton by customer support. I will say that this game was amazing at first. The graphics are really terrific, most game play is relatively smooth. But the issue is with the customer “support”. An entire server did not get rewards for the biggest event currently supported in the game. After submitting to customer service, the response was “send us pictures as proof”. How they expected us to send pictures of rewards we did not receive was baffling. Finally, when we started to complain about it publicly on their facebook page, they sent us HALF the rewards. They say it was a mistake that two events ran simultaneously, so we should only get rewards for one. However, the other servers that had two events simultaneously got their rewards for both events. Now, they are not even responding to tickets, only closing them. There are many other situations like this, where customer service sends a copy and pasted response asking for photos (of course, their app does not support photos directly from your device, so I think they count on you not being able to send them anything so they won’t have to bother). Also, as the game goes on, they nerf more and more rewards. The game that used to be fun is now just tedious. I like a good grind as much as the next gamer, but they have turned grind into months and months of tedium to barely make any progress at all.

As Usual Great Start Then the Whales Ruin It!. Like so many games similar to this game, you start off building your kingdom in safety. You find an alliance and join like minded players. Offers pop up often for $1-5 to get you in the game and have you invest. Once invested you think well I keep playing because I put some money into it. Then that is when the whales show up, (Whales= spending $$$$). They start abusing the server and of course unless you are willing to drop $$$$, you stand no chance. Unlike other games, good luck being protected. Protective barriers (shields) cost $$$ for anything more than 4 hours. So while you sleep expect to lose all troops and resources because the 4 hour shield does nothing. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! I’m saving you time. There are many other games similar that you can invest your time in and make progress for little money. You don’t need to worry about big spenders destroying your fun. Don’t believe me try the game. In less than a week I’ve been on my server over half the people have quit. Most reviews are written after playing only a day or two because the game nonstop keeps asking for a review.

These guys are thieves and crooks. Look I understand Pay to play games and have spent a bit on this one. But in September I bought a pack I never received and it was refunded at my request. Today 3 months later they ban me for a malicious refund!!! No one ever contacted me they just banned me with a demand to pay the $10 for something I never received. They switch server rules to keep players i or out and the ban anyone who challenges them on Facebook. Know you can’t win in this game without spending some $$ I would say I have spent a bit in comparison to whales but more than I have spent on any similar game in the past. And over $10 and something I never received they banned me. Full report on this malicious and fraudulent company will be shared with Apple as well.

Research and sending supplies main issue. The game really isn’t that bad minus it taking hours upon hours just to do a level 1 research (2 hours to research really!!!). Then having to be a VIP 7 just to send an alliance member some stuff... an you say money hungry much? This is totally not cool and the fact that you just one area 36 up and you have people already in their 20s. You need to have a limit for money playing idiots or this game WILL die just like a game called Dino Wars and Mafia Wars. But then again I bet you don’t take that into consideration. Already 99.5% of these zones are ran by the money grubbing and cheating Japs or Koreans. Fix this or I have too many friends here that I can get to leave and I’ll contact Apple Support and tell them absolutely it this game and it’s biased system like 2K and WWE 2k20 is. Apple will take this off their store and I’ll do the same for Google as well.

Review. Game is addictive for sure but you’ll be better off not playing if you’re very competitive. P2W aspect will overcome a 500 day playing advantage, most people get hooked for the connections between different cultures or the constant drama. Would give 4 stars but support team is very bad. If you buy something and it doesn’t appear good luck getting it replaced. If there are selfish players who constantly curse and pillage your server there’s nothing you can do. Devs won’t ban them if they misspell curse words no matter the frequency and no ban is ever permanent unless you ask for a refund (usually a two day bans for cursing and never bans for attacking your server relentlessly). Shadow and Holy cost $2,500 USD per maxed immortal ($10,000 for a full unit) and much more for the dragon (around $20,000 for max dragon talents). The new Chaos immortals cost $8,500 per immortal if you are patient, around $12,500 if you want to max one in a single event

Amazing game must download!!!. This game is awesome and I feel like you should have it ! I know some people call it a rip-off of ROK and I felt like that to before I got the game as I was a hardcore ROK fan . But when I downloaded it I saw the amazing game it was ! It was and great fantasy game with many probably made up hero’s like Merlin and many real ones to like Joan of arc and the game felt more free and along less guidelines. You feel like your more in control. The graphics of the game though their a different story ! Their not super impressive PC like graphics like in raid shadow legend but also not super bad like it normal mobile games they are literally just right the graphics are amazing with a very cartoony fantasy look that matches the game ! Over all I love the game and I find no flaws !

For whales only. The game that once was great to enjoy and able to be played almost for free has become for whales only. Everything has been set for those who pay money and are of the highest level. New players can never play anymore, it will don become another game that grows and dies due yo lack of new people. All it needs is to have level worlds for certain level players, yet all we see with updates is the top level becoming higher and higher. Such a shame as was a good game, .

Big Issues. Infinity Kingdom is riddled with tech bugs and events that do not happen. The developers rush to production and do not adequately test updates. Compensation to players is in adequate to the crashes and low quality upgrades placed in game. Further, they make Kingdom versus Kingdom events without consideration to how is fighting. For example, they take an older kingdom and put it against a newer one. Just so the newer one can be slaughtered by the older one. If you want a reliable and fun game experience. This is not the game. Developers stop chasing the big bucks and make a quality game that is competitive and fun for everyone. People will gladly spend for that type of experience. You are going to be like App Lovin and MZ and lose all your customers. Thanks!

Pay to win. This game is extremely fun and addicting. It’s starts you off by giving you tons of resources, gold, and even gems. Then when the new player rewards ends and your accustomed to receiving all of those items easily, your supply runs out and if you want to keep up with the other players, you’re forced to pay or fall behind. Don’t get me wrong I’m a paying player but this game is extremely money hungry. And If you ever have troubles in-game don’t worry, the ticket system the customer support set up is absolutely atrocious. They only care about your money.

