Do you ever even read these reviews???. How is it that year after year, update after update, this app gets worse and worse? The lack of function is super stressful because I want to look, see what classes have room, and plan accordingly. Since we can only sign up for classes 25 hours in advance, it limits how much time I can spend trying to get this to work. This app consistently seizes or doesn’t open at all. This is truly a frustrating and stressful experience.

Please update won’t let me login. Application is not letting me login. I want to use this app for membership card access scan

Absolutely horrible. Worst. App. Ever. Even on it's good days it's an embarrassment, on its bad days it's worthless. Cannot believe a gym this good would put out an app this bad for its customers.

Glitchy. This is the third changed to this app. When it works it’s great. But for the past month I cannot get the app to load any of the classes which makes it difficult since there’s no longer a paper copy of the classes. It’s very frustrating when I have to delete the app and reload the app I wish they would get a better IT to work on this software development

Terrible app. I have had to delete and reload the app several times to get it to work the way that it should . Works for a few days and then stops. Not intuitive at all!

Why doesn’t this work with saved passwords?!?!. Why does this app keep signing me out and asking me to sign in? It’s not a banking app after all! Keep me signed in. Or at least integrate the app with face ID so that saved passwords can be filled in without me having to go look it up every time. You’re not supposed to use the same password across multiple apps so how can you possibly remember the password for every app that signed you out without Face ID or some other tool like that. The earlier version of this app was clean and good. Simple. You could look at classes in the past and in the future so if you like the instructor you could look for more classes by that instructor. You can see how busy classes are. Come on ACAC. You can make your app as good as your club. PLEASE!!!

Zero Stars (My Actual Rating). There was no need to replace the old ACAC app, which, if sometimes glitchy, was at least reliable. Ever since they unveiled this new version, we've had to register for classes using a web browser and/or calling front desk staff, who deserve vacations and raises for having to deal with members' endless requests, questions, and ire. We've heard that the reason the app didn't work for the first week or so was because the beta testing was set up for just 100 users. Even individual clubs have more members than that. The entire rollout process has been riddled with problems. I've been literally staring at a loading screen with the logo and nothing else for half an hour. Deleting and reinstalling the app has done nothing to improve the situation. It's kinda like the ACAC equivalent of the blue screen of death. Honestly makes you wonder what HQ is doing with our membership fees.

Awful. This app is terrible. This is supposed to be how you make reservations for time slots, but it is impossible to navigate.

Bring back the old app!. This one doesn’t work!

Update is bad. After the recent update this app doesn’t seem to work. It doesn’t even load the schedule. I can’t sign up for the classes. I’m very disappointed; the previous version worked just fine.

Doesn’t work. Simply trying to add my access pass (bar code) is a failure. Fills the screen with machine code and makes the app useless. Will update if this gets fixed.

Updates are Awful!. I thought the old app was bad but at least it worked. Since the release, I’ve gotten spinning wheels, pages where the data doesn’t return, and 404 errors. I have to resort to the site to sign up for classes which isn’t even mobile responsive.

Just doesn’t work. This app is constantly glitching and won’t work at all.

Constantly logging in. Have to keep logging in once or twice a week to the app. Should should support Face ID.

Can’t get in the gym. Terrible app. Won’t let me login to get in to the Crozet gym...

Please fix this app. Dear ACAC - Read all these other reviews and fix this app. You do so many things right, but this app is not one of them. Need Facial Rec

Latest update. Difficulty logging in and using the app to book a class. Very frustrating to use.

Unbelievably bad app. It’s hard to overstate how frustratingly useless this app is. It would be better for acac to just not have an app at all. It rarely displays available classes correctly—maybe once every ten times I try. It never remembers which location I go to. Half the time it takes multiple tries just to log in. The app is so bad it makes me question the competence of the gym leadership who paid for it.

New Doesn’t Mean Better. Pls bring back old App and Website formats/ interfaces! They were intuitive and user friendly.

Seems to be exactly what everyone says it is, awful!. It will not even let me type my password, or reset my password because it will not engage my keyboard so I can type. I have an iPad and apparently this app can not fathom anything other than desktop. Very out of date and poorly built.

Latest update breaks app. After seeing the intro image I only get a black screen. Happened after the most recent update. Can’t use the app at all as is.

Absolute crap. The latest upgrade makes you renter login info which it doesn’t “take”. Despite various iterations , this app is total crap and not befitting such a wonderful gym experience

Bad app - not an improvement. I can no longer reserve a spot in my favorite group ex classes with my daughters. That is one of the main thing I used the app for and now that functionality is gone. The old app let you add another member under your account when making a class reservation. I can’t believe I am having to call to reserve a spot tonight.

PO’d!. Worst app ever! The old one was quick and easy to reserve classes and swim lanes. I’ve had to delete this app twice. Reset my password. It locked me out for having my new password invalid! Have to type in the class and the date which is a pain. Swim lanes you have to tap the screen in 10 minute intervals to get an hour Someone who designed this certainty did not give it a test run with members. It’s an exercise in frustration!

