Hume Health Comments & Reviews 2026

Motivating tool with some glitches. I got my Hume a few months ago and it has been a very helpful tool in my journey back to fitness. The breakout of muscle to fat to water etc is way more helpful to me than just a scale. It does seem to have some back end issues though- like the integration of my activity to the Hume app and my health score wildly jumping around- it showed me as a very low health score when I started using it- which was sobering and didn’t feel accurate, and then randomly it jumped up to a very good health score- and now it’s jumped back down even though my activity and diet and weight hasn’t changed. Feels like a back end issue —- an issue that could make someone feel very badly about themselves. So overall I’d say it’s a helpful tool but I try not to take what it says too seriously.

Not for people with an ED. It’s ok except for the fact that the new app adds additional weight than what the scale says. Scale said I was 161.2 and then the app upped it half a pound. And then some of the other stuff is just off and you have to take it with a grain of salt. The “standard weight” is so comically low and is based off of old science. It doesn’t calculate body changes with kids and such. Says I’m severely obese but I wear a size 4. I had gotten the scale cause an influencer raved about it but it’s just so-so. If I tried to get to the “standard weight” I would have to starve myself and adopt severely unhealthy dieting habits. Could I lose an extra 20-30lbs? Sure. Do I want to be 119lbs again and the size of a high schooler after having 3 kids? No lol my body isn’t the same and I could never get back down to that weight. This is NOT a good scale or app for people with an ED. Because the measurements are off it could trigger unwanted responses. So if you have an ED please do not get this.

New App Producing Inaccurate Data. I used the app after updating to the newest version for the first time in several months and upon doing so and syncing with my scale, I discovered almost all the data that’s being synced besides the basic weight is entirely inaccurate and/or completely empty. My BMI is reading 242.2 which is just a crazy inaccurate number along with listing my body fat percentage as being 70% that is also another completely inaccurate number, leaving almost all other categories not receiving a reading at all in those categories. Also my profile somehow has my bright listed as “18 8” FT and when trying to click into the area to edit the number the screen is white and won’t allow you to type in anything to change the entry which I’m assuming could be throwing everything off in my measurement readings. This all needs to be fixed with an update as the scale is pretty much useless at this point if none of the measurements are accurate besides the weight…

Waste of time and money. I really enjoyed this scale and app when I first got it in 2021. However, it’s simply become a piece of decoration in my bathroom as it’s proven to be a total waste of money. For a long time, I had the same issues that I see others writing about. I’d stand on the scale for over a minute while the circles on my phone screen just turned and turned and told me to remain there for a reading when the scale had already turned off. That seems to have been resolved since resetting my scale and re-syncing it to my phone via Bluetooth. There’s never been a way to sync all of your data from Fitbit. If you manually try to enter your exercise or calories, they are automatically calculated for you depending on the exercise that you select. And after a long day and paying for these services, who wants to sit down and manually enter all of that information from one app to another? No one. I absolutely am not giving this company more money for one of their watches to do this for me. I should have never bought this. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Doesn’t work to it’s abilities.. So I’ve had the FitTrack app for over a year now. (And no I never had the old app to mess with the current.) I have worked with their customer service back and worth for days and we came to no conclusion or just an ignore in response.. I have deleted and reinstalled the app at least 5 times.. and yes I have restarted my phone.. there is a very big problem with this app and scale and it basically makes it just a normal scale that tracks your weight and nothing else.. on top of that you have to put in the weight manually.. what is supposed to happen is you tap “weigh in.” On the app, then stop on the scale, there are 3 circles that buffer. First one is weight (which works great), the other two don’t work and just buffer until my scale turns off.. they are supposed to log your estimated fat% and other data, then it plugs it directly into your app and you’re done. It worked for me for a few weeks and I’m not sure if an update broke it or what but it’s been like this for over a year now and still no fix? It’s very frustrating for paying for this scale and expecting to get these benefits and then it just turns out to be a basic scale in the end. I am open to keep troubleshooting this but I have pretty much put all effort into it. The application just needs to be fixed, but I’m not sure if I see this happening after a year of issues.. if this problem gets fixed I will change my review.

New experience. I like Hume scale, looks modern, delivered quickly and it was very easy to set it up. However, it is challenging for two people using, for example, if my phone is close to the scale when my husband is checking his weight, my phone’ Hume app is picking up his parameters. I found that I can drop his input but it is messing up all my numbers for a couple of days. Unfortunately, we did not get lucky with the bands, one is not charging at all and second one doesn’t hold charge. I hope this problem will be resolved and I would love to give more stars then. I wish to have more information about how to interpret and trust those health scores from the App, for now they only have the lab results from the Shenzhen University in China two years ago Also there is no information about using bands in the pool water, I would like to be able to do so before Summer is over. Thank you.

Application Forcing Upgrade to Billable Programs. I really liked this app connected to my Dara scale in that I can see and track weight, bmi, and other body stats. I am on a diet and managing calorie intake and fitness through their program. I do not need a second app for this. I really just want to keep the weight statistic reporting. With this upgrade, I step on the scale and am now being forced to purchase the standard program or premium program paying $6 to $10 a month to get all these features I do not need. It appears if I want to track just weight and stats moving forward, I have to enter these one by one now and there are 6 buttons to choose from. So click weight button, step on scale, track that, then hit the bmi button, step on scale and track that, and so on. So you have made it very cumbersome to keep what I had forcing your users to pick between the two new programs and pay either way, if I want to keep tracking all those stats by stepping on the scale once. I do not want any of the new features nor do I want another bill to pay every month. I just want to keep the functionality I had by stepping on the scale once. I also want to stop the solicitation to upgrade every time I try to use the scale. Can I please just keep the functionality I had without having to feel entrapped to pay for the standard program or the premium program?

OK. This app is just Ok, to me. I tried a free trial of the subscription and was underwhelmed. Basically you get the health report, but you can only get an accurate report if you track EVERYTHING. All your food, steps and exercise, sleeping, water etc. so if you don’t have a device that tracks those things it won’t give you an accurate number. The app itself is convoluted to navigate. There are lots of steps involved in just weighing myself. Took a little while to figure out how to weigh in. It’s just needlessly over complicated and not very user friendly. Could be streamlined. As far as the actual scale and body measurements go, I have no complaints there. It quickly measures everything and I like that it’s all color coded so you can quickly see what you need to work on. I do wish there was a bit more info included for each category - possible causes and solutions, reasons to aim for a certain range, etc.

25 Versions and Still Not close to Working Properly. The app history tells the story, noting 25 versions in the past year. This was obviously put on the market before it was ready. It is still buggy—for example, it will ask you each time you use it to allow notifications even if you are already allowing them. You will not get notifications. I have been told that this is a known issue for the past 2 months. If they cannot fix this, they could at least delete the feature for the time being so that it doesn’t keep bothering users. Increasingly, the app doesn’t communicate with scale properly such that you cannot get readings without deleting the app and setting everything up from scratch. This level of quality extends to the scale itself. After a short while, I have had to almost stomp on it to wake it up. And now, the readings vary by 3-4 pounds from moment to moment. Avoid. There are smart scales from brands that have long track records of producing quality products and that care about the value of the brand.

I HATE THIS APP SO MUCH NOW!!!. Update: Since launching their new scale body scanner thing, they just keep taking features away from those of us that have been using their scale for years. I hate it so much! I love seeing the body composition, but they have messed with the features and views so much that you can’t see any of your history anymore. The “year” view on the graph just disappeared. Why would I need a day view on a graph of my weight? There’s only one data point. Are people weighing themselves multiple times a day and need to see it graphed?? I used to love this product, but they have chosen to stick it to their long time users and focus on their new product. Who cares about the customers that have been giving you money for years. I love seeing the different metrics in my progress report. I like to track how different variables have changed. Body fat shows a decrease, muscle mass shows an increase, yay! The latest update completely broke the app though. I have no access to any past data, only my most recent. The only reason I pay for this app is to be able to view past data and compare. The progress report needs to come back right away. It’s super important to the app. You need to hire a UX expert (or listen to the one you have). The app is ugly and has bad usability. I want my data back!

Less than 1 star. If I could give zero stars I would. This app is useless especially for nutrition information. I have been emailing support back and forth without and resolution other than to get replies that they are working on it. I have requested refunds without resolution. The nutrition information has never worked. How do 2 hard boiled egg white have 6510 calories and 0 grams of protein. I used the scanner for my protein powder and it says 1 serving has 1,562 calories, 0 grams of protein, 0 carbs, 0 fat and 0 nutritional info. I SCANNED THE BARCODE. ALL THE NUTRITIONAL INFO IS IN THERE AND NONE GETS BROUGHT INTO THE APP. This is one of the biggest ripoffs out there. Not only did I lose my mo eye for the app but the mo why I spent on the scale is a wasted because I can’t use it as advertised. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any fitness/nutritional app. How am I supposed to even trust the other metrics provided in the app. I want my money back. Unfortunately I can’t get all of the time I wasted with this app back.

Great!. Great app! My scale is older (it’s a Lifetrack scale), so I’ve been using Hume since day 1. I like how all the data is available in the free version, I really like being able to track everything from nutrition to sleep to physical activity, I really appreciate it because I’m able to see my BMR, muscle mass, bone density, etc. and it keeps me motivated on my weight loss and muscle gaining journey. My only wishes are being able to see all my old data pre-Hume takeover (I started out at 402lbs, down over 125lbs now), and when Hume first started I signed up for a year membership, paid for it, but never noticed any difference or any extra benefits but I won’t dock points off my review for that because I never reached out to support to resolve it (that was a rough year in my life). Overall, great system, awesome app, I highly recommend it!!

Don't get this scale. I'm done. Completely D O N E. I liked the scale, but I do not like that all the metrics don't transfer over to Apple Health. I'm also extremely tired of being constantly harassed to upgrade to premium every time I open the app to weigh myself. This after being forced to change from one app to another and then to another. Ridiculous! I spent too much money for this scale at the advice of a friend who loved it two years ago and I now regret it. Moving on to another smart scale after doing some research. Hardly any tech website suggests this scale anymore. I HATE the dark mode (no option to change out of it) and it's too cluttered. If you're looking to get this scale and checking out the app reviews? Look elsewhere, because this isn't it for you. I'm not spending $72/year where I can't change from the dark mode and refuses to share all the metrics with native apps. I complained about the dark mode before and you claim to be listening, but after this update, I feel like I got the middle finger and a hand out begging for money. UPDATE: We have switched to another smart scale with a MUCH better app. I’m sorry I ever got this scale in the first place.

So Inconsistent, Return It Now. I rarely write reviews. I very rarely write bad reviews but this app is worthy of a scathing review. Here is why. This app is complete garbage. I don’t know if it is just my scale or not, but here is why you definitely shouldn’t use this app or the scale I have. 1. You have to open the app for it to record your weight. If you don’t have the app open on your phone, the scale just says “ERR.” So obviously pointless when my ten-plus year older WiFi scale records your weight without an app. 2. Some days it feels like working with bluetooth. MOST days it will not work. It will show you your weight, which is incorrect. It will always be a few pounds off from what it says on the scale, yet the app shows less. It gets your hopes up, then crashes those hopes when it then shows the correct weight. But the majority of the time it just never works anyway. It just freezes on the screen showing it is calculating your body type. You have to close the app and weigh yourself again, which isn’t fun to stand on the scale for ages as you hope the app will finish, yet it doesn’t. I just weighed myself about seven times standing on the scale 30-60 seconds each for the app to complete then it doesn’t. No weight recorded. In mornings you are in a hurry leaving for the day, you give up leaving huge gaps in your history. Do not buy. Go with another company. Do not buy a scale that can’t sync with the cloud, without needing another device.

Was going ok. I have been trying to hold off with a review but can’t any longer. Took forever to get the scale (bought in the beginning of May for my bday, got in June or July)and had issues syncing the watch. I finally got it all sync up and just had to remind myself to sync it . I have to sync every day or I loose the data, fine I’ll adjust. Now I love the concept of the updated app however it doesn’t work. My steps will be over 5,000 and I finally get the watch to sync which can take several attempts the app says I did like 250. My scale I thought synced but when I went to look nothing saved. I have talked to the messaging robot then I think a person and all they say is delete app and redownload or unsync the watch and turn off your phone and resync everything. I think I did that 5 times. I love the concept of the watch and scale on one app and the community the company provides, however right now the scale and the watch were a waste of money and that’s sad because I don’t have money to waste. Needs better app and customer service.