Refusal to punish exploiters.. The #1 Alliance on my server abused an Exploit with the King mechanics to get near infinite gems, and resources. Infinity Kingdom did not seem to care when half our server reported them, as no-one got banned; and no-one got rolled back. We’ve had people spend several hundred (some even into the thousands) on this game, and EGO (an alliance of cheaters) devalued everyone’s real life money by doing what they did. In a game that is designed to give advantage to higher spenders, this is unacceptable. Bad company practices are never one and done, they are indicative of a rot that will inevitably resurface again; which is why I refuse to give any more time or money to this company. Several whales on our server went full F2P because of IK’s refusal to take meaningful action. Don’t waste your time or money on this App.

Game is dying. Last update killed the game. Players are leaving at an alarming rate. Frost born is way to long and boring. Free to play players took the biggest hit and cannot compete with the whales. I M looking for a new game to play as we speak. Oh yeah today is even worse no one can sign on or stay signed on.... great job developers Update: deleted the game... last update total $$ grab... F2P do not start. I quit at lvl 40 castle and I cannot compete with the whales... whales are driving people from the game... they are bullies. iK doesn’t have any desire to reign them in.... with a good management team this game would be going through the roof, but one year in and people are quitting in droves.

Nice effort, very easy to spend. You can tell the developers put effort into this. However, if you are the addictive type when it comes to spending money and gambling, it is very, very easy to spend a lot of money in this game. Of course, that seems to be very common in the mobile industry these days. And it is unfortunate that they do involve that. I understand that they need to make money, but the amount that you can spend is pretty ridiculous. I guess he can’t really blame the developers for joining a successful way of making money. This is something you have to blame the mobile industry, and the people willing to actually spend this amount of money on instead.

Decent game with long upgrades. I recently joined the game and it was fun but once you get past lvl 12 things take a long time. Dragons take more than a day or two (literally) to upgrade and there are a tons of high lvl players that will come and destroy you. I’m used to that, but the kicker was that I was never actually able to link my account and it kept telling me that there was another name being used under my account. That’s fine as well, but it was the first time I had ever downloaded and played and now it says that there is an upgrade but will. not let me actually download the “new” version of the game but won’t let me play till I install the new version. Just frustrating that I spent a lot of hours upgrading and now I can’t even play. Good characters and it doesn’t reward players with the best heroes unless you work for it or randomly get the, through the summoning. Like I said good game and worth a try or two but ow I can’t play! Get into a good guild fast cause it does help

Fun but allows jump head starts. IK is fun kingdom builder gamer with some real advantages such being able to rebirth heroes and get back/reuse all the upgrades you put into them some where else. The game imposes a 90 day period where older players cannot join the server. However there is a way around it, players can sit on older server and max out their immortals and dragons for months plus save speed ups and buy things only older kingdoms get like city skins that provide troop buffs. They just have to stay castle level 8. Then they jump to a new server where they are many times stronger and take over the server with maxed marches and loads of saved speed ups to quickly boost up their castles. Some servers populations plummet as a result this is allowed. So if your going to play, become a jumper (find a jumper clan on discord) or get burned by the jumpers since this tactic is much more regular now.

Decent Game BUUUUUT.... This game is like ROK but the in game packages for micro transactions are demanding to keep up with high tier players. Essentially to get the city cosmetics or high tier heroes in this game you must drop $100 per package when they barely make a difference to the game play but give the edge to people who can afford this on a daily basis. Rates for packages should be decreased to balance the game play for free to play players and maybe even encourage free players to spend so they can feel like they have a chance. Within the recent update when you get attacked your game might crash and won’t let you log back in until the attacks stop so be mindful when attacking until the issue is fixed.

Awesome design and fun gameplay. I rarely write reviews but was pleasantly surprised by this game. I love the overall design of the game and characters a lot. Really really love and appreciate that the characters feel inclusive as well, as they sourced them from various cultures and backgrounds. Overall I’ve had the game for a few days now and have already spent way too many hours playing. Keep up the great work and continue adding unique and diverse immortals.

Good game… but. A lot of fun and a lot of different strategies to implement and have fun with. Interesting take on the genre and a good amount of stuff to do if you’re bored for the day but not too many dailies where you are dragged to the game once a day on a busy day for more than a few minutes… I could do with a little easier gnome farming… usually have to run it a lot when looking for an item and don’t have a lot of chances for basic gnomes. Unfortunately I’ve run in to an issue where if I get a loading screen for any reason I have to force close and restart the game, before it was all but unplayable making even getting in to the game a 50/50 chance… now it’s a 30 second timer before my game just freezes up. Expedited a support ticket where they recommending uninstalling and reinstalling (duh) have done so a few times with no avail, their response? “Sorry for the inconvenience” I guess enjoy my money since it’s becoming increasingly frustrating and unplayable.

The Best of it’s Kind. I’ve tried every kind of these games even the super popular one’s, and this is the first one that I have stuck to. I believe it’s the graphics and gameplay and voice over acting that kept me going. A lot of these games have cheap looking fight scenes and make it difficult. My only complaint and this is like so many of these kinds of games is there’s not enough “one button” clicks to do the upgrades, etc. With what I think are too many “red dots” or work to do it makes it hard clicking over and over again. AFK Arena really perfected this idea. Anyway it will be interesting to see where this game goes.

Amazing game. I really like the Characters and the chat bubbles of your city so you can see how the people are feeling. The quests are easy to complete and follow. I wish we could have multiple things researching in the academy at once. There is a lot to grow and build and research this game will not get boring for a while. I wish when you were battling on the map you had control of your army like in the well of time. That would make the game so much more fun. The interactive battles is what originally drew me to the game.

