Easy and useful. It's great, but it needs work. It really greatly helps me. 

Did exactly what I need. For those who use sky broadband, just a few days ago, they declared that they are blocking third-party KeepSolid SmartDNSs for Sky broadband. Is there a solution to fix this problem? I cannot access certain apps using my WiFi anymore and need to utilize my data.

Great app. The app is easy to use. It will show you the most suitable alternatives to DNS connections so as not to disrupt your experience. You can enjoy better wifi and data speed for no cost my top app from the past five years.

App not working in UAE. App not working in UAE I tried asking support to make changes but the response is that they cant do anything against region block which is odd as the website managing is working so why cant they improve the app that do web base managing?

The app is awesome. Awesome apps that I used to have when I visited the App Store. Yeah, the loading speed is slightly slower, but when you lower the speed are you a little quicker and it's not quite as well. I'm tired and awake, therefore it is putting into the DNS server from your settings and not inside the app. So you'll have it happen automatically.

Okay app. Very effective in reducing ping times by half. Speeds have increased slightly with my broadband provider at home, but the biggest benefit is mobile broadband. I've experienced an increase of at minimum 100% in areas with poor 4G reception! In the case of this feature, I think it's worth the price for the top-quality service. You'll be pleased.

Issues with no Support. The app didn’t work for me from day one , tried to get support no feedback for my open ticket after sending the screenshots requested. (I have a feeling no one looked it at , just an automated greeting and “send a screenshot “ request by a bot) Today i tried even to cancel the subscription: guess what ? Yes ... i wasn't able !

It really works.. It works very well, however, I was forced to turn it back on. I'm not sure what caused it to be off. was not working. Overall, a fantastic application to utilize. I really like the speed test, too I moved to a more efficient DNS server due to it. The ads are bothersome, but.

Perfect with Apple TV 4K streaming. So far all the streaming apps are working and am very satisfied. Staff is also supportive (you have to make sure your ip address is updated)

Works great. Functionality is top notch, price is good, customer service is responsive. Only complaint is that the app UI is pretty bad. Wish it took fewer steps to update my IP address.

Еле. I tested multiple DNS providers, this one is the best one for streaming, any issues are promptly dealt with over online chat or mail.

Connection problems. The connection is dropping like crazy, it connects and disconnects every 2 minutes, please fix it

Let's see. I love this application. Since I've been using the application, I've had flawless internet. I enjoy online games, so my home area isn't equipped with good internet, but while using the app, I've been enjoying online games immensely with a low rate of ping, which is 20ms.

This app is amazing. I'm experiencing issues that hackers are tampering with my DNS settings and disrupting my wifi. After using this application, I've had no issues accessing the internet through my firewall. I was capable of using this app as well as my firewall however now I am unable to. I'm having a hacker issue and I'm not sure if this is due to your application since it occurred prior to your update. Keep up the great work! I love the way you make it easy. It's a must-download.

Did exactly what I need. I must go into the app and start it again every now and then. Apart from that, it appears to function perfectly. It certainly seems like everything is faster when connected.

Works great. A very nice application. I've had no issues whatsoever using it. I would highly recommend it. However, it will show advertisements after each and every move you make. It's a bit irritating. However, it has performed perfectly up to this point.

Constantly Restoring Purchase. Why does it not automatically log me in and I have to constantly restore the purchase?

Works perfectly.. A nice app to play free games like fire and others, as well as for conning data networks.

Works for one day. Worked for one day on Apple TV and it stopped, I really don’t have to time to fiddle around in settings! Disappointed!! Not easy to use!!

(Latest update) Everything is great except the IP updating. Latest update seems to keep logging me out. Apart from that the process to update my IP is really deep for something that I have to do weekly. Really wish there was Apple Shortcut support to do it easier. In terms of actual DNS use, it’s great! 👍🏽 only IMDBtv doesn’t work. Everything else is perfect

Olga. The service is simple to configure and performs well. It helps me to watch movies on US netflix easily from another country.

Slow and limited services. Slow connection and video quality is low especially with Netflix. Not so many channels available, compared to similar services. Update: I didn’t expect your aggressive response. I honestly expected you would say you were working hard to improve your service.

.... Luckily, I don't need to contact their support team often, because it just works stable. But whenever I write them the reply is incredibly fast and professional.

I love KeepSolid SmartDNS. This app is a success. It does what it says and it does it fast. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed. I strongly recommend KeepSolid SmartDNS particularly due to its simplicity of use. I was hesitant before installing it, but this application is exactly what it claims to be. 8 comes with the LG Journey. Thanks to the developers!!