Not impressed. Got forced into this app from the Fit Track Pro app and suddenly the readings are significantly different from my scale. I can’t see any of my previous data 👎👎. The graphs don’t make any sense, wish I could show you the graphs 👎👎. Update- apparently the app designers responded to my review. There is no buttons at the bottom of the screen as they describe. So 👎👎. And of course they call me out for being wrong right after they push an update… not sure how I feel, maybe they are trying to say I’m lying? Perhaps they could acknowledge something was wrong with their app? Regardless, historical data does show up on the graphs with the latest version. And they fixed the problem with the way the graphs were showing. Still would rather have the Fit Track Pro app but I bumped the rating up from 1 to 3 because it at least functions at the basic level now.

Growing fitness company. FitTrack recently introduced a new app to replace FitTrack pro. I love the direction they are going, and the improvements are noticeable. I have used MyFitnessPal, but with buying the Dara scale, I have decided to give FitTrack a more extensive look with their new nutrition tracking and workout plan tabs within the app. They are still building, but I believe they will be a top competitor to MyFitnessPal in the next 5 years, the new FitTrack app gives me the feel of the top dog, and their scale is the most accurate I have used. For people who think it isn’t accurate, don’t forget to always weigh yourself first thing in the morning before working out or eating, that is your true weight! Happy to be a FitTrack customer, and to use it to track my macronutrients day-to-day.

Bugs and glitches for $9.99/month. I’ve been using this app for nearly two years. At the beginning of each week, the app shows a notification that says: “Unable to generate your Health Score this week. Be sure to weigh-in at least once a week to see your score.” Doesn’t matter if I’ve weighed-in once, twice, 6 times, or seven times. Always, the same notification. When that notification appears, you can still check your Health Score, but when you do, the app displays a notification saying that it’s “Calculating… check back soon” and the “summary improvement advice” tells you that your health score has dropped by whatever your health score was at the end of the preceding week. The app then proceeds to tell you what it thinks you need to do to get your health score back in line. Because your health score is zero. Brilliant. It’s just bad programming, plain and simple. My advice: go buy a better scale that doesn’t require you to pay $10/month for a subscription to a poorly written app that will track your body composition. I ordered a new scale today and I can hardly wait to delete this terrible app from my device. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Poor tracking visuals - app needs major update. Would have given this 4 stars a few years ago but constant changes look like app developers need to make changes “to make changes.” User experience has gone down hill rather than grown the years I have had this. Used to like this app and used to consider upgrading service. Reason to have a weight fitness app is to quickly, easily, reliably, track progress and visually be able to track changes. This app keeps changing visuals and seemingly the designers never consider real user, why they want to track, and try user experience. It was actually better years ago (before background went to black - preferred white background version) the current measurement graph is so 1900s - and it’s not user friendly you have to try poke a tiny dot few times to see what points reveal your weight! There’s nothing that shows all of the measurement categories and progress easily. Daily measured Bars would be better and they used to have them. I don’t get that this app keeps pushing user to upgrade subscription but why when the user experience is so backwards, seemingly is downgrading, and less helpful as months/years go by. Also: can only get new measurements if I first turn off my phone and restart - every single time. It’s not my phone. It’s this app, no other issues with other apps.

A great way to see more than just your weight. I previously used a less expensive smart scale that seems to be very similar to the Hume in weight readings. But the other smart readings, from just your feet, were close in some areas and different in other readings. One is metabolic age, where 1 1/2 years ago the old scale had my metabolic age a couple of years less than my physical age. Then I was fortunate to get on Zepbound and made eating and mental health charges and have lost ~70lbs. The cheaper smart scale then increased my metabolic age to more than my physical age. How could that be when I lost 70lbs? Switching to the Hume and its much more detailed measurements and I’m now calculated metabolic at 49 years old and physical is almost 62. I play tennis 2-4 times a week and the Hume showed that my dominant arm has more muscle than the other as one would assume in a sport where I only use one arm for hitting the ball. But now I can track muscle growth on the other side as I target that with not lifting. So after a couple of weeks the Hume gives me more details to better plan things.

REPORT This Company. Report this company to the proper authorities! They are a fraud. Scale works (syncs) for about 3 months then quits. No matter when you purchased it. Then they back and forth with you until it’s out of warranty. READ THE REVIEWS!!! They are a fraud company and should be shutdown. Reviews on their website are fake and do not match app stores. Cubert Inc out of Canada. If we had the money we would slap a lawsuit on them for false advertising, etc. If I could give Zero stars I would. Emails to support go unanswered! Their “Live” support is a lie because it isn’t chat at all, but a link to send an email to support! The scale, over priced paper weight. The weight is always incorrect. Only syncs the weight to Apple Health (even though they mislead you to think ALL data is synced). IF, and I repeat, IF the scale syncs to the app good luck on being able to view your health data. It might show a graph but it’s all messed up. If you’re lucky enough to get a “support” reply, a cookie cutter response is all you’ll get. I’ll save you some time instead of reaching out to them. Visit their website and navigate to the FAQ area. If your issue isn’t listed there, or close to it, and you’ve tried what IS listed, request a refund. Don’t wait!! Get out ASAP!! The “company” should be shut down for fraud!

Hate it!. I wish that we weren’t forced into updating the app. I really liked how user friendly the other app was and I was able to navigate it easily. I really don’t like how they didn’t give us the option to keep the other app. This app is not as user friendly and took me a while to figure out. I’m not really a fan of the layout & I hate the fact that I lost all my information from the previous app. I do see the potential in the new app though so I’ll just make do. Update: I hate how the automatically updated the app to the trash that is "Hume”. Bring back the FitTrackPro app! This new update is not user friendly and I find it hard to track my progress. I don’t know how to navigate the app and the new features are useless to me. I’ve had my Dara scale for two years now and I’m starting to regret investing in such an expensive scale when I no longer can enjoy the features that made me buy it in the first place. I want the progress tracking feature back and I also want all the unnecessary features gone. I’m not paying for them!

App originally for my fittrack smart scale- now unusable. I bought the Dara Fittrack smart scale, I just wanted a smart scale that tracks my weight. When I first downloaded the app this, it was simple! Connect the scale to my device and poof! I could immediately see my weight, body composition, etc, and I could view my metrics over weeks and months easily. However, shortly after I purchased, Hume took over the app, and then, every time I opened it, they pushed their premium app. Annoying, but I could still very simply track my weight and body composition. Ok, so, recently, Hume updated their app, which is now focused on tracking someone’s whole health, whatever, not what I’m looking for, but my frustration is: now I can’t even find how to connect my scale anymore! It’s literally easier to manually enter my weight, which is ridiculous, the scale was sold with the promise of auto tracking everything. Now I’m going to chuck this and buy a scale with a SIMPLE way to track my WEIGHT!!! Another case of diversifying and complicating the product too much, simple user interface is key. Hume should have kept a version of the app for the consumers who purchased these products, now I have to buy a new scale and will never use a Hume product.

Great Insights but a bit glitchy. I’ve had this scale since early February and it’s head and shoulders better than either of my other two scales that measure body fat. If you like data, this is your baby. Just realize that it has a few glitches with the app in terms of data syncing with Apple Health and also on some of the data displays. Customer Service is pretty responsive, so long as you use email and not app feedback!!🙄 The developers really need to devote some time to getting the bugs worked out of the app, and even recognizing the Hume Body Pod device as part of their portfolio (it’s nowhere to be found in the feedback menu, despite being in the Hume app itself…. Inexplicable, really….). Another warning/limitation…. If you make any adjustments to your current goals, you basically lose all your progress and have to start from scratch on your new goal. Pretty frustrating…. All that said, this device is a game changer in both accuracy and the ability to track myriad metrics in support of your fitness goals!

App needs a lot of work. I first purchased the scale which I love and when I purchased the scale there was only the free version of the app and it actually worked great. They replaced this app fittrack with Hume and this app has never worked correctly. I tried the pro version because while I will never use most of the features since I already satisfied these needs in apps I love and have been using for years. There were a few features I was interested in and thought if it was great I would re- evaluate. This exercise failed I tried and tried to get the pro version to work with many conversations with the technical support when they would actually respond. And when they did respond it was to delete and readd almost every time. It may be great but I never got it to work and they never refunded my money. Now the free version has issues logging in. I have never had this many problems with an app. Not to mention when it logs in it is a better than 50/50 chance it will lock up. Please bring back the original free app. I just enter my wait in fitness pal but I really wish I could reliably upload my data. The scale is great but the app ruins it.

Worst App Ever - this is a scam. The app and scale will not communicate. I used to be able to manually enter my weight, which defeats the purpose of a smart scale. Now I don’t even have that option. There are hundreds of negative reviews saying the same over and over again. Everyone is upset that they’re paying for an app and an expensive scale that is trash. This is not a smart scale, it does not function as a smart scale, it does not work, the app does not work. I have submitted other reviews, for a few years now, and they always say they’re working on it. Really? When? When will you have this fixed? You need to give answers and timelines. Whoever is reading this, I do think a class action lawsuit should be investigated. This cannot be legal to advertise and pay for something that does not have the functions and features that were advertised and paid for!! It would be like advertising as a 5 star hotel, you pay for a 5 star hotel, but show up to a tent in dirt without a bathroom and they say “sorry, we’re building that hotel soon.” Unethical businesses need to be exposed. This company is nothing more than a money making scam.

Great scale and app. I’ve had my scale since September 2024, so I’ve given it some time before writing a review. My first scale arrived in August, but wouldn’t connect to the app in order to complete setup. I reached out to the company and customer service walked me through troubleshooting steps before making the decision to replace the defective scale with a brand new one (not refurbished). The second scale arrived in perfect condition and I was able to get my app account running smoothly. I love that I’m able to track my hydration levels accurately now. I completed chemo and radiation last year, so I’ve been using this scale to help me get back in shape and improve overall wellness, which includes hydration. I’ve also compared my results of this scale and app to the InBody readout at my doctor’s office, and it’s very accurate. I ordered an ŌURA 4 smart ring yesterday to help me log my sleep and activity levels, so I’m excited to see how those affect my Hume progress report. This scale has allowed me to challenge not just my weight goals, but also my hydration and fat loss goals with measurable metrics.

Loving the Hume Body Pod. If you are wanting an incredible way of tracking your health journey and knowing when you are focusing on your goals, the Hume Body Pod is just the right tool. By monitoring your composition and vitals, you are able to know when you are staying on the fat-burning trail versus switching over to burning lean muscle. It takes a little time to fully understand all the data, but once you have a good understanding, you will know exactly how your eating, exercising, and daily activities support or hinder your goals. For example, I thought I was eating and exercising to burn fat, but within 4 to 5 weigh-ins, I was able to easily see I had switched into burning lean muscle and quickly change my diet to consuming more healthy calories to get back into ketosis. Overall, it is a great tool for anyone serious about their health!

DO NOT PURCHASE RIPOFF COMPANY F BBB. The scale is an accurate it says I'm older than I am I run marathons, etc. and a firefighter. In addition they stole my money. They don't respond to emails. Their phone has been disconnected once I didn't renew for almost $80. All my information disappeared. I no longer see it. I still get messages from them, but I can't see any of my information. I'm getting ready to report them to inside edition, etc. where I purchased it through one of their companies that they recommend products on the Better Business Bureau website all their complaints except maybe one have gone answered. Their phone number has been disconnected. I wrote one of their head people that email and their email to Customer Service have gone. An answered they will steal your money and run. All they care about is making money they don't care about you your health your life. I'm 100% disabled veteran. They don't care about me, the thermometer is accurate. Their scale is in accurate. They liars scammers run.!!!

Cool scale, app barely works. The scale seems to work fine, it uploads data to my phone no problem and it seems fairly accurate. I upgraded to the paid service, and the reason was because it offered barcode scanning of foods, nutrition planning, workouts, things like that. The only thing that was added after I upgraded was the workout section, everything else still doesn’t work which worries me that this is fraudulent. On top of that it permanently says that I only burned 6 calories after 500+ calorie workouts that are supposedly getting read in by Hume from my Apple Health app. It tells me I have a BMR of 1600 calories, it says I only burned 6, but then says I can eat 2300 calories per day and I’m supposed to lose weight somehow, the math doesn’t make sense to me. I was hoping it would factor in my workouts for me and guide me on a steady calorie deficit based on my BMR, and that I could easily log foods and know how much or little I could eat. Very promising, but it delivered on none of that, it only provided several metrics that admittedly are very nice, otherwise I would give 1 star.