Well designed game but weird politics. This game was a lot of fun. It had plenty of individual elements but they all tied together very well. I never felt like I needed to spend money as everything was pretty balanced and there were plenty of opportunities to pick up rare immortals. Loved the gameplay! The PvP mechanics were one of the better mobile game experiences out there. Joined an alliance early on and it allowed a lot more growth. The only complaint I have is the strange backroom politics. My alliance worked really hard to grow and take a city and then were messaged and told that wasn’t part of the “plan”. I guess there’s entire discord’s out there dedicated to dictating who can take what and if you don’t agree powerful alliances band together and harass you into doing what they want. So kinda lost interest after that.

Interesting game but awful support.. I’ve been playing this game since the beginning, spent tons of money in it, but Recently I purchased an item but I did not receive it, few minutes later, I purchased the same item again and second time it worked, but I got charged twice. I requested a refund via Apple and got my money back, but I got locked out of the game reporting a fraudulent refund, I contacted the game support and explained what happened, but all what I got, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. It is like they do not read the messages… just be aware that it is all about money for this developer. Too bad one of the best games but 1 star for their support.

Awesome, addictive, join an alliance. Most of the negative reviews I’ve seen all pertain to people that are not in an alliance. This game is all about management of an alliance. If you are not in a good alliance with a strong leader, you might be frustrated. As far as the money goes, you really don’t have to spend any money. The only thing that I would highly recommend everybody spend money on is the one to get the extra builder which is one of the first packages you see and it only cost five dollars. I’m 50 years old and haven’t found a game that was worth wasting time on since clash of clans. I’ve downloaded several games and then quickly realized it was just going to be a monotonous task of collecting items. You have to do some routine collection and upgrades on this game but it is not overwhelming. But the interaction and strategy that is required to have a successful alliance is awesome. The game developers have an excellent support structure. They run a discord server with a ton of members and it’s really easy to get feedback. I’ve also messaged them through Facebook and they respond back very quickly. The game is not buggy at all. I highly recommend people get into this game since it is so new and it is already great. I can’t wait to see how they develop it further.

Enjoyable, but there are problems.. I enjoy this game. I enjoy my server, and alliance. The problems I have are 1. it quickly becomes pay for play, or be left behind. 2. Once you reach level 13 it takes tons of resources, gems, and time to upgrade anything in the game. 3. Don’t hold your breath trying to summon epics. unsatisfactory. overall the game is fun, it mostly revolves around politics. f2p players are unable to compete with the whales until about a month and a half into the game, spending 100$ can go a long way if u just buy the dailys. The 1 star review is for their horrible customer service. I spent 6000$ on this game and when i accidentally spent 400 on something That wasnt labeled well and couldnt even use unless i spent another 2000 usd i asked for a refund or even an equal exchange for a package I could actually use. my response from their facebook and discord team was basically a F-off ur getting nothing. im quite disappointed that ive put as much as I have into this game and this is the treatment shown, There is no compassion at all for their customer base

Good Game. I had fun playing this game with friends from a previous game. A few days ago, there was an update or something and I seem to have lost my account. I spent a few bucks on it but I didn’t mind at the time, I sort of wish they had left it alone but they did what was best I guess for the game. I’m not upset at all and I think it was a great game before and will probably be great when they figure out the bugs. In any case, I hope people play and enjoy the game as I did.

A whale speaks. I have spent MORE than enough on this game to post an honest review. Obviously, the devs had no problem taking my money but deleted my review because, well, it told the truth. So here it goes again… First off, let’s talk about the shadow team. Besides needing to spend close to $5k to even get the dragon, 2 of the epic immortals are locked behind a massive paywall. It averages about $3,000 to max EACH of them on the wheel. And they are ONLY available on the wheel. Once you have Siegfried or Kimiku, they will NOT appear in the market like other immortals. The only way to get them is to buy $5-$100 spin packs and blow your bank account. Other teams are easier to get, but with the complete lack of balance between elementals, you either choose wisely or you might as well start over. Honestly, I love this game, but for the first time in my entire life, I have to walk away because I refuse to put myself into debt to stay competitive. And make no mistake, you HAVE to spend to stay competitive. Average between $50 and $100 minimum PER DAY to keep up with the whales. And no, I’m not kidding. This is such an obvious cash grab it hurts. They got my money. They are happy. And they will probably delete this review before anyone else can read it and save themselves the pain. Just trust me. It’s not worth it. I’ve never once had to quit a game because it was too expensive. Until now…

Good but declining game. This game has great graphics and nice gameplay overall. It is a kingdom builder with a lot of features and content to keep players playing. I recommend playing this game based on those merits. The downside is that the game is losing customers, servers are growing empty and the developers have switched to maximizing earnings to the expense of players. They have turned this from a f2p friendly game into one that is more P2W centric with the new content, and balance the game around that. That is part of the business strategy, and it is a recent change in direction from the initial release that isn’t bearing the fruit expected. But the real kicker is that the support is terrible. They are extremely slow to respond, so if you are locked out of your account expect to wait a week to get it resolved, and they do not care for community input unless it comes in the form of a self conducted survey. The game is also riddled with bugs. But overall I like this game, it’s just in the phase where the direction of the game, and the lack of community focus means that this game is on its decline, and that is driven by the companies decisions and not the players intentions.

Honest review. While the graphics are cool and there some unique things about this game like training dragons and a dungeon challenge. It doesn’t offer a long protection shield for beginner you get a day or until level 8 I think. Also I noticed a lot of people are confused about how to play and have trouble finding the guides. Lastly their immortal hero which you need character pieces to level up, is kind of annoying because you never get any character pieces. Plus the time zone is all weird but that could be my fault by join the non recommend server however there’s no description to fix it and I submitted a help ticket a week ago so that should tell you about this customer service level. Definitely a pay to win type game.