Everything is good except... Fast and quick , but sometimes all streaming services stop working and you need to wait 3 days or more to be solved .

Surprised. There was a problem with the loading speed of my phone. YouTube would spin for 30 seconds before it could load, and commercial ads took their time, too. I installed KeepSolid SmartDNS and suddenly my video streaming comes returning to normal. YouTube is now able to access the Pluto TV cache running on my 4G smartphone as it has always done right out of the box. It's the solution I've been looking for to connect constantly with the most efficient DNS server in order to connect to my mobile tower. It's working, I'm glad to try it!!

Keep restarting. On iPhone it keep restarting on data but not on WiFi please fix.

Good product. It's 100% working. A variety of DNS choices to test to connect. It's really helped to speed up my internet connection. I am grateful to the person who created this application.

Does what it says it can. Wow. I was actually amazed by the speed of improvement, and also how easy it was. I would recommend that anyone runs multiple tests before choosing one DNS to see which is the fastest, however. Bravo to the developers.

This service does not work. This app should be taken down from the App Store and everyone should be issued a refund. This service does not work. Their own support staff has knowledged this problem and don’t have a fix date for this. It has been over 2 months and this app still doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work!. Although I purchased one month plan,it doesn’t work on my Apple TV !! I tried again and again!But it didn’t work !

New to bundle. Have used the VPN for over 4 years been great! So expect nothing less i travel as a nurse across the country and always been protected! Will love the ability to use the streaming feature on the road hate that I can’t use some when away from home! Thank you

The app is awesome. It is great for making the macOS use an open-source server for DNS. The majority of ads and tracking are currently blockable. It is also mentioned that it has a bug. You must switch it off in order to receive updates on app downloads.

Best App So Far.... It is very helpful, but it sometimes frustrates users when apps abruptly shut down and I need to begin again watching other ads to test the speed of a particular DNS. Please fix this issue, I am a fan of this app but if similar issues keep happening, I'll need to remove it. How do I go about getting the pro version? When I click on the purchase button, nothing happens. and nothing happens.

Great. Only used it twice but it only lasted two hours. I just watched the video clip, connected, and boom! The bar range was from one to ALL Bars! It seems like a fantastic app. I'm looking into purchasing the cheap price Pro I thought I'd try it for a week and check to see if there are any bugs...good job, developers! Me by

Good product. It is better than what we expected and has improved the quality of a variety of functions on your macOS. The speed has drastically improved, especially for large games. Charge time has increased significantly. It's nothing but positive to say in all honesty. This application, which includes a VPN, is truly secure and speed is free unlike anything else. I'm convinced that the VIP version is more efficient and well worth the cost. 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Brilliant app. KeepSolid SmartDNS can last for a few days, and then you need to begin again, it's not a problem. Certain ads completely block their screen, and can't be closed, which means that restarting could be a problem. Ads must be able to be closed and not overtake the application you're using. A useful application with some issues.

Awesome KeepSolid SmartDNS. A great application for connectivity, but very poor in terms of managing ads. It would provide a better experience if you only show ads periodically instead of showing them continuously. It's a decent application, but not the greatest.

Rubbish service. BBC iPlayer stopped working 7 days into my annual subscription and their customer service is ignoring my request for a refund or add additional days to my subscription to compensate me. Absolutely rubbish service, don’t bother paying after the free trial.

Can’t change IP. Trying to change IP just doesn’t work. Just hangs.

DO NOT USE. Customer service has ignored my requests for assistance twice, the first time responding with a generic answer, then closing the ticket out before answering my next question, the second time, they closed out the ticket without bothering to help and answer! They’re happy to take your money but refuse to help when their product doesn’t work as expected. I highly recommend you look somewhere else for a service like this. Also, NOTE that this service only provides you a IP address for the US and EU. You cannot use this for other countries!

Subscription!!!. Keeps telling me my 7day trial is expired, when I just started the trial January 12th and it hasn’t even been 24hrs yet. Pissing me off

I am confused. I want to see the list of servers I don’t know where I can find it. I want to see Indian IP address. I can’t see any list. I want to watch Hotstar India. It also I need to keep my original dns.

Worst app. Waste of time and money.

US is down. Used to work fine till today. Now, (5th Jan 21) US services Disney, Hulu, ESPN detect I am using a tool to ^avoid^ region restrictions... bbc iPlayer is the only tool still working... Otherwise it used to work fine except this auto ip update functionality never worked on any of my android or apple devices, so I manually have to update it daily. Update 9 Jan: all working again.