Avoid this scale/app. Useless. This will be my third review of this product. I left two other very detailed reviews that appears to have been deleted by someone. So I am writing this from my notepad app so I can just copy and paste it back should they decide to delete it again, I won’t have to rewrite it! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SCALE TO HELP YOU TRACK YOUR FITNESS PROGRESS - THIS IS NOT IT! The most recent update they pushed out just took away the main feature I used to track my weight loss! The ability to compare my weight from one day to a previous day. That feature is totally gone. I used to be able to click on the weight itself, and click the “progress” button which would allow me to select a date from the calendar. I was able to see that I’ve lost 25lbs! Now that feature is gone. I also used to at least be able to click on previous months, now I can’t see anything beyond the current month. When you click the date/month button, it used to have a drop down menu where you’d select the month you wanted to view. Now when you click it, nothing happens. I literally have no use for this app now and have cancelled my subscription that I was FORCED buy because they took away so many of the features that was originally advertised as free!!! I am currently now on the market for a new scale/app as this one has become useless. Just avoid this scale/app altogether. Go with someone more reliable. Save your money!

The app developers should be embarrassed. This is the worst app I have ever used. I honestly hope someone starts a class action lawsuit against them. Maybe I will! We were promised so much when we purchased and then we were told we have to purchase a subscription to use the app. And now, the app is literally not even usable it’s so beyond slow, I have to reconnect the scale every time I use it, and on top of that, as someone who knows a lot about what a healthy body is, the way this scale promotes specific weights is horrifying. Like it tells me what an ideal body fat percentage is for me and I don’t think I would have a period at that percentage. Also- according to this I have a standard muscle mass which is crazy. I weightlift HEAVY, 6 days a week. In the *gym* I would confidently say I’m top 1% most muscular women. One of the best features this had was I could compare my progress and that is completely unavailable now either by poor app function or it’s just gone, I can’t even tell. DO NOT BUY THIS STUPID SCALE.

Broken? Or forcing me to start paying?. This app and scale combo has worked well for a few years. Then they started with the constant push to upgrade to a paid program. I don’t need that, I only need to weigh myself and get body fat each time. The scale is not accurate with weight or body fat, but it is a decent tool to track changes. To clarify my accuracy comment, I have 18 inch tiles in my bathroom, they are smooth, and level-I checked. I have to put the scale on a tile the same way each morning. If I turn the scale, say 90 degrees on this flat, level tile, and weigh myself again, I will get a different measurement. ??? So I have to be consistent each morning with the scale placement. Lately they changed things again, I now have to manually connect the app to my scale each morning. I have tried to contact them in the app but when I fill out the comment form I select the “related to” then “category” then start typing in “comments” and I can never get more than 12 characters typed before the app shuts down. Really? I just want to easily be able weigh myself each time. I should not have to manually reconnect with the scale each time. Fix this, so it works like it used to.

Only use this app for weighing purposes. Besides knowing my body details, using it for anything more than that has been a complete mess. I sign in through my iCloud apple account and I chose to sign up for the 30 day free trial of the “health+”. Then the next day when I signed back in it was giving me options to do that again and the features you get when you do weren’t available to me anymore. Yet it was still under my subscriptions under my apple account. I was also using the app to keep track of my macros. Firstly it has very few known food items under its catalogue. I would suggest MyFitnessPal instead. You can create the food you would like listed but I would have to create it every time because if I tried adding it from the list it was on already I couldn’t even select it. Not to mention that I had already created an account months prior but I hadn’t used the app in a while and it was telling me I had apparently never signed up at all. They need to work on the app interface.

First Time User. I have used a scale all my life, just like everyone else. I have used a digital scale measuring fat/muscle/water faithfully tracking my progress in a book each time. Was I seeing progress? Yes. Did I see accurate measurements? Surprisingly, no. My first experience was quite an upheaval, first I saw my biological age of 60 and my metabolic age of 68. I had to put my phone down for a moment to let that sink in. Then I saw that I was dehydrated, overly fat and my muscle mass needed improvement. I bought this scale for the truth and here it was. What did I do with this data? A lot, starting with increasing my water intake. I rearranged my workouts to become more strenuous and got more cardio in. Most importantly, I went to my medic to get help with my insomnia: a week or so in the reporting indicated that my sleep loss was hindering 25% of my fat loss. In the month that I have been using my BP I have lost 2 pounds of fat and gained 1 pound of muscle. If that wasn’t enough of a surprise, my metabolic age dropped a year! The Hume Body Pod and my results have given me the motivation to stay focused on improving my results. It is an excellent tool for tracking fitness progress and enjoying better health. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

Nothing works but stuck paying for it. I bought my smart scale BEFORE I was forced to buy into this stupid app. Let me tell you I LOVE my smart scale and the app that was originally meant to be downloaded with it. Fast forward a year. An update comes out and says I cant use the old app anymore and mow have to PAY $10 a month to use this new app with my scale. Whatever it is what it is. The app looks super promising at first. You can track your calories, set your weight, goal track your water intake, etc. so I get rid my other apps that I use for these things because now I have it all in one place. Not even a day in I’m struggling to find the correct foods to be able to accurately log my calories to the point where I cant even track eating a single egg without wasting my time to manually enter in each food item’s calories for every single meal. Never had this issue with any other app that I’ve used to track calories. Because of how difficult it is to track my calories I rarely use the app as intended aside from using it for my scale. Which again is absurd because I was doing that for a year FOR FREE before I was forced to buy into this one. At this point I feel like I was scammed. And if I wasnt a year into using my smart scale I would return it for a regular one and just kept my other apps.

Challenging update but figured it out. I was very frustrated with this update for a long time and tried to continue using the former app version, as others have stated. However, customer service responded to my review and helped me out. Two things: I had to disconnect my phone from the old Fit Track Pro app, disconnect the Bluetooth, etc. make sure it was only connected to the new version. That still didn’t fix the problem. The new app prompted me to make sure I had fully charged batteries in the device. So I switched out the batteries and voilà, all was fixed! So simple! As soon as I did that it started measuring all my biometrics and storing the data again. I’m still giving it only 3 stars for the circuitous route you have to take to update and figure out the bugs. Would be nice if during the update process, all of these steps were explained and it could be a seemless update.

Cannot Update Profile. I bought this scale about 2 months ago and got it set up right away but found that it wasn’t syncing with my device and would I to show weight, not the other stats that I actually bought it for (BMI, BF%, etc) because an influencer that I follow said this was the most accurate scale for that. Today I went back in to try to work with it again and solve the problem and saw there was a new app to download. I did this and everything seemed to sync perfectly except then I looked at my BMI and BF% and there is no way it is correct, not even close. I realized maybe my age, height, etc were incorrect in my profile so I clicked on “update profile” but all I get is a white screen with a blue bar at the top and nothing else. In order to get out of that screen I have to completely remove the app, reload, resync my scale with the app. I’ve done this 3x and it still does not work which is very frustrating because I bought this scale specifically for the promise of “accurate” body stats.

Potential Great, Reality Disappointing. I bought the Hume Body Pod after much research, confident that it would help me on my fitness journey. The weight and data from the scale seems accurate (other than heart rate, which is very high) but trying to sync with my FitBit has been a HUGE disappointment. I am using PowerSync to bring in data from FitBit to Apple Health but the Hume App will not import any of the data except sleep. I have contacted support and was told they are “working on it” - I would even be happier manually importing my steps/activity and nutrition but this is not an option either as there is no way to do this (even though the screenshots show a button to do so, it doesn’t seem to exist in reality) Had I known that integration with other fitness apps was not really a feature, I would have chosen a different brand. 😞 Hope this issue is resolved in the very near future, and not just a ploy to purchase their band.

Would be a 5 Star if they Fixed this!. Last year this app was great, but about a month ago they rolled out a new (better looking) version that doesn’t allow you to view rolling 12-month history. It cuts off in 2024. That’s not very helpful. Also they started putting dates backwards and European style so not so easy for people in the US to tell what is going on at all. At this point the only purpose I have for the scale and app is to get a snapshot of my health. Or I suppose I’ll be able to track all of my 2024 but it won’t give you history prior to 2024 even though my fitness journey (like many others) started prior to that. Not helpful at all. They should have never messed with it. I even went to submit feedback through the app itself and it locks up after you type a couple words. Just ridiculous whoever they put in charge of this is failing big time. Update: They did seem to fix the trailing 12 month history and I greatly appreciate them fixing that aspect of the app! I would bump my rating to 4 star at this point! Keep it up yall!

App needs some tweaking. I have the Dara scale and purchased it in mid 2021. The old app recorded all of my weight and measurements and worked great. When they launched the new app and eventually had no choice but to delete the old app and download the new one, I’ve still never been able to get the app to save the data from my weigh ins since this app change. The app and the scale are synced while I’m on the scale and I can see the app registering the weight. After the scale displays my weight, remains lit until it eventually goes dark, the app still tells me to keep standing on the scale and appears to be “processing” (from what I can tell) with the green circles lighting up in a row over and over. I’ve stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for the app to save the data but as soon as I step off the measurements go back to the last time I used the old app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times, including the newest versions, moved the scale all over the house to different flat surfaces, taken the batteries out and put in fresh... Nothing seems to resolve the issue of the app not saving the data. I read all of the FAQ’s for the Dara scale but can’t get an answer for why this is happening.

Bait and Switch. I originally purchased the Dara scale a few years back. This is advertised as a smart scale with various analysis included. The application was free and available with the purchase of the scale. This all change when I was forced to download the Hume app,my scale, although it says it’s connected I can’t get any measurement readings, nor does it record my weight. It seems that the app is really pushing an upgraded membership. However, the basics on the app don’t even work properly. I purchased a scale that was more than a scale, it was an overall health analysis. However, with this ridiculous new application that doesn’t work and a required membership of an absurd amount, $120 a year. This is not what I purchased, and backing your clients into a corner to now pay to use the scale that was advertised with these features included shows the lack of morality to your clients. Time for you to take responsibility and make it right. This is not what you advertised at time of purchase, this is a bait and switch. In the mean time I am requesting a full refund for my purchased smart scale that I paid over $100 for, that is not any better at this point than a cheap $5 scale.

Super disappointed. I should start by saying I have never purchased Hume plus, only tried the free version. That being said, I can’t imagine paying for an app with such an inconsistent and unsatisfying free trial version - which doesn’t even resemble what they have pictured here ⬆️. Maybe if there were some cool features I might be tempted to pay for it? As is, I would say; “hard pass.” They are constantly updating versions, there are multiple glitches in every version which makes consistent tracking a challenge. I appreciate the quality of the scale but the lack of a supportive app basically renders it useless. Plus I paid over $85 for the scale (and then waited eight weeks for it to arrive) but it didn’t seem like a terrible investment at first because they advertised a free supporting app. Which apparently was just this sub-par version. So yeah, I’m extra disappointed. Oh also I’m a personal trainer and this would have been such an awesome tool to use with clients but I honestly wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone…

Frustrated. I bought the Dara scale about 2years ago, and then we moved. Recently found my unopened scale among some of the moving boxes in storage. Got it set up and connected to the Fittrack app which I had no problems with it. It synced all my information. Fast forward about a month ago, when I was forced to have the Hume app instead of fit track except now, I can’t get the app to even open unless I pay a monthly fee which I did not have to do before. All I see is the intro screen with word HUME. I in my phone settings the app is synced with my Bluetooth. When I step on the scale, it shows the Bluetooth symbol and my weight but the word Hume on my phone never changes and I never see any information. I I don’t want to pay monthly or annual for information that came with the scale when I purchased it, the reason for purchasing it. If you are forcing us to purchase the program, then I would like a refund for my scale.

Dara Scale is useless. I bought the Dara Scale after hearing an influencer go on and on about it. It took forever to come. Now that I have it, it cannot stay connected to Bluetooth which renders it useless. I have had so many customer support people write and email about …. do this, do that, all to no avail. You originally put in your four AAA batteries and it syncs fine. Then the next day it just searches and searches and won’t link. Then you get told reload more NEW batteries. Get rid of the app, try FitTrack Pro. It again works for one day and then nothing. Then it’s get rid of that app and go back to FitTrack Health! Reload four MORE new batteries and mind you each time you lose all your info on the app. Who has time for this nonsense? This scale is not cheap mind you. They have no clue how to get this to work. Get told repeatedly it’s a glitch they’re working on it! You can’t sell something that you never had working in the first place! It’s a major rip off. So many BBB complaints as well with this company. Do yourself a favor and pass on this.