Developers change rules unfairly. Wrote this review before. Guess they got it deleted. After promising to bring back jumpers the same as before with just a short break for special event servers to reach a certain point, they then changed jumper mechanics significantly, causing those of us who had already invested a lot of time and money to have that investment devalued hugely. They could have offered a grace period to existing accounts or given a grace period before implementing the change but didn’t. Was a low move and completely inconsiderate. They also ban people who complain on their Facebook page and delete their posts to make it look like they have majority support when they do not. This is blatant dishonesty. Play it. It is fun. But don’t give them your money. They are irresponsible and can make it so your investment is worthless without a care.

It’s a game of patience and fun. I have played a few different games where gathering, war, and clans are needs. You can survive in this game without spending money. The characters are excellent and this game brings together items from other games. So far really cool and interesting. I know a lot of reviews are stating it is pay to play. Yes you can spend money. But if you get in an active alliance you will get pretty far without pay to win. Yes unfortunately if you want to be a top player get out the credit as it will get expensive. What I like about the game is if your alliance is active you can go to war and win battles. Plus the weekly and special events can be fun and you can earn good gifts. Some of the different heroes are hard to obtain without paying for them. The one dislike I have is depending on the kingdom/server you are on it can get tricky to play if there is not an established safe zone. The server I am on has this and it has allowed me to stay in that area for long periods of time during upgrades. Try to be patient, have fun and lastly remember there is always going to be players who just spend to win. I really enjoy this game and look forward to the next release by these creators!

Read before spending $$ on this game. Read before spending $$ on this game!! **Absolute worst customer care** I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t know if I’m an isolated case, but I’ve spent hundreds of $$ on this game, and not in one go mind you. Due to the game mechanics, this was over a painstaking month as they limit certain purchases that reset daily, and that’s not even the part I’m frustrated with as I know that’s how these type of games operate. The issue, after all this I can’t even use the character I paid to unlock, likely due to a bug? Here’s the thing, I have no clue because for the last 3.5 weeks it’s been the same canned response from there customer care team: “The team is aware and they are doing their best to address it, and will let you know when all is good.” How hard is it to give a little transparency? How about “Sorry it looks like your bug is an isolated incident and won’t be fixed until x time period”. Something…anything to manage my expectations as to why I can’t use a character I paid for. Or how about reimbursing in-game resources to boost my other characters? Nope, completely alienated and ignored, just the same canned response over and over, no timeline, no information whatsoever. My patience has been exhausted and I feel compelled to write this up publicly. I hope no one else has to go through the same ****show I’ve had to go through.

A lot of fun, and well put together!. So just to start off, this game is probably one of the best games I’ve played that are like this. Rise of Kingdoms was good but the graphics and a few other things weren’t anything like this. I love this game, and majority of the things about it. Only issues I have are how it cost so much AP to attack gnomes and other cities. The other issue is how we can only control our marches to go to either attack, Garrison, Or rally and farm. If the developers made it so we could have our marches out, And be able to control them more instead of them having to go back to the city each time they are finished with a task. Other than that, I don’t have anything negative to say.

Number 1 out of a 1,000 similar games. I played War and Order for months and I was very happy playing it. There must be a 1,000 of these games, but War and Order seemed to have that little bit extra. Compared to Infinity Kingdom, however, that game seems a 100 years old. Infinity Kingdom has full narration, animated battles, incredible graphics and, well, go see for yourself. Trash don’t bother. So I downloaded this game after seeing the ad stating that: “character creation is the first thing you do! and it looked kind of interesting in the add ……..it wasn’t. This game is as generic hero collection/kingdom builder as they come, designed to drain money for high tier heroes which will mean noting as soon as you delete the game in about no time at all. Trust me you will as soon you realise it’s boring and has the strategic depth of a teaspoon. Also the amount of ads I’ve come across for this garbage that completely misrepresented what this game is and how it plays is staggering. I get the app is free so I guess you can say what you want when advertising it but seriously. I’m happy to pay for something that is actually worth it. I don’t generally do reviews but the sheer irritant that this game has become due to all it’s annoying ads that is everywhere!!!!! has driven me to leave this here. I strongly advise agains t downloading this game.

Favourable. I actually quite liked this game. Would actually like more recognisable heroes and access to favourite ones. Been trying to get Arthur or Saladin and it’s impossible. Apart from that everything is all good.

Great game with greater potential!. When I first saw the ad for this game I expected it to be just a horrible rip off of clash of clans but when I downloaded it it turned out to actually be very unique! MONEY STEALERS. I spent over $4,000 on this game and a glitch happened on there game and I had around 76,000 gems before this glitch and they’ve banned my account and I’ve now lost everything. Don’t waste your money on this game because they will do anything to take your money away trust me. I was a whale that supported and spent so much money and it wasn’t just me there was a lot of other people who spent tons of money on this game and now have lost everything ! And Ofcourse they won’t give a refund....

Awesome but I’m a female. I love the game, it’s fun, but I can’t stand the fact that it continuously refers to me as a male when I’m a female. I know this is the 21st century and times are changing but I would love it if there was a gender option so it knows whether or not to call you lord

Potential. Great game with lots of potential. Would be nice if we could recall troops after sending to destination that they haven’t arrived at yet. Sometimes you might send troops somewhere realise you shouldn’t have and want to instantly bring them back but you cannot. Would be nice if you could ‘free’ move across the map. Or the capacity to change from one destination to another mid March and the March cost only applied once you actually hit the target. If the target moves or dies before you get there the cost of the attack shouldn’t be applied because it jus like parking your troops on a blank patch of grass or an uncontested gathering node. I don’t think there should be a March cost to garrison at another’s base. Only those on the offensive should be charged for a attack that actually follows through or even only charge for pve not pvp. Despite all this the game is very enjoyable and I easily find myself playing for hours at a time. Keep the updates coming and I’m sure the people will keep coming because there is plenty of potential.

Support is totally hopeless!. I spent 1-2 hours every day for six months building up my character in this game and spending money. Then one day when I opened the game on iPad it did not log me in but wanted to set me up as a new player. I lodged a “ticket” though GTArcade on 10 August (almost two months ago). Their responses indicate to me that they do not understand the issue and I have had chase them up for responses. Great game but good luck trying to get it back if something goes wrong.

