Trash. It will burn your battery and make you late or get fired from your job. Never on time!

No schedule with the routes.. This app doesn’t even have the schedules. It’s ridiculous. You could be sitting there for a long time wondering if and when a bus will come.

Doesn’t work. App crashes often and doesn’t load maps or wait times.

Worthless. The guy that developed this app must of did it on his lunch break

Better knowledge. Hi I just moved to west palm Beach. I have notice that driver do not have clear a good services to a handicapped person Especially how to deploy the ram when someone in a wheelchair meet to get in and out from the bus. Sometime they don’t leve enough space to use the ram properly Some driver are lazy. Prefer do not give the service saying there not space. When that is not true.

It’s good when it wants to be. When I’m home looking at routs it work perfectly but when I’m not home it’s always lagging.. It’s good when it wants to be 🤧

STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!!. STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!! You keep logging me out right when I board the bus. The bus driver has to wait for me to sign back in then everyone on the bus gets upset because they have to wait on me, so please STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!! I can log myself out I don’t need you to do it for me

It’s not consistent. The app be lagging and because of that it will make you late to your bus and sometimes the buses on the route will not show making you think there is no more buses

Trash. This app is so horribly developed. Busses are always stuck in random spots they aren’t actually in. Sometimes the busses don’t even show up on the map. There’s 0 customer service, and no way to tell if a bus has shut down or stopped service. What’s the point of this app?

Realtime info does not load. Icon spinning. Hi , A couple of months app was working great bit now all i get is a spinning wheel i can see the map but no realtime data/location of the buses its like its stuck lo. Please fix the app its good when it works 😭🙏

Worst public transportation I have ever taken. Buses do not come half the time.

Great App. One of the best public transportation app out there. Easy to use and very informative.

Palm Tran Buses. Love the 1 and a few others. They run regularly and consistently. But most buses running East to West run only every hour or more. If that could be quicker it would all be pretty perfect!

Doesn’t work. Good luck getting this app to even LOAD half the time. I rely heavily on Public Transport to get to work and very rarely does the app even load. When it does, there’s a 50/50 chance the busses are even running that day. It’s as if the drivers choose random days to not work, and Palm Tran doesn’t even bother notifying the passengers. Do better because this is just ridiculous. I’ve witnessed first had busses pull up to stops and just change to “out if service” in the middle of the day for no reason, or had drivers just not take passengers and drive off. This whole Public Transport system is a joke.