Does not Sync with other app data/Terrible touch response. Specifically, this app does not sync with Apple Health despite asking for permission and granting it. It is frustrating to jump back and forth to different apps to see the most updated data on your health. You have to manually enter everything already in the health app if you want to have a holistic health picture within the FitTrack health app. I can only ASSUME this aids in the selling of their own watch brand since this has been a known issue for some time and not resolved. This is especially frustrating considering the money you spend on their scale and/or other products to gain a better understanding of your health. Update 4/24: the app is barely responsive to touch sensitivity. This is not a phone issue, as I do not have this problem in any other app or function on my phone. It will not scroll up or down to review data. I have to continuously close the app and reopen it if I would like to look through anything in the app. Very frustrating. I deleted and redownloaded the app. It’s worse, it won’t load my data pages and is so unresponsive. I’m upset I wasted my money on the scale and glad I didn’t upgrade and put any wasted money into the app itself. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Bugs. My scale works. The app has stopped syncing data from apple health since April and I reached out to hume several times about the issue with no resolution. I initially thought it was going to get better when I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 16! It did not matter. I wear a oura ring that syncs perfectly with the health app meaning that I have a constant flow of sleep and activity data. When I get a health report from Hume, I get a score of 236 out of 900 because no activity or sleep data is available. I could let it go if I wasn’t paying for the Hume plus subscription! I am very disappointed in their customer service. Now they are pushing the band, why would I? I am paying for a service I am not getting and the company does not seem to care. So Far this is the worse investment I made on my health this year because I am paying for a device who is feeding me erroneous health score every week. Even though I know the scores are false they still cause me distress. Unhappy customer here

Fit Track Better than Hume. My app worked a lot better when it was under FIT track. Whatever Hume is it stinks. Like for instance apparently I’m down 134 pounds of muscle. Not only is this inaccurate it’s ridiculous as I would be dead. The interface is harder to read and I hate that you can’t get rid of the dark mode. I guess they think it’s chic. I think it’s illegible. There is no way I’m going to pay more money for an app to build my “digital twin” when it can’t even give me the more basic data that it used to get right! Also, I can’t find over a years worth of data! How disheartening! Whoever Hume is, I guess they bought out Fit Track. Too bad because they stink. ***UPDATE*** I have written to customer service about how lackluster the Hume app is and never heard back. I also never received any response to my original review. So not only is the Hume app awful the customer service is nonexistent. Oh. Also, it would seem to get my years worth of data. I would have to buy the app. There’s no way I am big $72 a year for this garbage. I can’t wait to replace the scale outright

The Biometrics are goals tracking is great. So far, the biometrics are great, I love that I can track my macros and I love the goals like the daily water intake, the activity goals, reminders, syncing to of fitness devices like the Apple Watch, etc. The meal tracking could use some work, it’s a bit all over the place and confusing, the barcode scan and food image scan doesn’t work for me most of the time, and I end up having to enter in nutritional information (also because the database doesn’t seem to be extensive.) Also it’s not super cohesive with entering serving size and grams and doing the math. I’ve used other meal tracking apps that are a bit more intuitive. I would love to see more nutrition based content. Also would be great if you could actually use other scales, which I assumed initially, only to find out that my smart scale was not compatible and had to purchase the Dara to use the app correctly,

Exactly what I needed. Trying to lose weight can be quite challenging. Looking at the scale every day and just seeing the number can be discouraging. Since buying the hume scale my anxiety has decreased and my excitement about my weight loss journey has increased. I couldn’t see some of my weight gain or where I feel slow. Progress is gaining water and muscle. Am definitely losing fat. So far in the last month, I’ve seen a 6 to 7 pound change on the scale. About 8 to 9 pounds. My clothes fit so much better. My confidence is increased. And I’m encouraged to keep going. I probably wouldn’t have gotten this far if I had just a regular scale number. I probably would’ve lost 2 pounds and got discouraged because I wouldn’t understand.. I’m so glad I have made this purchase.

Ok app better. Sorry a bit harsh but hoping it sparks a review from the devs. To view the history of your weight is pretty bad compared to the old app fit track pro. The dashboard doesn’t let you order the icons. Too much white space not enough data for in on the pain the grid was much more functional than tiles with large gaps. Selecting a day and viewing the data over time is near impossible compared to how it was in Fit Track Pro. Seriously some staff here need to use both versions for a couple of weeks at home with the scales and put themselves in the shoes of the user. IMHO this release was focused on selling more ecosystem products than core functionality

Can’t even view App, Data from FitTrack Gone. Can’t even view App after I enter my details to login - it’s just a grey screen. I have the latest iphone 14 Pro Max & my Apps are all updated - so not sure why I can’t view the App. I have been a user of FitTrack for many many years & now my data has all gone for all family members - this is so disappointing to say the least & great to look back at to see how far you have come … So my son managed to set up as a new User on Hume only to tell me the App costs $60 per 3 months !!!! ???? Is this really correct? With FitTrack you purchased the scales and the App was FREE to use … So I guess my scales are useless now … as $60 per 3 months is not on the cards ….

Keeps getting worse. I bought this scale a few years back and over time the branding and app functionality has changed significantly (for the worse). I used to be super happy with the product. What used to be an intuitive user interface is now confusing and bug infested. I constantly have syncing issues where the app freezes while weighing in and I am unable to record my data for the day. Useless.

Lost the plot. These were great scales just the way they were. However they’ve decided to go “overkill” for the sake of it and ruin it. Have a few friends with these and they now don’t like them also. Just get back to basics. All we wanna see is the body comp measurements in plain and simple terms. The rest is over complicated needless rubbish. Off to buy some Tanita’s.

Bring back the original app!. I can’t stand using the new app it’s clunky and awful! The original was simple and easy to use and track progress and data. Tempted to throw my scales in the bin and go with someone different solely because the app is so horrible to use. I would not recommend any one purchase these scales or pay for full membership of the app.

Not as good. Not as user friendly or functional as the original FitTrack app, and I’ve gone back to the old one. This app failed to open at all after a couple of uses, and even deleting and reloading the app didn’t work. Now I can’t log into it, as it says there’s already a user with that email address? Yeah, me! Won’t let me reload. Frustrating as. Anyway, I’m happy with the old version which works.

App is becoming increasingly useless. Since the last app update I have to reconnect my Dara every time I use it. My app does not retain any connection information. I tried to lodge a ticket through the app and it shuts down every time I type more than a couple of words. All I want is the basic functionality I used to have back in the FitTrack days and it seems I can’t get that now.

Nice change, many issues. I have had my scaled for years now and I never had issues with the previous app. When the app change to the new Hume app, it has been a source of frustration and I have discontinued its use. It is a slow glitchy app now. At the moment the screen had been stuck on my profile for days. The app is definitely not worth the effort. They should not have fixed something that was not broken..

Now unusable. The app used to be great but has gotten progressively worse as time has gone by. The current iteration is genuinely awful. The stats don’t make any sense (I think my skeleton weighs more than 2kg…) and much of the stats are now approximated. Even worse, they’re inconsistent, as I said, they just don’t make any sense, and you can’t track progress anymore or compare stats like you used to. I thought updates were supposed to be improvements. Hopefully they revert back to one of their simpler iterations that matched the FitTrack aesthetic, but I can’t see that happening somehow…

More people -. These scales are great don’t get me wrong but I wanted to track my weight and my partner wanted to too, but we can only track this on one phone?? You can’t sync the device on two devices, and they guarantee lifetime warranty but we had gotten no type of letter or email back from them to say this is confirmed, customer service needs to up their game and start solving the problems their customers have rather than avoiding them… Thanks!

Old app was better. Preferred the interface of the old app. Also rather annoyingly when I switched to the new app it uploaded my height measurements incorrectly and I cannot change it (literally click on Height in my profile and no alternative options show up) so as the new app now thinks I’m 160,000 cm tall it cannot calculate any useful information about my BMI, muscle and fat percentage etc. So now it’s just an expensive normal weighing scale.

No way to delete inaccurate data. I received my FitTrack Dara scale today and I weighed myself in my room on carpet and it gave me a very inaccurate weight which synced to the app. It actually synced 3 different inaccurate weights. There is no way to delete the data. I tried tapping everything on the body measurements screen but there is no delete! No swipe to delete either. This is a massive oversight. There are a number of cases where data could be inaccurate (someone else stepping on the scales, uneven surface), so it’s a needed feature and a poor first experience of using the scales. Update: Since using the app more, I’ve found more problems. It doesn’t sync data back to the Health app as promised. This was a really important feature to me when buying the scales. Additionally, steps on the dashboard are very inaccurate (either too high or too low). I don’t use another FitTrack product for this, but it could pull the data from the Health app to be accurate. I honestly hope these issues get fixed soon.

FitTrack Pro is better. I kept getting pop-ups to try this app so I did. It’s prettier with additional things I don’t need. I just want to track my weight. You can only sync one device at a time so when I stay at my mum’s I have to re-sync and when I’m back at home. The progress graph is rubbish. Rather than scaling to the relevant weight ranges I’m seeing weight ranges way too wide so my graph is pretty much a line. When is an adult going to be 15kg? Please stop asking me to change/try to this app on the FitTrack Pro because it does everything I need to do there better with all the unnecessary stuff.

Takes weight, but app experience is average at best. This app used to be good when it was Fittrack. As Hume, it just continuously asks you to keep subscribing - I’ve already paid hundreds for a scale with the features I want, I’m not now paying more for the same. Last week they released an update and now the app doesn’t even open or connect to the scale, it’s just a white screen. It’s been like that for the four days since I updated and no patch has been released. Had this scale for a few years but thinking of going elsewhere. EDIT: after several further updates the app still has a white screen. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it and it now opens, but it freezes whenever I attempt a weigh in and doesn’t sync. Absolutely useless.

Love the pod but the app needs some work. I’m loving the pod. It was super easy to set up and I love the detail and accuracy. The app is not bad but it needs some work. It’s not good as a stand alone. The dietary records are particularly bad. The library of foods is basic. There’s no capacity to sync it with another app like Chronometer and it seems to get mixed up between Cals and KCals. I haven’t found a way to fix this yet. The app is good on the iPhone but no good on the iPad. Otherwise… I’m still working it all out.

Used to be good but now the app fails. A few years ago I bought the scales and there was no problem recording data. No the app drops out, doesn’t register the scales, doesn’t display the data history and sometimes it won’t even record the weight. I have had to remove the app and reinstall 4 times. Before it was HUME( when it was Dara) it worked without a hitch. It really is a shame.

FitTrack App. This is a well designed app, lots of great features, just a shame that much of the data doesn’t sync automatically with no way to manually add some of it. Some of the data that doesn’t sync then affects scores the app gives you. More work needed.

App not working. Again.. Buyer beware. Seems like you have to pay a premium to access the app functions when I believed I bought a scale that provided me with body composition measurements. Whenever they update the app, the scales stop syncing, or they get stuck on ‘syncing’ to the app and not completing the measurements. Hume keep sending me offers to entice me to buy a new scale, but I don’t trust these guys. This scale and connectivity with the app is bad so they can upsell you the premium app, why would a new scale be any different? I just want to accurately weigh myself and keep track of my progression. I don’t need fitness or diet add ons so stop trying to sell it to me please.

Useless App!!!. I have been trying to connect my scales and they keep disconnecting so I try all of the troubleshooting and nothing works. They connect for 2 seconds then disconnect again. I’ve now deleted the app and reinstalled only to find that I can’t sign in as an account with my email “does not exist” when using Apple ID. I then tried resigning up for the app to then say I already have an account. Tried logging in doing it manually and to reset password but the app keeps freezing. No tech support.

Terrible. These scales used to be great when used in conjunction with the FitTrack ap. Since the rebrand it is terrible. The ap never connects, not easy to use and the scales and ap never register the same weight which makes no sense? It’s always up to 1kg difference so you can’t track correctly. Such a shame as this WAS such a great product and now turned useless and will be sending our expensive scales to the bin.

Horrendous. Almost impossible to use on free trial. Got this app with the FitTrack scales and the old app (which was fine as a simple weight tracker) was converted to Hume. Now you can’t open it without some aggressive pop up “offer” in which the x button is often hidden or doesn’t work. Whole app is not geared at getting you to pay some exorbitant amount to unlock even basic features. Would absolutely get rid of it if there was an alternative for the scales. 0 stars.

New app issues. Disappointing that new app does’t transfer the data from the old app for the past 5 year It’s appears lost which seems a waste If this is not the case please advise

Old app was better. The old app was better, simpler to use and easier to understand, and with a bit more work would become a really useful tracking app. I did not want another lifestyle app. Worst of all, you can’t even bring over the years of data from the old app to the new app. Won’t be recommending the scales again. Update- nothing has changed.