Another pay to win. Played for good few months, half decent game. I was spending to much money keeping top 50 March power. Too hard to load on more than one device. I play all my games on more than one device, and although this one is a likeable game, it is too hard to add to other devices. Until it is made a little simpler, I won’t be making any in-app purchases.

Updates. Every update cause problems within the game. If you can even open the game.

Big Problem. I just started the game yesterday, it has great art style and mechanics but I seem to have stumbled upon an issue which is troubling me. In the chapter work it says upgrade the training ground to level 8 but I am on level 9 and the game still has not progressed, which means I cannot go to the next chapter and develop in the game.

Waste of time. Quite possibly the most mind numbing game I have ever played, every aspect is geared towards making you pay money. If you are after a game where you can log in for 5minutes do everything and then log out then this is for you, otherwise don’t waste your time or money.

Don’t Bother. Only bother If you are ok paying between 1 and 2 thousand dollars to be a moderately competitive player. It will cost a lot more to be a top player. It will take over 200 hundred days (~4 hrs a day) to become a low level player…. Oh and when they overcharge your account and you seek a refund they will freeze your account to extort you into returning the ‘legal’ refund. And they overcharge regularly and make you jump through hoops to get it back. Charged double for a purchase last week and FOUR times for a single purchase this week.

Best communication system yet. It’s only one simple feature but it’s so incredibly based the translate feature thanks to this feature I’ve made friends in Japan (I haven’t even atempted to learn Japanese but this translation system is so good they know what I’m saying in English and I know what they are saying in Japanese) it makes me so happy :D

I had spent small amounts of money on this game its actually above average… the in the last month there has been over $150 aud withdrawn from my account for this game i never authorised or spent and there is no absolutely nothing in game received. Taking this game to my lawyer for ha king and stealing my money. Do not install ir at any point buy anything from them or they will steal from you!!!

One problem. It's great but there is one annoying thing. I loved the game at first, but then it removed me as my alliance leader because I got busy and didn't log on for a couple of days. I just got busy and and when I relaxed to play this game, it just kicks me off the position that I payed for!!!

Ruined the voice acting. Great game until the last update. For some unknown reason they’ve re-recorded the voices for the Immortals (main characters) and they’re terrible. Previous voice actors were easily distinguishable and unique. Now it’s like one (bored sounding) guy is doing them all! Why??

Awful events. I've said it before and i say it again.. The most awful events for terrible prizes... after a while the game is so boring.its clear they devs dont care about ftp or small spenders, all they want is $$$ without putting much thought into game...And the prices of useful packs are a joke.. realy..i honestly suggest that you look for another war game if that is what you want to play.. far better games out there where events are at least exciting and devs improve things instead of just catering to the big spenders... no wonder there are so many dead servers in game..P.S, dont be fooled by the 4.6 rating.. that is totaly b.s... have been on 3 different servers and more and more ppl are leaving the game because of the way game is being run by devs who dont seem to know what theyvare doing or what the average player wants...

Old format, new skin. Been there, done this years ago, city builder, army/hero builder, etc. Build , get wrecked by highest players, start all over again. Might be fun for player new to genre, but not me ! Deleted after a couple of weeks. And definitely p2w.

Cheaters. I played server126 for over a year. There is only 1 main alliance left due to 4 players with about 20 different accounts each. All big castles and all bullies. They killed the server and unless you join them, you too will be pounded into the ground with several 43+ cities. Unless you pay through the nose, you don’t stand a chance. The game only allows you 3 cities per server, but several ppl who quit the game signed their cities over to ppl like Gerald and others who have huge castles. That is cheating and theft. Not allowed to run someone else’s accounts. And only allowed to have 3 cities max per server. Devs don’t care as they make money from all accounts, whether they are stolen or bought form other players.

My review. Ok the game needs to be fixed it keeps freezing and glitching this needs to be fixed

Good game but one thing. They removed some immortals from the immmortals gallery that I was exited about, I am chinese so seeing some of those commanders got me very exited about the game, but after a while they disappeared, are some of those commanders gonna come to the game or is the concept lost?

Make it more free to play. I like the game, but it’s just not fun when spenders dominate the whole server. I hope the devs can make it more free to play friendly. I know it helps keep the game running but it’s ruining the game for the people who like the game but cannot keep up with the spenders.

Worst customer service. Started playing this game after switching from Rise of Kingdom. Spent hundreds of dollars so far and then realized that the events didn't reset so I was unable to claim rewards and daily rewards. Sent an in game message to support and explained the situation. Support told me that I should try resetting cache, deleting game and reinstalling. Everything was done. I even tried installing the game on 2 different phones and 2 different tablets. Events still didn't reset. I reached back out to support 1 week ago and still no response. My messages to support are now blocked and I am unable to speak to anyone concerning my situation. After spending hundreds of dollars not getting any follow ups is a huge disappointment. Strongly considering going back to Rise of kingdoms. I will consider removing this negative feedback if the situation is resolved and if I am compensated for my loses. Will follow up with everyone shortly.

Arena need fixing.. I have 98k power and lose against opponent with 25k power. Nothing like in the ads gameplay videos.

You can report offensive language 10 times a day for a week and nothing will change. Be careful letting kids play this game. After being in this game for any length of time you’re guaranteed to see homophobic comments, slurs, ignorant comments pertaining to mental health. Be very careful what you let your kids get into, because the developers won’t be on your side

Unfortunately. This game is an example of where mobile games are headed. Seasoned gamers know to avoid cash grab games like this. There are a very few gems in mobile world, but the ratio to worthwhile games to trash is like 1:10,000. Game designers know mobile games are a great way to make a quick buck. Sorry I singled out this game but what I’ve said can apply to majority of mobile games out there.