Latest "update" only leads to black screen. The biggest issue with this app is there is no way to have a favorite gym or separate out the classes at other locations. Of corse my gym is the last one on the list so I have scroll all the way through every other location to get to mine every time I open the app 🤦🏼‍♀️ now that I've done the last update, it only goes to a black screen from the loading page making it completely useless. Need another update that fixes these issues ASAP.

ID. One of the convenient features of this app was I always had my scan card on my phone. Stopped working months ago.

Super glitchy. This app frequently crashes and has strange glitches. The current rev won’t even load/open. Super frustrating for reserving swim lanes.

Not usable. I have hundreds of apps installed and this is really near the bottom. Most of the time the login doesn't function, and when it does trying to register for a class is impossible since the pop up location list won't fully display. I just use their website on my computer (and even that has many GUI issues).

Great app. Works well. Logged in and signed up for my classes without issues.

This app is garbage. The app is basically just your member card. That’s all it can do. You can’t access check-in history or send attendance reports to your email. If you have a company gym reimbursement policy that needs those records this becomes a pretty big inconvenience. Your only resort is to call the front desk at a main location and track down a competent membership associate to manually send you that data. Worst system ever and they’ve been promising to fix it for almost two years now with no success.

No update. I’ve logged in, loaded and reinstalled and still isn’t loading my information. Needs to be corrected ASAP.

Horrible. It’s basic function is to let one look at classes and register. It will not accept choice of location. Useless.

Unable to login. Since the new update 6 days ago, I have not been able to login. I just get a black screen.

Complete waste of space. Each tab requires you to logon again in spite of remember me checkbox. No difference from website. You can’t even lookup pricing for anything, either place. A real opportunity missed.

Useless. Wanted to go swimming with daughter. She downloaded app but won’t let her create an account. I also was unable to reserve two lanes using the family member option. They need to hire a new company to create their app. Look at other gyms and see what they are using.

Crashed after about a month. This was supposed to make registering for classes quick and easy. First of all, it wasn’t. I could never find a way to “fave” my local gym so each time I had to scroll through all the gyms in the system to find mine. Not at all user friendly. But after about a month it simply died. Click on it and you see the title page (girl on a bike) then screen dissolves to black. Dead. Useless.

Frustrated member. This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. Always have to delete and download again. Horrible!

Worst ever!!. When are they going to get the bugs out of this app?? It takes forever to load an then seizes up. “New and Improved” is Regressive and a Failure.

What happened?. Won’t go beyond the “ACAC” green Home Screen. Deleted and installed app several times. When it worked it was fine. Now garbage.

App Won’t Open. This new app won’t open past the title splash screen. Tried multiple times over multiple days, even deleting and reinstalling on my iPhone SE 2020 with no luck. Very difficult to reserve pool lanes without the app… fix this ASAP please!

Garbage app. Hard to believe this app STILL has not been fixed. When it “works” it is merely badly designed, but often (like today) it simply doesn’t work at all. It’s been well over a year since they replaced the clunky but functional old app with this garbage.

Worse app ever used. This just might be the worse and most frustrating app I’ve ever used.

So easy to use!!. Ever since the update, it’s been easier than ever to see the schedule, sign up for classes and keep up to date on what’s going on around the club!

Getting worse and worse after one update and the other. I truly hoped this update would have been better for all but no, it made worse than the previous version which was breaking down as soon as opens, unstable and kept kicking me out if somehow I managed to get the app running. Now it only displays just a few classes! Very disappointing.

App does not open. I joined acac a couple of weeks ago App worked twice, and just has the cover page when you try to open it I deleted, did a hard reboot of my iPhone, reinstalled ACAC app. Still does not open The developers really need to get busy and fix this one. Since it’s used to schedule classes, etc….blood pressure of my wife is boiling! At least let use know you are reading these reviews and post a plan of action

Difficult to use. Have been struggling with the app since the switch over. It rarely opens the group exercise classes as members have been requested to use to register for classes, and at the moment it is continuously refreshing itself, but not even loading correct info! I’m finding this very frustrating and it is impacting my desire to sign up for classes and use the services as I don’t have ready access to a desktop version of the website. I sincerely hope the app is updated soon to address these glitches.

100% useless now. Never did much but display your membership card barcode, now won’t load anything at all. Useless black screen.

So many issues. So frustrating to use. Very glitchy. It doesn’t matter what you press for “I want to book” as tennis always populates. Won’t recognize when you change preferred clubs. Do the developers actually test these apps when they develop them? There also needs to be a way to put your membership on your iwatch.

Can’t log in. Terrible app. No matter how many times I try to reset my password I still can’t log into the app. Also the only way to reserve courts is to log into the website on your phone and then you have to rotate your phone into landscape to actually see the available court slots. As much as we pay for ACAC a month can’t anyone figure out these apps?

Login issues. I frequently have issues logging into my account using the app. It doesn’t recognize my username and password or it will ask for an email. After entering my information it tells me it’s incorrect. However, I use the same information if I login from my computer. I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall, sometimes that will solve the problem but not all the time.