Fantastic help!. I love ❤️ the information that this app provides. I am more motivated than ever to improve my overall health. It brings self-awareness and most importantly inspires!!! Highly recommend !

Great Scale but App UI and design not great…. The Dara scale is amazing! The stats you can get and see if far beyond what other conventional or digital scales show. However, because the app is appalling it really lets down the overall experience of the scale…. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and the app is glitchy and has lots of bugs, FitTrack you really need to update this app it is not great at all…..

Amazingly Bad. I only use this app to connect to Beebo smart scales. The app started off at FitTrack Plus, which did the job. But it has been getting worse every update. Most of the app is just an advertising platform for some subscription that I don’t want. It was intensely annoying and unreliable, but at least you could connect to the scale. Now the latest update disconnects from the scale, and you have to go through the reconnect process each time - even within 10 seconds of taking a reading. And - to add final insult to injury, the app crashes when you try to report a problem. It is bad enough for me to ditch the scales…

Forcing users into a less functional app. Clunky and more focused on upselling the customer to My Health than user functionality. I was using Fitrack Pro until I was forced to download this new version. We’ve already purchased your product and shouldn’t have to feel like we’re using the freeware version of the software. Listen to your customers. Criminal.

Great Tracking on iPhone. I have been using this app since I got my scales on and off over the last 3 years as I go in and out of fitness phases and the scales have always been accurate to other scales, and the fitness tracking is highly motivating, it really helps keep me on track. The user interface is easy to use, very smooth and easy to navigate to find your results over different time periods. Developers - I have just downloaded it to my iPad to see results on the big screen instead, and it doesn’t quite fit properly i.e. with the menu, the words (Home, Measures, etc) are overlapped on the symbols, and this is true throughout other areas, are you able to update this please?

Not worth it. Same problem as others - can’t register, therefore can’t access app. App was working for a couple of weeks without registering. Post that, it won’t allow you to access your data without registering, but the registration process doesn’t work. Could get passed the creating passwords as it didn’t register any of the possible passwords - no direction of what the password should consist either.

Destroyed the app over the last two years. Unfortunately, over the last 2 to 3 years, I have seen this app get worse and worse. It used to be a simple and clean layout that worked well and tracked progress easily and efficiently with the scales I purchased. They have now convoluted the app and made it so complex and added so many different “features” behind a pay wall. The most recent update has now seen their UI change to a dark theme that looks terrible. How do you go from sleek and modern to dark and miserable? I would be reconsidering your branding choice. I wish there was a way I could use the old version of the app, from when I first bought my scales.

Needs work. It’s great that it shows all the different types of things you can track, however it has a really confusing layout for comparing progress over time. The stats grid needs a complete overhaul, it needs the kind of layout and detail that apps such as Happy Scale has.

Old app was better. Fit track pro was easier to use and the new app does not let you compare stats as easily in history. Very clunky and not user friendly. I wanted a scale not another product with watch etc… don’t like it at all still using the Fit track pro app as much better for tracking over a period of time. it is so much easier to compare data against previous periods. You seriously need to work on improving this. Not happy. used to really like Fit track Pro but may have to consider another brand.

Great dashboard. This scale and app is easy to use and easy to read the results from the dashboard. Seeing the little indicators of whether my numbers have gone up or down motivates me. And you can tap into deeper info on things like what muscle and protein rate are. Love this product.

They’ve lost my 2 years of data since changing apps constantly. They have removed the multi-user profile ability so now I can’t access over two years of data tracking. This is after they changed my 12 year old’s profile to the primary user so every time I logged in I had to select my profile before getting on scales. Now I can’t even do that. There is only one profile. What a waste of money and time. Now I’ve lost all my information to track my progress. Thanks!!

Was a great product, now it’s a cash grab... I purchased my scales from FitTrack, who has sold or renamed the app numerous times now.. with the latest surprise being Hume saying there is a free version that still works, as per what I purchased from FitTrack, however there is no link or way to find the free app.. and the existing free app now wants cash to record what I already paid for. The contact is page conveniently shuts the app when you start entering any feedback about Dara and app access. How about Hume provide a link to the free app they mention, for FitTrack customers?!

New app. App is good but changed recently and I couldn’t open it anymore. I deleted it and re-downloaded it and that fixed that. When I signed in my gender and dob were wrong… but all my progress was still there so it’s all good. The app itself is easy to use and apart from that I’ve had no issues

Subscription. Wasn’t happy paying the subs accidentally after trying their trial for the weekly weigh in data but I don’t need it. Told me to go to apple for refund and there’s been few back and forth with Apple also but they couldn’t refund it. Dunno what’s the subs function for anymore. Don’t think it’s useful paying $180 pa for nothing. Dunno how to cancel this subs. Scale itself I’m happy with as it’s showing all the info I need. Been using it for many years.

Pathetic Bait and Switch. Used the original Fittrack app for many years after spending an absurd amount of money on the Dara scales. Then this “upgrade” is released which is absolutely terrible, all the trend lines are now flat and unreadable - all it is useful for now is once off readings. If you want to do any sort of tracking over time you need to copy the values into a spreadsheet and do it yourself. I refuse to pay such a ridiculous amount of money per month to get back the functionality that was supposed to be included with the original product. Scam, scam, scam.

New app clunky. The old FitTrack app was better, this new one doesn’t work consistently, the weight and measurements are way off from day to day. Sometimes it doesn’t even sync it. I wouldn’t recommend paying for the paid version it’s worse.

Very Disappointing App. I’ve just received my quite expensive Hume Body Pod and after being excited to be able to track my body composition- it only did this on the first use. After that I have spent hours trying to get this to work. It times out each time with either error message 10 or 13. So, I should have stuck to my old trusty Renpho scale that was one tenth of the price. I think there is a glitch in the app. And I’m not wanted to upgrade to the paid version.

Very slow. Unfortunately after using fit track this app is super slow. Pages take a while to load and lags when scrolling. Overall data is fine and connects well with my scales but painfully slow when attempting to read results.

Used to be better. I bought the scales about 3 or 4 years ago. In that time the app changed names and brand changed. Since then, what was a useful easy way to track progress over time has steadily gotten worse. It used to automatically connect and run but now I manually have to do it. It used to be easier to see and understand the data displayed. Now it’s an upsell tool and makes it difficult to see simple basic data trends. It also encourages people to weigh in 4 times a week, which is almost obsessive nothing worthwhile changes that fast. Other than that, it seems pretty good. I have never verified the data integrity however.

Very valuable tool. After purchasing this as a tool to use not only for myself but to help my clients have a better understanding of their body composition and what it comprises off. The weight on the scale is a result from many different factors. Great visual tool. I’m happy with my decision to purchase.

The worst, most unusable app ever. This app is totally unusable. It does not open, if it does, after waiting several minutes, then it is frozen. I need the app if I want a detailed analysis from my fit track scale. It used to be great when it was just fit-track but my very expensive body composition scale is now just a normal scale. I have been trying to use this app for years now, def 1+, as I cannot even remember when it switched over as I don’t use it. Every time I try, it is just as useless as before.

Poor after sales and performance. Brought the dara several years ago and every other week it stops recording data to the app or the app just wont work. You are always reinstalling the app. Now I upgraded to the body pod and every few days it completely stops recording data to the app. The worst part about all of this is that in over 3 years every time I send feedback or lodge a support request, even when I request refund for the new purchase of the body pod you never ever hear back from anyone

App glitches. Love the app and what it does. When I bought the scales a few years ago it was simple and easy to use, no glitching or lagging. The new updates aren’t great and the app constantly glitches and lags, which is so frustrating. I barely use the scales anymore as it’s not worth the time it takes to get it to not glitch.

Premium seems pointless and health score isn’t working. Since the update to the app look the health score doesn’t seem to work and the premium plan doesn’t seem to do anything different from the free version. There also seem to be very few recommendations on how to improve the health score and I can see how to link data apart from apple health. Not an intuitive app. Regret upgrading as it feels like I paid for nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Absolute rubbish. Whatever happened to fit track. it is now completely unusable lost all my old data with the changes now can’t even log in to the app anymore says I have an account but when I log in it then says I don’t have an account and the create account just gets stuck on loading. Can’t even use the scale. Avoid at all costs

New update is not as user friendly. Initially I thought you couldn’t see all your previous data with this new update and that all data was removed. However you can still see it if you look at the graph, then select one of the weight tabs under the graph and then swipe right along the graph until it shows your starting date. I believe the original app was a lot more user friendly for making comparisons and seeing results. Please fix these changes by make it more like the original app, where you can select the dat you want and see all the data together and perhaps a comparison option. Thank you!

Worked before it rebranded. Bought the scale 3-4 years ago. The app use to work great with it. Then it rebranded and now nothing works. App keeps crashing. Can’t see my trends anymore and finding family member data is impossible. Not sure if they just want people to subscribe and maybe it would work. Not happy since this is not what I signed up for.

App won’t load. The new app is horrible, and my scale doesn’t work anymore with the old app. The old app won’t save my scale data. The new app is just a white screen! This company has been nothing but trouble from the start.

App not working. You need to sign in every time. I signed up for the free trial of the premium service and the app wouldn’t let me use the scanning option . It indicated I needed to sign up for the free trial. I tried to troubleshoot but nothing worked .

Really motivating!. I really like using the band, scale, and app together. Just keeping track of all of these metrics has really motivated me to do better with my exercise, sleep, and diet.

Dud of a scale.. Maybe I got a lemon I don’t know. But ever since I bought this scale and app it’s never worked. Scale works fine but nothing syncs or logs. I’ve disconnected/reconnected. Eddie loaded app. Updated app. Everything. Nothing logs in the app, no data records. Completely useless. Now it’s just an overpriced scale. Company is useless and wants you to pay return shipping which is over $50.

Love the scale HATE the app. Old app was far better than this app. This app won’t even load, just opens up an blank white screen and won’t go any further. When the app originally loaded I couldn’t add my profile. So unhappy with this new app.

App doesn’t open. App doesn’t open, stay on a white background Reseted the phone (still not working) Deleted the app , reinstalled it (still doesn't work)

bring back the old app. my scale won’t even sync to my either app now. the new app is way too cluttered. the old one was more than enough. probably won’t use my fit track scale until the apps work.

New app is JUNK!!. This app is absolutely horrendous. Won’t stay signed in, weight on the scale is different than what is recorded by the app by at least 1.5lbs! The app barley loads and always disconnects from the scale. Apple should pull this app from the store as it completely useless. I now have an over priced scale…with horrible customer service as well. No replies from the company on any of the four emails I sent.

Not to sure. So far I am not impressed. The app seems quite buggy. It won’t sync the account accurately between iPad and iPhone The rating score changes dramatically because it doesn’t seem to sync activity data from Apple Health accurately or consistently. May cancel paid subscription. If it doesn’t show serious improvement . Apple should build a scale and sync to health. Sync issues are a real concern.

The new app is absolutely awful. Scale is way too expensive for what it does. Weight isn’t consistent with other scales. Even if I become leaner or fatter or more muscular the measurement are off. It can dramatically change in 1 day and it isn’t accurate at all. Waste of money.

Poor data. The app doesn’t track my data. Every now and then it’ll record it. Totally useless. Plus I got billed for a renewal I never even had a subscription for.

App needs serious upgrades. The app is beyond slow, doesn’t sync well with Apple health or nutrition apps. Very disappointed in how clunky it works.

Can’t even sync weight with apple. This is suppose to pair up with my FitTrack scale, but it doesn’t even sync the weight data with apple heath? Is there is a honest mistake or just another way to take your money to upgrade. Either way, it’s stupid

Updated app is terrible. Since updating the app. Connection is terrible to the scale and there is no information on any body mass. Just displays weight and then continues to try to figure out my body information. It’s rendered this smart scale into a regular overpriced one.

Old App is better. The old app was much better. This new app makes the scale unusable.

Its good. It is helpful if your training it has a plan and everything

There is something wrong with the Dara scale. Weighed myself using both Fittrack apps at the same time- Fittrack Health and Fittrack Pro and I am getting extremely different numbers on each. BFR is 10% off and so is subcutaneous fat, among most other categories. Something is VERY off here.

Just got. Just got scale and can’t figure out how to get BMI and everything. And it says it is connected and paired with phone.

Old app was better. Old app was easier to read, stats were more accurate, I can’t update my profile. Just says “Hi, -“ when I click edit profile it’s a white screen. Infant tracking is missing from the new app. It was the main reason I bought the scale. You messed up something that was fine. Deleting this one and going back to the old. Remove the stupid pop up in the old app to get the new. Thanks.