Terrible customer support. I’ve been playing this game for over a year now and it has been a trying experience to say the least. Even with the increase in pay to win I stuck it out and kept playing, recently I made a purchase and didn’t get what I paid for. I reported it to customer service and they have given me the same run around for the past week, I think this might be my final straw. I find it ridiculous that what I paid for with my hard earned money is not being given to me, I’m done with this game and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of games out there that actually value their customer and this is not one of them.

Stay away. A complete ripoff, even when you get to higher levels and do your alliance activities, even if your alliance becomes #1 on your server and gets a server reward, well only 1 person is going to get that reward- your alliance leader. It’s an alliance effort, with more then 100 people involved and you give reward to 1? For real? Again do not play this game , it’s not worth it! Don’t spend time or money on it!

The game won’t load. So o try to get in but it keeps saying no internet connection but I was connected.

About 50% population of that server drops when new one opens. Really enjoying this game. This is really good, I don’t normally like games that require interaction with other people to advance, but this makes it pretty painless to weed out the bullies and I’ve met a lot of cool people. Even better is the translate button right beside people’s comments, I’ve made friends with multiple people from countries outside my own, great way to expand our horizons!

Punish the Exploiters!!!. I really do love this game but it really does tick me off when I see the devs literately apologizing and compensating the people who exploited. When you just gift the people who cheated all that gonna teach them is that they should exploit more often. The game needs to punish the exploiters instead. I’ll give this game a 1 star till they actually start punishing the cheaters.

Good game but it’s better if you want to be peaceful. I find this game to be a lot of fun it has a lot of good mechanics good graphics but I find it it’s way too easy for people to just go to war with you you know if you just wanna be peaceful this is way too much sometimes so I’d recommend this game to people who you don’t wanna play this game but if you’re not invested in upgrading your army then it’s like a nightmare sometimes

Improvements. The game is broken and the creator failed to balance the game. Rich people can win easily. No strategy needed if u have money to buy all stuff in the game. Need more improvements. Need 1 or 2 more kingdom to balance the game. Time and money that some invested just went to waste. It’s a nice game to play because the graphics are nice. But it won’t matter if rich people goes in the same kingdom and just end the game easily. Hope you creator can find away to balance the game not the players trying to work it out just to balance it. GG. Not Allowing people to move to another color kingdom game and adding 2 more kingdom will balance the game..

Literally pay to do anything. You have to pay nonstop to get anywhere in the game. You want shields, an army to defend you and your alliance? PAY. It’s impossible to keep your resources because guess what, you’re constantly under attack. All the highest level guilds make the rules for the whole map and if they seek you out constantly throughout the entire map to none stop attack you so it’s pointless moving or shielding which again youll end up having to buy none stop. So it’s pointless.

Cash Grab. I have spent thousands of dollars on this game and the support staff has been awful. The only good thing about this game is that you can get zerod every day and be fine the next day. You have to have Epic rarity heroes in order to feel like you can do anything to in pvp. However, a lot of them are hidden behind paywalls. It’s $99 to just to unlock one of these heroes. I was Top 3 in 2 different servers. I had a lot of fun, but I spent a lot of money. There are definitely other games that are better than this. Don’t waste your time.

It is a good game, but buyer beware.. I have played for over a year and I have had fun, but they have so many publicity people and zero customer service people. If you have a problem with missing items you can complain in-game, Twitter, GTArcade, discord, Facebook messenger, the App Store, and more! By every single of those people who respond have the same answer- “I’ll pass it on.” None of them ever help. If you are lucky enough to have no problems, you will enjoy the game free or paid, but if something goes wrong, you will never get help. All you can do is complain.

Loved this game!. Soo I played Infinity kingdom and I like it and (that’s rare to get me to like a game) and I enjoyed it I got to player 5 and castle 6 and keep on trying to fight and level up my castle and get all the builds and I like it so I would recommend this game to people who want a battle and expand your kingdom kind of game!

Great game I love everything about it BUT………….. I just downloaded it and now had to uninstall and start all the way over because the first retaking of the lumber yard my castle was at lv3 but it still wouldn’t let me build the lumber yard and it kept saying my castle had to be at lv2 but wouldn’t let me do anything from that point but the lil I did see I loved it

Terrible customer service. Good game, but made for whales. Customer service is awful. Trying for days now to get them to bind my character to Gtarcade to access the free items only to get generic messages telling me to go to a website, sign up and submit photos or video. I refuse to sign up with this suspicious site and provide my personal info. A photo is not necessary for my issue and I sent them one already right in the ticket. Useless. All I get is the same generic response. Don’t provide a customer service button if you’re not going to bother helping.

Problem. I love this,game a lot but I have to quit because of Wishing fountain that is wish your goddesses for rss rewards and I hate that so I had to quit because of these developer change it please.I know it gives a lot of rss but can you please make another way rather than praying your goddes in game

But.... Fun game one of the only mobile games I have played that I fully enjoyed. But completely PTW sadly not everyone has hundreds to put into the game and after joining a top 10 alliance in my server I realized there was no power in numbers whatsoever one person can stand in the middle of 30+ people and you will do absolutely nothing to them I understand they could be strong but in a group of 90 people everyone shouldn’t say there’s no point in attacking kinda ruined the game and the kingdom aspect...

Love this game, but. I have put hundreds of dollars into this game. Love it. Problem is, when updates , or anything I do not know about happens, you can not get access for hours, and sometimes days. Right now, I can not access the game. Why? Not sure, when I log in it goes black screen. I’ve done all the things you would do to reboot. Man, I wish they would get their stuff together.

every one of these games is the same 😂. Misleading ads. That’s what makes these games bad. If the ads actually showed gameplay/in-game footage, then they wouldn’t be as bad. But unfortunately, this isn’t the case. This game and RoK both have ads where there’ll be a person just saying what’s happening in the game, it’s not even real gameplay. And they make it seem that whoever has the “best strategy” will come out on top, but we all know who really wins in these games: the whales. Who need strategy when you just dedicate hundreds and even thousands of dollars to be the best.

