Reliability. The first day I used this app it was super convenient for taking attendance while teaching online. Now the attendance function has not been working on the app no matter what. Totally defeats the purpose.

Does not support windows authentication. If your district uses the windows authentication option to log in to Aeries you will not be able to use this app! It only supports logging in with an aeries username and password or login with Google. Unfortunately, our district used windows authentication to log in (even though we are a Google Reference District and use Google for almost everything). Look forward to updating this review when/if it ever gets updated and allows me to log in.

Crashed day before school. My school only offers our schedule through aeries and right now the day before school it seems the server has crashed. I have been trying all day to log on and all of my friends are having the same problem.

Recurrent login issues or loading issues. The application apparently has a contract with many different schools and different localities. I’m sure they make a lot of money with these contracts. They need to invest some of these taxpayers money in troubleshooting and improving the reliability of your application.

Great when it works. This app is great when it works. Constantly get an error that I am not authorized for my school. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes it. I have to do this at least once a week. Fix the glitches.

Unable to login. I cannot login using this app. Changed my password on my main computer. Unable to login on the iPad. Purchased an ipad for convenience in the classroom. Worked in spring. No longer functions.