Old app was better. The old app made it easier to see progress. Also there are discrepancies between the old and new (I kept the old as well). User testing and feedback before rollout would have been beneficial.

Scam!!. Beware this company. I attempted to activate a 30 day free trial and was charged the full amount. Shady. Shady. Shady.

App in serious need of improvement. Terrible app, full of glitches.

New app full of bugs. App bugs out and freezes all the time. Scale will give me my weight but it won’t save it in the app and all other biometrics don’t work. FitTrack has been a disappointment right from the start. Wishing I had gone with a different product.

Old Version was 100% better. Wish I hadn’t moved to this version. History lost, doesn’t sync with my apple health and overall hard to read and see progress. I really liked the look and feel before and it synced perfectly. Very disappointed.

I’d give 0 if I could. It worked with my app once back in June and never since. This makes it it a high priced digital scale. Downloaded the new app and everything but still still gets stuck on the syncing pop up. I haven’t called support and probably won’t. Would just like it to work as advertised, track my weight and other metrics.

Should have stayed with the old app. I kept both apps and am getting very different results with each. The new app data seems very off.

Not Happy. The old app was more user friendly

Pure Corporate Greed. I was using FitTrack Pro and was happy with it. I get notification that I have to switch to the new app as you will be discontinuing FitTrack Pro. Now FitTrack is forcing me into a subscription based app. My solution to this. I am throwing my FitTrack scale in the garage.

Doesn’t work. Stupid app keeps calculating my bmi forever snd gets stuck in that loading screen. Useless device and useless app.

Great product!. Highly recommended

Only works half the time.. When you upgrade nothing happens, it doesn’t recognize your upgrade.

Amazing tool. Lots of information ! Now I just need to learn to understand everything it is telling me.

Gold standard. I’ve used other scales. The accuracy of the Hume and the info it provides is exceptional

Scale is great, new app is terrible. Tracking your progress is much easier and more simplified on the OLD app. Unfortunately, the “updated” version provides inaccurate measurements and information. There appears to be an alarming number of unsatisfied customers/users within the past year since the update. Hopefully, the developers are taking this into account and will provide a solution going forwards.

Please reinstate the old app. Upgraded to the new app but the UI is just terrible. Trying to compare body stats over time is a nightmare. The old app displayed this information effortlessly and it was so easy to navigate. The progress report just misses the mark completely.

Pages won’t load. I’m super disappointed in this app. Half of the features don’t work despite paying for a premium subscription. Just waiting to hear back to see if there is a fix. If not I plan cancelling my subscription asap.

Difficult to read. This app is so frustrating!! The history part needs to be redone totally. It’s difficult to see any progress.

Scale doesn’t sync with App.. This app is a disaster. The scale rarely syncs, and the company completely ignores support requests. It’s a waste of money and time — total junk from top to bottom.

White screen of death. Upon downloading the app a white screen appears and doesn’t allow me to do anything. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times with no luck. Please fix with future updates.

Glitchy app and scale, terrible customer service. App is super glitchy, the scale metrics seem off and the customer service is awful. No phone contact even when its been requested multiple times and it takes their support team days to respond to each email so there is a huge lag in getting support. The ‘support’ is redundant and ineffective. Super disappointing as the scale was pricey!

Great product. Great fitness scale

Not happy. Switched to new app, history didn’t follow. Scale does not load to new app.

Not as advertised. I signed up for the free trial of the premium subscription. I couldn’t access any of the benefits. I wrote to customer service twice and never received an answer. I would love to use this if it actually worked but I’m not paying $129.99 for nothing!

Unreliable. I’ve had several problems with connection- app will log my weight but none of the other measurements. I’ve had to reboot to try to get it to work. My latest dilemma is that I can’t sign in to my health+ subscription. I logged out to reboot the app and the scale for the above mentioned and now the health+ is telling me I am not subscribed-after paying for year subscription. There is absolutely nowhere to talk to customer service. Very frustrating

My app is not working. My app isn’t opening. It gets into this blank page and stays there so I can’t see any number and I can’t connect with the scale.

Hume ruined it. A year ago, I bought it (the scale) and it was brilliant. Easy to use, easy to navigate, and just hassle free. I bought another one as a Christmas present for a friend. In the last month, nothing I’ve done lets me sync the data. It connects but never records or shows the new data. I’ve done everything that’s been suggested everywhere. Reinstalls, battery removal, etc. My friends phone can’t even connect to the scales, the new one or mine anymore at all. We are returning that one. And before you apologize and suggest remedies, how about not ruining something that worked a year ago. I don’t want to have to troubleshoot regularly. I don’t want to have to deal with issues that didn’t exist before. It’s a scale. I get on, get some readings, and go about my day. Another issue is that since Hume took over the app, it is hard to see the data. It is disorganized and I have to go into and out of several sub-menus just to find my readings and history. A spreadsheet does a better job of displaying my information than this disaster of software.

Watch and App Integration does not work. Steps not recorded on app…. No historical information can be downloaded onto app. Also no response ever from customer service. I got this as a gift from my family to replace my Fitbit. I hate but disappoint them that they wasted their money.

Older app was better, easier to read. Too much information when you just want your weight.

Slow and won’t open. The previous app was quick to use and had good features, the new app won’t even open for me.

Inconsistent. TLDR: Don’t waste your money on this. The app and the scale don’t work consistently. It’s more frustrating than it’s worth. If I could give this zero stars I would. Update 3: reset the scale a third time, it connected to the app for 1 day then back to the issues. Update 2: finally got customer service to respond and help me. This made it work for a week and then it stopped working again. Even with the steps to fix it, it doesn’t seem worth it in my opinion. Update: thanks for the response but Following the steps it still does not work. My weight doesn’t remain recorded in the app after closing it, and none of the other metrics (bmi, body fat, etc) get recorded at all. I already emailed support a week ago with no response. Original: It used to work all the time but the new app doesn’t sync most of the time and customer service is incredibly slow to respond. Not worth the price

New update doesn’t work. Second edit: hasn’t worked for me for months. I can weigh myself and it shows loading on app, but app never updates with measurements. I write customer support and never receive responses. Throwing it away, and going to buy a scale from a legitimate company. Edit: They updated the app, and it still doesn’t work. No fix provided. The app has always worked for me, but this new update isn’t working, and I hope they fix it asap. I can step on the scale and weigh myself, but it won’t take my measurements. It connects and shows my weight in the app but then says stay on the scale while we take your measurements and it freezes on that screen. The scale eventually turns off with me still standing on it. Then I have to force close the app to get out of that screen. I disconnected the scale and reconnected. Nothing is working.

Read reviews! BodyPod terrible!. I’m writing as a new user with the NEW scale (not old Fitrack scale!). BodyPod. It’s utter garbage. The numbers are incorrect - especially body fat. It has given me every number from 12-28% over the past 6 weeks - not humanly possible. The App is awful - unintuitive, confusing to read, and glitchy with many “not sync” moments. I wasted over $200 on this scale and this is the purchase I regret the most from the last several years. I am going to throw in trash (recycle it). I have tried to get a refund for over a month. They respond rarely, offer platitudes, constant “update” app and then 30% refund to keep the scale. Then radio silence. So assume that’s the plan - just ghost the consumer. Don’t worry - eventually social media and reviews which are about 90% negative- will catch up to the company. I cannot overstate my advice to stay far far far away or lose your money.

Old App is Better!. The old app efficiently synced both my Dara scale and my previous FitTrack Atria 1. I lost my first Atria watch, and recently replaced it with the same smartwatch as before on today. This new, Hume FitTracker app can’t even find or Bluetooth in my new FitTrack Atria 1 Watch AT ALL after many, many tries. I know I should’ve stuck with buying a New FitBit Sense 2 instead. Listen, tech gurus, new is not always better! As my grandmother once said, “Learn to leave well enough alone, sometimes.” I hear ya, US Military Man from a November 26th review, I sure hope my darn expensive scale works properly in the morning with this new app you are forced to convert to! Sincerely, Stop messing with stuff!

FitTrack App Disappointment. I am extremely disappointed with this app. I have been using it for several weeks now and it does not capture all of the data from the scale. It only capture weight at this point. Sometimes I have to step on the scale 2 or 3 times before the app displays it. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times. I have unpaired the scale and the app and paired them up again. Nothing changes. The FitTrack Pro works great so it is not user error. In addition, I am not sure how the app captures steps. The numbers are always thousands over my Apple Watch data. Finally, the app should pull historical data from the FitTrack Pro app. The data is important to see changes over time and I don’t want to see it go away. Update: Now the app does not work at all. It will not record anything from the scale. Don’t put stuff out with tons of bugs. Your credibility is on the line and I am searching for another scale that is reliable and accurate!

Fell short for a Paid Service. I attempted to use the premium version, but it fell short of my expectations. The information provided was not accurate and the food tracker feature requires significant improvements. Although the scanner function operates, the preselected search options have incorrect macros, lacks the capability to adjust serving sizes and the measurement system is solely in grams. Despite searching for specific items, they were either not present or the macros were extremely inaccurate. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the premium service and would rather use MyFitnessPal, (which I am boycotting because of price increases) which has more accurate information, for the same cost around $9/month if I were wanting to pay for a premium. Since I have the scale I will still use the free version of this app without the unnecessary cost for inaccurate information from the premium.

App is 5 Scale is not. The app experience is very nice and lots of information to see. The problem is the scale - more specifically the body composition. It is totally off on the fat and mass ratios on my body. Especially the “trunk.” I wish their results were true. The scale is also off by 5% on the body fat percentage compared to another well known brand. Both are almost the same BMI. Yet Hume shows me much lower body fat than I know I am and their visceral fat score is not accurate. Just looking at myself and the score on the other scale I know something is wrong with the Hume. Also you have to use the scale and the app at the same time so the actual use of it is not as good as the other scale I mentioned.

Broken update. The most recent update from a few weeks back seems to have broken the integration with Apple Health (all permissions are granted and items toggled to share). It has zero data flowing from the Health app now. More annoying than anything. The biggest negative change though is they removed the metric of weight without fat. Yes you can still do the math but now you don’t have the graph to track unless you want to record those data points yourself in excel or whatever. The reason that matters is that measurement is how everything else in the fitness industry (including DEXA scans) categorizes lean mass. Total weight minus fat. So the lean mass metric in Hume is a different measurement where they try and strip water and everything else out. Yeah probably more accurate but if you’re trying to compare to other benchmarks or measurements it is a completely different figure.

Needs more work- Wouldn’t recommend it. I have had this scale and app for a long time so just going to keep using it. I get my weight and other metrics. I think other smart scales will do the same. I purchased the paid app, but not sure what is wrong as doesn’t seem to be any different than the non paid app. It doesn’t integrate with Apple Health app that much (just sends over a few of the metrics measured). I connected my Apple Health app to Hume to get information into Hume for my health score, but when I sync it no data comes over despite data (sleep, steps, etc) being in my Health App and I have the paid version. I’ve tried multiple times to contact their support, but have not gotten any response. I would look for another smart scale and app. At least for now. Maybe it will improve. Not good currently and not sure what I paid for.

Why change what was working so well.. The original app FitTrack Pro worked well and great! Then bug began happening. Not loading the right weight. Loading 0.0 weight. Taking temperature why out of range. Having to disconnect and reconnect the app and device. Now this new app FitTrack Health comes up as an update you should try!! Not a “we are moving to this app so start using it or all your data will be blank from Aug 16 until the day you start using the new app.” A whole month of tracking and progress going to be gone because of nothing! And the new app even says it won’t transfer because they are two different apps but they aren’t if you are going to make one start acting crappy just so I have to use the new one. TRANSFER MY DATA OVER! I’ve worked so hard and to just see it all gone. I don’t want to recommend this app or scale to anyone. Please FitTrack just transfer my data!

App is worthless. First off, I have to connect the dara (or whatever they decided to change the name to now) to the app every time I want to log my weight. With the old app, you only needed to connect it when you initially use it. Second, It doesn’t record any data from the scale when it’s connected. The scale completes the measurements and turns off but the app tells you to stay on the scale because it is still gathering data. It’s supposed to have all the data by the time the scale turns off. What’s the point of having this app if it doesn’t sync with the scale. Maybe the app works for users that pay for their subscription and not for the people like me who dont want to pay. Whatever it is, I’m disappointed that they changed to this new app. It’s worthless and now i’m basically left with an expensive digital scale.