Extremely great concept. Finally a great strategic game that can either be Free to play or Pay to win. Spent $5 on the extra builder bundle and have made decent steady progress from then on. Only thing I have is to better explain sieges for new players, a little more of tutorial on that portion would be greatly appreciated!

So far so good….. Overall, I’m enjoying this game. Still not entirely sure what needs to be done, how does one gain territory, etch. One thing that I feel needs to be added to the game, is the ability to freely move your immortals around the map. Only allowing them to move from point A to point B and then back to point A is very annoying. Adding that feature will definitely improve the game. Update…. The amount of AP it takes to attack gnomes/bosses is way too much & than adding a boost causes more AP to be used makes it worse. The amount of AP used to attack needs to be lowered significantly in my opinion. These above current features are big reasons why I can’t see myself playing this game much longer.

Skill type ‘bless’. Hello love the game but would like to see if you guys can add 6s more to all the the skill type bless because it seems like the current 12s doesn’t seems enough, well at least for me and also after the time is up the skills are basically useless. Great Game. It’s a great game, honestly and at first I thought it was gonna be one of those mobile games where the ad shows great animation and a great game, and then the actual game is awful. But no, the ad is a little misconceiving but it still hits the general area and represents the game. On level with rise of kingdoms and game like that. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic!. I really believe that this is the next big app. So much fun and amazing graphics and effects. The story is great to follow and the characters are very well made. The only issue I have with it is that I would like to be able to select a region in which my chat is. Because currently I am seeing none in my language. Overall great game 5 stars is well earned here. I hope to see much more on this app.

Good game if u have a good alliance. Rage quit once. Tried again with a good alliance, and it’s been a much better experience. Element combo options with team composition would Improve the game. I’d like to see a 2-3 option (like a poker full house, ie 3 fire with 2 ice) and a bonus for having 5 unique elements on one team. Team variety is currently limited by only having bonuses for single element stacking.

NOT WAR GAME. “Cash Scam” stay away. Your first week will be fun. But one “big spender” can burn your whole clan. Save your time. The game constantly tells you too “buy this pack!” But the pack is usually pretty worthless. You can play for weeks having a great time and making progress, but one guy whose lvl 25 will wipe your whole clan with nothing you can do about it.

Amazing Game!. I love this game because it’s fun but you need so much XP for the immortal and a bit hard to get I only play this game because of ROK both games are kind the same because ROK has a lot of XP but easy to get the XP but what really stands out is building it takes 💔 almost a day to build my castle but I like the wishing Fountain to pray to the goddess because you get more resources

Pay to win with terrible customer support. A pay to win grind that a player needs a good guild to have any entertainment. Repetitive events that are stale and always seeking cash. I was double billed then booted for asking apple to refund the charge as I received nothing but a second charge. I appealed but received a canned response saying that it was not their problem. I have played many games over the years with no prior issues . Be warned and careful as all they want to your money and offer very little in return.

Decided to give another try at this game. This time I joined an early world thinking I would make tons of purchases and be in the top. Day 4 I discover there was already a level 26. I had purchased over $100 dollars worth to get ahead and still I was doubled on my level. Either the moderators or servers force newbies into overpowered servers or they plant overpowered individuals to force more spending. I asked to be put in another world to give me a fighting chance with my purchases and I even told them I would start at level 1. They refused and banned me. Do not waste your money thinking you will get ahead.

From RMG. Devs care a lot about the game and respond to questions and give feedback on issues often. Keeping the players up to date every step of the way. Servers are dying off a little though, I hope merges begin at some point!

Jumpers. It’s a great game until jumpers come and dump a bunch of money and ruin your server. I’ve been a part of multiple servers where it’s lively until jumpers come, rush tier 4, and then take over the server. It’s a waste of time grinding on a server when someone just comes at a later chronicle and has a maxed March and the resources to quadruple their power and make your hard work insignificant. Either remove jumpers or make a few F2P servers. (Yeah I know it’s not going to happen)

Better than RoK. I was new to this type of game until about three months ago. Tried out RoK first, but this game is far superior. Great support team that listens to the community. Graphics are better, gameplay is better, plus it incorporates dragons which is a nice touch. Very fun kingdom builder game with a nice community. Come to server 8! I moved here from server 24, and haven’t looked back. Great support for growth and balance. Infinity Kingdom is a great game.

Lack of Content. The game is all about resource management and coordination with alliance members. However drama can kill a server, and older servers are dying left right and center. There is no free server transfer for those on older servers that have died. In all the content is rather dry, KvK is slow, long, expensive beyond measure that only whales truly have fun. Illusion Battlefield is kind of nice but requires your alliance to be extremely active so you have enough players and the match times are terrible. In the end the game is heavy pay to win, and has way too many thing to “level up/train” all designed to leech money from the player.

The best game I’ve ever played. It’s not too hard it’s not too simple it’s right in the middle it’s so good it’s a good game in general it’s hard to find good games like this rise of kingdoms for Evony the kings return or date of survival those are complicated games they’re over complicated this one not over complicated

Not as advertised. One of the main problems could be that the words on the screen are WAY too small to read, so it makes it very hard to play. I ended up deleting just because of that, along with the fact that the battles were nothing at all like the ads. I liked in the ad where you walked up to another army and if you beat them, you were absorbing their troops into yours and became stronger- it looked interactive… the game is nothing like that.

Enjoyable with a bug. The game is enjoyable with the game rewarding you for putting in the time. That said I did run into one bug where I added stone to my stock pile (50k) twice because the first time didn’t load and the second didn’t either. I then added 1k wood three times and those didn’t load either into my stockpile. I hope the developers fix this issue because it is a problem.

Great game but …. I really enjoyed this game! Lots of fun, but if you don’t spend money, you are going to be left in the dust. I’m going to miss playing, but because I refuse to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on it, I fell so far behind my alliance teammates it stopped being fun. Even the world got too hard to play because everyone else was so far ahead of me.