Horrible app. I have 100s of apps and I’ve never written a review before, but this app is horrible and it drives me crazy on an almost daily basis! It is the least intuitive app to use. And viewing data history is next to impossible. I love the data from my scale, but I’ve found I literally have to write down in a notebook all my stats every time I weigh in because I don’t know how to see/,compare from one weigh in to the next. I can see my weight history for a month at a glance (not a rolling month but an actually calendar month) so on 1 April I can no longer see any data from March - and despite trying hard to find a way to adjust the view I can find nothing that lets me change it. This app is so difficult and frustrating I have seriously considered throwing away the scale and buying a competitors - all because of this app!! Hume needs to do better!! This is crazy just how awful this app is.

UPDATE: Can’t even get it to connect. UPDATED: Unexpectedly, I received an email from a representative asking me to uninstall and reinstall the app. He needed me to pull the batteries out of the scale too to reset things. And I was so happy when it worked first try!! Thank you for the suggestion! I’m extremely excited to track my progress! ORIGINAL: I’ve tried numerous times - over, and over, and over again - to connect via Bluetooth to the scale. And it just doesn’t talk to each other. Very frustrating since that’s the whole purpose of having the scale…not worth the purchase until they update the technology

No Apple Heath Connection and No longer simple. I preferred how SIMPLE the old app was. This app has WAY too much going on and is trying to be too many things. I just want the old version back: a SIMPLE weigh in that communicates with my Apple Health App and explains my other stats with a history. The new layout is so garbled and way too busy. There is nothing intuitive about this new version. I decided I was going to delete the app, but then I’ll lose all the extras that I initially bought the scale for, AND will have to manually input my weight into the simpler app. This is such a disappointment. Developers should have just stuck to what they had, maybe added skins or something if they were bored. The most frustrating thing is that as long as I had the older app, it was still plugging in my info into my other health app. Now it doesn’t communicate with anything. Boo.

New Version of the App is useless.. As a Certified Personal Trainer, and Competitive Figure Skater, I need more History Detail than Weekly, Monthly, or Annual Averages. I need to be able to compare Daily Metrics. Also, I feel the app is very disorganized. The old App was Bad, but at least I could see numbers Side By Side, and it had a more basic to the point layout. Now, I can’t bare to use it. Useless for the Customer you’re trying to appeal to. Get someone in there who IS an Athlete, Personal Trainer, or the Like, to Design an App that’s Functional for The Customer! Obviously the person who designed this one doesn’t have a clue. And like the User who was in the Highlighted Review, I too was promised I’d see my old Data. That is gone too. I was also forced into the update. Wish I could get my old version back. Definitely a waste of money otherwise. Smh.

Update ruined it. Since the update, I have had nothing but issues with no responses from customer service. I just wanted a scale that would track my weight for me but I’d rather do it manually now. It used to be simple — open the app, get on the scale, and that’s it. I have to manually connect my scale every single time I want to use it now. The weight on the screen doesn’t even match what’s on the scale half the time. The graph now only shows rounded weights. There is no customizable option to put the dates in the American style. I have changed it to pounds several times but it doesn’t matter. The graph is set up stupid and gives me more work to find something simple. I’m over it. I’m about to list this thing on Facebook market place and just use another app to log my weight. This thing was ridiculously expensive for the app to be this problematic after an “update” aka a tool used to IMPROVE it.

App freezes when syncing. I’ve had this scale and the atria watch for several years now. Spent over $240 dollars on the both of them together. Everything was great until they removed the atria watch from their platform altogether. Ok, fine and dandy. But now the dara smart scale will not sync with the app. The app just freezes on the syncing page. It says the dara is connected, but just locks up on the sync screen. I have to hard close the app to get off the syncing screen. Have written several messages to the “contact us” email, which is the only way to reach customer support. Very disappointed in the products and even more disappointed in their customer service. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a bunch of money and headache by getting a different product. There are many, many less expensive options out there

Used to be great, now it is terrible. Update: tried again after the SECOND app change. Still total garbage. I honestly wonder if garmin bought out this company and turned it into total crap to raise their sales. If you are looking for a better product, check out garmin. It is far superior to these horrible apps they keep putting out. Why not just bring the old app back? Clearly people loved it. Whomever is making the decisions in the corporate office needs to get this figured out before they bankrupt the company. Absolute garbage for an app. I loved FitTrack Pro. I am sick of it asking me to upgrade and pay constantly. I paid too dollar when Dara first came out and loved it. Purchased the scales as gifts (for people who asked) and told everyone how much it helped me one weight loss journey. This app has taken a great product and turned it into one that does not work at all. Bring back the old app, that myhealth junk is going to do nothing but lose you business.

Long time FitTrack user. I’ve been a long time user. This Hume app is deeply disappointing. Loved the FitTrack apps V1 and V2. So many options don’t work in the HUME app. I can no longer track over periods of time. It appears the option is there under the Measures section but it will never change from the one dot, even when selecting week or month and trying to refresh by pulling screen down, which by the way is the only way I can get the info to change on the graph to correspond with the button option (such as weight, weight control, etc.) For $80, I expect it all to work and with ease! I’d rather not have the workout section with my scale and rather have the app actually work for the scale functions. Pretty basic logic there. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Disappointed customer.

App functionality gets worse with every update. I’ve had the scale and app since 2021 and really appreciated all the biometrics information they provide. However, since it became Hume, the app functionality has gotten progressively worse. I hate that there’s no way to change the dark screen background because it makes it really hard to see the information. With the latest update the app doesn’t remember my scale so I have to reconnect it every time and moving between the different sections is extremely laggy. The measurements are in kilograms and date is written the EU way despite my having set everything to the US standards. Additionally my historical data is messed up because the date was somehow set to be 1969 when the app was updated. I don’t know what the heck is happening with the developers, but this app which was once a very helpful tool now makes me feel very frustrated whenever I attempt to use it.

Garbage. I’ve owned the atria and scale for over 6 months. Initial setup went fairly smoothly, but nothing compared to Apple or Fitbit. 1 week later the watch would no longer sync (which requires you to manually perform…and watch only holds 2 days of data). Had to eventually uninstall the app losing all data. Each time a software update rolls out, I get to jump through this hoop. The distance measure is off by almost 2:1 compared to the iPhone stats (and known distance). The graphing functions are incredibly immature as they leave “holes” in any data that is lost from the 2day watch limit. If you don’t manually sync at least every two days, you lose data. Now again having to uninstall the app, reset the watch, and lose all my data. Flashy web page sells the product, but my experience has been absolutely crap.

Used to love it, now it stinks. When I first got the scale, I LOVED the interface. When they made me delete and reinstall the new app, I quickly realized it was a big fat sales scheme where all they want is for you to spend more money on subscription services. Hey man, I already spent $100 for this scale, so quit popping up trying to sell me more. Pop ups, and a really clunky interface that is not at all user friendly like the old version is why I’m rating this so low. My other complaint about this product is the fact that the standard weight is absolutely gross. For a person my height and age there is no way the standard weight is correct. Like 10 pounds more than it should be. So it will mark me as overweight even though all other resources say that my weight is ideal. It is actually promoting bad eating habits and anorexia in my opinion. Do better! with the unattainable standard people are held to for weight, this product is adding to the problem.

Wish it could go from kg to lb. I like the app. It’s ok. I really like the metrics tab to make sure while I’m losing weight that I’m not losing muscle. Seeing the charts move in the right direction in a visual way is helpful to motivate me. However, my goals are in pounds. I don’t understand how the charts are only in kilograms and there is no way to change it (that I have found) in all of the charts. The only place it shows pounds is my weight, and the scale shows pounds at least. I would like to be able to see that if I lost a kg of fat it’s actually 2.2 pounds. The conversion is not easy and should be a simple fix to the app. Allowe users to decide what they want and stick to it consistently in the app. Because of this and the bad reviews, I don’t want to purchase the paid version. If they fixed some of these things, I would.

Reality check about my health!. I love this app and my Daria scale. It’s making a difference for me in that it lets me see what is going on in my body. It not only gives me an accurate reading of my weight, it also shows me I’m dehydrated, BMI, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, metabolic age, etc. It tracks these things so I can see progress. The big thing for me was it has opened my eyes to the reality of my health, which has been the key to making lasting changes in my lifestyle. When I saw that my metabolic age was 67 (I’m 58) I finally faced the reality of my current health situation. If you need something to help motivate you to take responsibility for your own health, this is it.

Always issues and inconsistent. So this week after the latest update of “bug fixes” All of my numbers went completely wonky. Beginning of the week I step on the scale with a solid set of numbers that have been consistent with the last four months, then yesterday step on again lost about 1 pound but all of my numbers went drastically down. Muscle mass was down 30 pounds body fat percentage was down 8%. And all of the metrics are all over the place and consistent with what is normal versus high. Physically and metabolically. I know it’s not possible to lose 30 pounds of muscle when you go down 1 pound. this app algorithm and software needs some serious updating. If it continues to be a scale issue, maybe they should issue everyone a new up-to-date scale or their wonderful new body scan machine for beta testing purposes.

Premium upgrade doesn’t work. This is my 2nd review of the app. I had upgraded to premium, but was unable to access the premium content. It kept prompting me to upgrade again when I tried to review the premium content. So I tried upgrading again, but it wouldn’t let me b/c it said I already had a premium acct. After wasting 45 minutes trying to trouble shoot the problem with FAQ and sending messages to the developer, nothing worked. I logged out and tried logging in and it said there was already an acct with my email address and it wouldn’t even let me log in! Super frustrated, I just gave up, canceled my subscription and deleted the app. Now I’m not sure if my account is canceled too. What a crappy app. :/

Data not syncing to app. Update: still one star. I’ve had this for well over a year and pay for the full subscription which is a total waste of money since none of the features work. My scale now syncs to the app but Apple Health still doesn’t transfer info in nor can I manually input steps or nutrition data. Now after a recent update I have to reconnect my scale every time I weigh. I keep hoping they’ll fix these bugs because what it’s supposed to be is awesome. Too bad it doesn’t actually do most of what it’s supposed to do. Original review: Just got the scale and can’t get the data to sync to the app so the only data I get is weight and I need to manually update it into the app. I already had a scale I could manually update to my health apps so if I don’t get the other data points, there’s really no point of having the scale.

Doesn’t work as stated. I can’t express how disappointing this company has been! I was so excited to purchase this scale. In fact, I ordered two- one for a gift for my sister. We waited for delivery for 11 months! I asked many times for a refund. I never could speak with customer service- only text with a robot. After we received it, we were excited to try it. It worked for the first month! Then suddenly it stopped registering the weight and body measurement. It kept “buffering”. It happened to both of our scales at the same time! We deleted the app and reloaded thinking that would help. Nope. Same problem. What’s worse is they don’t respond to messages. The robot says “hold for 15 minutes and someone will be with you”. Nope - no one ever came on to address the issues! Save some money and just get yourself a regular scale.

Still won’t show any measurements. I did the free trial and it worked okay. When my trial was up I purchased three months and now none of the measurements will sync. The FitTrack and the Hume app are synced but when I step on the scale it shows my weight and and that it’s talking to the app but when the scale turns off I’m still standing on it, the app shows it’s thinking and hasn’t provided any information. I’ve stood on the scale for several minutes while the app is thinking, I’ve changed batteries, reinstalled the app, synced both several times and nothing has changed. I have to manually enter my weight every day without being provided any other numbers. I enter my water intake and food intake and erases every time I close the app. The tree trial worked way better than when I made the purchase. I hope there is some way to fix this! I really enjoyed the information that it provided.

New app just as inconvenient as the old. I’m unsure when Fit Track became Hume but this new app still does not work well. It’s advertised as being able support multiple users. It is wildly inconvenient and not user friendly to switch users under a single profile. The app always displays the primary persons stats- why even “offer” multi-user support if each individual person cant have their stats readily displayed? The other option is to have a separate log in for each user, which begs the question again, why offer multi-user? Every time we have tried to register a new user account, we’re met with a timeout/server error so are stuck with the inconvenient loop described above. When the app does work, I like the data produced. Unsure of the accuracy but it is nice to see. Despite this will likely look for a replacement smart scale.