Worst customer service. Be mindful when investing in this game/company because they will often charge you more than you actually spend and if you dare take the issue up with the App Store they will freeze your account until you actually pay whatever the App Store redeemed for your over-charge. Bad customer service and shady business practice. First and last game that I play from IK.

Alright - missing some. Honestly super great concept. Graphics on point. Super strong reward system. I thought every battle would be like the challenge battles where you could watch it happen and use immortals power ups - but you can’t. That’s only for story mode basically. Fights with other players and items on the map can only be seen by an arial view and you can “replay” them afterwards to actually watch it. Meaning your immortals never even use their power ups and taking the interaction out for the player. If this were to change I’d play and invest for sure.

Starts strong but P2P finally showed up.. You can get a little ways in this game in your own. But you’ll hit a brick wall and unless you’re willing to pay then you won’t exceed much after that. Really disappointing that it ended up this way because I had fun for awhile. But all of a sudden the bonuses just stop out of nowhere. Around Mansion 15. Unless you plan on paying for this game then I wouldn’t waste my time.

The game is very difficult for weaker kingdoms. I terminated the game since I was repeatedly attacked up to 8 times the same day every few days. By the same player over and over. No mater if I changed my kingdom name, player name or move to several different locations. No worth my time to play.

My review. The game is okay but it’s not that great. Make your own game and make it better please. -Make better Graphics. -Need more active players in this game and better alliance to join and faster upgrades. Instead of waiting 1hr+ until you can upgrade or build another building or training troops, make it so that we have less time to wait until it’s done building, training and upgrading PLEASE ! -Give us more troops to train with more power and strength overall. -Give us better armor and hero’s -Give us extra builders instead of having us pay for only one extra builder permanently, it’s so lame Why is games like this all so similar to each other ? nothing is different about games like these except the storyline and characters. make a better game it’s 2023 change something so that the game can become more interesting and entertaining to play. Double charged on packages I bought, lock out of account.. I made several in game purchases, only to find that I was double charged. I called Apple iTunes explained what happened, they reversed the double charges only .YOOZOO has decided to suspend my account because they call what I did malicious, unless I pay the reversed charges. I sent them an email saying I’m not paying the double charges, which were a few .99 cent ones and a couple 4.99 ones, double charges on their end. Beware of what you are being charged, I would watch your account to make sure you are being charged accordingly.

Amazing Story & Read Dialogue. There’s one thing about games like this that are the main rafters to weather I play the games further or not: 1) They need to have a good story/animation/gameplay 2) Highly value voiced characters for the whole game or at least till the first few chapters (I really enjoy games where I don’t have to read all the dialogue) This game exceeds my expectations of theses two factors. Thank you developers & cast!

Not letting me do current update. When I go to the game it tells me that there’s a current update when I press OK it brings me to the App Store the App Store does not give me the option to update the game so when I go back to the game he tells me the same thing and send me back to the App Store can you please update the game so I can play the game because it will not let me play without the update

Wonderful, but please address bug. I absolutely love this game, but lately i can only play for about 5 minutes before I lose connection to the server! This didn’t happen at all for the first week of playing. I’m sure it will be addressed in the upcoming update, but in case it doesn’t— please fix!

Support Problems. The game is great However, I spent money on a bundle and didn’t receive the gems that came with the bundle. Sent the receipt and the bundle I bought to the support team and they told me I did receive the gems They were just added to the amount I already had. I tried to reason with them and tell I never received them, but they never responded back which in my terms shows that they just don’t care. They got what they wanted. Never again will I download this game or recommend anyone purchase anything from this game.

Fun, NOT PtW. This is a fun and creative variance on these types of games. Yes, you will progress faster if you spend. But there are no actual roadblocks for free-to-play people, and we have some in our guild who spend nothing (or very little in some cases) and are very competitive. They play smart and are patient. There are some limits to bullying/whales that are absent in other games, which is nice.

Like Rise of Kingdoms but better. This game is very much a rise of kingdoms clone, but that isn’t a bad thing. It takes all the things that were enjoyable about rise of kingdoms and then added other more user friendly features and a lot of extra enjoyable content. Great game design and a lot of fun, I would 100% recommend this to others.

There needs to be a F2P Server. Game starts great, new kingdoms everyone is even, nice growth then you get the whales that drop $50k right from the get go and then everyone else has no chance. Don’t expect to do good in events cause the spenders absolutely dominate and give no chance fly anyone else to earn rewards. There needs to be a F2P set of servers that allow no purchases so the free players can actually enjoy the game. But they will never listen to a F2P player. They may respond to this and say that they will cleared this to development but I promise everyone they’re gaslighting. We will never see a f2p server in these types of games

Boring part. The boring part of the game is that if a server loses a lot of people due to moving to a different server or if people just don’t come to the game anymore the servers popularity gets very low and because there is three kingdoms, if one kingdom gets destroyed, the two of them can split the server into, but if they need tire server, it is occupied by one single kingdom there is no competition

Not being able to log in is a sign for me to stop playing this addictive game.. Hands down one of the best mobile game I’ve played. Finally I’ll be allocating the time I use to play this game, 2-3 hrs, to do smth else. After the update, it’s always stuck at 10%. It’s frustrating the first few times but after awhile I can live without playing this game.

Great start. This game is kinda new as I’m starting and I have played many other games that are like this game. There are some long wait times but I would like to say that this game hasn’t asked me for any money to get ahead. Sure you can pay to grow really fast but it isn’t required for you to hold your own in this game. I definitely recommend you give this game a try at least.

A great game😃. An absolutely crazy game even though I make a board and sometimes it’s really fun the graphics are not poopy and it really seems like that the developers put their heart and soul into the game because it’s really fun and how old is dragons upgradable buildings and monsters to fight and to join or create alliances