Love hate relationship at its finest. Love the scale and the app. I happen to have the scale that uses batteries for whatever reason it’s not programmed to let you know that the batteries are low. So when the scale is not working on full power, it starts to disconnect from the app. But there is no warning or alert, telling you and prompting you to change the batteries. So you do all the troubleshooting steps on the website and nothing works. This amount amounts to mega frustration. And then common sense kicks in. And you decide to check the batteries and immediately upon changing the batteries, the scale pairs with the app. Is there an exchange or upgrade program to pay the difference for the new scale. 😭😭😭😅😅😅

Hume does not provide the same free stuff as Fitrack. I have been using the Fitrack scale for a couple of years. With this forced update to Hume I’ve lost the capability of seeing how much weight I’ve lost overall. It only lets you do a short time frame or a long time frame. It does not allow you to edit your starting weight which skews the results. The app is very difficult to figure out. There too much information on the front page. I don’t wanna upgrade to the paid version because I won’t use any of that things offered, but Hume definitely took away a lot of the free stuff. this first upgrade will not except new weigh ins. The app freezes and you can’t click on things. Bring back Fitrack because this app is a piece of crap. Zero stars

Worked for 2 weeks then stopped and asked for $$ - deceptive. I thought this would be a good scale to track for my partner and I since I’m used to the in body scanner at my gym. However two weeks in and the app no longer connects - the weight calculation works but then the second stage for body composition keeps buffering until I get a red circle that “connection failed” then I’m being asked to pay $80 to subscribe for the app after paying $300 for the scale!?!… little deceptive not saying you lose the real benefits outside of just weighing in unless you pay a $80/yr per person sign up. Not even a free first year or so!?! Little bait and switch it feels like. So now I just have a $300 scale lol. I don’t think so! Waiting for support to get back to me but reading reviews it seem like I should just return this and explore my other options. Lovely concept poor execution.

Disappointed. I’ve had the app for a while. I just did the update that it made me do and now I can’t login at all. Keeps telling me to try another social media account. The new app has been bad since the get go. I preferred the original but had to switch over and it’s just been problematic since. I have reached out to customer support and nobody has responded. I will say I reached out because, originally after I updated, all I got was a black screen. This went on for two days - I had to delete the app and reinstall because I kept getting a black screen and had to agree to all my data being deleted. It’s finally now letting me to the login page but will not allow me to login. I’m just super disappointed that it’s not working anymore - guess it’s time to find something new. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hate the new Hume app!. The switch from fit track to Hume is TERRIBLE. DONT BUY. I bought my scale in 2021 and loved the fit track app that connected with it to watch my weight loss progress. When they made the switch to Hume the app is so much harder to deal with. No graphs/visuals on progress. A lot of clutter. And everytime I open it it harasses me to upgrade to a paid premium subscription. I tried the free trial and it is still no good and I am not willing to pay more every month. I have other systems/products for nutrition and fitness. I do not need to utilize it on the Hume app. I really wish the company could listen to all of these bad reviews and complaints from customers and go back to the old version of the fit track app or something similar for the free version. Just need a basic, clean space to track weight loss and the other metrics.

App update to Hume. Before the update, it was easy to find foods to log. The search feature auto populated to what you were typing and included supermarket brands. This new update does not do that. When you find a similar product, there is no option to manually adjust the calories or protein grams. Also cannot go back and log food for previous day. Hard to figure out how to log food at first but pressing the water symbol is where you log food now. Make it make sense. The dark background is annoying and seems like it’s an app for nightclub lighting instead of a health app. Scale weight number and weight number on app is not the same. Would delete but can’t find an app to transfer all my date to. Bring back the old app please or at least use the food index from fit track. How do these products pass testing?????

Recently stopped functioning. I’ve had this scale for about two years now roughly. It has always measured my body measurements properly and head for functionality. Within the past month, I have seen my scale has stopped measuring anything other than my body weight. At this point, I have over paid for a basic scale since none of the extra stuff that I bought the scale specifically for is working at this time if this problem is fixed, I will update my review until then I would give them zero stars if I could and I would not recommend a scale or app. i’ve reached out to customer service with no response, and I will not be going out of my way to reach out to them again this is very disappointing and frustrating as the scale has been extremely useful in the past with my body recomposition Journey.

Very Disappointed!. I started with a fit track scale a few years back. After a while, they updated the fit track to Hume and then came out with the body pod. I ordered my scale on April 28, 2025 however, I still have not received the body pod scale, although I’ve passed my expected delivery date. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service. Haven’t got a response. So then I sent a DM on Instagram. What seems to have happened is that the shipper created a label however hasn’t given the shipping company the actual merchandise. I still have my fit track scale, which works perfectly fine however, the app is geared more towards body pod owners. I was really looking forward to the new scale, however, I’m very disappointed in this process and the fact that I paid all of this money and still have not received my merchandise.

So glitchy. I miss the old app. I did as instructed when the company switched over from the FitTrack app. Deleted my account (losing all my previous data), and started anew. Deleted the old app. Removed the data from my phone. Installed the Hume app. Not only was that entire process ridiculous.. but it’s been over a year now.. and they still can’t fix basic glitches. My Home Screen lags or freezes every time I try to move around to review my data. After the initial weigh in, often times if I close and reopen the app, it has reset itself to the same base line of inaccurate data. So every day looks like I weigh in 20lbs under my weight. There isn’t an easy way to compare previous weigh ins anymore. There’s a graph, but that’s it. You used to be able to look at a list of the data and scroll through the graph. Now, with the glitches, I’m lucky if I can even open each category to review in depth. It’s just a bad app overall. I wish there was a better one to connect to my Dara scale and keep using it for all of its features. But at this point.. it’s basically become just a regular, weight only scale since I can’t access any of the data.

This app stinks!!. I have had my Fit Track for over 3 years. Hume app is the third app we have had and it really is so awful!! The old app was so much better because it actually worked. Every single time I try to weigh myself I have to manually connect my scale or manually enter my weight. The whole point of having a Bluetooth scale is for it to connect automatically which it did before they switched the app to Hume. Not only do I have to connect every time, but I have to spend 10 minutes doing it because the app locks up. You tap a button and nothing. I end up so frustrated and angry first thing in the morning, every morning because of this scale. It used to be so effortless!! Now I want to throw my phone across the house every day. I have never left a review on a product before, but I am so frustrated about this. Y’all seriously need to fix this or you will go out of business. Just go back to what you had….it worked!!!

Lost all data upon new app. Hi, I love your guises program an app very much. I have been using it for at least two years. I am upset that when you discontinued the last app and upgraded to a new app… Which is awesome however, I lost all of my data for two years, I am a bodybuilder and a competitor and a fitness coach and I use this for myself to track as this is my career and that is one of the favorite things about your program was that I could look at my way in the pattern of it for the last multiple years of my progress. If there’s any way to fix us, that would be awesome. I also own a coaching business named Saratonin Athletics LLC and a meal prep company named Real Prep Meal Prep LLC. So for me losing my records was a big deal as I use it to refer to clients also and show my fluctuations throughout bulking and cutting to comfort them and gain their trust that putting on good muscle weight is good and then slicing the fat and ect

Company needs to do better. I bought the scale and love it, and the idea of tracking my body composition without a huge investment in a gym membership was great. However, once I downloaded the tracking app it seemed to work for a couple of weeks and then all of a sudden the scale wasn’t speaking to the app anymore. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and it still didn’t work. I disconnected my scale and reconnected it, even changing the batteries out and it seemed to work for a few days before it went kaput again. When I contacted customer service they wanted me to take a screenshot of the app “not working”. How am I supposed to do that when it involved me leaving the chat to get it, and how would they know the app isn’t working from a simple screenshot? I deleted it and my account and went back to the Fittrack app that I downloaded originally with the scale. At least I have those readings to keep me going.

Already Paid Money. I had pay money for the scale. But now to see all of my data you are wanting me to pay you more money to use the app. The features are already built into the app and I paid you money so I should not have to pay you more money to use the product as it is intended to use. Every time I open the the app to weigh myself and track my data it asks me to join. No I do not want to join and if I knew I had to join to fully use the features of the scale and see all of my data I would Not have bough the scale and gone with a different company scale that allows me to track the same things your scale does With Out having to pay more money in a monthly fee. Besides it took you a freakin year to get my scale even after contacting you constantly to find out where my item was. I should have Canceled my order then!!!

Does not work at all. This app is completely useless which also makes the scale just a scale like any other. My scale shows that it’s synced. I step on it and the weight displays on the app then disappears. I have to manually enter my weight which doesn’t record any other info. I have to completely close out of the app to get out of the screen where I manually enter my weight (that screen is incredibly hard to get to by the way). It saves the new weight but none of the previous weights I have manually entered can be found anywhere. I can’t see my progress or what I even started at. Granted I just have the free version but who in their right mind would pay for anything when the most minimal version doesn’t even work and is extremely difficult to navigate??? I have removed my scale and added it back and it still doesn’t work.

Terrible. I was very happy with my green FitTrack app and then they introduced the white pro one. I downloaded it but did not like it and kept using the green one. I took a break from weighing in for a while and I’m now getting back into it. I now find the green app cannot even be opened. I switched to the white pro app and found it not to be user friendly. I eventually was able to put in a goal weight and then found it cannot be used without disconnecting the green app. They provide no details on how to do that and you cannot move past the screen. I think I disconnected the green app and even deleted it and still the white pro app is unusable. I guess I will just be weighing on the scale and manually logging/tracking and just bypassing the app completely which is sad. But if it was going to charge me to use it then maybe it’s better to bypass it.

Terrible!. I am not one to usually write reviews but I’m so fed up with this app at this point. When I originally got my fit scale it was the original app which worked great. Since they’ve changed it it’s only gotten worse. At first it was just an adjustment to see where things were, now- it’s practically unusable. Also, they had updated it a bit ago for a little and it was great again. I liked the way you could see the graphs for body fat and weight and all the different things it measures but now it just shows the 1 point on the graph. I don't even think the information is accurate. Theres no way I’m always the exact 4 same weights with the same decimal with no fluctuations. Each weight I am has the same body fat % and everything to and I know for a fact I’ve lost body fat. So now I’m just so annoyed with it and am looking to get another scale that would be more accurate.

Does Not work anymore. I bought the Dara scale a while ago when fittrack still owned it and I loved it. Flash forward to Hume buying out the comp y and nothing seems to work right anymore plus you need to pay for the full version of the app to use the full capabilities that - to my memory - fit track provided for free. With all of that said, I still bought the body pod because I was excited about the possibilities. However, since I received it about 3 weeks ago, it has never worked. I constantly update the app and still nothing. It has trouble connecting if my dara scale is remembered so I have to manually forget that device in order to even try and connect the body pod. It then goes as far as me being able to weigh myself but then after all is said and done, it does not sync up any data and it just prompts me to manually add my weight. Not only that, but even when I weigh myself normally now with the dara scale, the app never remembers my info. I love the milestone feature you included, but what’s the point when it resets during every weigh in? Why release a new product and not have it work for over 3 weeks? I’m so close to asking for a refund.

Buggy. The app has been very buggy with new releases. The ability for my scale to automatically provide data to the app now freezes with the latest upgrade and doesn’t capture the data. It has been broken now for a couple of months and working with customer service is a joke. Keep getting auto reply type of messages and not commitment to actually track and fix the bugs. So frustrating!!!! In addition, In the past they have aggressively tried to upsell over and over again to the complete health version which is a monthly fee. All I care about is simple daily weight and body percentages which is what I purchased my scale to provide without having to pay a monthly fee. So frustrating!! Would NOT recommend the app or other products from this company. It worked well when it was just FitTrack but since Hume acquired the company it had gone down hill.

FitTrack - My Personal “Weight Watcher”. Tired of being told by my doctor that my BMI put me at borderline obese, and finding that my old digital scale was of no help in tracking my efforts to lose weight, I purchased my FitTrack scale. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Interfaces seamlessly with iPhone’s Health app and provides metrics that help to keep you focused and on track to help you reach your weight goals. After losing 15 pounds and still not reaching my weight goal of shedding a total 20 pounds to reach my ideal weight for height and age, my FitTrack kept me focused to both meet and maintain my goal. Well worth the price (which I thought was very reasonable) to help me get myself to a healthier and more fit physical and mental shape.

Disappointed. I’ve had my scale for 2 years, never had issues until they updated the app. I’ve tried multiple things to connect my scale to the app. But oh HUME has no issue pushing for upgrades to the app, but yet their not willing to fix issues for those that are having issues after years of using the free version. I paid enough money for this scale for its features but yet I have an overpriced run of the mill scale now. Not impressed that there’s been no solution to this matter. *** Update.. out of curiosity I signed up and purchased the expanded options of what Hume offers. Tracking food, more insight to your health score.. After doing this my scale had NOOOOoo issue connecting. Now I’m really p*ssed. Either fit track fixes the issue, refund me for the scale purchase which wasn’t cheap or provide me a lifetime of the full app version at no charge. I will be making a report with the BBB very unethical..
